Everything about WES is excellent except their customer service reps with knowledge gap. My verification took too long time and I will advise WES to improve on this by making the communication between them and the issuing institutions be 100% online. I understood that the pandemic might have caused them to fail their promise on the release date of the evaluation results as well.

I applied for a credit assessment of my academic records for the purpose of immigration. There was a small amount of confusion about the process of submitting electronically and if my university had an arrangement with WES, but I had contacted a WES employee directly. She was very helpful throughout and responded immediately and was always willing to assist and answer my questions.

Amazed with the quick service. My ECA was done in less than 3 weeks without any error, and received doctorate equivalency report (PDF) in my account. Keep up the good work! I recommend other to also use WES for immigration purposes especially for Canada.

My overall experience with WES was an interesting and quite satisfied one. Even with the global pandemic that disrupted the usual activities, they never hesitated or delayed in ensuring that all their clients were been attended to. They did everything possible to ensure that they met the proposed date for the delivery of their client's ECA reports. And also their customer care options are top notch. They attended to all my enquiries and resolved them without delay. I must applaud them for that.

Keep in mind I sent my documents during the COVID-19 situation which meant they were under staffed or something. Anyway, I sent my documents to WES and it took them 1 month to start the evaluation process, during this time I sent them 3 emails with no proper answer. They answered each email after 1 week. Finally, I had to call and after waiting on line for 30 minutes, they internally escalated the issue and started my evaluation. They said they will issue the report on 20th but again it was late and I had to call twice with long waiting periods and only to get the report on 27th. Their evaluation was very well done and meticulous. I just hated the long time they took.

It was a great service overall. I'm happy to receive my WES report. Though there were lot of confusions on my secondary verification of my documents with my University earlier, I found out myself what I need to do, right from the WES self help materials. WES FAQs tell everything, we need to know and do. I guess this is a wonderful platform for anyone can get their credentials evaluated. I'm totally happy with the WES service. Overall It's a great service :-).

Beware of what they write on their website. They will say that they only need your institution to email them your transcript, but they will reject your documents for reasons they do not tell you in advance and you cannot find the criteria anywhere to make sure you send the right documents. You can't interact with them by email or phone, they have a contact form, but will tell you to look on the website for info, same for the phone. That makes the process months longer than it should be for just one simple document, and I am from Canada in a recognized university. You pay in advance so they don't care. Also, the good reviews here are suspiciously similar. Beware.

A very dedicated team that made the process as painless and as quick as can be, especially during those tough times. Honestly, I was surprised even that the process was that smooth and the CS team were quick to respond. Kudos to WES.

I could understand the situation right now due to Pandemic but WES has proved that whatever the situation is, they could adopt the measurements to handle those situation. I have contacted WES for my equalization for degrees. They have a very vast and efficient portal in which you could have all the information required for your application. Coherent way to provide their services in a very professional manner. I am very satisfied with the services which they had provided me. I appreciate the way they have handle application... My overall experience with WES was very good. They stick to the outlined process and timelines to ensure a smooth evaluation process. They keep sending timely notifications to give the latest update of the application. Only concern I had about the telephonic customer support for which I had to wait for a bit more than half an hour.

I am impressed with World Education Service for three reasons. First, they have very clear and organized guidelines on their website. It was very easy for me to submit my application without the need to ask for clarification. Second, they have the best customer service ever. I had to call after the COVID 19 situation to check on my application and all their representatives were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Third, the fact that they offer more services even after getting the results. For example their WES Digital Badges makes this an outstanding service overall. First of all, the Customer Service was understanding and really delivered the information/update that I needed. Second, their responses were timely and comprehensive on my inquiry; therefore I knew exactly what was going on behind my evaluation status updates in the Mobile App, and I knew it right away. Third, their responses were consistent throughout the whole processes. I made made inquiry through email 4 times to follow-up on the status of my evaluation, and every time it was a different person that responded to my inquiry. Nevertheless, it felt like I was talking to the same person. Kudos to their highly-trained people that made it possible for smooth coordination behind the scene!

Hard to Reach Out. Not Responsive. Impossible to contact by phone. Not professionals in their answers via email. They committed an error in my Evaluation Report, and probably more than one. An Italian 105 out 110 (Italian College Bachelor Degree) became less than 3.00 U.S. G.P.A, following their report. I made them notice some very obvious mistake(s) they made (they translated a 30 cum laude as B!!) and they still didn't take any actions about it. I lost trust in them not because of the mistake(s), but for the way they acted after that I made them notice it/them. They still didn't take care of it (and it has been month I am asking them to). I am really disappointed with their service.

I definitely understand that these are challenging times, I work for a travel company so I am well aware of it. However, WES has proven to be well below the standards they promote. I created an account on June 24th and delivered all my documents by the first week of July. The website promotes a 7 day evaluation process and submission of the evaluation via mail once completed. Well, today is August 18th and I have yet NOT RECEIVED MY DOCUMENTS. I have reached out a few times to the company (never got updates from them like other reviewers mention) and the last one (yesterday, after over 90 minutes on hold) confirmed my biggest fear: although the portal clearly stated that my evaluation documents were sent the same day it was completed (July 29th), the representative over the phone confirmed that THEY WERE NEVER SENT!

I submitted an application for an Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) request on the World Education Services (WES) platform and once they received my transcript from my institution, they updated the status of my application. After a few days, they started processing my application and it took two days (instead of the approximated 35 days) for them to process my results completely. Overall, the total time it took between the start of my application and the delivery of my results was less than 30 days. Moreover, each time I called the customer service to inquire about status updates for my application, I was very well served despite the long wait times on the phone due to the pandemic I guess. I am very happy about my experience with WES and I will recommend anyone who needs a Credential evaluation to use the WES platform.

The registration steps were simple and self explanatory. The documents needed to be verified were done without delay despite the issue of pandemic. Their tie-up with colleges are extensive and evaluation of documents via digital medium is best rather than posting via courier and awaiting confirmation. Though the processing fee is high but the work is done perfectly as per desired requirements.

I have come to know about WES from a friend, that they do process evaluation of credentials as one of the requirements in immigration to Canada. The results came too early as I expected, it is very quick, clear, detailed and accessible. It indicates after 3 weeks, I will receive the result but not even one week I got the equivalent of my degree through the app. So, I assume the hard copy will be on next few weeks will deliver in my address.

At the beginning I was not sure if my documents were received or lost, the confirmation was confirmed 3 weeks later after I sent them. It seems it took so long because of the lockdown and is understandable. Once the evaluation started, it took just a few days (around 5) to get my positive results.

My experience with WES was a nightmare. I sent three times the same documents with tracking number since they keep telling me that they did not received it when tracking specified that it was delivered. Then they told me part of my translation was missing. During a call their agent told me that once I submit the request online they will email me the missing part so I can have the professional translator providing them with the translation. They then told me they do not send any information back to the applicant. I was mislead during the entire process and they had the audacity to charge me $50 cancellation fee when I cancelled due to their lack of professionalism and malpractice. Save your money and your time and go with another institution.

I received an email from WES that my application might be completed a month later. However, I got the result only 1 week after the email. The website is user-friendly and very clear about what I need to do and what documents need to be included.

My ECA was quickly done by WES and the equivalent grade I got was satisfactory to me. The timing was good. The online support whereby I could trace the report was so encouraging and the overall process was good. I only had issues with payment as I didn't understand that their account doesn't accept cash deposits but bank transfers only. I waited for long to understand whereas I had already made a payment. I got refunded quickly though and completed the process.

When I submitted my application, it was stated that it would take about a month or two to get my evaluation report but guess what? I received the report in less than a month. And to think I would have taken longer because I applied in July during the pandemic where a lot of people were working from home. Thank you WES for delivering in a timely manner.

My experience with WES is real trouble. Stay away!!! The mail I sent sat in their mail PO box over a month. They claim Covid, of course what else can it be!!! How hard to go to post office and pick up your mail!!! Then, another couple of weeks passed and they did not accept the stamped and signed envelope. It was exactly as they wanted. Then, they want my university to contact them. Yeah, good luck!!! When you log in your account and send email to them, the response! Again good luck. I have been waiting for a response for one week now! In sum, It's been months I have been dealing with this bad service. Stay away!!!

My WES experience was overall satisfactory. It was easy to understand the required documents and the online application was simple. There were a couple of points which detracted, a little, from the WES merits. The first: WES has mentioned that due to Coronavirus, electronic delivery of the documents is possible. Excellent! However, when my university emailed the documents, the initial response by WES was that they had not received any package. After a few days, I witnessed in my page that they are processing a package. A little disappointing, but not heart-breaking.

I ordered a copy of my credential and Wes.org says it was sent out June 19, 2020, there was no tracking number and no status online and till now July 7 9, 2020 I still haven't received my credentials. I've been calling their support telephone and emailing their website with no response. This is for my work application and this is not acceptable. I would not recommend Wes.org for future customers.

My experience with WES to get international certificate of my education degree was amazing. Especially in Covid period. I have sent all document by DHL even after seen on site due to covid all new request will remains pending. I was wary when DHL acknowledged the delivery after while several retries. But I could not find any reference update on site regarding reception of my documents. I called first time after hard retries and waiting about 30 minutes on phone hopefully I have enough balance to persist online for such international call.

As a Nigerian it took time to get the assessment done. But the delay was not from WES. Immediately they received a document, they informed me and outline what is outstanding. Please Keep up the good service.

The form was precise with all the requisite details. The process of further documents required for ECA were explained properly. The payment process was also simplified so that I could make the payment easily and this was done in an time bound manner. Everything was fine. Evaluation was good, money was worth it and the delay was expected. However during the pandemic, the delay went from 1 week to 3 months. This is understandable, but my employers were not really happy about it and they wanted proofs. So I ask WES if they can write a letter addressed to whomever it may concern that my evaluation will take a bit longer due to this and that. They declined. This was a setback for me. So I applied at another agency which got the job faster at maybe a poorer evaluation standard just so I can keep my job. It took them only 1 week. Overall evaluation was good but have a backup plan in case it takes a while.

I was worried if my credential evaluation would get affected due to the Covid 19 situation. Things went on smoothly albeit there was a slight delay as the package was delivered late due to the lockdown. But WES ensured there was no delay from their end and regularly updated the site on the situation prevailing in the country and that helped soothe my anxiety.

The process has been smooth and I was kept informed throughout of my status and progress in terms of documents required, submitted, received etc. (unfortunately there was a delay in processing the report due to the Covid-19 situation). A lot of follow up required but finally got it. I think the process of assessment should be fully online, not only because COVID-19 but for making the process easier. Also adding a Customer service Chat would greatly enhance the customer experience, not having to create a Contact Us case... Also, the communication between WES and the applicant's Education Institution for online application should start from WES and not having the Institution to create a Contact Us case... Also, the applicant should be involved in the communication process to be able to follow up on both sides.

WES did a quite brilliant and fast review for my education. I appreciate their service in these times too. Their website and mobile is well organized and very much self explanatory. I found the charges a bit high but but I can neglect that for the service I got.

I have 18 years of education and hold a master's degree. However, when I submitted my master's degree for review and evaluation, WES provided a Canadian bachelor equivalency for my master's degree. One of my friends, who got Canadian Master's equivalency for its master's degree from IQAS, has also been given bachelor's equivalency by WES. This is a trend that I have also found after going through various forums on the internet, that WES would most likely provide a bachelor's equivalency for master's programs, of Pakistan or India. This unfairness and bias has been observed. This unfortunately doesn't only have monetary costs, but results in reduction in immigration points, cancellation of PhD admissions etc.

My experience with World Education Service was awesome. They were always in contact. They were always there to render my services to me. Their customer services was also superb. I will recommend World Education Services to friends and colleague.

My documents were sent to WES by February. Then the COVID19 situations came up. I was worried whether my assessment will get affected by this. But WES has done an excellent job and I got my assessment results online in the speculated time.

I am very dissatisfied with WES because their services are not accurate and the customer service is absolutely unhelpful. I had my associate's degree evaluated and they analyzed it as a bachelor level when my country does not offer this course at bachelor level. Then they placed an "f" for all the classes that I never took. This brought my GPA down for no reason. I have called multiple times, and left emails, only to receive the standard "I will transfer your concern to the right department". Also, all the grades are curved downwards because the European system is much harder than the US system. Really really poor service and I regret ever having wasted my money with them. If you can avoid them and use another company, please do so! They will ruin your career without even caring about it. I cannot emphasize enough how disappointed I am to have used WES.

I have used the WES app and website for my online credentials evaluation. I have found it to be very easy to use, the process was smooth and timely given the current situation all are faced with. I would certainly recommend it to others.

I still haven't received my hard copy of my WES evaluation report. Although my degrees were evaluated since April. However overall great professional evaluation services in a timely manner considering the COVID 19-situation.

I am extremely happy with the services they offered. Initially their website stated that the overall time would be up to 35 business days. But I got the results on app within 25 days. Even during the Covid-19 situation they quickly got in touch with my University in India and completed the credential evaluation process. The price is little high and not everyone would afford. Maybe they can revisit the price allocated for this verification as per the country. I spoke with multiple reps like Troy, Via, etcetera and they all are kind enough to assist. They are quick. Personally I was satisfied to deal with WES in a way that I was able to send my university credentials on time and was able to reflect it online too, but I had a tough time when they had misplaced my documents during the review interval. Besides, I had to request my relative to call them and each time it was a different agent on the call giving a different answer when I had already shared my reasons as to why I needed to upload a different document. This process became more delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic with no update after the 09th April 2020 as promised.

1) Sometimes I fill the contact form for a request or complaint. Whoever is reading these forms, they are often ignorant about the content of my message, especially when my message is inevitably long. There have been times when they seemed not to have read my message at all, and treated either none or irrelevant. I am fed up with it.

It's been good experience with WES. Report charges are too expensive, it must be cheaper for students and for less Developing countries. They marked the report with provided data, somehow it needs to clarify the report criteria with facts and criteria of providing report. Overall good experience.

WES does an excellent Job of ensuring that the report they provide are genuine; they also assist you with relevant information on the progress of your validation; whilst waiting for the final validation you are provided with articles that will assist you in your personal development.

This process was a nightmare start to finish. They were extremely unhelpful - very long wait times and TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION. You cannot email them directly, only write to the contact us section of their website and have to re-explain your situation every time. I've now missed two years worth of Grad School applications because of documents I'm still waiting on from them. Please please go elsewhere.

I was following up with them from the beginning. However, all I got is due to COVID 19. They took away the chance for me to go to school. I called, asked, and emailed to make sure about my application go through. You can tell me my documents did not fit your qualifications from the moment when you received it. No, they let me waited two months, and then the newest update is canceled. They did not let me use other services or say sorry at all. You should not use this service, take your research you will see a lot of bad reviews. Do not let others fool you around by the comment. I will try to sue them for this issue, but believe me, guys. The money they refund to you is nothing to compare with your time.

Hi, I just have evaluated my degree through WES and I would like to share my good experience with WES services. Firstly, It's very easy to fill out the application. Secondly, the customer service is excellent. I did contact customer service for few times to know about if they have received my transcripts. Then I did request them to change my address through email. They did reply of my email and approved my request. They actually provide good service by WES app. I used to check my status and it is very useful. You can easily download it in play store and can log In with your email address. Then you can online check your status after logging in. You can also download PDF final report in WES app once your Degree will be evaluated.

Their website and apps are user friendly and very easy to understand. The timeline for the evaluation and the feedback was awesome. The payment process and confirmation is very swift and very encouraging.

The evaluation service WES offered was alright. But I want to make a suggestion because my evaluation took place during this pandemic. I would suggest WES create a profile for receiver e-mail because I encountered the issue of delivery due to lockdown in which I paid for 2nd day air delivery. So before any completed evaluation is sent by courier or postal mail, the institution would have gotten it to enable them process a student admission. This should be adopted like that WES used during verification/re-verification of the sender official transcript from the institution. Thanks.

Anyone targetting eca from Wes should keep four month in hand. They say it's 35 days but it can take 2 month till completion additional 1-2 month for you collecting and sending them documents depending on your university services with transcript. All said and done. They are professional. It's worth getting it from there. Customer service is a disappointment but they do complete evaluation properly.

Honestly, i had expected some kind of long wait (my brother got his evaluation done by another body and waited 6 months). I was however thrilled when informed that the whole process had been completed and my report available within few weeks! I am already a self-appointed WES ambassador!

Right from the registration till the completion of evaluation, the process was smooth, although there was some delay/difficulty on the part of the University. The status at every point of time was informed well.

It took me approx. 4 months to get my two degrees reviewed, one of England and one of India. The biggest problem was that after sending my transcript and degree copy together for reviewing, I was asked to resend the degree copying saying that either they did not receive it or the copy wasn’t readable enough, however, I sent the exact same copy the next time also since it was perfect earlier also. So, that was a real time and money waste. Also, I haven’t received the hard copy yet, after two months of the process completion.

At the start, the website was stuck for few days i.e. after I submitted the application for few days it was showing "give 15 mins. to update". But after the issue was resolved, then it was smooth. Step by step update on the process. It took more time than expected but was satisfied with the overall experience. The WES app. was really helpful. Easy to operate and know the status. Customer services via Email was a big hassle. It took days to get a reply but that too was not useful. No proper assurance on how they are resolving the queries. The diploma delivery via DHL took 2 days and 6 days. I come from Moscow and graduated from top 3 universities of Russia (/Moscow). Still the evaluation took 50 days, however I was informed about each step in the mobile app. So I’m satisfied even tho it took quite a while.

I send my degrees to be evaluated. They send them back to me stating they need apostille seal. I got the apostilles and send the documents back to WES. Two weeks later they told me that the documents were not valid because the seal was incorrect. I cancelled service and asked for my documents back. It has been over two months and they still have not returned them. They refuse to send them saying they did already try and documents were returned to them. When I ask if they have a tracking number or proof that they sent the documents, they do not say anything. Now they are asking for money from me so they can pay for postage. They never refunded me anything for the services they did not provide. When I call them, they just do not care. They put me on hold, and they just don't grab the phone anymore and if I stay on the phone they just hang up after some time.

This company stole our original documents along with our money. After calling to confirm that my type of documents would be evaluated and paying them online to create the account, which also specified the type of documents, they cancel the order almost two weeks later stating that they didn’t evaluate those type of documents.
