We moved from GA to FL and since my husband is legally blind I had to drive us down in the Uhaul and we had to ship our car. I looked into moving companies and moving pods that were an upwards of $3000K. When I saw Navi Auto would transport my car for just $650 door to door pick up and delivery I couldn't believe it. We had to leave a few days before the pick up so we left the keys in a lock box with a code under the car and gave Navi Auto all the details about where the car was and how to get into the lockbox to get the key fab. The driver called me the day of to let me know when he would be arriving to pick it up, he texted me pictures of it on the trailer and I was able to live track it on the website. It was delivered the next day in perfect condition. The driver was great, careful and service wonderful. He took photos of the vehicle before leaving as well. Highly recommend!

Stuck in Upstate NY when engine light came on in our Ford Transit van. Local tows got us to Ford in Jamestown for diagnosis, and back to hotel. Now to arrange transport to NJ as local tows would not cross state lines. I reached out and got a few numbers to call and it was Navi for the win. We paid extra for next day transport as we needed to get out of hotel. A driver named Sergio came from Utica to Cobleskill, kept in touch texting and was totally on time, kept us informed. It was a bad time but a fabulous experience. I highly recommend as communication was as it should be in a very distressing time. Thank you Navi and partners in transport!

Everything was seamless besides the drop off. We had an issue with Zelle (system wide outage) so the remaining payment for the driver would not go through so he was having a hard time trusting I actually sent it (I was not at the drop off location). He didn’t speak that clear of English so we had to speak to his friend and he finally trusted that I wasn’t going to stiff him. He did end up leaving and the payment went through within a few hours and he was very thankful. I’d still say I had A 5 star experience despite that. He was very kind, fast, efficient and professional.

This is the best company I’ve ever worked with. I had purchased a model T in Wisconsin and needed it brought to me in Ohio. The first company I hired for delivery canceled delivery dates at least six times. They had been suggested to me. After waiting thirty days I canceled with them and got my money back. I had talked to Navi before so I called them back. They not only remember me but still had me in their computer. They asked me if I was ready to make a down payment to which I said yes. He put me on hold, when he came back he told me he had a driver in Chicago and sent him to Milwaukee to get my car. I then made my down payment and told me to pay the balance to the driver. That night they had my car in my driveway! One day. How amazing was that? Navi is the company you can depend on.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience with this Navi Auto Transport! Everything went exactly as promised. From the beginning, communication was professional, the pricing and terms were honored without any surprises, and my vehicle was transported safely and arrived in perfect condition. To top it off, my car was delivered one day earlier than the promised delivery date, which exceeded my expectations.

My experience with Navi Auto transport was my first time ever dealing with Auto transport. These guys were great very professional, stuck to their word and their price was unbeatable. I would definitely recommend them and use their services again.

Everything went great. Pick up was on time and delivery was actually a day earlier than I expected. They were very fast, incredibly easy to work with, and communicated great. I would highly recommend them, and if I ever need to ship a car again, I will definitely use them.

Was told it could take 3 days to process. Only took 3 days to even get my car. Was smooth communication, and the driver communicated throughout the way.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They collect your deposit, then disappear when something goes wrong. Navi booked my LA to Pennsylvania shipment in September 2026 and assigned it to 1MD Express. The car arrived four days late, full of trash, with a flat tire, and the carrier's staff swore at me and called me crazy on the phone. When I asked Navi for help, they sent a form email saying they "cannot intervene" and to take it up with the carrier, the same carrier that had just refused to help me. They continuously dodged my calls and hung up on me when I tried to reach them by phone. They wouldn't let me speak with a supervisor either. The insurance certificate they provided for the carrier was dated 2025, with policies that had already expired before my pickup date. Navi doesn't vet its carriers and doesn't stand behind its customers. Book with a broker that does.

They scheduled our pick up quickly, stayed in touch throughout the whole process, which was an easy process. And our vehicle arrived in good condition. No problems. Would recommend.

They changed my delivery plan without my agreement so I worked with delivery team to handle the problem. The customer service team didn’t do anything. It was a terrible experience.

Best decision I could have made to get my grandson’s car up to him. Personal communication with all involved especially the transport driver, who worked with us for a pick up and drop off location. He did a detailed comprehensive assessment of the car before and after drop off and was professional and courteous. No surprises and price was more than fair. The car arrived quickly. Recently I had Navi Transport ship my car from Ohio to NC. I chose them because they were reasonably priced. The driver, Ivan, was on time and professional. I paid $100 to have it shipped on the upper rack above other vehicles. It read "Top-Load Placement UPPER DECK Your car rides above other vehicles — protected from oil drips and road debris."

Both trucks that were picked up were running and driving from Manheim Dallas. The transporter did not understand that one of them needed jumped to start. He then had it loaded on to his trailer with a forklift. This is a $50,000 truck that’s in excellent shape we’re talking about. No truck like that should EVER be loaded with a forklift. Once the transporter arrived I was called and told that if I did not help him get it off the trailer they would leave it at a town yard in town at my expense.

Everything went smoothly. Easy to deal with and a fair price. Dates were on time with no games or issues. Great company

When we first look at moving our car, we were hit with dozens of spam companies. I googled the most reputable and Navy came up and they lived up to their reputation. Excellent service. Excellent communication, highly recommended.

Good price and good subcontractors. Keep in mind their quote price is in two parts which sum up to the quote. You pay the broker and then you pay the transporter the balance.

My car was shipped from NH to NV and everything was amazing. From booking to the shipping and my son receiving it at the other end was awesome. The driver was in contact before and when delivering. He even picked it up from my work for my convenience.

I placed a pick up order, the representative asked for my card information. Said no money would be taken out till the carrier arrived to pick up my car, turns out my card was charged with no carrier in site, I called back the representative that said his name was Mark. He said the carrier license was currently suspended due to vehicle theft on one of the trucks and that they would not be able to pick up my vehicle within 10 to 15 days, I immediately asked what else they can do for me as I needed my car shipped sooner than 10 to 15 days, “Mark” said there was nothing he can do. That the carrier was assigned. I had to wait till the 10 to 15 days, I immediately said I could not wait and I wanted a full refund.

The delivery was timely and fast. There was no surprise additional charge.

The Navi group did amazing communicated well, and my car arrived to its destination just the way it was picked up.

The WORST experience with a business I’ve ever had in my life. Many delays, telling us they had to increase the price in order to get our car shipped, and horrendous communication. NEVER do business with this company.

I had a car delivered to Tucson from Boulder, CO. The service was excellent and in fact, the car was delivered well ahead of schedule. They also worked with me to organize someone to receive the car early.

The process working with Navi went smoothly. They did a good job picking the car up and taking a lot of photos to verify before delivery condition. At the delivery time the driver was a very pleasant person to work with and he did a good job notifying me of his arrival time. The car was delivered in good condition with no damage at all.

Navi Auto Transport is possibly fraudulent. They just pulled the classic "bait and switch" on me. Paid the quoted and confirmed $2,340 they asked for, then no communication for a week. When I called them, they said the price is now $2,900. The communication is horri le and the business operations are suspiciously corrupt.

It was a very quick turnaround from ordering a shipment to getting the delivery at my door. Motorcycle made it in great shape. Straightforward and easy. I was pleasantly surprised!

Navi quotes low prices but then they call you asking for hundreds of dollars more. When asked what happened to my quote, they said it was only an "estimate". But the only words used are "quote" on their site and in the confirmation emails. So this site is somewhere between misleading and a full blown scam. It's been over a month and my item's not shipped.
