The service was great. Instructions were easy to follow. The only issue I had was the lead time. It was mentioned in the website and app that it will take approx 3 weeks for the process, but it actually took longer. I understand that there are a lot of docs that are assessed, but the best way is to give a more realistic lead time, for example telling the customer that it will take approx 1.5 months for the process. Overall, service was great. Will recommend WES to my friends.

This organization lacks transparency because they told me that they are going to refund my money due to cancellation of an order. But after 2 days I called and they told me that they are not going to refund me. I don't recommend anyone to use their services at all.

WES is great institution when it has to do with certificate evaluation. My result was evaluated in good time and without follow up. I recommend them for anyone willing to evaluate result and wish to get the best service.

I created my WES account 17/6/2019 and completed 22/11/2019. That was a long wait but in my waiting period each time I reach out to the customer service agent, they were polite in proffering solutions and explaining the long wait. In all, the level of professionalism and customer centric attitude is highly commendable.

Clear instructions. I did exactly what was asked on the WES website and forms. My ECA was completed within two months and I was kept updated of the progress at every stage. I didn't have to call or send any mails after applying.

Personally, I thought evaluating my credentials from Africa, particularly Nigeria would be stressful until I engage the service of WES. I had a stress free evaluation. I strongly recommend WES for seamless evaluation.

I receive an accurate evaluation of my credentials but it takes too long to complete (6 months). If they could reduce that delay it will be perfect. Also, I don't know why I have to certify my diplomas before sending them, yet they still send them back to my school to check their authenticity. I think it slows down the process and it's doing the same check twice. But overall, they are very professional and update the evaluation status of the request on their site (even if the long wait gives the impression that it is not evolving) and finally I received the physical documents shortly after the numerical result.

The process through World Education Services is very smooth and straightforward. Also, the application is very user-friendly. Notifications were sent throughout the process, keeping me posted on the status of my file. I would surely recommend it to anyone who is looking to evaluate their credentials.

Timeline was very bad. After initial submission of my document, it took more than a month to update the status. Then my application moved to OnHold. When I enquire about the query sent by WES to my university, actually none has been sent. After a month my status changed to InProgress automatically. I waited for it. But again it changed back to OnHold nearly after a month of waiting. In total it took almost 8 months to get assessed.

Getting my educational credentials evaluated by WES was a smooth process. I liked that I was able to use their app for ease of access to check the status for my evaluation. The persons I spoke to over the phone were quite professional and were able to resolve my issues and handled all my queries knowledgeably and professionally. One improvement that I would suggest though, is that their online ticket system be revisited. The time they stated they would get back to me via the ticket or online form was way different from when they responded. The response came to me after almost two weeks after the time they stated on their website, that I didn’t like. I got my queries handled very quickly when I chose to make a phone call instead of waiting on the response to my email. Overall, I’d recommend WES for those choosing to get their education credentials evaluated for studying or immigrating to Canada.

While I have some things to discuss that are perhaps not so nice, I want to start out by saying that WES is actually, in principle, a very advantageous company to use for credential evaluations. They have very good order tracking and you can use them to send your transcripts with full equivalencies to any institution in Canada long after the initial evaluation, and that is an huge added value to the service.

WES services goes beyond my expectation. As the result of my ECA is out I thought it'll take a month or two for me to receive the hard copy since I chose the standard post mail. It'll only take a 5 days for me to have it. So, THANK YOU WES!!!

Everything is detailed on website, so you don’t need to rely on others. Prediction of evaluation time accurate. Easy payment method and given FAQ’s. Although, evaluation time might vary depends on your documents from university, it gives you complete alert on each steps and verifications.

If you are from INDIA and using WES service to evaluate your academic transcripts be careful. Please do not buy any of their package. I have bought their service and paid $145 + and as per the instruction I did send them the scanned copy of the transcripts. Now after 10 days they come back asking me to go to university and request the university to send them the transcripts. I am in no position to go in person to university to request the transcript. Most university need the student to be present in person. Also WES response to any of your mail is very slow about 2-3 days. Their customer care is pathetic .I would not recommend WES to anyone. Especially if you are trying to get the evaluation done for a degree from Indian university.

I initially applied for the Course-by-Course Evaluation (ICAP) based on my medical studies in Austria and Switzerland (nothing special, all accredited institutions). While the account, the instructions, the setup and the payment were all seamless, it was the beginning of a 2.5 month long nightmare. Although I have immediately sent all necessary translations, my universities have correctly sent their documents at the first try and all documents were accepted without any remarks, the whole process took over 10 weeks! I wish WES would have communicated this processing time in the first place!

Kindly put a fast track evaluation with extra amount so that people will evaluate their certificates within 15 or 20 days.

With my experience with World Education Services, everything you need to do in order for your education to be assessed is all there, the instructions are easy to fill and understand. Just be careful of what to address on your document. When you send the documents to them they need the name of the one requesting or your University or College name on your document, not the person who helped you get your documents. Just follow the instructions properly and if you have hesitation there are frequently asked question options and they have customer service so you can call them.

I strongly satisfied with the services of WES and advise my friends to go for WES for their credentials. The time taken for the complete process was not much and the charges is also fair enough to my knowledge. Thanks WES.

WES claims on their website’s Terms and Conditions page that the “typical processing time for World Education Services (WES) evaluations is approximately seven (7) business days from the day that a completed application (including all required documents, information and full payment of fees) is received by WES and compiled for internal review and processing.” This is grossly misleading.

It was easy having transactions with WES. I was guided with the instructions from the APP and from the website. Questions and clarifications about the process were answered immediately which gave me convenience in continuing the process. My personal copy of the credential evaluation report arrived in my home country, Philippines, almost 2 months after the release of the result. Overall service was excellent!

It was a great experience. Everything was detailed and easy to understand. They were also on time. Evaluate my certificates and even sent the results of evaluation to my email address and house address. They are so professional.

The evaluation process was well explained in the WES website/Portal. Post Login creation there was a delay from my end since the University staff on semester vacation. Even then the evaluation SLA was updated on time and reports generated 5 days prior to SLA projected. Never gave a chance to think about customer service agent for help. It was like direct desk interaction though we are connected virtually. Thank you WES.

The entire process is though time consuming, not a concern though; as I believe the delay is due to high number of applicants applying for ECA. I had a fairly good experience with WES in the evaluation of my credentials however I will appreciate explicit updates on the website as I got confused at a point when it was uploaded that my documents had been received and I need not do anything at the moment whereas a particular document was still being expected, (I assumed based on that update that all was right) then about Four weeks after, I got another update to go get the document, this wasted a great deal of my time and I was not happy about it at all.

My WES ECA timeline was 27 calendar days from the date of account creation. Since my degree was from the US, I was able to send the documents to WES online directly through parchment. Then I just had to wait for my ECA results. Overall a frustration free process, just the timeline is a bit stretched. I was expecting it will be shorter for an American degree evaluation.

I definitely recommend to use their application which help you a lot. You will find all your answer. The instruction was quite simple and complete and they are very responsive when it comes to further clarifications.

I had a good experience of evaluation of my diploma. I'm from Almaty, Kazakhstan. The main thing you should know about this service, is that it took about 3 months to be finished. Whereas it was supposed to end in 35 days. But it's ok, I'm very glad that it eventually finished successfully. Thanks them a lot!

My experience with World Education Services was truly fantastic because I had no difficulty doing all that I was required to do. My documents requirements and verification process went well. Even the courier services were trackable and they kept me updated with the timing. My verification report came earlier than I expected and that made me elected.

Coming from the French engineering system, my credentials are difficult to understand by foreign institutions. I loved the website and the process until I had to resubmit my highschool transcripts because they request them to be sent by the original institution on a sealed envelope. I was already living in the US and even though I had my originals with me, they needed a sealed envelope from my institution, that’s when things got confusing. I wasn’t going to pay a plane ticket just to request that. I tried finding information about my situation and how to submit them if I was outside of my own country already, online was very hard to confirm the right path to follow and when I called customer service, even though I received a good response the first time, it took almost 1 hour waiting for an agent to pick up the call. 1 hour just on hold, waiting. This doesn’t include the time in the automated system choosing options. Probably a total of 1 hour and 15 mins total. Once I reached the agent, everything else went very smooth and easy.

Hello, I do not recommend WES at all. Their customer service is awful and their accountability in archiving documents and above all their ability to read documents vary depending on who they employ! That's what they told me! Here is my story with them: I asked them to issue a letter of my documents evaluation back in 2015 directly to my workplace (now in 2019), without any change, I asked for nothing added or removed. They said it is impossible because the original one was for IRSS and can't be sent anywhere else, which I understood and that I had to start a new application, which I did and of course paid for that. I double checked with their customer service almost two months ago to make sure that all my documents could be transferred from my first application to my second and they said a big YES.

To my experience, WES doesn't stick to their timelines when it comes to evaluation update (additional courses with final degree). It took 2 months 11 days for WES to send out the final report post my documents received. Not to mention that I wrote and called more than 10 times for escalation during this long waiting. It was a waste of time to call WES customer services hotline, the operators only conveyed the same message as showed on their website. Operators seem have no overview on their internal progress. In my case, WES process is very very slow and cause my big trouble in communications with my prospects. I will NOT RECOMMEND WES.

To my experience, WES has given me the worst service ever. I had a plan to apply in Canada and sent document for ECA accordingly. Unfortunately, WES did not perform their job properly. It's been almost 6 months and I did not get my evaluation report, hence WES gave me 2 emails where they mentioned my application is "ON HOLD" because my previous university is not replying to their mail/email. Which is not true. I am doing PhD in abroad, thus I could not go to my previous university physically but sent emails to the person in charge regarding my case, they have given official email to me by mentioning that WES did not send any verification info to them. Later, my wife went to the university for further check about WES claim, and she has found that my previous university is saying the truth as there is no email from WES nor any mail registred. So it's clear that WHO HAS IGNORED their JOB and now blaming others.

WES doesn't stick to their timelines when it comes to education credential assessment. They said 15 business days post my university response but not. It is 17 business still no update from them. Avoid.

I didn't have any problem with their timelines, but when the final report came, they didn't recognise the college from where I've done my masters, hence giving me an Undergraduation evaluation. When I wrote to them, they said my college isn't AICTE recognised, which is not true. Not only is it AICTE recognised, the institute had also sent a copy of the certificate to WES. Moreover, other batch mates have gotten a correct evaluation from them.

I am quite disappointed with service of WES.. I applied for my documentation evaluation in June 2019 i.e. Document by Document and in November, there is ZERO progress. If you are from India and want fast evaluation, please use another evaluation body. In my case, As per requirement, My all Universities has sent all the required documents to WES directly. All documents packages were received by WES and Updated my application status in In progress. After sometimes (35 days) WES has sent reverification mail to one of my university and according to that mail, My university has also sent their Re-verification response to WES within a week. But, since a three months there is no any updates from WES even though my communication to WES via contact form. The process is very slow, I absolutely will NOT RECOMMEND WES.

WES is quick to take your money. Once you have paid, it is extremely difficult to contact them. There is no contact phone number or contact email address. Just a contact form, which they never respond to. They promise 35 days service but my assessment took over 4 months despite my qualifications being obtained in Australia. Very bad service.

They took my money 6 weeks ago and they still haven't completed the review and can't tell me when it will be complete despite assurances from the "supervisors" that they have all the documents and nothing is red flagged. I missed my application deadline for school. Worst customer service ever. What a waste of money and time!

WES gave me proper education credentials according to my Native country Degree, I am happy for that, but little unhappy with Mine name in Wes Report. In the wes report my first name and middle name are in sentence case but All characters of my surname's (Last name) are in Uppercase with coma at the end of Last name. So, I am unhappy from that... If possible please give me corrected digital copy of that as well as Hard copy.

WES is a very good site that does their job. Only my university took a long time to send the report to WES. WES took less than 2 week to send me the report. Also it has been properly secured. Navigation and status regarding the process are very clear.

WES is probably the best place to get your ECA done for Canadian immigration. They are usually quite efficient and stick to the timeline given. Just don't expect any replies to emails. They'll send you something from the FAQs.

Being from a foreign country, the process was smooth all the way! My local university knew exactly how to package and address the envelope, I saw via DHL tracking that it was received by a WES representative closely followed by the WES App confirmation message and an ensuing email. Timely and accurate updates were provided as to the progress of my application. Payment was a breeze using international credit card and I was even able to change my delivery option at the last minute. From start to finish it took less than 2 months once you and your university follow the instructions to the “T”. The evaluation was spot on as well!

WES is unable to track my translations, transcripts and diploma despite acknowledging their receipt. They are highly incompetent and just often times clueless. Depending on the time you call and who you speak to the answer you get is different. Waste of time and waste of money. After 5 months of dealing with a wall the experience leaves me shattered and it has to be a publicly disclosed. They can’t get away with this.

Coming to the United States, my diploma in my country never considered. When I knew of the existence of the WES, I made the application necessary and followed all the requirements. I thank God and I also thank WES that my diploma was approved in the USA and Canada. I'm happy, very happy.

What I really appreciated about the World Education Services was the constant updates for every query and the smooth, efficient way the entire evaluation process was completed. They maintained the timelines mentioned and always intimated me on the progress and the next steps. Easy use of the website and to track the progress of the process.

Every aspects are worth enough for applying to WES except the fees. It is just an evaluation and not a semester fee. I would suggest to charge genuinely. Rest everything from the time taken to the evaluation was perfect and correct.

First of all you gonna need this thing when you study abroad. WES provides an internationally recognized and pretty simple evaluation system and procedure. You just need to submit documents which you are going to need in the other country to WES and that's it! Further WES will send you their evaluated document to wherever you want, the local mailing authority may delay your delivery but as far as I know it's just in 2 weeks at most.

I got WES to evaluate my transcripts from India. After multiple attempts, I was able to get them the right documents as they kept rejecting without offering a good reason. Finally when they evaluated, the GPA came out so low. I had gotten evaluations done from other reputed credentialing agencies and they were much higher than WES. I opened an inquiry and after repeated multiple followups they came back with a standard answer. If you can apply to schools without using WES, please do so as they are the worst credentialing organization with no focus on the customer experience.

I submitted my evaluation request in late July and as of mid-October I have nothing, despite a $300 fee payment!!! My school in France sent them the transcript and also sent me copies. Despite acknowledging receipt of the documents, they claim that they don't have it because the document is titled something else as opposed to what they would like, despite clearly showing the list of courses and grades. I have entered multiple "contact us" that mostly go unanswered. They said they were going to investigate with the school and get back to me, but when I called 2 weeks later, they had not made any attempt to contact the school. I've missed a couple of deadlines and now getting close to missing more. THIS IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE I'VE DEALT WITH IN A LONG TIME.

The service was excellent. I can say that the instructions via website or phone made it easy for the applicants to read and understand the guidelines or directions of the things needed to be done. Apparently, I was disappointed because it took me 2 months to get my education approved and I wasn't satisfied that it was only evaluated as a 3 year degree, which I really worked on for 4 years, but as to say I am not sure how the evaluation and accreditation took place, but I understand. At least it was a high evaluation tho. I just hope the waiting time can get fast and it says there, that once the document was received then the 3 weeks of waiting time will proceed until you see the results, but unluckily, I received mine less than 2 months. I have a bachelor of science in Civil Engineering and In got a credential assessment from World Education Services with short period of time as compared to others. I will share my experience to others for any one who is in need of such service.

The process was clear and easy from A to Z, the status of my application was duly updated, at each stage, WES updating the application and I get informed by email, the only thing that might need some improvement is the time taken to complete my application review as it has taken a bot longer time, however the whole experience was great.

It was ok. The was no email to contact them and made communication difficult. They took 4 days to reply me when I used the contact form on their website. I had to contact them on Twitter before they responded to me.

When I came to America I wanted to continue studying in America and I found that each school ask you to do evaluation of your transcript to be admitted. This is when I asked my friend who graduated in America where did he got his evaluation and he told me that he used WES and I googled it and started the process. The site is very easy to use and cheaper after my university sending my transcript to WES it took only 7 days to get my transcript course by course evaluation and now I am ready to study. Thanks to WES.

Overall experience was good because I got my problems resolved at the end of the day. Although, I would suggest they include certain modification features, such that the customers can make changes to through their account like;1) Add or remove credential. 2) change of evaluation type. Secondly, certain rigidity can be relaxed by allowing for upgrade of another credential during the evaluation process instead of waiting for the current evaluation to end. Also, to create room for customers to run two types of evaluations at the same time, I believe this will save time for both WES and the customer.

WES only accepts documents if they are directly sent by universities in a sealed cover. This means they are authentic documents then why they need reverification again? It is unnecessary process. Students/ customers are struggling for reverification as Universities incur certain fees for it but WES doesn't pay it. Student has to contact universities for reverification process. It is hectic and time taking process.

Their website was very user-friendly; with easy step-by-step guidance on how to get/send our transcripts. Also appreciate their "live" status update, available both on the website and mobile app. Sure gave me a lot of assurance. The review of transcripts took about 10 working days, excluding sending of reports to school. So do factor is a bit more time if you do not want to miss your sch's application timeline. WES also allows adding more credentials, even after the evaluation is completed

Although customer service was pretty fast to reply you back about your concern but it took the WES forever to complete my evaluation. All is well when end is well. ???? Anyway I'm thankful for my report.

I used WES for Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) for my credentials and that of my wife. Although it took longer than I thought due to back and forth in correspondence, I am very satisfied with the timeline and how easy it was to track our application. WES for me, is the most reliable for ECA.

All the information required to get the job done is made available on website and other digital channels in easily understandable format and language. Processes are well documented and streamlined, so easy to follow. Response to the query is quick and resolves the query. The tracking off application process is good and the result was given on the date as promised by them. Over all a satisfying experience.

My review of WES plain and simple is that they are a fraudulent organization. I requested for them to do an evaluation of my diploma and Degree for employment purposes. When I completed the form I noticed that WAEC results were required from Nigeria. Now I completed my Secondary education in the United Kingdom and obtained my O and A levels there. Keep in mind this was in 1986. I then went to and did a Diploma in Social Administration and a Degree BSC in Sociology from the University of Lagos. I then called the customer service and told them I did not have the required WAEC results and was told it would be waived. I paid $152.00 in April of 2019 and WES did not get my documents until September 2019. A few days later this was the message I got in my message in box "West African Examinations Council, Nigeria. West African Senior School Certificate. Examination Results | Not Received."

I send my document 4/17/2015. But still not answer. More than 4 years my document hold. They waiting for Sri Lanka examination department until authorize my document. They are not send any reminder about this matter. They dont have any responsibilities. This my worst experience in Canada.

I had a horrible experience using WES, I applied for my transcript to be evaluated in May and in October, there is ZERO progress. If you are from Nigeria or a country where it is difficult to obtain your transcript, please use another evaluation body. WES has so many ridiculous requirements like your high school transcript (WAEC) and a scratch card. Save yourself the time and stress. The process is very slow, they add to the evaluation requirement without informing you. When you send them a message on their website, it takes them weeks to reply. I absolutely will NOT RECOMMEND WES.

Two months ago I filled out application for my wife's foreign graduation evaluation. My wife came to US two years ago with her degree and diploma engineering transcripts issued by university and college. We sent those transcripts to Wes. They were rejected stating they didn't come directly from University and college. I contacted Wes to get more information and explained that her technical education board doesn't exist anymore as it was dissolved and instead university took over, so for diploma courses transcript is coming from university. I was told to have university and college send transcripts directly to Wes.

I applied to World Education Services to evaluate my First Degree Bachelor of Science and Master Degree. I was requested to forward all necessary documents and to request the Institutions I graduated from to forward my academic transcripts to WES. Despite my Universities having sent my documents to WES, WES requested for revalidation to affirm authenticity of my documents. Overall, though the process was rigorous, my certificates evaluation were concluded within reasonable time frame. I am elated I have a WES badge.

I recently used WES for my credentials evaluation for immigration purpose (Canada). The instructions were clear for me who's a first time user. It took a while to get result (almost 2 months) but the process was easy. Just the waiting period is taking a bit longer.

I submitted my documents to WES at the end of June 2019, in order to be considered for a place at the Parsons School of Design, in August. They received my documents July 1st and did not send them to my school (Parsons) until August 27th. Despite claiming on their website that process takes 7 working days. I paid $245, the equivalent of £196. Only for my application to be denied due to their uselessness. I now have to spend $50 to reapply to Parsons.

I would rate my overall experience with WES highly satisfactory and can surely trust WES for any future need for educational assessment. At first, I chose WES only because it was the most popular way to have my ECA report, but I can now understand the reasons for its wide popularity. Long delay in evaluation of documents. I the website says that it will take 35 days to evaluate documents, but it doesn't say that it takes two months to review the documents prior to evaluation start. This is a wrong sales practice.

I choose WES for ECA for Canada immigration purpose. My whole evaluation took about 3 months and I would say it was good. I believe mine was good because the officer that handled it was fast, organized and professional. I'm frustrated and confused why they keep saying on their website 35 bus days for ECA. It is a lie, they need approximately 4-5 months to do their job.

My only complaints is during a moment I need to change my mailing address. I am not sure why it needs to be locked while the evaluation is in progress. They could lock it after finishing the evaluation and that is more understandable. In able to change the mailing address, I have to contact the customer support via email as I have time difference from their office, so the response was not instant. The issue was resolved but it took 3 tries to sort it out correctly as they are not familiar with the format of my foreign mailing address. If I was able to change it on my side, it could've been a lot easier. Overall, the service and results are satisfactory.

I applied to have my degree verified for immigration requirements in Canada. The process took a month longer than it was supposed to, for no clear reason. I submitted all documents required using the Digitary service, it just took them longer (I assume they had a lot of applications to process). The frustrating part was the lack of updates on the application. I only received a notification the processing deadline had changed to a later date after I had called them to see where my application was. The relief is that there were no issues with my application and so no further delays. I have friends who have experienced worse delays. Overall, the service is fine - I've heard other agencies are even slower! You just have to be patient and keep following up with them by phone for updates (I found the phone customer service team to be extremely helpful).

I was told this would take about 6 months after they received required paperwork. It took maybe 2 or 3. Im satisfied with the services. I wish it had a little bit more detail, but it's probably not needed. Im ok with it.

It took 6 month to get all the documents ready and finally get my evaluation. It cost over 500$, but for the job they did it should've cost less. It turned out they didn't give me any credits at all: only a few. And what was the most frustrating, I had over 20 credit hours or English and they DIDN'T GIVE ME ANY CREDITS FOR IT. Waste of money. Looks like they don't care about customers and don't do their own investigation.

It's being really wonderful that I got regular updates emails from WES. Also it's easy to access and check the process timely. I was quite worried earlier but once got login to it things were so easy and at most comfortable.

First - they don't provide good customer support - Call them anytime and they will put you on hold for at-least 20 mins before answering. I got my report and saw ambiguity in the "Credit" points (# of hours for that subject) - was matching for all other subjects except one. I called them and WES suggested to put up a online request - which won’t allow you to attach any images or supporting docs. They would reply back saying the evaluation is as per "US standards"! And you will see yourself in this chain where again you put a online request. There's no email id that you can use to correspond nor you can talk to the engineer working on your case to explain the situation directly. Overall, very disappointed with WES!!!

WES was used to evaluate both mine and my wife education documents, they provided timely service with clear instructions, although the process for India is took long up to 3 months. This is not a delay from WES, WES app came very useful to track the status.

My son WAS hoping to return to a US university. In order to do this we needed his UK university grades evaluated. We chose WES because they claim to do the evaluation in 7 working days. They received the documents on the 1st August (we know because we had it tracked from the UK) but didn't register receipt until the 7th. Then by Aug 19th still having no news and documents still pending, I called them. The documents have not yet STARTED to be evaluated because they have to be reviewed, approved and verified BEFORE they can be evaluated. He couldn't tell me what these entailed, nor how long it would take, and we could not have priority status because we hadn't waited long enough. We talked round and round in circles for over an hour and a half.

I wrote four times to ask the staffs' help with finding the documents but nobody really took care of it. Review took more than one month - it's already two days after the due date but the status is still "in progress". They were pretty quick at receiving money, though. Charge is very high and not worthy. If you are in a hurry, go somewhere else.

WES is useful for any professional needing US or Canada accreditation. You gotta go through them for immigration requirements. I wish there were more personal and less generic customer service, that at any point I can write or talk to a person and get the documents right the first time. Also if they resolve your certificate is equivalent to less than you actually graduated for then there is no conversation or mutual understanding, clarification that you can do afterwards. Once they decide is pretty much ditto. The shipping updates may not be real time. Watch for writing your full name because the Accreditation will have that and they won’t change even if your passport and certifications match that full name. Online you can follow the status. It doesn’t say in addition to your marksheet you also need the title translated but you do, so add it.
