Having my master degree evaluated within a week is what highlights my satisfactory experience with WES. Electronic documents submission is super smooth and fast (my university has established relations with WES and therefore they were able to send the transcript electronically). I also loved the fact that you can upgrade the report at any time (from immigration purposes to study purposes). I did not like the fact that my university has to submit the transcript and I had to submit the certificate myself. This point was not clear to me until I called the customer service. It is either my university submits everything or I submit everything. Regardless of the reason of behind this separation of responsibilities. It was not clear to me that it is my responsibility to submit the certificate. Shipping the evaluation report to me was also super fast (but pricey).

What impressed me the most is the time it took for the entire process from start to finish. You will not believe it - 4 days!!! I created an account and submitted my case on Monday. Contacted my school and had them email my transcript to WES directly the same day. Received a confirmation from WES that all required documents have been received and evaluation is in progress. ETA shown was around 5 weeks. I was blown away when I got an email saying evaluation is complete, the very next day!!! Third day (Wednesday), I got an update that my report is being mailed to my address in California. Thursday, I have the report in my hand!! All this time, I got constant email updates at every stage (loved that, without having to login and check myself). Anybody looking to get their credentials evaluated, WES will be my recommendation!

WES received my documents on Dec 11th, 2020 and my report was completed on January 12th. Considering that this time frame also included the holidays and any issues that may have arisen due to Covid-19, this was quick work! The website was easy to navigate and the directions provided were easy to follow. When I called to ask a question about submitting documents, the WES representative was very friendly and provided me with the information that I needed. Overall, excellent service. Thank You! I needed my degree evaluated for immigration purposes. I should state that I am an American, and I went to California State University. The process was relatively easy to understand, assuming you read the instructions. Evaluation took much less time than expected and the results were accurate. Considering how complicated it is to evaluate degrees between countries, I'd say this process was pretty painless. I'd recommend it to anyone who needs these services.

It's really amazing how I got my WES evaluation within the space of 2 weeks. I was really stunned with the prompt delivery, initially I thought it was going to take 3 months or more to get my documents reviewed, but on the contrary I got it earlier. Instead of using a courier service, I used ETx as suggested by WES due to COVID, which was super fast with delivering my soft copy credentials to WES. Personally, the service rendered by WES was fast, and topnotch.

My experience was awesome, starting from the electronic transfer of my transcript to WES by ETX-NG which was fast to receive, to the short period of time taken to process my documents. And I was informed about the step by step procedures taken to complete my evaluation. I encountered no difficulties in the process. And it was delivered accordingly with a good understanding of my grades when cross-examined with other country grades. I highly recommend WES for doing a great job.

I applied for my credentials to be evaluated by WES. I was told by my immigration agent that this can take 2 - 4 months and possibly a little longer due to the current Covid-19 pandemic. I was pleasantly surprised to not only have the entire process completed within a month, but also receive my paper copy of my evaluation within a week of having an email confirmation. Superb service and very efficient if you are able to do what is required on your end (contact your education provider and give authorisation for them to send your transcripts) and also upload the relevant documents to WES website. I have read reviews saying that WES have lost original documents. The website does clearly say don't send us originals. I can honestly say I had NO problems and would recommend this service to anyone who needs it.

Had the most amaaazing experience with the company. There was a glitch in the delivery of my documents from two different institutions and hence initially only one set of documents were evaluated. But as soon as I brought the issue to the notice of WES staff, the action was swift the replies were prompt and very solution-oriented.

Many online reviews gave me many bad thoughts but when I went throughout the process, I felt people who had issues didn't follow the clear guidelines by the WES and their respective University. My experience with Wes is nothing short of disappointing. I have an evaluation that have been open since January 2020. My credentials were received April 2020. The due date was meant to be for July 2020. They are still reviewing my reports 'til date for at least 6 plus months. I have reached out to no avail. Please if there are other alternatives to us just use those don’t waste your time with them. I’m only waiting 'cause it would be a very expensive venture to redo and pay for all that. I’m also waiting on the instructions of my lawyers to build plausible reasons beyond any doubt for future litigation for damages which I will pursue.

This organization seems to LOST my original diploma! It's been over eight months since they completed my diploma evaluation and I still haven't received my original documents (diploma). Their support claims that because of the pandemia the delivery of my diploma was delayed and that was ok, I could understand. However, after four months I started worried and after several inquires and complaints they finally sent me SOMEONE ELSE's DIPLOMA! NOT MINE! The tracking number in my account shows that my diploma was delivered to Angus, ON. I live in Powell River, British Columbia!!!! Horrible service!!!! It's hard to get to connect with support, you could be waiting on the phone for over an hour!

The WES portal is very handy and friendly to use. The procedure is easy to follow and when you need to clarify the action is immediate. Though at times if needed some time to answer they respond to inform the expected date and time as per the request to be done. My institutes are well known and they are well aware of the processes involved in communicating to WES. However, this time around for my Master's degree evaluation, I could not be happier! Overall, I had a very good experience with WES. Their app and website interface is extremely user-friendly. Their evaluation process was smooth and very straightforward. I am expecting a certain evaluation result, but got lower than what is needed. I have read that WES really is high-standard when it comes to credentials especially in my country. So, I would suggest and recommend to do your ECA from other organizations like IQAS if you are from the Philippines because they give at least a bachelor’s degree to more universities. I was looking for a quality and trusted international credentials review and I came across WES. The services offered were quite detailed and timely. My transcript review was completed within 10 days of receiving and confirming my credentials. At each step of the way, I was able to track the progress using the Wes mobile app which was easy and interesting to use. I would recommend using WES for any transcript evaluation as you will get good value for your money.

Don't let them fool you with this 7-day propaganda. Actually it is 7-days after reviewing your document. How many days does it take them to review your document? Took THREE WEEKS for me despite they already had evaluated them for WES Canada. They said 7 days, but it took them a month to prepare the report. I ordered evaluation report for 4 credentials, I received reports for two of them only. I paid for overnight shipment, I was told it would take couple of days. Still waiting! They officially bullied me, wasted my time and my money. Would not recommend them to anyone at all.

I read before I sign up that there some delayed processing secondary to Covid 19, even though some alteration of due process, they always give updates regarding my document evaluation it quite helpful to track my application progress status, they under process, review and evaluate it for almost a week when did they start to hold my documents, I'm completely satisfied with their service and I really recommend them for any credential evaluations. I think the they need to improve their Customer Service for wildly connection for other countries but it's understandable in this time of pandemic for some inconvenience but instead they still do their best for their consumers.

Online platforms are quite intuitive but allowing the client to do the process without accompaniment. The result was delivered much earlier than expected and the credentialing documents were created meeting expectations. The only drawback would be that not all clients have the ability to create and follow the process without help, therefore, the service channels could be improved.

WES is the most terrible Credential Assessment organization I have ever dealt with. You guys are not worth engaging. My school sent my credentials to WES and they didn't evaluate the credential despite long hours of repeated phone calls. You went and sent a report on an accredited school that I was inquiring if they were accredited. Despite the fact that WES does not evaluate report sent by individuals but institutions, you went ahead to write me that the school was not accredited. My school that sent their credential to you by courier, you did nothing. You agreed that you received the courier but didn't know where you kept it. You guys are just messy. Thanks God for Educational Credential Evaluators (ece). What took WES over 5 months of wasting my time without accomplishing, these guys did it under one month. May God not bring you me WES way again.

Well, I trusted WES (World Education Services) to evaluate my degrees, and I was surprised for such speed of treatment. I read before purchasing that it can be delayed due to pandemic, but instead of that, they really reviewed and evaluate my application within approximately 1 week. I'm completely satisfied with their service and I really recommend them for any certificate/degrees/diplomas evaluation.

The whole process was very clear. Every step was very well explained and detailed on the website. The service is very affordable. You can't ask for more. Best way to have my education accredited. The only improvement to the service would be to try and adapt it to the specificities of certain countries with special conditions (i.e in Lebanon we don't have access to our USD bank accounts anymore as the whole country is collapsing financially, I'm fortunate to have a bank account abroad that I used to pay, otherwise I wouldn't have been able to).

Hello - I ordered my Degree Evaluation to WES Canada in May 2020 for my two Degrees Bachelors (from India) and Masters from USA. Amidst of the pandemic, it was difficult for my Indian University to ship the requisite docs to WES, while US one completed the needful online. So, WES completed my US evaluation in time. I however later realized that my evaluation was only for US Degree and didn't have Indian degree evaluated. I again contacted my Indian University and this time they were able to dispatch the documents. Despite being a full 5yr Integrated Degree, WES prioritized my case and completed the Degree evaluation within 10-15 days of the documents reaching them. I appreciate their prompt response despite all the Covid related challenges.

The whole process was seamless. All details we well explained anD I had no issues whatsoever. The wait time for calls was pretty poor. 25 mins at a minimum. But once put through. The folks helped me out real quick. Great way to have my education accredited.

I sent my school transcript of Records on Nov 4. WES got it on Nov 9. Accepted my documents and evaluated. The best thing was they keep me updated on their app. At first I was skeptical about their service. But I got the final report by mail on Dec 7. I am satisfied that it took only about a month compared to other reviews where it took others months. As long as you properly followed their instructions. The only thing I’m sad about was the result of my 4 year degree in Nursing which was only 2 years diploma. That’s life esp coming from a 3rd world country. But overall still thankful. Hopefully it’s sufficient for me to get ITA to be PR in Canada.

Overall very satisfactory experience. In the beginning of November my documents reached their Canadian Office, immediately I got the update that they received and accepted my documents. Within one month they completed the evaluation process and sent me the report.

I requested my evaluation for Masters in Engineering (for a world-renowned Indian university). I received the evaluation within 1 month of receipt of documents at WES. The processes have been detailed in the website which makes it easy to follow. Though, I recommend if they could come with an option of online review; definitely directly from educational institutes. This would save time as well as cost. Since IRCC doesn't need a hard copy, there is no use of paying for it. I faced problems in sending the documents to WES, that's why 4 stars.

WES was referred to me by my sister, I registered with them for immigration/migration, my initial thoughts on them were that it was a waste of time and money, but after haven gone through the process, I gladly recommended them and their services to a few others, I am still on the process but I so far have no regrets.

I am having the most horrible experience with WES. I submitted all my graduate and undergraduate degrees from a European top university to their NYC office back in July. On September 3rd, I received an update saying all my documents were received and accepted. Since then, big silence. Today we are December 1st. No answer when you try to contact them. I am back to NYC since I found a new job and got at the point to take legal action against them.

I found the WES platform is quite straight forward, user friendly and interactive. Throughout the credential evaluation process, it provided timely status updates and clearly elaborated what was required.

It was the timely evaluation and delivery for me. The website is also easy to use, as application and payment can be completed at a go. Although, some customer service correspondence got lost in my spam box, the response was fast with relevant solutions to challenges faced.

For a non-profit they sure do charge a lot and I wouldn’t mind if it was a good service. This was the most expensive, frustrating and disappointing experience. I wish I had used a different provider. They received a document that was part of an exam series taken altogether (UK GCSE) and didn’t acknowledge it for weeks, I followed up with customer service and was told that it wasn’t included in my original application. It was. The guy spoke to me like I was a moron. No apologies whatsoever for the way I was spoken too over their obvious mistake. WES also completely ignored a whole qualification that was in my original application. It was definitely received by them (proved with screenshots and tracking numbers) and they refuse to fix it. I see that’s a theme from all the other deplorable reviews. Check out BBB, Go somewhere else!

They evaluate inaccurately and do not resolve the problem. They have information of the school systems on their website and the evaluators don't abide by them and make your education level look less than what you really have. They can ruin people's careers before they even begin by giving inaccurate information to schools and the companies that require an evaluation.

I could see the updates of process every time when I login. The status update was real time to time and clear. The email response about clarification was quick. Have a question option at right corner was effective.

I am extremely satisfied with their service. However, since I am from Bangladesh, for us paying 200+ dollars was a bit of a crisis. I hope WES would understand the currency differences between developing countries and reduce the pricing for students from countries like Bangladesh. I am confident that a lower price would help students get their WES report and apply to Universities for higher degrees without worrying too much about paying the bills.

I love the fact that I got a change of status each time something was happening with my evaluation. This made me able to follow up on my school when the status didn't change. I was also able to make relevant plans regarding my purpose for using WES when I got the date for the completion of the evaluation weeks before it was completed.

It was the absolute worst service I have ever experienced. They were very rude, robotic and didn't even pretend to care that they wanted to hear or resolve my concerns. The process was also very long. At the end of the suffering of taking the abusive service, they chose not to evaluate a course done at one of the most reputable universities in the West Indies. They also reduced my courses done at 3 different universities to one years credit in USA. Unforgivable!

WES have the worst evaluators, First time I used them it was ok but a lot of back and forth. I recently sent my transcript for evaluation, they accepted all credentials and gave me a timeline for when the evaluation report will ready, of course I was happy. Two days after that email they cancelled my order without any reason, then few hours later sent an automated email saying they have evaluated the credential before in my last review. But guess what, I have never sent that transcript to them before, this is the first time they are accepting this result. I wonder if they take the time to do extra research like contact the institution for clarity, is that not what evaluations are about? Why make such a bold statement and review with no base. Please work on your evaluators.

I've had a very good experience with WES for my credential evaluation. The staff are extremely professional, yet polite and helpful; they truly care about solving individual problems and responding to queries. Of particular note is the sincere and efficient manner in which they have conducted operations during an extremely tumultuous global period, with the onslaught of the pandemic. That is worthy of a lot of plaudits. When they provide a time frame, they strive to adhere to it, and are also very responsive in answering queries and keeping people updated. Overall, I'm highly impressed with their service and doff my hat to them for their exemplary work.

WES did a considerable amount of work evaluating my transcripts and provided the report in a reasonable time frame. There was a minor issue with the initial evaluation, but I submitted a request via the online 'Have a Question' interface, and the problem was resolved without any further input on my part.

Worst customer service ever! 40 minutes on hold. The supervisor was helpless to explain why the evaluation didn’t contain my original Diplomas with Apostilles. Shame on them! How can trustable company lose original documents??? Please choose different company.

I had a very good experience with WES. Two of my three certificates were sent before the worldwide lockdown due to the Covid-19 pandemic. I have my documents delivered on Oct.5 and they received it on the 8th of the same month. On November 2nd, the review was completed. I got my physical document from them on November 6th. I am from the Philippines.

At first I was unsure about the document processing time especially during Covid pandemic and offices all around the world working at less than half the strength. My application reached the WES ONTARIO office on 13th October and they updated the status immediately. They also promptly gave me expected dates with regards to completion of evaluation. I was so happily surprised to see that the evaluation was done within 20 days!! The online portal is excellent and user friendly. I never had the need to download their mobile app... I am happy that my credentials assessment finally got completed successfully. However, my experience with WES was not so like how I was recommended by one of my friends. Especially, in the tracking of delivery of the documents to WES Toronto office from our side and also the evaluation status. My bitter experience with WES is that no one of their customer care officials even attempted to even reply to my repeated queries.

It had an experience of the first hand. To be honest, I was little skeptical about the whole process of Educational Certificate Verification, let alone doing it through online platform during this pandemic situation. However, the experience was mind blowing, the amount of time taken to accomplish the process was entirely unbelievable. Within a fortnight, the process was completed and the results were updated on the website. Believe me it really helps when you are planning for migration and every step is a task. WES is a well-reputed organization for validating and attesting international degrees. Definitely, I enjoyed their process. I expected it to take a month but it took much less. Hence, I encourage people to go through their process and get their work done!

I had a very bad experience with WES for my academic evaluation. I talked to one of the representatives for required documents and she told me I can get the documents in a sealed and stamped envelope containing all mark sheets from my academic institution in India and send them via any courier service and I did the same. But after receiving the documents they did not approve it saying that they only accept it if the documents are sent directly to them from the institution and not the student.

I was extremely satisfied by the WES experience. I just had one issue with the payment by credit card here from KSA as we don't use mailing address but instead we use secure code sent to the phone directly to complete a purchase. WES website did not supported the secure code type. I had to revert to Western-union which also required bank transfer, tracking and following up by emails with Western-union customer support which was a bit time consuming. I mean all went well, but it can be a bit quicker.

I started my application with them in August 2020, it took me 2 months to get all the documents ready in my home country while living in USA. Due to the Covid-19 it was very hard but I finally was able to get the required documents to be evaluated. WES give you 2 options to send the document, one the institution can send direct to them and the other option the institution can give you a sealed envelope with a stamp on the back flap for you to send to WES so that is what I did.

Everything was straightforward. Exactly as instructed, we were able to pay, register, and submit all our documents with great ease. For all those struggling, it is way better and authentic of course to submit your documents via the institution you are applying.

My document were submitted a year [Aug 2019] ago for evaluation, WES were detailed and professional, but my own institution gave me a tough time in sending and verification of my credentials, the only issue I had with WES were answering of phone calls and, their responses to my email was not too bad and all representatives I spoke with were professional in solving my issues. However, every business has ups and downs, and nothing good comes easy. I am satisfied with all the processes that were involved throughout the period of the evaluation.

I had applied for WES attestation of my degree certificates from Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam Kerala, India in December 2019. Unfortunately, the covid situation delayed my process well over 10 months. 2 months shy of a year. The delay was from the University side. I have applied for my husband's certificates as well. This is still pending. It would be better to devise a better mode of confirmation from the university, instead of depending on physical receipt of the authenticated documents.

That was overall great experience to have credentials evaluated from WES. They took a little longer in COVID - 19, but they intimated about it in prior. The customer service centers also responded quickly and addressed my issue wisely. The WES app is very good tool to keep track of your evaluation status. This app is friendly for Android and Apple versions.

I applied for equivalency based on their site’s requirement I submitted my document (were sent directly by the institutions). They did not accept one of my transcript and stated that they need it be sent by the institution that awarded my degree. The issue is that for the transcript of that year I did not study in that institution and in Algeria they do not transfer credits. Each institution will keep the records of the years you studied in their institution. WES evaluators do not understand that So I am not sure if they know what they are doing And as of now I am still fighting with them about it. I just wish they knew what they are doing.

We sent my daughter's paperwork end of July and paid the premium package that specified a 7 day turn-around service. They would not answer phone calls or emails!! We are now end of October and we had to claim our USD 300 back through the claim dept at my bank, and still they had the nerve to tell my daughter that they will discount USD 50 for "processing fees". I will dispute this and I warn them that I may sue them for wasting my daughter's opportunity to start studying in October. She has lost an entire semester of her life. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

WES is very easy to understand. Specially its apps in the mobile is very useful. WES takes very less time to evaluate your educational credential analysis. It provides the equivalency which one you really desire.

Happily surprised of WES' reliable service during this pandemic! I was very skeptical as I read scary reviews on google. While it's true that they NEVER answer phone calls - upon emailing them several times they actually updated WES My Account timely. They even received the UNREGISTERED MAILED TRANSCRIPTS from my schools (imagine the relief I felt with such peace of mind!) and WES punctually delivered my credential evaluation report on the exact day they projected for me (OCT2020) - both to my home and OCAS. I'm not 100% satisfied with the results of my evaluation though but very pleased with WES' timely delivery so I would not miss the current funding available for me to upgrade my education here in Canada. My overall experience with WES was excellent. They have completed the review within the assigned timeframe. The guideline and instruction on their website is clear. All you to do is to properly follow these guideline and you most probably will not encounter any delays, Their mobile application is very helpful to check the status of your application. My WES experience lasted for a month which is the minimum waiting period. My transcripts reached them through dhl & the status wasn’t updated until 5 days. I contacted them through email though i knew reaching them through the phone was a hectic task. I got a reply the next day and my status changed to “In Progress” and i was given a timeframe of 25 days for my report. I was excited when i found out that the report was ready in the next five days. Hence WES journey was less almost a month. This helped me ease up my immigration documentation. Thank you WES.

My entire application from start to finish was less than 2 weeks! Maybe cause all USA universities, but the process was straightforward, and after I submit my application, I used the App to track it. I thought it was a little bit expensive for the service, but their price is pretty much in line with the other ones accredited to do the same thing. I did some research online on how to choose from them, and there was some common advice to use WES and I was not disappointed. There is some potential for confusion between WES Canada and WES America.

I had World Education Services Canada evaluate my Masters degree from the UK and they were very clear, helpful and fast. Even though it was COVID-19 and there was a slight delay, they were still very fast. They sent emails to set expectations if there were delays which I appreciated as communication is very important! I did not feel like I was in the dark as they informed of every step. Great service!

I commenced my application in April 2020 and all through the process, I never had a cause to contact the Customer Service for any issue. The App made it easy for me to track the progress of the document transmission from the institutions I attended and WES updated the status without delays despite the challenges during the lockdown. My order was to assess my Sri Lankan education equivalency with Canadian education. This was done in timely manner. Information and guidance to prepare the required documents is very clear and understandable. Especially their mobile application is very efficient. Also notification of the order status is beneficial. I would recommend their service without any hesitance.

My transcripts were mailed in March and so far I have not yet received any update on the status of my application. While I tried to track my package on my website, the package was delivered to them some time in March and still they haven't updated my records. Horrible organization to work with. I wish there are more organizations in this space to help the growing demand. While I try to reach the customer care, twice I was on hold for 30 minutes and still couldn't reach the customer support team.

My experience with WES was neither too bad nor great. I sent my transcripts to WES by courier service and tracking showed it was delivered. My WES account though said they did not receive it so I tried to contact them. That turned out to be a nightmare. I was kept on the phone waiting over an hour. The response time for messages through their contact form was reasonably better. At first they kept saying they never received the transcripts despite tracking saying it was delivered to the reception. It took them 3 weeks to show that it was indeed delivered and received. Once received, things were much faster and they updated my account with the evaluation results approximately on the date they said they would. It took them over a week to mail the transcript from New York to Oklahoma.

I sent my documents to WES for ECA through my University for Canada immigration purpose and I am highly satisfied with their service. The WES website is very user friendly and easy to navigate. You can get almost all your queries solved by going through the FAQ. You can also use their degree equivalency tool to find out what documents you are required to send and what the final result of your educational credential assessment will be. The process of account creation and fee payment are very straightforward.

It took less than 2 weeks for my credentials to be evaluated, even though they gave me more than the the time it took for the evaluation and I am extremely satisfied with their service. The ease of using their app and the customer service experience are also phenomenal.

WES is good at what they do, but when we hit a bump like we did during the pandemic, documents posted were delayed and some documents had to be sent electronically. It was a simple process eventually, but customer service is so poor that they fail to actually help, all they want to do is respond to the query with an automated response. Which was frustrating. A simple job took nearly 2 months to get resolved. If only 1 customer service agent actually did their job properly Half my burden would have been lifted. Eventually my university authorities had to intervene to get the issue resolved with them. As they wouldn’t want to answer the phone nor respond to my emails after reading them properly.

The WES website is quite useful if you are using it for the first time and requiring information about the process of requesting an ECA. I created an account at the beginning of September 2020 with WES and placed an order for my ECA and began the process of requesting from universities accordingly. I got confirmation of receipt from WES the same day that one of my universities sent relevant documentation to WES and I received an update from WES mid-September with an estimate completion date of my ECA being October 2020, however in the last week of September my ECA report was completed and available on my account profile. Overall it took just under a month for me to have a readily available ECA which I can use in the interim for IRCC purposes (with highest qualification status) and later update to include an additional qualification.

I was afraid before going with WES for my ECA because I was not aware of the steps I need to follow. But after creating account in WES they automatically guide you what you need to do next. It was easy and good experience and they evaluate my credentials within 1.5 month.

I paid WES so I could pay my college institutions to send and verify my college transcripts so I could pay Canada to consider me for immigration. The instructions and progress tracker were reasonably clear with my WES account. I did not see what transcript service my universities use until the end of my transcript orders, which is a shortcoming on my university's websites. The instructions from WES assured me I could send electronic transcripts with these services, and my order processed quickly within a couple weeks (1 month ahead of schedule). I now continue my possible immigration and see if the IRCC really did get my transcript.

I’m very glad I went with WES for my academic transcript evaluation. Luckily my school was able to electronically send my transcripts, so nothing had to go through the post office. I had my results sent to me by email in less than a week. Of course some transcripts are more complicated, and some schools can’t send them electronically, but my experience was beyond amazing.

I can say my experience with the Organization was not bad but somewhere it is like I was blindfolded throughout the process because when I try to call they were not picking my call and response for my emails took 8 to 12 days. So if I need to get update I have to wait for long time. However the best thing is I get my evaluation credentials with 1 and half month. That time period is from the very beginning when I submit my request to WES and my university. So my overall experience was good but the only thing bad I feel is customer support service.

Overall it was smooth except for a small glitch that till the end it showed pending documents and the next day all documents were accepted and approved. I did not get the reply on my email whether they received my Bachelors degree. But overall excellent!

I am extremely satisfied with the WES Services with respect to the time it took for my evaluation to complete, the ease with which I applied for my evaluation and the understandability of the guidelines provided on the website. However, I am a bit disappointed with the results of my credential evaluation. The level of education of the exams that I passed to attain my ACCA membership is actually equivalent to a UK Master's degree. However, according to my WES evaluation results, my ACCA membership certificate is equivalent to a Canadian Bachelor's degree.

I want to thank WES through this review for the quick service provided. It took just two weeks for the entire process to complete even during this pandemic. I was earlier told by many that it used to take 3 months at least but I am extremely happy to receive the review in such a short time.

Challenge I faced - I chose Western Union (WU) to pay for an ECA report. However, due to lack of clear instructions on WU's website, I accidentally chose 'pay as student' instead of 'pay as someone else'. This created the WES reference number right away but the payment did not go through. Clear instructions on what happens when you select either of the options would have saved me 3 days.

I sent my degrees to WES for evaluation, although It took quite some time for my school to send my degree through courier services because of pandemic. But WES response was completely awesome and mind blowing, their mobile app is another great source of help during the whole process.

Purchased services to evaluate degree from foreign country for United States employment. The evaluation was for University College Dublin, a university in Ireland. However, the evaluation printed the WRONG institution, a completely different and non-associated university: National University of Ireland. When issuing a complaint to WES, they responded that there was no error, that "degrees taught at University College Dublin (UCD) are awarded by the National University of Ireland". Which is false. They are two completely separate institutions. The official degree and official transcripts that I submitted to them are from University College Dublin, not National University of Ireland. There is no reason for this mistake being made for $140, or for them not to remedy their mistake or offer resolution.

Got my full report in few days which is awesome and it is easy to understand. Can use it for any university I want to attend to and the customer service over the phone was extremely helpful. Thanks WES Canada.

Everything about WES is excellent except their customer service reps with knowledge gap. My verification took too long time and I will advise WES to improve on this by making the communication between them and the issuing institutions be 100% online. I understood that the pandemic might have caused them to fail their promise on the release date of the evaluation results as well.

I applied for a credit assessment of my academic records for the purpose of immigration. Also, the process was easy and let me know exactly what to do and how to do it. My case may have been simpler than some, but still, I was more than satisfied.

I'm from Spain and when moving to the US I needed my school transcript to be changed into a US format so I can keep up my studies and get my Bachelor's Degree. WES helped me incredibly! I would recommend WES to anyone that requires their degrees and transcripts evaluated. I received my report in less time that was stated on my application (4 weeks). There was a small amount of confusion about the process of submitting electronically and if my university had an arrangement with WES, but I had contacted a WES employee directly. She was very helpful throughout and responded immediately and was always willing to assist and answer my questions.

Amazed with the quick service. My ECA was done in less than 3 weeks without any error, and received doctorate equivalency report (PDF) in my account. Keep up the good work! I recommend other to also use WES for immigration purposes especially for Canada.

My overall experience with WES was an interesting and quite satisfied one. Even with the global pandemic that disrupted the usual activities, they never hesitated or delayed in ensuring that all their clients were been attended to. They did everything possible to ensure that they met the proposed date for the delivery of their client's ECA reports. And also their customer care options are top notch. They attended to all my enquiries and resolved them without delay. I must applaud them for that.

Keep in mind I sent my documents during the COVID-19 situation which meant they were under staffed or something. Anyway, I sent my documents to WES and it took them 1 month to start the evaluation process, during this time I sent them 3 emails with no proper answer. They answered each email after 1 week. Finally, I had to call and after waiting on line for 30 minutes, they internally escalated the issue and started my evaluation. They said they will issue the report on 20th but again it was late and I had to call twice with long waiting periods and only to get the report on 27th. Their evaluation was very well done and meticulous. I just hated the long time they took.

It was a great service overall. I'm happy to receive my WES report. Though there were lot of confusions on my secondary verification of my documents with my University earlier, I found out myself what I need to do, right from the WES self help materials. WES FAQs tell everything, we need to know and do. I guess this is a wonderful platform for anyone can get their credentials evaluated. I'm totally happy with the WES service. Overall It's a great service :-).

Beware of what they write on their website. They will say that they only need your institution to email them your transcript, but they will reject your documents for reasons they do not tell you in advance and you cannot find the criteria anywhere to make sure you send the right documents. You can't interact with them by email or phone, they have a contact form, but will tell you to look on the website for info, same for the phone. That makes the process months longer than it should be for just one simple document, and I am from Canada in a recognized university. You pay in advance so they don't care. Also, the good reviews here are suspiciously similar. Beware.

A very dedicated team that made the process as painless and as quick as can be, especially during those tough times. Honestly, I was surprised even that the process was that smooth and the CS team were quick to respond. Kudos to WES.

I could understand the situation right now due to Pandemic but WES has proved that whatever the situation is, they could adopt the measurements to handle those situation. I have contacted WES for my equalization for degrees. They have a very vast and efficient portal in which you could have all the information required for your application. Coherent way to provide their services in a very professional manner. I am very satisfied with the services which they had provided me. I appreciate the way they have handle application... My overall experience with WES was very good. They stick to the outlined process and timelines to ensure a smooth evaluation process. They keep sending timely notifications to give the latest update of the application. Only concern I had about the telephonic customer support for which I had to wait for a bit more than half an hour.

I am impressed with World Education Service for three reasons. First, they have very clear and organized guidelines on their website. It was very easy for me to submit my application without the need to ask for clarification. Second, they have the best customer service ever. I had to call after the COVID 19 situation to check on my application and all their representatives were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Third, the fact that they offer more services even after getting the results. For example their WES Digital Badges makes this an outstanding service overall. I would highly recommend this service for anyone who needs their credentials to be assessed.

First of all, the Customer Service was understanding and really delivered the information/update that I needed. Second, their responses were timely and comprehensive on my inquiry; therefore I knew exactly what was going on behind my evaluation status updates in the Mobile App, and I knew it right away. Third, their responses were consistent throughout the whole processes. I made made inquiry through email 4 times to follow-up on the status of my evaluation, and every time it was a different person that responded to my inquiry. Nevertheless, it felt like I was talking to the same person. Kudos to their highly-trained people that made it possible for smooth coordination behind the scene!

Hard to Reach Out. Not Responsive. Impossible to contact by phone. Not professionals in their answers via email. They committed an error in my Evaluation Report, and probably more than one. An Italian 105 out 110 (Italian College Bachelor Degree) became less than 3.00 U.S. G.P.A, following their report. I made them notice some very obvious mistake(s) they made (they translated a 30 cum laude as B!!) and they still didn't take any actions about it. I lost trust in them not because of the mistake(s), but for the way they acted after that I made them notice it/them. They still didn't take care of it (and it has been month I am asking them to). I am really disappointed with their service.

I definitely understand that these are challenging times, I work for a travel company so I am well aware of it. However, WES has proven to be well below the standards they promote. I created an account on June 24th and delivered all my documents by the first week of July. The website promotes a 7 day evaluation process and submission of the evaluation via mail once completed. Well, today is August 18th and I have yet NOT RECEIVED MY DOCUMENTS. I have reached out a few times to the company (never got updates from them like other reviewers mention) and the last one (yesterday, after over 90 minutes on hold) confirmed my biggest fear: although the portal clearly stated that my evaluation documents were sent the same day it was completed (July 29th), the representative over the phone confirmed that THEY WERE NEVER SENT!

I submitted an application for an Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) request on the World Education Services (WES) platform and once they received my transcript from my institution, they updated the status of my application. After a few days, they started processing my application and it took two days (instead of the approximated 35 days) for them to process my results completely. Overall, the total time it took between the start of my application and the delivery of my results was less than 30 days. Moreover, each time I called the customer service to inquire about status updates for my application, I was very well served despite the long wait times on the phone due to the pandemic I guess. I am very happy about my experience with WES and I will recommend anyone who needs a Credential evaluation to use the WES platform.
