I was locked out of adding friends. I found a friend on Facebook and went to add him and found out I was locked out from adding friends without any reason. I have not been on Facebook for over three months and when I decided to get back on there is a block that I can't add any friends. I didn't do anything to warrant this action. I cannot find a way of contacting them to find out what happened. I'm a relatively new participator only a member since this spring but this is ridiculous. This is embarrassing when you go to add them.

I have been trying to reconnect with friends from my hometown and connect with friends in my current town. I also have been trying to connect with fellow bodybuilders. I have been locked out from submitting friend requests again because some folks have a privacy setting on their accounts. The problem is I cannot know that prior to submitting the friend request. I am very frustrated with this as I do not advertise, I am not asking anyone for anything and yet I am being treated like some type of stalker! I want to continue using Facebook and I have really enjoyed staying in contact or re-establishing contact with old friends. I just do not like being unfairly locked out of friend requests. Please review this matter and remove the block from my account. Kindly fix this for me.

3 days now since I can sign into my account. I never received a notice, warning of violation and account deletion. I have contacted them twice, stating my concerns. I am in the middle of a book writing challenge and I cannot monitor any activity posted on Facebook. Facebook is behaving in a funny manner lately. I am posting pictures taken by me of a historical site, Sarkhej Roza Complex in Ahmedabadand. Then I am warned and blocked due to violations. Similarly, I uploaded a Bengali song taken from Youtube and got a similar warning. Is it a Facebook policy of banning pictures of trees, buildings, scenes taken by me with my name embedded, or songs taken from public domain for spreading culture in form of music and songs, as copyright violation? These are already available freely at different public domains.

How come every time I try to log off of my Facebook application on my cell phone, it disrupts my web browser and now force closes. I can't open it now. It keeps wanting to force close. I have turned off my phone, taken out the battery, restarted my phone and it still force closes. I need my web browser on my phone because I use it to find doctor's offices for my job. This has become an extreme nuisance. Please help fix this. Also, with all of the new updates and what not, Facebook has ultimately caused more problems with keeping up communications with people. I should not have to remain logged in and check daily if I have been invited to an event, or if someone commented on my comment and vice versa. This is an insult to my intelligence. I am about to deactivate my account completely and go back to MySpace as they have never treated their consumers in this manner. I truly believe Facebook has become extremely greedy and now is becoming ultimately creepy. I am also trying to get everyone I am connected with on Facebook to get on the bandwagon and boycott them.

Facebook is now requiring us to give our phone numbers before we can access our Facebook accounts. I have one account for my blog on Healthy Living Natural Beauty, and when I went to log in today, it would not let me, until I entered a phone number. I have an unlisted number and do not want to share it with social media. Now, I can't even access the account to disable it unless I give them my number. So, I entered my cell number and it still wouldn't let me into my account. It said I had entered it too many times and would have to try later. So now, they have my cell number and they won't let me into my account.

I had changed my password at least 25 times or more. Every time I change, someone changes it again. I don't know if I'm getting hacked. I have been being harassed by Kelli **, Susanne **, Angie **, and a few others for the last 2 months on Facebook. I have copies of a Facebook group they created about me titled "You know you got haters when?". I have 55 pages of slander and threats of bodily harm and harassment. I went to my local police department with the problem but they said there wasn't anything they could do. They wouldn't even file an incident report. The officer went and spoke to his sergeant and was told that anyone can build a Facebook page, that there is no proof of who created it. They still have not shut down the group and to my knowledge, she is still posting things about me and my friends.

Facebook sent me a text which wrote that I must present ID to prove the name I was using was legal. They also told me if I don't use my real name, my account will be de activated. I really need my account back! They made harm to my job which is inviting people to nightclubs here in my town.

Facebook has enticed me along with several million others to use their product for "free". Facebook, as a social network website, promised to improve security for its users. It is a false promise. I have a list of names, as well as visual physical evidence, that they exist and who the perpetrators are. They hack private accounts, create clone accounts and also use explicit materials and language via another individual's account. However, numerous attempts to contact Facebook and to make them aware that this is happening is in vain. Facebook has yet to shutdown these people, unless Facebook, as it is a business enterprise, should be held accountable for these actions or lack of it. The fact of the matter is, they allow these hackers to operate on Facebook, but does not leave any avenue for Facebook users to contact the website's owners about it. So, please help.

Facebook is posting all cellphone numbers of people on friends list, as well as mobile phone contact list, without asking whether it may do so.

I have made multiple attempts to complain via email and via phone, and cannot get any response. Someone has created multiple facebook profiles using my daughter's name; they were impersonating her. went to india and tried to login to facebook, it kicked me out and now i am able to change password via my sign up email address but it asks for a security check and i may not have put in the right birth date. Also, it says login in from a device you logged in before, i have not used a device to login to facebook before excluding my laptop.

I have contacted facebook twice via telephone to report that one of thier subscribers has been posting harassing comments and profanity aimed at my 16 year old son. He aslo posted my sons # and asked anyone who could see it to call and harass my son. After being on Facebook for several years, using it to keep in contact with distant friends and family members, I had a girl whom I had never met before steal my identity and create a fake Facebook profile to go along with it. She slandered any of my friends and family members who spoke to her on this profile page she created, when they contacted the profile thinking it was me. When I became aware of the profile and the damage she had caused to my emotions and the emotions of my loved ones, I "hunted" down this profile page and reported it as a fake profile pretending to be me.

I tried to resolve this directly with Facebook but they have removed any avenues for their users to contact them directly! I am a Facebook user for a year or so. Today, I have been blocked for 4 days for using the friend finder to connect with my long-standing friends on Linkedin.com. I find this unacceptable! There were 366 friends I was able to tick to send them an invitation to connect with them via Facebook. I was unable to see the text of the invitation and assume that you don't mention to the people that whoever invites has an existing connection, therefore a valid reason to ask to join them on Facebook. That way, it would eliminate misunderstandings of people you are familiar with and people wouldn't report you as spammer.

I ran an online internet ad on Facebook. I set this ad up myself to run one day from 1/21/11 to 1/22/11 because I wanted to try out the service. I have never used this service before. Late this week, I discovered that the ad was run for six days, unauthorized, and my checking account had been charged $125 in unauthorized charges. " The subscription is cancelled now but no refund was issued because there's no support staff available. I emailed to their support line and received no answer.

I have a registered account with Facebook with my real name and that got banned because my I changed my display name to something other than my real name. I have been receiving numerous telemarketing calls, saying they specifically got my information from Facebook.
