I am very happy and satisfied with the services of WES. I got my assessment done within few days of submission of my documents by my University. WES is a fast, accurate, and best way to get the educational assessment done.

I had a horrible experience with them. Starting from false advertisement and what I would have to do to get my evaluation. They changed the rules on me completely disregarding their own instructions on website and after additional money spent to follow their new rules, they came up with more rules saying that requested verification from my school, and they just never sent them an email. As a result, I am late with all of my deadlines. I am asking for a full refund but I still lost money on expedited shipping of documents ($150) that nobody will ever refund me. I wish I did not hope for the best, and simply went with the reviews and never contacted them. Also all of my questions - they do not respond to you, they say super generic things that will not help you solve your situation and people on the phone can only expedite your requests that will be responded by people will not give you help. So stay away from them.

I had my doctoral degree evaluated for an ECA certificate to be sent to Canadian immigration. WES returned a report within 24 hours as my degree was from a university that has Parchment service to send transcripts.

I got my ECA report done in just 1 day after submitting all my documents to WES and after all transcripts reached and accepted at WES. One of my universities sent the transcripts by electronic method (Symbiosis) and one (IGNOU) used the services of India Post. As I had applied for Canadian equivalency report, I was needed to instruct my University to send the transcripts to the Canadian address of WES.

I chose WES because it was referred by others. The website had a link to pre-evaluate the education qualifications which I thought was excellent since every University charges a good amount of money for the Transcript plus the courier charges add up to quite a bit for someone with multiple degrees - not to mention Transcript Agents who can empty your pockets in no time.

I am applying to study at a number of US institutions. As part of the application process I am required to have my UK qualifications converted into GPAs. Compared to other services on the market, WES is the most straightforward (also found out that my friend had used their services previously too). However, the cost of the evaluation for what is actually delivered is ridiculous. I paid about £200 for something that took a week once all of the documents (2!) were received from my universities! I also had to pay my old university £10 to have my qualifications sent directly to WES by email. Great service, but price was definitely too high - especially given how much money is paid overall at different stages of the admissions process!

The entire evaluation process of WES is candidly laudable. Their customer service were always ready to help and the app-based help center provided the answers to almost all the questions I inquired about.

Overall, I must say the experience with WES was easier than I expected, in fact, initially I thought I might have missed something because of how seamless the process was. Once you read and follow the instructions on the website as is, you should have no issues. I set up my account with them on September 1, 2021. From there I received instructions on how to upload the necessary documents. My University was quick in submitting the transcript. I had planned to download the WES App, but figured it was not necessary, as I received a follow up from them in a short time. Today is September 23 and I already received an electronic copy of the ECA report, so I was able to use it as needed. I am now awaiting the physical copy, which is expected to arrive by October. My advice to you is to read carefully and do not overcomplicate the process.

The education assessment process for my Canada PR was amazingly quick than what I heard of. Many people and Youtube videos said that WES would take months for the assessment. So I set my mind accordingly to wait. Surprise to me that whole process took only 3 weeks including the physical copy delivery.

Everything took less than a 2 weeks, I was still expecting my report on 18/10/2021, Bam I received it on 20/09/2021. Am very pleased with everything and the service. I submitted my documents and I received the report within 5 days, which is really commendable and praiseworthy. However, the nightmare starts after this. So, I got my online report on 5th Jan 2021. After that, I waited for 10 months and in between this time I sent several mails to them. No one replies to them, and even if you get a reply you cannot really talk to me because they use this "Do not reply" mail id. So, eventually for every next question you have to go through the same process again and again.

It took 5 months for my overall (double bachelor and masters) educational assessment. This too was due to delays on the university part due to Covid situation. The experience regarding transparency of the process and the swift results has been really smooth. However, generally the Indian/ Asian degrees are not always evaluated as it is. For example, I got evaluated as double bachelor's despite of my master in science degree. Thus, due to educational differences, it might not consider our highest educational qualification. So cutting short, WES is one of the best service providers in this fields and reliable as well.

The website was very easy to use and straightforward. I had a concern regarding the use of my name on 2 different degrees was different than that on my passport (maiden name and married name). I sent them the inquiry through the help link and 2 days later they replied and were very helpful. I also like the fact that they give a deadline to the submission of the documents which can help in organizing deadlines.

My transcript was mailed last August 16, 2021 from Philippines to WES- Canada. I got my ECA Report in PDF last September 14, 2021. I'm fully satisfied in my WES experience and highly recommend to everyone.

All documents received by them but after 10 business days, customer representative says, "We are reviewing. Wait for another 10 days. You might get some response." Every request replies with automated email but nobody cares what is customer question. I am still waiting and looks like it's been more than 3 months started process and might lose my opportunity to provide documents on time.

Paid more than 300$ for an in-depth review. On the website, it was promised it'll be completed in 8 days. WES (World Education Services) changed its evaluation process completely by requiring the institution to send the documents instead of the government apostilled version. It's okay, I contacted my university, and they sent it. For some reason, WES started the verification process for those documents. They said in my account that they sent an email to my university. However, my university did not receive anything. They also said, that they'll send another email in 7 weeks, which again is not happening (no updates in the account either). For the company I need it evaluated for, they needed to receive the documents in 90 days. I'll have to pay their application fee again because of that. If you have an option to verify your documents somewhere else, definitely use it!

So far you are able to submit all the documents required you will get your evaluation as soon as possible. After I submitted the documents, in about 2-3 weeks my evaluation was done. And was sent out ASAP.

What a pleasant experience, straightforward experience. From researching how to do this, to guiding you on how to contact your institution, updates as soon as documents are received and assessed and Extremely reliable. I’ve never had to contact them as everything was provided and timeously too.

When I was doing research about which organization to use for the evaluation of my education, I came across a few but WES was much recommended above others. Guided by that, I confidently went into WES website and created my account on 15 August, made my payment on 19 Aug and downloaded my documents. My two universities emailed my transcripts to WES and within four days, my report was completed. Although the third university was taking long to submit my transcript, I phoned and emailed WES about my challenges, my enquiry was handled satisfactorily. I was advised to do the upgrade on my account for my other qualification to be evaluated as well at a very small fee.

I have good Experience with WES but just for equivalency of Indian Masters degree, they give my Masters to Postgraduate Diploma (1 year) that I think they should give Masters equivalency because for my Masters I have a four-Semesters program with a regular course (full time) and overall my experience is good. I recommend WES to all. It's easy to use. Easy to understand all processes. They have a mobile app that is very convenient to understand all the process of WES credential evaluation better.

WES was recommended to me by my admission advisor and I must say that their services has been amazing. When I Googled the portals for ECA, I found WES is better option, and it was mentioned that it would take 30-35 days for verification post getting documents. However, it's completed within a week and I was just astonished. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend it to my friends.

Very slow, demanding too much. I was their customer and they are not releasing my information. The whole system sucks. Each email require a new thing such as fax, evidence.. new document and it took at least 3 weeks to get replied. If they told me what I have to do at the first time, I wouldn't complain. But they kept asking something new again, again and again. Besides slow process, the phone customer service people are not well trained.. It seems like very low paying stupid job. Honestly I am so sorry for them. All communication with this stupid organization is one way. You cannot replied to their email. So the fastest way to resolve your problem is finding another service and pay again. This people will waste your time. So unorganized and horrible services.. This non-profit organization should end the business.

When I registered for an account, I already set my expectations that it will take months for the process given the current pandemic situation, especially here in my country. I was not completely wrong about this, as my University took about 3 weeks to process my credentials. But as soon as they sent it to WES, the Doc2Doc Credentials Evaluation completed in no time! I have been doing my ECA with WES and hoped after I paid to them the fees (which was a lot for me), that I get a decent report with all my provided educations on it, but this was not the case. I have paid on top to the report to the Industrie und Handelskammer (chamber of commerce and industry) in Germany 70 Euros for my transcripts for my Bachelor degree to be sent to WES in German and English. The English translation I sent as well by mail from my own address and uploaded it online to their system and it was accepted. But until today WES fails to tell me, if my transcripts from the Industrie und Handelskammer in Germany have arrived. Instead I received an E-mail that did not answer my question, it seemed automated and not matching what I asked for. What is so wrong to say YES or NO to my question if my transcripts have arrived??? Besides my report is wrong.

The assessment of my degree certificate was seamless and timely. I was only following up on WES mobile app for status update until the review was completed. The completion of assessment was scheduled for 24th August 2021 but it was actually completed on 30th July 2021. Thumb up for that.

After they received my documents, they didn`t take a long time evaluating my documents. They update you on your evaluation and they take the shortest time possible once they have all the documents submitted. They honored their word. The date they had said my document evaluation would be ready, they were ready.

Canceled my account after a follow up message was sent to hold on. Nasty customer service representative. Never responds to you and never empathize with you. Would offer you cancelation instead of looking for ways to help. Unnecessarily Sending verifications twice to school that sends students transcripts to them. And making life difficult for foreigners knowing some country demand you to pay heavily every time a verification is requested. And the stress you go through trying to reach countries that have no technology advancement. Will never recommend.

From the day, my evaluation was to be completed, WES assigned my evaluation to someone, who failed to deliver the services paid for on the date I was advised that my evaluation will be completed. Even after several calls with manager, no one including the managers had any updates, except that I should wait to the end of closing day, on the day of the deadline. Though skeptical that any company who did not provide an update on the day of, will most likely not be able to complete the task just in few more hours of the day off for a customer, who has no direct contact to them.

I applied just a week ago and even with all the restrictions and negatives due to pandemic, WES did the processing in record times. Just 5 days,.. I was able to complete related formalities way faster which would have taken more than 2 weeks had this process not been so good.... Thank you WES. You are Awesome!

After much dragging and chasing, I finally got my evaluation report. Took a while (2 months plus) and some misunderstanding along the way but they finally came through. I had to call customer service every time I have issues because the app and email takes forever to resolve the issue.

I had enrolled for summer classes which starts on June 6th. I have created an account with WES on Feb 11 and it took almost 3 months by my university to submit the transcripts to WES. WES received the transcript on May 17th and completed the evaluation on May 25th. I had requested for physical copies to be sent to the university and they notified me that a digital version of the evaluation was sent along with the physical copy. It was so fast and I was able to join the summer course as planned.

This company is the HORRIBLE! They charged me over $500 and they lost my original diploma. Over a year I’m trying to find out what is going on and they keep saying due to Covid they have delays which is unbelievable. Just avoid this company! I don’t understand why this company is still existing.

The website gave specific directions on how to obtain the document, and how to label it. They also have updates and if you wanted more information you just had to drill into the details. The customer service was always willing to give me the appropriate.

Good Evening, It was a really wonderful, experience with WES. Everything was so well explained and was made easy. Every step of the way there was in built help available. Actually, it was faster than I thought. Only one thing that really gave me problem was the payment method. None of my Credit/Debit Card worked. I had to run to the Bank for my payment as it was through Western Union but I didn't have to go to Western Union (because it was mentioned in the instruction letter, NOT to go Western Union but rather go to my Bank). There was an issue of reliability because of the third party beneficiary involvement.

Process takes too long. No feedback. Worst place to go and they really do not care about how urgent you need the evaluation. Customer service can’t provide you any useful updates. No way to get an update same day.

The total process took around two months but most of this time I was waiting for the documents to arrive at WES, and when they do arrive the credential evaluation went fast. That being said, my only concern at this point is that I was expecting a more detailed report and a better quality presentation of my credential. I am a little disappointed with the way the report looks or even with the badge they offered to present online. For instance, the report contains different fonts and some capital letters without sense. I believe that, for the cost of this credential, there is room for improvement, a better design, a quality paper, etc.

The services were very fast. They only took two to three days for evaluation after my university sent all the documents. The only time taken was by my university. Once WES received my documents everything was very fast and I received my evaluation quickly.

If you need your foreign country credential evaluated and fast, this is, without doubt, the best company to choose. I've heard that other companies take ages with the process but WES will do it fast and efficiently. The pricing is a little steep but compared to competitors, it is a good value for service. Couldn't recommend it enough.

At first, I got a little upset by the number of times my credential was sent back to my school for verification. WES have made a good job on conveying what you need to do on the overall process. Instructions on what to get from my University were clear and straightforward. Unfortunately my University has no partnership with WES so I had to ask for them to prepare an envelope for sending to WES over DHL. WES received my documents on March 19. For my surprise my process finished sooner than expected on March 31. During the process I found it easy to track my documents and the progress with my evaluation. The fact they also give you a badge for adding it to LinkedIn and share in social media is a plus.

WES Canada was very fast in providing me with an ECA. It took me some time to have my university send the documents to WES Canada, but once they were received, my assessment was ready in less than a week. What made me choose WES services was the fact that they are accepting documents sent electronically by universities, instead of having the university mail them to WES. This saved me a lot of time and some money too, especially now during COVID-19 times.

During the submission of my credential for my application, I had to email their customer service for some clarifications and they had been able to resolve them every time. I love how user friendly their website is and that it's very easy to navigate to. The best feature they have, for me, is that they'll also provide an electronic copy of the ECA report.

WES is quick in ECA than any other organisations however WES won't recognise Indian Master's Degrees as master but would recognise them as PG diploma or a simple bachelor's degree and which is not fair for Indians.

I ordered the evaluation of educational credentials for my undergraduate and phd studies. I only received an evaluation for my phd. I didn't receive any evaluation for my undergraduate certificates and transcripts, although the evaluation was ordered. Upsetting is that WES does not respond to my emails or any questions submitted through the help desk.

Based on a comparative experience, I can confidently confirm that my experience with WES was flawless and outstanding. The website provided abundant information that is terse and clear. Mailing and report receipt time is best amongst all other ECA providers. For me it was 10 days! Usually 35 days to 16 weeks turnaround time is a common experience. One suggestion to WES, Indian MBAs are exhaustive and elaborate. They should be honoured with equivalency with US, UK or Canadian MBAs.

For a simple case to evaluate a degree awarded by an recognized institution (or university), starting from open WES account, requesting institution to send transcript directly to WES via Fedex, and receiving the evaluation report, overall it took 18 working days. This institution has the most ridiculous way of responding to emails! You open an email ticket with your query from their website's 'Contact Us'. You get a reply from a 'donotreply' email address. So instead of, what should be as simple as, responding to the same email, you have to go to the website and start an another ticket. There is no email trail available this way!! They take another week to send a response, only with yet another question and you're stuck in this abyss of waiting time! Jeez!! I'm disgusted with your communication system! Sometimes I imagine WES has a face and dream of throwing rotten eggs and tomatoes on it!

I can confidently tell you that no matter how long it takes to get your credentials reviewed by WES. You will get daily updates on each process, from the receiving and the sending. I have never been so happy to work with an organized body like WES, they gave me all I needed to know right on time. Just make sure all credentials are gotten legitimately, you will smile after you get a feedback from WES.

Well my experience, my evaluation for my Master's degree took exactly 5 days. That's right. I created account on the 13th Jan, paid and received my Ref number. Initiated a electronic transfer of transcripts from my University on the same day. I received a message saying I would receive my evaluation around the second week of Feb which was okay with me. On the 19th I received an email from WES asking for a survey of my experience which I was confused. Then I logged onto my WES account to see that the evaluation was completed on Jan 18th itself and it was sent to IRCC as well. I absolutely recommend WES service anyone.

I was working with WES more than 2 month right now. I already paid them for my evaluation report and delivery 2 sealed envelopes. They finish my report January 6 2021 and must be send it to me. But today is January 19, and I don't have my documents. I writing for them every day and calling them every day, but they don't answer me and hang up the phone. I very upset with WES, and delay so much with my university. World Education Services just a terrible company with non-professional workers. The workers cannot solve the problem that they made, and do absolutely nothing 13 days.

Having my master degree evaluated within a week is what highlights my satisfactory experience with WES. Electronic documents submission is super smooth and fast (my university has established relations with WES and therefore they were able to send the transcript electronically). I also loved the fact that you can upgrade the report at any time (from immigration purposes to study purposes). I did not like the fact that my university has to submit the transcript and I had to submit the certificate myself. This point was not clear to me until I called the customer service. It is either my university submits everything or I submit everything. Regardless of the reason of behind this separation of responsibilities. It was not clear to me that it is my responsibility to submit the certificate. Shipping the evaluation report to me was also super fast (but pricey).

What impressed me the most is the time it took for the entire process from start to finish. You will not believe it - 4 days!!! I created an account and submitted my case on Monday. Contacted my school and had them email my transcript to WES directly the same day. Received a confirmation from WES that all required documents have been received and evaluation is in progress. ETA shown was around 5 weeks. I was blown away when I got an email saying evaluation is complete, the very next day!!! Third day (Wednesday), I got an update that my report is being mailed to my address in California. Thursday, I have the report in my hand!! All this time, I got constant email updates at every stage (loved that, without having to login and check myself). Anybody looking to get their credentials evaluated, WES will be my recommendation!

I applied for my credentials to be evaluated by WES. I was told by my immigration agent that this can take 2 - 4 months and possibly a little longer due to the current Covid-19 pandemic. I was pleasantly surprised to not only have the entire process completed within a month, but also receive my paper copy of my evaluation within a week of having an email confirmation. Superb service and very efficient if you are able to do what is required on your end (contact your education provider and give authorisation for them to send your transcripts) and also upload the relevant documents to WES website. I have read reviews saying that WES have lost original documents. The website does clearly say don't send us originals. My experience with Wes is nothing short of disappointing. I have an evaluation that have been open since January 2020. My credentials were received April 2020. The due date was meant to be for July 2020. They are still reviewing my reports 'til date for at least 6 plus months. I have reached out to no avail. Please if there are other alternatives to us just use those don’t waste your time with them. I’m only waiting 'cause it would be a very expensive venture to redo and pay for all that. I’m also waiting on the instructions of my lawyers to build plausible reasons beyond any doubt for future litigation for damages which I will pursue.

This organization seems to LOST my original diploma! It's been over eight months since they completed my diploma evaluation and I still haven't received my original documents (diploma). Their support claims that because of the pandemia the delivery of my diploma was delayed and that was ok, I could understand. However, after four months I started worried and after several inquires and complaints they finally sent me SOMEONE ELSE's DIPLOMA! NOT MINE! The tracking number in my account shows that my diploma was delivered to Angus, ON. I live in Powell River, British Columbia!!!! Horrible service!!!! It's hard to get to connect with support, you could be waiting on the phone for over an hour!
