My experience with WES was a nice experience because my university chose it for me as being one of the best and trusted evaluation agency. But the only thing which I wasn't fully satisfied is the time duration to completely receive my documents.

It is easy to understand the process and follow the steps as per the website. I got the assessment report as expected after submitting my documents to WES. Facility to use documents wise or course wise evaluation is a good idea. I have received link and this can be used in email signature or in resume to prove that our documents are authenticated.

I used the online login to request and track my credentials review. It was an excellent and easy experience. Also WES customer service provided speedy update in correcting an error I made in my mailing address.

They really work very good. They answer everything on time. I needed my evaluation for working and they send it before the date they already said. They are professional. If you follow the instructions you won't have any problem.

The application for evaluation was simple and structured. The steps were easy to follow. Once the application was done, status showed proper information. I needed an address change and that too was done with an email. Overall I was quite satisfied with their service and would recommend it to anyone any day.

It is a good platform to get our certificates evaluated, these are valid for most of countries and organisations and I found it very worthful. I understand that WES takes time to provide the evaluation report, but because of huge floating of customers it takes time for them to come back faster. Even though I would recommend getting an evaluation report from WES for any of career or immigration related purposes.

WES caught my attention because of their processing times, and all the access they provide through the account. I like to check the status, track my document, and have total involvement. I recommend WES, they were able to process my request in a timely manner and even with the heavy flow of requests being submitted to them. (That traffic is a good thing, people choose them for a reason.) They also provide an official credential badge that you can add to your social media, that's a cool touch. I'd love the ability to change my own address instead of making a request for a rep to do so... but nonetheless, I had no major issue I couldn't work with. That request was also processed in a timely manner. Again, I'm reviewing them because of their effort to improve and their persistence in customer success. I made a smart choice choosing them, and you should too.

Actually I needed ECA report for applying Canada that is why I applied WES for ECA report. One of my friend told me WES is best for this and I was surprised when I’m starting apply. At the beginning to end they support me all of stages to fill up everything and apply. If I need any kind of information I always contacted with them and within few minutes they have replied. I’m so much glad to apply there and get my report within short time. I suggest everyone who needs ECA report without any doubt they can apply in WES. Thank you.

WES claim the Director of Evaluations should be contacted if need be to make further enquiries on evaluated credentials. However, they refuse to state the email or phone number of the Director of Evaluations on their website or anywhere online. This is not good enough.

The service was great and fast. Love the outcome of everything that was provided and the ease of use. The payment step was fast, then follow by the instructions then the updates on the waiting period and the next steps. WES deserve a 5 star.

The evaluation has been completed faster and earlier than expected. All information is provided on website and APP. I could followed step by step without doubt. I love that the process is trackable. Recommended!

I need to submit an ECA document for Canada permanent resident application. The agent told me to use WES for it. They received my academic documents in the middle of July and sent me an email that informed the document would be done in one month. But they could deliver it in 2 weeks. Moreover, all this information I could see on their website. It's easy to track what stage are your documents at. I would definitely recommend WES to all my friends who want to migrate to Canada. Oh, and the price is very reasonable, around 250 USD. :)

WES is the best evaluation service you can use. The app is very helpful and easy to use. I got my degree certificate evaluated on time as promised by WES and also got the desired credentials. I am very satisfied with their service and would like to recommend everyone to use their services.

WES is a great choice for evaluating the international credentials for immigration and study purposes, also they have a great tracking system in addition to helpful customer service representatives. Also they have a great app to use for tracking and updating information.

I am applying to Vet school this summer and we are required to work with WES. I paid for the services at the end of May. All my documents were submitted in June and I got confirmation that nothing else was needed from my end. It is now the end of June. I've called, emailed many times without getting a response. Their customer service representatives say they are "escalating" the issue to find out about the delay but no one has ever bothered following up with me or letting me know why I am still waiting. I will be filing a complaint with the Business Bureau and I suggest you look into that if you're on the same situation as me.

IDIOTS. They issued cosmetology credentials, while I am an aesthetician, because on my foreign diploma they used cosmetology. They don't use the word "aesthetician" in Europe. All beauty specialists are being called cosmetologists. Here in America cosmetology is referred to a barber, hairdresser or nail technician. Now I have a problem, because I graduated 5 years studies (MA degree) and they want to call me a barber or a hairdresser? C'mon. Barber's education is like 2 years. This company is a big MISTAKE.

I was in a middle of cramped time to send my ECA report to IRCC to submit my EE profile for preliminary eligibility evaluation process. To that end, I was needed to compare the processing time of different assessing institutions to come up with the shortest one. From the list of institutions mentioned by my immigration lawyers, I found WES to be the only Institution that complete the whole assessment process with only 35 business days and of course at affordable prices too. Eventually, i realized that this must be the reason which makes it on the top of my lawyers list.

Simply, WES is the best organization for credential evaluations. WES has teams of professionals who made my experience easy and extremely satisfactory. In addition, WES has reasonable prices and reasonable time.

WES service is the worst in the whole world. Once, you do any credential assessment from next time, you are stuck. For my case, I got evaluated for Immigration. Next time, when I tried to do an assessment for Education, they asked me to do the same things with more Fees!! It's ridiculous. At one stage, they ask you to mail the Officials documents or get officials to mail them your documents, which is acceptable in the first case. But, for the next cases, it's ridiculous.

It took a little bit time to complete my credential evaluation.. In fact my former University did not respond fast to the WES (to authenticate my transcripts) and I was almost closed to the deadline. WES advertises that it takes 7 business days to complete an evaluation, yet it took them almost 4 weeks to do this. When I called, I was put on hold and my inquiry sent through their website was ignored until my documents were sent so they could reply with "we've already sent your documents". Avoid if you don't need this or pick a different company.

I researched on the different available options for getting my credentials assessed. From four different options I looked at, WES was the provider offering a fastest and least costly service in comparison to the other options. Their web page included clear and easy to understand instructions, and their mobile app to keep tracking the status of my process was really useful and handy. Results were on time, I was offered additional options for direct delivery and courier service, as well as the digital badge for other to consult my assessment results. I am convinced this was the best decision I made to get my credentials assessed.

I used the course by course evaluation for my bachelor and masters degree. The evaluation is 100% accurate and the value for money is totally worth it. After the evaluation, I received the official letter by post quickly.

Overall it was a pleasant experience moving forward with WES, details provided by the online tracking was helpful & step by step evaluation details was provided in all aspects of evaluation. The only thing about the whole process was time consuming little more than 2 months. Else the experience was a better one.

My experience with WES was overall good. In between after a month of receipt of my documents there was no status update by WES. So I called them on customer care. That is where I was extremely disappointed with the response of the representative. When i asked them the estimated time for the completion of report she replied “I cannot give you a specific time” to which I responded “will it take a month, 2 months, 6 months.” She repeatedly kept saying that she cannot say. This is one thing that threw me off. So I had to use Twitter to post my bad experience. To which they responded properly on time and immediately updated the status online and gave a ETA date. After a month I received the report. So it took approximately two months for the report. Overall I am happy with WES.

I have sent my education documents for assessment though it took 30-35 business days to complete the process but they have keep me updated regularly for every step. Easy to use their website in both mobile and laptop.

I would like to recommend WES to all the immigrants who have chosen Canada as their destination. WES for sure is a trusted source of credential evaluation. My only problem was long waiting time which made me a little nervous since I was in hurry for my immigration steps. But all the other sections of their services were perfect.

Asked to use WES for my U.S. school application. The website contains all the necessary information required to submit a credential evaluation. In addition, If you opted for a standard delivery service and you reside outside of the U.S., the shipment of the original report took very long (in my case it was over 4 weeks). However, I'd remain to recommend WES if anyone wishing to have their education credentials reviewed for authenticity & standardized to the U.S. scoring system.

I studied the time taken for the procedure and WES was the quickest, so I choose WES. I was right to do so. There are strict standards that one has to abide by its guidelines while submitting the documents by post or share through My-equals. Consider 35 days time only after confirmation by WES of received all documents and not just incomplete documents of one or two degrees out to three to be accessed. If requesting for Master degree make sure you get your bachelor and diploma accessed too, otherwise the documents might be required and the process may get delayed. I hope the applicants to stay honest, that will make the process lot easier. Don't forget to use the degree evaluation tool by WES before starting process, that is free, in turn will avoid disappointment.

The full process was quick. When the process paused, I quickly knew why and what to do to resume. They work with copies of degrees, which made me choose them in the first place. I'm not confident enough to send originals by mail to strangers.

My evaluation through WES went really smooth, even though it took more than 35 days to get completed "around 50-60 days". I didn't face any issues or delays, the two documents that they said were required to complete my evaluation were enough to get it done. After I made my payment... I have been corresponding with WES for over 2 months and making little progress. Every time I call to talk to someone I am on hold for 30min+. I am trying to change the documents I need graded and this company is sending me in circles. They are most frustrating to deal with and if I could rate them a 0 star I would! Customer service is NOT their strong suit.

DO NOT USE!!! I wish that I had read the google reviews for this place before I used this "service". I ordered an evaluation report. 3 recipients. One of my recipients did not receive their report. I was told through the phone to make a duplicate report and I was entitled to a FREE report. The guy on the phone guided me through the duplicate report process. I paid $65 ($50 for the report, $15 for shipping/tracking). I sent an email to the help center to request my refund (I was told it needed to be written). Never received my refund.

They provide all the required information to successfully complete your assessment online, with direct and clear instructions on every step of the process. They even provide video assistance to prepare your documents. I'm very satisfied with the whole service and would recommend it without a doubt.

I received my WES evaluation in the mail 3 days after the notification of finish email from WES; however, it has been ALMOST 4 WEEKS and my institute of choice still hasn't received their own version of the evaluation. Calls to WES helpline are never answered. Inquiry asked through their website is replied after 7 DAYS, but it was of not any help, either when whoever replied my email just said "Please confirm mailing address" while replying to me using an email address that cannot reply to. So I have no choice but to go to their website again to type in the question section that "Yes, the mailing address is correct." Very slow, very unprofessional. I read came across so many negative reviews about customer service of WES, never expecting myself to be the victim. Now I just have to make peace with the fact that they don't seem to know where my evaluation report is, either!

This service doesn't even deserve one star. I've been trying to get ECA evaluation done since December 2018. They are so ridiculously slow and inefficient and I still haven't received my evaluation despite repeated mails and calls to customer service who have no solution except asking me to write to WES. What else is the point of calling if you have to write to them afterwards to actually solve the problem which itself takes them at least 4-5 days to respond to. After two months of calls and mails about how to get ECA for Canada given having a US account, they asked me to simply transfer my accepted documents from US account to Canadian account.

I did my Undergrad and Postgrad evaluation of credentials with WES.. The process of regn was very simple and straightforward, the fees was marginally high but once the evaluation was completed I feel satisfied about the fees paid cos the work was completed in the promised stipulated time and I was receiving frequent updates about the progress of the application as also the updates could be checked personally by me on entering the identification number.. Overall I’m pleased with the service and outcome of WES.. Would definitely recommend for anyone needing credential evaluations to immigrate to The US or to Canada..

I chose WES as my friends suggested that it is the most preferred one. The entire process is quite self-explanatory. I was not satisfied with the overall duration of the process though, keeping in mind the amount I paid for each credential evaluation.

It's been more than 60 working days since the evaluation of said reference number is on hold. I wrote two emails but received no reply, then I had call at WES helpline, I was being told that all your degrees have been evaluated except one which is due to be evaluated within two days. Two weeks passed by and I didn't receive any information. I contacted WES helpline again, this time I was told that this delay is very unusual, but contact center is unable to determine the reason for this delay and asked me to wait for the evaluation. WES is now forcing me to regret my decision of starting evaluation process through it. WES is showing incompetency. Why it's taking four weeks to evaluate one degree since my other degrees have evaluated a month before?

WES is a big scam. I serve in the military and I have waited for my transcripts for months. They said my documents are not legit and that they can't return them to me. Ask yourself why you can't walk to their office and why you can't call them and they only reply your email after a week. Please please avoid using WES. There are other platforms that I used. They are so friendly, cheap and great customer service.

Wes was helpful for me in credential evaluation and I recommend Wes for anyone outside US and Canada. I also would suggest Wes to make their evaluation process a bit faster so that it will be easy for international students.

I needed a credential evaluation for admission to a post-baccalaureate program. The process was easy to understand, and the given timeline was accurate, I actually received the results a couple of days prior to the estimated completion date. The only delay was caused by the university, due to a misunderstanding as to who is responsible for completing these types of requests. After the documents were sent it didn't take much time at all. I am very happy with the results, and I feel that going through the process was well worth it. The digital badge is also a really nice feature.

I got exactly what I wanted. WES is a great service for people who at least one time has thought to move from mother Russia by dreaming about a better life, particularly on these days which every day it’s getting worse and worse.

I started my journey early Feb, 2019 and anticipated my process would be completed within a month. Unfortunately due to high volumes of applications, my process ended in May. I did however receive updates on my portal as and when there were changes. After receiving my evaluation and badge, I realized that it was all worth the wait.

My experience while having my credentials reviewed by WES was an excellent one. Registration and payment was seamless, and the instructions and procedure stated on the website was very lucid. I also enjoyed the fact that the status of my evaluation was communicated to me frequently. The only downside of my experience was that my evaluation was protracted after all my documents were complete, this was due to extra authentication and verification needed to be sent by the institution that sent the documents, this part of the procedure wasn’t explicitly stated in the procedure, so it took me by surprise.

World Education Service was recommended to me based on the experience of my friends and colleagues. They are very professional. Online application was filled with just a few steps and all the information I was given was accurate and very helpful. I received latest updates via e-mail and above all, they respected the final evaluation date they gave.

Overall, I'm mostly satisfied with my experience. However, here are some problems:

The website is extremely detailed and easy to use. All information is mentioned and every step is explained. Had a hard luck tracking the results back to my home country, but then I guess I was just being impatient. Overall the experience was excellent. The website even keeps you updated what is exactly happening with your documents.

If I could give them a -5, I would. WES Customer service center picked my call but left me on hold for 45 mins 46 seconds and counting at the moment. I can hear them in the background laughing and talking amongst themselves but no one is responding to my repeated "hello". Someone picked the call after holding for 25 mins, my call was finally transferred to an agent who has refused to speak nor respond to my repeated "hello". Today, 17/06/2019. 2:36 pm. If I could, I would advise my friends to use a different credential evaluating service that gives a better customer experience. The call center just muted their microphone so I can't hear the background noise anymore. This was at 46 mins. This is a very terrible customer service team. I wish I could take my money back. Someone named Kim finally picked my call at 47 mins.

Sent in college transcripts and high school diploma for evaluation. Got HALF of the evaluation done. Took wayyyyy longer than what their web site states. Reached out to TWO supervisors to have THEIR error corrected asap. Supervisor #1, stated a committed follow up in 48 hours. Didn't happen. (Did I mention that the much needed eval is necessary for a job?!!) Spoke to supervisor #2, did NOTHING to resolve THEIR screw up. Told it was escalated to the highest levels. But... it will take 3 TO 5 BUSINESS DAYS!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME??!!

I needed a document-by-document evaluation of a PhD certificate. WES's claim of 7 business days to complete an evaluation (after review) is misleading. To make a long story short, the process took 2 months for me! WES received all appropriate documents from a 5* UK University the day after I made my application to WES. For 1 month, the status of my application was then under review. When I queried this, thinking it'd take 7 days, the assistant told me that a review period can take up to several months, it's the evaluation that takes 7 days.

I did my initial evaluation in 2015, the email address used in 2015 was no longer active so I asked to change my email address so I can log in to my account. I called 10 times, spoke to a supervisor, emailed severally and still got no update on my account. I am still calling to figure out what to do and I have a deadline to meet. It's been 4 freaking months just to change an email address.

I did my research into many companies that review and translate educational documents. I am from an English speaking country and did my higher education in the UK. When I found out I needed to translate my transcripts I found WES. WES quoted the faster review time, only 7 days, upon receipt of my transcripts. In addition they allowed digital transcripts via Gradintel which my school participated in. I paid their fee, a little on the mid range of what I had seen, but for the 7 day review I was happy to pay it.

The whole process in getting my education certificates evaluated was an easy one. From signup on the WES website to the instructions and updates have been totally good. Even when they had a backlog they gave an explanation and also was the evaluation was ready when they said it would have been. Thank you WES.

Overall I am satisfied with the service they provided, slightly disappointed with time consumption to finish entire process and also with the the equivalency tool because WES is not considering PG same as other evaluation boards are doing.

Everything is good and easily understandable with the web service itself. An improvement is required in contacting WES directly over phone so that all the queries can be clearly and quickly resolved. The response or reply from WES is not completely clear all the time. So, it can be still more detailed. The information WES is changing or updating should be first conveyed to the universities since they are the ones sending transcripts directly to WES but it has not been initiated by many universities. The time taken for evaluation can be minimised.

My university recommended me a bunch of other organisations to evaluate my high school transcript, however, I chose WES. They are great. Their website is easy to use. Clear instructions and legit service. The only thing that batched me was that on the web said that the evaluation process of my high transcript will take 6 weeks, I might have misread this but it took around two to about three months actually. So, Be mindful of that as you plan, it's easier to complete this way ahead of time. The prices were a little bit pricey for me but I understand where all the money go. The trekking of the evaluation process could be better. Maybe they could inform us step by step of their process with the evaluation. All in all, I was impressed with their service.

My credentials were evaluated as soon as my institution confirmed the submitted documents. I specially loved the reminders I got about the next line of action. Overall, my report was worth the time and resources.

The process for applying for international credential assessment was very easy. The steps are very clearly mentioned on the WES website. I had a few queries regarding the procedure to send the documents to WES (it was specific to my case) and I contacted the customer care number, the agent was very helpful and answered all my queries. The process was simple and not time-consuming. It took approximately 2 weeks from the date I sent my documents to received my assessment via mail. The process to change the address or any other information is also simple via the online request form. All in all, the WES process was simple and hassle-free.

I requested a duplicate copy of my original report for $50 6 weeks ago. The report was never received despite WES stating that the report was sent and delivered. I have emailed them 4 times and still no response. Do not use this company. It is overpriced and unreliable. Their customer service is terrible.

So I started my review in March 2019, after my docs were recd, I got a response from WES and they say my documents were not directly sent from the university. My documents were sealed stamped according to their requirement mentioned online and my university sent it to them. The strange thing is my friend and I are doing the same process and her document got accepted and the process is done. I have been going back and forth with them via calls and emails and no one has an answer about what was missing. The customer service reps on the phone seem cooperative but say things are not in their hands with no option of reaching a supervisor or the evaluation team for an explanation.

I had used WES for my ECA. Really straightforward steps. Information provided on the website is really helpful. My ECA Application went smoothly. They will keep you updated about the process. They completed my process in the timeline they promised and intimated me whenever there was a delay. Really happy with the support and process.

I submitted documents in July 2018 for evaluation in sealed envelope as received from universities. After 20 days, WES put my file on hold as it said, one document received was not in sealed envelope. Can't believe it as all of them were in sealed envelope. I took the pains once again of getting that document from university and resent the same to WES, post which they again sent emails to university in India for secondary verification. Until 3 months, we kept following and university said, they haven't received any mail. On following up again with WES, we requested WES to resent the mails as more than 8 weeks were over.

WES needs no compliment, as it is quite reputable. Although I am satisfied with their evaluation services, the duration of the evaluation process was way much longer than claimed; more than 2 months instead of "7 business days" which was claimed by WES in their website. Had an overall good experience except for the fact that I received my credential evaluation 35 business days post receipt of my documents as against the usual norm of 20 business days... Although I was informed that it would take 15 business days in addition to the norm, I was a little bit disappointed as my plans were stalled till then. If I count the total number of days, it would amount to almost 1.5-2 months which is a long time. Suggest that the evaluation is completed within the 20 business days framework.

There is a lot of pressure in attaining translated to USA transcripts and submit to US Universities. I did my bachelor's and master's from a different country. As per WES rules, transcripts need to be sent directly from universities. But my university doesn't mail Transcripts to WES. I paid a high amount and took a sealed transcript from UNIVERSITY and sent mail to WES. But than WES again ignored and told that Transcripts need to send Directly from University. BAD job WES.

As part of my immigration application it was required I have my academic qualifications assessed and made use of WES. I found the process to be smooth and well organized and received regular and useful updates on the progress.

WES takes a long time to complete the credential assessment though they say it is done in a short period. It took more than 4 months to complete the assessment for my qualifications and during this period, it was full of stress as they changed their policies very recently and it was unclear what needs to be done from my side as they suggest me not to do anything. But in reality, we are the ones who need to run around Universities to arrange for verification/re-verification. I don't understand the logic for re-verification from the same institute if they have mailed directly to WES in a sealed envelope. This shows a lot of immaturity from them.

I started my diploma evaluation process in February 2 and it’s still there! At the very beginning WES stated 20 business day for the completion and 7 business day for final review. When the time passed WES changed the due date for 35 business days. Since now it took already more than 3 months (>60 business days!!!) and it's still total silence from them. Customer servers is useless, they even don’t have an access to our applications. More than this, if you decided to cancel that process, you’re about to lose $50 cancelation fee + $30 for cheque with the rest of your fee. Total result: wasted almost 4 months of priceless time + $80 cancellation penalty and plus your courier fees, which are also quite costly. Thank you WES.

Created my account on March 3rd. A few days later I got an email saying they are busier than normal and processing times will be longer than expected. By 15th March they would have had all the documents required. Heard nothing until 21st of April when I got an update to tell me the estimated completion will be May 10th! Since receiving all the documents they have taken a further 8 weeks to convert my British qualification to a Canadian qualification equivalent and send me a certificate. This seems absolutely crazy in my opinion! I just hope that there are no delays or issues.

In 2015, I sent my documents which included my bachelor's degree and my high school certificates and transcripts for evaluation. Ffg first of all I couldn't get AZ hold of anyone in this company. Secondly as per one of their clause my high school documents need to be submitted by the institution directly. My documents are from Pakistan and even after contacting the relevant institution several times I was told that it's not something they practice and every time they gave my documents after verification. I tried to contact WES but nothing changed. Even as of today they haven't responded to my evaluation.

I applied DxD evaluation first. Basically just verify if your school is an accredited institution, however, I waited 38 days! Then CxC evaluation, after university waited 70 days, they don't want to wait anymore and send me a rejection letter because the program is fulled of capacity. I totally spend $500 but eventually receive a rejection letter? I emailed them to ask an apology but they didn't respond at all. I was so stressful for their document every day in the past 3 months.... It is extremely ugly "non-profit" institution and they even lost my document during the evaluation. 0 out of 100, a '**' raised non profit institution.

Hello! I just wanted to share my experience so that people that are hesitating could make an informed decision. I ordered my credentials evaluation in February from WES Canada. At that point the term for them actually producing the report was stated 20 business days. So I both paid and got my papers delivered to their office in February, when, again, just to reiterate the term was stated specifically 20 business days. Still in February the status for my report within my account on their website was changed to in works, so I just started waiting. I checked my status a couple of times back in March, and saw a warning in the system that they are experiencing some delays due to a huge amount of applications they got, but again, this was not sent directly to me, nor it provided any details for my case specifically, just pure information stating that this MIGHT affect some applications w/o providing any details.

Very efficient and direct instructions with no delay in response. Their website is very clear and FAQ is very helpful. The whole experience was hassle free and they responded for our questions with clear guidelines.

It took them them three weeks to tell me they hadn't accepted the translation provided by my university (even though it was mentioned as an option on the website for "required documents"). Only after I sent the certified translation the 20 days processing time started. Very frustrating to lose basically 4 weeks when the ECA is the last missing document you need to continue to the next step. However, in the end the result was very satisfying.

So I gave my and my spouse's educational docs evaluation. In my wife's case, it happened smoothly, but in my case they asked me to submit degree certificate which I guess I wasn't too sure of. But after it was submitted they were really quick and prompt. You can look at their tracking status easily and the website is too user friendly. Loved it. Would recommend it over any other institution as with friends' experience with others, WES is the best. Aoi: customer service can be better, please share sample of what you want, should allow people to send directly as colleges in India are super slow and non responsive.

I'm got my Bachelor of Science abroad, in the Netherlands, and was required to use WES to 'translate' my transcript and diploma to apply to grad school in the US. Not only does WES have virtually no Customer support, but has a 20+ minute wait on the phone, and usually won't disclose or solve the problem on the phone! Additionally, the service provided was EXPENSIVE AS ALL HELL!!! You pay for 'verification', 'translation' and on top of that, you have to pay additional fees for shipping for EACH RECIPIENT. That wouldn't be a big deal if the service wasn't 300 DOLLARS!!!

Instructions on how to lodge documents for evaluation made the whole process easy for me. However, WES should try and find ways to streamline the whole process even further to avoid having to send documents manually - can use technology for instance.

I finished my credential qualification process but I realized later that it was just the beginning, they did not provide the option of course to course qualification option, it is available only after you got your report. That means if you want to upgrade you need to send your paper again with course description and pay again for the DHL fees.

Getting documents evaluation from the WES was a great experience, however, I would suggest to WES to improve the query response time and to clients that initiate the process a bit early than the required time, as it takes long to process the documents.

It is unfortunate to observe in my ECA that I was given 1 year Post Graduate Diploma Course equivalency for my 2 years full-time MBA from Symbiosis International University, Pune. However, the other such ECA issuing organizations consider it as Master Degree equivalency for the same. This lack of uniform practices and standards across the similar purposeful organization is not acceptable for the genuine candidates.

Keeping in mind my education is equivalent to Canada when you have to migrate Canada for job or PR this portal helps to stand in market with your equivalency, I think this is best to stand out with your degree in market with letter provided through WES.

The website helps candidates through the complete process. However, the FAQ section and the online service form are insufficient to provide resolutions to the queries of the candidates. Online services form helps you receive a response, but that takes time of around 48 hours or more. An overseas applicant may feel helpless in such cases. Twitter blog of WES helps candidates get quick responses but they too are unable to provide clarification in some cases. In such cases, you have nowhere to approach to and have to wait until reports are generated so as to take further actions.

I got my evaluation in a good time without any problem. It was easy and simple to do. All the process was simple, and I didn't have any problem to understand all steps. The status update could be a little better and faster.

It was necessary for me to have my teaching certificate, which I earned in Glasgow, Scotland in 1990, and my MFA, which I earned through an American university. In 2015, evaluated through WES for a teaching position in the Northwest Territories in Canada. The process was simple and fast. I was pleased with the results, and I recommend WES to anyone in need of such a service.

I have applied for my ECA evaluation for immigration with WES. They updated the status my evaluation is completed but electronic report is not official and the status remains the same for two weeks now. I have contacted the customer service to provide me a link to download PDF version of the report but they responded saying apply for duplicate. It doesn't make any sense. If I need duplicate hard copy then I will apply but it's my right to ask for PDF version which they won't provide me.

4 months and the review still going on. I applied for my credential evaluation on December 29. Got original documents from university and mailed them myself. After 2 months they say that documents must come from university. Had my university mail the documents and they reached WES March 22nd. I called them the very same day and confirmed that they received it. They said that the evaluation will be complete in 35 days from March 22nd. I called them again today (April 22nd), they say they are still reviewing if the documents are okay or not. Once that review is done they say it will take another 35 business days to complete the evaluation. Been almost 5 months since I started this process and now I regret going to WES for evaluation as my immigration plans kept delaying because of this company. Worst company ever.

WES is most preferred academic evaluation service provider for Express Entry Canada. Their website offers clear guidance on how to avail the service, payment, tracking and going through the entire process. My application was well worked out, though report took a bit longer than expected - partly to blame that Mumbai University B.Com transcripts have a different attestation requirement. Their landlines are bit busy and might take a long wait times - 20 mins. Email/online form responses take 2 days. But considering other evaluation service providers have a too long report delivery timelines, I guess WES had done pretty decent in the whole process

I am Pakistani working in Qatar seeking immigration to Canada. WES own fees is acceptable for accessing but once your educational document becomes acceptable for WES it already gets very expensive. Standards of WES are such that many institutions or individuals make money in sub continent. Somehow it is mandatory for accuracy and preciseness. But procedures in native countries are beyond WES control and people mint money from genuine candidates.

The process of the evaluation is swift and prompt. At each step, I received a notification about the update and got a final mail about the report completion date. My evaluation completed 4 days earlier than the date I was communicated and the report I received was also swift albeit being an international delivery. Happy with the experience!

WES I will say knows what they want from the applicant to complete the evaluation so I give them a thumbs up. I also think they are also fair in every step they take in asking for documents from applicants and then verifying from the institutions of the applicants.

It would be helpful if the process complete in lesser time. My entire process of transcripts posting from University to WES report update has taken 75 days including postal delay. If you shorten the WES process, the applicant can save time from unavoidable delays.

WES is indeed a preferred institution for education evaluations. From a personal experience, I agree it's a long waiting from the time we submit our documents until we get the degrees evaluated. The evaluation was very accurate and point to point for every single subject I took in my graduate studies. Only problem was the time taken for the evaluation. It took more than 3 weeks. Deadlines usually pass for several schools to apply for graduate applications.

But once they received the required documents it still took them an additional 5 weeks to give me a final evaluation. This could have definitely been improved. In total, my evaluation took 3 months. Send your correct documents directly from your university for quick and easy evaluation. It takes time to accept documents but does the job in given timeframe of 25 working days. Only problem it doesn't give you the reason for rejecting the particular document. (If it does so.)

They are there just to make money. I do not know why some very popular universities are asking for their credentials evaluation. The very business of evaluating credentials is nothing more than a business. Why don't you just check the legitimacy of the university that granted the credential instead of asking for individual assessment of credentials. It is an expensive affair and WES is a private for-profit organisation. They take years to respond to your queries even if you are a paid customer and forget about getting your query resolved if you have not paid them.

I was bit disappointed as processing time of my file took longer than I thought. However the customer services inform me that at this time they receive a lot of demand. I live in Algeria and the cost is a bit high considering our purchasing power.

I'm very pleased with the services at WES! I needed my education equivalency for a potential job since I graduated from the States and they wanted a Canadian education equivalency. I found everything pretty easy to understand. Once they received my transcripts and diploma, the rest was actually pretty quick.

The WES website mentions the word mark sheets everywhere in their “documents required” section. Please don’t be fooled by it. They mean transcript and not actual mark sheet(s). Other than that, my evaluation took around one and a half month. So, my advice would be to stay patient throughout the process, from initiation till completion.

It took approximately five months from my initial application and payment to receiving my copy of the evaluation in Nigeria. The website instructions are clear, payment easy and verified quickly. The required documents are stated clearly and gets status update each as they are received. The major challenge is communicating with anybody if you have a question, no direct email, you have to go through the contact form. You do not get prompt replies, sometimes information passed are not clearly addressed, you have to think of the time it would take to go through the contact process again. Time difference made call option almost impossible.

I had applied for WES evaluation before 4 weeks, which has not been completed yet. Their customer support number takes more than 20 minutes to answer calls, and they only accept documents through mail. If anything goes wrong they will let you know on Friday causing more delays.

I've been waiting over five weeks for a result from WES despite their "7-day processing" time advertised on their website. I called customer service today to no avail. They provide no estimate, no update, no satisfaction, but simply repeat the minimalist information that is available on the website: i.e. "Last update April 1". Is that the last day someone opened my file? I know my documents arrived weeks before. I should really cancel this order and demand a refund.

WES advertises shorter processing times. Dont be misled, they take forever to evaluate your documents and they extend already agreed processing timeframe unilaterally, just because they received a lot of requests. It is their responsibility to hire more staff to complete evaluations in promised time.

The delivery is terrible. I chose the normal delivery option to save my money and I thought that I have enough time to wait the document. (Normal: 7$ vs. international carrier like DHL, UPS: 85$). My evaluation was finished on Feb. 20th and WES shipped it at the same day. Today is April 3rd and I am still waiting for my document. (WTF) I contact customer service center of WES 2 times and they told me that it will take maximum 30 business days and I counted the day and today or tomorrow will be the 30 business day. However, I am still worrying that I can receive the document or not and I should request to WES to send the document again or not. The credential service looks OK but the delivery is not. If you need to get a document, ASAP, Please DON'T choose the normal option.

I cannot believe how horrible WES customer service is. I have phone twice to ask why the actual INITIAL review process is taking so long. First, they received my information but said it was 3-4 days later. (I tracked it and know). Then they took 3-4 weeks after receiving my information to 'review and approve' the information. Not sure why? No correspondence at all. Why it takes 15 business days to review 2 documents (for an MA), I cannot comprehend. Also, on the website, it says 7 days. That's what I based my decision on to go with WES. It says 7 business days AFTER they approve the documents. That allows them an unlimited time too approve the documents before even starting any assessment. WHY? No details or correspondence. Nowhere on the website does it say that it can take 3-6 weeks for assessors to even just review!!!

I used the WES evaluation service, choosing from a few others mentioned by a college official. The time taken to navigate the website was fair, to pay rapid, to submit documents (postal - what can I say - ok ), time to evaluation was long, but was as mentioned on the website and in line with tracking program, and delivery of the evaluation was rapid.

WES provides clear information such as the process and required documents to submit. However, it took nearly 30 days for WES to complete educational assessment since the time they received my documents. I have not received the result from WES yet, although it was sent over 1 month.

Time taking process so I wish they should work speedy because 2 month time for evaluation on basis of documents which they get from applicant is too much in 20th century. This was my first experience for international evaluation of my Academic records. WES instruction was completely helpful and I followed the process with no problem and received the results as it was announced on the website.

I was requested to evaluate my Master Degree from Ukraine. The process itself is painful in terms of time and money. The easiest way was to open an account in WES and pay for the application. But the rest of the paperwork to communicate with Ministry of Education in Ukraine and provide them the ORIGINALs of my diploma and transcripts, orchestrate the First Priority delivery through FedEx from the countries where I don't live anymore - it as awful.

The experience was really good. Online information was very clear and the status was updated on regular basis. The only problem that I faced was the non-legibility of one of my transcript which I had to resend. I received my transcript as per the expected date mentioned on the website.

When we plan to evaluate our credentials for Canada Express Entry pool WES is the best option, we got all the required information in their website which is quite helpful. Once we couriered our transcripts we tracked the process time to time and within the given deadline we got our final positive response. We are happy with all this.

WES is good and easy to make credentials evaluations and is well recognized by many university and colleges. So it is easy way of doing evaluation. It's quite time consuming so if you reduces to a week is more convenient and also the document submission on sealed envelop is quite complex to student those who were not in same country of study so there must be some provision for such case. More easy to all.

My contact with WES was extremely satisfying and excellent experience. Though there was delay to complete my evaluations due to slow pace and labour action (strike) in Nigerian institutions. I was really skeptic with the timelines of my review. All I wanted was a document by document evaluation for my college admission. The website said it would take 7 business days to complete the evaluation after the document is reviewed and accepted. But it is nowhere mentioned how many days it would take to review and accept the document. My education background being from an Indian university, there was a clause that the transcripts must be sent from university directly. I tried my best and made the university to send the documents to WES.

The reason I selected WES because I was under the impression that it was the fastest among the other institutions. But unfortunately, it took 3 months for a complete report. Customer service is not that responsive too. I tried to contact several times through request form and social media to know the updates. They always provide generic reply, no specific details. Overall it was satisfying for me though. I would rate 5 star if It was completed within 2 months.

Dear friends, I would like to write about my experiences with WES, which you would be surprised. I am seeking ways to complain WES to the US institution, who gives accreditation to them. 1- BSc, MPhil, PhD transcripts, diplomas, along with the success evidence that shows I was one of the top graduated person in my faculty. I requested 7 days service for ICAP. Documents were submitted on 02/15/2019/. They got the documents on 02/22/2019. They have not sent the documents in 7 days. I called them. They said "the documents need to be authenticated, then 7 business days start". I saw update telling me that documents were authenticated and the 7 days review started. They put a due date for review, which was 03/19/2019. I could not get my report on that day. They finalized their report on 03/20/2019. Remember, the service I asked was 7 days ICAP. They finalized the report in 35 days.

You'll be attended 95% of the times if you call for queries. I was lucky my application went well even though my queries were not resolved. Also, emails are responded with the same answers given in FAQs (like they just copy-paste) which is not helpful. Apart from above, the process is smooth, details on the website are easy to understand, status/tracking of my application is the best thing - as it keeps on updating multiple times in a week which helps you know your application is being worked on. Overall experience - happy to give a review. :)

For me the biggest issue is the fact that I have to send everything through courier. Because when I was doing my evaluation, I traveled to Canada. My school has already sent my transcript and I needed to send my certificate, so I thought instead of wasting money I don’t even have on courier I should take it with me to Canada, but they refused to receive it until I used the courier service next door and I think that ain’t fair. Secondly the back and forth with my school verifying the documents takes too much time. Why not request for a letter with the school letter headed paper attached to the transcript confirming that it’s from the school?

Quite satisfied with overall experience, like status of application was clearly mentioned along with guide for further steps that user is required to perform. After delivery of application, they take quite a long time to update that all the documents are received (around 2-3 weeks, "not happy"). After that, they updated the status that we received all the documents and complete it within 3 weeks, they really did this 2 days before the deadline ("quite happy"). I opted the standard delivery option to get the hard copy of ECA (Education Credential Assessment) report, till now, exactly one month has passed, but yet, I haven't received its hard copy from WES - Canada office to Navi Mumbai, India, ("disappointed").

The reason I chose WES because I was under the impression that it was the fastest among the other bodies. But unfortunately it took almost 2 months for a complete report. It seems WES is having traffic because of the increased Canadian Immigration requests, but delaying the process is simply disappointing. Add in more staff till this Express Entry is on! I am amazed by different evaluations of the same degree by different bodies. This jeopardizes the authenticity of the institution. A degree evaluated from any body should ideally give same evaluation as all are world wide recognized.

My experience with World Education Services (WES) was amazing. They were so accurate and rapid respondents. It didn’t take so much time for me to complete my application and their website was well-organized and clear. The most important and attention attracting feature in their application was the tracking function. They provided me with the link in my account so I don’t have to go through the courier's apps and track my shipment there. The link they provide will direct you immediately to the tracking status which of course saves time.

Right from the beginning, the instructions were clear as to what documents need to be sent for the verification. The updates on the login page were very regular. The assessment was done within the timeframe given in the beginning.

WES has been there for a long time in this industry. The only issues I had was requesting more documents halfway through and the delay in completing the evaluation. WES also changed the rules overnight especially for degrees from India. Customer service cannot communicate with evaluators which is not very good. Overall, I would choose WES if I was told to use them otherwise I would I’ve others a try.

They have sent the report in short period of time as well after it was completed.

Yes, I will. The WES process for Nigerians is easy and detailed. This is because once you send your WAEC or NECO results, all you need send is a transcript and your certificate (I sent mine by fax) which was simple. But, WES will take long reviewing your documents, it's worth it in the end. Your credential assessment will likely come out equivalent with Canadian standards as a Nigerian. So for me, they're my go-to option.

The idea of getting genuine documents is very good. I am impressed with it as many send it that way. Because of this many original graduates are at loss. WES took a bold yet impressive step. The application process right from document receiving to evaluation report generation has been very smooth and I like how the website has all available answers.

The entire process is overall satisfactory. The process was delayed by postal strike adding to the woes of processing time by WES. But WES gives you details on the progress of your evaluation. Some timelines could be misleading and they will have to improve on that.

I have asked Jaipur National University as to why are they not recognized by WES, University reply was they do not know why WES do not recognize them... They do are government approved with under UGC and NAAC. Now I ask WES about why Jaipur National University is not recognized...
