When I got there everyone was extremely friendly and respectful. Then Tiffany was the best associate anyone could have ever asked for. They was knowledgeable and made the whole experience 10 times easier than I ever anticipated it to be. They helped me find a vehicle from another lot and we went and got that vehicle and I drove away a happy customer!

I completely agree with some of the reviews. On one positive note it does help bring credit score up. But the vehicles they sale you really don't think they go through 96 point inspection. The warranty is bs because from the first time in car I had some many problems. I told them about wiring shortage in car. They said was nothing. I complained of brakes needed fixed like every 2 to 3 months. They always find some reason around fixing anything until the warranty is gone then need over 2000 in work done and only had car for 1yr or so! Then their prices to repairs suppose to help us. No it doesn't. Prices are way more than other repair shops and brakes no warranty when others give lifetime on pads.
I just had to put an alternator somewhere else and was told it been going bad that was the shortage with lights and radio was from. Then for accidents pay a 500 dollar deductible and no loaner car. I would not recommend anyone to get vehicle here. Charge you $12,000 no matter what kind of car you in. They are full of craps! I can't wait to be done. Which car may not even last to the end of payments.

Well this all started a month ago when I took my 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 to service for a transmission problem. It was grinding when put in gear. After three people took my truck on a test drive I was told by the owner that the grinding was just a nuisance noise. They would only fix the problem when it failed completely. So I drove it home. The next week the transmission failed completely. So I had to pay a tow truck to take it back.
Well they fixed the transmission after three weeks of fighting with them over it. When the truck was done I went to go get it. The owner had my key held hostage so he could talk to me. In this talk he pointed out the warranty document I signed. Well I should have read the documents a little better I guess. Anyway the owner aka Winston accused me of breaking my transmission intentionally. I asked him if he knew what broke. He said, "I'm not a mechanic." Well I'll tell you what broke. The shift fork. Which is caused by grinding the gears. Sound familiar?
I will never buy a vehicle from this place and if you are smart you won't either. So today I was telling a guy who works there about this while paying the payment though I wish I didn't have to pay these people any more money. The sales manager told me to leave in a very rude way. So I left. On my way out of the parking lot she tried to flag me back in. I said, "No, I have nothing else to say to you," and drove away. Please take a word from me. Buy a car or truck somewhere else. Thanks for reading my rant. Good luck on your journey to buying a vehicle but not from J. D. Byrider.

I have been having trouble getting financed for a new automobile, because my credit score is not the best in the world. I went to dealer after dealer only to be told the same thing. That is until I went to JD Byrider on Lorain Avenue in Cleveland Ohio. The sales lady who waited on me as well as manager went above and beyond the Call of Duty to help me. You would have thought that I had a million dollars in my pocket to spend the way they treated me. To my disbelief I drove home in a new car that evening. If they can put me into a new vehicle they can put anyone into a new vehicle. They are the most courteous and respectful people I've ever had business dealings with. Thanks JD Byrider and all your staff for putting me in my new vehicle.

The process was bad from the start and it just got worse. The waiting process for me to get a car and get approved for the financing and everything took about five hours. It should not have taken that long. They gave me a car on a Saturday, sold it to me with one of the inspection stickers missing and the car was dirty on the inside. Literally, three days after my car stopped working and every time I call them to get them to come and pick it up, they keep placing me on long holds. I called yesterday during my lunch break which is an hour long and was on hold that whole time. I had to hang up to get back to work. Terrible experience. I plan on returning the car and not dealing with them ever again. I am still waiting for them to pick up the piece of crap car they sold me.

The way I was handled at JD Byrider - I had to leave my car with them so they could send to another shop to fix my transmission (Amco) and all I know is I left my car on the 20th, and when I left my car it had a full tank of gas, and when I picked it up yesterday the 28th it was left at a quarter tank of gas. That is not a good impression on your customers. Now as for the work they had done on the car can't respond on that yet. Just got her back but best believe I will be back with good or bad news. I went here to qualify for a vehicle. I had to jump through hoops and I was told all the info I needed on hand. Well, I went home to get it then told I need something else. I was ran in circles for a few days then finally, the interview was so intrusive and humiliating then I was asked after that for my email after they had everything and everyone's information in my life. I told the salesperson I refuse to give my email because I believe it should be private then the guy turned very rude and denied me on the spot! They had all of my friends and family's numbers, addresses, my work, my fb, my bank information, ssn number, copy of my birth certificate plus every where I shop and what I buy. Way too intrusive and should be illegal so yes, avoid these blood sucking jerks. Btw, it's J.D. Byrider, Parkersburg WV.

I financed a vehicle a year ago with JD Byrider and are still currently paying. At the time when we were signing our paperwork I asked for a Carfax report as stated to me when negotiating the purchase. I was told they would get me one but CNAC had already closed and I could pick it up the next day. Still to this day we have yet to receive one and have had numerous problems with the vehicle. Would this be considered breach of contract?

Great experience shopping for a pre owned vehicle with entire staff and management. Would highly recommend everyone to shop at dealer when looking for a great buy. Easy accessible location on the Westbank. PRICE WAS RIGHT. And vehicle fit all my family needs. Several of my family and friends have since shopped cars there.

Brought my car for an oil change and ask them to look underneath my to see if anything is leaking and also check the light on my car, and they didn't do. Ask them to something but they don't do it. I'm very dissatisfied with the service.

There aren't enough characters provided in this space for me to express how completely beyond irritated I was with my car. Jeremy ** helped me at this location and what a relief his help was! While gracefully helping other customers, he navigated me seamlessly through the car buying process and was wonderful enough to take that devil Ford off of my hands. He made an effort to make a personal connection with me; even recommended The Pizza Place for me to get dinner afterwards. He is obviously well versed and confident in his knowledge while not sounding like he's reading scripted lines. Very courteous, they let me know what was wrong and how long it would take. And ask if I would be OK staying the day. And they let me know where everything was if I needed drink or snack. They explain the wait was mostly due to the fact they had to get my parts from the dealer. I believe the man that help me out name was Jason.

My wife and I purchased a van from them. They have called me a bunch of time about insurance. The people at the dealer did not do his job. We have insurance with no lapse in coverage. Now motor vehicle says title is a salvage title. We paying on a van that was wrecked before and the Carfax document is not true. Took van in for service, said a two hour job, took eight hours.

Came in with a low down payment and short job Time and my man Vince still managed to put me in a car that day and gave me options. Good people. Come check them out. They also will give you 3 years on your car. If anything goes wrong they fix it. Can't beat it.

I purchased a 2005 Chevrolet Silverado from these people. The problem is the truck is so rusted out that people refuse to do work on it. First started when my brake lines had to be replaced. Then I was going to put a tow hitch on it and was told not because it was rusted so bad, it wouldn't hold because frame wouldn't hold it. Now a company's name and telephone is starting to bleed through the paint. I called CNAC to let them know what I was dealing with, just to get an attitude from them. I have talked to a Lawyer about this, in which he had me take pictures of it. I've had this truck a year and a half, and now I've found out the leaf spring bracket are fixing to break. Now have 2 1/2 years more to pay for this and it won't last another year or $12000 dollars for a truck that's not going to last. So I tell for a company that does a vehicle check on its vehicle has proved to be false. My Lawyer has received all he needs. Including my no miss payment history.

I bought a car from them in 2016 around April. I was in desperate need of a car and it seemed like an ok place. My car was a 2009 Dodge Caravan priced at about 14,000 even after paying 200 every two weeks for almost a year. Somehow I only made it down to 13,000. You want to know why? They charged me for four years of interest that my money went to before paying off the 14,000 and the interest was set at like 24%... absolutely ridiculous. This company feeds on desperate people and lock you into unbelievable rates and then once you find out the trick of that trade you can't fight back because they record you and make you sign papers with things on it that were not even explained to you. Save yourself before it is too late.

I went to J.D. Byrider last March to purchase a vehicle. I told them I had changed my mind and feel this is not the right time for me to consider buying another car. The dealer came out tho my car that I had and fast talked me into doing this. I recently found out they overcharged me for a 2004 Saturn Ion. I told this dealer I wanted an SUV in which case I did not get. I reviewed the Kelley Blue Book and found I have paid way too much for this car and by the time I'm done paying on it I will pay over 13,000. I told them I wanted to bring the car back and they told me they don't take cars and was very nasty about it. I feel like I was ripped off for this car and feel this car should be paid in full and that the title should be sent to me. I've already paid well above what the cost of this car should be.

We went in with mechanical issues on our van that we were currently paying on. And ended up getting a great deal on a swap out to a new vehicle. They truly do care about their customers and their vehicle quality. I highly recommend J.D. Byrider to everyone in Las Vegas that's shopping for a used car, truck, or van. And is on a budget.

I had trouble with engine light coming on and no heat in my car. Dropped my car off for car repairs early this morning and it was ready by five o'clock. The Service Department is friendly, courteous and very helpful. I would recommend them to anyone. Not only did they fix the motor problem but also the heater as a courtesy.

These people are rude and non-professional. First off Patrick never told us the car had warranty for 36 miles and now my car is giving me many issues and they are charging me almost 600 for a thermostat. I call CNAC to see if we can purchase another warranty and they tell me 2 people I spoke to have nasty attitude don't let you talk or explain yourself. They wanna talk over you. I was recommending people here now I will refuse to do that. My car is going back and I will talk to an attorney.

I received calls and text from the salesman from here. Multiple times. I finally decided to take a trip and see what was available. When we got there we were greeted as you would be any other lot. We started our process and I told them right there I don't want to test drive anything yet. I wanted to see my options if approved. When the finance manager first came in he got rude and told me that I needed to move from the computer I was using to pull my check stubs. Second we had to wait 30 minutes before he finally had his paperwork ready to go. The final straw was when he budgeted. He added things I don't pay for and the things I do pay he didn't figure my wife's income in either. These morons couldn't flick fleas if they tried. Coming from a dealership as a sales manager I would never trust this company at all.

Worst place ever to buy a car. A few years back I went to them to buy a car. Worst mistake I ever made. When I picked out what I wanted and they started the paperwork they told me my payment would be $400. They didn't tell me that was every 2 weeks. I thought it was monthly. The lady told me they pointed it out to me on the sign about how the payment schedule works. I said "No you didn't. Nobody ever showed me any sign." She said "Yes we did" and pointed to a sign on the wall down a hallway I never went down.
Then a couple of months later I had to bring the truck back for them to put a GPS device on it. While it was back in the shop someone came and got me and took me back and there was all these workers standing around my truck. When I approached this woman turns around and yells "What the hell are you doing to our truck. Do you see these wires ran in the wrong place to the aftermarket lights on the front. That's a fire hazard and you could burn our truck up." Well I quickly yelled right back and said that's funny. Last time I looked I was making the payments on the damn truck not them so it was my truck and she could kiss my ** cause the lights were installed at a shop that knows what they are doing.
Well shortly after that incident I got hospitalized and found out I had stage 4 congestive heart failure and was going to have to file for disability cause I could no longer work. They told me to bring the truck back. They didn't even give me a chance to try and make the payment. I took the truck back and a couple of weeks later I got a phone call from my insurance agent saying they was filing a claim on some damage on the truck. When I dropped the truck off there was nothing wrong with it. They said the fender was crushed in. I went to look at it and said that wasn't there when I dropped it off to them so they needed to talk to whichever employee drove the truck home after I dropped it off. My insurance got statements from the 2 eyewitness that followed me to take truck back who both said there was no damages to the truck when I dropped it off. So my insurance told J.D. Byrider there would be no payout on the truck.
So the J.D. Byrider tried to sue me for it and again my eyewitness statements shut down their case. J.D. Byrider is nothing but a bunch of crooks and scam artists. Don't bother to answer this either J.D. Byrider by telling me to contact you and we will look into my account cause it will do no good. To be honest someone should really look into you.

I purchased my vehicle two years ago from the J.D. Byrider in Dundalk, Maryland. My salesperson, Jeff, was incredibly nice and I felt comfortable with him. Upon meeting the finance manager, I was completely drawn into the program and its purpose. (Getting a vehicle and improving credit.) I was told at the time that the car was valued close to $8500.00, and that I would be paying $12000.00 after interest with 1000 down. I knew at the time that I didn't have much choice, and so I went with this option. Starting out with 3500 negative equity was something I knew I'd have to deal with.
Two weeks after I had the car, water started pouring through the top console where the temperature and lights are displayed. I called the dealership and they said "it's a used car, your warranty doesn't cover that". I went ahead and paid to have the seals repaired for $250.00, and then paid the $400.00 car payment. The water stopped leaking through the top console, and sloshed around in the ceiling of the car, eventually pouring down the inside of the windshield. Paid to have those seals replaced in month two, and then paid the car payment.
A few weeks later, the brakes needed to be replaced, as well as the tires. When the tires were removed, it was apparent that they were extremely worn on the inside. Called the dealership, who stated that they weren't like that when I left with the vehicle. However, there's no way I caused that much damage within a few weeks time.
The following month, I pulled the car over due to overheating, and coolant was leaking all over the road. I put more in, and watched as it drained out as quickly as I put it in. Replaced the radiator and hoses, again, at my expense. I went on to continue to pay the car payment monthly, and two years later, I've never missed a payment. Trade in value for the car is now $683.00, but dealerships are offering me 1000.00 as a trade value. I owe $8863.00. No one is willing to refinance it, as the car is so underwater.
Now it needs a new alternator. Since my warranty doesn't cover this either, I had a mechanic take a look for me. He told me that many of the parts in the front of the vehicle are not the appropriate parts. (Meaning that they are not meant for my vehicle). Therefore, he refused the work in fear of not being able to get the car put back together, or possibly breaking something trying to get the ill fitted parts off. I've been turned down for full coverage insurance because the premium is higher than the car's value.
I've done everything this program requested, and two years later, this car is falling apart and has no value. My account manager, Mrs. **, is incredibly nice, but can do nothing to help me. I've reached out to managers and the manager's manager, and basically been told they can't do anything to help me. This car will fall apart in 6 months at best, and I'll still owe 8k.
All the work I've done to successfully improve my credit will be destroyed if I turn the car in, and for me that's not an option. Two years ago I was under the impression I had $3500 negative equity, and fell victim to the statement that "making payments for a few years would deplete most of the negative equity, and I would have a positive payment history and improved credit". What really happened, was that I've paid $5000 in payments, $1500 in repairs, and now have almost 8K in negative equity. Although the program sounds great starting out, in the end this is predatory lending, no doubt.
This company has put me in a worse position than I was in 2 years ago when I made the purchase. I continue to make my payments on time monthly in order to avoid negative credit and continue to honor my part of the deal. In the meantime, I've begun reaching out to other entities in my state to see if I can get some relief without destroying my credit, and it seems that this scenario is all too familiar to them. Again, I refuse to destroy my credit, so I can only recommend that if at all possible, avoid this company if you can help it.

I'll save you the time and money, DON'T go to this place! They sell vehicles with high mileage, sell them for the price as if they were brand new, they are disrespectful, especially Sean my account manager. They don't care what car you get, doesn't matter if they say they work with your budget (which they DON'T). I mean yeah every paycheck it gets paid but you don't have anything left over after considering all of the bills they DON'T ask about. It's too expensive, they fast talk you, and they rush rush rush so you don't have time to think about it clearly. After this car, I'm done and will NEVER recommend anyone to this business. OH AND COME TO OF IT, I NEVER GOT THAT 200 DOLLARS EITHER FOR REFERRING SOMEONE THE FIRST TIME! DUMB!

I bought my vehicle in October of 2015 and have yet to see it report to my credit monthly as they stated it would be to "bring up my credit score". I also have had the car in and out five times to their shop for a problem since day one they "claimed wasn't there" but I made them test drive it before I left because I heard it. Also, my son was put in hospital. I did not work for almost two weeks and I missed a payment and explained and the guy said "you better ask family or we will get the vehicle" which I stated I would sue him and I can't pay until my next paycheck. They kept harassing me til a couple days before the guy called. Was being nice then got rude and stated "well you were lying. You weren't in the hospital. Please tell me why on your credit report you're applying for loans." Little did the ** know I was applying for credit cards to help me pay my bills.
When I asked him why the hell is he running my credit when I did not authorize him but one time to do so he claims I signed a paper and legally they're allowed to especially after I missed an appt (I do not see that in my paperwork anywhere!!!). Needless to say I am looking for a car that is more reliable because I can't drive this vehicle with my children, and seeking an attorney regarding their harassment and running my credit to "see what I was doing". Absurd people. Liars and I do not trust them!

I went to them needing help with buying a car. I was told I had to choose between two cars they picked out. Being desperate for a car I did. Now I regret it. I have had nothing but headaches. Of course when the first thing went wrong, guess what not covered. There was a $400. Bill for that repair. Then a recall on the ignition, fine got that done. Now I am lucky if I can get my key out of the ignition. I have another 1 1/2 years to pay on a car that will be shot by the time it's paid off. Not to mention that the value of the car is only $2,000.00 and I still owe close to 8,000. What a rip off. Never again will I go to them for anything.

The reason they took it was because they thought he might not be able to pay for it. He called and said to take the money out but they would not??? The tow truck driver said they screw people over all the time. Seems funny they would not take a payment when it was 1 day late...

I have paid $4550 in the last year and yet my total has only went down $2000. I am paying $19000 after interest for a car that is only worth $3000 (Private Sell). If I wanted to trade it in, I would only get $1000 and still owe JD $17000! I will never go back and never recommend them to anyone. If they weren't my last resort for a car when I was in desperate need, I would have never signed the contract!

From the beginning of me purchasing my car I was lied to by the salesman. He said that the car had been serviced checked before they put it out to sell that everything out checked out good which was a lie because the following week the car started to run hot, within the first year they had to repair the fuel pump, water holes. Still was having the same issues with the fuel pump for months before they finally fixed it right. Now that my warranty expired now my head gasket has blown which it's going to cost $1300.00 to fix so they want me to pay my car payment and 400 to pick the car up. DUE to the fact that I have had so many issues with the car and has still been making my payments on time to build my credit up and haven't been behind in several months. I call to see if they would push my payment back so I would have enough to pay to get the car out of shop.
I talk to one of the night Supervisor Miss ** WHO was very unprofessional the way she talk to me. She said if I didn't make my car payment she would tell the service department to hold my car even though I had been paying on time for months. She didn't care and was not willing to try to work something out with me to help me out due to the fact that I have been current and having several issues with the car. It's been in their shop at least four times and when my warranty is up the head gasket. To all those out there like me who don't have good credit they are robbing us because they can, and they are selling unreliable cars at extremely high prices. The interest is really high. Customer service is noncaring. The shop really don't do good service. Please beware. Don't go with J.D. You will regret it. God is still going to make a way for me.

I need to purchase a car and my credit is blotchy because of a cancer related health problem. I am very hesitant to go to dealerships because frankly it is very humiliating to not be able to qualify for the most basic of needs. After numerous phone calls I decided to give JD Byrider a chance. First I had a phony appointment set up with Corrine. I was running around like a nut trying to get there on time and when I do after asking around to almost everyone in the store I'm told that Corrine is the GM and nobody sees her. It's just a setup to get us customers in and then we see whoever's up. OK no big deal but now I'm ready to leave.
I meet with a nice enough but very hurried saleswoman named Grace, whom I tell I probably don't have enough time to finish this today maybe I should come back tomorrow. My son has a basketball game that evening and I want to be there. She tells me if I can do this much we can have that done and then move on tomorrow. Well she's not working the next day so after she tells me it will be 20 mins with the finance team. 45 total I decided to stick it out. Grace also assures me that the finance team is only looking for the best fit for me and that will at the very least tell me what I have to do to get onto a car today. I meet with the finance team give them 10... 10 references. 10 names that I wish I never gave them and I hope are not contacted for offers or their numbers and addresses sold.
After this I am never talked to by Corrine. I am basically told my income is too low. Not offered any solutions or alternatives. Just shown the door my fear realized. Almost five hours later I walk to the car feeling subhuman knowing it's not Grace or the finance team's fault that my credit isn't up to par but my own. Miss my son's game and wonder why all the calls and the phony appt setup with Corrine. I did not lie about my income nor did it change... I am even more hesitant now and I don't know what I will do but I will figure something out. I'm a survivor like a lot of us out here these days but shame on JD Byrider for their deceptive ways of business and shame on Corrine for hiding on her office. At least have the decency to come out and say sorry for wasting five hours of your time. I hope this keeps at least one person from humiliating themselves and makes them realize they are no different than any other buy here pay here lot.

I was actually headed to another car dealership but received 2 phone calls from representatives of the company on my way there so I went into J.D. Byrider on 12/17/2016 and ended up purchasing a car. The car looks really nice and drives okay. I drove the car for 3 days and noticed a horrible squeak whenever I went over a bump. My neighbor happened to hear me pull in and told me that it's the shocks or suspensions. (He's a mechanic.)
Being that I'm a full-time college student and I go straight to work after school, I have not been able to contact them during business hours. Because I am in the middle of semesters, I was able to finally call today and inform them of the problem. I spoke with the salesman that sold me the car and asked why I wasn't informed of the problem when I purchased it. He replied that I was told about the issue. LIE! I have the paperwork saying that there were no issues, once I mentioned the paperwork, he changed his story and told me that there were no issues, and I've been driving it so it probably came from me, and that he'll be happy to give me the number to the Service Department! I am livid! I am paying $20,000 for a car worth $7,000 and haven't had the car a month, and already have to come out of pocket for something that should be covered. Crappy warranty and shady business! I hate that I didn't continue to the other car lot as planned.

I went to J.D. Byrider to get me a truck so I could have a vehicle. I put only 300 dollars down. When I went to pick what I wanted they said I couldn't get that. They went inside and asked what I qualified for. REALLY that is crap. You ought to be able to pick out what you want since you're paying the money for it. My fiance put 1200 dollars cash down plus her car and could only get what they said she could. That **. This will be the last time I ever go through them. Then after all the money and the car my fiancee put down she had to make 4 additional payments of 200.00 before her payments goes down. Someone really needs to do something about this.

Never have I been lied to in my whole life by a car dealership that promised they work with any downpayment. Well 1000.00 is alto but when they did the so-called budget they figured I should give them 2000.00... and the the total down on the car I was looking at had a 4000.00 downpayment. Well needless to say I didn't want that car or do any business with them. They made it seem like they could help and only hindered the car buying process. Again I am a single mother with only 1 job, no extra income and this seemed like a scam to get money from me after the lies they told. I will never recommend anyone to them family or foes. Due to them being so deceptive you can't TRUST J.D. Byrider... However I was warned before even going over there. Please beware of all the scams they run.

First I want to say the salesman Keith was so rude. Lied to us. Told us that it doesn't matter how much down we have. "We work with any downpayment." So we took the 30 min trip down there to find out "Sorry you have to have no less than $300 down." Why couldn't he tell me that on the phone? And never told me in till that day I needed a Arkansas driver's license. After doing everything he asked picked a car that I knew I was going to pay way too much for but needed a car. Drove off the lot. As I was driving the check engine light came on. Called right away and told them. They told me not to worry. They will take care of it in 3 days when they are back open. No problem. Car was fine. Took the car in. Was told it wasn't covered. All I could do is laugh saying "You are kidding me. I just got the car. I'm not paying for it." So they took care of it then once again as soon as I got home the light came on again.
They did fix it again so that shows you right there junk cars plus overpriced plus they never told me I had to pay the taxes on the car to get my plates for them. So I have one month to come up with a month car payment plus $1,000 for the plates. If I would have known I would have waited to get the car. Called talk to Rude Keith salesman about it. He was so rude and didn't care to hear what my husband had to say. I wish he could have given the car back and went somewhere else. I hope this help others to stay away from this places and stay away from Keith the salesman. He is no help at all!! Go somewhere else!!

Reading, PA has the worst location ever!!! They told me if I refer someone I would get a $100 referral bonus. I referred my sister-in-law. They told me last week the check was on the desk of the owner and waiting to be signed. I called today and they told me we both have to be over our probationary period!! That's not the information I was given last week! They are liars and the cars are horrible. I had mine in the shop 4 times since 11/1. Do not go there!!!

The staff was extremely helpful. We purchased our car on New year's eve and never felt rushed. They went out of their way to make sure we could leave with our car that day... Totally different than the large car dealerships. Though my situation was too bad to purchase a newer car, but again they made it happen. We went in with no money down, no trade, and 3 hrs later driving home with our new car. If you have a job and need a vehicle, they will help you. Thank you again to all the staff at the Sutton location for making a great start to our new year...

"Sherri is amazing!!! She was so nice and helped us with any questions we had. Ask for her!!!" This review was the day I got my car. 3 days later I returned my car on account of not having my job any longer. Horrible luck for me. But to my surprise they basically said screw me. They would not even bother to talk to me and sent me on my way. I could not get my deposit of 3000 dollars back on a car I only drove for 3 days. They said it will be counted as a repossession on my credit score! They are horrible people. I will be back with a lawyer and I will be getting what is rightfully mine. Especially knowing the car I had is back on the lot now ready to be sold again for a whopping 18,000. That's right an 08 with 137,000 miles for 18,000. They are taking advantage of people who have bad credit and saying they care about us and want to help us.
Where was the understanding and the care about ME when I asked to talk to a financial advisor? All they care about is the money in their pockets. Don't believe their bull. I have already contacted Greenville News and they will get what is coming to them. Stay away from this place if this place will even be in business in a few years. And these people sleep just fine at night knowing they take people's hard earned money and screw them and refuse to talk to you. I am going to every website they advertise and put this review on and drag them through the mud. The Internet is everyone's go to. Once people see how they are and get a bad reputation. It will be all over for them. I can not wait to see the day. Be smart people. I was not!

First off, their advertisement "Buy here, pay here" is FALSE! You cannot pay where you buy it. So the first thing you see from them is a LIE! It only gets worse from there. I bought the car and within hours the engine light went on. I took it back to them and they told me the computer said it had something to do with a gas sensor and they would gladly fix it for close to $200. Remind you I HAD THE CAR ONLY HOURS! Of course their extensive warranty didn't cover it and it cost me more like $459 to fix it.
When you call to make a payment you're put on hold for 15 or 20 minutes during which the recording suggests you leave your number and their "autodialer" will call you back. Guess what THEY DON'T! This is a company that sells you a car for 4 to 5 times what it is worth, plunders you with a 24% finance fee, and then will do nothing to work with you if, by chance, you have a problem. Only in America could a company like this exist! In another, these people would be tarred and feathered!

Friendly, fun, on time service, quick, nice people, great atmosphere, clean waiting room, nice, knowledge mechanics with great personality. The kind of place I would want my mother to go to in case of an emergency. Nice environment with on time service.

The service department as well the salespeople are the best. Would recommend all my friends and family. The cars are clean and very dependable. They work hard to give the best service. If I decide to trade up, it will surely be with JD Byrider.

Very friendly and worked hard to get me what I wanted. Loved the car. Service dept a big plus. Lots of perks I liked and I got the Vehicle I wanted. Very clean. Low mileage. Would definitely refer friends and family. I will feel safe on the road now.

I've had my car since July. I have had one issue with my vehicle but it was taken care of right away. The customer service is absolutely incredible. I recommend J.D. Byrider to anyone searching for a vehicle. I'm so glad I decided to purchase my vehicle from here instead of going elsewhere.

Jeremy ** was a great car salesman. He did his job but wasn't overly pushy. He was a big reason I returned to JD Byrider after test driving at multiple locations. I was in an accident that totaled my car and new to TN and wanted a vehicle to drive for UBER. He kept his eye out and called me when something came in that I was looking for. Kudos to the whole team also.
