This is a poor services for education evaluation. Things has been very slow. Customer services can't help speeding things up even it is due to their slow processing time. It has been almost one and a half month since my document arrived at their center via FEDEX. It has not been completed yet.

Ignore their website related to processing times. Once I submitted my documents they responded 2 days later stating it would be completed in 9 working days (not the 3 days or less as stated on website). The 10 days after their completion date and still NO report. I have called them twice and sent two emails on their website but still nothing. They are more than happy taking your money however; their customer service is beyond poor. If I could give them zero I would.

It took WES less than ten (10) days to complete my educational credential assessment upon receipt of my documents from my previous University. Based on this experience, I am of the view that WES has what it takes to delivering superior customer service and satisfying their clients. I therefore recommend WES to everyone for Educational Credential Assessment (ECA).

I sent them my educational credentials for evaluation and ordered DHL international service for fast delivery, however, the evaluation results were wrong, and they did not reply to international phone calls or messages in the chat. When I came back to Canada and was able to call from the local numbers, I had several conversations with different customer service representatives who just promised to escalate the matter, all as one. Nevertheless, I haven't got any word of response. This situation has been going on for three months. And the best that I heard so far is to order a new evaluation from a different institution, which means paying a quite sensitive fee again. To conclude, you might have a wrong evaluation for your hard-earned degrees, if so you won't have proper customer support or an opportunity to contact the WES team, hence, it's not worth a penny!

I'm generally satisfied with my experience. The only issue was that I was short on time, and the 8-day logo is applied after your documents get approved. In my case, the approval process took more than one month. Your sentence needs a few adjustments for clarity and grammatical correctness. Here's a revised version: Because of that, I opted for Globe Evaluation, which offers a 1-day rush service.

I recommend you to evaluate your degree somewhere else. They made a mistake evaluating my degree and declined to correct it or make any changes in their wrong evaluation, although it was too obvious that it was their mistake. Several times I had to call them that eventually the supervisor says we do not make any change and we do not offer any explanation. Such a bad experience with this company. I regret the moment I decided to use their evaluation service.

Timely Result of the evaluation and expectation is met. Customer services was easy to reach out and I guess very reliable in terms of expected time frame of delivery of the report to the addresses you indicate.

I had a seemingly fast experience with WES. Even when they said the process would take 4 weeks, it was out in about 2 weeks. Their site is easy to navigate through and understand. I got my evaluation timely. Kudos WES

I’ve made one request for a course by course transcript evaluation prior to this most recent transcript evaluation. This second evaluation request began early 2023. My school was delayed in providing degree related information. After informing WES of the situation, they told me I could submit a verification letter as proof that I was awarded the degree. My WES account was now also on hold and I had to pay an additional amount for my account to be re-activated before I could attempt to submit documents. I followed the suggestion to submit the verification letter, however my submission was repeatedly rejected despite being told to do so.

I recently utilized World Education Services (WES) for an Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) required by IRCC Canada. Overall, my experience with WES was satisfactory, and I obtained the desired results for my credentials. The service itself was efficient, offering a smooth process, user-friendly interfaces, and clear communication throughout. The transparency and reliability in updating the status of my application were commendable.

If you can, STAY AWAY from these people. I missed my deadline because of their slow and inefficient process. Each time I called they would ask me to submit a form and someone will contact me - never got any helpful response. Worse thing is that they don't take calls themselves. All calls are routed to some third party representative who really can't help. TERRIBLE COMPANY

Timeline of evaluating credentials was extremely satisfying, self explanatory website helps a lot to navigate, and best customer service. I am also very much satisfied with the process confidentiality and due attention to applicant's need.

If there were zero stars, I would give them that rating. This company has taken my money, and since October 10, 2023, I have not received any documents for which I paid, except for those on my account. Their response was that I needed to place a new order because my evaluation had been sent back to them. I believe they are intentionally doing this to extract extra money from us. Despite writing emails to them, I have not received any response. Stay away from WES if you don't want to be charged twice.

I have never in my life experienced such a poor service. The WES is a total waste of money, if you can stay away from them, you should. I filed a very simple accreditation request, that they took months for to even answer. You can not reach them and it takes a week to get a reply to a very simple answer. After trying everything to get the service done, they suddenly cancelled my file without my permission, only refunding part of my (big!) fee. I have never used the word thief for others before, but in this case there is no other way.

Difficult working with them. They are very particular for how they want the academic records to be sent to them. Even if it’s from a well known Australian university. All the documents per their requirements have to be sent within 180 days, or they will deactivate your account. And you have to pay extra fee to reactivate your application. This was not stated on the application page. Only in their terms and policies. They also won’t provide any update on your case until you pay the extra reactivation fee. Impossible to contact them - impossible to reach them by phone, email will take them ages to reply. Overall a very negative and scammy experience. It seems businesses these days try every possible way to reap you off. I work in IT. Press a button to “activate” costs $52? And it’s a non profit organization? Wow. Just further confirming to not trust businesses and corporations.

The whole process took a month which was not bad. But the last agent I spoke to because there was an error on my report, she was basically treating me like I was the one who made the mistake, interrupting me everytime I was trying to say something and I felt that she was not listening to me. My job is depending on this report. I asked for a supervisor and she hung up on me. And I still waiting for it to be resolved.

What I like most about my experience with WES is their efficiency. They finished the evaluation of my academic credentials way ahead of schedule. I will definitely recommend WES to those who wish to have their academic credentials evaluated.

WES is a fraudulent company. They state 7 day turnaround but it took me 3 months to get my evaluation and thankfully I started the process early because I managed to get my application in for Masters a day before applications closed. DO NOT USE THEM! They will not inform you of additional documents that you need to submit until you’ve submitted what you thought is all the documents and then another 7 days will go by before they respond and tell you there’s something else you need to do. The customer service is terrible and lies to you. I don’t think they have a clue what’s actually going on. STAY AWAY and use Spartan instead.

The service was great, and timely, the communication with my university in Argentina worked quite well, the status was reported and customer service was available via email to answer a few questions. Waiting for the hard copies package now.

I appreciate that you promptly and efficiently provided the results of my document review within the shortest time frame, just in 2 days! Furthermore, the cost of document review seems reasonable, and in addition to that, using the website was also very convenient.

The processing of my WES is very fast and friendly. It is easy to understand the procedures on how to gather the required documents and sending it to them. Upon processing of the results, you can see easily and accessibly access your status on their online app.

The process was quick, once my transcript was received my report was ready within the same week. The idea of providing a badge to be used electronically was a great touch. Frequent automated updates were received throughout the process.

I applied for credential evaluation on 10/10 because this is the service required by the Board of Law Examiners, where I am trying to practice law. After my documents were verified by a WES partner (Qualification Check) on 11/28, I submitted translations on the same date. Because there was no change in the status of my evaluation, I sent an inquiry on 12/6, which they replied on 12/7, asking for the same documents I submitted on 11/28. I, again, uploaded the SAME DOCUMENTS on 12/7.

Worst services and they are just making money. You cannot follow up with anyone. I provided all the documents and they send the same document all the time. For verification instead of sending the correct document. I raised 3 requests to address my concern by looks like WES sleeping all the time. Just killing the time as they got the fee and now don't care if services are delivered or not. I called customer service several times but all the time they excuse that they can't do much and escalating the case all goes in vain. Worst.. Worst... Worst service provider.

I liked working with WES, all the instructions were clear and understandable, there were no questions. The diploma confirmation was completed before the established date, which is undoubtedly a plus! I recommend!

The entire application process was seamless -- no ambiguities and the steps were clearly outlined. Perfect overall. I got my evaluation document about 23 days in advance which was very helpful since I needed the document sooner rather than later. I would rate WES a ten out of ten for sure.

While I provided all necessary documents in due time, My application took more than a month to process. No one replied to my emails, after a full month of waiting, my application had been forgotten. After making a follow-up call, that's when they promised to start on my application. I was disappointed for the final use of my evaluation report which I failed to submit in time.

I work in the resettlement sector for Canadian newcomers. Terrible experience with WES. Our organization now has policy to never use this service. They state they have agreement with international universities, but when the universities refuse to follow the steps to send documents as promised by WES, then WES does nothing to help. They keep the money and do nothing to enforce the agreements they say they have in place with overseas universities. There are other credentialing service that provide reliable and trustworthy services to refugees and Canadian newcomers.

I have ordered my evaluation about A YEAR AGO and their courier couldn't deliver it to me. They are now asking me for another payment, for a service that I already paid for and NEVER RECEIVED. They have also refused to refund me the service that I paid for the first time. They also have no email address that you can contact, and whenever their lines are available (which is not very often), customer service are useless and have no solutions whatsoever. I will edit this feedback should there be any change, but for now, absolute TRASH services and experience. Bunch of crooks that can't even deliver a document properly. This is a waste of your time and money.

Very simple and easy to understand interface, not as complex as I expected, simple and fast. It is the first time for me to use the World Education System to evaluate my university performance and degree. After this experience, the overall feeling is simple and easy to use, the interface is very clear, and the university I study can obtain it by using a few keywords.

I sent my transcripts from Australia via EQuals, an electronic verification service that they accept. I sent three transcripts; they claim that they received two of them but have not received one of them. I have sent the transcripts to them one time each week for four weeks and I sent the electronic version the support email address on their website. I have called their office three times and five weeks later, I have nothing. The script they read from their office is so robotic, very low level of service and very poor performance all the way around.

Evaluation was done by WES and overall it was great, but what is really disappointing is their customer support as I've reached out already 3 times and I've told them that I haven't received documents and address is correct and they are only repeating that if I want a copy I need to create an order and pay for it. I've already paid for my documents and fairly not a small amount, this is so unprofessional as they try to CHARGE ME AGAIN!!! I've received bunch of other stuff on the same address so it's correct but if they failed to mail it or it got lost why should I pay again??

Application, submission of requirements and evaluation was professional and extremely satisfactory. Status of the process was timely conveyed to me and well informed. I was able to track my documents process and received by WES evaluation faster than I anticipated.

I am based in USA and send my documents through their website for Course by Course evaluation. My college, Women's University In Africa, based in Zimbabwe sent the sealed proof of my qualifications through the mail. When they received them, they attended to them so fast and provided report within the stipulated time they had promised and that was very efficient to me. They have been communicating through emails to update on what is going on and also the website had all the information for what is going on and what to expect next. They finished evaluation and provided the report which they are going to send out to places where I indicated to them. The best part about using WES services is that it was real quick and the updates that I received regarding my application status which gave me assurance that the team is working on it. Also, it was easy to use their website, the instructions provided to assist in submitting the documents are very accurate and precise.

Evaluation of transcripts for International students or graduates could be challenging, but WES can actually do the work, from the beginning to end, and by this I mean... Webpage and app explanation about document requirements are great. Also processing times, delays, customer service experience and finally the evaluation assessment, were excellent. Hello, my experience with WES is very bad. I made my initial application 2 months ago. I was told that WES has agreement with Marmara university and Marmara university can send the required documents electronically to WES. I've reached out to Marmara University twice and asked them to send the documents electronically to WES (I have confirmation emails from Marmara University that they have sent the documents). WES told me that they have not received. Their representatives could not help me even I offered them to send the confirmation emails from my university. I do NOT recommend WES to anyone seeking to evaluate their transcripts. Do NOT waste your time and money.

ZERO star! They don't deserve to operate a business. As a customer, you can't even have your degrees evaluated separately. If you have more than one degree, you cannot have them evaluated separately. WES lumps every degrees together. e.g. If you have a BA in Engineering and a BA in Anthropology, to WES, it is the same. All degrees are lumped together. Say you decide to pursue a master's in engineering, your Engineering school will also get a report of your Anthropology grades. Explaining to them that all BA's are not the same is a hurdle. It does not matter what your major was. If you have a BA in Zoology and a BA in medicine, they would all lump together! Seriously, avoid them! Make better use of your money and your time!

Would definitely recommend WES to my colleagues in case they need transcript evaluation to their application. Fast service, didn’t even notice that the evaluation is complete. Would give it 5/5 rating!!

If there is 0 stars option I would give it without any hesitation. I paid the full amount and submitted my documents online. But the status didn’t change not even in progress always on hold. I called them to see why it says they it always says that it needs the documents and why the status wasn’t updated. The lady said that because I needed to upload the original transcripts which I did. I told her that I did she replied that they don’t have an electronic partnership with them and that the university should send them the documents. If it is the case why there is the upload documents slot. They just let you pay and get no service in return. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. If I have ever to recommend a service that wouldn’t be WES. Never ever!!!!

I was so glad when I got my credential evaluation by mail. I had heard about WES, it was some information to read on their website and it was easy to understand the process. The only thing that I was waiting for was my “Transcript from Peru” My University took about 3 weeks to send the transcript, then the courier sent the documents in about 15 more days (from Peru to Canada). You can track your envelope when the WES team started to reviewing your documents. My process was really good for me and I could say that it was really quick. The experience with all the WES team was great. Thank you WES!

The information on the website is confused, and the documents asked for my process were different than the recommended by the WES agent later (so the delay was enlarged). When you read the instructions about what documents do you need to upload, and which documents ask to the University, it is not clear what represent each requirement, once some information may overlap. Aside of that, the agents were kind and helpful, and provide the information needed. However, the instructions about each requirement in the website must be better explained.

In 2007 I did my first degree evaluation with WES Canada and the service was so great. Now again in 2023 I did my evaluation with WES USA and they approved again that they are so professional and very helpful staff. I highly recommend their services. Thanks. Amer

This is the second time I will be using WES to evaluate my credentials for conversion into Canada (7 years ago) and US equivalent (September 2023). A company with a good retention policy. The process was smooth, easy to navigate and the customer service was super responsive.

I send my document through my University and quick got reply from WES that first year record is missing. I contact University and replied with certificates from University but WES do not understand the document then I take help of call center. After discussion I submit reply through help guide & thanks to those person who guide to fill my information. Finally I got my report within a short. Thanks to WES & help center.

I paid the fee, I provided them with all transcripts and documents that they need and the only thing they do is changing status from complete to incomplete and on hold with out clarifying the reason. I explained them and asked them many times but still after almost two months there is no clarification from them.

WES provided an excellent service processing my whole documentation from Cuba in about 10 days with high quality and very personalized customer service. I was able to submit applications for the current Physician Assistant cycle on time because WES delivered final report on time. I’m not so happy the time they took for evaluation as it’s way too long as my time to apply in September semester. Plus I didn’t receive the copy of evaluation at all yet. The clarity for their system is very ambiguous. I didn’t know what to do next.

Horrible company! It's too bad they are still a NACES member and therefore many colleges list them as reliable service providers. I paid for a course by course full evaluation of my degree. Their customer service is deplorable, patronizing and point blank inefficient. They never completed my evaluation due to technical problems on their website to connect with my institution. Then they just closed my order and demanded I pay them more money to reopen when they could never provide a solution when my school and myself tried to get them to resolve the connection problem. I refused to pay more money and tried to escalate to get them to complete the work I had paid fully for. They just refused and would not even answer my claim with the Better Business Bureau. Save yourself a headache and a few hundred dollars. There are much better choices for the same services out there.

Very thorough and professional. The website offers a very detailed instruction of all of the required documentation for the assignment as well as all of the ways in which they are willing to accept the official transcripts.

World Education Service is the worse organization in the world, I don’t advise anyone to use this organization. They steal the money from the people’s and they lie about everything, they keep you at hold to get the money again from everyone. When you call them, they don’t give you any information about your application, they put at the website "we giving the report and the assessment by 7 days" and they lie. My advice to everyone if he/she wants to use this organization make sure to read all the reviews because it's the worse organization in the world.

Requirements are clear. The timeframe is acceptable. Completion of evaluation is ahead of time from the given deadline. The update is provided in the user dashboard and accessible anytime and anywhere.

WES Provided me a solid and reliable assessment experience. I didn't feel any anxiety throughout the process because of their quick evaluation app. And surprisingly I got better results than I expected. If I could put 0 stars I would do it. More than a month and a half ago I received the evaluation of my credentials (the electronic version that says unofficial) but as of August 14, I still have not received it via mail. I have written and called, and they informed me that I had to wait 30 working days. The 30 working days have passed and nothing. The customer service is terrible. There is no one to solve anything. They all say the same thing, that I have to keep waiting. Until when?

WES was recommended to me by both an employer and an immigration consultant. I was a bit reluctant because their services were a bit expensive, but in the end, I decided to go through with them. After they received my documents which I had sent by mail, everything happened very quickly. Even though the estimated time for my evaluation was 4 weeks, I got the results within days.

On their website, it is mentioned 2 weeks for process time. It has been a month and I paid about 200 CAD and still didn't receive my report. I have to pay extra for college courses. I emailed and explained so many times and only received an automatic answer each time. That was an absolute waste of money and time.

I’d always recommend WES to anyone who wants to evaluate their transcript. They’re meticulous in their evaluations and their verification processes are stringent hence there is no or little possibility of fraud.

I went ahead and chose WES because my previous university already had experience with WES. I started contacting my university, then started my application with WES, then in less than 2 weeks my evaluation was finished. I had a little difficulty while filing up the application, but on the next day I found out that the "NEXT" button was all the way down, and after that I finished my application just fine. From there, it was very smooth, with no issue at all. Thank you WES!!

It is a bit expensive but they are professional. Once they have our documents they are pretty fast. Sometimes I was a bit confused about the process but I guess that it is inexperience. The only problem was when I called the help center and they couldn't check my documents, but it may be for confidential purposes....

My experience with WES during the evaluation of my qualifications was impressive in terms of the application process simplicity and customer service. I had my transcript evaluated by them. The completed evaluation did not make it to my school. When I submit a ticket asking about my evaluation, the responses I got seems like they are autogenerated and not answering the questions I am inquiring. It takes 3 days after I sent an inquiry through their website and you can't reply to that response they sent. You have to keep going thru the website and like opening a new ticket every time but for the same inquiry?

I am very disappointed in World Education Services. I made my initial payment on May 20th. They send me an email that I was $0.10 short, I went back again to the bank and paid $1.00 for the 10 cents. To this day 07/24/23 I still haven’t been cleared of the 10 cents. I have called countless times and made 3 tickets and still nothing has been done. It's been 2 months. I have asked for an email to provide my proof of payment they y give any, I have asked to speak to a supervisor. They do not allow that either. Honestly 1 star is even too much for this kind of treatment. They deserve no stars at all, zero stars!

It was an easy process to get my credentials evaluated. Once my university sent the transcripts to WES, I got regular status updates which increased my confidence level in the process. I am happy that evaluation was completed on time.

I used WES for evaluation of my Bachelor's degree for visa application. WES is convenient and took minimum time for evaluation. WES is connected with almost every university in India which makes the process easy and fast.

Due to the requirement of my employment, I need the credential evaluation and wes.org was forwarded to me by my coworker. The delay impacts my employment as well as my income. From the website, it indicates they will need 7 days for the evaluation. I applied on June 22nd and resubmitted a required document on 23rd. I haven't received anything back on July 12 (today). I did make a phone call on July 10th. The agent said she would escalate my file. REALLY? "7 days" is what they indicate on their website. It clearly already passed 2 weeks. My school is the University of Florida which is not difficult to evaluate at all. It is unbelievable with the money they charge us. We have no way to cancel the service and get the refund!!! This is terrible!

After I had a nightmare getting the transcripts from my country (another headache between the request and paying FedEx) to bring them to USA. Open the “famous” envelop because WES even knowing that are documents that are NOT in English, that I had to submit them to a certified place to be translated (and pay more $$), and then (I thought) I was finally done and submit them through the website..and then wait, and wait, and wait and got suspended of my job.

WES' work is very good. Between the time of receipt of my documents from my institution and the decision of the evaluation, it happened just a few days. The process was easy to understand, the web base and the application base platforms are user-friendly, and therefore the document review time and the overall process time were very reasonable. The big difficulty lies in the response of the institutions issuing the documents. However, if these are the institutions that send the transcripts, for WES to contact them again to receive confirmation of all the papers seems to be a way to lengthen the procedure. Apart from these delay items, WES made a fair assessment based on the global standard.

Very explanatory on the guidelines to get the service I needed. Very thorough on the vetting process from my school. Very detailed translation of my transcript. I'm glad I chose them and would recommend them to anyone seeking transcript evaluation.

It was a really great experience and good value for money. My only issue is it takes Longer than 7 business days to review because after getting your transcripts, they reach out to your school for verification. This makes it longer than 7 business days. In all it was a pretty seamless experience and you are regularly updated on the entire process.

I want to express my gratitude to WES for complete my assignment with exactly the equivalence I expect with my 2 Bachelor degree masters that I completed on Spain. All the steps to complete de assignment were very easy, so this website is 100% recommendable.

WES is a good company but should appreciate problems faced by international students especially from Nigeria. I started the evaluation process since 2017 but the responsible staff of my institution did not supply WES required information. I called WES to let me know the department the request was sent to and they refused. My account expired and I had to renew again. On the whole I spent almost CAD$1000 to get my evaluation done. WES should please think of ways to help such innocent students.

If you are reading and you have the option to use any other services other than WES then please do. They will sit on your transcript evaluation and their customer care don't really know what is going on. The evaluation is not cheap and they take a huge amount of dollars to provide a very substandard service. I'm highly disappointed!

Absolute nightmare. I might lose my sponsorship because of terrible service and knowledge. The representatives have no clue what they are doing (except for one or two). I called several times to make sure I had the right documents, and every time they would say yes. Needless to say that they were wrong and forgot to mention important information. They do not care about you; once you paid, they simply forget. It is impossible to get a hold of a Director or Manager. If you are thinking to use WES, think twice. I regret choosing them. So thank you WES, because of you I might lose a Sponsorship, and my life depends on it.

And from my personal experience, did I ever needed this? Since I am now employed, NO! Was not necessary for me personally. And I am still waiting...

Just to make you aware of the awful service I received from WES World Evaluation Service. They made a mistake in the equivalence of my Diploma, they got the date I graduated wrong and they said they had the address wrong. Orlando was on my registration and they sent it to Brazil, which would be impossible because if I didn't put the Brazilian address in the system. Anyway, after two months, my evaluation report never arrived. Bad service, customer service and no money back. Stay tuned!

I ordered a duplicate official report to be submitted to an educational institution. They charged me 100 dollars for the two degrees which they recently evaluated. There was not a single word in English in their mail!! Once that institution informed me, about the huge mistake WES made, I tried to communicate with them through calls and emails. The application process was very simple and it is listed out in the website what to expect. After receiving my documents I got email on when my report will be ready they gave me a timeline of 1 week. Do not use this company ever, all they want is your money and waste your time. I applied for a state government job and they want me to get my certificates transcript. I used ''WES'', they got $292 from me and did not provide service on time and I still waiting for my certificates. I lost a chance to work for the state government because of ''wes''. Very bad.

I wish the review points could get lower than 1. WES is the worst institution I have ever encountered. I submitted an application for evaluation and after WES had acknowledged receipt of my complete documents, they reversed the status to document requested. After several attempts in written correspondences to understand why the sudden reversal, the institution rarely responded only to get back to me at a point deactivating my application. WES then required that I make additional payment to have my application reactivated despite not giving clear reasons why my application was delayed in the first place. This instance is the second awful encounter I have had with the institution. I strongly recommend students use alternative Education Evaluators (if any) in order to avoid the level of frustration I have been through.

Beware that they want your transcripts AND a copy of your diploma. In the US, professionals are board certified. Since diplomas have no real value other than wall decorations, I thought certificate meant a board certificate which delayed me about two weeks. I would advise that they be more culturally inclusive with the language they use. Other than this, the experience was seamless.

After acquainting myself with a few YouTube vlogs, the online application process was generally straightforward and the delivery of my physical report was timely. Initially, however, I reached out to WES via Facebook Messenger and Email regarding a concern I had. Specifically, I wanted to know if they would accept the email transcript from my colleges rather than I having to physically mail it in. I got a robotic response that left me even more confused, so I decided to reach out to my Universities.

It took 8 months to complete the WES process. Though I am satisfied with the evaluation and the procedure, I wish it was little less time consuming. WES could expedite one’s application in a short period of time. Customer support was very helpful, when I had raised a query.

It was a cake walk with WES evaluation and whenever I called or emailed, they response was quick and the query was resolved in time. Evaluation was done way before the due date. The customer care reps were extremely professional and polite.

The entire process was swift and seamless. I got a soft copy of my report in 4 days. Plus I got a digital badge. The document requirements are easy to understand, payment option is convenient and the UI is user-friendly. However, I think the fee is quite high.

It was a great experience with WES for documents verification which was really very easy and quick. WES website details and process was very easy and user-friendly. The best part of WES is their tie-ups with universities for direct verification which makes the process simple and fast.

I don't usually write reviews about my experience; however, WES deserves that. They have an excellent service with a proper time to attend to my necessities. My documents were sent on the 22nd of August 2022 and were ready on the 26th of August; I didn't expect that, and I am so grateful for it. I highly recommend doing these types of processes with them.

My overall experience is quite good. Time taken is satisfactory. The UI is user friendly. You also get an online badge which you can share with other parties. I think the fees should be little low. It also depends on your University to send the documents to WES on time.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. They will keep your money without providing any service and without even informing you! They did it to me and refused to give me a refund or a service. They are thieves! Never hire them!!!

I found agency professional and approachable. By following a few steps one can get their credentials evaluate. I got my results within a day only. I didn’t thought them to be so quick.
