Most people enjoy the worldwide connection. The biggest downfall is the ownership inserting personal beliefs into a worldwide sharing service is that the entire world does NOT share or want ownerships views restricting their own views!!! If the company wants to be classified a true voice of independence then the company needs to allow all views even if different than the company views. People worldwide will revolt and design a different service they like in time.

Love keeping in touch with friends and family that don't live close by. Sometimes way too much drama. All in all a great place to keep in touch. Also like playing some games. Hope this will be helpful to someone.

I enjoy Facebook, because there are many Interesting articles that appear in my newsfeed and it helps keep me up-to-date on the latest. I am not happy with the ads that keep showing up, but overall, it is worth my time.

Facebook is a very biased company. They favor a liberal agenda and delete or hassle any conservative viewpoints. The amount of advertising they are now posting is getting annoying. Other than that, it is ok for sharing photos with friends.

Yes, I use FB to stay in touch with family and friends. Lately, I have been using it more and more for entertainment. There is a plethora of good music, from oldies, to genres, to alternative. I have been happily surprised by the extent of content and how much new (non-Western) music I have enjoyed on FB. Not going to replace my iPhone music files, but some great videos to watch and listen to at home in the evenings.

Facebook is for fun people. There are some really good things and some strange and unusable things. It is entertainment for sure, just don't forget to talk to people also. I do not think kids should have a phone available 24 / 7. They need to learn other life skills also.

I like the fact that I can connect with my family that lives out of town also rekindle relationships with family members and I like the fact that I can get the news before I look at my news station in my area.

The internet site is very reliable, very much useful information is obtained on it. It is very positive that you can chat with anyone from all over the world, share and receive information. The site has helped me many times to solve many problems and problems and I had no problems finding solutions.

The main reason I wasn't able to give this company a perfect score is because in my experience as a 69 yrs 100% disable veteran this company is too large! It would be much better for the citizens of this country (well not so much for the multibillionaires) if you have numerous companies filling the same niche! The cost of products or services would certainly would be better & at lower cost!

I think the user interface could be greatly improved. It's just messy and hard to find settings to change. I hate all the ads. When I change notification settings, they go back to the default after a short period of time. I guess it's the only choice for what it is so will have to live with it. It could be MUCH better though!

FaceBook gave me 24 hours in The Hole today. Local "news", Syracuse.commies (syracuse.com on FB) posted a gif someone made of the President shooting Democrats in a church and made a big deal of it, slamming Trump and his supporters. I posted 2 pictures, that I saved from FB mind you, of Liberals creations depicting President Trump's death. The one where some LIBERAL hanged an effigy of the President that, as I said I got from FB, didn't meet their standards and they tossed me in the hole.

Facebook will remove posts because “they” don’t agree with it. If it doesn’t lean toward the left, it can become a problem. I feel this is unfair because everyone has their opinion and it’s good to see all sides.

I have not used Facebook very long. It is a nice resource to keep track of friends and family but I am surprised at the language and visuals that come up from time to time. Children can access this resource and I would not like mine to read some of the comments.

Too many people are put in Facebook jail for stuff. Censoring is not freedom of speech. I realize some people may be offended but if they are offended by someone all that has to happen is they unfriend them or block them. No problem.

I enjoy reading over FB every morning. I get to see what my family is doing however I don't call extended family so much because I already read what is going on in their life. Also appreciate news and advertising. Kinda cool that FB knows what I am interested in. I know many people think it's an invasion of privacy but it's ok with me. I really don't have any complaints- keeps me amused and interested.

There is way more advantages to Facebook than problems or issues. I have found it very helpful and informative and useful over the years. You can communicate with family and from join groups get things done organize event all in one place.

I like Facebook but I don't like that they take post down that are not offensive. I feel freedom of speech is being taken away. Also if someone has an issue with you and lies, you get reported and they take you off for days. I don't like all the censorship.

Facebook sucks.... Always changing stuff, deciding what we the users want to see, blasting us with ads, selling our info to ad companies... Never showing us all our notifications, deciding for us and showing what other people pay them for. Thank god for fluffbusters!

I found that being a member of FACEBOOK was like belonging to a secret organization! I was NOT impressed with most conversations, so to speak, and I actually was not comfortable being a member. Much of the talk centered around politics, sex, or clubbing. I was not comfortable with the site at all, so I quit!

Being able to restrict, easily who can see what on my page. Also knowing who has visited my page would also be nice. I can then see if someone is stalking me or my family. I do like the ability to see who may have the same friends as I do. I would like to have the ability to have a woman's maiden name appear also on the About Infor page.

Facebook is allowing vendors who are not vetted to advertise on their site. Also it appears to be very easy to hack into someone's account and Facebook appears not to concerned about it. I have friends that get messages from me that I didn't send!!!

I love FB, but I feel FB could do more to get rid of celebrity fake accts that show up on my FB telling me I have won something. Also, I like knowing who likes my posts. But I feel they could do more in restricting some posts like politicians and their posts.

Facebook provides an equal balance of frustration and entertainment IF you overlook the invasion of privacy issues. Frustration stemming from the overwhelming ignorance and falsehoods. Entertainment if you are able to bypass personalities and seek out only groups that align with your interests. Like MCM? There are tons of groups. Like sewing, animals, sports? Yep! There are groups for that as well. A cautious approach and a refusal to “sign in with Facebook” to apps will help eliminate some of the FB clutter. Also keeping posts private, searches limited and unfollowing sketchy or irritating people or groups will help keep things pleasant.

Facebook is a great social media tool to keep in touch with family and friends. Without it, there are many people in my circle with whom I would have entirely lost touch. The only thing I would recommend FB to improve would be an ability to search for a specific post. I've tried this numerous times and never successfully.

Without Facebook, I would be unable to complete my assigned work. I'd say that in an average day I'm on Facebook an average of 6 hrs or more. It provides daily news, entertainment and keeping in touch with friends near and far.

Facebook just put me on restriction for posting or joining any groups for 24 hours. What is their problem?? Other than they think they are the law and hiring young dumbee bias yuppies. Something really needs to be done about this ** company. Why is the Gov. allowing this to continue. Oh that's right, they get grants from the Gov. Its true research it. FB are not about socializing. I think it would help to actually have someone help in customer service when there are issues within the app the the marketplace is currently not working for a lot of people and no one has corrected the issue or reached out to any of the customers.

I find Facebook to be easy to negotiate. There are so many helpful parts of Facebook. I can keep up with relatives and friends. Shop local yard sales without getting into my car. Join groups which are relevant to me. As an example, belonging to a DIY car repair group saved me several hundreds of dollars by doing it myself. All told, it provides the information I need right now.

Very dishonest company. Business practices violate basic privacy rights despite their claim of respecting privacy. Selling personal information and attempting to obtain medical and banking records is a disgusting act. Being banned for expressing an opinion even though it did not go against any guidelines. Paying money to reach new followers for a brand or company is one thing but having to pay to reach your already existing followers is another.

I watch the Videos on Facebook often. I am always entertained by them. It seems the recommended videos are from shows I watch, like the Big Bang Theory. The other videos just bring me joy. I like the fact I can skip over the ones I do not care to watch.

Facebook is helpful for connecting with your friends and family. I also sell a lot of item on Facebook selling sites. I don't like how repetitive the ads are and often need to hide them due to the annoying feeling I have.

Facebook is easy to use. It connects you with friends and family. But, it has too many political ads, and Facebook doesn't car if the ads are lies or not. I also do not like having a lot of other ads for weight loss, or jewelry, on my feed either.

Facebook is constantly evolving, which is considerably on point for the millennial crowd and next generations. However, they push advertisements that are irrelevant for you per se and expect you to take care of it although it still somehow shows up. They also knowingly sell your information to soliciting companies for a ton of money. Why Facebook? You’re already multi-millionaires. Anyway overall, the social media itself is decent and could be better yet always evolving.

I've only been on Facebook for a few years and I love it and hate it! Facebook needs to assure privacy more and be even more transparent than they are attempting to be. They also need to monitor and remove dangerous and inappropriate people and organizations from the site and restrict hate speech and fake news. They also should reveal their political proclivities and advertisers. Finally, they shouldn't allow trolls, fake identities and release of personal data. They have and should practice social responsibility.

Too much advertising, way too many selling of personal items. It's supposed to be a social site for keeping up with friends and family. I think that's why so many are leaving Facebook. Often times I leave the site because I have a hard time finding my friend's posts.

The heyday of Facebook is over. I still haven't found a better way to stay in touch with some of my friends/family, but none of my younger cousins are on this platform anymore and it seems to have been taken over by business people and business groups. I'm not on it very much anymore - I far prefer the other businesses owned by Facebook (Whatsapp and Instagram) to keep in touch.

I believe that the Facebook is whatever you need for it to be. For some, it's a place to meet new people, for others, family and friends that they have heard from in years. It can be a great source of information for you. It can also be a very bad thing for you. It's what you make it.

Facebook enables me to renew old friendships, share interests, and even find interesting videos or pictures on other people’s sites. Sometimes, curiosity about someone else’s friends or even friends of friends results in finding relevant facts or sites that I didn’t know about.

Facebook (FB) is a fun adventure, journey and way to be with your family and friends when there are miles between you. It is an awesome way to catch up with and reconnect with those you haven't been in contact with and has so many features, like Marketplace, if you're looking for an item for sale, and also awesome videos, like DODO etc. FB also has so many businesses, rescues and places of interest to visit.

Facebook market has been the greatest and fastest way of meeting people, buy and sell products and easiest way to communicate with families overseas and within the United States. I will definitely recommend Facebook to anybody who haven't tried it yet.

Facebook is free to use and is a good place to express yourself about anything from politics to jokes. You can post pictures and such however, I would never ever post anything personal because you would not want to invite strangers into your lives. You never know who might steal your personal pictures and use them nefariously. In addition, you do not want people to know when you are away from your home on vacation. I only use it to post political stuff and to tease my sister and friends. Other than that, Facebook is a good way to stay connected on social media.

The only reason I have Facebook is to keep up with my family and friends. As far as paying for it I would never.. the security is terrible, they watch what people have to say about politics and religion and will block it if it doesn’t agree with their opinion.

I like keeping in touch with friends and family. Whether they are from high school, to my regular 9-5 m-f friends. And family from around the country. You can see what is going on in their lives and see baby pictures, pet pictures, people make you laugh. What your new house or car look like.

I loved Facebook until recently. I wanted to show my 4 year old son videos of when he was in my belly, and found out that Facebook deleted a lot of my video memories. I have a lot, but I’ve also been a part of Facebook for 9 years. Apparently, from what I can assume, is that Facebook only allows 100 video limit. I have posted some things for sale, including a baby bouncer, and facebook's algorithm flagged it as “hate speech” and deleted my post. I was furious. Facebook used to be a good place to share moments with family and friends, and a place to be expressive. Now it is riddled with hidden rules and a computer that scans and makes up whether your post will be offensive or not. I’m going to go with instagram. So far I haven’t seen this from that company.

It can be used to be informed, to shop, socialize or just waste time. It is a media for ecommerce or education, but frequently, it is hard to be selective and find the right information. When shopping frequently the sites are scams and they will get your information which is used on fraudulent issues.

I have been restricted several times over the last year for sharing Biblical content. They will put up offensive articles with no problem and then block users for posting their own personal opinions when someone gets offended. FREE SPEECH works both ways!! You can't show one side and then censor the other.

I wish I can give them less than a star but unfortunately I can't. I've been on Facebook for years, but just recently they asked me for an ID. Really? How dumb do you think I am? You guys are thieves! Guess what? You have one less member now, and another bad review. I wish people stop subscribing to your stupid media and share their personal information with you. You suck!

FB is a wonderful social media platform if you enjoy getting your account(s) hacked, identity stolen, personal info being sold to third parties, and being censored. It’s nothing more than a piracy site. People are being unnecessarily locked out of their accounts. FB then asks for ID verification and still won’t let people back into their accounts. There is no glitch. It’s an intentional act by FB to steal our identities and sell them. They know our mobile serial number, the cellphone towers that bounce our phone signals, our location and our IP address. Wake up, people. It’s time to ditch FB and move along to alternative social media outlets.

I have purchased a few Smartphones over the years, and 90% have Facebook installed on a NEW Phone. The problem I have is that many phones that Facebook is installed on from the factory. The Facebook applications CANNOT be removed. I dont trust Facebook, and believe if the Facebook app, cannot be removed from the phone, that they are STILL collecting Data from a users smartphone. Why would Facebook not allow their App not able to be removed? That tells me, they are still collecting data, even if a person does not use the Facebook app.

I was blocked for 30 days - I used the FB help center everyday for over 20 days with no human replies - just a robot answer about thanking me for the feedback and not all questions can be answered by FB. I have emails and complaints for over 20 days with NOTHING, and now this answer telling me to do what I have been doing.

I have been on Facebook for 10 years and have posted many, many comments on issues from a conservative point of view. Lately however I have had two posts removed and had posting restricted for period. The first post was about Facebook's favorite criminal activity, one that has been frequently in the news for the last three year. The other had to do with Facebook censorship of conservative points of view. Never mind certain left wing group and other of liberal view point can post threats of violence and brag about acts of terrorism they have commented without being shut down. All of these reprisals from Facebook began after I won a dispute over a fraudulent charge on my credit card. Planning on deleting my profile later today.

Horrible company to advertise with. You seriously can't speak with anybody on the phone. This is a 68 BILLION dollar company and they can't pay for a call center? All you can do is chat or email with rude, inept, indifferent people in India who can't tell the difference between "equal opportunity housing" ads and everything else. They will reject ads because they are not bright enough to understand what the ad is actually selling or are just too lazy to even try and understand. They are unyielding and condescending. Hopefully the current anti-trust probe will put them in their place.

I have received now three 30-day bans over the past 4 to 5 months. The bans are not justified as I am harassed by members esp. who are Trump supporters. One guy wrote this morning that I posted a support to kill Donald Trump, though he was lying. He is always harassing me so I posted that he was a liar and to **. Almost immediately what I believe is a ** male w/in FB banned me for 30 days? I have complained to the BBB, but they're still harassing and banning me for post that do not violate their community standards. I have screenshot my posts, or posts in question but still no change in their lawless conduct.

I don’t know what really happened. I was given no warning when Facebook disable my account. I had same account since 2011/2012. I never put anything or post anything bad in Facebook. There are two things I was doing. One thing I was doing in bitcoin sites. I was calling out on scammers that false advertising about huge profits. I got involved in bitcoin 7 years ago. I got scammed 16 times and lost over $8,000. It took awhile to realize that it impossible to get huge profit. Started to thinking about it. There’s no way you get 50 people to making $35,000 in 24 hours. That’s $1,250,000. Where does the money come from? Bank?? Trade Marketing don’t care that much money. Just no way that each 50 people going to get $35,000 cash. Then scammer closed their account and reopen a new FB account under different names but photos are same. How come Facebook didn’t do anything about that????

They simply banned me for saying illegals are criminals. No race, religion, orientation, or group noted. I took a screenshot of their ban notice, created another account, posted the epic of my ban to my friends so they don't wonder what happened to me and they banned the new account for posting that privately. I honestly do not get it.

As a 20 year veteran of online sales in addition to sales in brick and mortar I thought I'd give Facebook Marketplace a try. Marketplace is a place you can post items you want to sell and browse for items you want to buy. Sellers and buyers typically meet in a relatively secure public place or buyers come to the seller's home or business.

I had an account in my real name for many years when I received the "suspicious activity" message. I submitted a new photo only to discover later my account was disabled permanently with no reason given. I tried to set up another one days later, only to have it removed as well. Facebook does target and monitor closely people who have been blocked from posting numerous times, so much so that if you get reported you'll get a ban automatically, even when it clearly did not violate their so-called community standards, which are arbitrary and capricious at best. For all the conservatives/regressives whining about being unfairly targeted, give me a break. It happens to liberals/progressives equally alike.

I was the victim of bullying by multiple people. I posted the abuse I suffered in two posts. Both were tagged for community standards violations for bullying. I protested both of the strikes. One was reversed the other has not despite being reviewed. The one they refuse to reverse is a set of messages sent directly to me by someone who I do not know, who blocked me after sending their abuse. This left me with zero recourse as I cannot find their profile, nor is there any way to report them in the window. They have blocked me for 30 days. Both of the recent strikes were listed as reasons for my block but I was the VICTIM. All of my abusers are going on without any sort of consequence because I cannot use the report system while blocked. Facebook has been sent multiple messages from multiple platforms and yet hasn't responded or reversed this. They do not care about the victims of bullying.

I haven’t used my Facebook account in some time due to illness. I tried to activate Messenger today, and had to log in with my user email and my password, which I did. However, I then got a screen saying I had to verify my identity by either having a code sent by text to my cell phone or uploading a copy of my ID. Since the cell phone numbers they had are old ones, I couldn’t use that option, so I reluctantly uploaded a copy of my ID. I’m not at all comfortable with that! I then got a message saying I would be contacted via email regarding my account once my ID was verified. That was this morning, it’s now early evening and I’ve received no such email.

I made a comment on a page for dog lovers. A post was made which linked to an article someone wrote about why people should stop breeding and buying pugs (mainly because of health reasons). Folks who willingly subscribed to the page wrote paragraphs and paragraphs of critical, negative comments about the article. I made a comment defending the article, and my comment was deleted because of "Hate Speech." I messaged Facebook directly about this and received no response. No visibility into how Facebook assesses or takes down comments. I don't know who reported the comment, why they reported it, or how it violated their vague Community Standards. I have reported multiple posts which talk about drugs or violence, and those stay up. For some reason or another, on this particular day, I was targeted and don't know why.

Although I am forced to post nowhere within 10 minutes apart and have used the page scheduler to keep my posts 10 minutes apart, I was placed in Facebook jail for 30 days without any notification for over two weeks, which I had to seek out, after it said I didn't have any violations, FOR POSTING TOO MUCH! Facebook refuses to give everyone the same rules on posting, instead, just makes them up as they go along. If they only want me to post so many posts a day, SAY HOW MANY! My content is fine, I even fact check memes. I think it's because I don't spend advertising dollars. I have over 49k fans without spending a dime. They need to have the same rules for everyone.

Retired grandma falsely. Accused of being a political entity. Suddenly FB shut down my account demanding my personal information. Would never give my driver's license, voter's card or any other personal information to such a hacked format. FB has taken my friends and family hostage as well as the many site I get my daily world news. Is this another attempt of FB manipulation conservatives? ** Is my FB account which is blocked. I want access to delete my friends and family so as Not to be a target by FB .

Facebook is shutting down groups and pages of animals lovers. It no longer free speech! Members are being reported just for posting their pets and livestock or equipment. People are being suspended for 7-30 days at a time.

Facebook just suspended my account for failing to provide them with Personal Identification and photo ID... Not ever going to give that info. How is it that Facebook can send me notifications to link up with individuals I know and are in my home computer email list when I have never used my Facebook account to even post articles? Facebook is illegally data mining the internet and has somehow gathered my personal emails and contacts and are now trying to have me link up with those who have Facebook accounts... THIS IS ILLEGAL AND FACEBOOK NEEDS TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE!!!!

FB blocked my account once for no reason and once for a reason that wasn't my fault if it even exists. To get my account back they pick 3 people that I barely know, ask me to get them to verify my identity. I did post some pro-Trump memes that were poking fun at Democrats. Is that it Facebook. They were harmless but to them they do not comply with community standards. They want me to verify my identity to get back on. A copy of my driver's license wasn't good enough for them. Something is very wrong here.

Facebook disabled my account. I submitted my photo ID requesting a review and a month later, I have received no response. I have never received correspondence from Facebook by email. They just decided one day to terminate my account, for no reason. I lost friends that I originally made on Myspace. Some of these friends, I have known for 14 years. They are just gone now, thanks to Facebook. Some of these friends have helped me to get by in life from day to day, as I have severe depression. I have moved on to other apps, but nothing can replace the friends I lost. I didn't cause trouble and mostly posted photos of my animals and places I visit. Facebook just decided one day that they didn't want me anymore and my friends are gone too.

As a major content creator, I routinely post links to my YouTube videos on Facebook groups and this has only recently become an issue which I do not understand or agree with. Since the primary purpose of my maintaining a Facebook presence is to promote my work, I would not be interested in remaining on Facebook as a platform if this interference continues, especially when Minds and other social media exist which are in the process of rapidly surpassing Facebook in popularity and user friendly policies.

Why is it so challenging to open a Facebook account? I deleted my personal fb years ago and started looking at using it for business now but I had to create a personal profile 1st and verification steps are taking forever! I see you have to upload a photo and then your ID document? Is this a bank or a social media page? I don’t know how they’re even going to verify me because I have no other social media presence and also my ID photo is from 2005 and I look completely different now so I guess I will just have to rely on IG, Twitter & YouTube. Facebook is going in to deep waters with this and I think they are going to lose some traffic here. I honestly think the verification step can be simpler.

This includes now includes the URL for articles I’ve written on my Wordpress page that were allowed in the past and now get reviewed. All I get is a simple dialog box saying the URL goes against Community Standards. I’ve written to the Support and Community Standards Page on numerous occasions for over a year now. In the past there would be an apology and my posts would eventually be returned. Now I just get an automated message saying they’re reviewing my complaint and my posts have been completely stopped. I can no longer posts events or take out ads that include my URL. This makes it impossible for me to access the tools on Facebook for my business page.

I used Facebook to share messages with others and play games (e.g. Hearts of Vegas). After spending about $20 with Facebook I was banned. Facebook never told me why I was banned but I am sure it was my conservative posts and the fact that I had about 50,000 followers.

I have been campaigning for President Trump, and the Facebook censors who are leftists don't like it. They sent me a notice that I have been banned for having an opinion about abortion, that they don't like. I never used any bad language, nor said anything to be banned for. Their true agenda is very obvious. If you are a conservative, Republican, Trump supporter, you have a target on your back at Facebook.

I Manage a number of Pages. In the year 2018 Facebook required me to provide proof of identity, yet my screen name didn't exactly match my as it is an acronym and is 90% similar my name. I didn't want that to change because everyone wants privacy and these pages I manage are NOT for myself but for an organization I'm not even the spokesperson of. After several attempts on 2018 I found their Policy on Names and proceeded to provide an additional name on my profile, it worked and it was approved. Nothing on my profile has changed since then. Now in 2019 they suddenly disregarded the process I went through last year.

I am fed up of seeing sales of tobacco & cigarettes products on buy & sell Facebook groups!! When I report only told it does not go against the community standards. But it's the law you also have to have license to sell these and not to under 18's so age related. Or does Facebook think it is now above the law! It may not go against what you think Facebook, but there are laws in place for drugs sales and fines and imprisonment!

I opened my Facebook account on May 25, 2019. I was new on Facebook and have my new account only a few days. I posted only a few messages about stock and option investment in a Facebook group created for an investment group that I signed up with for a significant amount of money. Suddenly, in a few days, when try to open my Facebook page, it said I was blocked from my account. On June 1st, Facebook send me email with one click connection to my account, but I could not log in and they ask about my picture. I sent it to them. After one day my account was disabled, and I send them copy of my driver’s license, which they require for unblocking the account. I have not done anything wrong or suspicious. I do not have any idea why all of this happened. I have never got any explanation from Facebook why my account was disabled.

I commented on a CW post about flying the 'rainbow' flag at embassies, etc. and said that the only flag should be the United States flag. I received numerous replies from a certain individual calling me names, and wouldn't stop. My last comment to him was,"You are the bigot not I, and I'm tired of your immature name calling. Go bother someone else." Then I blocked him. Well, now I get a message from FB saying my comment wasn't up to their standards.(What???) Needless to say I'm very offended by this treatment. Oh, and when I complained to them, was told to give them my CC info and a dollar and they will get back in touch with me about it. Ludicrous!

On May 31, 2019, they (** Menlo Park, CA, US) debited 24.38 from my checking account - though I have deleted my advertising and 10 year timeline account with them. They made me close my account - when they created a policy of forcing fan pages with high visitation likes ratings over 50,000 to be verified (when they refused to send a code to verify those pages). 6/17/2019.

Facebook didn't 'approve' of my 1st amendment opinion that a man shooting at passerby traffic on the freeway (resulting in the 10 being shut down in 2 directions for HOURS) then burning down homes and shooting at police.....could have saved EVERYONE a lot of trouble just using the 1 bullet, quietly, without costing lots of money in: lost time, lost jobs, police cost etc.

About 30 days ago, I became aware of my posts not showing the web links to my website. I promote shows for two of the best clubs in the west coast which requires me to post at least twice per week. Without any explanation, I’m getting less and less traffic on my posts (IG), it all started after I paid for advertising from IG (Promote this post).

Facebook first of all made me put my real name on my account instead of a fake name that I had for PRIVACY reasons. Of course I have three other profiles under fake names that sound legit, so I guess the joke is on them. Also, they DO target people of certain beliefs. Any truth (as in FACTS out of THEIR literature) about Muslims and Islam is stifled, and like others here...I have been targeted for posts that are years old. Are they serious? They are a social media platform, NOT a workplace, military academy, or gov't agency. They erroneously think they wield power. They have far too large an opinion of themselves. It's actually rather amusing when you think about it.

I was trying to update my number and for some reason it had select three friends in my settings. I tried to change this and know my Facebook has been hacked multiple times but Facebook never did anything. Now it tells me after changing my password to select a security verification and I uploaded my driver's license and still no access. Again they have me to verify by using an old number that I was trying to update or select three friends. This is after getting my ID which hackers can steal and use and I'm a victim of fraud already. All I tried to do was update my number and I'm going through this type of harassment. I'm tired of them not responding. I have a protection from abuse order and there is information that can help me show stalking and Facebook is assisting these men by locking me out of my account and purposely making me do security verification of my account which aren't working.

I’m writing this because Facebook has been having a field day with constantly banning my account in 30 day increments. Ironically the first and last time were for “bullying/harassment”. The second no reason was given. I mean the last I checked the definition of bullying is: to seek to harm, intimidate, or coerce. The definition of harassment is: aggressive pressure or intimidation. Not once did I make a threat towards anyone. And using a meme and no words really shows how Facebook works. Especially considering most people who get banned for meme posting.... THEY FOUND THEM ON FACEBOOK TO BEGIN WITH!

I have multiple items for sale and have pet service. Whenever I lost any of my services I get a notification that I am going against standards. I also have old posts where I have listed animals for sale. My account was locked for a few days due to this. I tried to find the posts and delete them. I missed a few and was locked for 2 weeks. I have NO IDEA where these posts are. I was unlocked and went through all of my MANY groups and found some posts from 2014. Thought I got them all, woke up this morning to my account locked for 30 days. Apparently I missed a post from 2014!!! One of the posts that was picked as a violation was simply a link to a webpage for animal rescue.

Yesterday they banned me for 7 days for a repost I posted months ago. Saying it contained nudity. There was not a single bit of nudity. Last time it was for a pro Trump sign. I can't use messenger or my business page. I don't know if it's due to them being a veteran, patriot, Trump supporter, ** male, American, who knows.

It is discriminatory, and bullying that Facebook suspends people for various time frames due to their non compliance with their rules. Their rules favor certain groups, organizations, political agendas, etc. If you do not function in accordance with their beliefs, and agenda they bully you into submission. They ban the sale of items, animals, pets, etc, by certain people, yet authorize and promote other organizations, groups, etc operate freely. I'm fed up with Facebook Corporate bullying people, and directly trying to influence the condemning of those who do not agree with them. This is the United States of America, and we are a free country. To utilize social media a person should not be subjected to corporate bullying, and dictatorship. They can sell MY personal information, but want to dictate what I do. This constant habit of them suspending accounts for violation needs to be stopped immediately. They do not own people!!

My account was reported by a Trump supporter (the name listed there) and sent me to FB jail for 7 days until yesterday for a comment like this, and last night that I wanted to open the account again, FB said that my account was disabled. I don't understand why offensive, FLOTUS is the acronym form of First Lady of the United States. The last 30th April my FB fan page (1.2m audience) has been unpublished. Actually I have a lots editors of my page. A editor account was hacked and someone posted illegal post on my page from the editor account. I removed the account and post. But suddenly I saw my page has been unpublished. After that I was appeal to FB support. Also I sent my all notary document a letter to FB head office by DHL service.. Until now I didn't get any response from FB support. I don't know, what is the system of FB support review team. Anyway if anyone can help me to recover my page then reply here.

I was blocked for jokingly calling somebody a "dumb stupid idiot" on a roast page created for roasting people. "Dumb stupid idiot" does not violate community standards. Then when I try to submit a report I get an error message saying "could not process request", as if I whoever blocked my account, also blocked my ability to request a review.

For nearly 7 years I have been a member of a group dedicated to the care of sugar gliders. The group was run by some of the country's leading breeders and educated both new and seasoned keepers alike. Now the group has been deleted, why? Because it violates Facebook standards; which standards? We have no idea as the only response the group admin get is that the group violates Facebook standards! I queried if it could be they thought we were selling animals, which they apparently don't allow, but apart from the fact this was a very small part of the group's purpose, many, many pet selling groups are still active! So Facebook has closed down one of, if not the country's leading source of information and support for a creature with very specific needs and in effect put the care of them at risk because new owners, and indeed seasoned keepers, no longer have this information easily at hand.

Where to start with this company. I've been on Facebook for about ten years and it was great. You could interact with people and say what you wanted as long as you weren't making death threats. Now fast forward to today where if you do not align with their liberal fascist views you get unfairly targeted and banned again and again. You could report comments directly made about your race, or family and when they "review" it of course it does not go against the "community standards" but if the person who's targeted says "If you had a brain, you'd be dangerous" and get a 30 day ban.

After waking up one morning I found my personal account had been removed by Facebook. This is because of a group page I was in. I don't mind the fact of them deleting the group page, it's the fact of deleting my personal account. I have pictures that I can no longer recover... My grandchildren, our family holidays, our daughter and her husband who are both serving in the armed forces and sent us pictures. You can keep your Facebook - all I want is my private pictures back. I’ve been on Facebook for about 10 years now and haven’t had many issues at all until a week ago today. For whatever reason, FB is no longer recognizing any of my devices I use to log in each day, not a big deal except I’m also no longer receiving my 6 digit SMS code that allows me to log in. So a week ago, tomorrow and again today I have sent them a copy of my driver’s license and also a picture of myself with the code provided in view but I haven’t heard anything back. I’m more frustrated that my first grandbaby was born this week and I can’t even share the news with my family and friends nor can her pictures me shared with me. My friends and family can go to my page with no problems and there’s nothing questionable posted, so I’m baffled as to why I’m suddenly having these issues. So disappointing because I can’t access my FB, Messenger, or my Instagram.

I created my first Facebook account last week and added a shop page to advertise my online products. Facebook took my card number and info then disable my account twice, within two days as I finished designing my product catalog. I signed up again thinking it was a fluke and re-designed my shop and posted my products again. The same day I was asked for a scanned copy of my photo DL/ID or mails/bills. I gave them all; to show it is really me. They disabled my account again. I did not do anything to infringe this wrath. My credit card is still actively in hand of Facebook and as we speak I am paying for advertisements for the products which customers can't buy; thanks to imbeciles running the Facebook. My account is disabled with no true explanation.

When I won the jp nothing happened. I only got 103M. I reported this to the FB adm. and even told them where the gold crown had landed while I played and it said, "Awesome. You won the major jp!!!" The response from FB agent was, "Well you should have taking a screenshot" (which at the time I did not know how to do) and I live alone on a measly ss income a month. I'm also a recluse and do not watch much tv but enjoy playing HIR, So they send me an email stating that all they could do for me is put 30M in my account. What a slap in the face. I gave them my ID number which I was told is how they track your plays. I'm so sad about this. How low can they go. It has me sick over this big mistake on their end. I could still be playing big bucks since I can't buy tokens but now I have to wait for the hourly and pray I get lucky. Let's just start by saying Facebook is the most one sided company on the internet. If you don't agree with the Liberal Democrat views on Facebook you will be banned over and over. If you say the word Muslim and have anything negative to say, even if just responding to a comment you will be banned. I have been on Facebook since it started, many decades ago. It would seem that now, it's becoming a liberal, fascist format. They use what they call "community standards" to control people's speech. Our not-for-profit was offered a free 'boost' for an event. It popped onto our FB page and said 'only a week till this free offer expires.' The promotion went ahead, and then we were billed $25. We would not have paid for this or accepted the offer if it had not been 'free.' We would like a refund of our hard-earned money. Disappointed!

My experience with Facebook is very poor. Facebook is targeting me because of my political affiliation. I am a Facebook user in Hong Kong, my Facebook account was created with user name “Stare Cat” a long time ago. But Yesterday, Facebook insisted on changing the user name, someone claims that was Identity verification. The problem is that I don't trust Facebook, Because they will sell our browser history and other personal information. Besides, my user name separates close friends and friends, Facebook insisted on changing my user name for take away my follower growth.

Facebook has advertisements that fill your news feed, every fifth post is an ad, they claim you can limit the ads you see in your settings/ ad preferences, but that does not work, you can try blocking the repetitive or scam ads, but they still come back on your news feed. Some ads you don't even know what they are for or selling, and from scam companies you never heard of before. I've reported and block ads all the time, and one called "ASIAN CHARM", a fake dating site set up for Asian women to come to the USA using American males as a ticket for entry into the USA.

People are complaining about Facebook blocks incessantly. I myself have been subjected to eight (8) 30 day blocks in the last 11 months. This seems to be the new normal at the fascist Facebook. Issuing appeals is pointless. I'd rate Facebook zero stars if I could.

I complained about FB always suspending people's accounts because of some very stupid they don't like. If you said illegal or posted against Muslims or Sharia law. If you post something about people who are un-American you get suspended. Well, I found a disgusting post from my other account that FB has no problem with. They did not delete the post or suspend the person who posted it. The post was about shooting police and hunting them down. So offensive and disgusting.

I've been on Facebook now for several years and while the physical layout and operation of the site is OK, those who run and monitor it leave much to be desired. They seem to have a very arbitrary way of how they interpret their so-called "community standards". Despite creating a group that was secret and not listed; that only those whom I invited to it would be able to see, the group and my personal account were blocked for 30 days. OK I set about trying to make the group conform to their "community standards" which I've been tweaking the group's settings bit by bit for the last couple of months. Now all a sudden I find myself once again blocked both my account and the group. Double-Jeopardy!

I posted a negative review on Sprint 2 days ago. A Facebook users responded to my post and posted a message against me, called me a Muslim Terrorist. I reported to Facebook and requested to restrict the user but they only removed the post and said they would restrict if it is repeated. Well, hours later the same user posted another message with hate against religion. I reported to Facebook but they never responded. But this is not it... I went to Facebook Community and posted my question if Facebook promotes hate crimes. A few minutes later, my account was blocked, I was asked to enter my phone number and provide a photo. I did but my account is still inactive, the person who was spreading hate crimes is still active and continues to do so.

I was kicked off Facebook again on Christmas Day and I haven’t even bothered trying to log back in. I was watching President Trump's address to the US Troops and “liking” his points. When he started talking about the wall and I was liking his talking points my Facebook account suddenly logged out. Thinking it was just a glitch, I tried to log back in to see the rest of the speech, a box popped up informing me I had been logged out for “abusing a feature”. So obviously “liking” our President's speech is abuse! I’m sure all the ones posting “mad faces” and negative things against our President were not blocked!

You guys sent me this: “Your comment is back on Facebook. We’re sorry we got this wrong. We reviewed your post again and it does follow our community standards.” However, I’m still enabled from posting, commenting, liking and messaging anyone. Why am I still banned, when you guys admitted to this mistake upon a second review? Please review again and uplift account. Thank you.

I accidentally locked myself out of my account, have no way to get in, and the only way I can directly speak with anyone at Facebook, is by emailing the memorization request page. They ignored my other messages, which they even admit they might not respond to. The issue is that I don't have many privacy settings set up, and anyone can post on my wall or tag me without me approving it. Not smart, but now that I want to change that, I can't!

The censors have banned me for posting a pic of Fred G. Sanford insulting Aunt Esther, calling that 'hate speech'. If that's hate speech, it was fine for TV when originally broadcast, & fine EVERY time it was broadcast in reruns. When Facebook locks down a personal account to authenticate the user's name, any conversations that user had with friends, colleagues, etc via the Messenger are tagged with the following disclaimer in lieu of the user's responses: "This message is no longer available because it was identified as abusive or marked as spam." That is, for the next 24 to 84 hours while Facebook's censors review the user's ID, the user is displayed to the world of their friends as an abuser, spammer, or otherwise a social media criminal. One would think that for a multi-billion dollar company with 25K+ employees, they would be able to program a message that clearly distinguishes name authentication lock-down from abusive behavior lock-down. Really, Facebook, this lack of attention to detail is truly MORONIC.

I wish Facebook could be held accountable for their blocking people from using their platform for arbitrarily and incredibly inconsistent reasons. I made a sarcastic joke and got blocked from posting for 30 DAYS. No warning or anything. Not only that, but I appealed it, and the ban was upheld in LITERALLY 4 MINUTES! They were somehow able to process that request for review within 4 minutes. Of, course, you cannot get a hold of anyone at Facebook. Such total garbage! I will support every effort to hold Facebook accountable from now on. I will also be deactivating my profile. I'm done with their fickle garbage.

Locked out of my FB account that was establish on March 2017. I sent verification of identity and FB said they were unable to process my request. There's is no other option to get it back. This should really be against the law. I believe I will start a petition against FB. I see many people having the same issues. And I know my account was hacked. I exhausted the written passwords I saved. All of a sudden none of the passwords is accepted. They can't control the hackers and believe they are the true hackers and storing profiles at will on their database.

I have been a FB member since 2009. I belong to several groups and administrator in several. Earlier today I went to comment on a post and found out I was blocked!! Went to support inbox and it said something I posted went against FB community standards and I was not allowed to post or comment in any of my groups. There is NO picture or comment or reason listed as to what I posted. I have appealed this decision several times asking why but have not received an answer. Ironically the groups I posted in before this block came on at 1 pm were Christian-based groups. Facebook needs to up their game on this bs. I see naked women on pages, blood, violence, sexual acts, etc but I am banned for posting in a coffee group? Seriously? This issue and many others need to be resolved. You would think a multi million dollar business would have better customer service.

On December 23, 2018 I was banned from Facebook for posting "Learning & Being a Doer of the Word of God will get your prayers answered; not being hinder. That's what make God Happy." This is not offensive and I don't understand why would I get restricted from posting on Facebook for this message. It seems as If you post anything that someone disagree with it seems you will get restricted.

FB told me I could not post links to 2 articles by an award winning Canadian journalist, from a well known mainstream Canadian news site. They told me the links to these articles 'violated' their terms of service. Crazy... There was even a FB share button on the articles but when you try to share from there they tell you content is blocked because people on FB have complained it is abusive. ARE YOU kidding??? A few people complaining about a journalist's mainstream article can get it blocked from sharing??? One of the articles by journalist Roy Green of Global News in Canada is "Roy Green: Waterboarding is illegal, yet chronic pain is tolerated". This is blocked by FB as being abusive content.

Facebook have locked me out of two accounts without providing either adequate justification or allowing me recourse to any action to retrieve my account information and delete the account. I am quite certain the lock-out is politically motivated due to my critical stance on Israel and Zionism. None of my posts were actually mentioned and no formal complaint has been made make specific allegations. Before the lock-out I was attacked vehemently by a UK charity called the "Campaign Against Anti-Semitism" who accused me of being antisemitic. I am Jewish and I do not believe any such accusations would stand up in a court of law. Therefore, Facebook are applying arbitrary standards in locking me out.

Alas last 2 days ago I have a message saying that it violated their terms that promote hate speech but I post nothing hatred on my group what I assume done by other poster(s) suspecting political discussion. I have spent a lot efforts and time to build group eventuality get vanish just one button from Facebook and accusation remain mystery. For years, Facebook actually know appeal form is not working, but they never bother it.

Locked account after I was given sim card with spyware. I factory reset my phone and was locked out. It has been 3 days. I've verified through email and sent 3 verification photos with codes. Still nothing.

FB deleted my account. They claimed it was reported as being fake. No matter what I sent for proof they did not let me back in. They Used facial recognition to do it, after I opened a new legitimate acct. I did not give them permission to use facial recognition.

If for any reason you closed your account and tried to create a new one later, Facebook will lock you forever, and also never sent me the backup downloaded profile and never responded to the form submitted. They are very discriminative.

Facebook keeps locking me out. They let me back in today then locked me out again. I made up a new account and 10 minutes later I'm locked out of that one. No explanation. The only reason I keep going back is because most support groups are on Facebook these days.

I have been restricted, banned & blocked by Facebook for sharing & posting motivational, inspirational& spiritual memes & posts to the humanitarian groups & pages I am following & a member of ??? This has happened to me several times & my objections & complaints always fall on deaf ears???!!! According to Facebook it goes against their community standards??

Facebook disabled my account for posting an article you can Google proving the original commenter was a woman abuser via a local news source. There was no profanity just the link and me saying the op was a stand up guy sarcastically. Said dude even threatened me in my inbox for posting the article and presumed to post my entire address on the internet.

Last week (this is November 2018) I opened a new account with my real name, verified email and phone number. The same day, it blocked me without warning despite no known violation of the terms of service and demanded a selfie, which I uploaded immediately. Attempts to log in were futile for the next day, so I went to the appeal page and like a good sheep uploaded a scan of my government ID. No contact, and unable to log in. Next day, attempting to log in shows my account was DISABLED.

Facebook suddenly disabled my account without any reason given after I made a complaint which Facebook unpublished a page which I just opened. I did NOT violate any rule. I did NOT receive any warning. The appeal button of the page is broken. You clicked on it but it redirected you to the home page. Facebook acts like an autocrat.

Facebook should not disable account especially the people who decide that are outside the USA. They also collect ID so they can sell them and they make more money. Then when they are caught they claim that they were hacked. The company should be shut down.

We have been using FB for many years now. While browsing our page few days ago we received a request from FB to upload a full face photo showing our eyes. We complied. A few minutes later we was ask to provide a phone number which we did and received a text code to re-login. When we try logging in we keep receiving this message. “You Can't Use Facebook Right Now. We're reviewing the photo you sent us. We're always looking out for your security, so until then you won't be able to use Facebook”. This has been going for almost a week now denying us access to our page.

I have been got cheated from FB Marketplace. She had taken my order through FB on WhatsApp and didn't provide me products and also take all products money in advance as saying prepayments and didn't provide me any product. She had taken 6500 rs. Now you say what do I do. I have all proofs and chat of WhatsApp which she had chat. Her name is Kausha ** from Bhavnagar and she has also blocked me from WhatsApp. Also she sells now. Also pls report her. She had blocked me that's why I can't. Also I want my money back so pls report her. Kausha ** is her FB profile name. She lives in Bhavnagar in Pooja Flats Wakhavadi which is too far from me so do solve this and I want my money back. I have been a loyal FB business user for three years and built nearly 10,000 followers on my business page and more than 2,000 on my personal page for FB to generate advertising revenue from. I use all of their major competitors and more and more than two months ago changed my page name with all of them easily including the search engines as well. When I needed support I even got it from humans.

One foreign person who was unknown to me, reported me to FB that I seemed to be bullying him in a general group panel over USA politics. I replied him in a comment along with many other folks, “You are too dumb, and should be staying outta USA politics..." (Nothing else, no profanity words.) Poof. I got suspended over this... for 30 days!! FB even threatened me if it’s next time, will be banned from FB forever... Baffled, isn’t it!?

I set up a new account a few days ago and every time I go back to it, Facebook blocks me out until I offer them more personal data. They are holding the site hostage to get more private info off of me. Second: They required a photo of my face. This took several tries and several photos. Specifically, they want a passport style photo so they can scan a biometrics ID of my face. Then they held me out of the site for two days until they could verify. The next day I went back to the site and they blocked me out again on the same photo request. I resent the photo they approved before, but now they no longer accept it. The same thing happened when I tried to connect through Instagram. At this rate of non-access, Facebook is unusable.

Many times my posts are deleted for violating their standards. Last one was just saying I'm offended as a ** person by all the ** shaming, etc... No threats, no inflammatory words... But I've reported many that out and out call for killing law enforcement and it always comes back that it doesn't violate their community standards!!! It's time they face charges and fines for this.

I made a few mistakes on my password or setting up my e-mail account on Facebook, and it has been a nightmare of frustration since. I have advice for any who experience such difficulty, and that is to never create a new password or a new e-mail address- because then things only become worse. Thinking I could simply create a new e-mail account with new password has led me to being blocked by every other site I have since tried to log into. Every site says that my new-and old- e-mail is non-existent. They say I have no identity, and that I am under security watch. I have wrote Facebook a dozen times- but they do not care. They do not even have the respect or courtesy to respond in a way that resolves this issue. So I will call the Better Business Bureau and explain what has happened, and see what transpires after that. I only wish Facebook cared enough to talk to me like a real person would. But they could care less.

Today F/B suspended me for 30 days. I wrote on F/B - CNN post and said: "You mean "Feminists" who are basically female Marxist Communists who only support Communists to run the Gov't who would take away our freedom and choices? They are dumb women in my opinion." F/B said this was "Hate Speech". 30 day suspension. They basically proved what I said was true by shutting down my free speech for a month! WOW, little ole me is such a "Threat"... Lol.

I just created a Facebook account today for the first time ever. Facebook disable my account twice, in less than 1 hour. I have not done anything but add some family pictures and search for other family two other family members so that I can add them as friends. Facebook's reason for disabling my account was to review my picture and to protect my security. Frustrating me is not protecting my security or helping me in any way. This is my first experience with Facebook and it is terrible. I do not regret staying away from this website since it was created at all. I wish I did not create the account and am seriously thinking about deleting the account permanently. I am not a patient person and can't deal with pointless roadblocks. I was excited to create the account today but I currently hate Facebook.

On September the 27th 2018 my account was disabled for Facebook and Instagram. I don't post political/hate/spam. I post once in a while random things that are positive or things that make you think. I send happy birthday messages on people's timelines when possible. When not I’ll shoot them a message and say it to them. I don't go and mass add people I don't know. I only add people I know. I was put in charge of a group because no one else wanted it, it has around 3700 people in it. The only time I send any of them messages is if they are violating the rules of the group and I usually send a you are violating this rule. Please don't do it again or you'll be removed from the group and I provide the rule they are breaking and that's usually the last I hear from that person.

Have been a member of Facebook for yrs, suddenly got a notice when trying to log in that my privileges have been suspended for 24 hours, for what reason I don't know, there is no way to contact them to dispute reasoning, dont even know when suspension started or will end! This is so very wrong, be well advised people. This is a horrible way to treat people. I am a disabled senior and counted on FB for some way to communicate with outside world. Sad the way they treat people, no respect.

I have my profile as private as Facebook will allow. My friends list is set to "only me" and the only people who can search me add me are "friends of friends." Last night I got 15 spam friend requests from people in Indonesia, India, Pakistan, Ohio, New York, Nevada, and other random places. There must be a website somewhere that compiles random profiles and sends them out for friend requests without the user's consent. I have exactly 9 people on my list. I don't need thousands of people reading my feed. Facebook doesn't care.

This is a bias organization. I get booted off for trying to do what is right by stopping someone who was bullying others with his comments about them being "DUMMIES" "Snowflakes" and calling people "FOOLS" But instead of reading the whole piece of the comments, YOU automatically boot me off. Facebook Acct. disabled TWICE for NO reason - After researching Facebook who currently has 2.3 billion users worldwide, I write to you. I’m not selling human beings, Taliban recruiting nor using hate speech but my account was disabled. I simply opened a new account and that was just disabled an hour ago! I’m simply selling items inherited as an income source after being laid off. There is NO customer support, despite the billions made by FB. FB seemingly doesn’t have the money to hire live customer service reps nor even an online chat system. In the meantime, they're a monopoly that sadly runs people’s lives.

My account had suspicious activity and had been and still is locked. I have tried every recovery method but all I get at the end of each is an error: "Sorry, something went wrong. We're working on getting this fixed as soon as we can." Considering this company has all of my personal information and sells it for a profit they could at the very least reach out to me via email or call me. Nope. No way to actually contact Facebook at all. I have had to create more than 50 NEW passwords in the past 48 hours just because my recovery is looping. How is anyone supposed to get their account back if all they get is errors?

I am looking to buy a truck. I found some for sale on Marketplace. When I ask where is the vehicle located I got, "I'm in another state and I will have vehicle shipped. I am in the military and I am about to go overseas." I found several like that.

I was setting up a new FB account and I put two pics of myself on the account. I changed my profile pic and suddenly got kicked out for NO REASON. All I did was change my profile pic. Now it's asking me to send a photo of myself to them to have reviewed. It's been over 15 mins and still no feedback. I'm very concerned with what Facebook is doing to my pics... It's an invasion of privacy. What are the staff doing... ogling people's pics? Get real. People shouldn't need to have their profile pics 'reviewed' just for changing it once during set up. Very pathetic and therefore their violation of privacy of people's personal photos needs to be reviewed. I don't need a dirty FB perv ogling my pics thanks.

Facebook has blocking me, again, for another 30 days. This is very unfair, and a strict violation of my Freedom of Speech and Freedom of Religion. I do not threaten or hurt anyone. I am NOT scamming or trolling or hacking. No posting nudity or threats. I need my Facebook Account Active NOW...!!!

My FB acct was hacked 5 days ago by a scam group called the Bitcoin Trading Community. First, they posed as my friend and got me to invest money because I didn't know my friend's acct was hacked and then after I stupidly sent money in, they closed my fb account down, blocked me and are not using my account to promote their scam trading group. They are pretending to be me and now going after my friends. It has been impossible to contact Facebook. I set up another acct with a different name to write up the problem and then they shut that account down, asked me for a photo of me, which I sent, and then said it was in review?? I also wrote to them by email and no response. I heard it can take up to one month for them to respond, but meantime, they have ripped off others --- I find it crazy that there is not a way to easily contact Facebook and prove my identity. I'm not sure what next steps to take.

Hello: I asked Facebook for help THREE times in the past ten days, to NO avail. For the past 10 days, I've NOT been receiving my friend's posts, and my "PROFILE" page will NOT load. Someone has been messing up with my Facebook page and it's NOT me. Instead of helping, all I've been getting from Facebook is: "Thank you for your feedback"??? :-(

I purchased a faulty product through Facebook marketplace. I went to their policy page to see what I could do to get satisfaction. Facebook policy page states: "To return a Product: (i) you will need to initiate the return through the Facebook return mechanism." It does not explain what the "return mechanism" is, how to find it on Facebook, or whom to contact to help you find it. Apparently, Facebook has no customer service number OR email address.

It has been the most horrible experience for me. Drama, drama and drama on there and you report pages and groups and people. Whoever is working behind the reporting is not doing their job and they need to get fired. All my harassment and stalking started in 2010 on there. My husband and my friends they know who starts it and they come in and defend me. There is a page about my son's school shooting that has been reported and they will not take it down. Needs removed.

Opened a msg from someone else and FB blocked me. Was told to send a pic of myself holding numbers they provided and I did. Weeks later I am still not able to log in. Had FB 9 years and will be done instead of making new one. The process should not be this hard and they should have a department to contact someone considering it's a billion dollar business! Sucks. There's goes years of memories and pictures!

Me and my family have been getting threatening and harassed for over a year now and Facebook won't do anything about it. They keep saying is block her and she keeps on making more fake profiles just to harass us. The police department won't do anything about it so we all have deleted our Facebook and I will never use it ever again.

I've had dozens of issues with Slotomania on Facebook and have spent hundreds of dollars over the years buying their coins in order to play just to have their slots rob me of winnings only to be told that it was due to my Browser, that their log says I was paid when I wasn't or I must be using an old PC and/or have a slow internet connection (I run Quad I7's at 3.4 GH, 16M of ram, with a Nvidia GeForce GTX 760 with 4GB of VRAM on a 100GBPS broadband internet connection). When Slotomania does decide to "benevolently give back coins" all I've ever seen is 1% or less of my losses. But this last issue takes the cake! I joined one of their challenges a "Quest" where you have to play a gauntlet of difficult slots in order to get through and win a large prize at the end. I did and I did quite well then I moved on.

Facebook doesn't investigate anything anymore, they use an algorithm that is very critical about pictures. Also someone can be offended by something that is a joke, for instance a picture of some man's pants and call that sexually suggestive and anything anyone reports as SPAM, one is blocked for a week, even if it wasn't advertising since they don't bother to actually check anything. Terms of service violations for anything is unfair if a human hasn't investigated it. People who are conservative offend liberal people and people who are liberal offend conservative people and both report each other. Facebook blocks people for being reported not because of an actual violation but because someone of opposite opinions calls your post spam or suggestive or offensive, which is an objective thing.

I am sick of Facebook blocking my ability to post reviews. A positive review I left for Thai Navy Seal that received around 33 likes was deleted the next day and my ability to review blocked. Yet they will allow cyberbullying and harassment.

When attempting to change information on "Page Roles" Facebook requires you to give password, then wants to confirm by sending an email for you to respond to in order for the change to take effect. The problem is that the email they say they sent never arrives. No, it isn't in the Spam folder. It simply never arrives. What the heck is this about! "We’ve sent a confirmation to ** to make sure it’s a valid email address. Your ad account contact info will be updated once you’ve confirmed your email. If you don’t receive this email, check your spam folder."

I have a hidden app on my phone called FB PUBLICIS and it keeps popping up ads. I've reported this to Facebook support centre but without any luck at all. I do not have suspicious apps on my phone and I've blocked all settings with regards to Google ads or any ads. This is something from Facebook. I cannot uninstall Facebook because it is "glued" to Android driven phones. I can only disable it, but it does not work. These Public ads are driving me insane. I cannot do anything on my phone. It started 3 days ago and it's getting worse by the minute. I also did a software update but still no luck. I feel this is Facebook's responsibility to remove this Publicis app from my Facebook profile. I even backed-up all my data and files and re-installed the software, but no luck at all.

Facebook doesn't give a crap about this so we're mainly just venting to each other. The only hope is that one day a better service will come along and leave it in the dust. Like many others here, my account, which I've had for 9 years, was disabled without notice or warning, for no reason at all or as it appears at least since Facebook doesn't explain anything. They have no customer service. All of your complaints are handled by computer scripts.

Just don't put anything you care about on there and maybe you'll be ok? FB threw me off, I sent the required documentation repeatedly and they provide no response, no resolution, and they just don't give a ** about you or your account. In addition to hurting my businesses, I missed my daughter announcing her college, my 10th anniversary and will now miss my 50th birthday. They say they don't "know" me after 8 years on FB, placing ads for my businesses, and running a number of Homeland Security and other pages. It's a horrible, horrible company that we are empowering every single day. You have no recourse, no one to talk to.

Facebook disabled my whole account without telling me why, without warning. I tried to log in to my account but I couldn't. Facebook disabled the page that I created for my art business, that had over 1,000 likes, that I paid hundreds of dollars to Facebook for likes and other advertising. I sold a lot of art by advertising on my business page.

Facebook is very liberal and very bias against conservatives. If you post a comment that Facebook does not agree with they will block you from posting for a given length of time and tell you: "Your post was not up to community standards." I feel this is a violation of the 1st amendment of the constitution and suppression of free speech!!! I am extremely disappointed in Facebook and I don't understand how they can continue to get away with this federal violation.

Facebook's Mark Zuckerberg testified in front of Congress that the social media site does not allow for hate speech. Facebook does indeed does allow hate speech and LEAD DEADWOOD CLASSIFIED AND FREEBIES. Admin was contacted on numerous occasions regarding cyberbullying, electronic harassment, hate speech, and threats of violence that was first initiated by the social media crowd on this site for about a couple days at the end of April 2018. I took screenshots and contacted local law enforcement. I reported this situation to Facebook under the community standards and was advised that comments made did not violate the Community Standards. Yes Zuckerberg, they did in fact go against the community standards. I asked for this group to be banned and I have yet receive a response. Violations go against Title 18, U. S. C. subsection 1992 and this group that posted comments should be banned effectively immediately.

I just started a business if I hadn't spent only half my day trying to figure out Facebook's lousy create a page system that kept having issues. Then after hours of work and editing I gets locked out my own account and prompt for a cell number to verify. Well how in heck am I to do that when I didn't have one on my account? How stupid and a system be really so I continue to place my cell number and it say ENTER VALID CELLPHONE NUMBER, so I tried a different format because obviously this stupid system doesn't know it's a valid cellphone number. Didn't work.

Tried several times to review Facebook here. They must pay Consumer Affairs a lot of money to prevent bad reviews. Because of my "not in line with FB way of thinking" I and several people have been frequently banned from posting. Has anyone else had this issue? They now are using Artificial Intelligence programs to scan through people's posts and delete them. Our freedom of speech is being trampled on by FB.

I signed up for Facebook in March 2018. I only have 13 friends. Everything has been fine so far. Until I went to log on April 9 2018. I have not posted anything offensive or wrong. Once I logged into my account. I am automatically logged out. A message pops up saying that my account has blocked because of unusual activity. I was just on there last night. Nothing was problematic at all. I was told to provide a photo to verify my identification. I did that. Then I was told my picture will be reviewed and they would get back to me. That I am being logged out due to security reasons. I have not been able to access my account since. I need access because I am a part of a theater group. They post things that are important for me to know. Like if rehearsal is cancelled or pushed back later. What the heck is wrong with FB? I am not happy with the way they are treating me.

My original Facebook Business page was terminated without warning or excuse. I had over 100 five star reviews, 35k talking about this and thousands of followers. A few weeks later a client asked me if I opened another salon in Tennessee which is when I found out about the first fake page misrepresenting my business. I started to tell clients don't post or like any business pages with my salon name on Facebook. Then I found another page that misrepresents my salon. They found pictures that I posted online they are offering services that I don't, they welcome everyone to just walk-in yet I do not take walk-ins - this is a reservation only boutique salon. People have been trying to come to my salon same day interrupting guests during their private sessions! They all say they found me on Facebook and it says walk-ins are welcome!

If people say awful things about our President, they get pass. If you say something about Michelle Obama being a hater, you get Facebook jail. It's called the First Amendment, Facebook **. What can we do to pull Facebook's license? They should not be on the internet if they won't obey the First Amendment.

I'm a political blogger and use Facebook to market my work to my fellow citizens. FB took money from me then disabled my account the next day. Nothing in my work violates FB terms. I cannot get a response from them. Only a company with a monopoly would do something like this.

My account was disabled. I sent in my DL and it was restored only to be disabled again 72 hours later. I sent in my DL AND Work ID and was told that even though the name on mt DL/work ID/FB matched I was disabled for pretending to be someone else, that my name was fake on my account.

I posted a video from another website. Nothing bad. It was a humorous video about people doing silly stunts to music. I get told I am Banned for 30 days because of it. Thousands watched this video without issue or complaint. But instead of giving me the benefit they just ban you. No appeal. No questions. This is pathetic. Does anyone actually review what their staff is doing in their name? After their current trust issues and falling revenue they would want to keep their customers happy.

Facebook keeps disabling my account, I'm not doing anything wrong, anyone can look at my page and see I'm not violating anything. I have sent in a pic like they asked, done everything they asked and they still disable it. I will be able to use it for a few hours, then disabled again. Why not just look at my post and see I'm not doing any wrong?

This what I posted on Facebook and was blocked from posting for 24 hours. "We Removed Something You Posted. It looks like something you posted doesn't follow our Community Standards. We remove posts that attack people based on their race, ethnicity, national origin, religious affiliation, sexual orientation, gender or disability." The demos have already violated freedom of speech and they will not quit until we are a socialist government. That's the reason for the Second Amendment to stop a tyranny government. The right to bear arms and that's is the only thing that stands between us patriots and these leftist idiots.

I all of a sudden keep getting blocked from my own page. It says I am abusing the features by going too fast. That's a load of crap. Like today it has not let me post even one thing on my page. Not one. This is stupid and they need to remove this block. I bother no one. I just post my page every day and play games. As you can see by my page I have quite a following of people who love my page. Never DID this before. I am very upset by this and fed up. Why? Just all of a sudden you start this? Please remove this stupid block.

I tried to send money to my brother through Facebook messenger and he never received it. He wasn’t able to figure out how to attach his account to receive funds. The money was supposed to be refunded in 7-10 days but I never received the refund. I’ve had over 30 messages back and forth with their help desk and they have not refunded my money. “Laura” continues to ask for my brother to contact them. He has sent them multiple messages but they have not responded. I asked for this to be escalated to upper management but they have not responded. They do not have a phone number for assistance. DO NOT USE PAYMENT IN MESSENGER!

I have received several repeated emails, some of them very distasteful, from people "claiming" to be my friends that are ONLY on my Facebook account. There is absolutely no other way that these people could have been accessed. I want someone in high security to contact me immediately.

I reported many fake accounts and scammer profiles to Facebook and they removed some but kept most. I used to use Facebook a lot but since I was scammed out of a lot of money from a fake account, I rarely use it anymore. Seems like Facebook is now Fakebook because they're allowing scammers to take over and let the scammers continue to scam innocent people like me. Shame on you Facebook!!!

Once again Facebook disabled another account my account for no reason and when I try their form I end up getting nowhere on an answer of why my account was disabled. Now I'm sitting here trying to find help outside of Facebook to get this fixed.

Went to report someone recently, only to discover that if you want to report them for hate speech or literally anything sexist, racist, abusive, etc, you have to classify it as "annoying". Now, I would say that there is never a good time to remove something like that, but the fact that Facebook would choose to do that now of all times is stupid and screams problematic. But what does it matter in the first place? Not like they actually help members when you report something anyway.

I tried joining Facebook on 2/26/20018. After messaging a few long time friends, the following day 2/27 Facebook requested another picture which I sent immediately. All day said picture was under review. The following day, my account was cancelled. I submitted an appeal on 3/1 but was never answered or given any reason why my account was cancelled. I once again on 3/3 tried to open an account on Facebook. After messaging a few other friends, same thing with picture came up and got cancelled. Facebook refuses to make any kind of contact with me via email to tell me why I can't have an account with them. I have also filed a petition on Twitter to force Facebook to give me some kind of answer and reasoning why they refuse to contact me.

I write conservative Christian articles and essays. When they are shared to my Facebook account they are immediately flagged as spam. Soon after my account is blocked. Facebook is extremely biased toward Christians. Facebook is unconstitutional and threatens 1st amendment rights to freedom of speech. I have been blocked from Facebook numerous times for this.

This happened to my mom right in front of me about a month ago. She randomly got a message from someone she didn't know saying her request to connect on Messenger had been approved. She did not try to connect to this person. Within a minute, it said she had successfully sent them $200! We tried to cancel but it went through too quickly. This happened on the computer, so I took a pic with my phone. Within 3 minutes from when they were connected on Messenger, everything was gone. There was no message to this person anymore!
