    The transport itself was fine, just not perfect timing-wise. I’m someone who likes exact schedules and that part definitely tested my patience a little. The pickup window felt wider than expected and I had to keep my day open longer than planned. Aside from that, the process was smooth enough. The vehicle arrived safely and nothing looked wrong during inspection at delivery.

    You want your car to be shipped by this company? Never expect the feedback from them and if you call them to check your vehicle transportation status you gonna be holded for more than an hour to speak to an agent. I wanted my Chevy TRAX shipped from Wisconsin to Texas, and this took me to wait from Wednesday to Sunday, no response from them and once they answer my call they told me there was they been having long delays and they had no time to inform me about that until I cancel the order to find a serious transportation company. Never navigate to this company unless you wanna wait forever with not even a call back from them to let you know what’s going on.

    The experience was mostly good for me. I think the biggest thing people should understand is that the timing around pickup isn’t always exact. I had to adjust my plans slightly because of that and it was frustrating in the moment. After the car was finally picked up, though, everything became easier. Delivery was smooth, updates came when necessary, and there were no issues with the vehicle itself.

    Navi did the job fine overall. Booking was simple enough and I didn’t feel confused at any point. My only complaint is that communication during the pickup stage could’ve been more active because there were a few hours where I genuinely wasn’t sure what was happening. Once the vehicle got picked up though, things moved normally and delivery came within the expected timeframe.

    I mainly chose Navi because I didn’t want to put extra miles on my car driving across states. What stood out to me was how calm the process felt after scheduling everything. Nobody was rushing me or making unrealistic promises. Pick up shifted slightly but it wasn’t treated like a disaster, just part of how transport works. Delivery came without damage and the driver even gave me a heads up before arriving which I appreciated.

    I booked a Los Angeles-New York shipment of my automobile on May 18, 2026. They confirmed that they would pick up my vehicle between May 27-29. On May 25, Navi called with a pickup date of May 26, outside the pickup window. I declined because I was unable to accommodate the pickup outside the agreed-upon window. From May 26th until May 28, I called, or tried to call, Navi 2-3 times a day to try and confirm a pickup of my vehicle. When I was able to speak to a Navi agent, which was rare, hold times exceeded 15 minutes. The rest of the times I called, I was unable to connect to an agent. In desperation. - I am moving from Los Angeles to New York on May 30 and Navi was aware of this - I booked the shipping of my vehicle through Montway, a very reputable shipping company that I have used in the past. In short, if customer service or getting your vehicle actually picked up is a priority for you, avoid Navi at all costs.

    I arranged transport with Navi while trying to juggle work and a move at the same time, so I honestly didn’t have the energy to deal with constant problems. What I appreciated was that once the booking was confirmed, things mostly handled themselves. Pickup didn’t happen exactly when I first imagined, but they explained the timing clearly enough beforehand. The driver called before arriving, and the inspection process didn’t feel rushed.     Made contract with Navi a month in advance. Given a confirmation number, a price, my credit card, and at the last minute, their quote was $500 below what any carrier would agree to. So their quote means nothing. It is up to the driver.

    Navi, like all of their competitors, is a broker. They are not a carrier service. The carriers like to pick up contracts with Navi and then dump it when something better comes along. This was my experience. I flew up to the pick up location and had to pay for lodging for the 3 days they indicate it may take for the driver to arrive. I was picked up and dropped 4 times, and ultimately left in disappointment and frustration. They did say I will be issued a full refund but that doesn’t cover all of my other expenses I incurred, putting my faith in their “3 day guarantee”.

    HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! They still have my car and I can not get touch with carrier or driver. And they can not tell me when i will get my car. Navi and Front Line are not dependable. I am so so worried about my car!!!

    My experience with Navi was mostly good. I needed my car shipped because I didn’t want to drive that far myself and the process was easier than I expected. Communication could’ve been a bit better during the pickup stage since timing shifted slightly, but once the vehicle was on the move everything went fine.     Used Navi while moving for work and honestly the car transport part ended up being less stressful than everything else I was dealing with. Pickup was not exactly on the first day I expected, but they did let me know ahead of time so I adjusted. After that things moved pretty smoothly.     Think Navi is fine if you’re flexible with timing. The actual service worked, but there’s definitely some waiting involved during pickup scheduling. That part could probably be smoother.
