Fast, easy and they took everything in consideration. Also were very detailed and left nothing out with how everything works. They were friendly and very understandable. I would recommend this location in Columbus to everyone that is in a bind because of credit. They have a very nice selection of cars.

Naomi was my salesperson. She's such a friendly person who will go over and beyond to help get you a car. She's very reasonable in her idea of the type of car that is needed for your lifestyle and budget but will honor your wishes and still help you chose the car that you want. Had a lot done to my SUV but still not fixed. I told them fix all, it's been going on for about 7 months. I work long hrs and the shop does not. I don't like run around but service department gives me a run around plus when I bought my SUV it was very dirty inside interior - not happy.

Did everything as promised even the converter was not covered by the warranty... Did it reasonable time and staff was great... I highly recommend J.D. Byrider. They stand by their word which rare today in the used car business... So stop by and see them.

JDB has very friendly staff and a decent selection of cars. I would recommend friends and family who are looking for a car to try JDB first. They work with your income and try to put you in the best car possible. If you have problems with your car after your purchase they will help make getting your car get fixed a positive experience. Their banking service within JDB is also friendly and will work with you whenever you need them. I have purchased 2 cars from JDB and if I were to need another car I would look to them first.

It wasn't a long transaction. Took a while because they went on lunch break but the service was nice even to buy a car. Mrs. ** was very nice. She was patient with me and she made sure I was happy and satisfied. She understand me and what was going on.

I have taken the car in twice to repair items that I was not sure what to do with. First time a garage quoted me close to $600.00. The items were under warranty, costing me only $69.00 and that included an oil change. It took them three hours to install a new power steering pump and new oil gaskets. Thank you J.D. Byrider.

I received excellent customer service. They really care about the people and don't want to screw you over. They will do everything they can to get you in a car even with poor credit. The vehicle I bought is in great condition and no problems. They have a very inviting office with couches, tv, drinks and snacks. Their vehicles come with a great warranty as well. This is the third time I've had to bring it in for repairs this year alone. I get that's it's a used car but I feel like I've had to put more money into than I would have if it would have been a new car. However, they have always able to get it done quickly. Seeing as I am a very busy person, J.D. Byrider has a great people working there with great customer service. Just try to make sure the cars are in better shape before letting people drive off the lot with them.

I had 1,000 down but my bank wouldn't let me pull it out at once so we did the maximum of $600 and they said they'll get the rest on the first business day. It's wonderful to have someone work with you like that. The SUV I purchased is wonderful. You can't get a better warranty with a used vehicle.
