    I reached out to Navi to have my car shipped from Georgia to California. They were at the top of the list of my Google search. It was an easy process. I made a deposit of a portion of the amount of the cost before securing my spot on the truck. When the driver came to the house where I was staying at with my car, I paid the rest of it and it was super easy.

    Interactions with the representative was very simple and very easy to understand. They were clear about how everything worked and what the process was and the time table that I'm looking at as far as when my car would be delivered. Customer service was good. The estimate was fair and accurate. It was exactly what I paid.

    They just parked at a lot nearby, unloaded the car, and drove it right up to my house. Everything in the car was totally intact. I've recommended Navi a couple of times already.

    Navi had the best quote for me. Their price was much better, and the pickup time as well. I was able to negotiate the price with them, a little bit. I reached out to them, and filled out the form. They contacted me, and then they came in. The transport was from Florida to Ohio. They did it in a couple of days, which was a reasonable time.     I think this company is a scam operation. They failed to pick up my car, they didn't notify me and when I contacted them, they said they couldn't transport my car for the price they quoted me. How is this not a scam? If I could give them a review in the negative number, I would. Do not use these people. I don't think this even exists as a car transport company.

    I recently had a very disappointing experience with Navi Auto Transport Services. I booked with them weeks in advance to ensure peace of mind that my vehicle would be transported from New York to Florida on schedule. Unfortunately, that was far from the case. Despite my early booking, the company repeatedly delayed the process, offering the same excuse that they were still “searching for a carrier.” You would expect that with proper planning, a carrier would have been secured for the agreed-upon time frame, but that never happened.

    It’s important for potential customers to know that Navi Auto Transport Services operates solely as a broker—they do not handle the transport directly but instead try to find third-party carriers. This crucial detail was not made clear up front. Had I known this in advance, I would not have chosen their services. Their communication was poor and unprofessional, with little transparency or accountability throughout the process. In my opinion, I strongly advise against using Navi Auto Transport Services. My experience was frustrating, unreliable, and far from what was promised.

    NEVER CHOOSE NAVI, WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!!! They got the model of my vehicle incorrect and when the carrier came to pick it up, the vehicle would not fit and to reschedule a new carrier would be a $200 dollar upcharge. I wanted to cancel the order and they said ok. Then the billing team called and said it would be $140 to cancel after they could not find me a cheaper carrier. It was total mess. I chose a different carrier, MONTWAY that allowed me to negotiate the price and picked my car up the same day. I wish I had chosen them first.

    We were in a bit of a pickle right now. We moved three trucks from North Dakota to South Dakota, which went fine. Then those three trucks replaced three that had to move from South Dakota to Colorado. Everything went smoothly. After we moved the trucks back to the dealership, we got an email saying there was $5,000 in the damage to the two trucks, it looked like it was hail damage to the hood. But, the driver of the transport and our people did take pictures when they were loaded up in South Dakota, he walked around and there was no damage.

    I contacted Navi Auto Transport a couple of times. I said that there was no damage when the trucks were loaded onto the transporter. It took two days to get them to Grand Junction. If the trucks left in good condition, any damage must have occurred during the two day transport on September 2nd and 3rd, or after they were delivered, but in the possession of the dealership. I want them to get a statement from their driver that there was no hailstorm during his 2-day, 600-mile trip.

    Also, when I talked to Navi Auto Transport yesterday, they said to put me in contact with the insurance company that the transporter has. I have a contract with Navi, and not with their subcontractor. So, if anybody’s gonna contact him, that needs to be Navi.

    This has been a frustration for me. I sent them an email a week ago about this, but I haven’t gotten any response. We paid them about $5,500, and it was not cheap. I don’t mind paying if we do it.

    Initially, the quality of the service was fine, and the price was reasonable. But now, it’s not good. I need to hear from Navi Auto Transport before I give a final rating. If they say that they talked to the transporter, and said there was no storm. I would be good with that. That’s all I’m really looking for. But, at this point, I’m not satisfied.

    Navi is a very credible company. Their service was great, and the cost was very reasonable. When I asked to have a car transported, I didn’t expect it to be picked up the next day, so the speed of the response was remarkable. There did seem to be some disorganization regarding who was responsible for following up with me, as I got contacted by two or three different people who didn’t seem to be aware that I had already signed up with someone there.

    Once the booking was confirmed, I had to pay Navi a $200 deposit. I was initially uncertain whether that amount was on top of the agreed-upon price, but I was relieved when the transport driver arrived and said I owed him the difference. Because it wasn’t obvious that was going to be the case. So, a bit of clarification would help that once the transport is booked, Navi would take a deposit and that the client would only be responsible for the difference between the quoted price and the deposit.

    I do not, nor would I ever recommend Navi Auto Transport! They quote you a low price just to get a deposit from you, then the price increases or they can't find a shipper to ship for the price they quoted, after that they'll cancel the "contract" and not refund your deposit! My contract was cancelled July 7th and I still haven't received my $250.00 deposit refund. It's excuse after excuse as to why they haven't sent it! They're not affiliated with BBB, even though they say they are. On the BBB site, their rating is an F because of their false claim of being part of the BBB. Please understand that Navi Auto Transport is a broker, they don't have in house shippers. This company absolutely confirms that the cheapest is never the best! Avoid this company and all of the lies and games they play!

    You will be quoted a price by Navi and a date for your pickup. The price will increase after the date has passed For your pickup. It's hard to reach anyone here. Then, they demand everything in cash upon pick up. I would not recommend them at all. They promised us one date weeks later The car is picked up and the price is increased. They are not a carrier. They are a company just trying to find a carrier. You are better off finding a carrier on your own. You've been warned.

    My car was picked up on 9/01/25, it is 9/15/25 and it still hasn’t been delivered to its destination, is my car stolen? We called Navi for a quote and they quoted us the lowest so we went with them, what they don’t tell you is, that the driver/carrier can change that quote amount, they will ask for more. We ended up paying an extra $200+ from what they quoted us. Then the carrier they use, AUTO Transport LLC has horrible communication skills, we never got a call from the dispatcher/carrier once it was assigned a driver to talk about pick up times, we had to keep calling Navi for updates, which they take a long time to answer and can’t tell you the exact location of your car.

    AUTO Transport LLC’s motto online is, “Our response times are quick so you are not left wondering.” That’s all they left us doing, wondering. The dispatcher does not answer phone calls, says he’ll call back and never does, when he answers he dismisses you quickly and doesn’t respond to text messages, doesn’t update you on delays.

    I never leave reviews but after my experience with transporting my 2 vehicles I had to leave this review: Navi is by the most cost friendly company and there is no switch and bait with this company! I had that happen prior to me coming to Navi. There was no BS involved. Everything was straight forward and we had access to the driver at anytime to see where he was.     The initial sales person was very persistent. When I signed up, the person was courteous and everything sounded great. After I signed up, everything changed. My pickup date came and went. Then I would receive a daily email stating Navi is busy looking for a driver - didn't help my schedule. Four days later I get an email with subject saying: URGENT!!! Call back needed - Car shipping option. "Dear **, We have an important option available for shipping your vehicle and need to discuss the details with you to secure a spot on the truck. Please call us back at your earliest convenience at (302) 217-3946 . It is crucial that we reach you promptly to go over the specifics of your order ID **." I called around 6:30 am pacific time and was told for an additional $100, my car would be picked up today 9/7/25. I gave in and agreed to pay. Now it is 3:33 pm and no call from anyone to schedule my car pickup today. Very disappointing.

    I thought that Navi having a good review on Forbes would be enough to select a good transport company, boy was I wrong. Once you get into the system, everything is AI run. It is impossible to get something changed. Pick up dates can change, as mine did, but there was no way to let Navi know, as I just kept going round-and-round with AI. Email, phone calls, it was a constant loop to nowhere. When I finally received a call from a real person, I was told that they found a driver, however it would cost $150 more that we agreed to. This is a CONSTANT deception within the transport company, I've since found. I resisted paying any more that I had signed in the agreement. Surprisingly, the driver completed my delivery for the contract price.

    STAY AWAY! I contracted with them and they advertised full coverage and guaranteed their carriers were vetted. The carried damaged my car and did not have insurance (the certificated provided by Navi was false). Navi refuses to pay for the damages and will not help with contacted their carrier. OUTRAGEOUS. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!

    I had a show car in Indiana and I needed to get it up to the Detroit area. I called a couple of companies and they were pushy. But, Navi was not. I got the warm fuzzy feeling as opposed to the other companies and it felt like the thing to do. Also, their pricing was competitive and I was very satisfied with it.

    The customer service was good but we slowed them down. They were picking the car where I was at and it was going up to where my son was. If they picked it up and delivered it, it would have just been an overnight trip. It was fine but it didn’t work because my son was out of town and he wouldn’t be back into a certain day.

    I told my son that he could pick it up whenever he wants but it can’t be delivered before such a date. Because otherwise, nobody would be there to receive it. Customer service worked around it and it worked out nicely.

    I used Navi Auto Transport after buying a car in Washington State and needing it delivered to Illinois. I looked at about three companies and chose Navi because they had the best price for an enclosed carrier.

    The pickup was at the dealer in Bremerton, Washington and they delivered it to Libertyville, Illinois in four days. I wasn't there. But the salesman sent me a picture and it looked fine. It wasn't a huge truck. It was only a two-car. The drop-off went very well, and the driver called two days before and then the day of.

    I would give zero stars if I could. Navi Auto Transport was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a shipping company. They constantly changed the pickup dates and even raised the price after we had already agreed on a quote. After weeks of excuses and wasted time, they never even showed up to transport my vehicle. In the end, I had to go through Montway to finally get the job done quickly and professionally. Do yourself a favor and avoid Navi Auto Transport—completely unreliable and dishonest.

    I wanted my car transported from California to Upstate New York. I was given a date to be picked up and that was several days after the phone call. The car was not picked up. I waited another week and receiving several emails saying working on it. Still car was not picked up. My daughter needed her car for college. It was easy to reach sales but customer service was hard to reach for cancelation. My experience was disappointing. Others may be different. I just know the car never was picked up.

    Absolutely terrible experience. They quoted roughly $900 online to ship a truck. Then when you go to book, they asked if there were modifications, and raised the price to about $1100. They say the truck will be picked up in 1-3 days. The truck took over a week to pick up. There is no communication during the process and the only answers you get are when you call them yourself. At a week in, I called and they said they had a carrier but needed pictures of the truck from me to confirm it would work. I sent pictures, and the truck wasn't ever picked up.

    A couple days later I called and asked to speak to a manager. The supervisor told me if I wanted to pay $500 more I could get the truck picked up the next day. After voicing my unhappiness and telling him he needed to make the situation right, he refused and told me to either book it or move on. I was in a time crunch after waiting over a week and had no other choice but to get it picked up. After paying, the truck still wasn't picked up for a couple days and I finally got it a few days after. This company has terrible communication, poor service, and will bait & switch you on price just to make a sale.

    Navi Auto Transport gave me the lowest quote out of their multiple competitors I went to. I signed the contract. I needed it. But then they jacked up the price higher than the other quotes I got. So, I would never recommend them.

    They basically lied to me about the price. They said it would be $1000, but it ended up being $1,469. I was moving, so I had to have it out because I was closing the house the next day. I was stuck, and didn't have time to get anyone else. Otherwise, I would have definitely bailed.

    I asked them to have the CEO call me. But, no, I never got a call. The customer service was not good, and the driver they found did not have a GPS. I got in contact with the actual driver, and they said that I would have a GPS location. I didn't have that.

    I was also told that I would have experienced drivers. But they sent me two brand-new guys who just started two weeks ago. And I had it enclosed for a nice car. Now, the drivers were kind, and I was very kind to them because I was very concerned about my vehicle there.

    They came up with a trailer that had way too heavy of a load. They had an electric Cadillac, and my car. That’s way over the weight limits. I'm surprised mine made it safely. But Navi should never have been hauling two heavy cars in one trailer. It was horrible.

    They scratched the Cadillac getting in. When it was loaded, I had a friend go over there to load it, and the friend watched them pull the Cadillac out so they could get my car in. When they pulled it out, they scratched the Cadillac.

    So, I would never ever use the company again. I was actually gonna call the Better Business Bureau on them, but I just didn't take the time to do it.

    The service was overall okay. The problem I had with the Navi driver was the timing, so we had an issue. He wanted to come early, and I said yes, but I texted him that I was going to watch a movie. He called five times in a row while I was in the movies, and my phone lit up over and over, and that was hard to deal with. He was supposed to get there on the 20th, and he wound up coming on the 19th at 9:30 PM and the person who was supposed to accept the car wasn’t even in town yet. And I couldn't tell if they dropped it off at the right place because it was so dark, and it turned out they dropped it off at the wrong house. Good thing it was only two doors off.

    I needed to ship a car to Ann Arbor, Michigan. Navi had the lowest price by about 20% among the three companies I looked at online, which was significant. I started by chatting with a woman online and gave her some information. She sent me a link, and I went and filled in the information on the car and my credit card information. She immediately thanked me as she was waiting in the chat the whole time. The whole process took about 15 minutes.

    On the pick-up, the driver came with the truck. He couldn’t make the turn with his big truck, so he stayed on the access road. He called me to tell me that, so I drove the car around the corner and left it behind his truck. I watched him put it on the truck and gave him a $20 tip for lunch.     I booked to have my car shipped at least a month ago with a 4-day pick-up period, currently are out of that pick-up window and have yet to get my car picked up and have had to rearrange entire plans to ensure that someone will be there to pick up the car outside of the given dates. The staff is friendly but have no concrete answers to any of my questions or concerns regarding the pick up and even stated it could take up to an additional 3 days but they aren’t sure.

    This original delivery date was not going to work. When I threatened to cancel the order, suddenly they could accommodate my request. I even talked to the driver and the company and the driver committed to the date. In retrospect they had no intention of following through. Once they have your vehicle, you're at their mercy. They just did what they want and created a huge problem for us. They lie. Use another company. Seriously - use someone else.

    I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. They don't communicate with the driver, they give one price and the driver comes up with another. The company they choose are unprofessional when asked about an update on the vehicle, the driver got frustrated and hung up on my wife when we was told 5-7 days and day 9 no vehicle of course there would be some concern. Then when I called he was very short, then text me couple days later saying make sure his money is in cash or zelle, the audacity when it took forever to get him on the phone. I would say make sure the amount you agreed on is on paper before signing but we did and the driver said we had over 500lbs of items in vehicle when I know for certain it didn't come close to 100.

    Worst service I’ve ever experienced. This company quoted us one price, told us it was locked in, and had us sign a contract. They said the vehicle would be picked up on a Monday. Then they called and pushed it to Wednesday. Then they said they couldn’t honor the original price and demanded $400 more for a Friday pickup. As soon as we paid, they promised it would be booked immediately.

    Here we are on Sunday—They told us they’d arrive between 8 AM and 10 AM, and now they’ve changed it to 6 PM. Because of their constant delays, I’ve missed two days of work. Their communication is absolutely terrible, their service center makes promises they can’t deliver, and they are rude and disrespectful. They overcharge, give you the runaround, and have no real-time updates or honesty. Save yourself the headache and go to a different company. I will never use them again.

I booked with them days ago, they guarantee a truck within 3 business days and although this is business days 2 I've been getting emails since Sunday letting me know they are working on booking a truck. Today they call and let me know they have a truck, HOWEVER it is double what they quoted me! I've had experience with a scam company who tried to pull the same stunt... sadly Navi isn't shaping up to be any better.     I just canceled my order. Yes, they were about $300 cheaper than Alaskan Car Transport, and initially, they seemed very transparent. However, after placing my order, I received over 18 calls—many of them pressuring me for upfront payment. My decision to cancel was based on this. The original contract stated that I’d pay a partial amount by card at dispatch, with the remaining balance due to the driver upon delivery in cash or certified funds. When they started pushing for full upfront payment, it completely eroded my trust. I would not recommend using this company. They call constantly, and every time you speak with someone different. They're overly aggressive in trying to secure your business, and I feel they are not trustworthy—especially since they didn’t uphold the terms of the contract.

    My truck was supposed to be picked up between Saturday 7/19/25 to Monday 07/21/25 of last week as I was told when I initially booked with this company. On Tuesday 07/22, I get a phone call from a representative telling me that my truck had to be jumpstarted and could not be picked up. Nobody ever came to my house and the carrier LIED about my truck needing to be jumpstarted. Then the story comes back that they mistakenly said it was my truck when it was someone else’s. That there was a “similar” truck to mine in the area. Which is a lie because nobody in my neighborhood has a truck like mine. Then the excuse was that the carriers truck broke down and needed to go to the shop. Then the representative told me that the carrier would call me Tuesday night for a Wednesday morning pick up. Nobody ever called me.

    Then I called Wednesday and the carrier said they’d give me $100 for the inconvenience of the lack of communication and lies. Which to me is an insult. $100?? Then the representative basically tells me that because I am paying such a low payment, I can expect sub par customer service. I requested a new carrier and they told me that they would call me back in within two days to set up.

    Today is Friday, 07/25/25, and nobody ever called me to pick up my truck. The customer service agents here talk to you like you don’t matter and treated me like I meant nothing. And that they don’t care about my business. Do not use this company. They are garbage and they lie to you about pricing just to take your money. Go somewhere else. BEWARE of this company. DO NOT USE!

    We had to relocate from the west coast to the east coast, and after researching, I considered a couple of companies before deciding on Navi. Setting up the transport with them was relatively straightforward.

    We scheduled two separate transports for our vehicles. The first transporter had a 3-car single-level trailer, and the driver conveniently met me right at the corner of our street. For the second vehicle, while staying in a hotel in Wenatchee, a large double-decker 8-car trailer picked it up directly from our parking lot without any hassle.

    The cars were scheduled to take about seven days, and the timing was reliable, with one even arriving a couple of days early. I found the quoted price to be accurate and fair, especially compared to another company that unexpectedly tried to add $600 to their charge.

    Driver they brokered for was good & no problem with the transport itself, but Navi themselves were not. Typical bait and switch with a decent quote & agreed upon price and they say we’ll have somebody lined up for you in one to three days. No word from them until I call them 7 days later. Then they say it’s gonna be $350 more than they quoted me or they will cancel the entire transport. The guy that called me had the nerve to say “I’m sorry, sir but honestly, your quote was not realistic“. So I asked him “then why did you give me that unrealistic quote? Was it just to screw me later by Jacking up the price” and he just said, "Well it’s either that or we cancel it."

    Since Sherpa Transport had done the same thing to me 1st and I canceled them, I went ahead with Navi to get my car where it needed to be. Then they told me that they would charge $150 to my credit card now for the booking and the rest would be either Cash, cashier's check or money order to the driver upon delivery and sent me the name of the company to address the check to. Got a cashier's check & gave it to the driver at delivery without comment or problems. Then Navi calls me back and says is there anyway you can give him cash. I explained “you all told me cash, cashiers check or money order and I got him a cashiers check”. He can go down the street and cash it. They said, "Well sir he really needs it to be cash." Told them, “Sorry, then that is what you should have told me yesterday. I’m just following your instructions” and hung up.

    We agreed upon $1,039 to ship my Tesla Model 3. The time came for me to ship my car and they said the price would be $1,250. ~20% more than what was agreed upon. It looks like they post vehicles to be transported and vehicle transporters bid on the jobs. They are middlemen making as much as they can. During my move this has added extra stress! Good luck.

    A 4 star review means they got the job done for a good price. There were times they were helpful and times they were not. A 5 star would mean they made it easy and pleasant for me at every turn. That was not the case. They gave a price for my trip and said it was all inclusive--their fee plus the driver fee. Great. The next day they call & say they have a driver "but he has a small truck so he wants more. It will be $700". I told them I don't need to rush this and don't want to pay more. Next day, similar play--found driver, wants more $$. NO!! Then my credit card is charged $129. I call. Why was it charged? "Oh, the driver said he will do it for the price you agreed"

    So the attempt to get more $ was annoying, and the charge first, confirm later was annoying, and all of those conversations were with no less than 4 agents--no consistency is annoying. I have shipped with others and, if you want to may another $100-$150 you can get a dedicated agent with great communication. After the driver was set, I heard nothing from Navi. At all. Potential problem at end with driver--nobody at Navi to talk to. Literally, they are just the broker and not out to help you.

    So realize what you give up if you go for Navi/the lower price. If you can't take that kind of sales pressure and poor communication, go with another broker. The experience with the driver and his dispatcher is NOT part of this review, because Navi and all the others are just brokers; you might get a driver with great communication and you might not. That is the nature of this business. $629 for WA to NorCal

    We chose Navi Auto Transport to ship our car from Oregon to Connecticut. We based our decision on previous reviews and competitive pricing. Unfortunately upon booking we were told that we had to pay an extra $300 to have the car picked up on a specific day (rather than a window). On the day of pick-up we were told the driver would arrive between 8-4 and give us notice of arrival time. At 4 o’clock on the schedule day of pick-up and still not hearing anything I contacted Navi who gave me the contact information for the shipping company who then gave me the drivers number. The driver said he would be arriving around 8pm. At this point I felt we shouldn’t have been charged the extra $300 - given that the criteria was not met. As a result of the timing we were forced to hide the key to the vehicle and let the driver know where it was.

    We were told that the car would arrive one week after pick-up and given a specific day. That day came and went and I reached back out to Navi. Apparently the truck our vehicle was on had broken down somewhere and was waiting for another truck to arrive. “This should have minimal impact on your delivery,” was their response. It arrived another week later. In the meantime we were forced to use Uber/lift.

    On the day of delivery the driver gave us a window for his arrival and also arrived way past the given time. Throughout this whole process I constantly had to reach out for information. Navi was never proactive in communicating what was going on. I also expressed a refund for the $300 that we paid in addition for an extra service that was not met. And they took no ownership for the actions of the company they hired, “we are the broker and that is all”. This is the third time we have shipped our car and was the worse experience by far. We will never use them in the future and highly recommend that you don’t either.

    There were some problems with communication on when they were gonna pick up the vehicle. I had to call to find out when. In most cases, I was told they will be there in six hours. But they should have called me the day before if they were organized, but they weren’t. They wanted us to take a delivery at 10 o’clock at night in a full rain. I had to explain to the driver that I want to inspect my car and I can’t do that in the rain.

    Second, he was in Wisconsin and then went to Illinois, then came back to Wisconsin and delivered our car. We had three phone calls. At 1 o’clock, they said they’d arrive in 20 minutes. He was in West Bend Wisconsin and I was in Brookfield. We told him we will have somebody there waiting for him but he never showed.

    Then we got another phone call between 3:00 and 6:00. At that point, he was in Illinois. He didn’t show up. I called and he told me he’d arrive between 6:00 and 9:00. We had a heavy rainstorm and it slowed him down. He told me he’d arrive at 10 o’clock. I told him to bring it in the morning. He said he’d bring at 6 o’clock but he brought it at 7:00.

    The main problem is the communication and the directions that the driver was driving and inappropriately calling us to let us know he was coming and never showed. It cost me $100 to have somebody sitting all day waiting for the car.

    The recommendations from other people seemed good. But the transport system is combined with a lot of different hookups and me using it for the first didn’t quite understand. It just so happened that I had an individual pick my car up in Phoenix and he was driving it to Chicago and putting it on another transport. Then this guy from Milwaukee drove up and transferred on to his. So my car was transferred three times, put on and taken off twice.

    Also, I have white interior and this guy had dirty hands. It smelled and my seats and the interior were all dirty. I had to wash the whole inside of my car. It was a first-class dump. I’m dissatisfied with the whole process. It’s only been a few days and I’m still angry.

    I would never use them again. I would drive 1,700 miles versus putting my car in somebody else’s hand for the job that they did. These guys did a poor job. They must have been running out of people to get because they got the worst.

    Navi offered a discount for a certain time at night when I was looking. It was $50 cheaper for all shipping. That gimmick got me. So I talked to Jason and he seemed to have his head on the shoulders and his feet on the ground.

    When we had a pickup, my son said the guy drove up, drove the car on, and left. When he came down here to Florida, he called me. We met in a vacant parking lot less than a quarter mile from my house and unloaded my truck. I paid him and gave him a tip.

    I really appreciate their customer retention too. It’s a good idea. I have a van to ship up north and I’ve had three people call and email me wanting to do the deal. It’s all different names. I understand it’s customer retention and that’s how you keep business. But we’re not ready and we’re waiting for this house to sell. When it does, we have a deal.

    We already have a line up with one of the agents to ship our van. He’s got our information and we told him what was going on.     Our car arrived safely, but there were problems both with pick-up and delivery. We paid for "door-to-door" transport, and it didn't even arrive to the same city, let alone to our "door". For pick-up we were told 12:00. Finally, at 3:00 I heard that it would be "about an hour". With no updates, despite my phone messages and texts, at 6:30 they finally arrived a few blocks from our home. By then, I had to leave a restaurant with friends and get the car to them. They need better communication day of pickup.

    On delivery, they first suggested meeting a 20+ min drive away from the delivery address. I gave them a route that would work with a large truck, onto a wide 4-lane street in walking distance, but they would not make the effort to get in walking distance and didn't even get into the same city/zip code! This is NOT "door-to-door". Importantly, it was not what we were led to expect when we hired them. If they feel like their truck is not capable of living up to door-to-door, they should reduce the price or get a different carrier. One should not have to have to Uber or get someone to drive them to another city to receive their door-to-door shipment! "Door-to-door" is simply a false promise. It is a gross misrepresentation of the service they provide.

    I booked a month ahead of my move and booked with a guaranteed pickup date. I called 3 times leading up to the pickup date and was assured all arrangements were moving forward smoothly. Day of pickup I called and they informed me that a carrier was never booked and they were still trying to figure it out, and asked if I could call back in 2 hours. I called back at the time they specified and they gave me the same lies. Since I had to vacate the house I was selling that evening I was forced to rent a U-Haul and deal with it myself.     Had a very disappointing experience with Navi. They offered me fixed all-inclusive price to transport my vehicle from WA to NH and pickup window within 1-3 days. They did not show up and I was calling them on day 6 to ask what is going on, as I had followed the schedule that they suggested to get my vehicle to NH on time when we need it there. On day 6 I got runaround response we have very high priority and promised pick up within a couple of days, but no explanation why they are late. On day 7 they called me and said now they have driver that can pick up on day 9 and it will take up to 3 days longer that was originally estimated to get the vehicle across.

    To top this off they asked me to pay $201 more that the price we already agreed on was explaining that is how much the driver wants. I responded it should be their problem if they are losing money because I gave them my business based on their commitments, I expected them to deliver on. On day 7 ended up firing Navi for their blatant lowball offer -> bait & switch attempt and hiring another service provider that picked up our vehicle in just few hours. Still suffered damage as I need to rent a car in NH while waiting for delayed arrival or our vehicle.

    Navi took my car from Oak Park, Illinois to Palm Springs, California. I had left something in my car and I found out where they took it. I knew the vehicle that picked it up wasn't the vehicle that was gonna take it to California. They stored it in a place up in Northbrook, Illinois, which was an empty lot that had no security.     We were moving, and I wanted my car transported. I didn’t want to drive it. I looked at about five transport services. I had transported cars several times in the past. I know the games that are played, and I just didn’t want to play the games. Navi didn’t play any games. I asked for their price, that’s it, and I was done. I appreciated that.

    I asked what date they wanted to pick up. They let me know they would be there that day, and gave me an hour's notice before they arrived.     Navi had a good price and I needed the service because it would have been a 12-hour drive to get the vehicle. So it saved me time and money. The reps were pretty specific. It was a pleasant experience. The delivery went well. The vehicle looked the same as the pictures I saw when I purchased it. It didn't get damaged in any way in the transport. They quoted me $150 lower than the end price.

    Everything went well with Navi. But the quoted price might get inflated by $100 or $150. The problem is that they use other entities, and they set up based on one driver and then if those dates don't work for that driver, they have to find another one. So the quote changes because they have to find somebody else to do it. That was the case in mine. Based on the online information that I provided, Navi thought that it would be on such and such date. So when I talked to a representative, I said, "Oh, no. It has to be this date." Then they said, "Oh, that changes things." Other than that, it was a positive experience.

    I decided to use Navi Auto Transport, and I thought everything was all set. The car was supposed to be delivered between Tuesday and Friday. They were gonna pick it up Tuesday and have it here Friday. And on Friday, I went online to see and it said my order had been canceled. So, I was upset. So, I called the number and the rep said he was trying to get somebody else and he'd get back to me. Eventually, he must have found somebody because the car showed up the next week but I was a little upset that they were gonna cancel it.

    The car was in Florida, and it was supposed to be delivered to New York. So, I called the auto dealer where I bought it. I called on Saturday and then they said, “Oh, it had been picked up,” without Navi even telling me. The quote they quoted me initially was 699. And then the rep told me the only driver he could get would be 999. So, he raised it by $300. What was I gonna do? I wanted the car.

    The driver came in the middle of a freezing rainstorm and it was dark. He got the car off the truck and into the driveway. He was very nice and polite. Overall, I was satisfied after I was disappointed. Navi never called me to tell me the car has been picked up. If I hadn't called the dealership in Florida, I wouldn't have known. But the driver was wonderful and he got here really fast, too, from Florida.

    I had a good experience with Navi. The truck they sent was good. The people were good, too. The driver and the other person with him did a good job. However, it was delayed. When I was booking, I was told it would be here after two days. They will pick it up the same day and it will go. But it had taken around 10 days. I had to work a lot and fight them a lot. I had to involve the Navi owner. Also, the quote went up from what they initially quoted.

    My car broke down in California and I needed to get back up to Oregon. I went online and searched for a few different transport services, and Navi was the cheapest out of them. Scheduling the transport was easy. However, the communication between the dispatcher and the driver was not very good. I told the dispatcher to have the driver be there at a certain time, and the driver got there way earlier than needed. Of course, he had to sit there for 3 hours before anything could happen. The driver contacted me personally and said, “Where you at?” I said, “I told the dispatch not to be there yet because no one's gonna be there.”

    But, the courier itself was pretty polite and understanding. However, when I originally got the quote, it was, “Cool.” But they had to change the quote because they found a different driver who could pick it up at a certain time, a certain day. They upped the quote by around $100 or $50 give or take, so I wasn't all that happy about that. But it still was cheap compared to the other people out there.
