I got tricked by signing up for a 3-day trial. I used it, but cancelled as soon as I signed up. I found they charged me anyway for the month. I called to get a refund, but I was 1 day late (the charge came on the 13th, one day after they renewal, but I didn't see the charge until the 14th). Use the trial only if you are sure you want a membership. And regardless, keep checking your account to make sure they cancelled. The site is not attracting much in my age group anyway, so it's not worth using.

Limited database, the same people keep popping in your searches. For every one single woman on there, she gets a 1,999 emails, fake spam accounts, probably created by Match themselves. So you can lured to purchasing a membership to see who emailed or inquire to you. Nothing is free. Want to see who viewed you, pay. Poor customer service, incompetent staff. Why else would my account be hacked. The reality is that online dating has a very low rate of success. But if this is the only venue you can resort to, then I suggest another site. One can't expect much from a company based out of Tex-ass!

I had been on Match for about 3 weeks. I was emailing several members of Match when my account was blocked. My account was blocked for no reason. I never did anything inappropriate. I never posted anything inappropriate. No reason was ever offered. I sent several inquiries as what was going on. I was then notified by email that my account was now terminated. No reason for any of this ever offered. I consider this organization to be extremely unprofessional. I will be sure to advise everyone to avoid Match.

I'd like to rate Match with -3 stars. They have in settings an icon that says to check and see status of subscription but that will set you for auto renew. If you check your account to see how long until it expires, that date means nothing. They decide to keep dipping their hands in your bank account. If you try to speak with someone there they keep telling you you're on auto renew. And there will be no refund. And they will not allow you to speak to a supervisor or manager. I'll never use them again. They are thieves!!! I'm also putting my experience on Facebook and the blog in my county that is state wide as well.

I originally joined Match.com for free but after receiving numerous messages stating that my profile had been like, viewed, there were people interested etc... I decided to become a month to month paying member. After I paid for the first month, all the numerous messages about my profile stopped. I decided to cancel my paying membership when the first month was up and then magically the messages about views and interest in me began once again. This is how they get people to pay for a membership. On top of that, all the other members I was supposedly matched with were totally opposite of anyone I would have anything in common with whatsoever. I've asked for a refund... I know, good luck with that. What a total waste of money.

For several years I have used Match.com to various levels of success. I have been somewhat forgiving of the scammers, false profiles, etc - and on occasion found people I might contact with. Specifically - after a one month membership - I attempted to cancel said membership on the correct day and had difficulty doing so. When I attempted to email (three separate tries) - there was no customer service response. Four days after the initial attempt to cancel - I phoned Match.com customer service to ask for a refund (as by this time I was auto charged for a second month of membership). Here is where I was met with a completely unhelpful CS person who would not transfer me to a supervisor - and essentially hung up on me - with no customer service resolve. Bye bye Match.com.

I tried again later after a few months and still the same thing. I have not said anything to go against their policy. This is the worst dating site in the history of the whole history. They should not be able to just block or ban people without explanation.

I signed up for what I thought was a free trial... Evidently it was for a 6 month subscription at 119.00. Within 2 days I cancelled the account but the lovely customer service people will not issue a refund or make any accommodation. Even if I made an error there must be some compassion... or correction. There is none. I am 73 years old living on a fixed income and would have never knowingly signed up for a 6 month sub without first checking out the free trial. This service may have a good reputation but its ability to accommodate ALL its customers is rigid and disgusting. I need a refund. I believe the free trial was misrepresented.

My account settings were compromised, renew settings changed, pics deleted, search criteria were all changed by the hacker. I was reviving messages from people I was in contact with that were also hacked. I also got at least 3-6 scammer messages a day as well!!! To get a refund is a runaround. Match.com is an unethical company that does not care about its members' well-being and is only interested in getting their money. Recently I paid for a three-month membership, but I felt compelled to stop using the service after only a few weeks when I received a harassing email from a member I had never before had any contact with. What he wrote in his email was disturbing. It related to death and politics and had nothing to do with dating. I filed a complaint against this member, wrote him back a two sentence reply letting him know that he is sick and should seek help, and then blocked him so he could never contact me again.

The following day, May 29, 2017, I received an email from someone named Demi ** at Match.com notifying me that a member had filed a complaint against me and that if I ever did anything like that again (Demi ** did not provide any information about what I was actually accused of doing and told me I would have to get a subpoena to find out who filed the complaint, a step I was unwilling to take), my membership would be revoked and I would not be refunded for the time left on my membership. I felt certain that the member who had reported me was the man who sent the harassing email. I also felt certain that after I explained all of this to Match.com, the situation would be resolved to my satisfaction. Boy, was I wrong!

When I called Match.com to discuss the situation, I was told that my only recourse was to respond to the email from Demi **. I responded to the email -- on four separate occasions -- explaining what had happened and requesting that the complaint filed against me be removed from my file or that I be given a prorated refund. My last attempt to get a response from Demi ** was three days ago. I've also resorted to Match.com's online chat and was told that I'm ineligible for a refund of any kind because I have used my membership to send at least one email to another member. I was then referred to Match.com's terms of use, section 12-b, which, I pointed out to the Match.com representative, is irrelevant to my specific situation.

The representative did not care about my specific situation and just kept repeating the same thing about the company's terms of use. By this point I was so frustrated and unsatisfied that I removed all content and photos from my Match.com profile. It is obvious that Match.com did not perform any due diligence to discover what actually happened to me and could not care less about my user experience. Potential members should be warned that it is okay with Match.com if men harass women on their website. But it is not okay with me. If you are looking for an online dating company that is ethical, accountable, and cares about their users' experiences, do not join Match.com.

All women said they seen my profile while the girl was searching. They also say "the man is not a member can you contact them at the email they provide." One woman convinced me to contact a non-member who tried to scam me for computer, ipht, and a camera. Now that I reported them my account that cost me 75 dollars is not loading. I have yet to view my credit card but shall trade it for another so they won't charge me again like I've read on reviews. Sad with all the advertising it's not a pleasant site. I decided to give Match a try and signed up for one month at 38.99. I talked to a couple people and met one in person. No complaints. But after the first week or so I noticed that activity - views and likes - dwindled. I'd say in the last 3 weeks of my 1 month subscription I received 1 or 2 views and no likes. But as soon as my subscription ran out, I suddenly began getting all kind of views and likes. Of course you have to subscribe to find out who they are, so I decided to give it one more month. Upon renewing my subscription I found that every last one of the likes that came pouring in was from a very attractive younger woman, usually listing a state nowhere near where I live, and in every case the profile was now hidden.

They were all fake. Now my second month has expired and it's an instant replay of the first. Very little activity for weeks followed by a burst of likes and views as soon as my subscription ended. Match is a legitimate dating site to be sure, but it engages in extremely dishonest and unethical practices in order to get people to shell out money.

As a single parent I thought Match would be a cut above some of the free sites. Initially I was contacted by a number of men, but found that a high percentage of them were scammers which I reported and blocked. Of the remaining men, a number of them seemed to be into grooming women for sex, not relationships, with inappropriate sexual content to their emails, or coming on extremely interested then dropping all contact for no apparent reason. There are no behaviour guidelines or restrictions for discriminatory sexual behaviour, which ends up meaning that as a female, you are paying to be sexually harassed or discriminated against by men who seem to view you as no more than a piece of meat. Sadly it seems that the more literate men are on other sites! So many of those on Match.com can barely string a word together, let alone a sentence. Perhaps it's a hard fact that no one seemingly decent and of moderate intelligence wants to reply to any of my emails - because no one has! I have however, had communication from foreign chancers half my age, grandfathers, men whose details have been removed having been deemed 'inappropriate' by Match.com and men who would benefit greatly from English grammar and spelling lessons. There's something on the site about men only being able to reply to emails if they've subscribed - so why are they on there if they can't actually communicate with anyone? It seems Match.com just wants site users to upgrade their subscriptions by paying more money. I am totally baffled how anyone nice, normal or half educated has had any success on Match.com at all.

I am a computer tech, I was working with one of my senior citizen clients who wanted to get onto Match.com. I had her buy a prepaid visa card with 50 bucks on it and I activated it for her. I tried repeatedly to use it on the site to no avail. I called visa and the card was set up properly and working just fine. I got into a chat with a match.com administrator and had her try to run the card and pay for a one year subscription. I wanted the promotion they were advertising for 27.99 per month. She told me that it was 36.99 per month and I told her that it was illegal to post one price and then charge a higher one. She agreed to the payment of 27.99 per month. She took the card information and repeatedly tried to pull money off it. It was declined. I asked her how much she was trying to pull off the card and she told me 27.99.

I phoned Visa during this chat while she was trying to process the membership and visa told me that they were declining the card because she was trying to pull 51.45 from it. Of course I steered my client to another site and told her that match.com was a scam but I wonder how often this happens. This is certainly theft and if an employee or employees typically charge the cards for more than the monthly amount, there is significant chance to make some illegal money. I am posting this in the hopes that some action be taken to prevent this site from ripping off their clients. I shudder to think of my client using her real credit card and what could have happened. Clearly the people running this site are at the least dishonest and at the worst real criminals.

Yes, they advertise the hell out of their site. Give their marketing team some credit for being able to scam ordinary people. But let's get into specifics about this company. The auto-renew feature is a complete joke. I cancelled my account at least two dozen times, yet they kept billing me. When you call their customer assistance, they just tell you that it must have been a clerical error. "But we hope you'll stay with us!"

The site itself is also a disgrace. They put up fake profiles (yes, they DO that and steal pictures from average people, to the point where I can't believe they haven't been sued more times than they have). This is not at all a defense of Match.com--because I certainly hate them--but this has been a problem with other dating sites as well. But Match.com is by far the worst. Then, they lie and tell you that people are online on their site when they're not (I've had friends test this), or have been "active within a week" when they've actually cancelled their memberships 8 months before.

And then, for every great attractive person that you'd be interested in dating and getting to know, there's about 25 scams from Russian "girls" who are asking to marry immediately and asking for your checking account number so that they can pay for their sick mother. Match.com should be avoided by everyone... maybe I learned the hard way!

I had what I considered an overwhelming response and even though there were very few "matches" that I felt were right or I was interested in, it seemed as though the ratio was very good. I had a couple of great dates, but never did meet anyone I really clicked with. I let the subscription expire until after the Holidays. I subscribed again for another 3 months. During that time, all I saw was the same profiles and the same faces as before. I also discovered that most of the "matches" were scammers. About 90%. It got really easy to pick them out and I was reporting on a daily basis. Everyone else was recycled from the months before.

On the 14th of the month, I stopped my service via computer. This was on a Sunday. On the 15th, I found that the money had been taken from my bank account that day. I called them only to discover that my subscription had been automatically renewed and there was nothing I could do about it. They refused to refund my money but offered me "courtesy" refund of $20. They took $70. Also, when I told them about the number of scammers, the response was that they did not review, check or verify any of the profiles and expected their members to report anyone suspicious. I am sure that verifying everyone would be very daunting however, I would expect a spot check. So, they don't have any filters, they want the subscribers to keep their site clean and they refuse to do refunds. I would never recommend or use this site again. Beware.

Conveniently, they only confirmed they have record of the cancellation of the add-on services effective May 1st with a cancellation date of 5/8/2017. This is the end date of my original subscription.

When I realized today they billed me for another full 6 month subscription on May 9th (I had surgery that day and only noticed today after feeling a little better), I reached out requesting a refund. They will not give me a full refund. They are requiring me to pay for a one month subscription since it's after the start date of the next subscription period. In my opinion, this is theft. I spoke with two separate representatives and they both refused to let me speak to a supervisor and disconnected the chat discussions on me. I will never use this service again and I don't recommend them as they clearly follow disreputable billing practices.

I can see why Match.com has such good numbers on 'matching'. That is because if you don't get a match in a long time, you end up getting these messages from people saying "Their friend walked by and saw your picture and want to reach out to you of Match.com." It seems suspiciously to me as if it is coming from Match.com itself. There are so many scams that you can't tell when a real one comes in. The percentage is so high that I don't think they should be allowed to offer the service until they clean it up. I would not recommend this to anyone...unless of course you like getting scammed. The one true test...I ask them out for coffee...and voila no answer or a nasty message comes your way.

But when I looked at my acct. they still charged me in true Match fashion. When I called them they told me, "Sorry we cannot issue you a refund." This is fraud in my book, I will join any class action lawsuit against this "gangsters" laughing all the way to the bank in NY.

And why did I cancel?? Match is so saturated with fake members that the only way to know if anyone you communicate with is real is to meet them, but to meet someone you have to tell a fair amount of personal information, and who like to do that if it is possible you are communicating with a jerk who are looking for a way to get your money. Match could fix this in a minute if they stop all the free access, but the greed to possible get one more paying customer is too much for them. It is a shame as Match is fundamentally a good dating site, their technology works and they have a fair standard, but they choose to give members a poor experience by giving access to all this fake members. They say folks are online or have been when they are not (friend and I tested this). The 1st few days I registered folks were reaching out to me and then all of a sudden stopped (my settings are correct). I wish now that I wouldn't have paid for this site. I was thinking since I had paid it would be a good quality site. It is just as bad or even worse than the free site. You also can not contact them unless you call them. So my wife and I are getting a divorce. We are not separated yet, meaning that we still live in the same house. So I was checking my bank account and credit card online and I see that there is a charge to Match.com on the credit card. I obviously didn't make it, so I went to the site to see if my wife had a profile, and she did. I had to make an account to be able to search for her profile. Now, to use that site, you have to be single, divorced, or separated. So they have a little report button at the bottom of the page. I click it and tell them that she is my wife and technically, we are not separated and are still living in the same house. So what happens? MY account is deleted but they leave my wife's account up and active! I asked why me but not my wife and I get the same response over and over again - they can't give out any information about anyone's account and if I want information, I will have to file a subpoena, blah, blah, blah...

I told them that I have the credit card that she used and I can give them the number along with the security code on the back because it's my credit card! But I get the same form answer every time. So guys, remember, women can get on Match.com and lie about being separated and Match.com won't do anything to upset the fragile female clientele, but if you're a husband who just found out that your wife is meeting men behind your back via Match.com, they won't care one bit and they'll kick you off before they get rid if your wife!

They lock out subscribers who have already paid, and even lost their dispute resolutions for at least 60 days. So they are stealing money from people who have paid for their service. I'm not sure why this is allowed, and why Match.com gets away with so much, even though there are thousands of similar complaints against the business.

Well... I was blocked out of my account without notice, notification or explanation. I called their customer service many times only to be passed along to somebody else. The resolution centre resolves nothing. No one will give me an answer as to why. I think it’s because I complained about an abusive experience and I wrote about it on my profile. Then was immediately blocked. They lied to me repeatedly telling me they sent an email which they did not, that they would have someone call me within 24 to 48 hours which did not occur and it has been over 10 days.

I had taken my profile down after noticing I was not getting matches over several days. But then decided to put it back up and had no sooner added new pictures then I was blocked. So now I cannot take those pics down and I feel very victimized. I think the person who abused me made a complaint against me. But they show no fairness. None whatsoever. They will not give me an answer, will not refund my money. I get the same scripted word for word answer and I can predict just what will happen. The last woman I talked to at least heard me out and promised to escalate the investigation but alas here we are. Another lie. Another broken promise. Lesson learned. And yes, most of the contacts were bogus. I made far too many complaints I am afraid. I read the reviews beforehand btw and proceeded anyways. Stupid me.

Technology being what it is today, I've been in technology for 51 years, has far advanced since the Stone Age yet they continue to send out their Flirts, Winks and emails. It's obvious that their only concern is making money and not the welfare of their members.

I cancelled my subscription. Don't expect a refund of any sort, emailed them 13 screenshots to prove their actions and all I got in return was "Hope you come back". Not hardly. If I were younger and had more time I would start a blog letting the world know what this site is really all about. I gave her my confirmation number and was told again, I did not cancel service.

I asked for a manager and she then proceeded to tell me the account was canceled, but I reinstated it in March (cancel was effective 4/17). I asked for a number for Customer Service in the US, and was told they couldn't do that. Then I asked for her manager 9 times. After being placed on hold for 5 minutes a manager came on to say my Acct was canceled and I would receive a portion of my fee. $20 to be exact.

Consequently, I asked for her manager 4 times for a number in the US. I was told there was nothing she could do because she had no authority and she was ending our call. Again, I asked for her manager and she hung up on me after I asked for her employee ID number. I called back and talked to a gentleman. He put me on hold and when he came back online he told me they expedited my claim and I would receive a full credit. He gave me a confirmation number and his ID number.

I signed up for Match's 6 month guarantee hoping this site was better or different than other dating sites. If you aren't the most tech savvy person like myself you will have a difficult time understanding how to use the site's features properly. There is a catch to the 6 month guarantee that I was unaware of, you must email a different person pretty much every day. I did email the 10 people a month. Match claims it takes to get the 6 month for free guarantee but of course Match did not honor it saying on their records they did not show those emails. I offered to forward all of the emails I sent to prove that I did indeed send the emails. But even after talking to a supervisor all she said was she was very sorry but there is nothing she could do, which is complete garbage business practice.

Speaking of customer service, good luck getting a response or an email through to them. I tried to send them several emails but Match would not let me send a majority of them and would redirect me to a page with a lot of information on it. This was not helpful and a huge waste of time, hence why I tried to email them to begin with. This time I needed help because my account was hacked. They responded to one of my emails, and claimed to be sorry and they would try to help but they could care less about my situation. They gave me a 5 day credit when I couldn't access my account for almost 2 months!!! I was already annoyed from my first experience with customer service and then this. All Match cares about is taking your money and could care less about the customer's experience.

There is a customer service number you can call but I rarely have time to spend an hour on the phone during their business hours, which is Mon-Fri 9:00-5:00. Match, I'm so sorry that I have a job that requires little to no free time during those hours while their response was I should have contacted during those hours. Side note, everything offered on this site to boost your view ratings, stay hidden so people don't know you are online or looked at their profile, events, etc cost additional money than you have already paid. The advice from their Handle Group experts is garbage as well. It seemed like a bunch of women who have everything going for them in life give you the most obvious advice, i.e. stuff you can research on the internet for free.

Just be happy and your life will work yourself out or relationships are hard work and a dedication. Gee how much college did you go to (to) figure that all out?!?

Dating has already been highly disappointing for me and Match has made the dating experience UNBELIEVABLY worse. Please don't believe their fake commercials as I did and do yourself a favor and save your money so you don't end up wasting more of your time and money.

Then you get pelted with ads for other dating sites and the opposite gender - older mature ladies. I am a gay guy looking for guys to date. The site sends me emails from women. More spam: then 3 hours for customer service. Then It's such a time waster and no real contacts so I try to cancel it - site refuses with like jumping thru 15 messages. asking if you're sure you want to cancel - What?? Then all these messages asking you to re-activate your account. It's like a bottomless pits of spam - the site is very very old and clunky and does not allow you to edit anything until you've done it like 3-4 times. Do not give these people any money. However, I terminated my membership about 9 months ago. After repeated contact attempts, I still can't get off Match. I dislike being used as a "Stalking Horse". I believe Match is violating the terms of our contract. I will not waste more time with letters or calls. Match is using my profile as false "bait". It also makes me seem inconsiderate to anyone who may contact me. (I am attractive, interesting and received thousands of responses -- partially because my requirements weren't followed). By indicating that I am still available, Match is also being unfair to other users. By keeping my profile active, the agreement has become a lose-lose proposition and false advertising to all. Note that when Match states free trial they are referring to a limited access. You can see people however will not be able to speak to or get replies from anyone. WORTHLESS... You will notice during your trial that you will receive likes and people interested in you however most or all will be phony and provided by match representatives or perhaps a mystical entity since Match states that they do no such thing. The best part is that you will only know that you received interested persons however will not be able to read what they have to say unless you subscribe/pay. It's only then that you will find out that these interested parties are NOT AVAILABLE.

The final fun that you will have is when you try to ask for a refund and find out that reaching anyone to talk to is like asking for GOD himself to speak to you in person. The best that you can hope for is to simply cancel your subscription which only mean that you will not automatically renew. You still lose the months that you prepaid for. What a way to feed off of people just trying to find love.

EVERY DAY, I get Winks, Interests and Likes from fake profiles that are phishing scammers. Almost always, it is some 'Glamour Shot' photo of a young woman, and immediately, in their "In my own words" portion, they include a thinly disguised email, spelling out things a certain way, or abbreviating, to avoid being detected by Match.com's 3rd rate security systems. It's a phishing scam, or some other seedy enterprise, but I'm too observant to fall for it. I shouldn't Have to be. I'm a paying customer and would prefer to send Match a bill for all the time I waste having to weed out the fake contact on their site. I shouldn't have to weed out 10 phishing scammer fake profiles for every 1 actual human behind a profile.

I immediately block and report each one, supposedly to help Match.com out. Usually within a few hours or days that profile is gone, but it has been replaced, basically, but 10 more popping up in its stead. It's a constant flow, from what I can tell. I've looked up scammer and phishing issues regarding this site and it is rampant. There are many fake profiles and photos that somebody (for all I know, Match.com themselves, create to drum up business) uses to contact (in various forms, with the Winks, Likes, Interests, etc) currently paying customers like me just to provide them false hopes and to keep the money rolling in -- and/or to obtain contact information 'offline' outside of Match for the sake of whatever scam is underway.

This site should be investigated by the authorities. They seem to do little to preclude scammers from posting fake photos and profiles to lure unsuspecting victims to make contact for whatever nefarious business ensues after that. Since I don't fall for it, I haven't fallen down that rabbit hole. Do women get these as much as men? I'm just curious. I'm wary enough of Online Dating as it is, and Match's lack of regard for these phishing scammers and time wasters has me... irked, and somewhat dissuaded.

I could pay $50-$60 more to have my profile be visible only to those I chose to have contact with, but I have a feeling that dovetails with their business plan to Not discourage scammers a little too much. Convenient for Match.com, no? I'm not going to pay to mitigate the lack of security on this site; being on a site where I should expect to only encounter real humans behind the profiles should be part of the basic package. To be fair, a couple nice ladies have contacted me on the site, and I may meet with them sometime, but the ratio of fake scammer contact to real person contact is about 20:1 so I have wasted way too much time on the site just weeding through stuff, and my time is worth money, the way I see it.

In the beginning they introduce to you the different plans/subscriptions and the price for each of them. Then if you decide on going with the cheapest plan, they have their fine print bs that they use to rip people off. With them knowing that majority of young people are not going to read fine prints, what they do is they automatically withdraw money from your account after the one month you originally signed up for.

Now, if I wanted a expensive subscription that's going to last me 6 months etc, I would have chosen that from the beginning and not go with a one month subscription, which is what I expected to get and not them resubscribing me and taking my money on their own. They are a bunch of thiefs. Then they wont refund you your hard earned money or make you speak with a manager etc. Not to mention all the same people on the free sites are on there so therefore, you might as well stick to the free sites. For whatever reason you decide on paying money to meet quality people that's looking for something "real" because you cant find that on the free sites. It's no different on match. I thought Match.com would weed out these people based on my set preferences, but I guess not. Not the worst issue though. (However, I did read that there are A LOT of fraudulent profiles so beware.)

Out of the hundred messages I sent to the gentleman I was attracted to, maybe only 3 responded. Keep in mind most of these gentleman seemed mutually interested as they either liked one of my pictures, "winked" at me, favored me, or checked off they were interested. No, I did not expect to hear from every gentleman I messaged as I'm sure some didn't share the attraction, which I certainly don't take personal... but I didn't expect to hear back from SO FEW men. Ridiculous. I've heard the part of the reason is that most people don't pay for a subscription so they can't respond. If that's the case, maybe Match.com should be members only, so this doesn't happen and get someone's hopes up. Anyway, I digress. Finally, out of the couple gentleman that did respond, they only sent one or two messages then you never heard from them again.

So it doesn't work for me. Maybe Match works for others, I don't know. But that's not the worst thing. The absolute worst thing is their customer service. I could care less that I didn't have any luck with this site, I'm just utterly disappointed in the company. I called Customer Care and they firmly stood by their b.s. refund policy, meaning simply put, they won't give you one no matter what. Their product clearly didn't work for me nor has it for many others, so they should at least provide some sort of refund, even if only a partial one, instead of screwing people out of their money. Like many have said, this is how they earn their money. Not by providing a great service and product for consumers, but by baiting people in to use their site and then taking their money without any hope of refund! What a shameful way of marketing!

I've lost almost $60 for a membership that I won't be using because it doesn't work for me. I can't do anything about it now other than to use my experience to heed warning to others. Best of luck fellow online daters. You're better off going with a free dating site and hoping to find the rare gentleman who's not just looking to hook up. LOL.

Immediately upon signing up I found out that all the profiles I was looking at were robots. They didn't even try to conceal that fact. The very first day on Match I got 11 likes, of those 11 likes I got cat fished 4 times. The others were all automated and didn't have anything on their profiles.

Match.com uses a third party affiliate to create accounts to lure in people. They steal massive amounts of pictures and somewhere in the Philippines there is a warehouse full of dirt poor Asians creating accounts on computers built in the 90s. This website is a complete and total waste of your money, and honestly someone should sue them. They misrepresent themselves as a leader in online dating, when they are not. Save your money. Go to POF. I've met 4 people who got married to people from POF. The general consensus is that Match is trash. Read my review, read the other reviews, and make the right decision. Best thing to do is to avoid signing up at all costs. They have purposefully structured their website, business and small print to make it nearly impossible to unsubscribe. Their contact details are hidden and can only be found by reading through the FAQ's. Automatic renewals can only be cancelled by actually phoning them and can't be cancelled while an existing subscription is still active. So if you try and cancel on the day of expiry it is too late because the renewal has already kicked in and you are bound to pay for another 6 months.

The site is designed to hinder busy individuals from being able to unsubscribe and luring them into continuing to use their site as they have to pay for the additional subscription period anyway. I can only describe them as modern day criminals who have found a way to steal from individuals legally. The site itself is quite user friendly and there's quite a lot of activity on there so for those who can afford the time they may be able to find on there what they set out to look for.

Well, I foolishly tried again 2 years later hoping that their site had improved for one month. What did I get? What I got was time wasted and about $40.00 taken out of my bank account. Who did I meet? People who had stolen identities from other people and people falsely claiming that they were people that they weren't. I got a little suspicious about the first person I met because they said that their income was over $150,000 and they did not know how to spell or write a sentence. I did a reverse image search and did document to match the fraud. I also contacted the person whose picture and identity that was stolen. That person was also using a dead person's identity. I also documented this to Match. Did they thank me? No and they refused to refund me after I was on that site for a few days.

I decided to check it out again this morning just to make sure that what I perceived was correct. What did I find? Another man that had two profile using the same picture, but with two entirely different profile content. Both claiming the same picture (Jokie (a jokester right before our eyes) and John --both 74) and it was all a lie. I contacted Match chat again and asked them why in the heck they take people's money without checking the person's identity or doing a background check on the person. Guess what? They don't care. I asked again for a refund and they said no.

This company is all about grabbing your money, not caring about you actually meeting a real person. Being entirely insensitive about protecting those who pay them, and ignoring real complaints. I researched and did all of this and was still charged $40.00 for one month. No thanks. They should be taken off the internet and banned from television. It's all about deception. Luring people in that are single and vulnerable and then taking their money and giving them emotional grief.

I actually met several current female friends (strictly only friendships), and so I stopped using their service for a while, as I was too busy just enjoying the friendships of the new people I met. Then, over the past two weeks, I tried to open my last account with Match... and received a message that I had been removed from their service because I had "violated their terms". "What?", I asked myself. So, I ended up starting a new profile (paying another membership fee), and once again, within only a few hours, I was blocked from their website for "violating their terms of agreement".

I wrote to their customer service and asked to speak to someone, personally, over the phone, because I wanted to know exactly what terms of agreement I violated. A customer service representative replied and gave me a 1-800 number to call. The person I spoke to at this 1-800 number was a foreigner answering from a call center outside of the USA, and she could not tell me why I was dropped from Match either. So, very little did that help. I have once again written to customer service at Match, and this time, they never replied.

Folks... My advise to everyone is to STAY CLEAR AWAY from Match.com. Here's something to think about, they pay millions of dollars for all their slick media ads and they are still losing out to other online dating sites. There's a really good reason for this, bad value for the money and extremely poor customer service.

I subscribed with Match.com for 30 days however on 1/17 I went online and cancelled my subscription (renewal date was set for 2/06). I went through the cancellation process and selected my reason for cancelling (I met someone). I submitted the request and receive a notice that the acct was cancelled. I thought no more or the site until today. I happen to check my bank acct for a salary deposit and notice a withdrawal from match for $36.99 on 2/06. I immediately called in only to have a offshore rep tell me she couldn't assist me because they were having technical issue. I was advised to go online to use the customer service chat to get assist. This made no sense to me being the system was down how would connecting with CSR by phone or via chat make a difference.

I contacted CSR via chat twice and was provided no help at all. The first CSR stated it was more than likely a tech issue and it didn't go through but policy states they can't provide refunds for any reason lol. So it's their fault but they will not take responsibility for it. The second CSR I chatted with I gave her a 1/19 cancellation date just to see if I could catch them in a lie. I again explained situation only to be told I couldn't get a refund for any reason oh and that the reason I didn't get an cancellation via my yahoo acct is because my 1/17 cancellation was not imprinted in their system. I asked her how did she know my actual cancellation date if I indeed hadn't cancelled? The CSR didn't respond back. I informed them I would be reporting this to BBB and that a claim has been submitted to my bank to retrieve funds that were taken unauthorized.

In my profile I said the person should be within 50 miles. I also received responses from people I did not contact. One wrote back to say her account had been hacked. I called customer service to get my money back. I was told that since I used the service already there would be no refund. I told the customer service guy to remove my credit card. You get 12 "matches" a day and each day the number of selected matches that do not have a profile set up or any pics is at least 1/4 of the "perfect matches". I paid for three months of service. After two weeks I could see that this was a horrible waste of money. Very limited choices, very old members. You have to pay to be seen in prime searches. They try to sell you profile writing services. "Tips" for success all cost extra. I asked to be released out of my membership after 2 weeks. I offered to pay the premium charge for one month and have the overage refunded. No dice. They told me "Too bad. We have the money and none of it will be refunded." POF provides more choices, options and members with pics and profiles for NO CHARGE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

Now, given that my previous subs had finished more than 12 months before, this is quite obviously an odd event. Match would perhaps say it was an error. I know what I think, a very good way to raise massive amounts of cash flow capital. Please don't get involved with Match.com, they're just another bullying big company preying on the likes of you and me. And they were ineffectual in what they purport to do. I tried both within the app and by visiting the website. I was bounced around and ultimately unsuccessful. Then, I noticed a charge on my checking account. I called the number listed immediately and spoke to a representative who informed my account had automatically renewed and this was the renewal charge. I informed I didn't want my account to be renewed and wished to cancel. The representative informed it was too late to do so. I asked for a refund and was told this was not possible because the system wouldn't allow it. I informed I never requested automatic renewal. Apparently this was pre-set.

I asked to speak to a supervisor or management and was told this was not possible. I asked for the complaint department and was told again, there was none. During my conversation with the rep, I could hear other employees in the background mocking what I was saying. The customer service I've experienced with Match, to date, has been extremely poor. The billing and renewal process is misleading. I also do not believe the system will not allow refunds.

Having tried many dating sites I find Match.com to be the most corrupt. They actually boil my piss. The reason: they make out they are user-friendly, like

"Hey come join the party". When actually, it should be "Hey wanna a good fisting, we'll charge you the most and you probably might not notice." They come up on Facebook, again, making out that they really want to help. Do they book, they prey on lonely people. Their brand and format disgust me. I haven't been with them for eight months, look the way I still feel about them. Don't fall for that fake image they give out. They con you into thinking that there are all these gorgeous girls waiting meet you "it's really easy". It isn't at all and there aren't.

Not my words but, I am a handsome man who's interesting and witty and I struggled to get a date on this site. If you're looking to get **, then Match is for you. I'm not talking about sex with someone you like, I'm talking about corporate **, it hurts and it costs. They willfully let corrupt party's use their site for financial benefits. I'm talking about gorgeous girls sending you sexy msgs and images, luring you to just shaft you, in a bad way. All this kind of behavior upsets me.

I'm not wealthy man, this can also be a huge problem in the dating world - no money no honey! So true in the western world. As you can probably tell, I am handsome, moderately poor and bitter. If you are lonely and want to meet someone, choose your dating site carefully. Maybe ask about or look at reviews etc. Most of them will leave you feeling lonelier and poorer when they are done with you. In the year or so I was active with the company, after my first phone call experience, I always dreaded calling them for questions or concerns. The calls I made were related to the overcharges after a renewal or the way the previous customer service rep had treated me w/ utmost disrespect. Every time I called to ask to speak to a supervisor or a manager, they were never available. I believe that's how the company saves money and keeps their overhead low, by not hiring supervisor/managers and train customer service reps to be aggressive and rude to the point a member dreads communicating w/ them.

I have had enough of this company and mistreatment! I hope someday soon, enough evidence is found for the way they rob people out of money and rude service. I remember when Match.com was called Matchmaker.com back in the day when internet dating was just getting started. I liked the fact that the service was a business based out of Dallas, Texas. Other dating sites started to emerge like EHarmony and Plenty of Fish etc. I was like so many others, by thinking that if you paid for a membership versus a "free" one, that the quality of people would be better. Wrong, wrong, wrong!

After being a long-term Match member, and giving them plenty of benefit of doubt, I no longer will subscribe to their services! The membership prices are ridiculous for the service you get (none). The quantity and quality of men are nonexistent (especially for my age group, which is 50). This last time I was off the site for 2 years, then came back on to only discover some of the very same men on there! The men that were advertised as being on Match would have their profiles hidden and unhidden from view.

With any online dating site, you will have scammers and fake profiles, however, the amount of them on Match was ridiculous! I would report them to Match, and their profiles would remain active. When you would reply to potential matches with a polite, "No thank you", and they would get mad and send horrible messages, I would report them to Match. Their profiles would not be removed for inappropriate behavior.

Match allows men to post inappropriate pictures. I saw men mirror selfies where they zoomed-in on their crotches or butts (they did have clothes on), again I reported them but nothing happened. Men were allowed to post pictures with their phone number or e-mail addresses on them (this way they could receive messages without becoming a paid member). Again, I would report them, but nothing would happen. All pictures are suppose to go through a review process by Match. I doubt it!

Match allows members to be separated, and yet they advertise themselves as, "The #1 dating service for singles." Yeah right. The last time I checked separated (even legally separated) IS NOT SINGLE! You are still married, duh? When signing up, your choices are: Never been married, Divorced, separated, and widow/widower. I have been divorced for over 30 years, I would think there needs to be a category for that... How about, "Single again after many years"... hahaha.

The final straw for me was a billing issue. In order to become a paid member (if you aren't a paid member you can only send "winks" and will not get messages and cannot send messages to other members). The only way I could become a member was to sign up through my ITUNES. I did so. When I became unsatisfied with Match services I called them. They told me they could not do anything since I paid through ITUNES (again I had no other choice). They e-mailed me a link and the link no longer existed. I called Apple and in order to speak to a real person (all billing inquires redirect you to e-mail), I had to pretend to have a technical issue. Luckily Apple was more concerned about my dissatisfaction than Match and gave me more than I had hoped. I thought I may only get a partial refund or my 6 months, and in fact they gave me a FULL refund and apologized for my bad experience with Match.

Save yourself time and money. Go to a free dating site like Plenty of Fish, spend some time on your profile being very clear what you want and who you are looking for, post recent pictures, and make sure to spend some time exchanging e-mails and then text and phone calls before meeting your potential date. Never give any detail private information, especially in the beginning, and always meet them in public spots (for awhile). Do not give them your address, have them pick you up, or give them detailed private information about you! Internet dating can be dangerous. Maker sure to protect yourself!

Buyer beware. Match is a company that by definition is morally bankrupt and worthy of a class action lawsuit. I tried them for a one month subscription and was very dissatisfied with my experience (most of the matches they send you are of people who are not active on their site). So I chose not to use their service anymore. Yet today I discovered that they automatically renewed my membership and charged my account. So I called them up today (same day I was charged) to get my refund and after waiting for about hour on hold with the resolution department I was told "they don't issue refunds for any of their subscriptions". So informed them that I didn't re-subscribe and that I had canceled my account. They shockingly still refused to give me a refund saying this is just company policy.

I looked up the law on auto-subscriptions and it turns out this shady corporation is in violation of California law (where I am based). Specifically California's Automatic Renewal Law, passed in 2010, which states: It is the intent of the Legislature to end the practice of ongoing charging of consumer credit or debit cards or third party payment accounts without the consumer's explicit consent for ongoing shipments of a product or ongoing deliveries of service.

In my case they didn't have my express consent and made no effort to get it or inform me that I was to be charged. Despite this fact this corporation continues to exploit unsuspecting consumers as part of their modus operandi. If you sign up with them you can expect that you will continue to be charged for an "auto-subscription" without your permission or consent. What's worse is their "customer service and dispute department" is bad joke that will waste over an hour your time on the phone only to find out that they will not issue a refund regardless of whether you consented to renewal or not. So don't be fooled and don't become a victim of their shady business practices.

I had a horrible experience with Match.com as I see many others have has similar occurrences. When I joined Match I quickly learned that it was not going to benefit me because all I got was creepy sexual messages. I paid for the 6 month subscription but stopped using it after about 2 weeks because of the foul messages I was receiving. I attempted to cancel my subscription and deactivate my account and believed I had done so but then I got another $160 charge a few months later. I immediately called and was not able to speak to anyone and wrote several service inquiries requesting that my account be deleted and that I receive a call or email back. I sent several messages and never got a response and found a number to call but it was an automated system with no option to talk to an actual human. FRUSTRATING!

I did all the I could and logged in to try to DEACTIVATE my account again and I thought I was successful but NO I get hit with another $160 charge a few months later! I finally find a number to talk to a live human and explain my situation and frustrations with the lack of follow up to my service inquiries. They transfer me around to dozens of people. TALK ABOUT OUTSOURCING LABOR TO INDIA, I was talking to people in India and having to repeat my story each time I was transferred and OF COURSE couldn't talk to a supervisor because they were all busy. I was told my only option was a partial refund. So I have to pay for 1 month of a service that I haven't used in over a year just because they are greedy and want their money.

I've tried to cancel multiple times with no success and to add a cherry on top Match.com's charge put my credit card over the limit so there's another fee I incurred. They say it's in the terms and conditions that they will never do a full refund but come on. This is just straight up wrong and sounds illegal. Meanwhile they have made over $480 on me and I used the service for only 2 weeks and spent the rest of the time trying to figure out how the ** to deactivate my account so that I wouldn't get charged anymore. Funny thing is I DID deactivate my account multiple times but apparently never got an email confirmation about it so they say I didn't deactivate it but I most definitely did.

All I have to say is it's bad business and even worse customer service and customer support. Not worth the money to just get creepy messages 24/7. To have no help or responses to service inquiries is just wrong and shame on this company for their "policies" and the way they steal money from their customers. Sounds like I am not the only one who's dealt with the same thing and gotten the runaround...

I cancelled my subscription upon renewal and they would not refund me in full. I am not using their service. They have outsourced their customer service dept which is horrible. I'm calling my bank to have the charges reversed. Use a different site than theirs. POF offers the same or similar profiles that are real and not fake for FREE!

During the free trial, it looks like there a plenty of profiles with nice people on the site. So you shell out the $60 for three months so you can actually message some of them. Only after the first month or so, once you've sent dozens of messages and had only four read, do you realize that all of the other profiles are inactive. At this point, it's too late because the subscription fee is non-refundable. So your option is to shell out extra money to give the other accounts the ability to message back, or just accept the loss. The site is a complete scam.

I am glad I did not pay for subscription. I had joined a couple of months ago but found it rather irritating that you had to pay a subscription to contact someone. I also found it ridiculous that just for ONE month subscription it was rather high priced. NO thank you! I also found it quite shady that when you got a wink from someone a few hours later that profile would become invisible. That meant to me that those profiles were nothing but bots. I had thought about paying a subscription but I am glad I did not after reading the reviews from this site.

Worst site ever. I've been inundated with scammers - fake profiles. They steal people's photos and info and pretend to be them. Wasting your time taking advantage of people's situation until they can ask for money to be mailed somewhere. I reported the many that contacted me in less than 2 days on the site, but Match refuses to refund anything on one year subscription that I just signed up for less than 48 hours ago - wasted my time and $217! Customer service keeps denying but won't let me talk to a supervisor. Just puts me on hold indefinitely. Keeps trying to get me off the phone and says supervisor not available. An hour on the phone and no supervisor.

I bought a 6 month membership to Match.com through Apple iTunes. When I went to the match site to register, during the registration process the system froze and told me to contact Match. I contacted match and they told me my account was frozen for the safety of the membership. What? Having never been accused of a crime much less convicted nor having never been involved in online dating I was and still am sure they made a mistake. My name is not common so I doubt it was confusion. Match refused to give me any reason other than the safety of the membership. They weren't even very nice about it. Don't waste your time and money with these idiots.

A number of years ago I joined match.com and subscribed to their 6 months membership. I was thoroughly disappointed with the number of people in my area using this dating site and joined plenty of fish (a free date site) instead. Six months after joining I noticed a suspicious transaction against my bank account. To my horror I contacted my bank to a certain match.com had taken another payment. When I contacted match.com I was able to prove I hadn't utilized their site for five months and the payment was credited. I had to argue this point as they were not prepared at first to give me my money back. It turned out I was suppose to cancel the subscription 24 hours after taking out my membership. They certainly didn't make this clear on their website.

I'm now 50 years old and finding someone to settle down with considerably harder than it was ten years ago. To this purpose I thought I would give match.com another chance as they've been parading their successes on television advertisements. This time I registered knowing what to expect and signed back in the following day to cancel the subscription. Knowing most people are aware of this scam Match.com have now made canceling your subscription as complicated as possible. Instead of ticking a box you have to read the instructions and scour the web page to find the cancellation option. To say the least it was very complicated. After you've cancelled they blast you with discounts to extend your membership. Why do they make it so easy to extend but so difficult to cancel?

I also notice the change your mind option is in plain view and very close to your inbox. So close you can accidentally trigger this option so they can take additional payments. This might explain why another ex customer who wrote a review still had his subscription taken although he canceled his membership. This business practice is so wrong and it's about time the authorities put a stop to it. The whole experience was stressful and I won't be using their website again. It's about time governments around the world started looking after the consumers that put them in power as opposed to corporate businesses.

I have been a customer of Match.com off and on for over 5 years now. I recently received an email telling me that my account had been terminated without any explanation as to why. I attempted to contact them but was given the run around by their "customer support team." I was told that they would respond to my inquiry via email. Their response was as follows: "Due to our privacy practices, we cannot disclose specifics about any Match.com account, including your own. If you wish to obtain additional information, a valid subpoena, search warrant, or court order directed to Match.com is required." There was still one month left on my membership but what really bothers me is that this can happen to anyone. Has anyone else had this experience with Match.com?

I cancelled my service for Match.com and before the end of my subscription period they blocked me from access to their site even though I was still paying for it. This is a violation of their customer agreement and I believe it is happening on a huge scale and is worthy of a class action suit by some attorney looking for a good case. They also are using my profile without my permission to attract new users and I am not being compensated for it. As a result, Match send me notes saying Ms. X is interested in my profile, but I cannot access her note unless I re-subscribe, even though I am fully paid until the end of this month. Match makes it difficult to cancel and uses many tricks to keep billing your account. Their customer service is also slimy. Beware. Match will bill you well after you die. So if you know of any good class action lawyers, Match is a great case. They are worldwide and are pulling these scams on many continents.

GET A NEW DEBIT CARD if you have allowed them access to your debit card account. Once you do this, it will be as if your Match.com subscription no longer exist, you will not have very much access regardless of if your subscription was near expiring or not. However, at least you will have peace of mind that they won't be able to illegally charge your account. They are certainly FRAUDULENT!!! You pay for a subscription but you have very limited access. You can send messages but have to pay more money to receive messages. REALLY???!!! Not what I expected when I was subscribing to a dating site. RUN!!! Extremely dissatisfied with the cancellation process. I signed up a 2nd time in December 2015 and cancelled online in April 2016, before my 6 months contract. I thought nothing of it until I called to check my credit card balance and see that match.com not only charged me June 2016 but also December 2016. When I called 1800-326-5161 twice, the first time I was told that they could not find any account for me and the agent disconnected the call on me. On my second time around I was told that they have no request for cancellation and as a one time goodwill move they can give me a partial refund of my December charge since I did not cancel online properly. I informed the agent that I cancelled and deactivated my account online in April but I never received any cancellation email.

Long and short of this - I believe that this is a way of ripping off unsuspected subscribers and something should be done. This is not the first time Match.com has done this but in 2010 I was caulking it up as an oversight on mine and their part but not this time around. I think that we as ex-members should band together and file a class action lawsuit against Match.com and put an end to this unfair practice (let's see how they like to pay for service that have not been received). They need to stop taking advantage of individuals, as I can just imagine how much unsuspected individuals has been affected. As for me they got $350 Canadian for a service that was cancelled over 8 months ago. Let's band together and put an end to this.

I subscribed to Match.com with the hope of meeting a companion. Two of my dear friends met their spouses through this dating site, and I was optimistic. I met a couple of incredible people, but here is where Match.com failed to protect me, as well as my children. I believe a simple background check of paid subscribers would have eliminated my experience. Also, I had ended my subscription after three months, but they continued to use my profile and pictures for over a year to mislead people who were genuinely looking for love. Match.com also failed to issue me a refund for the three month subscription. Listed below are my two dating stories from hell:

First relationship: Was a person not living within the 50 mile radius I had specified. We had mutual interests, and he offered to fly to my city. I only provided my telephone number. After a few weeks of conversation, and texting, he calls to tell me about his two sick and dying dogs (it's cancer). He wants me to wire $20,000 into two separate bank accounts. I play along, obtain all information, and immediately notify all applicable law enforcement agencies. He actually was living in Ghana. Match.com apologized, but said they have no way of knowing if someone is actually scamming a member, and refused to refund my membership.

Second relationship: A handsome, charismatic man who happened to work in the same field, we also had a couple mutual business acquaintances. I did a background check through Spokeo, and nothing unusual came up. After a casual month of dating, something made me question his background. I did another internet check, and found he was charged and convicted of Assault with a Deadly Weapon in 2004. It was that easy. I notified Match.com immediately, yet they continue to allow this member full access to their site, even after I provided the court records. Please be wary of this business. Do your own background checks. As for me, I plan on meeting my next companion at the grocery store. I'll take my chances.

I was a member of Match.com for 2 days. During that brief period I was contacted by 3 different women trying to solicit money. One was from Russia and wrote me a sad e-mail telling me how she would relocate and become my mate. The other 2 were similar stories except both were from Ghana. Their stories were very different but they both 2 wanted me to pay for their relocation to become my mate. I signed up to meet a legitimate date and instead had my cell phone and laptop compromised by foreign scam artist. As for a refund, Match.com was willing to cancel my renewal but charged the full 3 months for 2 days of danger exposure to criminals. Match.com is as unscrupulous as the scam artist using them as a platform.

They got my money... again. They rely on a shady practice of not telling you when your subscription is about to expire, and ready and willing to tell you "too bad". I knew if I looked up Match.com reviews I would find the same clog of frustration/anger with this site's shady practices of knowing that (A) life is some times a little hectic to know exactly when your subscription will expire and (B) not send you a notification tell you otherwise. This is a "feature" they say they do not currently have. Below is my So-Long to their "contact us" link.

Dear Match, Why do I have to put a reminder in my calendar about the auto-renew feature that Match has you agree to and will not refund your money once its happened? I just spent a half hour telling your C.S. dept they can have their feature, and join the rest of the world to send out an auto-reminder that they're about to be charged 75 bucks if they don't cancel.

This practice is shady. To hide your money funnel in your terms is not good enough, people. Email reminders is a known function of business as a courtesy to let them know they are about to be auto-charged if they do not cancel. THAT would be a courtesy I know most people to get behind. That you're concerned my emails to a possible date could be interrupted. If you were that concerned, you would put an AUTO REMINDER ABOUT THE RENEWAL CHARGE. Instead of getting a partial refund now of 19 dollars, I want you to have my 75 that you will never get again and use my frustration to tell all I know never to use Match. Never to sign up with a company that uses small print to hide their sneaky, no full refund policy, in their terms of services. Please be better than this.

It would also be helpful if they provided background checks on their members. It would save people so much lost time and heartache. I contacted Match's Customer Service and they could not find a resolution for my experience. I dated for 8 months a man who greatly deceived me. He has two accounts on Match.com which are ** and **.

Ladies please do your research as I did but unfortunately towards the end of our relationship before dating this man. His name is David **, age 60 and lives in Algonac, MI. His employment is in Farmington Hills, MI for Avon Automotive and normally seeks out women in that area such as myself. He has been divorced twice and was abusive towards his ex wives as well as towards me which is why I left him. Please save yourself the heartache and do your research on anyone that you meet online. Used to be a good site. What's changed: If you have a free account, you'll probably notice your view count skyrocketing. You'll be getting "likes", winks, and emails but of course you can't see any of the users that are showing interest until you pay. Once you do, you'll notice that many of the profiles that were interested are now hidden or no longer exist. The emails, likes, winks, and views mysteriously slow down drastically. A large percentage of the female profiles appear to be fake. Pics are pulled off of various sites online and pasted into profiles. Match.com has been sued over this for millions. At best, they are looking the other way when fake profiles are posted. At worst, Match.com is posting them. Either way, it seems their business practices have changed since the last time I used them. They no longer verify content or pictures when profiles are posted which they used to do.
