I can't get answers and facebook is the main venue in which I contact family members from far away and now I cannot do that. Very frustrating!

Here I am sure this is what happened. I have had this Facebook account for years and is based on a small business. We complained about a China-based Parcel Forwarder USGoBuy with no accreditation as later found out. Incidentally they were difficult to contact. Chat that did not work or calls that would not be answered. And when that was complained through their Facebook page...immediately our account is in Block. Facebook in this instance is going with the culprit -- both are equally stupid.

First closed account, then wanted color driver’s license to verify my id. Reason they told me finally was for safety and security reason. They never clarified the reason. It might because i was living in my van for awhile using free WiFi around town so location seen in different locations might have set up an alert. If that was the case then FB should of told me so i could tell them what was going on. Anyway i lost pictures of my daughter and grandchildren and messages from family and friends. I do not care if they close the account if they feel i violated their rules. But they could of at least let me keep what i had saved in the account. I doubt that i will trust a social network again.

I am rather dissatisfied with my experience with Facebook thus far. Recently I had my account flagged as using a fake name twice. But first let me explain why I was using a fake name. I am a furry, which is a subculture/fandom of sorts, and I prefer to go by my fursona or furry name over my biological name. In real life I usually prefer to go by my fursona's name more so than my biological birth name, and am often only referred to by colleagues and immediate family as my biological name, though I still have preference to go by my fursona identity.

Recently, Facebook saw it fit to flag me as using a fake name, and I was forced to show a photo ID to prove my identity. This not only opens up a lot of legal infringements and rights. I also feel that this is injustice to those that are within the furry fandom that may prefer to go by their fursona identities. I should not have to show my ID to prove who I am. I am me. I am not pretending to be anyone else. I could understand if I was pretending to be someone else I wasn't. I am still being me - it is just not using my in real life biological name, but my fursona name which I prefer to go by.

I think what really upsets me the most, however, is not simply the fact that I was forced to not only provide identification to who I am and forced to use a name that I really do not wish to reveal on the world wide web (as Facebook no longer makes it capable for us to be unsearchable... I really miss the days that I could opt to be unsearchable completely from Facebook), but also that when I do flag posts and submissions on pages for breaking their rules - **, death threats, etc., it often gets overlooked or I receive an automatic feedback from Facebook that states "the infringing material was not removed." Yet when it comes to me just using a name other than my biological name, Facebook sure seems to be adamant on correcting that, when they are failing to remove or fix the things that are really going wrong on Facebook.

I am appalled at their lack of responsibility, and seeming to not only allow further harassment to continue as well as ** when there are children under the age of 18 on Facebook, but also at their promptness to disable me for something so mediocre and meaningless, while they let things slip by that could really cause more harm than good. I really missed the days when Facebook cared about its members... and I always got a prompt response to everything. Now they seem to be more focused on numbers and giving out people's PII illegally more so than actually preventing the things that are causing people harm on their own site...

Why after 7 years do Facebook decide to send me a message saying that ** has been hacked and I need to send ID for this Account before they will activate? This is one big lie as Chris Cox confirms himself you can use other names as Facebook Friend accounts, he confirmed this 1st October 2014. I have build up an audience of over 18k people over the past 6-7 years and am linked to fan pages where I cannot access now, we spend money over the years & we must have got 1000's of people to join Facebook due to the work we do on the Club Scene and Facebook, and they do this all because of a name which is legally registered so why are they allowed to do this?

I along with my sponsors have spend lots of money advertising on Facebook. They can take your money just as quick as they can close you down. I have tried logging in with questions and it will not allow us to do anything except send ID and proof it's a real name. Can anyone help out there as it's been 24 hours and Facebook have not yet responded? I will lose work because of this as I am self employed.

I believe the reports are read by computers. No way humans read these. I've had my groups deleted. No explanation. I've been blocked many times. Been told 5 times I am "not a real person" and had to show them my driver's license "form of legal ID" which cannot be legal. A class action lawsuit needs to be done on that! I am one of the most active admins in groups on fb. In no way do my groups violate their rules. People are vindictive who I delete from my groups. They do not use logic... I delete 20-100 in a day? Then one or more report me and/Or my group. Duh. If it was humans they could see that.

I have my real name! I have my family with my last name. I have personal info I post in long paragraphs multiple times daily...yet 5 times now I'M not "a real person"? And why don't they keep track of who they have already verified as "a real person"? I feel fully 100% harassed. And then, they find people not guilty who I report. Who post naked penis pics and harass me for a week straight. I got blocked for days for a pic that showed cleavage/Breast crack.

There is no recourse. And no way to contact them. You have to admit guilt basically. Click and proceed. It's scary. My life is not good. The only way I connect with humans is online. They are making my life hell. And allowing people who hide behind the veil of their computers and cells to bully people to continue....and then they just laugh at facebook and us innocent ones.

I've had two groups deleted. I've been blocked up to 30 days unfairly. Had one fb page deleted. Told I'M "not a real person" 5 times. Forced to be "susan" and not "suzy" which all refer to me as in life. Smh. They have a ludicrous warning when your group gets reported...that sounds like a dr seuss rhyme...says "something" or "someone" basically DID something in your group. Huh??

I don't put my true identity because I have been stalked in the past with violent consequences. I submitted another name. After a few days, they suspended my account again, and now insist that I provide the listed government-issued private and personal information just to let me log back in to access my friend information so I can quit FB. My personal security is under threat if I provided any of these ids to them. Any hacker could get into their system and steal these, not to mention what FB themselves sell this information for without the person's knowledge.

Facebook's robotic filtering of 'unanswered requests for short periods of time' (as if everyone used Facebook 24/7 and daily answered every single post and friend request), not only blocks users from sending requests, 'way too often,' but such blocks interfere with the flow of the very paradigm they have created.

I suspect for this reason Facebook will be highly superseded over the next few years by a new breed of less security conscious social media networks and that their Stock will plummet. Facebook does not have an ethical manner in determining the actions it takes against its users. This is an abuse of the very essence of free discourse. A person by the Facebook name of Eric ** complained because he didn't like the way he was responded to... Nothing about my response to him reached a level even CLOSE to that of being a rational reason for being removed for 12 hrs... or at all. Here it is in its entirety.

Eric it's pretty ** simple... even you should understand it. Anything that does not go towards maintaining our government and its required tasks... and is taxed beyond that rate for the purposes of affecting a "better outcome" for others... is the theft of MY MONEY.. or of MY outcome. I do not owe you or society around me the fruits of my labor... my mind... my innovation or invention. Nor does it owe ME its efforts.

You confuse national interests with social engineering at the hands OF our government... by way of taxation.. and then have the brainless balls to call it "fair share"... What I do owe is the agreed upon amount (based on our progressive tax rate) required for governance, police, fire, military, infrastructure, environment... NOT so that someone else can feed their family or keep a roof over their head.... That is theft in the name of common good... Done with the idea that it is for our own good.

FACEBOOK HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! (As a $100 billion company, they can afford a phone number!!) A mad ex-employee deleted me as an admin and subsequently deleted the business FB page that I had spent thousands of dollars and 3 years building. I tried EVERYTHING you mentioned here plus more and nothing helped. I tried every option suggested on the Facebook's help page, and every idea mentioned on every relevant forum I found on the internet. I sent over 10 emails to Facebook to every email that's published for them, and in return, I receive 2 generic emails sending me to generic help pages that were no help at all. Even though I have paid FACEBOOK hundreds of dollars in advertising and but countless hours, days, and years into building a following, they would not hep me AT ALL.

I sent them all the proof they could ever want, copies of my business license, proof that I paid for all the advertising for the page, etc. and they completely ignored me. I HATE FACEBOOK. Here's one tip I learned from all this: Don't ever give FB a penny of your money because they can delete your page at any time for any reason and they have ZERO customer service even if you are a paying customer. There is NO PHONE NUMBER and they won't even give you the courtesy of an email that answers your questions or offers and sort of assistance. I'm seeking an attorney to represent me in a lawsuit against Facebook.

What happens usually is they give me the code on the phone, I put it in the box and I click continue. What pops up is something that says error, we will fix this later and they say the code is invalid to get another one. I do and the same error pops up and I have to get a third code. Then they say I have tried too many codes, please try again later! I have been trying again for over a week and it still says they have an error! I haven't been able to get into my account now for over a week and all I want to do is be able to change my password without all the errors! Please, can someone help me!

If you ignore their suggestions, I still get blocked. Everyone I communicate with I either went to school with, or know here where I live, i.e., family. When you try to complain to FB - there is no way to QUESTION THEIR AUTHORITY. You get blocked for 2 weeks, 3 weeks, and then 30 days. FB ultimately blocks you for 30 days, then completely! During that time - there is no way to contact them and ask that they purge you from their Program, so you wait, and wait and wait. Has anyone else had this problem... What do you do? Go to another Social network program, complain to the BBB???

I realize that Facebook can do whatever they want to with their social site. However, they have suspended me and it was supposed to be for seven days but it has been two months at least. Also, they stated that my timeline would not be shown and they are showing it and allowing my friends to post. Facebook also sends me notices that I have posts and I should reply but since I am still suspended, I can't reply nor disable my timeline or cancel my own membership. They are stealing my pictures, posts, and information without my approval or control. I have tried and tried to contact their administration or employees but I must be logged in to do that.

They just won't communicate with me. They just continue with their accusations and implications that I am supposedly looking for a date or wanted lots of friends or other ridiculous rude comments regarding my character. They showed a list of people that they accused me of stalking and it is just old friends that I grew up with and supposedly didn't recognize me. I just want to disable my account. My page is **. If you go to that site, you will see that it is still up. I consider the way they are treating me unprofessional and grossly abusive. They should at least allow me to contact them.

I use Facebook mainly for playing games, and 99% games on Facebook require interactions with other players. Most require that you have to add them as contact in order to have them as 'neighbors' to help each other to progress in the game.

When these gamers add other players as Facebook contacts, they are prompted to answer if they know the person they are sending request to, outside Facebook. Most people either do now answer this or they select 'No' being honest. Answer 'No' sends a complaint to Facebook's automated system, which then, after a certain number has been received, sends out an automated message to Facebook users, advising them that they have been blocked from sending friend requests to people they do now know. First 7 days, second 14 days, then 30 days, with threats of a permanent ban from sending friend requests.

Some problems with this situation: 1) Facebook is not honest in that they have not been open and advise people that by clicking 'No' they are sending a complaint. 2) Facebook accepts Money and lets Game developers use Facebook as a platform for gamers to play their games. 3) Games require player to player interactions. 4) Players do not know people outside facebook (mostly). 5) Facebook unfairly handing out bans without justification.

For the last three days (occasionally), there will be many hours when every time I enter a comment on someone else's thread or make a post on my own wall, I've gotten a window that comes up and says that my comment has been flagged for abusive content and asks me either to report why I think it is wrong or enter a code to have it posted. NONE of the things I've written have been the slightest bit abusive. Even the word "test" posted on my wall makes this window open. I've reported it to FB many times now, of course with no response. With a billion users, I know they will never respond. I rely on FB for business and social planning and I am beginning to not trust them anymore.

I really liked the service up until this week. As an aside, Google also blocked my computer yesterday from accessing my Gmail and their other services like the search engine (I will file a complaint about them under another review). It's making me paranoid. These companies are too big! And with the cooperation they give to the FBI, CIA and NSA, who KNOWS what they are up to. If I've done something wrong, I deserve to be investigated or spied on, but I am an innocent man who lives a good straight life. My fear is them making a MISTAKE and ruining that life. Facebook has logged me out of my account for the fourth time in about 2 months, and refuse to let me back on for 24 hours, claiming there is suspicious activity from my account. What this means I don't know, but I do know if they're trying to suggest I use Facebook unlawfully, then they're wrong. This recent time, I've been told by Facebook I have to wait 24 hours to get back into my account. I wait 24 hours only to be told I have to wait yet another 24 hours. I waited the next 24 hours and tried to log in again. Facebook requested my personal mobile number so they can send me a confirmation code which they did. They then asked me to enter the code, which I did. Then I was asked who I want to share my mobile number with on my account (I don't want my number on my account and never have it on!)

I selected "only me" then hit continue button, then only to be told there's a temporary issue and I should come back later. I came back later and was told to wait another 24 hours! Facebook was happy enough to confirm my mobile number and show it on my account (which I don't want!) but won't allow me back into my account. Are they selling my phone number and other information off to 3rd party applicants and not allowing me onto my account so I can't do anything about it? This is my personal problem. I however also have friends who have experienced unfair treatment from this Facebook.com website whereby they have teenage daughters (13,14,15 years old), who have received sexually abusive messages from strange followers.

When my friends have reported the abuse to Facebook, they received no help in getting the abusers off Facebook and, in fact, were told in feedback emails that Facebook security doesn't see the reports as worthy of investigating hence no action was taken against the weird and creepy men who have been harassing their children! Also, Facebook doesn't adhere to its own terms and conditions. It says you must be 16 years of age or above to join. Then it recently changed to 13 years of age, and now there are children aged 8, 9, 10, etc. using the site.

Facebook requests to have such accounts reported but when doing so Facebook takes absolutely NO action against it whatsoever! Something else which concerns me is Facebook's ability to spy on every single thing anyone does anywhere on their site or the internet in general! Facebook claims to take the safety and privacy of its users as seriously as possible yet they contradict themselves by tracking everything you do online just so they can gather as much information about a person to sell on to 3rd party applicants! I knew Facebook was once run and maintained by human beings. I've recently learnt that humans have left the entire operation of Facebook up to an automated moderator system, and god knows what it's been programmed to do, but it sure as hell isn't primary to protect its users.

Please, please, PLEASE will someone hear my concern about Facebook, its running liberties and every governing body on the internet that can do anything about it seems to be walking around like zombies oblivious to the fact that every single person who has a Facebook account is a victim of a marketing campaign in which Facebook.com is making money by selling people's personal information on to 3rd parties not to mention claiming I am not the lawful Facebook user that I am and subjecting me to constant security scrutiny. Facebook is the biggest spam and spy program in the world as far as I and others can see, yet no one else can see this!! Is there anything that can be done about Facebook? Or is it above the law and cannot be investigated?

MY HACKED AND HIJACKED FACEBOOK PAGE - Is Facebook really going to let a hacker take my page? This is a page I built from scratch, now boasting over 600,000 likes and almost 5 million people "talking about it"! Now he's posting spam and ruining a page it took me over a year to build. Now he has now also taken my secondary page which had about 800,000 people "talking about it" as well.

I have contacted Facebook over and over again. What do I have to do for you to investigate this matter? This guy hacked and took over my page, was blackmailing me into letting him be part of my page and all Facebook has to say is "Our records do not show any suspicious activity on your account." I have change my password several times! I ran computer diagnostics to see if I had spyware in my system. I even changed over to a different computer. BUT HE IS AGAIN IN CONTROL OF MY PAGE.

The thing is, even if you or I were able to successfully remove him as page manager (which he made himself under an assumed ID), he would come back again under yet another name and takeover my page again. My other admins and I all have proof and supporting documentation that he has hacked MY page. He actually tried to blackmail me into letting him be an admin. He is not only a liar and a thief, but a blackmailer as well. Facebook needs to give me MY page back, find a way to secure people's pages and bring this hacker (I know who he is and I believe he has hacked many other pages).

Unfortunately, it's been a month now and they still haven't lifted up the time out. I go and posting stuff on certain pages because I feel that I do have the right and I do no disrespect any one's opinions that may contradict mine. FB said that my posts have been abusive, and then someone reported my account that I posts ** or nudity on my posts. Which was a total lie... I do however report some posters because some of them suggested to beat someone's kid with a belt or suggest that a certain person commit suicide. I reported those accounts then FB answered me back by saying they don't find those certain comments violates their rules and regulations. And I know those comments are still posted because FB didn't take it down.

Can you believe this FB circus... I love to posts my comments and I know what I should not posts. But it just irks me that disgusting posters are still there and mine was taken down because someone reported me. I notice that some posters that don't agree with me or I butt heads with are the one who have been targeting me, are still posting vile comments on others. Well, needless to say, I was once again blocked, for "violating the terms of service". Really? Does anyone even have a clue what the expression means??? It means to stop pondering and wondering on the same subject over and over again... The idiomatic expression chewing one's cud means meditating or pondering; similar expressions such as "he chewed that over for a bit", or "chew on that!" I am so tired of this troll, have made reports of her numerous fake pages, all under the same name, but because they are pages, she gets away with it, and she or he uses the pages to harass and troll.

I have reported that I do not agree with the ban and I get an automated answer. Well, I am starting to believe that either this person is a hacker, or this person works for Facebook. Either way, I will get to the bottom of this... Really sick and tired of being singled out... I have had a comment reported for nudity and ** by the same person when it did not contain any such material and was banned again for the same amount of time. I think we need to take Facebook into our own hands, take it away from the jerk that founded it and make it something it should be. A place of safety, not one where you cannot post anything unless it is being trolled for unjustified reasons. I, for one, have reported comments which have explicit language in them, also pages that have clear cut pics of ** or child ** and have had the response that they are not going to remove these since "they did not violate the terms of service"... Really ???? Facebook needs to be placed in the trash..... I am definitely having a sight policing my page and I have already contacted them in regards to this idiot that keeps harassing me. Then I started to try and contact them through emails and phone calls. You cannot call them as they put this loud obnoxious noise in your ear. They sent my phone a code so I could prove I was a real person. I got the code, logged in, my account was put back up. I made my phone private.

I work on murders and missing person cases. I do not want my personal phone number on the web. I took the phone number down they disabled my writing, which is copyrighted and I should issue a take down order! They have my case photos and photos of me. There are tons of psychic not using their real names. I write books under my name and have 3 other locations on the web where they can check me. I am still down. Now they want my ID. I am an artist that focuses on sensual art similar to what you see on Khajuraho temples in India, but with elves and extraterrestrials, and had been relying on Facebook with contact with friends and family as well as for the exposure of my artwork. It had started about a year ago, where they would remove my artwork and then block me over a 30-day period. I had made up to 5 different accounts to keep in touch and especially when recently my art had been part of the Erotic Arts Festival in Edinburgh, to inquire on how successful my painting has been. This has caused distress, anxiety, mental illness and trauma to affecting my life and exposure and artist recognition of my work that I have become so disorganized in dealing with real life issues, staggering me with art blocks in completing artworks on time, and as well making me lose concentration with my courses where my marks had dropped from 90/80% in my tests and assignments to 20%. It had even driven me to such depression that I had contemplated suicide and attempted suicide, and ended up in hospital.

Recently, they have gone so bad that they have blocked all four accounts and suspended my new fifth account for not providing a phone number or government ID. From reading and googling about this censorship of Facebook and imposed punishment on people who do not agree with the religio-political corporate ideology of the elitists, it made me feel that I am not alone in this issue. Some of my friends have had issues with posting or adding friends, where they've been given threats and warnings or have been blocked for a few hours to a day or two, which had been tame in comparison to my continuous 30-day block which had increased from a two-three month lapse break to under 3 days.

I have finally reached the point of abandoning Facebook to improve on my mental health and post traumatic stress disorder from being raised up with extremist christian parents, who used to destroy my art and punish me for it. Facebook is doing exactly the same and it is bringing me back to that state of trauma. Not only that, I have internet stalkers who use this issue that is wrong with Facebook as a weapon to discriminate me and my work, since they have managed to get me banned from several websites with regard to my artwork and how I know and understand life, the universe and everything.

Since then, I have reported others who actually threaten violence, cussing etc. but Facebook decides to ignore my request. I am sure as long as the Facebook administrators are not offended, then it's okay. This, to me, is a fine line on discrimination.

I know that I did not contact anyone that I was not acquainted with. As a matter of fact, many were my relatives and people that I knew for years. I think that Facebook needs to get their facts straight. No one likes to be accused of harassment. They are very hard to contact and may not get back to you personally. Most of their communication is with multiple choice answers, none of which I found suited my situation. I just got tired of them. I do miss my friends though. We're drafting this letter to you after several rejections on our Facebook promotion. We're the publisher of Element Magazine; it's the first of its kind fashion and lifestyle magazine dedicated to the Asian gay community. Our official Facebook page has seen in recent days a few rejections by the admin team of Facebook. And when we check out the reasons stated there why it is rejected, to our surprise it claimed that it is rejected because it contains adult contents.

This is a serious fraud accusation without having even looked at the contents of our magazine. It goes naturally assuming that a gay magazine is "supposed" to be full of adult contents or in other words, ** contents. It saddens us to see that a US-based, international social media platform like Facebook would take such a homophobic administrative act. As far as I understand, the co-founder of Facebook, Chris Hughes, is also gay himself. Certainly, this matter is not about being gay or not, it is about taking an assuming approach to ban our promotions simply it is a gay magazine, and thus it is labeled as a ** magazine.

For your information, Element has been picked up by top news agencies around the world including The Wall Street Journal, BBC World News, NNA Japan, and Yahoo!, etc. It is exactly because Element redefines what a gay magazine should be, that it should be a healthy, quality lifestyle magazine that contains a mixture of both fashion, lifestyle and educational contents looking after the social issues related to the community such as sexual health, coming out, relationship problems, etc. I’m hereby pledging whoever that's reading this email to forward to the right authority to re-look at our appeal. I can send you our media kit should you need to find out more how our magazine looks like. I hereby would like to urge that actions will be taken to resolve our issue. Thank you.

I continued to monitor his account as he was a young man with many young friends, so I wanted to know when his account actually closed out. After one year, the account is still open although no activity has occurred in quite a while. This morning I received an invitation from my son's account in my email. Needless to say, seeing his picture and account show up in my email with an invitation stating he wanted me to join his page was rather emotionally taxing, besides the fact that it was obviously not him sending this.

I contacted a technical support number to see how I could have his account deleted and obviously reached an overseas support center. The tech support folks kept repeating that they had to fix the account. I kept repeating that I needed it deleted, but they were having difficulty understanding what I was asking. When I requested a supervisor, I experienced the same thing. They needed to fix his account. They would not delete it and told me that I needed to get his password. How I am supposed to accomplish this is beyond me.

My son was taken away from me at the age of 24. It has been an emotionally tough year. This even is opening wounds and pouring salt into them. It is cruel to allow such a thing to happen. Who can I talk with to stop this?

Of course many tagged photos have nothing to do with the person tagged, and many with hundreds or thousands of friends would not recognize every friend. That makes it easy for FB to harass and censor larger accounts. I don't believe the FB employees could be that stupid, so I believe this is deliberate. The babies that take over 20 days to feed because they are special trees that I bought for $20, sometimes $18 to $40 or over and I make them special and they are being sold from the farm.

I am not getting any kind of compensation from them at all. Everything is all my money that I can ill afford. I am on a limited income. I paid for them all out of my pocket. I still play for a reason because they will steal it all from me like they did. I paid for everything on that one and on all the games I played I took it back and somehow they merged my accounts I play and stay on it so they don't steal and they do. I have to restock things, people stealing my builds that they pay for with real money and not given to me. I complained to Facebook and they did nothing. I even called them and they told me they were going to call me back. I told them I wanted my money to be returned for the 52 x 52 that I paid for. I am over my limit with my bank account because of it and I want it back because now it is $280 not the three hundred eighty dollars that I paid for and I have proof that I paid for it all from my bank account and not with their money. Even the coins are real money. The feed is missing money.

The money tree that I bought, someone was able to hack into it and get a card under my name. It is a debit card that comes with it. I had to close it down and I had to use my old name to get it because someone stole my social and I was able to get the card that way. They also changed my birthday to 6-6-69 and I have had Facebook since 2004 and it says from 2006. You figure out what is going with that.

Facebook keeps repeatedly blocking me from accessing my Facebook page. I have been a member of Facebook for years and it was in January 2013 when this all started. I got a Kindle Fire HD 7 as a gift about the middle of December and I have WiFi access in my home. I immediately started accessing Facebook using my new Kindle Fire HD 7. The first time, Facebook locked me out for 24 hours stating I had tried to friend someone I didn't know. How do they know who I know? It was not true. Anyone who I sent a friend request to accepted.

I was locked out a couple of weeks ago for the second time. The reason stated was suspicious activity. I had no idea what Facebook was talking about. The activity was me using my own page and news feeds. I emailed them and tried to get it straightened out but it was no use. I was given a 24-hour time out. Now, the day before yesterday, I was writing a message to a family member who I found through the friend search bar on Facebook and I was locked out again citing suspicious behavior and they told me it would be 24 hours before I would be allowed to access my account. I also received an email from Facebook stating there had been some suspicious activity on my Facebook account. It stated someone using a Kindle Fire 7 was using my account and if it was me to do nothing but if it wasn't me, I need to report it and secure my account.

I went to access my account about one and a half hours ago and had to reset the password and then it wouldn't work still. I had them send me a number code, three different ones and still it wouldn't allow me access. I got the same message stating that due to suspicious activity, I would have to wait 24 hours to access my Facebook page. I wrote them a reply email from one of the emails they sent me and I got no response. I asked them to correct my access asap, because I was the one using the Kindle Fire 7. They had also sent me another email regarding someone using a Kindle Fire 7 to access my account.

So I know there is someone who could respond to my emails and just doesn't. I also asked them why Facebook was stalking me and following my every move. Is there anyway for you to speak to someone on my behalf and get them to unblock me? I am disabled and I go on Facebook to interact with friends and family who live far away and to pray for others in need. If it wasn't for this, I would close out my account if I could ever access it. Isn't it against the law to hold my personal information hostage for them to use to allow advertisers access?

We have, so far, sent 9 emails to Facebook and to 3 separate email addresses. We have received 3 “copy and send” general useless information emails in return. We have called a phone number, and we have tried several of the extensions which all say the same thing. Facebook does not have any live phone support.

We are conservative, and we posted conservative posts and replies. Many of these posts and replies were removed. That is censorship, as we know that Facebook is liberal. Facebook also determines who you can have for friends and has set up all kinds of rules and penalties according to what they feel like doing. They block you from adding friends. This site and at least 47 others are advertising to be able to accomplish this and do it with ease. Not true, this site is as useless as the other 46 were. I simply do as the site requires only to get routed back to the place I originally started. I am tortured by the lack of human involvement in my quest to rid myself of this relentless electronic torture. Is there even a remote possibility of receiving human involvement in my dilemma?

We are investigating the situation and apologize for any inconvenience." I want to use these now, not when the investigation is over. Also, if there is an investigation, why would the system automatically place my transaction on credits? This has never happened before. If I bought crowns, it was placed right on CastleVille. Has anyone read Facebook’s (GOD) policy on disabling accounts? You wouldn't believe the ideas these people follow as written in stone. They will disable your account or delete it without warning if they feel you violated their terms of service and they send no warning at all. It’s the most ignorant rant I ever read. Half of these employees are students and don’t even have a clue about Freedom of Speech. You say "dong" - they think you’re cursing and abusing. Now that’s an uneducated idiot working. Where does Mark find these wanderers? Off the street?

Facebook is not safe for anyone. People, the sooner you come to terms with this and realize it the better, you will save yourself the stress of trying to figure out their way of thinking which isn't much let me tell you. I signed up with this unsocial network and I am being sarcastic and rude intentionally because I have had enough with the EGO chips on the shoulder blades; since 2011 I was on it, to hook up with family. I found the site boring in most areas, but found it could be useful as like a filing cabinet for finding neat items that were appealing, or recipes and such so I stayed, posted some photos of jokes and statements made by others. I guess it was too much for Facebook and they began to flip out and began their manipulations.

Shortly after this 2012 election with Romney and Obama and I am making it known and am not going to kiss anyone’s rear end for no political party I don’t care who it is, we were all born of right here long before any of them came into the picture so let’s get off this kick. We own you, um no, you don’t. You just think you do. If you owned anyone, they wouldn't have a brain to think, act, speak or move for themselves. The last time I checked, there was no motherboard in my body system with the stamp Intel on it. Sure I posted my opinions in the news feed like MSNBC about how I felt on who won the election, because I know for a fact things are not going to get better, where some think they are, that’s a Nancy Drew Mystery to all.

Everything is falling apart, and it has been for quite a while when you got thousands upon thousands dictating everyone’s life. It gets messy when the left can’t decipher the right and no one has a clue what’s really going on but that’s not about this. People from all walks are going to get stupid and act up. Everyone does it. No one is immune to behavior actions and if you think otherwise, you’ve been watching Jolly Farm too long. This incident hasn’t happened just once; it’s happened 8 times and it gets pushy and more bullying each time which brings to the notice Facebook’s so called Terms of Service which is just a bunch of **. They break more rules than that anyone else they accuse of (must be the dream of always wanting to be a prosecutor as a kid but never made the score).

What they do is "supposedly" not ever proven, just assumptions, claim someone is hacking or accessing your account with these pop ups they send, from there its auto log off. The next thing by the photos you see is what is sent, there is no way in hell I am turning over my personal information to a stranger claiming to be the government unless I see some identification or proof they can back up who they are and it's recorded in the state’s and federal records! I don’t care if they claim they are Jesus Christ. You best show me the proof baby, because I am not going to comply or negotiate in no shape of form take that glass of prune juice and drink it!

After they claimed that someone from San Jose, California using Internet Explorer was making an attempt and I followed their password and email advice of change, I did get back in but it was short lived. So I made time to go into my stats where you can check to see if anyone did in fact try. There were no such records, only the area of where I was logging in from which was 1 place, so they lied. Well lo and behold, they lock me out, telling me I have 24 hours of disablement time. When the time came for the account to "supposedly" unlock, they would send an email (I have all those by the way). When I would go to log in, another pop up claiming my account is locked yet again.

So I said screw this. I made a whole new account, new email address and new password. I wasn’t even on the damn thing for an hour then they send me this pop up yet again - this time wanting my phone number to my cell to text me a code. They then put it on my account profile and had the nerve to send me an email stating I put it there when I didn’t. I removed it as quick as I could from the new account I made and I got that saved also. I don’t like giving my number out because Facebook will use it to let others begin their calling and texting you. This helps all these scammers to try and swindle you out of money.

Facebook is crooked and let’s face it, if there really is a law out there that can shut these guys down from aiding and abiding criminal activity, by God get it done! I'm warning all of you, including your children that can be duped, trusting this site with your life is like driving a car with no brakes. You’re asking for an accident or certain damage to happen, one which may never leave you. If people have rights which I am beginning to get convinced otherwise they do not, then where are they? You have to keep in mind, Facebook invites people all over to join their site. This include business entrepreneurs, and when Facebook people pull these stunts, they ruin it for them even.

If the our people, the working people not the labels the politicians have given us to be cute, wants the economy to flourish and bounce back from depression/recession, ventures such as we are facing now, this isn’t the brightest way to go about it. You have to keep in mind not everyone was born with a "This is how your to live your life, step by step manual", no such book exists, and if it does, I’d surely be interested in reading it. So there you have it. Switch and baiting has been here for a long time. It works. It helps accomplish a goal and it seals the fate of another. I can live without Facebook. The only reason I had it was not because it was there but because of family, and plus Spotify play list. I do love music and it’s a great quality sound, beats YouTube by a landslide. Thank you.

4th time they disconnected my account: Everyone knows there are fools on FB who like to mess with people and tick them off. Well, one such did. This has and probably been ongoing for 1 month. I wrote to the FTC and all those others turning in a stalker, who not only threatened to do harm to my mother but also me. I'm frustrated by the negligence in Facebook practices. I waited for some kind of reply to get this stopped.

On September 7, 2012 at approximately 9 am, I went to log onto my Facebook account as I always do. I just made the necessary password changes and email changes, because someone decided to try and hack my account. I spent a good 3 hours working to retrieve it before any more damage could be done. It's accomplished.

Speed up to 9/7/2012 at 9 am, I couldn't log in. I retyped my email info and password at least 6 times. All I got back was a message telling me "Your email is not recognized in our system" or something to that effect. And I am like "What the hell?" This is the 4th time this company got stupid. My biggest concern is what is FB's true motive anyway. What are they trying to do to people? There are some on there that shouldn't be allowed. There are kids, "good" kids; not all are bad, but there are ones on there who will threaten a kid assuming it's an adult and scare them.

I wrote to FB about this one individual, who was coming at me with such threats. Facebook ignored it, so I got more aggressive and began screaming at FB to near cursing. Still, nothing. And on 9/7, my account is blocked. I'm not asked for any weird info other than a friend's name which kinda had me worried. But I gave it a shot and put that in. Still, I couldn't get in, so I called the BBB and told them FB is pulling their stunt again. Also, I reported them to the IC3 and FTC.

I'm concerned now for my family's safety on this site. Facebook already has been pulled into court for tampering with people's private profiles and making them public without them knowing it. You could have your phone number private for only close friends to see or your email address, and Facebook would somehow make sure everyone knew it. Well, they apparently did it to me also once I got this account back. So, I changed my email again and deleted the old email address I used. Of course, I left that up for all to see since Facebook wants this to happen. But it's not active anymore.

Something has to be done about this network. I don't know what their problem is and why they are doing people this way and allowing stalkers on there threatening others to kill them, etc. But in essence, Facebook isn't taking these seriously. They assume it's just idle chat and gossip. It's pretty negligent if you ask me. I'm now trying to convince my family to delete their accounts along with me. It's too risky, and FB is bad news. I'm worried if this wasn't Facebook's doing locking my account or removing my email address from their database so I couldn't log in, then someone got in and searched my friends list on which my family is there. That too me is being stupid on FB's part.

What's it going to take to get these people to get shut down from their recklessness before someone is hurt, if they haven't been done already. Why are those boasting and bragging about these laws like they will be the main stoppage of wrongdoing, when they are just dares to those to see who can push the envelope. You know something, anything happens to my family because of this, you bet it will be world news. I don't appreciate worrying my family may be on a site that's allowing danger to creep in and not keep watched. It's not their decision who lives and who dies now, is it.

BBB report of FB on AUGUST 10, 2012: On August 10, 2012, a settlement between Facebook and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC File No. 092-3184) was finalized. Without any admission of wrongdoing, Facebook has agreed to give consumers clear and prominent notice and obtain their express consent before sharing information beyond their privacy settings, by maintaining a comprehensive privacy program to protect consumers' information and by obtaining biennial privacy audits from an independent third party.

The settlement stems from a complaint filed by the Federal Trade Commission that alleged Facebook changed users' privacy settings without first alerting them and that it shared users' information with third-party advertising firms.

Facebook is bullying! - Well apparently, FB does not even check the facts when they receive a complaint from a user. Last evening, I did a screen capture of a conversation with a person of dubious intelligence and common sense, and I posted that screen shot to my page. Remember, this was from an open conversation, on an open page, openly available for viewing and comments in an open forum. When this person of dubious intelligence realized that they looked as stupid as they did, they then reported me for "bullying". I received a threatening letter from FB, and the post in question was removed. Those of you who read the post in question already know that I took part in absolutely no "bullying"; and yet FB, in its infinite wisdom, saw fit to simply remove the post and ensue with threatening and bullying letters to me. How do I report Facebook for bullying? In my post, I did not call anyone names, did not make any threats subtle or otherwise, and did not even openly demean the "offended (offensive)” complainer. The complainer in fact was the one who started the name calling... not me! As you all know, I welcome a good debate, thrive on them actually, and never do I resort to name calling of a personal nature.

I just want a moment to say I am very angry that I was reported friending people who say they don't know me. I only contact people who I have at least met and spent a little time with. What about people friending me that I don't know and what do you do about them? It’s not my fault that they may not remember me. I do have a pick on my page. I believe the person who reported me may have forgotten that I was a contract worker for the organization he used to work for. So, the fact is I wouldn't have sent the request if I thought he had forgotten me.

Are you stupid? I had better gone after him for threatening me and his last comment was: “**, go kill yourself.” How ** dare you keep a ** psycho on Facebook. You are protecting him to do it again but you suspend me for 30 days. He had better been suspended for 30 days. Fix the problem, stupid idiots.

I'm tired of the way Facebook is treating me! Things have to change. I get told I'm befriending people I don't know. Sometimes, people do it to me too. A lot times, it's harmless and sometimes it's not and they want to block off my Facebook. Just "unfriend" the person. I had one talk vulgar to me, "unfriend" them. I've been bullied on Facebook. This doesn't make sense. I thought it was a place to socialize, to meet friends. I could see reporting sexual vulgar men but it's harmless. Wow, I got a call to turn them in for no reason at all. I know what it's like to be bullied on Facebook, not complain. I'm fat and ugly and I don't look good in bathing suit if Facebook has anything to say. They should apologize to me and they won't to someone who is bipolar.

Banned from friending people you don't know - I was banned for seven days for befriending people online. When playing blackjack, people "friend" people all the time, who they don't know and you people give extra money for "friending." I think it's my right to choose who I can be friends with or not. If they accept, fine. If they don't want to be your friend, then don't accept them.

My computer got a virus and crashed. I had to reinstall the operating system and as a result, when I tried to log into my FB account, they didn't "recognize my device." Then, I was told a "code" would be sent to my cell phone, which was shut off a month ago (I told them this). So when I emailed them to explain what happened, they said I had to send them a copy of my birth certificate or government issued ID. Really?! I simply asked them to send the "code" to my email address. They refused. They must know the email address that I log into my account from. Why is it so hard for them to send the "code" to that email account? When I lose access to any online account and have to be reminded of my password, they always send the link to the registered email address. It’s common sense, but Facebook refused to do this. So now I have lost complete access to my account, all of my personal information, photos, emails, everything. I am mad as hell!

Facebook temporarily suspended my account months ago. I have tried to "un-suspend" it but the security question they ask - "What street did I live on when I was 8 years old?" - when I answer it correctly, they keep telling me that it's not the answer they have on file. They won't even bother to ask another question. All I want to do is delete this account at this point.

When I called Facebook to ask if they can reset it for me, the guy wanted $100. I am contacting the attorney-general's office and the Better Business Bureau. I strongly believe that Facebook is the one who is hacking the accounts.

Facebook stole my money. Three days ago, my FB profile was shut down for a review. FB asked me to upload my ID scan, which I did. Problem is that I run an FB page (business type) and I am using FB pay ad to promote posts and a page. I have admins who manage the page while my profile is down, but I am the only one who can control payments to FB! This means that they keep stealing my money while my profile is down. Should I sue them? By the way, while I am writing this, my profile is still down! Thanks in advance.

When I try to get them back, I try to send them back to my timeline only to be blocked and accused of spamming!

Facebook has proven to be very irritating and faulty with these TOS rules, along with the online games they host. I only joined FB for family and a few peeps I know. I began playing an online game called Backyard Monsters and have worked hard at building up my game. Now, I am being attacked by thugs which was unprovoked. It began on May 30, 2012. Both Facebook and Kixeye have been notified so many times I am cursing. We are literally expected to put up with this abusive and say nothing, yet expected to pay out of pocket to an online game just to stay ahead. We shouldn't be forced to retreat because that's how they see it. I have reported the responsible people doing this. I have contacted the BBB, FTC even the ic3 each time the PC has weirdly become unstable during gaming checks whenever I encounter attacks from these 3 thugs. This concerns me as hackers can access you if they know how.

I'd like to know why are these social service net sites like Facebook allowing this type of activity. Facebook already locked my account twice for no reason where I had to give them a cell number to receive some silly code to unlock the account. Then they threw it out on the profile without my awareness. I slowly began getting spam text messages from scammers offering me attorney deals for bankruptcy. I didn't know what to make of it, so I changed my number and told Facebook next time they lock me out, I will let them have it because I am not opening myself up to their scams and tricks or for the online games they host.

The next incident was when adding friends. Well usually, when you do online gaming, you need a team and you are to add people who are in the same game. Facebook sent me a warning that I was adding people I didn't know (no duh, it's a social network) and had the nerve to log me off making me click some agreement that I won't do it again. I was like, WTH? Who do these fools think they are? Security they say. Get off that excuse, these people do not pay my bills, they do not put food on my table and the last I checked, my name was not Boo Boo and I don't wear a collar or a leash. I would like to know who died and put them in charge of the world? Yes, I am at the point too where I am cursing them all out.

This all began on May 30th and hasn't stopped nor will it because this is what they get their kicks off of. A bunch of sick, unstable people trying to be all professional and proper. I've seen dolphins and wildlife behave better than this. Each time, I have had a reply from not just Facebook but this Kixeye gaming programming that they need more info or don't see a problem. I am thinking to myself, did these people take any business ethic course at all or are they having some kind of relapse or what? If they don't want people around, then pull the plug on their networks because good people do not deserve this kind of misleading and trickery. For the record, I have the FB profile links of these thugs! I don't think I will be on this phony site much longer. It's just too twisted for me.

I tried to contact Facebook so many times and report a person on Facebook that has all my pictures on his fake profile, Sandy ** and Mary **. He has over 15 fake profiles on Facebook. I asked Facebook to take off my photos and to delete his fake accounts and they are not helping me out. This has been going on over 2 years now. I never met this guy in my life and he became very obsessed over my pictures on Facebook. This guy is very dangerous. He made a lot of death threats towards me. The law cannot do anything because he's in the States. Facebook should have deleted his fake accounts and should have blocked this guy but they didn't. He has been stalking me for years on Facebook and on the net. He hacked my account so many times. Facebook didn't stop him. He took all my friends and he let them all go against me.

Brian washed them with lies about me. He is still going through my list. This guy doesn't want me to get nice comments on my pictures, so he took my pictures and he got comments on him. He's really crazy. This is so scary pretending to be me on the fake profiles he has. I want this stopped. Please, I need help with this now. He said he will never stop till he hurts me and trying to go out with me. I don't know him at all. I need someone to help me. This is really bad and a serious matter too. I would like someone to contact me here. Also, if this has happened to anybody too. Where can I get help for this? This guy has mental health issues in his life. And again for the second time, it had been blocked for 30 days and brought back to friend requests since last Saturday afternoon. Then two days after, it went okay to add more friends and then went blocked since last Sunday night. That's strange to me. I cannot understand what went wrong and why they have been blocked. Let me explain to you that I ran and organize our car boot sale business for 21 years. I organize and represent tourist information in Ibiza and I am well known in Ibiza. I get a lot of friends who lives in Ibiza. They are looking for accommodation or apartments available in Ibiza for tourist to go for a holiday. It's important for me to keep the business running and what I don’t understand is why they have been blocked. I’m only given information, news to car boot sale and tourist information. I have reported this to Facebook but I didn't get a reply or response back. I would be very grateful if you can look into the matter. Thank you.
