Bait and switch here, BEWARE!!! I was quoted a price for closed transportation, then told that they had a carrier but they were requesting more money or they could ship for less money if I shipped open. Reluctantly I chose to pay more for closed. Well the car was shipped open, I called NAVI and they said they could give me $100 credit on my next shipment. I paid 400 more to ship closed and they would give my 1000 for their mistake. STAY AWAY, THEY ARE CROOKS!

We were moving about 1,700 miles. We looked into different companies but Navi had the best communication. It was great setting the service up. There was a miscommunication though on scheduling.

They were gonna pick it up Tuesday and have it here Friday. And on Friday, I went online to see and it said my order had been canceled. So, I was upset. So, I called the number and the rep said he was trying to get somebody else and he'd get back to me. Eventually, he must have found somebody because the car showed up the next week but I was a little upset that they were gonna cancel it.

The only hiccup was that it was one day later than what they had estimated. He called and said he had to pull up for a day because he was caught in snow, so I appreciate him calling me, and letting me know, rather than me just sitting around, wondering what was going on. Everything went as planned. I was very pleased with them.

I had a good experience with Navi. The truck they sent was good. The people were good, too. The driver and the other person with him did a good job. However, it was delayed. When I was booking, I was told it would be here after two days. They will pick it up the same day and it will go. But it had taken around 10 days. I had to work a lot and fight them a lot. I had to involve the Navi owner. Also, the quote went up from what they initially quoted.
