I have applied for the assessment of 2 certificates: 1. 3 Years degree program from Delhi University. 2. 1 Year diploma program from Y.W.C.A. At the time of applying ECA, WES had taken details and assessment fee for Y.W.C.A. Diploma, while it is not listed in the list of institutes when you check the Canadian education equivalency at WES website. I have paid the fee for Y.W.C.A. diploma and sent the documents believing if WES is allowing to enter the details of Y.W.C.A. then it must be doing the assessment of Y.W.C.A. diploma as well.

I sent in my documents to be assessed by WES. I got an email when they received it and I could easily track the process online. I got my results within 2 weeks and I was extremely satisfied. I was even given an online signature which I can now use. This helps me look more professional and the future employer knows that I am qualified in my field of study. I would highly recommend using WES to assess degrees if you are looking to teach in Canada or the US.

It was an process wherein I had to apply for WES in reference to the applications for my MS wherein each and every information was meticulously displayed on the website so that there won't be any discrepancy for the user. It was very helpful for me.

The required documents were mentioned on their website very clearly and the documents that I or my University sent them reached on time, I know this because there were timely status update on website. They also accept fax in place of post where only a photocopy of doc is required, which saves time. I received my hard copy of ECA report on time.

I believe this is the organisation through which we can get our credentials evaluated without any hesitation and doubts. Timely delivery of the documentation, which I appreciate about the services of this organisation. We can trust the services without any second thought. If anybody wants to get their credentials evaluated in very less time I recommend you to get it done by WES.

I am in the process of immigrating to Canada. From the initial stages, everything I required, to proceed with the assessment of my academic qualifications, was easy to find and comprehend. What made it even easier was that the University was so familiar with the WES processes that it took me roughly 20 minutes to get the records, package and seal them correctly and to ship them off in the most cost effective way. Throughout the process I received mails and correspondence and for not one moment could I say that I was wondering what was going on.

It is really helpful for verification of credentials. In future I will recommend to others for their verification of documents. There was transparency in getting checked the documents when it was sent by WES.

This is rather a time wasting procedure that WES is employing. It's been close to four months now that my evaluation is pending. I submitted my transcripts in November and in the first week of December WES responded that they sent my documents for a secondary verification. It took close to two months for the transcripts to reach the university. The university made the confirmation that the documents are authentic and sent the transcripts back to WES on Feb 15, 2019. I get another response on Mar 13, 2019 saying they have sent the documents for another round of secondary verification. Not sure what the problem is. When I write to them they give me a synopsis of what they wrote in the email. This is a rather pathetic service. How can someone take months to verify. This can ruin people's career.

I created my account on WES in July 2018, submitted my documents in November 2018. I received a mail in December 2018 stating it's accepted, then my status changed to, 'Received documents awaiting verification'. I followed up with my universities and contacted WES customer service (who are not helpful and have no idea whatsoever, just a waste of time waiting for them to answer the call in the first place). My universities re-sent my documents by mail and sent them an email as well with the number provided by WES (which is apparently a number code WES only shares with the university and not the student). It's March 2019 and still my WES status reads, 'Awaiting Verification'.

The website is difficult to navigate and show the wrong status. After I sent them the certificates through USPS with tracking, the website did show they received my documents. Then several days later, it changed back to waiting for my documents. I sent them an email and after 3 business days, no response at all. I made a call the customer center when I sent them all the required documents, the customer representative is not helpful at all. I asked for an estimated completion date. They kept saying they don't know yet because my documents were not assigned to any evaluators due to workforce shortage. Then why don't you hire more people? Please at least give us some estimation as most of us depends on your reports to apply for a school or job. I would for sure not do business with this organization if it is the designated agency by the school. It's been almost a month and no progress at all. So ridiculous.

I paid CAD 130 for an UPGRADE of my WES ECA report to a Course by Course evaluation as the Canadian university that I am applying to requires the same. After two weeks of applying, WES Canada changed my status from "Documents Received" to "Awaiting Documents" stating that the documents were not sent directly from my university. These are the same documents that were sent for my original ECA report four years ago in the manner prescribed at that time (in a sealed envelope and signed across the flap).

WES is running a scam mostly. The situation is pathetic and these people are extremely lethargic. Further to add on they ask you for 150 dollars in the beginning and then your documents are sent and your status is updated as second round of authentication but the reality is they might be just procrastinating the entire event. They will waste your time reread the message on website aloud.

I sent my educational transcripts about 4 weeks ago and they are all in sealed envelopes. I got two of those transcripts rejected and asked to be sent directly from University. I tried to call them and explain that the transcripts that I sent also are enclosed in university envelope with university seal on it. Still they are specific that student cannot send those to them, those transcripts has to come directly from University. Now it means that I have to travel to India just for these transcripts because I have not one in India to this on my behalf. This education evaluation process is so hard. I have go my educational documents evaluated in many countries but never faced such difficulty. WES is one of the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. Very dumb customer service people who keep reading text from their website again and again and not ready to understand difficulties of candidates.

I sent my under graduation certificates paying $150 USD which has been delivered as per their requirements and they have rejected my certificates and have been asking me to send them again. I have photo evidences of the envelope which will exactly show it meets their requirements but their customer service is so pathetic there is no way to send pictures or upload them anywhere for them to go back and check. I really regret using their services and will tell my friends to use some other service other than WES.

Even if you pay on time and submit documents They will delay as much as possible. And if you try to contact them they will be very lethargic and will not respond you properly. Work evaluation centre. The Supervisor Kira is a **.

It's been a month and I sent 4 documents (out of which 3 documents go from 3 different universities and one from me). They just update that document is received. No idea which document was received and no idea which document isn't received. It's already been a month and now they update it to evaluation in progress. Now I don't know whether evaluation is in progress for all the documents or one of the documents or if some of the documents haven't reached them yet or not. If I call the customer care, they just read out the words they see on the webpage, which even my kid can read.

I curse myself each time whenever World Education Services comes into picture, useless institution and lazy as well. They know only how to torture. I lost 2 months of my precious time because of this silly institution. Beware of it. There are other ECA institutions, please hire them but never the WES. Thank you.

I regret using this evaluation service! I paid them to send my transcript to SUNY Buffalo. They sent it to the wrong department. I paid 3 different times because every time I requested a transcript they would wind up sending them to the wrong department even after emailing them and calling customer service with the correct information. This organization is ineffective! They will fail. They will hinder your college application. Stay away from them.

It is not surprising to me, in the Globalist Circus Arena of Education, that this "credential evaluator" is trusted by US Universities to evaluate overseas student diplomas. They counted my Bachelors degree that I received at the KU Leuven as having less value than an Associates Degree, and my Master's they counted as a Bachelor's Degree; Can't even talk to them, they are paid to frustrate anyone trying to get a job or transfer grades to US Institutions.

WES is by far the most customer unfriendly and callous organization I have even seen. Their whole system is built to deliberately frustrate applicants from third world countries by placing impossible demands on them that I cannot begin to list here. Their goal is to eventually make you lose your admission by wasting your time and resources while they demean and humiliate you in the process through rude and impatient customer care agents. Please save your money and boycott this racist and prejudiced institution.

It is by far a horrible experience doing EA with WES Canada. I have made an education assessment with WES US and it was so smooth, but WES Canada in one word is horrible. I made the payment with WES Canada and I transferred all my documents from WES US. Sounds easy right? Yes, it is that easy and after three weeks they said that they cannot accept the documents as it was not directly sent from the institution. What a complete joke? Come on grow up people... You are just intercirculating the documents of the same candidate within WES and there is zero chance for any alteration. Now, I have to pay money again to the institution for the sealed transcript. Advice to WES - Stop trying to cheat people.

I've requested that WES translate my overseas university diploma and transcript to adhere to U.S. standards. Although it was a daughter company of the American college, and already had translation into English attached to every native language class taken and final diploma, they still seem to have a hard time to provide me with finalized requested product, for which I paid over 200 dollars. They give you a run-around with automatic messages that something is missing. And it did not matter that as requested I had overseas university send over directly to them another set of transcript and diploma, both in English. Save your money and use another firm for that service!

WES Canada playing with the careers of youth, especially immigrants. Delay in assessment is causing not meeting the immigration deadline date, leaving whole career in tatters. I have been waiting for last 4 months for evaluation of my degree (Credential Assessment). Please help!

WES is the worst credential evaluation service. Indian universities do not possess the infrastructure to send them docs directly and they usually refuse to do anything outside of their archaic protocols. I can't believe WES thought this was a good idea. They are effectively isolating anyone who wants to progress. WES do better. This is just ** of you to dust yourself of the responsibility when so many rely on you.

This is the absolute worst evaluation service you can think of with their terrible customer service agents that have no solutions to any problem. I started the process since October 2018. This is 11th February and they haven't even started my evaluation. They are the WORST!

I could not be more upset with my partner and I's experience with WES. Their website timelines are incredibly misleading. They state it will take 20 business days to complete an evaluation, however this is only after they review and accept documents. What they don't state is that the review and acceptance can take just as long or longer. My partner sent transcripts from University of Notre Dame - an American school where everything was in English and we express-courier to them and got confirmation from UPS that his documents were delivered on January 14.

WES is literally testing my patience and now it is going over the board. I am fed up with the kind of services they are providing to potential applicants like me who are already so tensed about their Canada PR outcome. I have done my graduation (B.com) from Pondicherry University and M.com from Delhi University and requested my both universities to send the transcripts directly to WES. Despite following their rules, still WES has kept my status on hold and put it on second verification. I have no words to show my anger here. I started my ECA process five months ago and till date I haven’t received any response from WES.

I am astounded with the rules cooked up by the WES immigration officials. I am highly disappointed with their services. It is a fake organization and I will never go for it. They gave me the completion date and I diligently waited for my report outcome. To my shock, they did not release my report and is kept on hold since then. My other point of concern is the increasing prices of the universities for the verification that is sent by WES. I feel like I am being cursed by applying through WES for my educational credential assessment.

Me and my husband submitted documents in September 2018 for evaluation. After 20 days, WES put our files on hold as it sent emails to our universities in India for secondary verification. Until 3 months, we kept following and university said, they haven't received any mail. On following up again with WES, we requested WES to resent the mails as more than 8 weeks were over.

I started processing my ECA in the month of October and now it is February but until date I did not receive any outcome on ECA report. This is only because of their unnecessarily extended verification and thus, is least bothered about candidates. The potential migrants like us are solely dependent upon the ECA report which is a very first step of Canada Permanent Residency Process.

I just asked to talk with someone who can actually described to me the document received from my university, because it has been qualified as incomplete. They (or should I say just Mike who refused to give his last name) refused to help me. NO ACTUAL COMMUNICATION is really frustrating when you are the middle man between your college and WES evaluation team.

I graduated from Banasthali University in 2005. It is a very small town and university has no program to mail it to WES, So my parents went to the univ and shipped a sealed envelop - which is not acceptable by WES. Curse you WES - your monopoly is bound to break one day!

Charges you $200 for doing absolutely nothing - I don't understand what the benefit of WES is since it doesn't add any value over sending your official transcripts directly to the university. It misquotes prices upfront, and you will eventually end up paying $50 or so extra for postage, and second copies (which you cant opt out of btw). It doesn't contact universities directly to verify transcripts, and you need to get your university to send them your documents (whats the point of going through WES again if you basically have to do all the work here) which eventually means you've got to pay your university to generate and courier docs over to these guys. You are LITERALLY paying them for a stamp, which in my opinion, is just unnecessary since the university/company you are applying to will be more comfortable if they see the official docs themselves. HUGE WASTE OF MONEY. But I've had to do it since it's a requirement by university admissions committee...

Do not appreciate your services!! I have applied for ECA through WES and arranged transcript from Mumbai University through which I have completed my education. Suddenly, I came to know that WES will not accept any transcript sent by the third party or applicants. Then again I requested university to issue me new transcript and send it across to WES themselves. Though, it was not the procedure of Mumbai University to send documents directly overseas, but still after requesting them multiple times, they agreed to send transcript directly to WES and I felt relaxed and was expecting my positive report within a month or so.

Worst Organisation I have ever seen. After waits of months accepted my documents and then again puts account to hold. After another 5 weeks accepts and review the documents and given a completion date. And on completion days says documents are missing.

I have got my Indian Bachelors of Commerce and PGDM evaluated by WES for Canada Immigration. The services are extremely satisfactory and time taken is acceptable. Once the Marksheets and Degrees reached Canada I got the credentials assessed as per the time limit provided. Thank you for your services.

I have applied to WES to get my education credentials assessment as per global standards in Oct 2018. Till the time my application still on hold. History: my universities both undergrad and post grads issued my transcripts in a sealed envelope and I courier to WES Canada. They received my documents and straight away they put on hold saying they sent documents to be verified from my universities. Here I'm not understand, why the universities need to verify documents which were issued by themselves. Anyway, took it granted and paid fee at my universities to verify and reply them. However, they rejected the both replies saying they haven't sent in a format which WES accepts. Somehow I managed to speak and plead my academicians at university and they replied with the details WES require.

According to the delivery notice of the WES website my documents were received by WES at Jan 14, and the processing time of the application is 7 business days. Now, after 15 days I have called the call center asking for a response and they told me the 7 days is after reviewing the documents, and they do not know how long it would take for them to start reviewing the documents. Believe me I would give them 0 if I had the option. IF THE PROCESSING TIME IS IMPORTANT FOR YOU DO NOT WORK WITH WES.

I started my application to assess my degree with this organization and I paid the whole amount but I decided to cancel my application without any evaluation being done on it. And according to their cancellation policy I was meant to be refunded most of my payment. But when I emailed them about it they just canceled my application and I received no refunds from them!! They don't even reply to my emails anymore and I find it really terrible and unsatisfactory customer service!!

After creating my profile on their website, I found out what were the next steps to be done. After I sent all my documents and as they received it they notified me that they have received all my documents and all my documents are proper, they gave me the date when will I receive my evaluation report and they were on time. The money which they charge is a bit expensive but still worth it. I'm highly recommending WES for educational credential evaluation.

WES is good and it is acceptable and known to accept any valid certificate from the institution that award them and also send the credentials for approval to detect Fraud. I'm happy with their service. I hereby recommend their service.

I am happy to chose WES for credential verification and expecting for a valuable result of it in future for my career also. As this is my first experience and will surely ask other friends to process with the same. Thanks.

I have sent my Academic records for ECA around September 2018. After receiving the transcripts they have sent the mail to the university for second verification. But one of my degree is in verification pending state for almost 3 months. Whenever I send mails regarding this I'm getting an automated mail or copy pasted content. They are not even reading the content of my mails just they are copy pasting some status. In my case I verified with my university, they are claiming that they didn't receive any such mails from WES. And even they provided some mail ID to reach the university in case if WES need any response from University. I'm keep on sending mails regarding this but always receiving some copy pasted status messages irrelevant to my mails. It's been 5 months now. For ECA I believe WES will be the worst option to choose from my experience.

I am happy with my WES experience. The level of professionalism exhibited by the team is quite commendable. From start to finish my concerns were handled well and timely responses provided. Their online tools were of great help too.

Thank you WES for the overall processing regarding my Credentials Assessment. I was a little hesitant of how to submit and how long should it take. However, the crystal clear instruction in the website helped me doing it entirely myself. The overall processing time was also real quick - around a month! Thank you again!

Not satisfied at all! I had applied for ECA through WES and as per their requirement I have sent all the documents. After that they kept my file status “On Hold” and sent documents for verification to my university i.e. Delhi University. They continued this for another 6 months resulting in non-delivery of report and delayed process. Thus, my experience with WES was very bad. I am working as a Government Servant from past 10 years and with utmost honesty and integrity, I have submitted my documents to WES along with a request to Delhi University for sending transcripts to WES. However, I am still falling short of understanding their need of verifying the authenticity of my documents.

My evaluation was done on DEC 11 on 2019, and still waiting for the docs. Many times I had been communicated with them and nobody give me an answers just I will write a ticket. Worst case scenario they want me to pay for a duplicate without receive the first one. They suck.

Credit evaluation done by WES is not only value for money, but it is also very much acceptable in US universities. WES does its processing in a standardized way which is easy to follow; The website provides accurate information about what documents are needed to complete this evaluation.

I had a wonderful experience while applying for an evaluated transcript with WES. The process was smooth and thorough and I was able to achieve the aim of acquiring the much needed result. I am grateful to WES for the good service delivery. I enjoyed and how the process was hitch free.

Expensive: It is absolutely expensive as the documents just need verification, if the Canadian government needs assurity that the documents are genuine then they should pay for it. Lack of clarity: There was no proper clarity for the candidate or the consultant what all and how it needs to be attested and they keep on changing the rules again and again, after sending the documents they send an email we require other documents as well then why don't they clarify it in the start itself. Extremely time consuming: The documents were sealed by the university and after receiving they take 20 working days to analyze and verify which is very time consuming as the university also takes that much time and then the delivery takes another 4-5 days so the candidate has just wait for 2 months just to get the verification and get the report which is a clear waste of time.

Nonexistent customer service, too easy to get caught up in a document mailing circle due to unclear instructions and total lack of understanding of the educational context in foreign candidates countries. Very unhelpful.

The WES credential evaluation service is quite straightforward and a faster process which seems well streamlined. However, support from the university also matters on the total outcome of this process.

I applied to various schools in the US for a masters degree admission in architecture and they required transcript evaluation and suggested WES. So I got registered, followed the instructions on the website and although it was demanding and took quite some time, it was all good as I could track the progress of evaluation easily and WES dispatched my package to the schools promptly. And it can come in handy in the future, very important.

I sent my documents to WES office in Toronto from outside Canada, it took them 3 days to be delivered. Once documents delivered to WES office, their portal was updated that they received the documents and they are reviewing them. After two days, they update their portal that I have submitted the right documents and no action needed from my side, all that I have to do is to wait till my documents will get evaluated. Within 7 working days, my documents were evaluated and the report was issued in a perfect timeframe for such process.

Paying attention to key detail and making sure the document you have submitted is original document by sending a copy to the institution for verification and authentication before proceeding to evaluate your document. This process takes a while but you are told what you have to and not do while you wait for the process to complete. Because of the due diligence they attach to the whole process, most institution prefer WES and the outcome is very satisfactory.

Overall Experience with WES was quite professional, really appreciate the overall system and time it took for degrees evaluation. From initial interface to submission of documents till final results everything was smooth.

This was my first experience going through a credential evaluation process. Coming from a 3rd world country, one is skeptical about what to expect and whether the credential is even worth anything. The WES online portal and email communication gave me confidence that paperwork going overseas would reach its destination and within a matter of weeks going into a busy festive season (which would take several months in my country), I received feedback and credential clearance. This is a relief and found my experience with WES seamless and highly efficient.

I am exceedingly happy with my experience with WES. The instructions they provide and the updates in the account during processing was really helpful to know the status of my package. The time taken for the evaluation was really convincing and I've received my report before the date they've mentioned.

I used other assessment companies and they still did not returned my emails in person or provided me with my assessment report. I used WES and I received my results. As for the other companies I am still waiting.

I was introduced to choose WES by a friend of mine here in Edmonton Canada. It was fast and easy for me. And easy to assess and track my application and I received the certificate complete in my mailbox.

Though it may take you some time to process and complete the review of the document, it is quite useful for users outside the U.S. You can show your degree to others on social media, such as LinkedIn, and people from different countries would acknowledge your education background, which I believe will be helpful for my future career. On the other hand, if you have any question, you can receive a prompt reply from the WES service system. It is quite user-friendly.

The website shows 2 options to send the transcript to WES. One of them is the institution gives the envelope to the student to send to WES, but in the Portuguese version of the "Academic Records Request Form" require that the institution should send the envelope to WES directly, and the English version DID NOT request it. So my school does not want to release it for me! English version: 3) Sign and seal the envelope across the back flap. Portuguese version: 3) Assine e sele o verso do envelope e envie-o diretamente para o World Education Services. ((3) Sign and seal the back of the envelope and send it directly to World Education Services). I contacted WES by phone to try to understand why the form is different, and the staff was VERY rude! So I just gave up to work with WES, and as an international student, I will never recommend them!

All my credentials (both undergraduate and postgraduate) were well evaluated with excellence in service delivery. In addition, I was given a digital badge for my electronic documents authentication online, that's indeed awesome.

It was an excellent experience for getting my credentials evaluated. The process was clear and fast and we received our evaluation reports well in time and within the promised timeline. We contacted the office once but overall everything went smoothly.

They are honest and highly professional in their profession. I am impressed the way they deal with customers is quite professionally. WES is extremely good in organization. I wish them to have high progress in their future programmes. Best of luck. God bless you all.

I decided to go to college, so I had to get my high school transcript evaluated cause I study HS in Mexico. The process was easy to understand. Luckily I had a family member go to the HS and had them ask for my transcript in a seal envelope and ask them that before the school administrators seal the envelope to please make copies of all the documents inside the envelope. Once my family had the seal envelope and copies they mail it to me by DHL.

I strongly recommend anyone who is willing to travel to the U.S. or Canada to use the WES to evaluate all the acquired degrees. It's very accurate and straightforward. In addition it is considerably affordable. Wish you all the best.

I did verification of my documentation, Bachelor of Education, Al-Baath University, Ministry of Education, Syria. The process was accurate, precise and fast. I am very satisfied to find this in difficult reaching countries for verification like Syria.

I called about 2-3 times before I applied, in order to make sure that the documents I had were the right documents, and the people in customer services were always very helpful. Once I sent my documents, WES notified me about every step they made so I could know the progress of the evaluation. I received my evaluation even before the due date and it was very useful and perfectly done. I recommend WES if you need the ECA (Educational Credential Assessment) for the Canada Express Entry Immigration Program.

This company is a mess. They don't respect us. If I could give them zero star I would honestly do it. They made me waste time and money. I sent them all of my transcripts in a sealed envelope and my degrees with translation at once. They accepted all of them except my master’s degree but accepted the translation. When I asked them why, they told me they didn't get it. I sent it back to them twice and they still never responded positive. They never accepted it and never responded to my emails.

SO BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, I ORDER MY REPORT AND PAID AROUND $60 FOR A COPY TO BE SENT TO MY SCHOOL, however my school never received it. I called them and they ask me to pay again just to re-mail. Then I asked to speak to the supervisor. She was even worse than the employee that I called. And I had to pay again with more money to make sure that they deliver it with tracking #.

I applied for Credential Evaluation about 3 and a half month ago. All process up-to sending the documents to WES Canada went smoothly. But post that my application has been put on hold twice for verification from institution of my education. First the application status was in progress, then it was put on hold for institution to verify, once institution verified it was put to in progress. Now after 1 month of that they have put it on hold for institution verification again. This I felt is very unprofessional. I won't recommend using WES for your credential evaluation.

Terrible customer service. Please avoid. They made things difficult for applicants. Doesn't respond to queries. Doesn't understand the difficulties applicants face while gathering documents from various countries. Doesn't have any tie-ups with institutions abroad.

I have requested my evaluation for over 1 month and a half from WES, despite the hidden fees that arise towards the end of your application. I have requested my institution in the Netherlands to submit my documents twice, and although my documents have been received by 10 universities, WES claims not to have received them. Finally, I resorted to mail the documents myself, and paid for international, overnight, courier service. Even after WES has received my documents, it took them OVER A WEEK, to updated the status on their website to Received documents, and this is only the first step. The website claims it takes 7 business days, but I was told this is not since the documents have been received, but until they have been "Reviewed and Accepted".

WES website is user-friendly and the requirements of all the documents required were mentioned clearly. Our evaluation was completed promptly, and I'm pleased with the reports we received. I liked the tracking option as we could check the progress of our evaluations.

WES is very credible organization and they are reliable. They submit the completed evaluation before deadline. WES charges are quite higher if something could be done about it to reduce it. World Education Service is very noble organization in the world.

Timely and accurate service. Good experience. Had no problems throughout the time I used their service. I had my foreign education credentials verified by them, and received everything on time. The website was very clear and detailed as well.

The instructions are fairly simple and the entire process takes very less time. It is a bit expensive though considering the exchange rates. But overall it is a hassle free experience and very reliable.

I needed 3 degrees evaluated for Canada. They took 1 month to accept everything, then told me they will have the report ready a month later. The day AFTER I was supposed to receive the final evaluation, they emailed to tell me that they CANNOT accept the documents and translations submitted for 2 of the 3 degrees, and that I have to resubmit everything!!!! This was a time sensitive matter and they blew it for me! Also, getting through to customer service takes 40-60 minutes! Extremely disappointed! Do not use them!!!

I have requested WES to evaluate my international transcripts. I paid more than $200 and after the completion of the report I feel like they dont deserve it. They have sent a package to the university but due to some reason they didnt receive the package. Also university is unable to view my report online (AccessWES). When I contacted customer service they have mentioned that I didnt opt for eReport. I wasnt even given an option to choose eReport when I requested for the report. When I asked them to send a eReport to the university they said university has to contact them. What kind of policy is that? Why does customer not having the control over his/her own report? And talking about customer service we have to wait at least 30 min to talk to an agent which is terrible. I would strongly suggest not to go with WES for evaluation. Literally disgusting and terrible.

They helped me to evaluate my certificate. They evaluate my certificate to be equivalent to Canadian certificate. I want to use my certificate to process express entry in Canada. I sent my credentials to WES to help me evaluate it to Canadian certificate.

Response is good. Contact center are helpful. But you need to follow up your application. And tracking number for the normal shipment should be provided by WES I customers so they can track the shipment.

I recently used the services of WES to evaluate the educational credentials of my wife and myself. I found their services to be very professional and committal. We were pretty impressed by the response time and ease of using the website. We also found that the services were worth the fees.

I started the journey of evaluating my credentials through WES in Nov. 2017, and after getting all the needed transcripts forwarded to WES through appropriate courier services, I was adequately informed of the receipt of each transcripts promptly. Thereafter, I was informed to expect the final evaluation report within the next 6 days which they professionally kept to. Finally, I got the final evaluation both electronically and in hard copy and I was greatly satisfied and fulfilled. Good job.

I had a nice experience with WES while preparing my credential. The website is easy to access and has tools for evaluation and instructions. Price is reasonable and credentials are accurate. It is recommended to use.

WES is thorough yet methodical and professional in its approach. I had my evaluation completed even before the due date and all delays were entirely the fault of my institution. WES is still my preferred evaluation body. All steps taken which seemingly delay the evaluation process is necessary to maintain standard.

The process is detailed but seems too long the requirements for second confirmation via postal services or emails which are not very functional in developing countries delay the process. The requirements for verifying Polytechnic credentials for a first degree verification also delays the process.

I used WES to get both mine and my wife's degrees evaluated for immigration purposes. The overall process was online and very simple to follow backed up with exhaustive FAQ's that helped greatly. I did not even have to contact them as the expectations were set correctly. Once the evaluations were ordered, the status was easy to follow on the website by logging in to your personal account. We had our evaluations completed in 5 weeks from the time of submission with the online evaluation report available immediately and the hard copy mailed to us in a week.

WES Canada is filled with very incompetent and highly lazy and unprofessional staff! After confirmation that all documents were reviewed and accepted (I had to literally chase them to do their job to even get an update on my profile) and a completion date given and then regular contact they turn around to update my profile with garbage first stating that they had received new documents from my institution and they were reviewing and after loads of DMs I sent on Twitter they changed it that same day so they are awaiting my institution to verify the documents. What a joke! I think this is the worst service experience I've had in a long time.

I used the services of WES for getting my education evaluated. I honestly thought that considering that my post graduation is from one of the IIMs, it should not be difficult. It has been more than 3 months now and they are still verifying from the institute. WES CANADA is worst of all, I have submitted documents 3 months back. Even when my documents were delivered still for 3-4 days status on site was "we are waiting for document". Same was changed to "in progress" when I called them and dropped query. From 3 months they are switching my profile from "On hold" to "in progress" for reverification. To add, they are verifying the documents with institution who created them :) I think my IELTS exam results will expire but don't have any hope that this will ever complete. Now I am feeling like I really dealing with lazy and careless people.

Updated on 01/08/2019: This is the second time I am facing the same problem as my verification from institution hasn’t been updated on my profile. So if you are in a hurry, I suggest you to seek for other options too and also it is so frustrating to wait and check your profile again and again because even if you call customer service, you will not receive any resolution in the name of process.

Nothing to complain about. Very clear and accessible instructions during the process. Timing is fair, staff is highly responsive to any of inquiries you might submit. Also up to date communication, the status is updated in a very responsive way so you can easily track your request. If you submit a clean file following exactly the given instructions, you won't regret it. The process goes smoothly on the other side and you can expect a fairly fast response if not few days ahead of schedule. If there's a point to question maybe, it can be the brief summary of the assessment, that does not include the major or field of the assessed degree. I believe it would have been better if that could be included. Otherwise, overall satisfying experience. Would recommend it for other users.

The process was satisfactory. One just needs to follow instructions laid out and be patient. Although it was a bit stressful because applying from Nigeria you have to face the hurdles of transcript collection from your university or polytechnic to WAEC. Verification from this institutions also takes time, the more reason you need to be patient and start early. My experience with WES was less than four months, I started in August and finished November 12th.

I had given my credentials to be evaluated by WES as required by a program that I am applying to in the US. My overall experience was not so bad. I had a lot of problems with payment though. Since the portal for credit card was not functioning. So I had to seek out other transfer options and it took a lot of time. But once the payment was processed, the evaluation was complete in the stipulated timeline of two weeks, sent to the respective university and my converted credentials seemed fair and square.

Overall I am satisfied with the services provided by WES, but, I am little down that, They evaluated my Master's as Bachelor's Degree, whereas other service providers giving evaluation for master's (same as mine) as master's evaluation only. The main purpose for my evaluation is for migration purpose. I have only concern in that. Rest all OK for me.

WES provided a quick credential evaluation much sooner than expected. Overall it was a good experience though the fee could be a little less. The correspondence with their customer executive was prompt and well handled.

I needed my credentials evaluated for the purpose of immigrating to Canada. WES was one of the services recommended by my immigration lawyer. Their website made it a very straightforward process. Additionally, despite the postal strike that occurred during this time, WES was able to perform the evaluation and send the outcome to my lawyer well within the projected time frame.

I appreciate what WES did for me, however I would request a faster processing and time and better clearer tracking information. All the updates that were being shown were very vague to me. I was constantly logging in manually to see the status.

WES' website is very simple and easy to use. It took about only two weeks for my documents to be evaluated. I would also like to recommend you opt for delivery via courier (not regular mail) if you are from outside USA or Canada. DSL's tracking is very detailed which is helpful if you are anxious like me.

Getting a report done was a hassle since day one. My very first report was filled with errors. It took a few months of complaints to get their original report reviewed and corrected. This second report was equally filled with errors some already present in the previous one + new ones. Those errors are for the most part obvious nor did WES tried to defend their report. In six months of complaints and correspondence I haven't been able to get a third correct report done. They completely ignore emails and the customer care is not authorized to deal with the report contents. All they do is replying with automatic do not reply messages that do not relate to any of the questions posed to them. Get yourself a better service somewhere else!

I had hoped to apply for Canada PR Visa, but WES turned it into a nightmare for me. I had paid them ~$200 for my BComm and MComm Evaluation. So I started my evaluation and sent them my sealed transcripts, for some reason they started another re-verification of my MComm evaluation, for which they took 2 months. (Sorry, But if you are going to get in touch with university directly, then why are you asking me to send you sealed transcripts? Never mind!) Now something happened between them and the university, and they cancelled my evaluation citing my documents were forged! Now, I cannot tell who made the mistake - either WES or my university, and WES will not tell me (because it's their "secret") or give me another chance to clear my name. WHO IN THEIR RIGHT MIND WOULD FORGE EDUCATIONAL DOCUMENTS!!!

I have been experiencing issues with WES for about 6 months now! I had applied for my BSc certificate from the UK and WES managed to put the wrong year on my report. When I brought this to their attention it took several weeks for them to acknowledge it was their mistake and to send the new report through. In the meantime they froze my account so I was unable to apply for my MSc certificate. When I did get to finally get my account unblocked and my MSc certificate was sent to them they managed to lose it, despite tracking information and it being signed for by a WES employee! I have lost count of the number of fruitless emails and phone calls I have had to make to try to get the problems resolved, a call center in the US has 'allegedly' no direct links into Canada and I never got anywhere.

I have spent literally 109s of hours chasing my WES customer service and my university. My university tells me that they have not received any email from WES and WES tells me that they have sent the email for last 3 months. Seems everyone of these parties, I, WES and my university is tired of calling each other but with zero progress. WES should contact my university. Set up a contact point instead they are just repeating the same line that they have sent the email and I should wait more. What is the purpose if they can't even establish the contact? I will have to start my evaluation again all over with another evaluation service. Please RUNNNN away from this business. I will miss my deadline for sure.

I had never had to evaluate my credentials. I did because my employer requested it. They "suggested" this company, WES. After my experience, I will surely "suggest" my institution to use a different company. The business itself is quite dubious: you pay them a significant fee and then proceed to do all the work. I had to contact several institutions back where I am from, and get them to send the documents to WES in the way they request them, by mail. My university has online files for all that, with encrypted verification, which would have been way, way, way faster than having to send everything by mail from Europe to the USA.

I have studied from India, both my Bachelors in Electrical Engineering and my MBA I have done from India. I have to get both my degrees evaluated by WES for Canada Immigration purpose. I am a pass out of one of the top B-Schools of India (having 1 year course of Management), WES has named my course as Post Secondary certificate - JUST IMAGINE!!!! Not even Post Graduate Program - but Post Secondary Certificate. When contacted they responded saying they only acknowledge 2 years of MBA as Masters if and ONLY if they are from IIMs and IITs - I mean IIT??? Really??? IIT is such a bad choice for any management program - it is the best in technology no doubt - but for management???? They provide 0 support and have 0 knowledge or credibility to even evaluate any educational degree - I question the educational background of people employed in WES itself.

My ECA report remains delayed by over 8 months now. WES continue to ask for attestation from a board/council that was dissolved in 2007!! Their information is outdated and it appears they do not understand English. I have sent them links from where they can download the government statute dissolving the institution and replacing it with a new one. Despite the fact that my documents are attested by the now applicable institution, yet, they continue to delay my report. This appears a deliberate attempt to prevent people of one nationality from migrating to Canada. My advice, if you are from India, never use WES. Would sending a request for help to the Right Honourable Justin Trudeau help?

WES was indicated by the UCC college in Cranford, New Jersey to evaluated my High School diploma that came from Brazil a few months ago. The school that I graduated was closed and the document came from the Secretary of Education of the State of Sao Paulo, Brazil. The document was picked up from a friend who was helping me out to have it and sent it to me. Unfortunately, The Secretary of Education DOES NOT send certificates to others Countries and only can have it pick up in person or for someone who has my permission and with it ID to prove the identification. So when the document arrived, I went at UCC to fill the WES website up with someone at front desk. The person helped with the paperwork, also a $230 dollars payment and told me that I had to send the original document to WES, as was requested. With included the reference number **.

I did request for Document-by-Document Evaluation from WES. But I have not received the evaluation report, however, their website says the report was sent on Aug 2018 through Canada Post. As a result, I have requested the report again through courier service after making an additional payment of $96.05. But till date (14-Nov-2018) they have not sent any reports. They don't even acknowledge the payment. Contacted them multiple times through their website - but no luck. The customer care number is hardly available. If you have any chance PLEASE DON'T USE WES.

From the time they receive your document, they need a week just to tell you if your document is complete, then they tell you it will take another 10 days to finish the evaluation. If you want, you can use the expedite service that will cost you another $50, remember you already paid $250. They charge you $7 for a standard mailing service with no tracking number (really no tracking number). IF you want a faster delivery it cost you $50 box (expedite service) that does not make sense at all (A USPS first class mailing service takes 2 days and cost less than $10). Overall it cost you $300 and the only thing you really get is scaling your grade on a 4.0 scale.

Issue one - The website indicates that once your international transcript is received by WES the review process is approximately 7 business days. When I called 7 business days after my transcript was noted as received on my account page, I was informed that the review process has not started. There is undefined amount of time needed to before the review can start (what??). I understand international transcripts are very varied and there is some complexity to their work, but just tell customers what to expect rather than indicating it will take 7 business days. If you are requesting transcripts you are likely working towards application deadline to details about timing are very important.

I think this company is a scam artist, collected my money for services not provided. Since September I applied for review of my credits. Called today only to find out the process has not even started, yet they processed my fee for services not completed. AWFUL rated at a ZERO.

I used them to evaluate/confirm my MS degree. Initially they were unclear and only asked for the degree. After several days, they asked for transcripts (I don't even know why the transcripts are necessary. Faking a transcript is much easier than a degree with special encryption). They even didn't reply me why they actually need the transcripts. Anyway, after days, they rejected my transcripts as it is not in sealed envelope. Their blind eyes cannot detect the embossed seal. I could find some sealed one but I am pretty sure it will also be rejected as it is not declared as "official" and I will be hard time to convince and prove them our university does not put any "official" label on the issued transcripts, unless on the single formal one they gave us upon graduation, which was not sealed. The most idiot and dumb organization I have ever experienced in my life.

They had the worst customer service ever. In my transcript, they had three different names for an exact same course. They never take responsibility for their mistakes. You work with them only if you want to see many mistakes.

I completed 3 degrees in the UK at top Universities-- an MSc, PhD, and PGCE-- and hired WES to perform the costly Course-By-Course analysis needed for my State Dept of Education to recognize my overseas credentials. After paying for original transcripts to be sent to WES from the Universities, I realized that a major portion of the PGCE was provided by a cooperating school other than the one who awarded me the degree. I immediately contacted WES who advised me to add them as a credential. I did this on September 5, 2018; I received several emails from WES after that stating that this had been forwarded to the correct department (always forwarding to someone else).

In the meantime I shared my documents again via My eQuals 4 times and it has been viewed by someone on the other end. Then I started calling them to ask what is going on. 2 weeks of calling back every 2 to 3 days these guys had no answer. Finally when I got really upset about it they put me through to Keirra (supervisor). She gave me the same answer that she will escalate it to the highest level etc. etc. and I will get a response within 3 days.

I have used WES for most of Education in the UK. I am really shocked at the level of negative feedback I see on them. I think it would important to make a few points. I appreciate the hard time that some people have due to corruption and mismanagement from some universities in developing countries. I get that. Should WES then compromise its standards and due process to accommodate that? I would think not.

I have submitted my sealed transcripts to WES 4 months back. They had accepted my master degree documents received from Delhi University but asked for the verification on my bachelor's degree verification from the institute. It's been 4 months I am trying to follow up but no one gives proper answer or any solution. They says they will keep sending the reminder to university until university response and this can be lifelong process which will repeat every 7th week. They are not disclosing the department information due to security reasons. Now I have no option to get the information and solutions to this situation. I have written 100 mails to WES but have never got any satisfactory reply on time. They do not help at all in case you need information or support. Very rude staff and treats you as if they are doing a favor on you for free... #World Education Service is hopeless.

I received a Bachelor degree from a college that has received full accreditation from Asia Theological Association, which is the equivalency of Association of Theological Schools in the United States and Canada (ATS). WES however gave me the evaluation result report as "Bachelor degree from a non-recognized institution". That means, I don't even have a secondary school certificate when I use this for immigration to Canada. We should spread this news out to help more people so that no more people would get conned by WES. I was told that ICES would deem my college as a "recognized institution".

This is the worst education company that I have ever seen. I have a major in teaching physics and they reported my major as mathematics education?? They also claimed that my Bachelor's degree is actually a secondary school diploma. I can't describe how furious I am. And I need to use their terrible services to apply for immigration to Canada! God knows what they will make me this time? An engineer maybe?

I had submitted my documents 3 months back using OPTION 2 (Collecting the documents from University with seal and signature on back flap). WES rejected the documents and asked me that the documents need to send them directly by the University. It is contradicting with the details present on their website itself. The funniest part all documents for my wife's education evaluation also sent in the same format and all the documents are similar as she has passed from the same University. WES accepted and evaluated her education whereas they rejected mine. I called the customer service and they are kind of dumb persons, they don't have any idea of the application. Just they will read the details which you can see my from the online portal and they will ask to fill the CONTACT US form. I had filled and told that I have chosen OPTION 2 to submit the documents and I got same copy paste answer that my university need to send the documents.

I am applying to a PhD through Sophas and they will only accept evaluation from WES. WES received my documents in August 2018 and accepted them. A few days later they changed my status to "Incomplete" - They stated my transcript is missing something because my grades starts in year two. The grades starting from 200 to 400 seems to confuse them so I sent them a letter explaining that this a three year degree and that year one start from 200, year two is 300 and the third year is 400. They did not respond to my letter and my status continue to say waiting for documents. I don't know what documents to send them because I don't have a 4 year degree. My anger is however with Sophas for insisting on WES when there are this many people complaining about their business. Someone from Sophas must be a WES shareholder. Shame on Sophas for putting potential students in this fix.

I wish I had looked at WES' reviews first to avoid the mistake of using them. I never write any reviews, so something must have gone awfully wrong for me to write one. WES was very quick to have me make the payment first, but after that the overall impression I got was "we have your money already, why do any work for it?" The documents I needed to be reviewed were sent by my Alma Mater in a very complicated process (it had to come from them, not from me, so I had to waste other people's time) and I kept getting e-mails from WES saying that documents are missing. Trying to call in was useless, because I never got anyone on the phone and writing e-mails usually took >4 days to be answered.

WES is one of the worst organizations I have come across: It is impossible to speak to anyone to discuss a particular case. Questions/clarification can only be submitted in the website — no potential to add attachments. Responses bear no relations to questions submitted. I am now a month after submitting (and I had sent an unanswered query before applying for an evaluation), with nothing to show for it. This “non-profit” will take your money and provide as little as possible to show for it.

If I can select 0 stars I would. They gave me the option to submit my documents through Gradintel and thus I did. I got a notification stating that someone at WES accessed my documents, I thought "great" although the status of my account still said "On hold: we are awaiting your documents." Luckily a friend of mine also applied simultaneously, but they did it through mail. Only because I saw her status changed to "We received your documents. We are reviewing your documents" did I have cause for concern. So I called them. They said they had not received my documents and asked me to submit a contact form, which I did. It said I would receive a response in 24 hours (2 months later and still no response lol).

Norma from WES Education Services had a rude and nonchalant attitude. Lost my degree transcript and did not apologize or offer to investigate. Instead, pointed me to the customer service page. How can you receive one document and lose the other when both were sent together in the same envelope?

I paid 500$ to WES for evaluating my transcript course by course, as I applied for getting college admission. They keep playing hide and seek with me. I sent all the required documents with translation. They keep asking for the same thing and putting my status on hold, they asked me to go to the instructions you took the courses and asked them to send the transcript directly, I asked my family back home to go get it they spend lots of money for getting them and translate and posting the WES.

Dear WES, I've paid for an assessment for 3 qualifications. WES confirmed that they received the documents 3 May 2018. The assessment was completed 3 July, but only mentioned 2 qualifications. I logged an inquiry on 3 July questioning the assessment of the 3rd qualification. Despite me phoning 4 times (and sending 2 mails) since then, I haven't received any feedback from WES. Each time they promise the call will be escalated and I will get feedback in 2 working days, but that never happens. WES also refuse to give you a reference number when you phone them, I find that very strange!! WES - I am a paying customer, please provide the service I paid for in a timely manner.

I have recently used the service from the WES. I asked for correcting the name of the applicant as there is a slight mistake in the name. They didn't resolve it in 7 days and yet they are saying that it has been escalated and will take another 3 more days. Seriously their process is not at all good. Applicant should have control over the account, which is a major software glitch and the second thing is their service which is not at all good. I really think Universities should have their own system to do this rather than depending on someone like this. I never recommend using the services of WES again.

I was completely disappointed with the experience my wife and I had using WES. I wish I would have read all of the terrible reviews online before I paid this organization. READ ONLINE REVIEWS BEFORE PAYING THIS USELESS COMPANY!!! My wife attended an undergraduate college and a university in India which were both highly accredited. She received multiple job offers after receiving her master's degree in India based on the university that she attended for her master's degree. She chose a global company in India and worked for 3 years.

Well, I wasn't totally disappointed with WES service. Though my Application was delayed, And the status of my account was on hold for almost 6 months I later found out the fault was from my Institution. WES sent my credentials to my institution for a second verification, and because WES already said I am not required to do anything. I relaxed. Unfortunately my institutions was waiting for me to Authorise it. So when I needed to send my transcript to another organisations, I was told they have some credentials from WES bearing my name that need Authorisation from me. I paid for the courier service and it was sent to WES on July 5th.

For your own sake please save your money. Most importantly your time. In my case, I paid WES for verification of my documents in Feb 2018. Till date, 6 months later, WES keeps claiming that they have not received emails from the institution I studied at. I am 100% the Institution has sent them numerous emails. A completely frustrating experience. Look at the reviews and take save yourself a lot of heartache. I only wish I had. There are many other options out there eg ECE which I am currently looking into. I am waiting for a refund of my money from WES. A complete waste of time I will never recover, money I spent and the worst customer service you will experience.

Worst customer service ever. I don't believe a company in this 21st century can be so unprofessional. If you are looking to have them evaluate your credentials, you will be lucky if it is done within a year. I have received horrible services in my lifetime, but WES gave me the shock of my life. I can't narrate my experience here because it would be so long. I wish it is possible to give a negative rating. I still plan to sue the company with time.

If I could give them zero stars I would do. Seriously do not use this company. Their customer service is nonexistent - you will wait over a week for any response at all, usually 2 weeks and there is no phone number you can call them on. I needed to speak to an actual real human because I have slightly unusual circumstances and I emailed them with the same question FOUR TIMES, every time they kept asking me for a document which DOESN’T EXIST. The final time I emailed I got no response from them at all. I now will likely miss my deadline to get my documents in for my MSHS and have to wait another 6 months, THANKS WES. I actually think this company is probably a scam.

Here I would like to share my best experience with World Education Services. 2 Months ago, before starting this process of evaluation with this company of course I checked all the reviews about the company, staff etc. As like others these documents are also dire for me. I thought I should try it whatever the results would be. After that my institution sent my papers around July 04, 2018. On July 09' 2018 WES received my documents and started the process at the same time. They took 04 days to went through my papers and finally I got an email again that my process is completed and verified. Moreover, they sent the report on July 13, 2018 and I received on July 23... I'm feeling very good. Thanks to WES team.

WES received my package without WES reference number and my name on it? Because it has been sent from another country that I live in and I called them twice. I kept on hold last time before they answer 13 min and they connect the tracking number to my WES reference number and to my name and my status changed from "waiting your document "to "your document has been received". So in general I'm satisfied with their service because I was little bit pessimist after reading the negative reviews... Wish me luck for the evaluation process to be completed. :)

What a terrible company, service and customer relationships! I am so unhappy and disappointed and dissatisfied with their service. I sent my official documents twice both for my graduate and post graduate education in an official sealed signed envelope. But they have accepted one of them but rejected the other. I've called the customer service. They insisted on that my documents haven't met the criteria. But my documents have met all the requirements. I resent them another copy of documents, I took images before I sent just to keep a proof. But they did the same. They ruined my original documents. They ruined my time. They ruined my money and finally they ruined my application. I don't recommend this terrible company to anyone in the world.

I applied for WES credential evaluation and subsequently sent all the required documents. However, at WES receipt of the credentials, they informed me via email that they needed the credentials to be verified by the issuing institution and have forwarded them to the school. On getting the sent photocopies of credentials from WES, the issuing institution verified the credentials to WES via email. WES however, failed to accept the verification provided by the issuing institution. They resent the credentials to the school with a request for further information. The issuing institution re-verified the sent credentials for the second time, providing all the needed information as WES had demanded on the verification request.

I applied to WES Canada for ECA on April 13th 2018, submitted all my credentials for evaluation as per their requirement which were received on 17th April. The status updated on my WES account page mentioned credentials received, reviewed and accepted subsequently. On 25th June, when I received my evaluation report online, I was shocked to see the result, which stated that the highest rank credential which is Master of Science is of no academic Value and WES does complete the evaluation for other credentials. I am confused as to why my other credentials are not assessed when I have paid the entire fees for document to document evaluation. I have contacted WES regarding this matter through their help center, but they have not replied back and not sure if they will look into it. I need advice and guidance as what to do next. Do I have to apply again to WES?

Our daughter went to college in Cameroon. We submitted her transcript to WES to be evaluated so that she can gain admission to a 4-year undergraduate university in the U.S. Despite the fact that she has completed 2 years at a community college, this evaluation process is required. Anyway, WES has had her transcripts for over 1 month. We have called the telephone number on the website and it is disconnected. They have not responded via their online message system. It has been much longer than the 48 hours in which they say they will respond. They have no other way to communicate with them.

I submitted my documents to WES Canada in April 2018. Till now I have not received any response. I have 5 degrees and each month they are updating that they need additional information from my institution. I went to my institution that is 8 hours far from my place and I asked them to provide details to WES. They did send email in front of me. When I called WES they said they have not receive anything and check back in 2 days. I called them again and they said, "Ask your institution to send it again as we have not received." It seems they are just fooling us. How come an email that was sent in front of me has not been reached to WES. Also, the customer support is too rude when you call them. They talk like if we are asking them to work on something free. We have paid huge of amount of fees and we don't expect such rudeness on call. I heard Canadian are soft spoken and nice people... not sure from where these WES people are.

I have summited my document to WES for the Canadian evaluation for the Bachelor and Masters. I got the reply from them that all document accept for both but they wants to re verify my Masters degree certificate & Mark sheet from the institute (WES has requested further verification from the issuing institution and is waiting for their response). Could anyone please advise how to solve this problem in order to get final evaluation for the Bachelor and Masters??

I requested an incomplete evaluation report for my three and a half years at uni during my last semester at college. I was applying to a program in the US at the time and thank God was accepted. However, a year later, I recently completed my evaluation report along with the degree conferred, and my GPA was drastically changed: from a 3.68 to a 3.02. The new report had shifted almost all my As into Bs that were in my previous report. I am assuming that the evaluation system is not standardized and two different approaches were used to complete my very same report. FYI all my other courses in the last semester were all As; they just changed the scoring system for the three years that I had completed beforehand. Very unprofessional and costly as I spent over $300 while using this system.

Save your money and send your documents to UToronto or BCIT... after months of talking to WES I asked for a refund and I am still waiting to receive my money back! I sent my documents in Late December 2017, my documents were sealed, stamped and signed, however there was an issue, my envelope did not have the school logo. In early January WES received the package and told accepted all the documents except the ones in the envelope mentioned before. Their explanation was "The documents MUST be sealed". I called them asking for a more in-depth explanation but they repeated the same error over and over. In mid-January the school sent the documents again but now with a logo on the envelope. The package was now exactly as the example provided by WES.

My wife's file was transferred from WES USA to WES Canada for evaluation on March 21, 2018 for ECA. Once submitted, we were told that the ECA should be released within 20 days (worst case scenario April 08, 2018). On April 09, 2018, I was surprised that the front desk tell me that the evaluation has not started; and will start only after the approval of the submitted file. I am still wondering if what has happened to me is similar with other customers. I started calling a week ago because I was already unsatisfied with WES USA which was not proactive. Unfortunately, the experience with WES Canada is worst. Hope this feedback could help WES Management to improve, and get rid of employees that chase customers away. I would be happy to know that this opinion help WES team to become more customers oriented. Regards.

I have been sending my B.Tech worksheets each time and I get a categorical reply from WES saying it is incomplete. In my last communication with them, they have themselves agreed that only Semesters 6-8 are required and sem 1-5 have been filed by them. When I resend them that, they have again categorically replied that documents are pending. I have spend a lot of money on this one. I just feel like they're very careless about their work as when I asked them a screenshot for what I received, they send me an excel screenshot instead of taking a camera pic!

I have never received worse service from any company. They respond to phone and email questions as though they were robots, they claim not to receive documents they have in fact received, and after endless delays and contradictory information they have charged me to "evaluate" documents when I was told repeatedly that I would not be charged unless the documents could be validated. Can´t some consumer rights organization shut these people down? Their "service" is basically a scam with a front that allows them to pretend some degree of legitimacy. Colleges should not be recommending that students use this service!

An awful experience! Very lengthy and bad service. You can't make a change by calling customer service and you have to go through lengthy "contact us" page, filling all the information and wait couple of days each time for changes to happen. It is so unfortunate that I sent them my documents for evaluation. In the system, there is an option to modify your request for address delivery and type of delivery. I changed the delivery address to the place that I originally wanted documents evaluation in order to save couple of days.

I have given the World Education Service 1 Star as the system will not allow me to give no stars! DO NOT USE THE WORLD EDUCATION SERVICE. Having submitted all the educational transcripts, certificates, diplomas and other associated documentation as specified by WES they gave me a date of when my application would be completed. I require this evaluation for immigration purposes and for my future employer. The date of completion that they specified was exceeded five days ago, on contacting their customer services department I was advised that the original date was an 'estimate' only and it may take a few more weeks. After informing them that I felt that this is a breach of contract I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager, none were available but I was assured that one would call me back that day. This did not happen.

This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with in my life. I have no idea how they got the privilege of evaluating professional degrees from all over the world. Customer service was extremely substandard and the shipping department is horrible! I paid for an overnight delivery for my documents and UPS received orders from WES to ship 2 day delivery instead. This will jeopardize my chance to sit for a certification exam cause I will miss the deadline. I called and they gave me false information numerous times about their response time. In short, I don't recommend anyone to deal with this company even if they force you to do so. I will complain to my certification organization to stop dealing with them.

WES does not deserve to be in the system. They told me they have sent verifications to my institution since November 2017 but up till now 28 February 2018 and verifications have not been done. What is most annoying is that the institution Ministry of Food and Agriculture in Ghana, says they have not received any verification notice from them. Please my problem is why is WES lying they have sent verifications to them. So if for 2 years and my institution does not respond, my evaluations cannot be completed? It is even shocking that I have emailed them to do evaluation for the rest of my certificates, but still they are not responding. I think WES is just full of robots. Please can somebody in WES hear and read this?

I sent my documents to WES and they rejected my application. The reason they gave is "The document received was not issued by the institution responsible for conducting the examinations (e.g. university, constituent or autonomous college). Mark sheets must be issued, attested and sent by the university or autonomous/constituent college", I personally went to University to get transcript and they mail me in a sealed package, so how they can give this silly reason to reject my application. I called to customer service and a guy to whom I talked repeated the reason. Come on man, I also can read that reason on my account. You just give me the solution and a good reason that if it is in a sealed package from university, how it was not issued by institution. I have a copy of that transcript and it is signed by deputy registrar and clearly mentioned the university name. This is so unfair. Really disappointed after paying ~$150.

Utterly disappointing to say the very least. I will keep this short and to the point. Basically I spent 1 year studying for my certificate and a further 2 years studying for my Diploma. I am now 15 years working as a professional in the Construction Industry. I moved to Canada and used WES to assess my credentials to be able to join a professional body relating to my profession. WES assessed my credentials and said they were equivalent to a one year part time certificate here in Canada. Completely dumbfounded as there is no Diploma in Canada for this course. Only a certificate. I rang WES on two occasions, average wait time on phone is 45 minutes, when you get through to someone they are of little to no help. I emailed customer service to challenge the assessment and also request a refund, they replied saying they made an assessment. End of story. Truly disappointing. Few hundred dollars for nothing. Never use this company.

I submitted my application back in October and until now still didn't receive any confirmation of my document's reception, even though my college and the courier in North Africa have confirmed me that it's been sent. I called their poor customer service and I felt I was talking to some robots without any kind of compassion. Please don't ever do business with these scammers, you will not only lose your money but your mental health also.

My WES Experience: WES Online Application: 13/12/2017. Sending Document through DHL: 14/12/2017. Document Received: 18/12/2017. Status Updated and Went for review: 20/12/2017. Email sent to the institution: 22/12/2017. Institution Verification Done: 25/12/2017. Verification Received and went for further review: 26/12/2017. Evaluation Started: 27/12/2017. Completed: 5/1/2018.

The first time I called, the person not the phone gave me the wrong information as to what I needed to submit to them. This pushed me back by a couple of months. Fast forward to the present, I sent the two documents they were requesting from me, Academic Transcripts and Proof of Graduation, in one large manila envelope. Each document itself was also labeled with my reference number, just in case they misplaced one. They are now telling me that they only received my proof of graduation and not my academic transcripts. Which makes no sense because I sent them in one large envelope. There is no way they received one and not the other. Which clearly means that they misplaced my transcripts.

So you read the WES mission and feel good and see there is a seven day turnaround for evaluations and you fill in your application and pay the money... $247 for a course by course evaluation. They take the money. BUT the seven day turnaround for their evaluation service is by no means accurate. You need to factor in that there can be over a month delay in WES New York Office receiving a document and logging it onto their system. This has happened to me. AND the communications are also really poor - slow, uninformative, inaccurate, anonymous.

The university (that I thought of applying for my Masters) referred to WES.org for GPA score. Within a week from my application submission, WES reviewed the docs; got a notification that my mark sheets were not accepted and looks like they need mark sheets attested by university or autonomous college. Submitted my questions via 'Contact Us' form and got a useless reply after a week and called their customer service to an utter disappointment to hear the same useless reply read back to me. Submitted more questions and made few more calls to customer service; not productive at all and frustrated with this unnecessary held up. The below quoted is the wording that they had at WES.org under required documents: "WES does not accept mark sheets that have been issued and/or attested by the college you attended unless from an autonomous or constituent college. To check if your college has autonomous status 'click here'."

WES needs to understand how things work in the Global South. You can't just automatically presume that the US standards and procedures apply everywhere. I just got off the phone with your staff who said that WES requested further verification but she can't tell me which department/registrar office of the university has been contacted.

This business is revolting. They sat on my documents for a month without doing anything and then decided they could not evaluate my master's - MBA diploma because they needed results from the prep class I took to take the exam. It's similar to asking for grades on a prep test on the GMAT (not GMAT results, result on your mock exams that you did at home or with a course) in order to give you a validation for your Harvard MBA. And when you call, you cannot speak to anyone, only customer reps who have no clue about anything. You cannot contact evaluators, only send them a letter - not an email. You pay a ridiculous amount and they are so incompetent and rude. They hold you hostage because your future admission to some top schools depend on this evaluation of foreign diplomas and they are the worse companies. Serious universities need to stop doing business with them immediately.

Invested: 700 USD, 2 months waiting, a lot of time preparing and writing documents and emails, 1 flight ticket to go to my University and a lot of stress and energy. Return: Nothing! Only some random answers from WES, which not even address my questions nor do they tell me what is wrong. They are absolutely incapable. I followed protocol and prepared everything. My universities and I sent the documents multiple times according to their guidelines and it is still not finished. I gave up, thanks WES, you broke my spirit.

The evaluation is not good, I haven't received all college credits I should have. The evaluation reports should have been sent to 2 schools and my address, NONE of them arrived. Now I have to pay additional $30 PER COPY + $15 for tracked delivery. I've not only wasted months of time but also a lot of money on this agency. I would not recommend! If you still go through WES, make sure to pay for tracked delivery the first time.

WES are the worst company I have ever had to deal with. I have used their services to get my education accredited for my Permanent Residency application in Canada. The website states that their timeline is only four weeks to complete an ECA. It has already taken them 5 weeks since receiving my academic documents to have them reviewed and accepted. On my account they then gave a date of another 3 weeks before it will be completed. It will take them 8 weeks, twice the promised length of time, to complete my application.

WES Canada is insisting that they submitted verification requests to my institution in Ghana but they did not respond. I had to travel from Nigeria to Ghana and found out that WES did not send any requests on my behalf. I have sent numerous emails to WES but they keep on insisting that my institution is yet to respond. This has cost me more than $1000.

Wow. I read the reviews about not using WES for students wanting to study in the US but I said, "How bad can it really be?" I do have an honors degree. Not First Class honors but still... I should at least get a GPA of nothing less than 3 to 3.5. Was I wrong! WES gave me a GPA of 2.5... I am in disbelief! Really? Don't use them if you are wanting to study in the US.

Very, very poor service. Never respond to your emails. I have bought most expensive service from them and got very bad service. I have sent my documents by USPS with delivery notification and only after 3 days after USPS reported about delivery, they update my account and said they received my documents (3 days disappeared!). Then they spend 7!!! days just for accept my documents (really!!! open package and check docs!!!). Now they said 7 more days for evaluation, unbelievable! So, if you don't have other choices be prepared to very bad service and make your plans in advance.

Wish I have read the reviews before I pay the fees to them. I have been calling them over a month, holding the phone for 40 minutes to an hour with no one answering the phone. It is just crazy. I got an email that my university send the documents and those are not complete documents. I want to tell them that this is due to the fact, I got admitted to second year in degree program so there won't be 1st and 2nd semester report card. I emailed them the same but have not heard anything back. If you have not pay them then please stay away from this company.

I never recommend WES for foreign education evaluation. They don't have minimum courtesy to respond to the inquiries. No one answers US customer care number 212-966-6311. No response to email inquiries.

We called World Education Services and discussed having transcripts from the Philippines evaluated. We were told that we could fax the information to WES and this would be acceptable for the evaluation; however, after we paid for the evaluation the story changed. We were later informed that the transcript had to be sent directly from the institution. As we waited a week after we paid for the expedited review, the evaluation was no longer needed as we already had the entrance conference. They refused a refund. As I look back on it now, we should have just disputed the charge with the credit card company. Before you use World Education Services please look at the hundreds of reviews online about this company. If your school gives you options, consider all of your options for a transcript evaluation. In this day and age do not use a company without reading any online reviews about the company.

I don't recommend this company at all for International Education Evaluation. It's been more than a month that I've been sending emails, or even trying to reach them by phone, but the only answer that I received it's "thank you for your email," nothing more, so I have to say that is not only poor service but completely lack of it. It seems more a scam company.

International degree evaluation - Please DO NOT by any means use this company. This is one of the worst companies I've ever experienced. At first they didn't link my degree & transcript to my account. Then they took days before accepting it. After all that I paid an extra $50 for a 3 business day to rush the service when they gave me the option, and guess what, 5 days later I still have no information about the progress whatsoever. I've tried to email them, they mail you back after 4-5 days back. I've also tried to call them, but you'll be waiting almost an hour before someone can attend you. And as a person living outside the states, you'll be wasting all your money on just calling them. So, for me, I will never in a million years use this company again for any service they can provide for me.

I have been trying to reach them by phone, but they don't answer the call. I've sent my documents, but they told me "Your documents didn't meet WES requirements," and I told them "return my documents." After one month I've mailed with them they sent my documents, but I found out, they didn't send all documents. Just my certificate and their report and they fined me $50 + 35 for shipping. I've asked them about my degree courses, but nonsense answer. I've been sending a lot of mail to return the rest of documents, but I've received nonsense reply. I really need the rest of my documents. Please advise me what I should do?

Have been trying to reach them by phone and email for almost two weeks now. They do not answer the calls nor reply to the email. Hopeless service. I don't think this agency should really continue if they do not want to provide service to the customers and I have no idea how do such agencies get approved by NACES.

I will not recommend WES to anyone. Please don’t go for this organization. I have very bad experience with WES which I will share here. 1-I have never seen the customer services like WES, the sloppiest one, they simply don’t care for your emails and calls. 2-Their aim is to make money from peoples only. 3-They are not verifying your documents from your home country/institutions/higher educations. 4-As they say that their reports is based on their opinions only, which means you have to pay and know their opinions about your educational qualifications. 5-I wonder that if they received a verified and attested photocopies from academic institutions and higher education then how they can say that this documents has no value in Canada.
