I’ve used a transport service once before and that experience made me a bit cautious this time. With Navi, I paid more attention to how they explained things at the start. They didn’t try to give me exact promises they couldn’t keep, which I appreciated. It made the whole process feel more realistic instead of overly polished. There was a slight delay around pickup, but it didn’t feel like something went wrong, more like part of how the system works. Once things got moving, I didn’t feel the need to keep checking constantly. The driver handled everything properly and the delivery went through without any issues.

I didn’t even plan this properly at first. I was supposed to drive the car myself but changed my mind last minute and had to find a transport option quickly. Navi wasn’t the first one I checked, but they were the first that didn’t make everything feel complicated. I didn’t get a perfect timeline, but they explained how the window works, so I adjusted my expectations. Pickup didn’t happen immediately, but it wasn’t confusing either. The driver was straightforward, no long talk, just did what needed to be done. Delivery was smooth and the car was exactly how I left it.

I used Navi during a period where I was handling multiple things at once, so I didn’t really have the time to keep checking on every step. That’s probably why I appreciated the experience more. Once I booked, I wasn’t constantly thinking about it. There weren’t too many updates, but I got contacted when it actually mattered, especially before delivery. The driver was respectful and didn’t rush through things, which made the handoff feel more controlled. When the car arrived, I checked everything and it was exactly how I left it. It wasn’t flashy service, just something that worked quietly.

I think the service depends on how patient you are. If you’re expecting very tight timing, you might get a bit frustrated. In my case, I had to adjust slightly because the pickup didn’t land exactly when I planned. That said, nothing went wrong beyond that. The booking process was easy, I understood what I was signing up for, and once the car was in transit, everything moved normally. Delivery came through and the car was fine.

I didn’t go into this expecting everything to be smooth because I’ve heard enough stories about delays and miscommunication with car shipping. What made Navi different for me was how they explained things up front. They didn’t try to make it sound perfect, which I actually respected. They told me there’s a window, not an exact time, and that already changed how I approached it. When pickup didn’t happen immediately, I didn’t panic because I understood the system. Once it actually started, the rest felt steady. I wasn’t getting constant updates, but I also wasn’t left confused. The driver handled everything professionally and didn’t rush the inspection. Delivery came without issues, and the car condition matched exactly.

I used Navi in a situation where I honestly didn’t have much control over timing. My schedule kept shifting, so I had to adjust my pickup date twice before everything finally lined up. What I liked was that they didn’t make it stressful when I changed things. They just updated it and moved on. The pickup itself didn’t happen immediately on the first available day, but I had already been told it might not be exact, so I wasn’t surprised. The driver wasn’t in a rush, did the inspection properly, and just handled it calmly. Delivery was straightforward after that, no drama, no damage.

For me, the service was okay, just not something I’d call perfect. I didn’t have any issues with the car itself, everything arrived fine, but I did feel like I was waiting around more than I expected, especially during pickup. I had to keep my day open longer than planned. That part was a bit annoying. After the car was picked up, though, things settled and there were no real problems. Delivery happened within the timeframe they gave.
Reviewed April 22, 2026
I’d say the service is reliable, just not very precise with timing. Everything worked, but I had to stay flexible around pickup which wasn’t ideal for my schedule. That said, I didn’t experience any real problems beyond that. The process was clear, I didn’t get confused at any point, and once the car was picked up, things moved normally. Delivery was completed without issues and the car arrived in good condition.
Reviewed April 22, 2026
My experience was fine overall, just a bit of waiting involved. The booking part was easy and I didn’t struggle to understand anything. The only thing I didn’t really like was the uncertainty during the pickup window because I wasn’t sure exactly when to expect them. After that stage, though, everything went smoothly. The car was delivered within the timeframe they gave, and there were no issues with its condition.

I ended up using Navi after another company failed to confirm my booking, so I was already a bit frustrated going into it. What I noticed immediately was that Navi didn’t try to rush the conversation. They explained how the process works, including what can change and what usually doesn’t. That helped set my expectations properly. The pickup didn’t happen on the exact first day mentioned, but because they had already explained how the window works, it didn’t feel like something went wrong. The driver was straightforward, handled the inspection without skipping steps, and didn’t make it feel rushed. Delivery came as scheduled after that adjustment and the car was in the same condition. For me, the experience felt more controlled than stressful.

It’s a decent service, just not perfect. I didn’t have any issues with the actual transport, but I did feel like I had to follow up once or twice just to be sure things were on track. They always responded, so it wasn’t like I was ignored, just not as proactive as I expected. Once things started moving, though, it went fine. Delivery happened within the estimated time and the car arrived without any problems.

I had a disappointing experience with Navi Auto Transport. I booked my vehicle shipment on March 26, 2026, with a pickup window of April 16–18, as my flight was scheduled for April 19. I arranged everything in advance based on this timeline and trusted the company would make reasonable efforts to meet the agreed schedule. I understand that as a broker, they do not control carriers and cannot guarantee availability. However, I was initially quoted approximately $2,000. As my move date approached, I was informed that additional costs were required, and I agreed to pay an extra $200 for a “guaranteed pickup.” Given my time constraints, I felt I had little choice but to accept this added charge. Unfortunately, this guaranteed service was not fulfilled.
The timing of these added charges—close to my scheduled move—created the impression of a pricing practice that places customers under pressure to accept higher costs when alternatives are limited. Despite booking well in advance, a carrier was not secured within the agreed window. A driver was briefly assigned but later canceled, leaving me without a confirmed pickup before my departure. Throughout the process, I remained calm and professional and made multiple follow-ups. Communication was inconsistent, and I was often advised to wait without clear or proactive updates. While I recognize the broker model’s limitations, the experience resulted in significant inconvenience and lost time. I relied on the agreed schedule and made travel plans accordingly, only to have no service fulfilled. I would advise others—especially those with strict timelines—to proceed with caution and have contingency plans in place.

I was able to reduce Navi's initial price, but it went up again at formal agreement. Communication methods are effective, driver was a good communicator, tracking map was helpful.

I booked Navi while handling a lot of other things at the same time, so I needed something that wouldn’t require me to stay glued to my phone. That’s probably what I liked most, I didn’t have to keep checking in. Once everything was set, it moved on its own. There weren’t constant updates, but I got contacted when it was actually necessary, especially before delivery. The driver was polite and didn’t rush the process, which I appreciated because I wanted to be sure everything was documented properly. Delivery was smooth and there were no surprises when the car arrived.

The service itself worked, but I think it depends on what you expect going in. If you’re looking for very precise timing, it might not feel perfect. In my case, the pickup window shifted slightly and that was the main inconvenience. Aside from that, I didn’t have any real issues. The process wasn’t confusing, and once the car was on the move, things felt more settled. Delivery came within a reasonable timeframe and the car was exactly how I handed it over.

This was my second time shipping a car but my first time using Navi. The previous company I used had poor communication, so I was paying attention to that this time. Navi wasn’t overly talkative, but they communicated at the points that actually mattered. I got confirmation, then a heads up before pickup, and another before delivery. I didn’t feel like I was left guessing. One thing I appreciated was that they didn’t overpromise exact timing, which made delays less frustrating when they happened. The driver handled things professionally and didn’t rush through the inspection. When the car arrived, I checked everything carefully and it matched the original condition.

I used Navi after seeing mixed opinions online, so I went in a bit unsure. The booking part was actually easier than I thought and I liked that I didn’t have to go through too many steps. My issue was mainly around waiting during the pickup window because it wasn’t very exact, and I had to adjust my day for it. Once the car was picked up, though, everything else felt normal. Delivery didn’t take longer than expected and the condition of the car was fine.

I didn’t originally plan to use a transport service, but after driving halfway and getting tired, I decided to ship the car instead. Navi was one of the few that didn’t make the process feel complicated. What stood out to me was that they didn’t rush me into booking. I asked questions, changed my dates once, and they still worked around it. Pickup came a bit later than first mentioned, but at that point I was already expecting some flexibility. The driver was calm, no pressure, just did the inspection and left. Delivery was straightforward, no damage or anything unusual.

Used Navi to transport my car after a long stay out of state. The process itself wasn’t complicated, which I liked, but I did have to follow up once or twice just to get clarity on timing. Once everything was confirmed, though, it moved along fine. The driver was professional and handled the drop-off properly. No damage or surprises at delivery, so I’d say the service did what it needed to do.

What made my experience with Navi stand out was how calm everything felt once it started. I didn’t need constant updates, just needed things to go according to plan, and that’s pretty much what happened. They didn’t overpromise anything during booking, which I actually respected. The pickup and delivery both fell within the expected range and the driver handled the inspection process carefully. When I received the car, I checked everything and it was exactly how I left it.

Navi is a broker with contractors that have no DOT numbers/Motor Carrier number and poor inferior equipment. They picked up a pristine Corvette that had just been detailed in Cape Coral FL to be delivered in NY. The car arrived 14 hours after promised at 11 pm. Filthy dirt and wet and this was an enclosed trailer. There was no ability to actually track the car despite being told it would be available to do so.

My experience with Navi was mostly positive. I booked a few days ahead and everything seemed clear at the beginning. Pickup came a bit later than I initially expected, which affected my plans slightly, but they did communicate the adjustment. Once the car was on the move, things went smoothly. Delivery didn’t take longer than what they estimated, and the car arrived without any issues. It wasn’t perfect timing-wise, but overall it was reliable.

I’ve heard a lot of mixed things about auto transport services, so I went into this expecting some level of stress. Surprisingly, Navi made it feel quite manageable. The booking process was simple enough and they didn’t overload me with unnecessary steps. I liked that they were upfront about possible delays instead of promising exact times. That helped set expectations properly. In the end, the delivery went through without any problems and the car condition matched what was documented.

I had a contract with Navi auto Transport for $918. My car was picked up on December 31, 2025 on time and arrived January 5, 2026 per contract. However, the amount was $1100 and increase of $182. Navi mentioned this to me when the Carrier was selected. I agreed as I was leaving on a plane and needed the car taken care of. I was disappointed, but the driver was good and the car in good shape. When I needed the car shipped back home. I mentioned my disappointment with the $182 increase. I was told “that won’t happen again“. The second contract to ship the car back home was for $893. The car was to be picked up in their three – day Window. March 30, 31st, or April 1. Starting on March 12, I contacted Navi and asked if there was any update on a Carrier. Again, I contacted Navi on March 19, March 26, March 31, April 1. Each time receiving a text stating they are working on it.
My flight home was scheduled for 8:23 AM on April 2. I continued to desperately contact Navi via text or phone call. No one took responsibility or even said “we are sorry“. I left my car and flew home. Fortunately, my best friend and attorney would take care of my car. After I got home, I finally heard from Navi. they said they could get a Carrier. The cost would be $1500. That is an increase of $607. What could I do? I needed the car it had three months of clothing and other articles in it along with all of my medication. I had enough medication with me until April 8. I needed the car home!! It was not picked up on April 2, they gave me the number and name of a driver. I called and it was not the same driver, the information was incorrect. The car was picked up on Easter Sunday, April 5 at 12:30 PM. It was to arrive at my home on April 7.
During the afternoon on April 7, I received a call from the driver who informed me that he was in the Chicago area, but the truck had broken down. I understand these things happen and it’s not the driver‘s fault. He kept in contact with me during the day. At 9:00 PM I contacted the driver and told him my wife and I would drive the 40 minutes one way and pick up the car. I wanted this nightmare to end. The driver was a nice young man. He took $50 off the bill for my inconvenience having to drive 80 minutes round-trip at that time of the evening. This may the increase from the original contract $557. You should thank me for this information. I have all text documented as well as times of phone contact and voicemails.

This one involved an HOA neighborhood that hates large trucks and acts like every delivery is a criminal event. I warned the dispatcher and they suggested meeting at the entrance instead of trying to force the issue. Smart move. The pickup went fine and the driver was patient even though my HOA manager decided to hover and ask pointless questions. Transit itself was smooth, and the car arrived in Georgia within the quoted window. The experience was good overall. I’m only holding back a star because the first scheduling call came later than I expected.

I bought a Tesla from a private seller in California and wanted it moved to Phoenix without putting random miles on it. My main concern was battery level and making sure the car stayed charged enough for loading and unloading. They actually asked about state of charge ahead of time, which told me somebody was paying attention. The driver noted it on the paperwork, loaded it carefully, and the car arrived with the same charge range I had been told to expect. Not a huge dramatic story, just competent handling of something people often get wrong.

My SUV was being shipped to a mountain town in Colorado where a full transport truck could not easily get through the last stretch. I thought that would become a giant issue, but they handled it by setting a meetup point outside town and telling me early enough to plan around it. That’s the kind of thing people should mention because surprises are what make transport stressful. The route update came the night before, the driver was on time at the meetup lot, and the inspection was straightforward. Nothing felt improvised even though the location changed.

I had a nonrunning Corolla sitting at my uncle’s house in New Mexico and needed it brought to Dallas for repairs. That kind of job is never as simple as transporting a regular sedan, so I expected extra trouble. They explained right away that the driver would need winch capability and a clear approach to the driveway. Good start. Pickup happened smoothly once we moved a trailer out of the way. Delivery took an extra day because of route changes, but the car arrived exactly how it left and the driver knew how to handle a dead vehicle without drama.

A lot of reviews talk about long interstate routes, but mine was a shorter move from Sacramento down to San Diego after I had surgery and could not drive myself. I was more stressed about timing than distance because I needed the car there before a family member left town. The dispatcher understood the situation and was honest about what was possible instead of promising magic. Pickup happened the next morning, the driver texted when he was ninety minutes away, and delivery landed that evening. Fast, clean, and respectful through the whole process.

This was for a lease return. I had moved early for work and still needed the car brought from Ohio to my new address in Maryland before turn in. I mostly wanted proof of condition because I knew the leasing company would look at everything. The pickup driver photographed all four wheels, the windshield, and the front bumper before loading, which I really appreciated. The car arrived on time, mileage was exactly where expected, and I had enough documentation to hand the lease back without any argument. That level of detail made the service worth it.

I moved from Seattle to Boise and used transport mainly because I had two kids, a dog, and no patience left. The actual service was good. The reason this is four stars instead of five is because the first phone call felt a bit too salesy for my taste. After booking though, everything settled down. The driver was practical, polite, and very normal. He did not overshare, did not rush the inspection, and gave me a realistic arrival range. The vehicle came in without damage and the final cost matched the quote, so I cannot complain too much.

I needed enclosed transport for a restored 1968 Mustang that had just come out of paint, so I was way more anxious than usual. My fear was not delay. My fear was straps, chips, and somebody treating it like a normal used car. The driver who came clearly understood that this was not a grocery getter. He used soft tie downs, took his time around the front lip, and let me check the placement before closing everything up. Delivery happened a day later than first projected, but I did not care because the car arrived flawless.

My situation was weird because I was buying a car from an online auction, and the release office had very limited hours. I honestly thought that part would ruin the whole process. Instead, the dispatcher called the yard directly, got the release instructions, and made sure the driver had the lot number before arrival. That saved me from playing messenger between three different people. Once the car was on the truck, I got a proper update instead of vague promises. It showed up in Nashville exactly as pictured, dusty from the road but otherwise unchanged.

I used them for a college move. My son had to get from Indiana to Arizona and there was no way I was making that drive during orientation week. The carrier could not get into the dorm lane because of all the student traffic, so they suggested meeting at a nearby shopping center and that worked better than trying to force it. The handoff was quick, the inspection was clear, and the car reached him in good shape. Four stars only because the pickup happened near the end of the assigned window, and we spent too much of that day waiting around.

Mine was not a relocation story. I had a project truck that finally became roadworthy but I did not trust it for a six hundred mile highway drive yet. I told them upfront it was running but still rough at idle and they matched it with a driver who was comfortable loading older vehicles. That mattered. Pickup was careful, no rushing, no mocking the truck, no nonsense. I got photo updates once it was secured and again on delivery morning. Seeing that old F150 show up without new leaks or loose trim felt like a small miracle.

My move from Minneapolis to Austin was already messy, so I wanted the transport side to be boring in the best way. They gave me a pickup window, explained why exact times are hard with long routes, and actually kept in touch when traffic pushed things back. The driver met me at a grocery lot instead of my apartment because the road by my building was too narrow for the truck. That ended up being easier anyway. The car arrived safely and the only reason I am giving four stars is that I wish the first ETA had been a little tighter.

I had a car bought at a small dealer in Albany and needed it moved to Charlotte before I flew in for work. What made this one feel different was that the dispatcher coordinated directly with the dealer, so I did not spend half my day chasing signatures and gate hours. Pickup happened behind the showroom because the street was too tight for a full carrier. They are all great and responsive when trying to get your business. Once you sign, the 1-3 days name a week. That great price you were quoted? Suddenly, carriers want more. So the things that sold me on them (price and timeliness) all went out the window. When they text you that they found a carrier and will call you? They won't. It's an automated service . When you call back, they'll tell you that they are still looking. They told me a date when they finally found a carrier that I was paying more for. I called the carrier the day of, and he was picking cars f I'm three other states before getting to my car. So that 1-3 days became at least 7 and $60 more. Find a better company elsewhere.

This has been a horrible and very concerning experience so far. We were promised a 24 hour notice for pickup on 3/30, then we got a call at 7:30 am this morning from their third party company insisting that they pick up the car within 1 hour. We tried to explain we had very important plans that would cost us over $200 to cancel and they still insisted it had to be this morning. He kept saying “Time is money - the driver has to pick it up now otherwise we lose money.” I tried to call Navi to understand what was going on and couldn’t get ahold of anyone, even though they promise 24/7 assistance. Then the driver showed up in an extremely sketchy truck, license plate wasn’t even visible (see photos). We tried to ask him questions and he did not speak English, so we were completely in the dark.
We finally got ahold of someone at Navi and they refused to offer us any sort of compensation for us losing $230 for canceling our plans to be there for pick up. He just kept saying “Well they told us they’d pick it up tomorrow so you shouldn’t have canceled your plans.” What on earth were we supposed to do when the third party was demanding we do so and we couldn’t get ahold of anyone to help us?? So now we have lost hundreds just so the driver saved money, we had zero warning, we were not able to ask the driver any questions, our car is now on a truck that doesn’t have a visible license plate (which is ILLEGAL) and no official signage, and Navi did not do anything to help us. This has been a truly awful experience and we expect some sort of compensation. We have already contacted Better Business Bureau to file a formal complaint.

I transported a small luxury coupe from Boston to Atlanta and was mostly worried about low ground clearance because the front bumper sits close to the pavement. The driver acknowledged that immediately and used boards during loading without me even asking. That earned trust fast. I also appreciated that they did not treat me like I was being overly cautious for caring about the front lip. Delivery landed in the original range and the car came off the trailer exactly as it went on. For anyone shipping something low, that kind of awareness matters a lot.

Mine was a family emergency situation. My father ended up in rehab after a fall, and I needed his car moved from South Carolina to my place in Kentucky because it could not sit at his apartment complex forever. I did not have the energy for confusing logistics that week. The rep kept it simple, told me what documents were needed, and worked around the building manager’s schedule for pickup. The driver called before arriving and waited while the spare key issue got sorted. That patience helped more than they probably realize. The car arrived safely and one less thing was hanging over us.

Instead of telling me what I wanted to hear, they told me when the route was likely to fill and what price range actually moved cars on that lane. That honesty helped. Once booked, the carrier assignment stuck. No disappearing act. The car was picked up on the second day of the window and delivered in solid condition with no new marks.

I used them for a seasonal move from Maine to South Carolina and expected weather to cause some kind of domino effect. Instead, I got a realistic schedule, a carrier who actually called when he said he would, and a clean handoff on both ends. The driver even suggested a nearby lot for delivery because my street had parked cars on both sides and not enough turning room. That small adjustment made the unload quick and stress-free. I told my son when they were coming, and then the transport service contacted him when they were going to bring it. The driver was very hospitable and accommodating. Overall, they did a great job. They will handle your vehicle with care.

I read about their ratings online, and they were rated well and reliable. I had a great experience with Navi. They were timely, the price was good and the driver was outstanding on both ends. My son-in-law also used them to get a car back from Las Vegas to South Carolina after he finished the military tour.

We live in Georgia, and since my wife’s great uncle was moving here from New York, he needed his car to be brought down here. At the time, Navi had the best price, and they were the only ones who kept in touch with us during the whole process. We first reached out about a month and a half before the move, and they kept checking in to make sure we still needed the service.
They picked the car up Friday afternoon and got it here Sunday, so it was only about a day and a half. The guy communicated well, giving us a time window and keeping in touch to let us know where the car was at, how long it was expected, and the arrival time, so we could kind of prepare to have everything in place when he got here.
The truck couldn’t fit down in the facility, so he drove the car off and delivered it right where we needed it. Everything went well. The quote they gave was the price we paid, and nothing changed. We didn't have any issues.

I bought a car out of state. I Signed a contract for delivery with Navi. The next week was filled with 2 no shows on their part, (the dealer even stayed late for nothing) they call and tell me they are raising the price 50%!!. I want to know why, so they say it's my location. WHICH THEY KNEW AT THE START! I declined and they canceled the contract. I contacted the AG for bait and switch practices.

My uncle lives in California and found me a car out there. Since I live in Tennessee I needed the car shipped here. When I was looking online, Navi was one of the companies that came up. I liked their price and their reps were knowledgeable. They were straight to the point but not so welcoming. The guy answered all of my questions and gave me all the information I needed so I, overall, I'm happy.
The transport was quick. It was a Saturday that I called to make the deposit and they picked it up that same day. I was really shocked. When I reached out to the dispatcher to ask questions about when the car was coming, he responded back quickly. I got the car that Thursday. I met the driver at one of the truck stops 10 minutes up the street from my house, and he was nice. What I was quoted was what I paid for. I recommend them.

I had a car in California and needed to get it to Virginia. I looked at a couple of quotes and Navi's was generally in line with other folks. I did some online research and they seemed very reliable, so I went with them. Pricing was very transparent, so the setup and all of that was great.
I was not present at pickup, but it went smoothly. The only marginal complaint is on delivery. I did not get a lot of warning. They said there was something about getting some advanced notice. The driver called and identified himself as being with a third party group, not Navi, which was initially confusing. He was difficult to understand and it was kind of loud, but eventually, I sort of figured out what was going on. We happened to be home and he was 15 minutes away. I don't know what I would have done if we had not been home.
When the guy got there, the process was very simple and easy. But also, the other important part of that equation is, because I didn't know they were coming, I wasn't necessarily prepared to pay. They only accept either Zelle or a cashier's check. Fortunately, I had Zelle.

Navi delivered my car to my sister’s home in Virginia, and they did fine. I was tired of people calling me, and then Navi gave me the cheapest rate. For the driver who came to pick it up, I was shocked that he did not even have a big trailer. He had it for four cars, and I was a little concerned. Then, I saw that Navi had good reviews, so I called them because I forgot that they did tell me that they subcontract it. And my deeper question was if they vet these people and they had answered, "Yes."
Originally, when I called, I spoke with Logan. And he told me everything that I needed to know to get started. He said that they would call or email me a day before they were coming to pick it up. When I called him back to see how I could set up a date because I finally had all my plans for moving where I would be leaving Georgia and I wanted the car to leave around the same time, Logan told me he would be back the next day, a Saturday. And I did not figure people worked on Saturday. But he said he would be there.
I made a call that Saturday and I got Kyle. He said that Logan was not there, and that he could help me instead. He gave me some answers, but he held back. So, I said that I would call back again and that I would have to wait for Logan to come back. I felt like I was answering oranges and apples.
Then, I got a text message saying that they would be picking up my car that day at 12:00 or 1:00. I said that I have not spoken yet to anybody. I knew the timeframe, but I did not know exactly what date. When I got that text, it was in the right time, but what if I was not ready for it to be shipped at 12 o'clock that day?
So, we had not confirmed a definite date. Navi agreed that they could do it two or three days before I leave. That was okay. But the problem I had was I did not know exactly, and that was why I was calling them. That was what frustrated me, but it worked out well. Despite the little hiccups in communication, I would recommend them. It was easy to work with Logan.

I purchased a car out of state and I needed to transport it across 500 miles. I have transported a number of different vehicles in the past with different companies, and when I got quotes from them, they were all considerably higher than Navi. I got quotes from three different companies, and what made me go with Navi were the cost and the good reviews I have read about them online. They were highly recommended.
There was good communication during the whole process. And the person who delivered the car was excellent. He gave me information on what the process involved. I paid him the amount that I owed minus the deposit that I put upfront, and that was it. My car was delivered on time and in excellent condition. I understand he did not want wait until the next day, so the car was delivered in darkness. It was about quarter to 9:00 at night, so I had to get a spotlight out to examine the car for damage. Other than that, it was perfect.
It was a quick process. I was surprised because I thought it might take a few days before anybody accepts the offer, but from the time it was posted to the time they delivered, it only took two days. With this positive experience on this transaction, I would definitely call them first to see what their quote would be if I need to transport a car in the future.

I had a family emergency. I needed to head back to AZ that Friday, so I called around. I found Navi online and the process was pretty simple, actually, I thought it would have been more difficult. I had called two others previously, but Navi was able to work with me faster. Since the first call, they were able to explain everything and answered my questions better than the others. They were like, "Between tomorrow and the following day, we can have it shipped out," while the other ones were like, "We'll see if somebody can pick up your car."
I was in a different state during the pickup. I did let the hauler know the street where the vehicle was being dropped off was narrow. He made the accommodations and parked further up rather than in the middle of the street like when he picked it up, because that one was a bigger street. He accommodated well.
The process was smooth and the availability worked out for me. I didn't see the vehicle till a couple days later, but my sister or cousin took a look at it and they didn't see any damages or anything like that, so that was good.
