Navi Auto Transport was good and I would use them again if I had to. Initially, they were the only company I looked at. I found them on the internet, read some of the reviews, and it sounded good. I hired them to transport a 2018 Toyota Corolla and the only thing I had a problem with was the payment. They took the first part of the payment off the credit card, and I thought the rep said the other part would come off the credit card when they get here. I can't say it was the rep's fault though. He might have explained it to me and I didn't get it. However, I didn't see it in the paperwork either and that's what I told the rep, too, when I had the driver there.

I found Navi Auto Transport online when I was looking at a couple of companies. They had better consumer ratings and they were the cheapest. I set up a transport with them and the rep was fine. The transport was from Texas to Michigan and it took four days.

I had my brother buy the vehicle down there in Florida and they called him at 10 o'clock at night, wanted him to bring it about a mile from his house, then expected him to walk home, instead of driving right down to his house. The driver wouldn't bring the truck down in front of my brother's house and load it up that way.

Do not use this carrier. They say they guarantee prices, have you sign a contract and then switch the price on the last day. I had to call multiple times and finally received a call back with a completely different, much higher quote despite have a signed contract.

Do not use this company, they employee switch and bait tactics. You’ll waste hours on hold and they do not deliver what they promise. They quoted me $750 and then tried to charge me $1,200 at the last second. Buyer beware.

After I cancelled Navi they called me back that they found I carrier. What a joke. They also have no one in their service center that can speak basic English.

Hi, I will suggest to don’t go with this company!! Price-wise is good but communication is not good. DO NOT PAY ANYTHING OUT FRONT. They charge you before any real service is provided and they don’t refund your money. I did this online and I regret it. I changed my mind about to go with this company and on the phone the guy was getting kind of mean, as well as telling me that I’m not getting my deposit back. My car never was picked up. They said they have a driver but driver never talk to me about timing and everything was very unprofessional.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. After what seemed like an easy friendly booking process with NAVI AUTO and BID INC our cars were picked up San Diego on October 28th 2025 - set to be transported to North Carolina. We immediately received a tracking link to see where our vehicles were along the route and all it said was “in transit”.

Avoid these guys like the plague! I contracted with Navi on 11/4 for an ENCLOSED transport, with my car being available 11/6. They made all of the "pick up within 3 business days promises.” I am writing this review at the close of business on 11/13. Nothing. I never heard from them except for their automated emails. Finally, after business day 4, when I called, I was met with excuses and an attitude. What really bothered me was that I never received any indication that they cared at all. Even their AI customer service bot "Benny" had an attitude. Their only solution after a week was a 50% price increase to get an enclosed carrier.

After vehicle was picked up then the customer service was great. Customer service was poorly over the weekend. Was not able to connect with anyone until Monday. But other than that I would definitely recommend them as being the best of the best. I will definitely do business with NAVI in the future.

But, the driver of the transport and our people did take pictures when they were loaded up in South Dakota, he walked around and there was no damage.

We called Navi for a quote and they quoted us the lowest so we went with them, what they don’t tell you is, that the driver/carrier can change that quote amount, they will ask for more. We ended up paying an extra $200+ from what they quoted us. Then the carrier they use, AUTO Transport LLC has horrible communication skills, we never got a call from the dispatcher/carrier once it was assigned a driver to talk about pick up times, we had to keep calling Navi for updates, which they take a long time to answer and can’t tell you the exact location of your car.

Call back needed - Car shipping option. "Dear **, We have an important option available for shipping your vehicle and need to discuss the details with you to secure a spot on the truck. Please call us back at your earliest convenience at (302) 217-3946 . It is crucial that we reach you promptly to go over the specifics of your order ID **." I called around 6:30 am pacific time and was told for an additional $100, my car would be picked up today 9/7/25. I gave in and agreed to pay. Now it is 3:33 pm and no call from anyone to schedule my car pickup today. Very disappointing.

I thought that Navi having a good review on Forbes would be enough to select a good transport company, boy was I wrong. Once you get into the system, everything is AI run. It is impossible to get something changed. Pick up dates can change, as mine did, but there was no way to let Navi know, as I just kept going round-and-round with AI. Email, phone calls, it was a constant loop to nowhere. When I finally received a call from a real person, I was told that they found a driver, however it would cost $150 more that we agreed to. This is a CONSTANT deception within the transport company, I've since found. I resisted paying any more that I had signed in the agreement. Surprisingly, the driver completed my delivery for the contract price.

STAY AWAY! I contracted with them and they advertised full coverage and guaranteed their carriers were vetted. The carried damaged my car and did not have insurance (the certificated provided by Navi was false). Navi refuses to pay for the damages and will not help with contacted their carrier. OUTRAGEOUS.
