Facebook has shut down thousands and thousands of people since Dec 2021 for all unknown reasons. They have no support team to inquire, the phone numbers listed online do not work or are fraud, and the forms requested to fill out are never replied to. I sent in 30+ requests for help and NO one has replied to my requests. Shameful.

Facebook is unbelievable. They disabled my account after sharing a meme that no telling how many others shared. The meme was a hand with a nail through 3 fingers that said Nailed It. I got a popup that said suicide that we don't allow. They said they are always looking out for security of people on Facebook. I made several conservative post and feel like I am being targeted because I am a conservative. Who can follow their so called community standards when they change or are not clear. I have friends that have posted worst meme and pictures than I have and they are still on Facebook.

I used Facebook daily to keep in contact with friends and family. They used a false reason to suddenly lock my account: "suspicious activity". To "protect me". Which happens to be a lie. I'm the only user of the account. I provided two proper forms of identification and they still refuse to unlock my account. I told them just shut it down since it won't be active anymore and they refuse. I tried to open a new account they instantly closed it off too. I'm not a crook and I don't advertise products so this is not acceptable. Instagram and Messenger are also blocked off via Facebook. I am not thrilled to say the least. And I need to find a higher authority to file a complaint.

Customer Service at Facebook may as well be BOTs when trying to chat with "agents". They do absolutely nothing to help small businesses. They allow spammers, fake accounts, and bots to run rampant leaving spam and irrelevant reviews on business pages. They give you outdated SOP that doesn't work. OR provide the same canned responses to every situation and tell you to report problems through their automated system, which like clock-work provides an automated response 24 hours later that the problem you reported doesn't go against their "Community Standards". I personally hope the Government fines them for all they are worth!

I haven't been able to log in to my Facebook account for four days now. Whenever I try logging in using my password, they say my password is incorrect whereas it's correct. Okay, I clicked "forgot password" and I was sent a new password which I used to try logging in, but I was told such account doesn't exist. I have never posted anything that's against Facebook standard. Please I can't afford losing my Facebook account. Do something about it. Thanks.

I was using Facebook normally and texting with friends and classmates, then suddenly my account was disabled and they requested my photo and I attached it, but my account was disabled, and when I try to appeal my case they refuse to receive the case, I see that this is extremely bad customer service and no It can be justified, I want my rights and the recovery of my personal account because I did not commit any violation. My account was blocked by Facebook almost 2 months ago, because I was posting about the upcoming Canadian election at the time. Freedom of speech was taken away from me. I wasn't going against community standards, I was just making my voice heard peacefully and sharing posts encouraging other Canadians to make their voices heard by voting.

As the title states, this platform is not very friendly or inclusive. I am not one to be very social or think much of social media in general, my experience on Facebook just confirms this. I was in hopes to have a profile to connect with family and/or have it as a place to vent out my frustrations anonymously to other like minded individuals. I was going to use my pen name, Johnny Buck, but apparently that "violates community guidelines" and was disabled right out the gate and not even given a chance to have a profile.

I am a retired Ontario Provincial Police Officer and I represent a group of over 800 people in South Western Ontario, Canada. We were building a support network for our community, consisting of nurses, police officers, trades people, farmers, mental health counsellors and many others with skills to assist their fellow citizens. The mission statement of our group included being a peaceful and spiritual support group for those in need during these times of tyranny. We were planning many meetings and planning to expand our network of members to help as many people as possible.

Facebook has banned my account outright and requested for more information which I have provided. Despite this, my account remains closed with the remarks that I have breached community guidelines. This is totally disappointing as I have even furthered my ID and photo for them to verify. They get back within 1 min without any verification. How do they banned account without any accountability these days. This is getting from bad to worst....

Now STOP, we can't really take it anymore, make us fail and end up bankrupt because of the moderation of Facebook. For years we have been creating original content on Facebook, working for many hours every day, making a page grow to more than two million followers, with many sacrifices. We have created thousands of images that those who use Facebook, at least once or more in their life, have shared or commented, we have created original content and all of them are about positivity or phrases for reflection or animals. Images and videos that have stolen thousands or hundreds of thousands of other pages from us.

Facebook used to be a solid platform. Every update they come out with makes it worse. Nothing needed overhauled. This last update was horrendous. And they don't stop there. Everything Zuckerberg does is to crap on his users. And the designers obviously have so much time on their hands to make it harder to use. Scroll down to look at something and you better not lose that place. Lest you be shot back up top. Anyone with a brain can see everything they do is garbage. So much more but this is good for now.

I own a business and we have to work with Facebook on ads. First, their ad policies are terrible. But even worse, their "AI" robots will reject your ad for no reason other than it made a mistake. Even worse, if their stupid robots make a big mistake, they'll shut down your entire ad account. Even worse, when you chat with their support, they'll never tell you why it was rejected or taken down. You can get everything back up and running again if you constantly send it in for a review and after many reviews, an actual human will do it and reinstate it. Complete garbage of a system. At least tell your advertisers, some of who are spending hundreds of thousands or millions of dollars, what the issues are so they can fix them and adhere to your policies the next time.

Similar to others, my personal account was hacked leaving my business page inaccessible. None of the "bot" responses for restoring my account have worked. I've tried to log support assistance. It's been well over a month since this occurred. There are no income opportunities for me any longer using my social media accounts. Automation is great when it's great. This.... is not great.

June 28, 2021, my Facebook page is LOCKED. Followed instructions to resolve issue. FB says they will resolve issue within 24 hours. It is now August 4 and nothing has happened to fix the issue yet..

Facebook constantly has harassed me and put me in Facebook jail for sharing truthful information that is well documented. They censor everything and use fake fact checking that does not even apply to the post. They deny communication with others who are of like mind and use this forum platform to stay informed about events checking what is going on worldwide. Facebook blocks valid information that can save lives. They have blocked me without recourse to even contact them for a review. Now, after being on FB for more than 10 years, they have disabled my account without recourse, no review and without reason. I am blocked from reaching family members and friends in time when this is the only way we can communicate. I am seeing such actions happening to many others who wish to share valuable information.

My account has been restricted (Facebook Jail) several times now. Each time was due to my response to a post that I had seen. My responses were taken literally as individually written sentences and not considered as to how they related to the post. Because of this, they were perceived as threatening. If the written responses were considered in relation to the post, they could not have been construed as threatening. It is a very flawed system of censorship that limits the ability to express new thoughts and insights!

To anyone who can assist in getting my Facebook profile off Facebook and delete all my information? I also cannot delete the app or uninstall it off my phone. I started 2020 before July trying to get my account deleted, at first it would only allow me to create another profile so I think I have 3, then I read some account information and it said after 30 days it will be deleted if no activity and it wasn't, then later after I created another acct I seen it said after 90 days of inactivity it would be deleted. That's a lie. I have not logged in or tried even though everything I do they make me try to log in thru Facebook and won't quit harassing me. So it's been over a year. My acct is still showing my mother in law still post things to me like Mother's Day, so why is Facebook lying about your profile?

My account was hacked and I have not been able to log in because the hackers changed my email address. I cannot report it and cannot change it because Facebook makes it impossible. They have no phone number or email where you can talk to someone. I have been dealing with this for two weeks with no help. I even tried to report it through another person's account, but have been unsuccessful. I asked to speak to a manager, get an email, or an address to write a letter. No response from the agent that was helping me through my son's account. They just stopped responding to me. At this point I just want my pictures of my son's and deceased mother because I am sooo disappointed. I have had this account for over 10 years with no problems and now it is gone. This is so sad from a company so large.

I got banned for using the word "shoot" when telling them to dispose of a feral cat they found rather than wasting tax money to have animal control do it. There are no moderators on staff to appeal this so I'm just locked out of the account. Every change to Facebook just makes it worse - pretty sure we're all leaving as soon as another good option pops up. Good riddance to bad rubbish.

June 2021 I logged into my Facebook account because that is the only way I can keep up with my family in Texas as I live in California. For some reason it asked me to log in but my password was not working so I asked to reset password. It had a strange email address that they wanted to send the link to change the password. I chose the option I do not have access to that email and their system just kept taking me in a loop. All of my recently deceased mother pictures are on facebook as she had an acct as well. All o my family pictures were on there as well. I have lost everything. I am 70 years old and very ill right now and I am so upset with them. I will never use them ever again. I have lost everything and there is easy way to contact them.

I notice Facebook has been blocking me for silly things and calling it bullying and hate yet someone can literally curse me out and they will do nothing about it. Facebook has loads of inappropriate content including porn but on a consistent basis they harass me.. I can't say a man makes me feel uncomfortable because of "blank" or they will block me.. In the future I see them getting sued for being bias misogynist who try to ban women and their freedom of speech. I can literally show you people and groups with Inappropriate content and they do nothing. They have a certain demographic of people they like to harass and I am sick of them messing with me.

I've noticed some strange things going on with my feed for several years, and suspect Facebook may be using covert tactics to eliminate people, such as *throttling* feeds, and repurposing *bots,* even *spam,* to mitigate banning accounts it deems of questionable community standards. The reason I'm suspicious of this is that I've noticed occasional response bleed through on wall, Messenger, Marketplace posts, where baseline is nothing shown, leading me erroneously to think nobody's interacting. I've seen this on Android mobile, Chrome web interface, never on the desktop version leading me to think there may also be some network layering of some kind going on. These posts/messages/responses will appear briefly then disappear, and I'm unable to go back and access them.

My Facebook account was disabled. I am Not posting death threats, sexual nudity, or bullying or harassing anyone. I post Bible Scriptures on a daily basis, I have been for the past 3 years yet Facebook disabled my account last week. Why? The only thing that I can come up with as to why my account was disabled is this...someone could have possibly cloned my name and my picture, hacked my account and made their own account using my name and put on that wall what they pleased, that went against Facebook standards. I posted something that listed the excuses why people don’t wear masks and the rebuttals of a restaurant. This was why people should wear masks. Facebook sent me a nasty letter saying that I had broken community standards for posting something on why we should wear masks in a pandemic. It does not make sense. I think Facebook has a lot of problems and has become dangerous.

Facebook keeps stopping me from posting because of my political views. They have stopped me from posting even after I appealed their decision and it was overturned. Facebook also helped block information during the 2020 election.

Facebook used to be where you would go to see how everyone was doing, show off a picture of your garden, send mom a good morning greeting, laugh at some comics, and check local news. Now, every other post is either filled with anger, misleading stories, and news links that are outright lies. You get bombarded with a narrative that goes against what is happening around you in the real world. A misleading narrative that only becomes obvious after a surprise FB jail term. Then another, and another, because people have no consequences for hitting the report button. I got reported multiple times, by the same person. Reporting is supposed to be anonymous, but for some reason, it wasn't this time. This person went down the feed and reported every comment I made, even those not to/about/at her, or even on the same post. This triggered an algorithm that went through everything I posted, going back a year and a half.

I have listed items for sale on Facebook Marketplace and they deny my listings for any Tommy Hilfiger listing for NO reason saying they are counterfeit. These items were all purchases from either Macys or Nordstroms. Other members who have the same or similar listings are NOT denied. I have appealed the process and I'm either ignored or they say it's still denied. Yet FB allows Fake Chinese companies posing as US companies to sell $40 treadmills on the marketplace and then have the NERVE to harass people like myself and MANY others who are just trying to sell clothes online to make a little money.

So FB allows people openly talk about murdering judges and prosecutors. When those comments were reported FB refused to find a violation. Lots of screenshots taken from Pro Police page Blue Lives Matter. Cops and their supporters talking about killing.

Facebook banned me for an inappropriate message. l had posted on a page. A person was being very distrespectful to some other people and kept replying constantly with disgusting comments. I said that he was like a Jack Russel dog who kept coming back all the time to bite. Apparently you are not allowed to call someone a dog. What l said was not an insult or inappropriate considering what this person was saying to other people. Facebook police need to realise what the definition of inappropriate means. I reckon they put their own people on trolling these sites to aggravate people on purpose to upset them, so they will reply to their nastiness. When the person answers them, they are instantly banned, for very little reason. I do not like Facebook anymore because a person does not have the right to freedom of speech.

This social media platform has gone extremely soft. Some woman was insulting bodies after children and I told her that her ugly personality was showing and I get banned for it? Hey yet it's acceptable to shame women's bodies for bringing babies into this world? Facebook dubbed it as harassment and bullying? I've seen way worse being posted and it remains. Guess if it doesn't fit the Zucks agenda it isn't happening.

The straw that broke the camel's back: I responded to video footage of little Ruby Bridges who had to be escorted to school through a sea of death threats by ADULT ** supremacists and I described the behavior of the crowd as rabid. For that FB banned me for three days, thereby condoning the behavior of people yelling death threats at a little girl whose only wish in life was to have an education. Their excuse? They banned me three times before. I remember those well, in every instance, FB policy was being abused by people who did not agree with my anti-fascist viewpoint, people who exploited Facebook's "policy" to silence me.

What is the difference between getting a speeding ticket and going to "Facebook Jail?" Facebook headquarters is in Santa Clara County, and if you receive a speeding ticket, you can plead guilty, make a written declaration, or go to court. Only after you plead guilty or are found guilty will you be punished, and for an infraction, the government will remove the offense from your record in three years.

I was messaging my friends on Facebook. I kept feeling like someone is spying on me, soon as I mention my business to my friend, Facebook spy on my message and deleted my business fan page for no reason, and I believe they also hack my account, and send my friends spam messages to sell their products, my friends was telling me, your account is sending bot spam! I told them that wasn't me, I'm gonna be deleting my Facebook account soon.

So I am back in Facebook jail for 30 days again after just getting out on Friday. Every time I have gone to fb jail it was over something that was appropriate to post or I wouldn’t of post. Can’t reach anyone to help me and get my account back open. I’m thinking about filing legal actions against them. I have seen way worst that people post and comment on there and they don’t go to fb jail.

It happened twice. Where I thought I can trust the ads on Facebook. Without knowing that their vendors were a fraud. Facebook should do diligence on every ad they allow on their platform. As a result, the consumer suffers. I would highly recommend not to take buy anything on Facebook. It's a trap. The Social Media Platform is a self centered, false fact checking, censoring, dictatorship in my view. They fact check everything including their users views even though they have lied to me saying they do not have fact checkers. So far I have blocked over 500 who have access to my account even though it is private. They sensor for using words like idiot, german, calling someone a fool and a lot more everyday language like this, even going as far as banning users for this. In my opinion they are not a social media site but a controlling dictatorship that has taken away our freedom of speech. They ask what's on your mind on your fb page and then when you write something they say it's hate speech or it goes against their community standards, but they let groups like antifa to say what they want and dont sensor them.

My birth year was accidentally updated to 2016 (I'm obviously NOT 4) and within seconds my account was disabled before I could even try to correct the mistake. That was 3 months ago and despite submitting my ID numerous times, sending complaints thru BBB, and the Attorney General of CA Facebook has done nothing to help. I've lost an account I have had for nearly 8 yrs but more importantly I have lost connection to family and friends during a pandemic when Facebook is pretty much the only way I can see them nowadays. I've missed all the photos, and videos of precious moments. I've missed reaching out when a friend is in need. I've missed sharing important things in my life with them. It's a terribly hurtful thing to do when someone has gone above and beyond to try to help fix this small error.

This faceless company is run by people with double standards. I see porn on it, violence but they quick to block when you speak the truth. I will keep on posting what I want FB. You can block me me and I will keep on opening new accounts.

Facebook protect scammers. Let them post fraudulent claims and info in order to scam or hack innocent ppl out of their money or merchandise. You see postings hacker links popping up everywhere.. The scammers messenger group owners of the group owner click on the link that the scammer send them. The scammer then take over the groups and post all types of scams but the second. I post info from the news letting the public know how the scammers and hackers work and I give them info on how to protect themselves. I get reported most likely by the scammer and my post or comment be deleted but they keep the post I report on them and comments if the scammers trying to scam people and they never remove their post or links. You can't get on Facebook without seeing scammers posting everywhere. Facebook needs to hire real people who take scammers and hackers very serious.

I have had enough. I posted a concerned mothers post about seeing a suspicious looking vehicle and what to look for, specifically a windowless van, no door handles, only key locks doors, known to have been used in human trafficking, It was completely blurred blocked with a censorship post that calling the police could be dangerous to harm people. They have censored live videos of people, doctors, scientist giving their opinions. Censored professional news media and almost everything by the president of the United States. I have gone to other sites of hate, violence left leaning, reported Antifa hate speech about targeting conservatives, no censorship.

I think my account was hacked and was disabled without any reason as to why I no longer have an account. I have tried to contact FB through forms, but cannot get past uploading a photo, they just say this account is not up for review. I am looking at what possible legal action I can take or even if anyone else is going through the same issues. Anyone else out there is having same issues? Facebook does not give any options on customer service.

So I included contact information in my emails for help. Still no response. So ended up opening new account but have lost All posts and information saved on my Facebook page. No help at all in any way - easier for a hacker to hack your account than for you to recapture your account. They need a phone number to call and hire at least 1 Customer Service Representative!!!

Social media is becoming more of a necessity in today's world. For example, if you want to sell things you no longer need instead of pawning it off at a yard sale, then you can use Facebook's marketplace. I actually sold quite a few things using this service. Electronics: pc accessories and game consoles sell quite well. Group projects for school will often use Facebook for less formal communication, in addition Zoom and email. Employers can even look you up on here before making a hiring decision, when in reality they should maybe just use LinkedIn.

Horrible experience with Facebook promo. Paid for Facebook ads and spent hundreds, then they started taking advantage and charging me before my promo was even finished. I paid $200 and they wanted the full balance of promo before it was even done. When I contacted them about it, lady Claire kept saying they understand the frustration but they had a new way of charging people. Will never deal with the promos again.

I responded in jest to a comment on Facebook. It was an ongoing joke about Capricorn men..It was NOT hate speech in any form!!!! This blatant censorship is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!! I’ve seen post condoning racism and hate that have gone unnoticed for years!!! I’ve seen posts with men reenacting hanging slaves but those posts go untouched!!! Ridiculous!!!!

A friend of a friend wanted to be friends. Long story short after talking for a while he ask me to send him a $100 iTunes gift card to that he can contact “our son”. I have no kids. We also found out that his picture belong to someone on LinkedIn. Reported to Facebook with evidence (messages and fake pics) and they said he did not violate their policy. So reported incident to the FBI and FTC.

I bought a rivet tool from Jenyfoy for 29.95? Even asked after the sale about it, they sent me a bag of screw, didnt open the bag, just told mailman refuse the delivery. Now no refund, no reply, nothing. I always thought Facebook was better than that. This is the second time I got scammed on here, how do they allow their viewers to always get ripped off by these Chinese scamming outfits.

I just posted an image of members of the elite 101st Airborne Div at Normandy holding a swastika flag that they confiscated. The byline said that these were "Antifa thugs" fighting right-wing groups. Clearly, it was stated in a humorous and sarcastic way. Facebook removed this post. Shows what Fb's position is!

They hacked my Facebook page and found my debit card and credit card. They cleaned out my debit card so I have no money. They tried to use my credit card but I was able to catch them before it processed. Now they have hacked all my social media accounts. I have no way of getting a hold of Facebook, Google or Microsoft. They have changed my passwords on all my accounts so I can't delete the accounts because I can't get ahold of anyone from those accounts.

I accidentally uninstalled the app and authenticator codes don't work. I try many ways to log in and no luck. I contact them with no help. I end up making another account, this time I use SMS text code and it worked, while authenticator codes doesn't work at all. Angry Grandma the youtuber has the problem too, can't get their account back, if you people knows her, check on her community and tells you more. That just sad, how Facebook treat people like that, shame on them.

It used to be a nice and wonderful social media platform, but now Facebook has gone bad. I felt like my rights to Freedom of Expression has been violated by this Community Standard policy. They claim that I have violated or spam something that they temporarily disallow me to make a comment on a certain page. Like, I rarely use and post on their platform and this is what they did to me.

Facebook has been a godsend but lately they're deleting posts that don’t go against the community rules. You only find out after it’s been posted and receive message informing it’s been removed and no way to dispute this and it’s not going against the rules. They need to start checking the real violent and racist post that don’t get removed.

About two months ago, my philosophy would penalized for a post a member tried to submit. The thing is, the post never made it to our page. We never approved it and in fact deleted it, and it still shows up as a violation in the group quality section. I was blocked for 30 days for posting a non explicit picture of Bill de Blasio's Daughter riding on the NYC Subway. I seen women and men 1/2 or close to naked on the Facebook platform and it doesn't get taken down due to it being sexual content especially if a woman posted it but if a man posts that same content it is immediately blocked. Why is Facebook's algorithms bias towards male users' posts as well as being bias towards photos that have nothing explicit showing and being deemed as sexual exploitation when it's really going on in other peoples profiles along with racism and a fully clothed picture gets me banned for 30 days. Where's the freedom of speech in America if Facebook's content users and publishers are getting banned for using our rights to free speech and press.

FB Violated My Right to Free Speech. My friend bought and LG TV from Shopee.com. It was delivered 3 days late. One day later it stopped working properly. She contacted Shopee and they told her to contact LG. LG sent a tech out that day. This just happened, July 3rd she received the tv and July 4th, it started malfunctioning. The tech told her the screen would need to be replaced, but she didn't want that considering the tv was new. She wanted a new, different tv or a full cash refund. LG told her Shopee would have to provide it. She called Shoppee, told them what happened and she wanted her money back. Shopee declined, stating she had used the online app to confirm delivery of the tv. What she did not know was that the fine print said if she confirmed delivery, it meant she would not be eligible to receive a cash refund. She was obviously not happy with this, and felt Shopee was not doing right by the customer.

I tried to sign up for Facebook so I can create a page for my Avon business but they disabled my account because they claim I went against community standards. My issue is they allow Pornographic images, nudity, half-naked women, women dress like hookers, fake profiles with model photos. All I did is post an American flag as profile photo because its that time of the season to celebrate. I deem them as being unfair and being a very ungodly social network. Their Instagram the same, nothing but bots, ungodly images, Pornographic images, nudity, half-naked women, and fake profiles. They won't change their mind to undisable my account. I was going to block those who they allowed to bully me on Facebook.

Facebook censorship is out of control and obviously controlled by operators lacking native English speaking abilities. When in doubt they will block or ban you. Buttons and pages are designed to take advantage of user error so never provide a credit card because they will bill your card for errors then claim their user agreement covers them doing anything they want to you. You will be banned for even mention that something "looks" like a tranny even if you did not say they are. Not to forget a tranny can also be an auto part, the point is there are no warnings just Facebook's own court.

They supported a racist and censored me. Facebook has totally botched their reporting progress. Anyone who doesn't like your post can "report" it for "hate speech", "violence", or "terrorism" (without cause or any justification) and your account gets locked. Well now I know how this stupid game is played! Then they want to charge you $50 to correct the problem! What a greedy low down company!

This is a free social media service, so we hardly have the right to complain. The only things I do want to point out is that the "fact checker" has been caught in lies on several occasions. I don't think it should exist at all. People will believe what they want to believe no matter what. Then there is the new scrolling bar on notifications. It is difficult to move if the user has a shaky hand and a lot of people have disease or illness that causes their hand to shake, but would like to be able to navigate notifications to keep in contact with friends and loved ones.

When African Americans voice their opinion, particularly when it comes to defending certain remarks from other Groups - Facebook will interrupt the African American's Post. Suspend that Account. Force them to upload a photo and ask for their telephone number. NONE of this is done to Caucasians who voice their opinions about African-Americans - even when the Post is obviously Racist.

Facebook has disabled my account twice in the last month. No explanation, no nothing. I have tried to communicate with them, and have provided my driver's licence to prove that I am the owner of the account. NO response whatsoever. I need this account to communicate with my father who is in assisted living during the pandemic. Can someone please help?

Facebook is censoring everything. There is so many things are blocked so we can't see them. We have the 1st amendment and Facebook is trying to take it from us. I think they violated my first amendment and I'm gonna ask my constitutional lawyer Monday. I'm gonna try to get this put on Fox news also. Our first amendment is under attack and I put myself in harm's way defending it.

Plenty of useful features that offer a wonderful experience if you're strictly social networking and incredibly effective in reconnecting with certain people. It's become an archive of many friendships that include conversations, photos and much more. But sadly, this application has become incredibly inconsistent with its advertising. You often see sponsored advertisements that are clearly fake news outlets, posing as a credible media sources trying to promote some money-making scheme.

I have a major issue with Facebook. I have had to deactivate three accounts because of technical issues I was having and when I try to get the issue resolved it redirects me to a page that doesn't not have anything to do with the issues. And it is my strong opinion Facebook is not as safe as they want you to believe and it's my strong opinion Facebook is a platform that is the most likely to be hacked and personal information Facebook requires is at jeopardy.

I have sent my mother money on Facebook pay several times and never had an issue. I sent her $4,000 3/28/2020. She still has not received it. She called her bank and they have no record of it. I contacted my bank and disputed it. Facebook replied to my bank and my bank is taking back my temporary credit. Facebook claimed the money was successfully sent. I’m not sure if it went to some else? The payment ID and the last four card numbers don’t match on the dispute and on facebook do not match. I think they sent the money to someone else by mistake. I need the money back to give it to my mom. Can someone call me? My bank can't help. I tried facebook chat but they are rude and do not help. They keep claiming I got the money back (which is a lie).

I had used Facebook service more than 10 years. Unfortunately recently Facebook automatically false flagged me and other users for image comments including GIF they provided as SPAMS. And when people opposed the decisions, they required authenticity test of account by video. I used my real name as account name online always and real identity for more than ten years. However they will disable users no matter it’s authentic or not at the end. My case is the evidence. Biased censorship itself is a failure of fair and equal service online.

This is not the first, or third time this has happened. Today I was blocked for thirty days because I re-posted one of their own posts showing a man holding a Trump/Pence flag with a swastika on it. It was clearly posted as a protest of the original post, which was still up. Their "tell us if you think we're wrong" page has never worked. Their moderators have their heads up their **. There's no way to actually contact Facebook to discuss it. They are a criminal enterprise. And now they use Tucker Carlson's "Daily Caller" for fact checking. This platform should be taken down.

I understand how they want to stop online bullying, harassment, threatening words but, when you comment on a pro trump friends post with a gif of a parrot shaking it's head no, coming back as a 30-day ban for posting "sexual activity/nudity" when, in FACT, NOTHING CAN BE FURTHER FROM THE TRUTH, with no recourse other than to dispute it only to get the ban regardless, they need a BETTER, FAIRER APPEAL PROCESS!! Their community standards aka ALGORITHMS need to be LOOKED AT & READJUSTED!! I cannot imagine my acct being deactivated by Facebook for something just as stupid!! So, because THEY made a huge mistake, I have to suffer for it for 30 days of not being able to use MY account!!

I'm Tired of the App Glitching. Facebook is a great resource in this day and age, considering you can play games, message your friends, sell stuff, buy stuff, find a job and do other great things. But this all comes at a price. Facebook has an extensive history of buggy, cruddy apps. They try to cram everything into one place way too quickly, and we all suffer as a result. If you have the Facebook App or Messenger on your phone, you know exactly what I speak of. Let's say you're posting a kitten video. You close the app, come back and Facebook forgot about the video. You're using messenger, and all of a sudden that message from your Aunt asking what size sweater to knit you for Christmas won't delete. You open the app and everything's normal, but you open one page and it won't load, even though you know that the page would load normally, and you don't want to delete and re-create the page, or have to restart your phone. This is Facebook for you.

I posted a meme of Al Bundy sitting on a couch with Tom Bradys face photoshopped on him holding a remote control that read "this is what Super Bowl Sunday looks like for Tom Brady" and Facebook banned me for 30 DAYS..saying it was too sexual and violated community standards.. Facebook is just horrible now..

I post comments to other peoples things online. Be it a simple funny thing or a political post. Political posts of mine are factual every time. Now I get blocked from access because I posted/commented too many times in a given period. They did this to alleviate "potential" spam to the community. This is the third time within the last year. How can this be a "social media" site if I can't post my own social views whenever the hell I feel like it, and how often I feel like it. I am done with fb along with my 2 businesses that have advertised on your site.

In 2018, I had a personal account on Facebook. That account was hacked and I lost all my information. FB customer service was not able to re-establish my account and advised me to open a new one. Since then, I have open a new one, and also created 2 pages for my businesses. I became a paying Facebook subscriber, spending a lot of money on ads. My business accounts grew to have 151K followers to-date. In December 2019 I was hacked again, and was locked out from my account and the pages tied to this account. I contacted customer service once more, but when I finally got into the account, for my surprise, it was from my old 2018 account, which was found lost by FB customer service.

I was messaged by a man last week who threatened my life. I reported it to Facebook. They did nothing. The next day I asked again. Nothing. This is going on for a week now. I'd just like them to say something to him, reprimand him, suspend his account for a while something! But apparently I don't matter. I don't claim to be an innocent here, I was probably arguing with the guy, maybe insulted his intelligence, but I've NEVER told someone that they were going to DIE or fall prey to HARM. Facebook doesn't care if they don't like you. I get suspended now and then for getting upset and calling someone 'stupid' but I don't think that merits my own death. Hopefully I'm not wrong and others will agree to some extent.

Run a small business selling reborn dolls, not Asian knock offs but pay good money for authentic sculptors, to spend hours/days to earn pittance, like hundreds of other sellers of the same nature we sell our goods on buying and selling pages on #Facebook, create our own pages and bump our listings every so often. Facebook has for sometime delisted each one of our listings where you have to appeal each item to have it relisted, I have a long list of appeals and it is becoming tedious. Yet encourage one to share your product to other pages or constantly hitting your own pages with pay to boost your listings which many of us just bump up our listings ourselves.

I was suspended for 24 hours for bad comments. I don’t curse, get sexist or racist. I don’t know why they did this. So I had time to report 20 violations. The F word and others, racist remarks and others that children shouldn’t read. But they did not stop them! Facebook lies! They have no standards if they allow these things! So I’ll pay them back by posting more and more and more complaints. Facebook should be controlled by someone. All I can think of is GOVERNMENT CONTROL FACEBOOK for many reasons, like privacy!

I've been unable to login to my Facebook page because of identity confirmation that they ask you to upload legal documents to confirm it's me. IDK who else is dealing with this. but I'm not doing it. I guess it's because I've changed my name a couple times. My real name is on there tho. But my backup page doesn't have that ** going on.. & my real name isn't on there. If you are going thru this too.. don't upload anything. It's very much illegal & they dont authority to request any of those things. For "security" there was a data/security breach before so I dont believe none of this ** at all. If the gov't is involved in this to find criminals & where they live & all that idgaf. They got me ** up. This ** is very much illegal. Report this ** if you can still access your acct.

On November 7th, FB temporarily locked my account for 'Security Reasons', then had me send in codes, my ID, etc. to prove who I was. On November 8th, FB disabled my account with no explanation. I appealed and NOTHING back, and now it has been 25 days. WHY? I've had my account since 2011, however, within the last 2 months I've had more than 1 issue with 'Security' regarding my account. I do know that several people have been harassing me just before my account was disabled. I wrote a detailed letter to FB when I appealed and still nothing. Why did 'Security' have me prove I wasn't a robot, then send in 2 six digit codes, then have me send in my picture ID, then turn around and disable me? Of course there is no way to contact FB directly. This is unsettling. And not right.

First I get banned because of client reporting me. Cant get into the account says code send and says I'm going to fast. I opened a new account did the driver license and now I have to upload a picture of me for security reasons. Support does not help at all. Waste of time. Switching to Twitter. Tried to send email but says mail box is full no one even reads it. It's like workers in Facebook ignore it. So I uploaded the picture and waiting. Still nothing. No access to account. How much info you need? Still nothing today from Facebook. I switch already to twitter.

Facebook has started to censor my political views by regularly blocking me. Facebook has a monopoly and uses its power to censor political posts they disagree with. This is well known. I am blocked for 7 days for posting a neutral post showing the danger of Hitler eroding freedom---which is exactly what occurred historically. The post does NOT HAVE OFFENSIVE LANGUAGE. The post does NOT MENTION A PARTY OR GROUP. It is a piece of history with no offensive language. I have been blocked repeatedly simply for posting conservative views. (Interesting that facebook is actually guilty of limiting freedom of speech which is what my post attributed to Hitler historically.)

I am a regular user of Facebook but my ID have been disabled/ blocked by facebook for no reason. I have taken a screenshoot of a nude live streaming of a girl on facebook that I want to publish here but I guess I can't. Facebook permit girls to post anything like adult sites and do claim of being a social site. I wish if I could file a case against them in court. I do have the screen recording and screenshoot of that video as a proof with me.

I’ve offered proof of my identity and they say the fake profile of me that I’m trying to have removed doesn’t break ‘community’ guidelines. Smug boy Zuckerberg doesn’t care. They just want our money and personal data. Then he shows up to Congress every so often, for mandatory appearances. Forget the almost weekly revelations about privacy grabs that most people can’t or won’t keep up with. They do *just enough* to stay out of trouble, but they really just want to get it over with and get back to harvesting your data.

I have had a valid Facebook for 2 years or so. They closed it once already by mistake and afterwards reopened it with an apology. Now the same thing happened again, my account has been disabled when I updated my phone number. I have provided them my, birth certificate, facebook ad bills etc., and they are ignoring me and not responding to me, and they know it's my facebook and have reopened it before with my documents I sent them. This has caused me much mental stress as I have paid hundreds of dollars in ads for pages and I also have groups I manage, they need to restore my facebook. I miss my friends there also, I don't want to lose my account, Thanks.

I had a Facebook for almost 10 years. 2010 to be exact. Had close to 4,000 friends. Pictures and videos of memories I can never get back. I had pages (multiple) on Wood art., My Dad life before passing away. Ghost shows. All gone now. Thanks to joining Market Place. Worse and most horrible decision I have ever made online. My account became hacked. Stolen. Then used to sell fake products to scam other people. I couldn't get it back. Facebook had only one contact number and it WASN'T EVEN REAL. No live person to talk to about fixing the problem. Showed me Facebook has NO CARE for the people that use their products. I had to create a new account. Then I would be harassed by people who were ripped off by my old account. Threatened. Legally and physically. Again no one from Facebook! No representative to help my matter.

I found out that someone created a profile on Facebook using my pictures. I believe it is a scammer that I met on an online dating site that wanted to take our conversation to text so we sent each other photos. I know mine were real but the other person's probably were not. I dropped the conversation when they asked for money. Now they took my pictures and created this profile probably to assist some scam. When I tried to contact Facebook, I found there is no way to actually talk to someone. I actually had my friend go to the page and report the account but of course, Facebook is all about how many subscribers they have so they did nothing. All I can find in their help center is a link to a form you can fill in but when I do that, it says they have a problem and are working to fix it. There is no way to contact this company. That smug loser Zuckerburg goes to Congress and says they are doing everything right. Yeah right. We need regulations on these losers.

The reason I am complaining about the policies on Facebook is because 1. I was defending myself from people who judged me for defending my rights to eat meat. 2. They harassed me by saying some rude comments about my opinion and called me some awful names. So I took it upon myself to defend my opinions. Then they took it as rude because they couldn't handle being harassed back. I did not use any profanity in the comment. While they used profanity in theirs. Started by calling names just because I like something that they don't. If this doesn't get handled in the proper way I will file a law suit against the company for not looking into it. This issue has nothing to do with Messenger. It only has to do with Facebook. I'm really upset about this. And I'm not joking when I said I will sue Facebook. It better be handled within the next 24 hours. Or I will get a lawyer and sue the company.

I joined Facebook in Oct 2017 and have had no problems with Facebook and with me running a Group for Single men seeking a long term relationship. It was easy to report that something wasn't working in 'Groups' and/or 'scams, abuse, etc' to Facebook with a response back within a few days. However, in the past 6 months, several problems have come up in my Group that need to be fixed and/or need to be reported and there's NO RESPONSE! Nor are the problems being fixed after being reported several times!

Facebook is a nice arena to keep up with friends and activities. However, the political garbage that is used to push agendas on Facebook is nauseating. A forum that can be used for good is used to divide the population and drive hate.

I really like to use Facebook. It's a fun app and website to use. It's neat to communicate on there and to find old friends and catch up on what's going on with them. It's neat to play games on Facebook as well with friends. Also to use Facebook Messenger to instant message and do video calls.

Facebook is a great way to keep up with family and friends in this busy life. I don’t like talking on the phone so this way I can still keep in touch. I love to see people’s different views on things also. Also FB lets you see how children in the family are growing up.

Facebook is a great platform but I wish that it had a bit more security for their members security but I also with that the games they have worked better. When I play FarmVille it studders and shuts down.

I have been a teacher for over 15 years, and open those years over those years, I have lost track of many of my young chargers. With the advent of Facebook I can now reconnect with my old students who I loved and admired, it’s sort of like I live vicariously through their lives. I have some insights into their lives and Hopefully a little bit of me goes with them in their lives.

I rarely get on anymore because I don’t like them collecting my data. They sell everybody’s data which I also don’t appreciate. Another issue has been the bias they show to conservatives. I do like that I can connect with family and friends but the cons outweigh the pros.

Facebook is an ok tool when trying to stay in touch with old classmates, family and friends. I don't like how hackers are able to hack your page and you have to start over. I don't like in some cases if you voice your opinion that put you in Facebook jail. I thought that what it was for..another thing I like is when these TROLLS are able to get on your page and voice an opinion with a Facebook page or pic..that's what I don't like at all.

I don't like their values, especially how they allow data to be used, the platform is too narrow, you see only a selected few posts. I basically don't like the whole company culture. The ads are completely overwhelming, and terribly repetitive. I regularly think of deleting my account, mostly because of the horrible things I read about the company.

I like that I can keep in touch with my friends and family on Facebook. I do not like that I automatically get notifications from a post I commented on. I always have to go into the options of the post, click to "turn on" notifications so that I can then turn them off. I do not like the story feature. I do not like that it sometimes updates the feed for me while I am scrolling. But I do like the Facebook live feature a lot.

You can get a lot of information from Facebook. When you haven't seen your love ones or even a friend you can try to locate them through Facebook, even when people do wrong when they don't know any better when they put it on Facebook, I guess the law enforcement can try to find the crazy through Facebook. Lol. The news, people trying to make it big in the world, the news, so much much you can do.

My husband and I like Facebook because we can keep up with our family and friends that live far away. It's a great way to get people to pray for one another. I don't like how easily it can be hacked by outsiders and wish they'd do more to prevent it.

I have recently came off an 8 month break from Facebook. They continue to be an innovator in social connection and interaction and I believe that's where their focus should stay. Some of the offings that have flown or continue to fly under the radar "Facebook TV" for instance; simply don't work. That is not why people come to Facebook, nor do I believe that the general user will ever go to Facebook for "produced content" (IE by Facebook) not do I believe that users will use Facebook as their singular launchpad for other services such as Netflix, Hulu or any other streaming services. I believe that the development monies allocated from those projects would be better served in data privacy, developer controls, and a more secure site to site login interactions.

The features (such as Messenger) are unparalleled and I find that it's the best way to keep in touch with friends who don't live in the the same city/country as me. However, the timeline feature (the one you think of first when you think of FB) has withered in terms of its usefulness. It's basically entirely populated by older people I'm friends with or is an endless echo chamber of barely verifiable political stories/opinions (not taking sides, I've seen them frequently from every point on the political spectrum). FB needs to find a way to make their social sharing platform as engaging as Instagram.

Found this tool to be very informative and useful. It has helped me to keep in constant contact with friends and family abroad. I have met new people, get information for travel to other parts of the world. Was able to get information about places prior to traveling there.

I hate Facebook. I hate how everyone stalks people on Facebook. I hate how people can write nasty HORRIBLE stuff on your personal walls. Facebook needs more security.

Facebook is a great way to stay in contact with your family and friends. It is completely free and I highly recommend it. I’m able to upload as many Photos as I would like. I’m able to see the news and keep up with the day-to-day festivities. I’m also able to invite my family of friends to 30 of it I keep up with invites that I was invited to as well. I like that they notify me of events coming up because I often forget.. I would highly recommend.

It is a very nice communication tool but careful the information that goes public not very specific and no timetables. Special occasions is good. Advertising is also good. Looking up old friends in school or pathway they chose in life. Funerals are a great notice maker or if you have a rental unit.

They pick what you see, relying on what you looked at in the past and not allowing for growth of mind and interests. Also, they are fast and loose with your information. Respect is not a word they understand.

Facebook is very entertaining. It has lots of videos, etc. that I find interesting. Some of them are funny, and others are just inspiring. I also follow many friends and family, etc. which can also be very entertaining.

Easy to maneuver and it's free which is great. My mother can even use it to keep up with others. I love the game and the variety of game that are offered are numerous. You can move to other pages easily.

I happen to be a tech-savvy person and have dug deep into Facebook settings and options... but for the average person, they are not as aware. Just as my iPhone has "tips"... which, when new tips are released, they send a notification (push) as well as (pull) have historical tips stored on in the "tips section"... a similar feature would be beneficial for Facebook in not only helping users make the most of their Facebook experience, but also to win user confidence and support.

Feels fishy to me in every aspect, do not trust it, never have and never will. This as well as google seem to me to not have my best interests at heart. I do not want to have anything to do with either of them.

Facebook lets me connect with people all over the world. Some of the features are confusing, but overall I like it. I do get some trolls here and there, but Facebook lets me block them. The games are very difficult to load, and sometimes they don't ever load at all.

FB is fine but it is also a time-consuming evil for many that are hooked on checking it constantly or posting articles on it constantly. FB for me is to see grandchildren and family posts. I hit like on many posts. I like seeing when my friends birthdays are announced and try to post on them. I myself enjoy Facebook. Right now it is a free site. Entertainment should be convenient, interesting, and not complicated. Not only that but any entertainment should be accessible and geared towards anybody regardless of any differences. Facebook goes above and beyond in reaching people of all races, ethnicities, religion, and so forth. Entertainment should also be understandable for individuals that have a mental illness or such, as well.
