I have come to know about WES from a friend, that they do process evaluation of credentials as one of the requirements in immigration to Canada. The results came too early as I expected, it is very quick, clear, detailed and accessible. It indicates after 3 weeks, I will receive the result but not even one week I got the equivalent of my degree through the app. So, I assume the hard copy will be on next few weeks will deliver in my address.

At the beginning I was not sure if my documents were received or lost, the confirmation was confirmed 3 weeks later after I sent them. It seems it took so long because of the lockdown and is understandable. Once the evaluation started, it took just a few days (around 5) to get my positive results.

My experience with WES was a nightmare. I sent three times the same documents with tracking number since they keep telling me that they did not received it when tracking specified that it was delivered. Then they told me part of my translation was missing. During a call their agent told me that once I submit the request online they will email me the missing part so I can have the professional translator providing them with the translation. They then told me they do not send any information back to the applicant. I was mislead during the entire process and they had the audacity to charge me $50 cancellation fee when I cancelled due to their lack of professionalism and malpractice. Save your money and your time and go with another institution.

I received an email from WES that my application might be completed a month later. However, I got the result only 1 week after the email. The website is user-friendly and very clear about what I need to do and what documents need to be included.

My ECA was quickly done by WES and the equivalent grade I got was satisfactory to me. The timing was good. The online support whereby I could trace the report was so encouraging and the overall process was good. I only had issues with payment as I didn't understand that their account doesn't accept cash deposits but bank transfers only. I waited for long to understand whereas I had already made a payment. I got refunded quickly though and completed the process.

When I submitted my application, it was stated that it would take about a month or two to get my evaluation report but guess what? I received the report in less than a month. And to think I would have taken longer because I applied in July during the pandemic where a lot of people were working from home. Thank you WES for delivering in a timely manner.

My experience with WES is real trouble. Stay away!!! The mail I sent sat in their mail PO box over a month. They claim Covid, of course what else can it be!!! How hard to go to post office and pick up your mail!!! Then, another couple of weeks passed and they did not accept the stamped and signed envelope. It was exactly as they wanted. Then, they want my university to contact them. Yeah, good luck!!! When you log in your account and send email to them, the response! Again good luck. I have been waiting for a response for one week now! In sum, It's been months I have been dealing with this bad service. Stay away!!!

My WES experience was overall satisfactory. It was easy to understand the required documents and the online application was simple. There were a couple of points which detracted, a little, from the WES merits. The first: WES has mentioned that due to Coronavirus, electronic delivery of the documents is possible. Excellent! However, when my university emailed the documents, the initial response by WES was that they had not received any package. After a few days, I witnessed in my page that they are processing a package. A little disappointing, but not heart-breaking.

I ordered a copy of my credential and Wes.org says it was sent out June 19, 2020, there was no tracking number and no status online and till now July 7 9, 2020 I still haven't received my credentials. I've been calling their support telephone and emailing their website with no response. This is for my work application and this is not acceptable. I would not recommend Wes.org for future customers.

My experience with WES to get international certificate of my education degree was amazing. Especially in Covid period. I have sent all document by DHL even after seen on site due to covid all new request will remains pending. I was wary when DHL acknowledged the delivery after while several retries. But I could not find any reference update on site regarding reception of my documents. I called first time after hard retries and waiting about 30 minutes on phone hopefully I have enough balance to persist online for such international call.

As a Nigerian it took time to get the assessment done. But the delay was not from WES. Immediately they received a document, they informed me and outline what is outstanding. Please Keep up the good service.

Everything was fine. Evaluation was good, money was worth it and the delay was expected. However during the pandemic, the delay went from 1 week to 3 months. This is understandable, but my employers were not really happy about it and they wanted proofs. So I ask WES if they can write a letter addressed to whomever it may concern that my evaluation will take a bit longer due to this and that. They declined. This was a setback for me. So I applied at another agency which got the job faster at maybe a poorer evaluation standard just so I can keep my job. It took them only 1 week. Overall evaluation was good but have a backup plan in case it takes a while.

A lot of follow up required but finally got it. I think the process of assessment should be fully online, not only because COVID-19 but for making the process easier. Also adding a Customer service Chat would greatly enhance the customer experience, not having to create a Contact Us case... Also, the communication between WES and the applicant's Education Institution for online application should start from WES and not having the Institution to create a Contact Us case... Also, the applicant should be involved in the communication process to be able to follow up on both sides.

I have 18 years of education and hold a master's degree. However, when I submitted my master's degree for review and evaluation, WES provided a Canadian bachelor equivalency for my master's degree. One of my friends, who got Canadian Master's equivalency for its master's degree from IQAS, has also been given bachelor's equivalency by WES. This is a trend that I have also found after going through various forums on the internet, that WES would most likely provide a bachelor's equivalency for master's programs, of Pakistan or India. This unfairness and bias has been observed. This unfortunately doesn't only have monetary costs, but results in reduction in immigration points, cancellation of PhD admissions etc.

My documents were sent to WES by February. Then the COVID19 situations came up. I was worried whether my assessment will get affected by this. But WES has done an excellent job and I got my assessment results online in the speculated time.

I am very dissatisfied with WES because their services are not accurate and the customer service is absolutely unhelpful. I had my associate's degree evaluated and they analyzed it as a bachelor level when my country does not offer this course at bachelor level. Then they placed an "f" for all the classes that I never took. This brought my GPA down for no reason. I have called multiple times, and left emails, only to receive the standard "I will transfer your concern to the right department". Also, all the grades are curved downwards because the European system is much harder than the US system. Really really poor service and I regret ever having wasted my money with them. If you can avoid them and use another company, please do so! They will ruin your career without even caring about it. I cannot emphasize enough how disappointed I am to have used WES.

This process was a nightmare start to finish. They were extremely unhelpful - very long wait times and TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION. You cannot email them directly, only write to the contact us section of their website and have to re-explain your situation every time. No, they let me waited two months, and then the newest update is canceled. They did not let me use other services or say sorry at all. You should not use this service, take your research you will see a lot of bad reviews. Do not let others fool you around by the comment. I will try to sue them for this issue, but believe me, guys. The money they refund to you is nothing to compare with your time.

Secondly, the customer service is excellent. I did contact customer service for few times to know about if they have received my transcripts. Then I did request them to change my address through email. They did reply of my email and approved my request. They actually provide good service by WES app. I used to check my status and it is very useful. You can easily download it in play store and can log In with your email address. Then you can online check your status after logging in. You can also download PDF final report in WES app once your Degree will be evaluated.

The evaluation service WES offered was alright. But I want to make a suggestion because my evaluation took place during this pandemic. I would suggest WES create a profile for receiver e-mail because I encountered the issue of delivery due to lockdown in which I paid for 2nd day air delivery. So before any completed evaluation is sent by courier or postal mail, the institution would have gotten it to enable them process a student admission. Anyone targetting eca from Wes should keep four month in hand. They say it's 35 days but it can take 2 month till completion additional 1-2 month for you collecting and sending them documents depending on your university services with transcript. All said and done. They are professional. It's worth getting it from there. Customer service is a disappointment but they do complete evaluation properly.

Honestly, i had expected some kind of long wait (my brother got his evaluation done by another body and waited 6 months). I was however thrilled when informed that the whole process had been completed and my report available within few weeks! I am already a self-appointed WES ambassador!

Right from the registration till the completion of evaluation, the process was smooth, although there was some delay/difficulty on the part of the University. The status at every point of time was informed well.

It took me approx. 4 months to get my two degrees reviewed, one of England and one of India. The biggest problem was that after sending my transcript and degree copy together for reviewing, I was asked to resend the degree copying saying that either they did not receive it or the copy wasn’t readable enough, however, I sent the exact same copy the next time also since it was perfect earlier also. So, that was a real time and money waste. Also, I haven’t received the hard copy yet, after two months of the process completion.

At the start, the website was stuck for few days i.e. after I submitted the application for few days it was showing "give 15 mins. to update". But after the issue was resolved, then it was smooth. Step by step update on the process. It took more time than expected but was satisfied with the overall experience. The WES app. was really helpful. Easy to operate and know the status. Customer services via Email was a big hassle. It took days to get a reply but that too was not useful. No proper assurance on how they are resolving the queries. Very good service and the mobile application is very user-friendly with update on the evaluation. However, the only point to be improved is that documents should be processed faster, it took approx 3 months to get the report.

The instructions are very clear and information about the whole process, and if you can review and interpret correctly, the entire process can be completed in 45 days from WES. The time consuming part would be to get the documents to WES from your home country / country of education.

WES evaluation is professional. They clearly state their requirements. Updated status of the process is provided regularly. The only drawback is that they asked to send copy of documents by mail while I prefer to upload a scanned copy of the original documents.

My experience with WES from the application phase, to the sending required documents and to the delivery of my reports was excellent. WES customers' communication is awesome for I have been able to receive a response for every email send and my worries answered and resolved. However, the only problem I have experienced with WES is their standard delivery has no tracking number leaving customers who use the standard delivery in the dark and occasionally confused and worried.

Positive: easy to follow instructions, fair price, good tracking system, providing the results on the given deadlines on their website. Negative: it needs more employees to be faster. For me, it just took almost a whole month to just tell me the copy of my transcripts did not meet WES expectations, and after I send it again, it took an extra month to complete my evaluation. This is wasting the client's time. Most of us need evaluation for a specific university or immigration deadlines. If WES had told me sooner that they wanted another copy, I would not have missed the score of my age in the Canada Express Entry system. I got my credentials assessment, done by WES and I do not regret it a bit. it was very professional and very accurate in regard to deadline. Everything about the process was clear. I had no question as everything was available on their website and forum. So I continued with WES to do my husband's credentials and I always recommend their services to other people. The process of evaluation is lengthy but I didn't get worried as the status was always updated on the site. Overall a satisfying and timebound experience. They respected their timelines which I really appreciate.

The diploma delivery via DHL took 2 days and 6 days. I come from Moscow and graduated from top 3 universities of Russia (/Moscow). Still the evaluation took 50 days, however I was informed about each step in the mobile app. So I’m satisfied even tho it took quite a while.

I send my degrees to be evaluated. They send them back to me stating they need apostille seal. I got the apostilles and send the documents back to WES. Two weeks later they told me that the documents were not valid because the seal was incorrect. I cancelled service and asked for my documents back. It has been over two months and they still have not returned them. They refuse to send them saying they did already try and documents were returned to them. When I ask if they have a tracking number or proof that they sent the documents, they do not say anything. Now they are asking for money from me so they can pay for postage. They never refunded me anything for the services they did not provide. When I call them, they just do not care. They put me on hold, and they just don't grab the phone anymore and if I stay on the phone they just hang up after some time.

This company stole our original documents along with our money. After calling to confirm that my type of documents would be evaluated and paying them online to create the account, which also specified the type of documents, they cancel the order almost two weeks later stating that they didn’t evaluate those type of documents.

I am very happy with my experience with WES. Asking them questions through phone making sure you’re doing it the right way, is not a bad idea. The person who answered the phone was very helpful and friendly! With my credentials from Philippines, it took less than a month only with my course-by-course evaluation report. Tracking my transcript with WES online was easy and they keep me updated with my credentials status all the way.

When I decided to embarked on the process of using World Education Services for the evaluation of my credentials, I thought it's going to take a very long time to have my report ready. Prior to this, I had consult friends and social media platforms to seek public opinions on their experience with World Education Services. I had such a good experience having my credentials to be evaluated by WES. I am from Iran who is graduated in Philippines. All my documents were sent directly from university to WES. I'm an international student here in the US. I have mailed documents 3 times!! Since September 2019. When I track the package it all appears that the package was delivered successfully to the right address yet they never updated my status and it still seems like I never sent them the documents. I tried to contact them a bunch of times and all that they say is to wait because the documents are not found. HOW COMES?! I applied here from August! 6 months! AND NOTHING. I am stuck here! DON'T EVER PAY THEM!!! Once you pay they give a ** about your case. Today I sent an email asking for the refund policies, I am pretty much done with them. I am gonna find another company. I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND ALSO THEY SHOULD APOLOGIZE FOR MY TIME WASTED!

Reviewing from Canada. Once they have your money they will never return your emails. When you phone them they promise to get back to you by the end of the day, they don't. You have to keep chasing them. They are not very helpful at all. I suggest that you use another service. On their website they make it look like that you are phoning Toronto as the address above the phone number is a Toronto address and the fax number below the phone number is a Toronto number but in-fact you are phoning the USA and the customer service is really bad. I give them one star because I can't give no stars.

I put in my application in late October 2019 to get reviewed. It is Feb 2020 and I have still not received an answer. Oddly enough, I have phoned and spoken to WES a dozen times. Every operator and supervisor has not been able to help me. This has been the most emotionally frustrating experience fo my life, not to mention that I cannot apply to schools without getting this. Nobody is able to give me an answer no matter who I speak to. I ask the supervisor to give me a call back several times, he didn't. I asked for my file to be urgently looked at and yet it is still in progress. This is the WORST experience of my life.

I send them in November all the documentation they need and after more than a month they send me another list of documents and they asked me to send them, the original documents. I'm from Romania and my original documents cannot send them to anybody. More than that I send to WES legalized documents that are like original having stamps from 7 governmental institution. And they said that they cannot see one specific stamp who was just there!!! So because of this stamp they asked me the original papers even so the stamp was for sure there in original and translated!!!

Very bad customer service. Do not use WES. It's a waste of time and money. Horrible service, have to wait for months then canceled and waiting for twenty days after submitting the cancelation email for response. Never come and customer service have no idea...

I had a very good and smooth experience with WES and the evaluated results are accurate but I will like the organisation to work on the timing for the whole evaluation. My processes lasted for 6 months before I could get the results.

WES provides me an extremely good Credential Assessment Service. They are so time bound with regular updation on online services. Only one I feel negative is that fees is somewhat more. For fees payment if debit card is accepted, I will be more happy.

Overall experience was good though it took longer than I had anticipated. The main challenge was that the second verification by my university took long. I had to go to the university to ask them to reply the email from WES. Wes should not wait for the university to reply but rather follow it up with a phone call and reduce reminder periods. Some universities can be hell in communication thus reminders and phone calls will make it easier and faster.

It is the best organization to evaluate your education certificates equivalent to Canada or US. I strongly recommend World Education Services. Additionally their customer care services are awesome. Best in class.

When I got my evaluation report (it took WES more than a month by the way) I didn't get the original diploma I sent. I was very nervous about that since the diploma was the only document I had proving I had a higher education. I called WES and the representative was very formal with no sign of empathy. He couldn't get any information and advised me to create a case on the website (that was a good advice, thank you) which I did - and then there was no update to investigation process. So I was left with no diploma and no updates on whether they are doing anything with my request. I had to call the second time in a week and that time the representative was very friendly and caring. She somehow pushed investigation to the priority status and in a few days I got my document back! In the end, I had everything I needed from them and evaluation was accepted by the employer.

I did a complete credential evaluation for Canadian Immigration purposes. The website provided me all information I needed and I was able to do everything by myself. All steps were extremely easy to understand and I could keep track of WES work after they received my documents plus, the review was completed a few days before the scheduled. I'm Waiting for my evaluation report for over a month(!) after they received the documents. It should take 7 days according to them! I keep contacting them and they basically ignore me. I don't understand why there is no alternative to that service! As a straight-A student I depend on this company to get into the PhD program. This is so frustrating. There is nothing I can do. Of course the easiest thing for them is to take my money and then don't deliver the service *they* agreed to provide. This is a breach of the agreement but unfortunately I don't have any leverage. I am a foreign citizen and can't really take any actions against this terrible company. Hopefully universities and other places that use their services will avoid them. They should not be allowed to conduct this business. They are taking advantage of people.

Here's my timeline dealing with WES: Sep 12 - Created account and paid for the course by course transcripts evaluation from my former university in Russia. Mid October - they've changed my profile that the documents were received from my former school. 1st week of November - they put my account on hold because they had decided the original transcripts (sent directly from my school) weren't authentic enough and they required additional verification. Dec 2 - they've received additional verification documents from my school and changed the status on "In Progress".

WES is very efficient to take your money. Once you have paid, there is no means to make a proper contact. There is no contact phone number or contact email address. There is only a web form to write your matter then they will reply it with generic text. There is no means to reply. Again you need to fill a web form to ask about provided generic text. Then somebody else reply you with the same generic text. They promise 35 days service but my assessment took over 75 days. Extremely inefficient service.

Applicants from India who may have complete their grad/undergrad degrees from India, please DO NOT USE WES when applying for Universities in the US or for Express Entry to Canada. WES expects Universities to send the transcripts directly and most of the older, bigger Universities in India do not have any provision to do the same. This has resulted in various forums where students are discussing alternatives or 'jugaads'. Funnily enough, applicants from Pakistan or Nepal are not bound by the same requirements. So, students or prospective immigrants from India, please DO NOT USE WES!!!

WES provides high quality service. When I created my account, WES asked me to send my documents. So, I sent my documents. WES started the evaluation procedure, and I followed the progress of the file online until the end. It was very easy.

The process was hitch free as at every point in time, the current status was updated in your account which was easily viewed on the WES app downloaded on my phone. The evaluation took exactly the number of days stated that it would take. There were no delays after they received all the required documents from my institution.

The experience provided me the opportunity to learn and also share learning with my friends and colleagues at work to find time and enroll for the WES verification. When I viewed the detailed verified document on the school I am applying to in the US (Fordham Graduate School of Art and Sciences), it is so analytical in the certification which provided me the view to believe in the authenticity of the process and while time was a great essence. I got the correct evaluation, but concerning the time it needs to process your documents that's what missing, cause once they receive the documents there are 2 weeks before they start working on them, that means adding to the 30 days it will be around 6 weeks, in any case less than other company. But overall I was satisfied.

All the process for the credentials evaluation is clearly explained at the website. Everything was easy and fast. Something I liked was that all the results were sent to my house without additional fees and the online certificate, to post on social media, is wonderful.

They accepted the official transcripts. I sent a copy of the Diploma via FedEx. Delivery was accepted by J **. A day later they post document received. Another day later they posted that the document is with evaluators for accuracy. A day later it was posted we did not received your diploma. I could not believe it. I called customer service. Was told, "We did not receive your document." I explained to the clerk that the certificate was received and was sent to evaluators. He denied that they received the document. Go figure. I was given a fax number and sent a copy. Two days later nothing was posted and I sent another copy of my Diploma by fax via Office Depot. Three days later nothing posted. Today I sent another copy via the USPS. Hoping for the best.

The WES has very clearly defined and documented processes. All the documentation requirements are laid out very clearly. They provide templates that may be needed in the process by the candidate and also by the institution that will send the transcript. Well developed processes!

Evaluation process itself took almost two month, which seemed kind of longer, but at the end evaluation was complete successfully and there were no back and forth with WES or my Educational Institution.
