In my opinion, This is a streamlined, straightforward, trustworthy and fast agency. They gave me updates on each and every stages of the application and the entire process took less than two month's time. Hence I would like give them five stars.

I'm an international student here in the US. I have mailed documents 3 times!! Since September 2019. When I track the package it all appears that the package was delivered successfully to the right address yet they never updated my status and it still seems like I never sent them the documents. I tried to contact them a bunch of times and all that they say is to wait because the documents are not found. HOW COMES?! I applied here from August! 6 months! AND NOTHING. I am stuck here! DON'T EVER PAY THEM!!! Once you pay they give a ** about your case. Today I sent an email asking for the refund policies, I am pretty much done with them. I am gonna find another company. I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND ALSO THEY SHOULD APOLOGIZE FOR MY TIME WASTED!

Excellent, did not have to do much follow up. Very up to date information. Status was shown on accounts page. They took care of all the checking and verification. Periodic mails to update in case of delays. Overall happy with the services provided.

I had a smooth and good experience with WES. I would most likely to recommend WES with my other friends. As soon as my School Credentials were dispatched from the Philippines, it didn't take a while than I expected for my credentials to get verified by WES.

I had an overall Good Experience with WES, receiving an accurate Evaluation Report. I faced a considerable delay, mainly due to the deferment from my university; but I would have preferred a speedier update from WES's behalf. Information about EACH of my documents "received" & "accepted" was updated on the site & app after 2-3 weeks each time.

My experience with WES, was indeed good, all details explanations are clear and unambiguous to understand. Customer Care rep. give feedback as soon as they can in less than 48hours of contact.. Finally, after I got notifications of my evaluation completed, some days after I received my Official Wes report hard copy In Nigeria without tracking and unknowingly. Reviewing from Canada. Once they have your money they will never return your emails. When you phone them they promise to get back to you by the end of the day, they don't. You have to keep chasing them. They are not very helpful at all. I suggest that you use another service. On their website they make it look like that you are phoning Toronto as the address above the phone number is a Toronto address and the fax number below the phone number is a Toronto number but in-fact you are phoning the USA and the customer service is really bad. I give them one star because I can't give no stars.

I put in my application in late October 2019 to get reviewed. It is Feb 2020 and I have still not received an answer. Oddly enough, I have phoned and spoken to WES a dozen times. Every operator and supervisor has not been able to help me. This has been the most emotionally frustrating experience fo my life, not to mention that I cannot apply to schools without getting this. Nobody is able to give me an answer no matter who I speak to. I ask the supervisor to give me a call back several times, he didn't. I asked for my file to be urgently looked at and yet it is still in progress. This is the WORST experience of my life.

I send them in November all the documentation they need and after more than a month they send me another list of documents and they asked me to send them, the original documents. I'm from Romania and my original documents cannot send them to anybody. More than that I send to WES legalized documents that are like original having stamps from 7 governmental institution. And they said that they cannot see one specific stamp who was just there!!! So because of this stamp they asked me the original papers even so the stamp was for sure there in original and translated!!!

Very bad customer service. Do not use WES. It's a waste of time and money. Horrible service, have to wait for months then canceled and waiting for twenty days after submitting the cancelation email for response. Never come and customer service have no idea...

I had a very good and smooth experience with WES and the evaluated results are accurate but I will like the organisation to work on the timing for the whole evaluation. My processes lasted for 6 months before I could get the results.

WES provides me an extremely good Credential Assessment Service. They are so time bound with regular updation on online services. Only one I feel negative is that fees is somewhat more. For fees payment if debit card is accepted, I will be more happy.

Everything was great. Just needed to recontact the WES customer service to allow the HUMBER college to accesses online access. SO that was a great experience but they didn't help me in allowing Humber college to access to WES online evaluation.

Oversea education document verifying all by online communication. The evaluation report clearly mark the Canadian equivalency of my education level in China. All the documents are 30 years old. No need for notarization. It's not possible without service from WES.

Have not received my completed Document by Document Evaluation report till date. My status shows completed on 20-12-2019 and were also informed that my evaluation report is completed and being sent to the address (recipient). I am deeply sadden that till date even after 40 days I haven't received completed evaluation report which was sent by you on 12/20/19 by standard delivery. Regards Umesh ** Ref No - **

Overall experience was good though it took longer than I had anticipated. The main challenge was that the second verification by my university took long. I had to go to the university to ask them to reply the email from WES. Wes should not wait for the university to reply but rather follow it up with a phone call and reduce reminder periods. Some universities can be hell in communication thus reminders and phone calls will make it easier and faster.

It is the best organization to evaluate your education certificates equivalent to Canada or US. I strongly recommend World Education Services. Additionally their customer care services are awesome. Best in class.

Not much experience but the document evaluation was done in a professional and satisfying manner. Though I had to wait for a while but in all the wait was not that long and the result was good and accurate.

Educational credential Evaluation was done for my Immigration process to Canada and I'm extremely satisfied with WES overall service. I didn't find any difficulties during the process, all the updates were properly communicated through emails and also were available in my WES Profile which helped me to take the appropriate action on additional documents request on time in order to avoid any further delays.

When I got my evaluation report (it took WES more than a month by the way) I didn't get the original diploma I sent. I was very nervous about that since the diploma was the only document I had proving I had a higher education. I called WES and the representative was very formal with no sign of empathy. He couldn't get any information and advised me to create a case on the website (that was a good advice, thank you) which I did - and then there was no update to investigation process. So I was left with no diploma and no updates on whether they are doing anything with my request. I had to call the second time in a week and that time the representative was very friendly and caring. She somehow pushed investigation to the priority status and in a few days I got my document back! In the end, I had everything I needed from them and evaluation was accepted by the employer.

It was such a great experience having my credentials assessed by WES, hoping they can find a faster way to release the result (it took almost 3 months). The website is also very user friendly and they give out detailed instructions on how to prepare and submit the requirements. My overall experience was great.

The overall experience with WES has been extremely satisfying. They update you very frequently about application status and process on each step. Time taken by them to verify credentials is very minimal. Their working is very professional and it seems they value time a lot.

Very satisfactory. Although a bit expensive, the document review was on point. It took a bit time, but I am not in a hurry so it is pretty acceptable. Mobile application is also helpful. I didn't need to ask for help for customer support.

When first time I come to know about this site and its services I liked it, but little bit upset while paying fee. At somewhere I felted that fee is high. But it's a different thing for everyone. When I couriered my documents and WES department received it, that gives you notification about that. I like WES web portal facility. And according to their time line they completed their work and send me the reply.

Rating of my credential was very good compared to other credential from other services like CES Toronto (University of Toronto) and Global Education Group, equivalency comparison by taking Major into consideration whereas other took equivalency from Grade 1 which is ridiculous.

I have been on the same case with WES, about an account that has been on hold for over a year. My transcripts from one of the institutions is pending and I have gone to their office several times to find out the problem and this has not worked. I got the education in one of the satellite campuses of the school and I believe I am one of the victims of a failed transition process. The school just keeps giving me a runaround.

Sending documents to WES was somewhat stressful due to the self-driven process. As arrival of documents doesn't get indicated on WES system on the same day (it may take 10 days) I was wondering about the Diplomas. Fortunately, due to WES mobile application I have felt confident about my experience and has become WES promoter among friends and relatives. Application perfectly shows the status of your process and the expected result and evaluation date. I did a complete credential evaluation for Canadian Immigration purposes. The website provided me all information I needed and I was able to do everything by myself. All steps were extremely easy to understand and I could keep track of WES work after they received my documents plus, the review was completed a few days before the scheduled. I'm hugely satisfied with WES work.

I'm Waiting for my evaluation report for over a month(!) after they received the documents. It should take 7 days according to them! I keep contacting them and they basically ignore me. I don't understand why there is no alternative to that service! As a straight-A student I depend on this company to get into the PhD program. This is so frustrating. There is nothing I can do. Of course the easiest thing for them is to take my money and then don't deliver the service *they* agreed to provide. This is a breach of the agreement but unfortunately I don't have any leverage. I am a foreign citizen and can't really take any actions against this terrible company. Hopefully universities and other places that use their services will avoid them. They should not be allowed to conduct this business. They are taking advantage of people.

Here's my timeline dealing with WES: Sep 12 - Created account and paid for the course by course transcripts evaluation from my former university in Russia. Mid October - they've changed my profile that the documents were received from my former school. 1st week of November - they put my account on hold because they had decided the original transcripts (sent directly from my school) weren't authentic enough and they required additional verification. Dec 2 - they've received additional verification documents from my school and changed the status on "In Progress".

WES is very efficient to take your money. Once you have paid, there is no means to make a proper contact. There is no contact phone number or contact email address. There is only a web form to write your matter then they will reply it with generic text. There is no means to reply. Again you need to fill a web form to ask about provided generic text. Then somebody else reply you with the same generic text. They promise 35 days service but my assessment took over 75 days. Extremely inefficient service.

Applicants from India who may have complete their grad/undergrad degrees from India, please DO NOT USE WES when applying for Universities in the US or for Express Entry to Canada. WES expects Universities to send the transcripts directly and most of the older, bigger Universities in India do not have any provision to do the same. This has resulted in various forums where students are discussing alternatives or 'jugaads'. Funnily enough, applicants from Pakistan or Nepal are not bound by the same requirements. So, students or prospective immigrants from India, please DO NOT USE WES!!!

WES provides high quality service. When I created my account, WES asked me to send my documents. So, I sent my documents. WES started the evaluation procedure, and I followed the progress of the file online until the end. It was very easy.

The process was hitch free as at every point in time, the current status was updated in your account which was easily viewed on the WES app downloaded on my phone. The evaluation took exactly the number of days stated that it would take. There were no delays after they received all the required documents from my institution.

The experience provided me the opportunity to learn and also share learning with my friends and colleagues at work to find time and enroll for the WES verification. When I viewed the detailed verified document on the school I am applying to in the US (Fordham Graduate School of Art and Sciences), it is so analytical in the certification which provided me the view to believe in the authenticity of the process and while time was a great essence. Although at some point I was denied admission in my first entry due to my delay in submitting my WES verification report. This is one of my learning experience, that I share with my colleagues to always take the evaluation before seeking for admission so they don't get caught up with time constraint.

I got the correct evaluation, but concerning the time it needs to process your documents that's what missing, cause once they receive the documents there are 2 weeks before they start working on them, that means adding to the 30 days it will be around 6 weeks, in any case less than other company. But overall I was satisfied.

Need to provide accurate tracking services. CRM need to improve, waiting to be avoided. Amount need to deduct with standard manner. Overall I am satisfied with the experience with the all services with your company.

All the process for the credentials evaluation is clearly explained at the website. Everything was easy and fast. Something I liked was that all the results were sent to my house without additional fees and the online certificate, to post on social media, is wonderful.

They accepted the official transcripts. I sent a copy of the Diploma via FedEx. Delivery was accepted by J **. A day later they post document received. Another day later they posted that the document is with evaluators for accuracy. A day later it was posted we did not received your diploma. I could not believe it. I called customer service. Was told, "We did not receive your document." I explained to the clerk that the certificate was received and was sent to evaluators. He denied that they received the document. Go figure. I was given a fax number and sent a copy. Two days later nothing was posted and I sent another copy of my Diploma by fax via Office Depot. Three days later nothing posted. Today I sent another copy via the USPS. Hoping for the best.

The WES has very clearly defined and documented processes. All the documentation requirements are laid out very clearly. They provide templates that may be needed in the process by the candidate and also by the institution that will send the transcript. Well developed processes!

Even though process of educational credentials evaluation is pretty complicated, WES had really good step-by-step instructions, which made it easy to complete online application within 40 minutes. Evaluation process itself took almost two month, which seemed kind of longer, but at the end evaluation was complete successfully and there were no back and forth with WES or my Educational Institution. I'm pretty happy with WES evaluation services.

The service was great. Instructions were easy to follow. The only issue I had was the lead time. It was mentioned in the website and app that it will take approx 3 weeks for the process, but it actually took longer. I understand that there are a lot of docs that are assessed, but the best way is to give a more realistic lead time, for example telling the customer that it will take approx 1.5 months for the process. Overall, service was great. Will recommend WES to my friends.

This organization lacks transparency because they told me that they are going to refund my money due to cancellation of an order. But after 2 days I called and they told me that they are not going to refund me. I don't recommend anyone to use their services at all.

That was a long wait but in my waiting period each time I reach out to the customer service agent, they were polite in proffering solutions and explaining the long wait. I receive an accurate evaluation of my credentials but it takes too long to complete (6 months). If they could reduce that delay it will be perfect. Also, I don't know why I have to certify my diplomas before sending them, yet they still send them back to my school to check their authenticity. I think it slows down the process and it's doing the same check twice. But overall, they are very professional and update the evaluation status of the request on their site (even if the long wait gives the impression that it is not evolving) and finally I received the physical documents shortly after the numerical result.

Timeline was very bad. After initial submission of my document, it took more than a month to update the status. Then my application moved to OnHold. When I enquire about the query sent by WES to my university, actually none has been sent. After a month my status changed to InProgress automatically. I waited for it. But again it changed back to OnHold nearly after a month of waiting. In total it took almost 8 months to get assessed.

Getting my educational credentials evaluated by WES was a smooth process. I liked that I was able to use their app for ease of access to check the status for my evaluation. The persons I spoke to over the phone were quite professional and were able to resolve my issues and handled all my queries knowledgeably and professionally. One improvement that I would suggest though, is that their online ticket system be revisited. The time they stated they would get back to me via the ticket or online form was way different from when they responded. The response came to me after almost two weeks after the time they stated on their website, that I didn’t like. I got my queries handled very quickly when I chose to make a phone call instead of waiting on the response to my email. Overall, I’d recommend WES for those choosing to get their education credentials evaluated for studying or immigrating to Canada.

While I have some things to discuss that are perhaps not so nice, I want to start out by saying that WES is actually, in principle, a very advantageous company to use for credential evaluations. They have very good order tracking and you can use them to send your transcripts with full equivalencies to any institution in Canada long after the initial evaluation, and that is an huge added value to the service.

WES services goes beyond my expectation. As the result of my ECA is out I thought it'll take a month or two for me to receive the hard copy since I chose the standard post mail. It'll only take a 5 days for me to have it. So, THANK YOU WES!!!

Everything is detailed on website, so you don’t need to rely on others. Prediction of evaluation time accurate. Easy payment method and given FAQ’s. Although, evaluation time might vary depends on your documents from university, it gives you complete alert on each steps and verifications.

If you are from INDIA and using WES service to evaluate your academic transcripts be careful. Please do not buy any of their package. I have bought their service and paid $145 + and as per the instruction I did send them the scanned copy of the transcripts. Now after 10 days they come back asking me to go to university and request the university to send them the transcripts. I am in no position to go in person to university to request the transcript. Most university need the student to be present in person. Also WES response to any of your mail is very slow about 2-3 days. Their customer care is pathetic .I would not recommend WES to anyone. Especially if you are trying to get the evaluation done for a degree from Indian university.

I initially applied for the Course-by-Course Evaluation (ICAP) based on my medical studies in Austria and Switzerland (nothing special, all accredited institutions). While the account, the instructions, the setup and the payment were all seamless, it was the beginning of a 2.5 month long nightmare. Although I have immediately sent all necessary translations, my universities have correctly sent their documents at the first try and all documents were accepted without any remarks, the whole process took over 10 weeks! I wish WES would have communicated this processing time in the first place!

Overall good experience with WES. Evaluated my bachelor degree. Evaluation is fast compare to other credential assessment bodies. Will recommend others for evaluation of certificates. Kindly put a fast track evaluation with extra amount so that people will evaluate their certificates within 15 or 20 days.

With my experience with World Education Services, everything you need to do in order for your education to be assessed is all there, the instructions are easy to fill and understand. Just be careful of what to address on your document. When you send the documents to them they need the name of the one requesting or your University or College name on your document, not the person who helped you get your documents. Just follow the instructions properly and if you have hesitation there are frequently asked question options and they have customer service so you can call them.

I strongly satisfied with the services of WES and advise my friends to go for WES for their credentials. The time taken for the complete process was not much and the charges is also fair enough to my knowledge. Thanks WES.

WES claims on their website’s Terms and Conditions page that the “typical processing time for World Education Services (WES) evaluations is approximately seven (7) business days from the day that a completed application (including all required documents, information and full payment of fees) is received by WES and compiled for internal review and processing.” This is grossly misleading.

It was easy having transactions with WES. I was guided with the instructions from the APP and from the website. Questions and clarifications about the process were answered immediately which gave me convenience in continuing the process. My personal copy of the credential evaluation report arrived in my home country, Philippines, almost 2 months after the release of the result. Overall service was excellent!

It was a great experience. Everything was detailed and easy to understand. They were also on time. Evaluate my certificates and even sent the results of evaluation to my email address and house address. They are so professional.

The evaluation process was well explained in the WES website/Portal. Post Login creation there was a delay from my end since the University staff on semester vacation. Even then the evaluation SLA was updated on time and reports generated 5 days prior to SLA projected. Never gave a chance to think about customer service agent for help. The entire process is though time consuming, not a concern though; as I believe the delay is due to high number of applicants applying for ECA. I had a fairly good experience with WES in the evaluation of my credentials however I will appreciate explicit updates on the website as I got confused at a point when it was uploaded that my documents had been received and I need not do anything at the moment whereas a particular document was still being expected, (I assumed based on that update that all was right) then about Four weeks after, I got another update to go get the document, this wasted a great deal of my time and I was not happy about it at all.

My WES ECA timeline was 27 calendar days from the date of account creation. Since my degree was from the US, I was able to send the documents to WES online directly through parchment. Then I just had to wait for my ECA results. Overall a frustration free process, just the timeline is a bit stretched. I was expecting it will be shorter for an American degree evaluation.

I definitely recommend to use their application which help you a lot. You will find all your answer. The instruction was quite simple and complete and they are very responsive when it comes to further clarifications.

I had a good experience of evaluation of my diploma. I'm from Almaty, Kazakhstan. The main thing you should know about this service, is that it took about 3 months to be finished. Whereas it was supposed to end in 35 days. But it's ok, I'm very glad that it eventually finished successfully. Thanks them a lot!

My experience with World Education Services was truly fantastic because I had no difficulty doing all that I was required to do. My documents requirements and verification process went well. Coming from the French engineering system, my credentials are difficult to understand by foreign institutions. I loved the website and the process until I had to resubmit my highschool transcripts because they request them to be sent by the original institution on a sealed envelope. I was already living in the US and even though I had my originals with me, they needed a sealed envelope from my institution, that’s when things got confusing. I wasn’t going to pay a plane ticket just to request that. I tried finding information about my situation and how to submit them if I was outside of my own country already, online was very hard to confirm the right path to follow and when I called customer service, even though I received a good response the first time, it took almost 1 hour waiting for an agent to pick up the call. 1 hour just on hold, waiting. This doesn’t include the time in the automated system choosing options. Probably a total of 1 hour and 15 mins total. Once I reached the agent, everything else went very smooth and easy.

Hello, I do not recommend WES at all. Their customer service is awful and their accountability in archiving documents and above all their ability to read documents vary depending on who they employ! That's what they told me! Here is my story with them: I asked them to issue a letter of my documents evaluation back in 2015 directly to my workplace (now in 2019), without any change, I asked for nothing added or removed. They said it is impossible because the original one was for IRSS and can't be sent anywhere else, which I understood and that I had to start a new application, which I did and of course paid for that. I double checked with their customer service almost two months ago to make sure that all my documents could be transferred from my first application to my second and they said a big YES.

To my experience, WES doesn't stick to their timelines when it comes to evaluation update (additional courses with final degree). It took 2 months 11 days for WES to send out the final report post my documents received. Not to mention that I wrote and called more than 10 times for escalation during this long waiting. It was a waste of time to call WES customer services hotline, the operators only conveyed the same message as showed on their website. Operators seem have no overview on their internal progress. In my case, WES process is very very slow and cause my big trouble in communications with my prospects. I will NOT RECOMMEND WES.

To my experience, WES has given me the worst service ever. I had a plan to apply in Canada and sent document for ECA accordingly. Unfortunately, WES did not perform their job properly. It's been almost 6 months and I did not get my evaluation report, hence WES gave me 2 emails where they mentioned my application is "ON HOLD" because my previous university is not replying to their mail/email. Which is not true. I am doing PhD in abroad, thus I could not go to my previous university physically but sent emails to the person in charge regarding my case, they have given official email to me by mentioning that WES did not send any verification info to them. Later, my wife went to the university for further check about WES claim, and she has found that my previous university is saying the truth as there is no email from WES nor any mail registred. So it's clear that WHO HAS IGNORED their JOB and now blaming others.

WES doesn't stick to their timelines when it comes to education credential assessment. They said 15 business days post my university response but not. It is 17 business still no update from them. Avoid.

I didn't have any problem with their timelines, but when the final report came, they didn't recognise the college from where I've done my masters, hence giving me an Undergraduation evaluation. When I wrote to them, they said my college isn't AICTE recognised, which is not true. Not only is it AICTE recognised, the institute had also sent a copy of the certificate to WES. Moreover, other batch mates have gotten a correct evaluation from them.

I am quite disappointed with service of WES.. I applied for my documentation evaluation in June 2019 i.e. Document by Document and in November, there is ZERO progress. If you are from India and want fast evaluation, please use another evaluation body. In my case, As per requirement, My all Universities has sent all the required documents to WES directly. All documents packages were received by WES and Updated my application status in In progress. After sometimes (35 days) WES has sent reverification mail to one of my university and according to that mail, My university has also sent their Re-verification response to WES within a week. But, since a three months there is no any updates from WES even though my communication to WES via contact form. The process is very slow, I absolutely will NOT RECOMMEND WES.

WES is quick to take your money. Once you have paid, it is extremely difficult to contact them. There is no contact phone number or contact email address. Just a contact form, which they never respond to. They promise 35 days service but my assessment took over 4 months despite my qualifications being obtained in Australia. Very bad service.

They took my money 6 weeks ago and they still haven't completed the review and can't tell me when it will be complete despite assurances from the "supervisors" that they have all the documents and nothing is red flagged. I missed my application deadline for school. Worst customer service ever. What a waste of money and time!

WES gave me proper education credentials according to my Native country Degree, I am happy for that, but little unhappy with Mine name in Wes Report. In the wes report my first name and middle name are in sentence case but All characters of my surname's (Last name) are in Uppercase with coma at the end of Last name. So, I am unhappy from that... If possible please give me corrected digital copy of that as well as Hard copy.
