I applied for educational credential assessment via WES. I shared my qualification with them on myEquals but my account with WES never showed they received my document. Emailed them asking for guidance and confirmation but never received a personalised confirmation or guidance. My status with them is still pending after 9 months. Very frustrating and disappointed when paid hundreds of dollars but never received anything.

If you have met all the document requirements, WES is the easiest company to evaluate your diploma. Only I had a problem with my answer from the university, and the college was closed, and no other government representatives could help to get confirmation of my education. Thank you for WES to resolve my evaluation process.

The only issue I have with the WES credential Evaluation process is their slow update regarding whether they have received the documents. It took a week after the documents were delivered for WES to confirm that they received it. Everything else is good.

I created account since early of May, 2022 and paid but I hadn’t have any of my documents to submit. Once I have my documents, I submitted it, I got results that I extremely satisfied. One more thing, the website and its guidelines are very helpful if you carefully read the instructions, you don’t have to call customer service for help, everything just there!

Actually, I will say this is the best credential evaluation service in the world. Every step was clear-cut, explained, and understandable. Even though, it is not somewhat easy to get transcripts mostly in Nigerian tertiaries institutes. They are connected to a wide range of institutions hence, they are reliable. They executed the job in a professional way. Though they take more than the required time to complete their task. I presume that the aspect of paying more to expedite the services is modern-day sugarcoated 'corruption' ;).

I received my evaluation in nine days. The process was smooth. It took my school (University of Ghana) five days to send my documents and WES did the evaluation in only four days. It was that fast, I didn't expect it.

Though there were some complications on the documents I sent to WES for them to evaluate and caused some delays. But the customer service team along with their supervisor did an excellent job to help escalate my documents and the evaluation was done on time. Despite some of the negative reviews on WES, I personally had a good experience with WES and if you are applying for colleges in US/Canada for undergraduate or graduate programs. This is still one of the better choices to get your transcripts evaluate.

WES has my high school transcript for over four months now and has not evaluated it. I have confirmed the arrival of the transcript at WES in December 2021. I called WES several times to determine the status of the evaluation. I have also emailed WES repeatedly to resolve the situation. WES's Customer Service only responds that WES is "working on" the evaluation. Apparently my file is on hold until they hear back from the institution where I completed my high school. However, they refuse to tell me what email they sent my paper work, or who they contacted at the institution. There is no way to follow up on it, which makes me believe that they have never contacted the institution. I missed a whole school semester over this issue and I still don't have the evaluation. It was really great and easy way to do it. The app. is also good but there was difficulty to contact on email, though it is on the FAQ, it would be good if the customers can able to mail you directly. When I track my document was received, the customer service told me it will be late due to the COVID-19 but done it before the date they told me to do it. I ordered three copies of my equivalency report to be sent to three different places, one was supposed to be sent to my house. None of the three recipients received the report although I had paid nearly $100 for postal fees. You can't find anyone to talk to, there is no inquiry line, you can't walk in to their office. You are left with using web inquiry forms which are sometimes left unanswered for weeks, so you email them again. Then you get a response from an inept individual who has not read the history on your file and gives you the run around answer. If you are applying for grad school/immigration and need your reports to be received by the receiving institution by a certain date, STAY AWAY from WES! They guzzle postal fees and never send reports!

At first I was frustrated Cause my documents have been sent since. But it was not updated on my account. Then I called WES and to my surprise they looked for document. Immediately they saw it. They updated my account. It was supposed to take 7 days but it took only 3 days. Wow.

I was absolutely satisfied with their services. The updates and notifications were always precise and punctual. It was a clear and quick evaluation process and I am pleased by that. However I had troubles with the mail delivery system, for more than a month I haven't known the whereabouts my papers.. (Maybe it is delivery related problem, I'm not sure, but due to this the early stage was stressful). Therefore once the mail delivered, the whole process was quick.

My evaluation process went through some difficulties but WES was always there, also through phone assistance to give the right advice and enable me to overcome obstacles. Thus now I have my credentials and the job is done, thanks to WES.

It was a quick and easy process to have my International University Credentials Evaluated. Everything can be done online which makes it smooth and efficient. There’s even an app. However, I don’t see why it’s so expensive. I understand there’s probably a lot of moving parts, and obviously I didn’t have a choice because I needed the evaluation to apply for post-grad programs, but I can’t understand why it’s so expensive. They basically just gave me my transcript in a slightly different format. It doesn’t appear that they did very much at all compared to what I paid.

I had applied for the WES, right after registering for my wife's certificate for assessment with another organization. WES is too quick and prompt. Easy with the process and moreover keeps us posted with the status.

Very pathetic organization which has no idea on what the quality of education is in other countries. Prospective students and immigrants from India who have done their MBA/PGDM from India, DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT USE WES for Education Evaluation. For MBA the only people they would provide Masters for MBA is the below as per policy on Feb, 2022.

This was a pleasant experience doing a credential evaluation via WES. Instructions were clear and the evaluation was done within hours of receiving my transcript! What did take time was getting the educational institution to submit my transcript, but that got nothing to do with WES. Once they created the transcript they could submit it to WES electronically which is great because it saved a lot of time.

WES made it so easy for me to get my credentials evaluated. Never it could be this fast, I had anticipated a month or more, but in less than a week after receiving my transcript from my institution, my report from WES was available. Even when I had some challenges, they were there to assist me.

Over all acceptable, but time taking too long, since they changed their mailing address, they should have alternative plan to ease the process. My documents were there on 9th, evaluation done on 17th Feb, that's 40 days. Despite frequent phone calls and emails, no one could speed up the process.

I send my document in on Jan 24 via DHL. The lady told me over the phone that it takes them 5 days to review my document. It is Tuesday the following week and they said that it's still in the mail room. Then it will take at least 7 more days to do the actual evaluation. I am very dissatisfied with their service as they are doing false advertising on times and dates and yet, my documents are still stuck in the mail room 8 days later!

If I could give them a zero star, I would because, this company has tormented my life to the highest that I don't even know where to begin. It all started around December, I mailed out my original certificates to this company with the intention that mail gets there on or before 23rd, of December, 2021. After couple days I went to the website to make the payment as directed by a customer service lady, I went to the website I saw an indication that says do not mail your original certificate. I was shocked, I said oh my gosh I had just mailed out my original certificate documents, before I read this indication, because other companies always require original certificate for evaluation and that was why I thought is applicable to them as well, then on the 27th, of December.

The whole evaluation process took much shorter to complete than I had previously expected. This is because I felt the covid situation will make it so long but fortunately for me it turned the other way round.

First time when I heard that I need to do ECA using WES, I was little skeptical about the ease of the process and time that it might take. WES had digital tie up with my university & and provided me with the option to get my ECA done electronically. Once I submitted my transcript records with the university it just took 2-3 days for them to send the electronic records to WES & for WES to validate and send approval to the interested parties. I was stunned with the fact that it just happened in a matter of days. I am yet to receive the hard copy via courier but I am extremely happy with the online process.

WES does a horrible job with communicating with their clients. They do not read my emails and reply using generic summary of my account which lists what documents were or not accepted. When I tried to explain to them what it is going on, they would resend the previous email without answering to any of my questions. They claim that WES does not accept "student book" but my university does not have and never mailed them a student book. WES received an official transcript from my university in Poland and they called it a "student book". Student book is called "indeks" and it was never mailed to WES. Moreover, I submitted my diploma certificate translation and they never updated it and it kept showing "not received". Whenever I emailed them or called them and said that the translation is there under my account with all the submitted documents, they never acknowledged that and never replied anything about this.

However, I would like to suggest that for verification of documents from Nursing and Midwifery Nigeria, WES should mail the applicant also to request him or her to apply for verification with the Nursing Board else, they will not know and the Nursing Council will not verify any document sent by WES until the applicant apply for it with his or her Reference Number and pays all required fees.
