Thank you, Bev from Springfield, OH. Bev had the same issue as mine. My account was blocked by a Facebook administrator about the same date for the same reason. I thought it was a hoax or that someone had hacked into my account. The first item on the Facebook policy is to allow users to connect with friends. The administrator said users are not allowed to connect with people they do not know. First of all, the FB policy does not say that. I could write of days on this, but let us just stop here at this one point. Facebook does not say you are not allowed to send a friend request to someone you do not know. Even I receive the same on a regular basis. This administrator abuse makes Facebook an unreliable media resource.

Facebook intentionally breached the privacy policy by involving improper and unauthorized collection, use, disclosure, retention and disposal of my personal information/account; therefore, I will press charges against Facebook. I am fed up and I will publicly warn people against the danger of an account on Facebook.

We have a Facebook business page, but when we tried to post links back to our own site, they are blocked as spam. Our website has no more or less commercial content than any other, yet it is blocked and others are not. I have tried to contact Facebook support by every possible method and they are completely unresponsive. Not just an unsatisfactory answer, but no answer at all!

I can't log-in to my account because of the security check. There was no massage sent to me, the phone call gives me a wrong code and I sent my government ID but didn't respond to my mail.

I had an account with PayPal and Facebook for purchasing Facebook credits (poker chips). Without my knowledge or authorization, PayPal accessed my account and took three separate amounts of money. I first became aware of this when two days later I received three emails from Facebook Ireland informing me that money had been refunded to my account. Obviously, this concerned me and prompted me to email them as to what they were doing. Are they helping themselves to my money? I’ve lost count how many times I’ve emailed them about this and yet I have not received any explanation or resolution to my complaints.

I forgot my FB password and then I tried resetting it, but the email address I have on my FB and the phone number no longer exist. Now FB doesn't want to give me an option for an alternative email or phone number. I can't get my FB back, this is **. I want a link sent to me where I can reset my password and get my FB back!

Facebook is discriminating against my posts. I support Ron Paul and FB kicked me off for 3 days. Whatever happened to our constitutional rights, our freedom of speech has been cut off by FB.

I reported 3 sexually explicit posts, very explicit for a 17 year old girl (her account was obviously hacked). I clicked on the report story, did this 3 times for the 3 different stories. Now Facebook has decided to block my account. This was as soon as I clicked submit on the 3rd complaint. I no longer have access to my phone that was used to register. This profile is my business account and I would like to sue Facebook for this as I have done nothing wrong. I can and will be getting this phone number back, but it will cost me. Facebook has blocked access to my account unless I provide government ID, photo and other personal information. Please include me in a class action lawsuit against Facebook. Why am I always getting reported for many different things such as asking someone to be friends to my account, being shut down because of my password being used somewhere? This has been an ongoing issue that I have. Is someone taking a lot of their time to hurt me? I want more info on who is accusing me of trying to friend them and who is also causing my account to be shut down almost weekly. If you won't help me find who is doing this to me, you let me know so I can copy my friends' names off here and shut Facebook down. This is not right and it's without a doubt, done to hurt me. I closed my Facebook account in February. Now, I'm hearing that there's a fake Facebook page using my info trying to scam people. Facebook is doing nothing. This is a serious matter. I am a woman of 55. I am a shut in and invalid for three years now. Facebook will not delete my accounts. Facebook is using my account to get the state, police, Backus and Lawrence Hospitals, pharmacies, Walgreens, and CVS involved to help make their organization’s money. Facebook supports police brutality and harassment of people at homeless shelters. They support the harassment of people that travel.

I have a business account as a profile, as in a small online clothing line, and I take orders through Facebook. But Facebook has blocked my account and is showing me random pictures of people, who are clients or of people who have added me. I don't know any of them personally. I tried to log in to my homepage and it won't let me. I am always having trouble with Farmville. It will refresh all the time. Facebook is the biggest bully on the internet. They are telling you that you don’t know the person you have sent a friend request to. They block you from inviting friends sometimes for two weeks at a time. They never tell you exactly what you did wrong and instructions for inviting friends you really know are not given. I have neither a landline nor a cell phone. All communications are via the internet. All of a sudden Facebook will not allow me to sign on without providing them a phone number. No warning. Nothing. I can't even get online with them to complain or to cancel my account. There should be a requirement that such companies offer live customer support. I can't tell you how angry I am.

There is a person that I keep blocking, and he will come on in a different name or he gets his friends to send a request. I quit adding friends, but he still keeps following me on FB and starting trouble with me, posting obscene junk on my wall and sending inboxes to me. In this case, it's the choices under apps/how people bring your info to apps they use. The smarmy heading on this section reads: "People on Facebook who can see your info can bring it with them when they use apps. This makes their experience better and more social. Use the settings below to control the categories of information that people can bring with them when they use apps, games and websites."

"Unilag girls caught having sex" posted by Bongo **: There is a very disturbing link posted of three ladies forced to have sex with each other! This is inhumane and should not be on Facebook at all! I find it offensive and degrading as a woman and most importantly as a human being. This has been on the website now for 22 hours, and today's date is 04/04/2012. Please do something about this as soon as possible.

Last week, about 3-29-2012 or 3-30-2012, we had Verizon FiOs installed on our store's computer/phone lines. Ever since, I have been locked out of my Facebook account. I have verified my ID with a photo ID. I have requested a new password. I have verified names of friends whom I am associated. I am still locked out. Facebook has sent me 15 automated emails with instructions as to how to reclaim my account and new passwords, etc. Nothing worked, and as of today, 4-2-2012, I am still locked out.

We had Verizon FiOS installed at our store, affecting both of our computers. Since then, I have been blocked out of my own Facebook account. I know the password; I've used it for years. I went through all of their "steps" about 7 times - or more - to no avail. I reset the code, changed the password, and even got to provide my ID with a photo that they requested. I am unable to contact anyone. I have spent hours attempting to resolve it and cannot even get into the account to delete it. They have sent me many "canned" messages about it, but not any help. Facebook needs to be either controlled or co-operative.

I run an alert awareness service on Facebook where I have brought all emergency services to work together. You keep asking me to tell you who are in the pictures. Freezing my account will not let me make friends. They said I was asking too many people to be my friend that have not responded. So, they said that it is harassment. Who said that they are the Social Police? I am not harassing people by asking them to be my friend. I will never know unless I ask them to be my friend. If they do not respond, then I know the answer is no. Facebook has no right to tell me who I can ask to be my friend. If someone is complaining, then Facebook should have them go through the procedures first. Complainer should contact the person and tell them to stop. For four months, I have tried unsuccessfully to log on Facebook. I followed all the instructions and typed in all the required data. I have been rejected by the following messages: "Bye, try later" or "You are using too many codes." Tonight, it said it had texted me a new password. Now, how they do that is a mystery to me as I only have a desk phone and no voice mail and no cell phone—magic. I have 15 friends and family on Facebook and I keep getting messages from Facebook telling me so and so has put up new pictures so and so has finished their course in college, etc. My friends and family say, "Where are you?” And I say Facebook has blocked me out. Why? I have no idea. I have made attempts from six am to two am. I even tried once at three am. They keep sending me new passwords. Every time I use them, I get the same messages.

My ex is placing derogatory information on Facebook about me. She is posting photographs on Facebook with derogatory statements on it about me. I see this as defamation of my character. She is using Facebook to further her personal vendetta against me and I want her to stop. I am not on Facebook and my friends showed me her page. I'm angry to say the least! On March 27, our Facebook Business Page began sending multiple requests to random people over and over and over again asking them to "Like Us". Some people got 10 emails. Clients were calling very upset. There was no 800 number to call Facebook to ask them to disable this from happening. I did send numerous email requests to Facebook advising them that this was happening from the "Account Settings" report a problem. I selected "Spam" and advised that my website was sending repeated messages to clients and people that I had never even heard of before. Of course, I never even got a confirmation that these emails were received.

I am the administrator of Antonio **, a page about an Art School in Lisbon. It was created by me as a meeting point for the old students of the 60s. I'm collecting old photos that I post. Many old students post photos as well. Today I tried to upload a video with images from 1963 and it failed 3 times I don't know why. Now I get a message that due to problems of copyright it is not possible to upload videos anymore. Please give me the possibility to upload videos. They are home videos, there are no copyrights questions.

Facebook has banned my account and hundreds of other members over unanswered and unwelcomed friend requests due to a script or bot software they are running that is supposedly saying we are sending out too many friend requests to people we do not know, when that is false! These friend requests are actual people we know and we are being banned for it! I have records of hundreds, if not thousands of people on Facebook, me being one who has been banned twice in one week now. First time for 24 hours, this time for 7 days, others are for 30 days ban. This is getting ridiculous! We need someone to help us please! Facebook will not provide anyone to speak with us no matter what we do. They just keep sending out ** form letters by computer! Please help me to get this turned around. This is getting out of hand and our rights are being violated. Today is my mother's, who is deceased, birthday. To get some sort of closure, I always post a video, pictures or a tribute to her. This gives me and my family some sort of comfort. I worked on putting together a collage of pictures for about 5 hours using the Windows Live Movie Maker application. There is a tab at the top that says share, and gives Facebook as one of the sources to share.

Suspended for 30 days for searching for friends - I had to re-sign in and then a notice came up, said I was suspended for 30 days for trying to find friends. I never clicked on any one profile, totally absurd by Facebook.

Somebody hacked my computer and communicated with some ladies and talked some filth. Actually, I don't know how they were added to my chat page. Once I logged in, they asked me "How are you?" My son asked me to buy one game in Facebook. I put my number's card and password only for that purchase. Facebook said I posted “spam” and disabled my account! First, I never post ads or spam items. Second, Facebook must tell me what post they say violates their very vague so-called rules. Why is it when I do follow the rules and send friend requests to people I really do know who are friends from school or people I know, a screen comes up and blocks me for 4 days when I know all these people I send request to? This is the 4th time this happened, and Facebook needs to fix it. My best friend died, and I sent a request to his sister whom I personally know. Then I couldn't, because I was blocked for 4 days. My ex boyfriend Justin ** is putting up nudity pictures of me, either on one of his pages or my pages. I can’t figure out where they are but people are writing me, telling me they are on there. My Facebook account was temporarily suspended. The reason they gave was that I must have logged on to a fake Facebook site and that this was known as phishing. It was supposedly suspended for security reasons. I have been trying to call them for 2 weeks. They offer no customer telephone support. You can leave a message – and I have left several – but no one returns your call. I have also tried to e mail them with no results. At this point, I would like to delete my account since I can't use it. Yet, I can't even get in to do that. Can you help?

When I sent any friend request to anyone, it appears that my ID is blocked! I want a reason why my ID is blocked.

It’s kind of hard to 'like' you when Facebook requires you to own a cell phone and also requires you own a scanner if you don't own the first. If for whatever reason you don't own one of those, their security system flags you as maybe not being who you claim to be. You are ** out of luck and banned indefinitely with nothing but an automated response and a too bad. Unbelievable insanity, in my opinion.

My Facebook account was hacked and my personal information was exposed and used by someone who had a beef with me to spread a bunch of false information about me. Something needs to be really done with the internet to protect our privacy. I have since deactivated my Facebook account.

I was "poking" a lady friend when I decided to check my pokes prior to the time at which she poked me. I read on the screen, "To poke someone, go to their timeline..." You may understand where I am going with this by now. It is to my understanding that I would not physically be able to go to more than one person's timeline in order to poke one person. I was misled by this, but suddenly understood that there was a simple grammatical error. I could not go to "their" timeline, but could most certainly go to "his or her" timeline. Therefore, it should be written, "To poke someone, go to his or her timeline..." I appreciate your understanding of this error and hope to see a necessary correction in the near future.

The hard drive crashed on our computer. When we replaced it and my wife went on to Facebook, she couldn't play any of her games. The Facebook helps are worthless. We can't get online support. My wife has spent over $1,000 on these stupid games and now she can't play them. I have never known a company that is so callous and doesn't give a rip about its customers.

Redirection - Currently, I cannot access Facebook due to being redirected to "Mojo". This is ridiculous and an unethical business practice. Facebook uses "personal targeting" in advertising based on surfing behavior and history. I do not mind that. I am now noticing that my private messages (using the message option on the home page) are obviously being monitored as well. I am getting advertising referring directly to things discussed only in private messages where there has been definitely no further search activity regarding the subject. To be precise, I discussed the merits of Dr. Oz and Dr. Phil with a friend. Within 24 hours I am seeing advertising about both of them on my Facebook page. Coincidence? I don't think so. Isn't this illegal?

On February 3, I made a comment on the Julia Gillard site regarding a wannabe liberal. I was suspended, this did not breach facebook rules, etc. Then, over the last 48 hours, first 4 times, someone keeps cutting me off. I change the passwords, it happens again and again and again, I've gone to the help center site many times, and it doesn't work, it's totally inappropriate. Then I get back on and someone complains again, etc.

About three months ago, Facebook sent me a message that I had befriended people I didn't know, which is not true. I was not allowed on the Facebook page unless I signed that I knew it was wrong to "befriend" people I didn't know. I signed it back then, but got another message today, with the same request. I didn't sign it because I haven't been sending out requests to anyone I didn't know. In fact, I had not sent out many friend requests at all. I wonder if it's a virus, but still, Facebook shouldn't be requiring that someone sign something unless they can prove that the user is sending out too many friend requests.

I'm not happy with Facebook. It keeps saying that I'm sending requests to people I don't know, and that's not true. And it keeps blocking me from adding people. If you, guys, don't stop that, then I will delete my account and find something way better! It's annoying. Do something about it now! I cannot receive post from all my friends. I sent a message to two of them last night and now I receive post from one. I think it is the stinking timeline. No one likes it. Why don't you remove it? I've been using my Facebook account for over two years. I'm a center of my circle so many people that have been on my friend's list have invested time on Facebook because of me. Now, I am trying to connect to my account as usual. All of a sudden, it is now requiring me to enter my phone number in order for me to continue using my account. **. That's like an ultimatum. If I won't provide my private info then I won't be able to log in or all the time I've invested is a waste. That's a war on Zuckerberg! I won't let Facebook to hold on to my account info without my permission. I tried to contact the support from phone and they won't help over the phone and asked me to go to Facebook's help page. I tried to contact Facebook's help from their support page but no answer, ever. I want to go to Facebook office and show them what it's like to ** with me unless if they help terminating my account. I found out that on Facebook, this ** happens often and then people use your profile pictures to personify someone else! Don't use Facebook!

My soon to be ex-wife stole my FB account, password and email. She is sending nasty messages to friends and family. I made a new one and would like to delete my old one.

I had to buy a new laptop because my old one broke. Facebook would not recognize me on my new laptop. I had a tech-savvy friend come to help me and Facebook made us create a second account. That was 3 weeks ago. Yesterday, when I tried to login to Facebook, it had a third account it was setting up for me. It had no details of my profile but listed all of my "friends" to be asked again if they wanted to be my "friend" on Facebook. I am very worried about identity theft. What has happened to my other 2 accounts and the personal data included in them? Their complaints system is pretty stupid. It allows for complaints from other countries but insists on having a US state included in the address. I do not live in a US state. Facebook is a multi-national corporation with a virtual monopoly on social networking. Catch up with the game.

I am getting emails from women wanting me to be their ** on Facebook. I am not a member of Facebook, yet listed on Facebook. I am a woman and do not want to be with a woman. I am flooded by contact. I am 64 and I am shocked by these unwanted emails. Please respond asap. I do not want to be on Facebook.

I tried to log in to my Facebook account today and received a message from Facebook that my account has been suspended for 14 days due to sending multiple friend requests to people that I do not know. I didn't send any requests for a while. It's not the first time I am blocked. You allowed some lady to blow my email up with her and her group. I received my account to be suspended. I answered everyone who facebooked me only. Look into the situation. She kept saying someone was harassing her and kept opening this page about how long she was in business and a lot of nonsense. I am an author. I tried to complete a security check for Facebook to send me a code and I entered my email address and my cell number and they never send me the code to my email address. I have a choice for them to send me a code by email or by calling me. For days, I have been asking and that turned into weeks. I am connecting family, not friends, and I will not check your box. You need to check the box to make sure you understand that this is my family members, and it is okay to connect with family.

Logging in today, I received the next escalation in FB blocks, and this time for 30 days. There is just one tiny little catch: I am not sending out FB friend requests and have not since the first warning. There is nothing preventing anyone from going to anyone else's profile account and filing a false abuse report. The link is available to all. The thing is public and FB takes these reports of abuse at face value. Like who would possibly lie to the morons on FB?!

My brother gave me his password to his Facebook account long before he died, so that whenever he couldn't get to his computer he would just get me to log on and do whatever he wanted done. He always wanted me to have access to his Facebook so he gave me the password himself (how else would I have it!?). He died on January 3, 2010 and I kept his Facebook going for him. Facebook errors and restrictions - Every time I log into Facebook, I am placed on a new 30-day period of Facebook restriction for supposedly sending friend requests. However, I have been on 30-day restrictions that have been reset for 4 months now. So there is no way I can even send a friend request to even get a new restriction. I have sent friend requests in the past for game issues. I play Mafia Wars and people suggest friends to me, however, on restriction, I can't do anything but log in and look at feeds, no chats, no messages or anything. It just got reset again a few minutes ago, when I haven't sent anything at all.

It takes forever to download Farmville/Pioneerville. When you go to accept gifts, it takes you to Farmville or Pioneerville or it says the gift can not be sent now. When you do finally get on either one of those sites, you get kicked out shortly saying you need to refresh your page. There are entirely too many things you have to do to finish one project. Example: 5 levels to get to finish on project and they aren't simple things to do, it takes forever! Especially in Frontierville. Farmville is getting to be the same way. If you don't have a life or job and can sit around and play all day, then okay. But for most of us, we work and come home for some stress relief and all we get is added stress. This is ridiculous. Please stop making so many levels to complete for these projects, you no sooner make a new project and 2 days later, there are 2 more projects to work on.

I don’t understand Facebook. I don’t know the Facebook people that friend request me all the time on Facebook. Well, apparently I got a report that I been friending people I don’t know as well and I guess I got in trouble from FB. It doesn’t make sense to me because I get “people you may know” from FB all the time. So, am I supposed to not ask them to be my FB or another question is how do they think I came about over a thousand FBs?

FB blamed me for being hacked, and locked me out for good. I tried everything to get back on, only to find myself going around in the same circle. I was told to change all my email passwords. I did. I was told to change my FB password every time I went around. So, I quit - but wait, they won't let you quit, you have to be on a page, logged in to hit the accounts menu. Good trick, if you're locked out. I spent lots of time, (giving time) to think about all the info I stupidly put on and is available for the picking. The extra volume of traffic emails is amazing! Catch 22 - a member but not allowed on or allowed to quit. Is FB a scam? Maybe! Now I hear Goggle is trying something similar. I am social networked out. I have my friends' email, why did I join? FB provides a list you should contact. I did and was barred for days, weeks at a time. Now I can't even get on or out. I want out and I want to erase everything I had on my site.

I just checked to see how much money was on my debit card and the balance was zero. I have not touched the card in 3 months and I get a paycheck deposited into it monthly. I got a phone call from my daughter yesterday afternoon asking if I was okay. I said why. She said, "You were on Facebook saying you had been mugged and robbed, saying you were in a big mess." Today, I was blocked from Facebook friend requests as somebody is reporting to Facebook that I am sending friend requests. All the requests I have been making are to family and friends I know. What I do not understand is how can Facebook block me and cannot advise me who the person that is reporting me so that I can stop sending request to that individual person. Why is it that Facebook can shut down sites which publish photos of mothers breastfeeding but allows publishing of photos of brutal and violent acts towards animals published in abundance? A pathetic attempt to control this by reliance on users of Facebook to report such photos and videos is not good enough.
