Awful experience. Contracted with Navi to get our car shipped from TX to CA. Was rescheduled four times- with no communication from Navi. We had to call every day, multiple times a day to check statuses. Finally we just asked for the drivers direct contact info and spoke with them directly. Still have not received my car- it has been 9 days. Highly highly DO NOT recommend.

Our car arrived safely, but there were problems both with pick-up and delivery. We paid for "door-to-door" transport, and it didn't even arrive to the same city, let alone to our "door". For pick-up we were told 12:00. Finally, at 3:00 I heard that it would be "about an hour". With no updates, despite my phone messages and texts, at 6:30 they finally arrived a few blocks from our home. By then, I had to leave a restaurant with friends and get the car to them. They need better communication day of pickup.
