My experience with WES has been exceptionally positive, their website is extremely clear, well-organized, and user-friendly, providing all the necessary information in a straightforward manner. It was a very easy system to get my degree validated. After creating a profile, I went to my university’s website and submitted a form. A couple of weeks later, my degree was validated. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the entire process and would love to recommend it to anyone who needs it.

WES operates without a clear or publicly available procedure for converting academic grades into GPA, raising questions about how assessments are made. For example, my bachelor’s degree, completed from 2014 to 2018 with a final grade of 73%, was assessed by WES in 2019 with a GPA of 3.6/4.0. However, when I requested a reassessment in 2024 after losing my original evaluation, the new report reflected a significantly lower GPA of 3.1. Despite multiple attempts to clarify these discrepancies, WES has not provided any explanation for this irregularity. Notably, my original university continues to recognise my degree with a 73% grade. I wish I could give minus (-) 10000 out of 100 for WES operation who choose to operate in dark.

WES is terrible. I honestly do not know how people have left positive reviews. Maybe those are based on past efforts. It is beginning to look like a scam. There is a problem. Please do not use WES, you will regret it. You will miss life opportunities and deadlines. WES needs to be held accountable by NACES. I can never recommend wes to my enemy, I have to select a start that is why I am selecting 1. They deserve anything in the negative. The customer care is like a service that just repeats what has been written online. Oh wes you are terrible and I pray your time comes.

Overall very happy with the services and my assessment got completed in about 15 days from the time all the documents got submitted. The only complaint is that customer service could be more knowledgeable as it I only received the correct information the third or fourth time I called which delayed my process by a few weeks. All the instructions are clearly stated on the website and it is just because of a personal brain fart that I missed some of the steps and needed to contact customer service. Either way, just wish that I could have gotten my answers during my first call.

I was in the process of applying for my Canadian immigration procedure and I needed to evaluate my credentials. I heard stories of how WES delays to send feedback of your equivalence but I still took a bold step and tried, to my surprise, I received my equivalence after one month. I am very much satisfied with WES experience. The information given in website is very easy to understand and simple. The process for evaluation remains very smooth but it is little expensive. Therefore, it is requested to kindly make the fee of WES more affordable so most people can get benefit from it. I get my WES report online since November 04, 2025 but so far hard copy is still awaited so it is advised to work of delivery time as well. However, overall I am rating my experience as 5 stars.

Though the schools I attended delayed in transmitting my transcripts, but when they did, WES didn’t waste time in processing my documents and coming up with the evaluation report. The organization’s website is cool and user-friendly and the customer service personnel that attended to me were quite helpful and respectful. I will not hesitate in recommending WES to anyone that needs credible credentials evaluation.

This has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had with any evaluation service. The level of delay and lack of responsibility is unbelievable. Every time I called, I was told “next week” or “20 more days,” yet I have now been waiting more than five weeks for a simple degree evaluation. Their customer service feels like talking to an automated script—repeating the same statements with no real update or action. I submitted multiple tickets and never received any meaningful response until after I called them directly, and even then, it took four more days for them to finally look at my case. The lack of communication, accountability, and timely service is extremely disappointing. Customers rely on these evaluations for important deadlines, and this level of procrastination is unacceptable.

Hi. I wanted to file a complaint as this organization asking for good amount of money to do your work but as I paid so much amount money to send my document they did not receive yet and second time I reorder a copy and they are extra money for that. I paid that which is not worth. It’s for next day delivery but it’s almost a week they did not give me a tracking number. I keep calling. Their customer service is really bad. Instead of giving me tracking number they keep saying tech issue from last 5 days. They don’t understand why the customer needed in urgent basis. They just sit there keep saying same thing every day.

The worst experience: I haven’t received my report yet since March, now it is November and the call center won’t help, they’ll just say whatever “fill the contact us form”- which I did- “Oh well you have to include your mail address”- which they can perfectly see from my account. The worst company. Don’t trust them.
