If l could l would give it zero stars. I paid for a second copy of my evaluation sent over. It’s been a month. We haven’t received it. Tried calling. Messaging. All they say is sorry and that it would be done soon and they won’t give you a date. They suck. Use another evaluation company not WES. Please.

Though I would request WES to consider cutting down prices and allowing customers to be able to send in original docs by themselves for evaluation since many have them and no longer possessed by their institutions and make sure to mail them back to respective clients.
