Service was great and punctual. I would recommend JD Byrider to anyone. All of their cars are in excellent purchase condition and the extended service plan is very reasonable. My salesperson and all others I've dealt with have went out of their way to please me as a customer.

I was welcomed in with open arms. I was approved for the car I wanted and I paid as little as $400 down which was awesome. The people there were nice and friendly. I test drove my vehicle with no problem. The team works very well with each other to get the job done.

Everything was great except for the pricing was a little higher than expected. Overall experience was pretty good. Can't complain about much. Salespeople were very friendly. Everyone did everything they could to keep me in my down payment budget.

I just love my salesmen and manager. They were so great, nice car, great service, good manners and made me feel like I was welcome. I wanted a 2012 Malibu but hey, I'll settle for this right now and move up later. May God bless.

The people were very friendly and they work with you. They go by your income and its very affordable. I liked going there and I would go to get another car from there. I would recommend people and friends to go there to get a new car or truck.

They was so good to me. I almost had doubts but Stone reassured me that everything would be ok and that I would have car that day and I did. He was great and I was thankful. I have a car now for me and my family and it was all because of JD Byrider.

Entire experience was pleasurable. Wish that they had a soda machine. Salesperson was very nice and knowable as to her job, getting us the best deal. The finance dept. got us the deal we needed and wanted. They had a car on the lot that was what we were looking for. It fit our budget and had all options that we needed. Was a very nice experience. My experience with J.D. BYRIDER was great. People were very friendly. I went there on a Saturday and they told me that 6 days later that my first payment would be taken out of my bank account. I just wish that they would have waited until the following pay period. That would have given me time to make the necessary adjustments in my budget.

The car lot was one of the best I have been to in years. Everyone there was nice and friendly and talked with me about what I needed and found out what I wanted and was looking for. My saleslady Ollie ** make me feel at ease and had the best personality. She was a pleasure to deal with and me want to return there again for my next purchase. She told me everything I needed to know without me asking questions and was very helpful and described everything good if I didn't get at first. Another thing is she didn't leave a paper signed without me understanding it and was recommending me to my best choice.

I tried maybe 4 other car dealerships and small owned pay here buy here car places. Everyone said to me that they couldn't help me because I didn't have enough credit. They either wanted thousands to be put down or a cosigner. My last resort before I gave up trying was JD Byrider. I went there only to see if I would get approved because I wasn't working with a lot of money at the time and that same day I gave them what I had and left with a car. I was shocked, happy and amazed at the same time. If you keep getting denied please go to JD Byrider.

It was a good experience. I was able to take a good test drive on the two vehicles I had it narrowed down to and finally made the decision on the car. The other vehicle I test drove was ok but was only two wheel drive and I needed something four wheel drive or all wheel drive and the car had the all wheel drive.

I didn't realize that my warranty had ended. However I had everything fixed at a reasonable price and the lady at the service desk at Glen Burnie was very nice and kept me informed of the status of my vehicle.

Steve at your Mishawaka location was amazing in working around me schedule. I was so thankful for J.D. Byrider for making it possible for me to purchase a car. They were awesome when it came to buying the car. The after is what's not so awesome. I went and got regular oil changes. Great service and price on that. Mario is an awesome mechanic and I trust him with my car. Problem is now I feel I'm being ripped. Went to get it inspected and it needs 4 new tires and front brakes. I was shocked because when we bought the car 7 months ago we were told by our sales rep that it just had new tires and brakes put on. Well now in 7 months... how are 2 of the tires dry rotted, and the other 2 bald?

Marc was a wonderful salesman! He was honest and didn't pressure us to make the sale. He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable with the deal and that we weren't going beyond our mean with the purchase. Three days after we bought the car our key broke. Marc personally took care of the problem. He sent a locksmith to our location who made us 2 keys on the spot. The locksmith was very friendly also and the keys and the service call didn't cost us a penny! Marc and J.D. Byrider were very pleasant to work with. They made buying a car a fun and happy experience! From this point forward I will only buy vehicles from them! I would recommend them to everyone! I was nervous and very unsure about which dealership to use. I am so glad that we decided to use J.D. Byrider!

I love this place. Took my car in for an oil change which costed next to nothing. Also had a problem with my heat and defroster they fixed it and let me spread out the payments for the repair (which wasn't much).

My car died. My cruise control and my remote start started to work and not work intermittently. When I called and explained the symptoms they said bring it in. They replaced the alternator but never fixed the other problems! This pissed me off! I would had paid for them to fix it but those issues were not addressed! My cruise control and my remote start still do not work and I am not satisfied because I explained and described to them that those two things were a problem when I called! I understand paying double out the ass to build credit but please can we keep the vehicles in the same operating condition as we sign papers for? Not much to ask! Sounds pretty fair!

Went in to get transmission fluid put in my car. I thought it would be nearly $100 and I only paid $26 not to mention they figured out a problem with my gas cap that was fixed w/o me knowing there was a problem.

First timing financing a car. It went relatively quick and every step of the way they always ask for any questions. Friendly people and good service. A little costly but it will help build my credit up in the end.

I have always got my truck back before they promised. I would recommend glendale hts for service and sales. The persons in service department are all knowledgeable and are very patient. They will go out of their way to get your car in in a timely manner. They know exactly what they are doing and get it right the first time.

Had a noise in the front end of my vehicle and called to have it checked. They fit me in asap. Thanks for the thorough Inspection and due diligence of the mechanic that worked on our vehicle. They very well have saved my family's lives. I have always believed in doing business with local vendors. They discovered that the tires that I had purchased from a local tires dealer were recalled tires and that when they put the rims back on they failed to tighten the lug nuts up properly which was also causing a vibration in the front end. Because of the fact that they did this there was a good chance that one or both of the tires could have come off while we were driving.
