I told them what I wanted and payment range. They found me exactly what I wanted with the exact payment I wanted. They have been there for all questions and repairs. You can't beat the cost of the oil changes.

Caeden ** was who helped me and he was such a pleasure and polite and funny. I'd definitely recommend him to someone else. Everyone was super friendly and the facility is nice also. I would definitely refer others. And after being turned down at several other dealerships, this was my last resort and it was my first time and they made me happy I came here. I was in need of a car and they made it easy and walked me through it step by step and definitely made it worth the wait.

I've had a rough week with my accident and my car being totaled, not my fault thankfully! I've been in contact with Joe all week and he has been so helpful with expediting my process of purchasing a new car! I shot for the stars and went for something bigger than what I had, and it worked! Joe and Cathy put in the time and effort needed to get me going in my 2012 Ford Escape! This was a real treat, and I must admit a little revealing... I just bought a car from J.D. BYRIDER in Bedford on the Bedford Auto Mile, and to say I was treated wonderfully would be underselling it. From the knowledge and professionalism from the staff (sales consultant was April **) to the manner in which the staff went out of their way to make what I had assumed would be a less than memorable experience, into a car buying breeze.

Ali was real friendly and very helpful. The atmosphere was real comfortable and professional. I felt well respected and I was very please of him. Ali is a very intelligent, respectable, outstanding person. It was a pleasure doing business with Ali.

They did a wonderful job fixing my truck. It took awhile because they addressed every issue that came up and it was covered under warranty! Thank You so much. You guys are wonderful. Bedford service department is the best! I really appreciate everything you guys did for my vehicle.

They were really nice and extremely helpful and it was really good service. They helped me get into a vehicle that I wanted the same day and the sales manager helped me get into the car and they showed me their service center and it was really nice.

I am hoping I have a better experience with this vehicle than I had with the first one. The first one had so many issue that I wanted to give it back...but because they were going to keep my down payment I had to stay with the car. When it would rain the transmission sensor would act up and I would have to pull over ** off the car to reset the sensor. Then 8 months after purchasing the car it caught on fire coming home from a vacation with my family. However due to unfortunate events...I have to go through them again. So far with this experience there is a lack of communication.

They're very difficult to work with and rude. The cars are garbage and I had a trouble the first week I got not to mention the car they sold me was previous reported stolen which they never got taken care of.

Highly motivated workers. Very moral and full of good, concise explaining of what each step is. Good vehicles, well maintained, from this early vantage point. They do their best to get you the car you. Expect to pay a little more. But, if you have a sub-par credit score and cannot get financed, these are the people to see. Hopefully, the car holds up for a few years.

Nice, wonderful people, good at helping and like what they do, good at helping with your budget too. Nice cars, very helpful and fun and patient on helping you find what you are looking for, really good place to go if you are looking for a new car.

I bought an 03 Malibu. The sales were very nice and helpful. It's when you have to deal with service it gets tricky. Have had my car for a while and was very happy until major problems began happening. Before moving my car quit running. I had no choice but to have them come get it for repairs as I was starting a new job on a few days. I left on a Saturday. They did not even pick it up from former residence until the following Thursday. It was supposed to be Monday. They had it a month and said they could not find anything wrong. It had to be jumped to get it here. It was taken to a regular shop not theirs and they discovered the ignition switch was bad. 300$ for new switch and labor.

April was one of the nicest people I’ve spoken to while trying to find a car. I am so happy! She got me into a 2009 Malibu and no one else could get me into any car, let alone a car I love. I’m so thankful for her and her attitude.

Although I did purchase my vehicle thru JD Byrider my experience was unsatisfactory. I think it was very impersonal and often I was left stand or sitting for a long period of time. The person I was to meet with had to leave early and I had to meet with some else who really did not know what I was looking for. After finally deciding to purchase a vehicle and going thru paperwork I was told I had to do automatic withdrawal with my payments. But looking over my payments I notice, I had a choice. My vehicle has no car mats, no owner manual, and there is a small part in the trunk that goes to something and I have no idea to what. I ask about features on the car and was told to look at the sticker on the window.

I walked out a new man with a new car. I loved the service. I will definitely recommend to my family and friends. I walked with little to no hope on getting a new car and my sales rep April was so nice and kept my spirit high. Thank You JD Byrider.

Me and fiance' bought a car from J.D. Byrider in 2018. The salesman Donne ** sold us a car that is a piece of crap. The car bounces back and forth when driving and going over bumps. The service department keeps telling me that they can't do anything for 2 weeks and they keep continuing to say that me and my fiance' have put $700 of our in the car for the first 4 months that had the car. That's not cool at all with me or my fiance' and J.D. Byrider will not reimburse us for it.

Their service is amazing and very deaf friendly with me. Explain very clear that what I am ask for and make sure everything good before ready to go. High recommend for to go this place to get car plus great service too!

Brake light fixed. They were very friendly to me while looking at my car. I have never had a bad experience here. Would recommend this place to friends and family. My only issue is the parking lot is way too packed. I had a hard time getting my car out of the parking spot.

My daughter who is 18 yrs old purchased a vehicle from JD Byrider. The vehicle is a piece of Junk and overly priced to be a 15yr old car. The vehicle has multiple problems. They are charging her 3 times more than book value. They helped her find liability insurance to drive off the lot that day, only to be drop by that insurance company 2 weeks later. Now her note is due and she has no insurance. JD Byrider targets young people. Their vehicles are trash. Stay Away!!!

I got my car fixed at the Bedford location and the service was amazing my car run smoothly and so far everything looks great thank you so much to your team you guys are amazing literally a lifesaver. Every question I ask the staff was amazing with answer my questions making sure I understand what was going on with my vehicle and educate me on how to maintain the quality of my work that had just been done.

My car needed headlight replacement & an oil change... Not only were they ready for me with professionalism and expediency the fact that they were working that day made me feel very happy I purchased my vehicle through them. Sometimes you buy a vehicle and the handshake stops there, these guys were certain to make sure I was happy with the service my car received. Extremely impressed and HAPPY NEW YEAR to the crew at the McKnight road location .

I went in and it was very fast and very efficient. They have a very helpful and very knowledgeable staff. We got through the process very quickly and painlessly. I would recommended them to anyone looking for a good reliable car with a great warranty.

I was so pleased with my experience with Austin and everybody here. We were in a really tight spot... Scott was so helpful running through financials with us. Austin worked with us and got us a van which we didnt even think we would qualify for. It did take a minutes because we called and showed up same day and we also had our two kids with us 3yrs and 8months... and they we so understandable about my three year old needing run around. Austin played with her to pass the time by. It was more than I expected. Definitely Family Recommended.

Brian was a tremendous salesman to work with from beginning to end. Tiffany made the paperwork a breeze and explained each document. Good variety of vehicles, and an unheard of warranty for used cars, however prices were a little high. Although I would definitely recommend J.D. Byrider to anyone in need of a vehicle and an opportunity to improve their credit...one of the best car buying experiences I've had!

When to purchase a new car. Staff was incredibly determined to get me in a new car. They worked with my not so good credit and new job. I am extremely pleased with the service and the warranty. April and Ali were wonderful.

My experience was very good time. Was taken to ensure that I understood every detail and that I was very comfortable with vehicle choice. Donny also explained the process thoroughly. However the tedious repetition was made the process very lengthy as he explained very well so to have to listen to the recording was unnecessary.

Very pleased with the amount of work put in to get me driving home the same day in the vehicle I wanted. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of a vehicle. Thank you guys so much for all your hard work.

The service department is fantastic. Got my truck in and got it fixed with no problems. Went well above and beyond explaining exactly what was wrong and working with my schedule to get the truck in and repaired in my one week day that I have off.

During my visit today I got my second vehicle from Donny the sales manager. As always the whole team was very helpful and fairly quick. I am happy with the service they provide and would recommend my friends to come and get a vehicle.

Dealing with the staff at J.D. Byrider of Hermitage was very easy to do. Explaining everything down to a tee could not have asked for a better experience. Would recommend Hermitage J.D. Byrider to others. I have yet to deal with the service department but as far as if I found anything wrong they were happy to take care of anything that I had found after I bought my auto.

My experience today was at the least superb. The whole process was excellent, the staff was kind and eager to help me get into the perfect vehicle for me. I was opportuned with an Infiniti EX35 with 135K miles at a price of 13,795 and the interest rate is 21% (with a co-signer that has credit of high 600’s.) They didn’t take into account my preferences. I said AWD, not full sized and not small. They offered me a Mercury Milan, a Toyota Camry, and an Avalon. I immediately told them those were fwd small vehicles and was told that I needed to put a thousand dollars down because my “stability” wasn’t high enough (not sure how.) They insisted on washing the car after I repeatedly told them not to, did not provide me with car fax information and did not tell me the service history of the car upon request.

Jake was an amazing sales person. He had An amazing attitude. Very polite. Definitely makes you smile. I’d definitely recommend a friend to come talk to Jake and buy a car from JD Byrider. Thank you guys for all you’ve done to help me.

I've had dealings with the particular location in Sutton for almost a year now. Every time I go for service on the vehicle I purchased there, it is done quickly. The quality of work is great and the prices are better than most other mechanics.

The people working are so professional and nice, from the time you talk to them on the phone until you sign your contract. They explain everything to you so you understand what you are buying and that is covered in the warranty. They also explain your payment plan from down payment to your final payout.

They were very helpful and went out of their way to get me in the car I liked. They had excellent customer service. Alex ** and the sales manager did an amazing job. They worked with me regardless of my credit and stayed late to help me get my new car.

Just make sure you make all your payments on time. Because they will call you early in the morning on the date your payments is due and will continue to call. And make sure you do pick up all their phone calls because next step they will be rude and call all the people on your reference list. They did to me: mind you my payments is due today and today is not even over. They called my sister asking for me and telling her I did not make a payment. They were really rude to her.

I had been through several e-mails, text messages as well as phone conversations with several salesmen. To make a long story short as we discussed issues such as where I work how much I make an additional car payment I was told everything looked good to come on in after the salesman knew I would have to get a ride there. Anyway went in and had my sister in law drop me off 'cause I thought everything was a done deal, even as I responded to an e-mail message from a manager for manager special. Anyway dropped off to find out they could not put me in a car because I used it to work out of. They knew what job I had all along yet on this day I was told they could not help me because of using the car for delivery. I felt humiliated and discriminated against and had to walk home from Muncie to Alexandria after having back surgery two months ago.

This place is the worst!!! They'll run an application over the phone tell you to come in because your approved. When you get there they'll tell you, they calculated your monthly expenses and you don't make enough but then they offer there TAX PROGRAM. So basically you'll put down $500 cash on the spot or more, they will estimate how much your tax refund will be then make a deal with you that you must file your taxes by a certain date so they can get the rest of their down payment money of 1500-2000. Also your monthly payments will be $500 or more until you pay the big lump sum with your refund then your payments will go down to $300 a month so in reality your down payment ends up being 3000, for a car that isn't even that new.

I bought a car from J.D. Byrider less than a week ago. Within 2 days of buying it I found out it was a flood car. They recarpet it the old carpet to cover it up, There's flood water damage underneath the hood that's hard to tell and I'm being told that I'm stuck with this vehicle with several issues. Please be careful buying cars from J.D. Byrider.

Car needed work. The service department in Wooster did a wonderful job at getting everything fixed fast at a low price. The department manager worked with me on the price because we are getting this work done around the Holidays so it stayed affordable for our family.

Magic Mike did great wonders helping me out with a car. I have a loan already and he still got me another one. He did everything that he could do to get this for me. They was suppose to close at 6 and they worked over till 8 to get the paperwork done. We are completely satisfied. I would recommend Magic Mike to anyone I know.

First they force you to buy a $1600 warranty deal then when you take your car in they refuse to fix it. Said they couldn't find anything wrong. Took it to a real mechanic and 5 minutes later told me it's the transmission going bad. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE CROOKS!

The best ever. I really enjoyed the vibe when I came in. There is many people that made this a great and wonderful experience for me. I had a great conversation and connection with the sales representative and great customer services.

Unfortunately the process took over 6 hours from the time we arrived to leaving with vehicle. And a few things we have to go back for the vehicle. No major issues. Pleasant employees. Purchased a car from their Durham Nc location. Had to bring car into shop after just 4 days. They kept the car for about 3-4 days. Missed work for them to tell me that the gas was low so it drained the battery which caused the battery to go dead as I was coming down a busy highway at 7 in the morning. Didn’t make not one payment on the car. Took it back within 30 days. Now I have a repossession on my credit. I’m beyond pissed with this company not to mention the car was a flood car.

Donne was my salesman. I picked out one type of vehicle and was very set however he suggested I try a different vehicle in which I was extremely happy with and still am. When a person can match you up they know what they are doing!!! I am very happy and would come back again.

I got a Chevy Malibu from your store in Bedford Ohio. The car was running fine. I had no complaints till out of nowhere the car died on me while I was on freeway. I had it towed to your shop and the next day was told I need a new engine. I just got it back yesterday and now the check engine light is on and the climate control is not working. I'm locked into this car for the next 4 years. This is not cool.

My name is Andrew **. Me and my fiancee came in to JD Byrider service center in Florence Kentucky today at 8 am this morning and got our mounting brackets on our 2011 Dodge Caliber Mainstreet and the vehicle is running better. No rattling sound now but still an unsatisfied customer because of their wait time and the warranty on the vehicle and the store hours sign needs to be fixed. I couldn't even the hours of business so someone needs to fix that. Thank you.

I have used J.D. Byrider for multiple purchases. Sean ** has always been amazing and quick. They work hard to make my experience amazing. The vehicles there are amazing and the service department is always quick to get your vehicle maintained.

The mechanic said he fixed several things on my car but he didn't. It's overall too many things to name from my heating and AC system down to my brakes. The place is a rip off and unfortunately no one warned me. I never really write reviews but I had to this time. I'm really concerned about where my money is going as well because when I look at my receipt my balance looks as if I was never making payments!!!

The entire staff was really helpful in getting me in a vehicle that is affordable for me. Sherry was phenomenal with her skills in really taking the time to help me. I am very thankful for the experience here and will recommend friends.

2008 Ford Focus, I love my car, I didn’t ever think I’d have such a small car after being in love with my 2004 Ford Explorer. I love my payment plan and know I should be done with it within a year?, at that time I plan to get another vehicle that I’ll be able to pay off in a year also?

My appointment was for my 1st oil change... Added request to check horn that was previously worked on. Both items completed in timely matter. Staff was courteous. Waiting area comfortable... I did not receive info if there were any areas of concern. Don't know if they checked tire pressure, fluid levels, etc... I was pressed for time once car work was completed.

I had purchased a car approximately 2 years ago and was informed that when I had purchased the vehicle that there was a complete and thorough check made on the car. When the sale was completed, the sale representative, Adam, solely dedicated in making the sale versus selling a quality product. Immediately after purchasing the car, there has been continuous issues with the horn and the ignition. This is very unacceptable and no accommodation is provided when there is fault present.

In November 2017 I purchased a Ford Fusion SEL V6 from JD BYRIDER here in Durham, NC. After I filled out the paperwork online received a call that they would offer $250 towards my down payment. When I arrived at the dealership I was informed that they knew nothing about my the company offering me $250 as part of my down payment. I finally got approved after being in the office from about 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM with them trying to get everything approved.

I have had the best car buying experience of my life. The staff at the Peoria IL store are so accommodating and made me feel very easy they the whole process. Alex ** is an amazing asset to this company. My mother and aunt came with me and my aunt is a diabetic and after sitting here trying to get the deal done, Alex went completely out of his way to get my aunt something to eat and my mother and I drinks. Josh ** is a wonderful person as well. We never sat for more than 10 minutes without Josh or Alex telling us what was happening. Josh made it work for us and I would definitely come back for another car.

A non J.D Byrider auto shop quoted me at $573. I saved myself a lot of money by choosing to come here! Will definitely be coming back if I experience any other car issues.

My battery was bad. I called them and got an appointment the same day. I took it in and they had me in and out with a new battery and I only had to pay my $25 deductible!!! LOVE THEM!!! Everyone should finance from here. They're GREAT!!!

I purchased a vehicle over a year ago. From about a week after the purchase, repair after repair has been needed on my truck. About every 3 months (currently now 23 pgs total) I was having something repaired, which then began to be the exact same issues I'm currently experience. I experienced poor techs & service managers. My truck as of now has major engine issues, possible transmission issue & is currently not running. It has been almost 2 wks for someone to contact me back after I've sent several emails & I'm currently not receiving any help from them. I wouldn't recommend this Greenville location unless you're able to get the vehicle fully checked before making a purchase. Afterwards it'll be really hard to good quality customer service.

I believe everything was handled in a timely fashion manner. The young man I was working with was very professional and taking the time out to explain things very clearly. Also I think the TV prompt is a very good idea. I really was Constant talking with the lady on the prop. She also did a very good job. She made it easy to talk to her and very friendly.

Great customer service, but the computer system is a little outdated and slow. Always have a good experience when I take my vehicle in, and if there is a problem, it is always fully explained to me. I tell my friends about them.

They did my repair in a timely fashion and were very friendly especially the CNAC agent. Vehicle repair was done faster than I expected only 2 hours for my suspension and brake work. Alignment took forever because they had to send it out.

The customer service of some of the staff was great, some others need help in that department. When we got there we filed all the paperwork and 2 days later after getting approved for the car we still had more paperwork to fill out over again. When all that was said was we needed 3 contacts references. Not 12, so needed at pick up time of vehicle had to get more references. The service area personnel, my wipers on new care were backwards, told them when we test drove it. Went next day for paperwork and nothing was fixed on it, for the 3rd day they said it would be fixed. Again nothing was done. The way the wipers were I couldn't see the road very well. Still at pick up the wipers were still wrong. 3 days in a row of traveling 2hrs one way.

The employees at J.D. Byrider were very helpful and showed us the perfect vehicle that fits just right for our family. They were very kind, and straightforward. Overall they were awesome and I would highly recommend my friends and family.

Filled out a preapproval online. They called so I called back working with David. He asked me what do I currently drive so I told him. Said would I be interested in trade in. I informed him it's in my father's name & I was unsure depends on trade value. I'd discuss it with my father. He then said they may require it for financing. I said well I doubt it will get traded in. We can keep it rather than lose money. Why do I want a new car I want something newer & good gas mileage & build my credit.... Go to speak to financing. I inform them of the same thing. Title isn't in my name. Depending on what they would give would depend on what my dad may say but I don't want it listed... So they process everything. David calls me back says it approved they can work with me but I'll need proof of income and my dad to sign the title over.

I had my Kia Sportage 2009 less than 10 days and it has been in their shop twice. Bought on July 6th, in shop 1st time on July 13th, drove it home and left it until next morning. Drove across the street to Speedway and broke down again. Causing me to miss my infusion which is absolutely necessary for life. I asked to trade it and was told not this early, by Andrew. Matt shop mgr offered me a rental for a day, but I would have to come up with $50 deposit. I'm a disabled lady, and live off 765 a month and this I feel is unbelievable. I've had to call several times and today still no car, and no answers! Thinking about an attorney.

I bought my car July 14, 2015 (2011 Chevy HHR), when I came in to do the paperwork, I was told that it would only be for 3 years. Come to find out this year, that it is 4 years now and they are charging me way more than the contract. I have asked multiple times how much my principal pay off is and they keep telling me that I am not paying interest and that it will be paid off next year. I WANT TO KNOW HOW MUCH IS LEFT WITHOUT INTEREST. I have never once missed a payment. My payments are set up for AutoPay. The documents they gave me say $13k for the car, but the amount they are telling me adds up to over $20k for the car. I have asked multiple people the principal balance and I am still being told $6000 is owed.

Experience was very good, Rod on Shadeland store was very helpful and did every everything in his power to help me get in the car I needed. I would recommend any to go to J.D. Byrider especially the one on Shadeland to go see Rod.

We were denied to pay the payment we agreed on. The payment was one day late and the dealership refused to take our payment and stated that we owed what was left on the down payment that we had split up into payments. The manager dismissed my husband when he tried to talk to him and told him we had a week to come up with 1025 dollars.

I went J.D. Byrider in Tyler TX. I went in with a certain amount of money in my pocket for down payment. They said they could work with it. Then David starting asking questions about what I was driving and how was I getting around before coming there. Told him I had a car that was broke down. Never did I mention I wanted trade it. So we went thru all paperwork and financing and etc. And he tells me he needs the mileage and such off my car. I'm like I don't want to trade it in. I never told you I wanted to trade it in. He was very adamant that he had to have my old car to be able to do the truck. So I was like, "If I never told you I had a broken car at home you would be able to work with me?" He said, "Yes but you have a car so we have to have it."

In 2013, my son's mother and I were in a bit of a jam and her car was on the fritz of dying. We took it to J.D. Byrider where they appraised her car, allowed us to test drive THREE cars, two of which were the same car with a different color interior. We went through a whole car buying process, they appraised her car at $1100 and then told us that we needed an additional down payment of $1500, which looking back on it makes no sense because we didn’t even have bad credit. We just had no credit. But we wound up buying a Hyundai from them for 14k.

Andrew was extremely helpful and cared about what fit my life and budget. I’m driving away in a new car today!! Awesome experience. Powerful thumbs up to the whole team!!! I recommend them for those who can’t get financed traditionally.

LEARN CUSTOMER SERVICE! So I got a car from a place that everyone told me not to go to. I did because I was just super pressed to get a car. In within the first 6 months the transmission broke. Now I'm having transmission problems AGAIN... I Carfaxed the car. The transmission parts were recalled. Those parts were not replaced. I'm paying five times the amount of the car! So fast forward to today I was $50 short on my car note. I called and asked if I could pay them the $50 on the 31st. Either way you see it I had the extra $50... I just needed it for medicine because I'm sick.

Busy on a Friday but still quick. I was in and out. Supervisor was very informative for other work needed on my car which made me feel positive about future work needed to my car and let them complete it. I'll be back soon.

This company is a scam. You will never get your payments down because of their high interest rates. They came and took our vehicle because we were 1 day late and did not give us any notice when they took it. They thrive on customers who are needing a vehicle. My advice to anyone is to stay away from J.D. Byrider at all cost. CNAC treats the customers with no respect. We paid this company anywhere from $400 to $600 a month for over 2 years and they said we only paid $5,000 and still owe almost $8,000 (because of their interest) till the 14 year old vehicle is paid. By the way they sold us an old vehicle for almost $13,000 because they saw a desperate customer walk in through their doors. As I say, "PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COST".

Everything was done in a timely manner and everyone was very nice and I would recommend everyone I know to come here and experience the nature of nice people and be treated with the utmost respect and I couldn't ask for a better salesman period.

Do not buy a car from J.D. Byrider in Durham. My friend bought a car from there in Feb. She was admitted into the hospital and no one could get her belonging. To pay her payment her mother tried talking to them and they would not talk to her. Then her husband call them yesterday trying to work something out. Rachel with CNAC told him what to do and he did it and they will extend her payment. Well them ** came and got the car last night only 3 days late. It's not like they was not trying to pay the payment. She has the money. We just could not get her belonging due to the hospital she is in.

Back in 2011 I purchased a KIA Spectra and everything seemed to be going ok and paid a good chunk of the car off. A year later I wrecked it and was a lawsuit and they won and are garnishing my wages. Now it's 2018 and I did a credit report and noticed that the judgment and all the payments never shown up. Everything I did or didn't pay on anything shown up except everything to J.D. Byrider. Something isn't right here and I'm going to get legal advice. I sense a scam here.

I tried to be a return customer today. I paid my car off in December. I NEVER, I repeat, NEVER paid even one payment late. I was considered a "VIP" customer and was assured that trading in my car would be perfectly doable and I would even get a lower interest rate because of my perfect payment history. I start a new job in Florida in June. I made CNAC aware of my move because it comes with an 8k raise and I figured I would let them know, since I might have qualified for a better car. WRONG. They DECLINED me.

I Love all the employees. They go above and beyond to help with your needs. I've never had any problems when it comes to payments, car repair, or just general concerns. I've had my van for almost three years now with very little issues. If I had any they were quick to help me with much repair.

Took a long time but it all worked out. It took me 4 visits and me being persistent about the car that I wanted but again it all worked out. I will say he stayed in contact with me. Thank you all for what you do.

I'm still sitting at the dealership but so far so good. I only had 2 options to choose from. That wasn't great but dealable. They were able to get me in a car that I could comfortably drive. That I appreciate. I only came here because Marty has been so great for friends. He tries very hard to be a decent, honest and honorable person. Kudos to him!

I am a current victim er I mean client of this horrible company. First thing they did was make us wait in the office for several hours while my father who is a diabetic started getting sick. We kept trying to leave but they kept on saying, "Oh we are almost done." Second one of the conditions was for them to sell me back my trade which they assured me was just for show. They shook on it, promised swore gave their word etc. I should have got it in writing because they without calling me like they said they would sold it to a pick a parts yard. Third their 90 point inspection is bogus. It was in their shop 3 times within the first month and now not even four months later it has multiple things including things that they supposedly had fixed wrong with it. Fourth after you sign and have you bent over the table they become disrespectful. I wish I never went to this place.

Wish I could put a 0 Star. This is the worst company ever. Their cars are junky cars that they TEMPORARILY fix to sell off lot. My husband and I got a 08 Ford Focus (all manual nothing electric). We paid 7000. The car got totaled. They took 3000 (which was the total value of the car) and we were still upside down 6000. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. This place is a ripoff!!!

Great sales, Austin was able to help me get the car I wanted. Austin is friendly and easy to work with. He can help find what anyone else needs. The car is great and rides smooth. All the cars on the lot were great and affordable.

I wish that I would have had someone to help me with a car buying process before I even came to these people or I should have just continued to use public transportation to get around because I have had nothing but problems since I got this ** car and now it seems that I cannot get rid of this piece of ** and I just spent damn near 200 dollars to fix. And now something else is wrong and if these people tell me another outstanding price, they can keep this piece of ** car. I am tired of putting good money out for bad. The money that I have paid out to keep this piece of ** running could have been used to purchase a better vehicle. These people are nothing but scam. That is why I will never recommend anyone going here. They should all be arrested for shady deals. Read your contracts people. A lot of loopholes.
