My entire experience with Sherpa was excellent from start to finish. They came to Florida when they were supposed to and delivered my car to my son in South Carolina one day early. Our driver Jefferson was a real stand up guy! I highly recommend Sherpa for hauling your vehicle anywhere. I would definitely use them again. And the price quoted stayed the same. No bait and switch like other companies out there.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Sherpa Auto Transport! They made transporting my vehicle from Florida to California incredibly easy and stress-free. Communication was excellent from start to finish, everything was handled professionally, and my vehicle arrived safely and exactly as expected. The entire process was smooth, reliable, and well-organized. Moving across the country is stressful enough, so having a company I could completely trust with my car made such a huge difference. I contacted Sherpa on-line based on general reviews. Agent called me, gave me a discount to complete sign-up. Little communication during the waiting process -- waiting for my pick-up window, etc. Sherpa sent an email or two telling me not to worry, that carriers pick up the shipping orders on the spot, not in advance. Car shipped from a dealer in San Diego to an office building in Provo. In the middle of the pick-up window Sherpa provided shipper information. I contacted driver, no problem. Delivered as planned. Never a request for more payment or anything like that.

I like the point to point delivery. Like how when our first assigned driver had mechanical issues and couldn’t pick up, Sherpa was able to find a second pickup driver in a very short turn around. We had already given our house back to Ft. Drum, NY so due to unforeseen circumstances we were staying at an off post hotel. The driving was able to meet us at the Walmart which expedited exchange; I have experience with other company drivers having challenges with getting onto post.

I asked Google who was the top-rated auto transport company, and Sherpa was among them. I needed a car transported across the country and I didn't have the time to do it myself, so I called. I have no idea about how much these usually cost, but to save me the headache, I thought the price was good. It took five to six days to finally lock in a carrier and it was a bit stressful, but after that, the experience was great. They texted me and called. They gave me a four to five-day window and I had them deliver the car to a shopping center. I didn't want any issues with going down residential streets. They let me know the day the car was arriving and around what time, and that was the day of. There were about four texts between us. Everything was good. They took care of it all and I didn't have to take time off of work myself or put any more miles on the car.

The experience was great with no issues from the very beginning. The hauler keep communication with me very clear and arrived on schedule. I truly appreciate the experience having my vehicle transported across the country.

Absolute BAIT-and-SWITCH. Was told and promised enclosed transport for auto transport and a "fixed" price. What was done was that my CC was charged, and an open carrier was ordered. When calling Sherpa, I was told that they DO NOT have routes to my destination and that the price would be another $1000. I was misled and told lies. Find another carrier - this one is NOT reputable at all.

The car was picked up in the 5 day window. The communication was very good. Both before pick up and delivery. The delivery time was good. Had zero problems. The whole process was great.

I was completely satisfied. It was such a quick and efficient transport. The serviceman was very nice and I really appreciated that. My car was delivered at the very time I was given and I recieved texted updates keeping me in the loop. I would definitely recommend Shepra Transport to others needing transport services.

Pickup and delivery was pretty straightforward. No surprise charges added on. Vehicle was even delivered a few days early which was a plus.

Everything went exactly to plan and as promised. Other freight companies provided bait-and-switch quotes, but Sherpa came in exactly on budget with good communication and a very good carrier. Extremely satisfied.

Sherpa failed to pick-up my car in their original ~10 day pick-up window. Then, they extended the pick-up window by 14 days! Not acceptable. My 2nd issue is that once you book with a lovely, live booking agent, there is no way to get in touch with any person (via phone or chat) after the initial booking. Communication is all generic via email announcements. How is their average rating on Consumer Affairs 4.9?

After trying to transport our Jeep with a competitor who wasn't communicating and our pick up date window had come and gone, I reached out to George at Sherpa and within 24 hours he had a truck lined up for transport. It took a bit to get the transport company secured by Sherpa, but once that happened, things went quite smoothly. Driver called, was courteous, and professional. I would definitely use him again! Vehicle was delivered in a timely manner.

Flawless transfer. They may not be the cheapest, but they are definitely the best and the rate is guaranteed.

I chose Sherpa based on reviews which is better than others but BASED on my recent experience after signing the agreement, they failed to perform, needless to say I had to cancel because 2 days passed the time slotted pick up. The worst part of this experience is that I don’t hear any updates from them unless I email or call. Lengthy time to accommodate my date but failed to do so… Poor communication.

Jeremiah is amazing, he helped me scheduled the delivery and tried his best to pick up my car as late as possible and deliver it as early as possible from Boston to SF. It really helped during the chaos of moving. Super grateful for that service!

First time shipping a vehicle. Sherpa generally had good reviews. Took a couple extra days from original estimate, but was with our permission. Communication was excellent, including with shipping company (Impulse Logistics). Vehicle arrived as promised.

My son was working at a different location for the summer, and it was easier to transport the car than to drive it there. I Googled transport companies and Sherpa Auto Transport came up, and I called them. Everything worked perfectly from booking to delivery and it was a good experience. We'll probably use Sherpa again when we ship the car back at the end of the summer. But there could have been better communication. My son and I had to keep calling Sherpa to find out where we were meeting and what time. They said the driver would be here at a certain window. Noon came around and nobody talked to my son. He finally called the company and they said they were running late and gave another window of time.

Great customer service.. Honest and direct. Got us a carrier that took our vehicle direct from point a to point b, we couldn't be happier. From address to address, this was a much better situation than we could have imagined.

I moved from California to my home in Montana, and it's not a drive-that-little-car situation. I looked online for the highest rated auto transport for classic cars, and Sherpa came up number one. I called them, and I had an excellent service from beginning to end. The pick-up was at Santa Rosa, California. The drop-off was at Cameron. It was scheduled to be in Bozeman, Montana, but the driver parked right down the street from my house. So, it was even better. I live right down the highway from a rest area. So, it was very convenient for him. He did the pick up on the 11th, and we both got here on the 12th.

It was so smooth and fast. Put in my order Friday, got a carrier Sunday, Picked up my car from Florida on Monday, arrived Saturday in California. Would 100% pick this company again. The price they told me is the price I paid.

When I searched about transport services, Sherpa had good reviews, and that's how I decided to choose them. Setting up the transport was excellent and I had a great experience. I was there at the time of pick-up and it was great. The pick-up driver was able to reach there on time, and he kept in touch with me. I would definitely recommend Sherpa 100%. I love the professionalism as well as the communication for updates. I noticed transparency throughout the process. The price was also worth the money I paid, and there were no no additional charges. It saved me a lot. There were no damages on my car. I'm sure it saved me more charges.

I was referred to Sherpa by the auto dealer that I bought a vehicle from. I like the fact that I didn't have to pay the delivery driver when they got here. It was all one stop. Pick-up and delivery went well. The car transport was who did it, and they were really good. I met them down the road here, but that was pre-arranged that way. Overall, it was a good experience. I bid out a number of people. Sherpa was expensive, but had a good reputation for guaranteeing the rate and service. Then, when I went to get an exact offer, someone called and gave me a rate that was a little bit higher, but it was worth having better service. In the end, I was really happy with the service I got from Sherpa.
