    This is the third time I've had to bring it in for repairs this year alone. I get that's it's a used car but I feel like I've had to put more money into than I would have if it would have been a new car. However, they have always able to get it done quickly.     The service department is friendly and helpful, when you can get to them. They are extremely under staffed with a smaller than recommended work space for the volume of work they do. What work you can get done is high quality, but the turn around time and waits can be ridiculous. It takes weeks to schedule something as quick and simple as an oil change. Additionally they do honor their warranty, as my engine blew and they replaced it for nothing more than the $25 deductible and cost for filters and fluids.     Potential customers please be aware... CNAC will go into your bank account whenever they want & will remove money when your due date hasn’t even arrived yet!! This company does not seem to care about its customers at all!!! People go through CNAC because they struggle, have fell on hard times & live paycheck to paycheck. CNAC knows that & apparently feels they can do whatever they want. We arranged biweekly payments. CNAC will go into your bank account (debit) and remove any amount they choose! When we call with concerns we're told "It's our prerogative to remove any amount of funds 5 days before to 5 days after the due date & sorry if we cause you hardship." They don't just cause hardship, they cause disaster especially for a struggling family.

    On more than one occasion we've tried to buy groceries knowing we get paid on a FRIDAY (so we can make our car payment) but they swoop in & take money out on the MONDAY before, causing us overdrafts & being unable to feed our children. We are doing the best we can, make our AGREED UPON PAYMENTS yet they come in & take more & take it anytime they please. How can they do that to people?

    One week ago we go to put gas in the car & find out we have ZERO money in our bank account! How can this be? My husband just got paid that morning. CNAC went in and instead of taking our $180 payment, took HUNDREDS more! They took out our entire paycheck & cleared out our account. (We were NOT late on payments). My husband calls & they say that we deferred our down payment. Yes we did but that was supposed to come out at the END of our contract, not before. They gave us no warning, no notice & stole everything from us. We could no longer pay our rent. We are now accruing late fees & face vacate notices on our apartment because they emptied our bank account. And to make matters worse, they did this on our son's birthday so we didn’t even have money to take him for pizza & a birthday cake as promised.

    We’ve been without money for a week now & have had to go to a food bank & donate plasma to put gas in the van! Most people go through CNAC because they live paycheck to paycheck and can only afford to pay a certain amt of money every 2 weeks! They don’t seem to understand that factor & if they do, are purposely not caring if they put their customers into a financial hole. They violated our trust. They severely hurt us financially & put us even further behind. We do not trust them. We have another week to get through before my husband get paid again. Since we couldn't pay rent thanks to them, we won't be able to pay the full amount again & will face eviction. Will we end up living in our car??? The whole thing sickens me to no end & if it was one of THEIR family members maybe they'd care more how they treat people.

    JD Byrider has the worst customer service and management. My wife has been late twice on payments in 2 years and they will not allow her to miss one day. She swapped credit cards so she has to drive an hour and a half where she makes payments just so they can see a new copy other credit card. Has to leave work early because of them. Management is rude. Their sales associates and financing Associates are rude impolite POS.

    Purchased a used car from them a year ago. It has been brought back to them 7 times!! The first month the transmission was going. Then it's been nothing but issues ever since. I've brought it back the last 2 times because my engine keeps going into safe mode. They insisted they fixed it. I've never met a more dishonest company in my life. Don't even get me started on their financial department. CNAC! STAY AWAY FROM JD BYRIDER!!

    Policy in place is not to a good standard. There are reasons they have been known to be crooks and will scam people. I have thought about purchasing a car most recently and I'm thankful I've had to deal with them before even considering them. The way they treat their customers and how they could care less is unacceptable and appalling. It proves how you can search their business name on Google and all those reviews will pop up concluding what I have to say. I will not recommend them anyone unless you are ready to be disrespected and be given their policy run around in the case in the matter of one of your customers death. You guys truly prove you don't give a care in the world about your customers and I'll make sure everyone knows who asks about your business will know that.

    I went to J.D. Byrider at the end of April 2016 and from day one, I have had issues with the condition of the car, i.e. passenger door didn't open, couldn't shift the gears of the car, non-working tail lights/reverse lights, misfiring, check engine light came on in July, rough idling, lose of power/speed, and catalytic convert needed to be replaced.

    After being scammed by a deferred down payment (which wasn't mentioned until the signing of the contract), their service department that never has appointments to fix the car, the rude customer service reps that call wanting money and tell your references your business and the multiple calls a day, AND not having had the car for 4 months, the car doesn't work. They sold me a piece of crap car that multiple mechanics said that they were wrong for even selling a car in that condition. If someone decides to do a class action lawsuit against them, please post it here so that I may join in. They sell hard-working people damaged vehicles and mess up the consumer's credit in the process. Please stay away from this company.

    We went to JD Byrider on Hamilton Rd in Columbus and they only let us test drive 1 car. And we dealt with 2 different salesmen dealt with us because we were told 2 different down payments and come to find out it was the first one we were told. The car ran good for the first 2 days and then the traction control light came on. We took it to be serviced and they said there was nothing wrong with it. We talked to ** and he went and talked to them. We also had a inch of water on our back flood board. They said the air conditioner was blocked. They claimed they fixed the issues. It only took 1 week for the light to come back on and the floor board to be at again but this time we got a new issue. Every time we wanted to go somewhere we had to jump the battery. We went and bought a new one and that one only took 2 weeks to do the same thing so we went and got another one.

    The accountant up there called my fiance and said that he needed to come and sign a paper. When we asked what it was she wouldn't tell us. We talked to CNAC and they claimed they were gonna find out what paper it was and we never got told. But they were trying to pressure him into coming up there to sign it. For some reason I didn't have to sign it and the car was both of ours. We were buying it together. I have read some other reviews stating some really disturbing things about them doing this and then they take your car and making it to where you can never get another car in your name. So we decided he wasn't gonna go sign it until we were told what paper it was. I will admit we were behind on the payment but only by 5 days. They called on Friday. Today we were supposed to be up at JD Byrider on Tuesday which we were never told about...

    That night at midnight we had just pulled in to a friend's house. He went in and I was looking for something in the car. All of a sudden a woman came running up and checked the vin # and told the guy to back up. The next thing I knew they started lifting up the neck of our car. They were repossessing it. They were kind enough to let us get our stuff out of it. JD Byrider will tell you anything for you to buy their pos cars. When wet first went up there we were told it was a buy here pay here and then the next thing we knew it we were being financed... I wouldn't recommend anybody to go there and get a car. I wish I would've done my homework before going there and wasting a lot of time and money...

    I was trying to locate a dealership that would work with my very challenging financial situation and seriously limited means. I received a call from a lady named Omega who assured me many times over that there were "lots" of cars in my price range and that she had a guy who was DYING to meet me and when could I get there. Now understand, I asked specific questions, some twice, because I didn't want to have to deal with this if it were a wild goose chase. When I arrived, no one knew me from ADAM, had not expected me, and acted like I was unknown. This was at the Colorado Springs location. I was told right off the top that Omega was in WISCONSIN, and then over the course of the next half hour or so that she had simply lied to me over and over and over again. There were not only no cars in my range, but in fact they STARTED at over 3 times MORE. All I can say is this business is one best staying FAR clear of.

    The first part of Sept 2016 my wife & I went to J.D. Byrider in Burlington, Iowa. Our credit is not the best due to medical bills, but yet they got us financed through CNAC. What a joke! 13 days later we were in a serious driver to driver head on collision. Thank God nobody died, but Gerod when I spoke to him did not even ask what anyone's condition was! Furthermore we purchased THEIR insurance until the first of Oct when I got paid, thinking we were fully covered & them convincing us we were & they allowed us to drive off their lot knowing the only coverage was one their vehicle!! Very deceitful people. Never have had a ticket in my life & got a no insurance ticket. Checking with our attorney on this & see what can be done. This place needs to be closed!!!

    Jd byrider is excellent with working with ppl with bad, little, to no credit but suck in everything else. Their cars are three times their worth, and you have absolutely no grace period. I referred my cousin. I never see a dime of the referral. From the beginning my heater never worked, it shook when stopped at a light, and leaks from the door seal. I wrote all the things on the form they give you about concerns. None of these were address. Now all of the sudden the air only works on hi and to top it off they are now OUT OF BUSINESS and sold some of the accounts to westlake financial so guess what my 2 yr warranty doesn't mean anything. I wish I had of know about this horrible place before.

    I have found myself in bad financial and personal mess. I finally ended a divorce from an addict that messed with my credit. I am a struggling single mom who was desperate for a car on the heel of a repo. J.D. Byrider advertised a "Credit Rebuilding Program". I thought this would help me. I was there 5 hours. I was only permitted to look at and purchase one specific vehicle on the lot. They waited until almost the close of business for me to test drive and look at car in the dark. They made me sit down at their computer and pull up my child support history and made me include it in my income. Yes my child support stopped coming a month after purchase.

    I was promised that this loan would help increase my credit score. I could a year later go to any dealership with my car, trade it in and be on my way. Well after the year from hell being screamed at, threatened and car falling apart I decided I needed to look at other options. Well at first the loan didn't show up on my credit. Now it is there but no reporting of payments. Lastly I am so over my head in this loan it is not even funny. I owe 8700 on car. Value is 2000 due to the high mileage. I will never be able to trade this thing in. I have spoken to many reputable dealerships. My only option is to walk away and use a down payment elsewhere on a newer used car with normal mileage and a warranty. By the way, not one employee that I dealt with a year ago is still working there today.

    My husband and I got our car in December 2016. We also referred my parents there. Well to start with our vehicle 30 days after leasing I was taking my daughter to a doctor's appointment when the dash began to start and smoke on the main street and completely shut off. It was towed to J.D. Byrider where it was supposedly fixed. That was a joke. Our vehicle was in 3 times and repair's never done correctly. The last time they left wires hanging out of the ceiling and when we went to get in the whole roof was leaking when it began to rain. We made payments typically on my husband's debit card and one time paid cash to wake up to our car repossessed because they didn't bother to check and see if we made a payment another way.

    The next time my husband was injured at work. Without providing a loaner car they tried charging us for the 2 months they had our vehicle there for repairs. My father's power steering pump line went and the headlight was never fixed after the first time they brought it and they took it there for repairs and during that time our vehicle was there they switched the headlights with our vehicle and never repaired it correctly. It is currently sitting down at our local mechanic's since it won't pass inspection with the lights and snapped ball joint along with other issues that were supposed to be addressed by their "mechanic".

    Save yourself the time and headache and just stay away. They will tell you the biggest lies and make junk shine. They make promises they can't keep and they love to false advertise with their refer someone and get $100. Thankfully they came to repo our hunk of junk where the tow truck driver was shocked at the brake line and wires hanging after it was supposedly repaired.

    Now they are taking advantage of my disabled parents by the multiple trips made there and fake repairs they do and charging them for something that should be covered. When they got the car back they called immediately and said not to charge the account because they weren't happy and the repairs were never done correctly. If not they would come and take the vehicle. They paid that plus the car payment and now what should have been fixed is costing them over $200 on top of the $379 for the pos vehicle that is only worth the $300 a junk yard would pay for it. If you want to be taken advantage of head there but buyer beware.

    I bought a 2006 ford Expedition from JD Byrider last year in sep. The contract was for 15,000 dollar that includes finance charges. I put 3,100 down on the vehicle and pay about 4,800 in payments. I call them up to ask for an early payout and they told me the early payout was 9,998 that's 7,900 so far that paid. That's almost 18,000 dollar instead of 15,000. The vehicle has electric problem and had to be towed back there. They will not fix it or go down on the payoff. And on top of that when I told them that I don't want the vehicle anymore they said, "You still have to pay payment even if you give it back and we will call you for payment." They are not here to help people. They're here to help themselves.

    I have my car for a year and a few months during that time had a few problems with making payments. Now mind you even with my financial problems I still made the payments on time and have never missed, not one. I call the other day telling them my paydays have been changed because my company was bought out and the new owners changed when we get paid. I call the financial department and explain what is going on. The account manager was very rude even with other issues. So my advice if you plan on going here to buy a car make sure you don't have any problems with making payments because they will not work with you.

    Bought a car from J.D. Byrider on 7/28/16. 3 days later it need brakes don't know if it was front or back but my husband got them replaced. A week later the key started, it wouldn't turn right away. Thought I just needed a new key. By 8/29/16 it would not turn at all so it sat for a week then my friend got it to turn. We went and got a new key made from Chevy dealer. It didn't work at all. 10 bucks wasted. So sent it to J.D. Byrider to get fixed even though it wasn't covered under 3 yr. warranty but guy on phone said I would have to pay a small fee under 90 day warranty. Got it towed 9/13/16 to J.D. Byrider. Come to find out there's no 90 day warranty. He lied or didn't know what he was talking about. It would cost 100 and something bucks to get replaced.

    The mechanic "put a bandaid on it" and said it would never slip out again. The guy Cal who sold me the car said I can get on a payment plan to pay for the replacement part. Did not want to pay for anything just got the darn car. So I didn't get it. When it came back other set of brakes were squeaking. One week later it slip out again and after a hour of me and my sister trying to get it to turn over we gave up and got it towed to J.D. Byrider again on 9/22/16 so now I'm stuck with paying for this to get replaced. Smdh. They have a 21% interest rate which is ridiculous for a very old used car and if you miss 1 payment they repo your car asap. PLEASE DON'T BUY FROM THEM. SAVE UP MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE BETTER. ANYWHERE BUT NOT THERE.

    They help people who don't have good credit get a car. However, when I first got my car the very next day it wouldn't start!!! Then on top of that I had to get it towed to them which they paid for, cool! But them people wanted you to pay over 10,000 for a car that wasn't even worth it. Even when they did fix it, it still was having problems starting smh. Called and complained about that. You think they would give me a discount, but noooo. They didn't care! Oh and on top of that I missed one payment - these people tried to block me in the parking lot even when I had the money on hand to give them for the missing payment. No, they didn't care about that. Them people took me out of my contract for missing ONE PAYMENT!!!! GOOD RIDDANCE!!!! Overall a bad experience and never will recommend anyone to go to that place.     On July 29, 2016, I took my vehicle to J.D. Byrider auto-warranty for repairs, since my vehicle did not pass state inspection due to the fact that my vehicle was unsafe to drive due to a leaking and corroded gas tank and broken ball joints. During the time J.D. Byrider had my vehicle on their premises, it got stolen the first time on August 15th. The Richmond Police Department went to my home to inform me that I needed to go where my vehicle was found on the Northside of Richmond and take possession of my vehicle or it would be impounded. I told the police it was not possible that my vehicle was stolen because my vehicle was at the shop where repairs were being done.

    The police insisted it was my vehicle and encouraged me to go see and identify the vehicle. Since the police was so convinced it was my vehicle I went to the address they gave me. When I arrived, I was confused and shocked, since the vehicle was indeed mine. I tried to get a hold of the dealership without luck. I then instructed the officer to take possession of the vehicle since the vehicle should have been on J.D. Byrider's premises for auto repairs and they should be made responsible for recovering the vehicle.

    The next day the vehicle was recovered by J.D. Byrider. They explained that the reason my vehicle was stolen was because the technician had left the key inside the vehicle during a test drive, and the license plates were stolen from another vehicle and placed on my vehicle. I had my license plates on a loaner vehicle J.D. Byrider provided while they repaired my vehicle. Several weeks passed and J.D. Byrider still had not repaired my vehicle and made every excuse as to why the vehicle had not been ready. During this unfortunate experience, I decided to file a claim against J.D. Byrider through the Better Business Bureau. The Better Business Bureau served as an arbitrator to facilitate with getting J.D. Byrider to respond to my concerns since they had been ignored.

    After the incident of my vehicle being stolen, J.D. Byrider offered to repair the vehicle at no cost to me, as well as adjust my loan by 45%. Sadly to say that a day later after reaching this agreement my vehicle was stolen for the second time and never recovered. J.D. Byrider reported my vehicle stolen from their premises on September 2nd and never informed me that my vehicle had been stolen for the second time. On September 6, the Chesterfield County police called me to inform that my vehicle was stolen from J.D. Byrider that previous Friday and provided the police report number.

    After receiving that call I was disappointed, shocked and frustrated by their incompetence and lack of professionalism. They next day the GM of the auto warranty shop called to inform me of the unfortunate event, which I already knew because the police had called me. A few hours later the owner Mr. Craig Baker, called to apologize for my inconvenience. Never in my life had I seen or heard of anything like this. I bought this vehicle at a desperate time in my life in which I needed a vehicle and my credit was not in good shape. I regret ever buying a vehicle from them.

    Their service is terrible, their vehicles are in terrible conditions, even though they back it up with their auto-warranty and claim the vehicle has been checked to ensure a reliable vehicle. The truth is my vehicle had the gas tank leakage since I purchased the vehicle. I took the vehicle on two separate occasions due to the strong gas odors and the check engine light and they never repaired the vehicle, now this third time it just so happens that my vehicle got stolen, not once, but twice, and all they said was, "I apologize for this inconvenience."

    Justice needs to be done. It seems that J.D. Byrider's practices go against honest and innocent consumers who are trying to survive and make the best of their circumstances. I have done everything in my power through the Better Business Bureau to come into an agreement with J.D. Byrider without success. I wish to file a lawsuit against J.D. Byrider/CNAC for breach of contract and unlawful practices. However, I do not know where to start. Any assistance with regards to this matter will be greatly appreciated.

    I have had my car for over 2 years and I am paying basically triple the price of what the car's Kelley Blue Book/Black Book Value is worth. The balance seems to never go down. I was informed that majority of the balance along with interest is from being in what they call a Credit Repair Program. J.D. Byrider makes you wait weeks just to get an appointment to fix your car when it's supposedly under a 30000/3 yr warranty but you have to pay a fee. I am turning the car in because I refuse to pay 13000-14000 for a vehicle that is only worth $3000-$3500 if even that much now. I have put in over $4000 into this car already, enough is enough. I have saw so many complaints here on this page, word of mouth, everywhere and something needs to be done about this company. I am contacting an attorney because I am done with being taken advantage of by this company.

    They have us signing papers stating they have a right to cancel our registration on our car at any time and prevent us from registering another Car in our name. This is what we sign when we buy a car from them. Read every single paper people. They also have you sign a paper stating that even if they tell you their cars are good and in good shape Etc and something is wrong with the car or we find out they lie to us we agree not to sue them. They also have us sign a paper saying we can never take them to court.

    We have no grace period at all and we agree they can come, take the car the day after payment is due and we can't do anything about it. I have paid every single payment on time. Never late for two years now. I have had nothing but major issues with this car. They took it in for repairs. Had it for three months. I had no car and still paid. Come home and the car was still broke. I went in today because now the car is in such bad shape it is ready for the junkyard. Really I am not kidding. It is unsafe and not fit for the road. They brought me way in the back in this tiny room, closed me in and some Big Guy who looks like a bar room bouncer and totally intimidating.

    When I told him I would bring the car back via tow truck because I can't drive it, that is how bad it is and I didn't care if they wrecked my credit, He said "I know you don't care about your credit. I just looked at your credit report." I asked him what right did he have to look at my report. I was not applying for credit. I was up to date and on time on my car payment. He said "I have every right to pull your credit whenever I want to." I don't know if they can do this or not but it just don't seem right.

    Anyone out here willing to start a class action against these people please let me know. You can deal me in. I have never seen anything like this. I am elderly lady and I feel threaten by them and I am scared of them. They know where I live. Sitting in that back room with this big guy just staring me down and telling me my credit was poor and I bought this car even though I only put less than 10 thousand miles on the car in two years my broken car was my problem. Basically told me I had no rights. My daughter was with me and she jump in to defend me. He turn to her and said "I don't have to talk to you or answer to you. You're not on the loan." Dealing with this company is like getting a bad loan from the mob. Seems to me the law should be able to protect us from these crooks.

    I bought a 2006 Buick Lacrosse cost $13000. This car has been in the shop 6 times this year. I couldn't turn the wheel. Would have to go back and forth just to park. Almost had several accidents could wheel would turn, would snatch. It was in the shop three times for this. They kept putting in bad parts. My engine went out three months ago. The car sounds hard, sometimes it wont start and sometimes smell like fumes. All the times this car has been in their shop I kept making payments.

    When engine went out I didn't make a payment of 187.00. Of course I got calls, so I had to catch up and I did. Now they wrote some type of agreement and want me to sign it. The car needs to go back in the shop again of the engine. And night my lights just go off and I have to switch to brights. I still owe 9700 on this car, won't be paid for until 2019. Car is not going to last much longer. They are aware of the problems and know how many times this car has been in their shop. Don't ever get a car from J.D. Byrider. You will be sorry.

    I called as a last resort with my current vehicle giving me problems. We done most all paperwork over phone and emails. Was sent a confirmation email of being approved for 12,000. When we go into the lot to sign papers everything then became a problem. My certified letter of benefits from SSI was no good. Child support proof was not good enough. Income tax returns with self employment became not good enough. So needless to bigger waste of time and complete lies from them.

    I bought my car from the JD Byrider at 2886 South Hamilton Rd, Columbus, OH in February 2012. I made my payments and paid off my car. I was a loyal customer and had all of my preventative maintenance done at this location and would even bring them in donuts for the entire dealership. This past February I had to have my engine replaced and they outsourced it so some shop that didn't do quality work but worst of all they marked up the price of my engine and doubled the cost of the Tow Charge.

    I have reached out to their corporate division 5 times and No One has gotten back with me regarding this. I went into the dealership and asked the manager what his name is. He said "**!" I said "what's your last name". He refused to give it to me and refused to give me his business card also. Given that their Corporate Mission Statement says they don't mark up their part prices they are ALL A BUNCH OF LIARS. I am filing complaints with my local Attorney General and also the Federal Attorney General's office and they may receive a visit from me with the Media alongside of me.

    J.D. Byrider/CNAC is a Fraud! They are breaking the Law in many states by taking customers' money and allowing customers to sign a zero tolerance missed payment document when the Law allows most banks a ten-day grace period! They also repossessed my vehicle after I called and told them I will be a couple days late on my payment of $160.00. After I threatened to sue them, I received a certified letter full of lies stating since I voluntary surrender my vehicle they will cancel all my obligations under contract but cannot refund any payments paid towards the vehicle. (My Attorney notified J&J recovery and it has been confirmed that they received a call from CNAC to repossessed my vehicle). I'm grateful for the letter confirming the lies but prayerfully every customer that this company has robbed will get refunded through a class action lawsuit!

    Please, spare yourself years and years of paying on a car that is about three times its actual worth. We just traded ours in, still owe $4,000, and the car dealer is paying off the loan. That was at the beginning of this week and they are telling us that we STILL have to make a car payment. Our car dealer told us that we should have a 'grace period' and they will receive a payout within a week. The problem is, there is no 'grace period', as you know, with J.D. Byrider. We will probably make the payment and wait and wait for them to reimburse us once they get the full payout just to avoid them harming our credit. Avoid at all cost!!!

    I have bought two cars with J.D. Byrider. Both times have been horrible. My first car with them was a 2001 Chevy Malibu which I was paying 170 every two weeks. I drove it off the lot with no problems at all. Then about 2 weeks later the electrical system went out. Couldn't roll down the windows and the A/C went out. I took it back to them weekly for one month with the same issue. Then finally I got tired and just stopped taking it. I had it serviced somewhere else and didn't have the issue again. Then I got sick and was out on medical leave from work and wasn't getting nearly as much as I was. I was getting harassed every day. I told Tony (at that time she was working there) that my pay had been cut and had to do partial payments. She told me she could not wait. They needed money now. They went as far as calling my references and asking them for money. I was like WTF!

    The car my sister got it impounded and was more to take it out since it happened on a Friday and stayed in the pound over the weekend and until the following Friday. I didn't even have the car and I still paid for a car I wasn't even driving. Jennifer ** who works there told me "Come in. I can get you in another car." Me being desperate for a car I went in in January 2015 and even though I did not want to, I got another vehicle 06 Buick Lucerne, with them. I am still asking myself WHY?!? So now I am in a 06 Buick Lucerne. The car was blowing out hot air when the A/C was on so I told service and they told me to keep the A/C on full blast for 10 minutes and that that should help it out. After driving it off the lot, I noticed a syrup smell but didn't think anything of it. Thought I was just hungry after spending 4 hours there.

    Feb came and they kept calling. I answered and they were asking for a downpayment. I told the manager I had told them repeatedly I was not giving a downpayment. She proceeded to tell me, that I make 3,000 a month that leaves 2,000 for a downpayment. I said I am a single mother with 2 kids and one on the way, pay 1,200 in rent and that is not including utilities. She then told me Taxes are coming up and if I could give that to them. I told her, "look I had the Malibu with NO DOWNPAYMENT, why do I need one for this car? I paid off the Malibu even when I didn't have it, why would I need a downpayment???" She then said "your credit is not good. You should be more grateful." So I told her ok if and that is IF I get a return I would send that to them. I told her every year I have always ended up paying never really getting a return. So I had been sending all these papers back and forth you know really working with them.

    Then in March at 9 PM a tow truck came and towed the car. I was paying on time every other week 180 dollars. So when the tow man showed me a failure to pay reason I was livid and took out all my receipts to show him. He looked at me and said "I'm sorry hun but when they call we pick up. Take these ** to court." The next day at work I called and went off at them. They told me I never turned in a document to show I never received a return. Not once did they ever ask for that paper. I actually saved all emails to this day in case they ever want to say I didn't pay. I told the manager "I have been complying with you every step of the way. Every paper or document you have asked for I have been able to show it to you so why would I not send this in."

    I went in to pay my car note and they pulled me into a room, this was on a Saturday, told me they were sorry for the inconvenience and took the payment. I asked "where is my car?" They did not know where it was. For three days they gave me the runaround. They even wanted me to pay to get my belongings, so I went off at the manager and told her "NO THIS WAS YOUR MISTAKE I AM NOT PAYING ANYTHING. YOU GET MY CAR HERE AND GET IT HERE NOW." I had to call the tow that came for my car and ask if they knew where the car was. He told me where and added they knew where it was all along and he didn't know why they told me that. I drove three hours to go get my car. Then he said "glad you made it. If it would have stayed here another day we would have sent it to auction for car abandonment." Unbelievable.

    Now fast forward to October 2015. I was in labor with my son and they wanted payment. I told them I was in labor and could not make it to the office. They threatened to come to the hospital to repo the car. My husband had to leave the hospital to make the payment. Now it's November, the car overheated on my husband and stalled out on the highway on his way to work. I paid 700, yes 700, dollars for them to tow the car and "fix" everything. They replaced the thermostat, water pump, gaskets and coils. So please tell me why the car is in the same predicament now. I filed for bankruptcy in January 2016, I was making payments on the car still. My lawyer had sent out a notice that they were not to notify me anymore but they still did and I still made payments up until about a month ago, all of a sudden they would not accept another payment from me.

    Like I said before the car won't even start so I towed it to their service center. My fault I know. I should have never towed it back to them when one they won't accept a payment from me, but I figured the parts they fixed are still under warranty. I called yesterday and no one seems to be looking at my car and no one is giving me status of what is going on. All they tell me is "we are trying to get to it". I already got yelled at at work because I missed 5 days in the past 2 weeks because I have no car right now to get to and from. I am going to call again to see what is going on. Can they do this even when I am under the bankruptcy act??? Please someone help.

    I spoke to the representatives on the phone twice prior to making an appointment. Saw an ad on TV. TV and representatives stated that I could get into a dependable used car with $199 down and low payments. When I went for my appointment they started out high spirits and did a budget in which they did not take in all the information that I mentioned several times. I am on disability related to cerebral aneurysms and breast cancer with mets. They came up with $500 left over with a $375 deposit. Then they stated that I would have a $1700 down that would make my first 3 payments $500 then the payments would be approximately $390.

    When I asked why they said that I should read the writing on the TV ad which stays up about 5 seconds and the print is so small you can't read it and it wasn't listed on the website and neither of the representatives mentioned it. The sales person Sherry didn't say anything until she realized that I could not accept the deal she put through. I told her that the company had false advertising and thought if they could get people in that they would go through with the deal. When you only have $500 left and they did not calculate the medical expenses and only $100 in groceries and no car care expenses such as oil change etc. you can't pay the payments that they want. Not a company that I want to do business with.

    I bought my second car from jd byrider and that was the worst experience I ever had. Everyone there including the president Jeff Baker are very rude and can't care less about anything other than you paying the car note. I bought the car November of 2015. From day one the car been breaking down. Feb 17, 2016 the car was towed for the 3rd time because of the transmission. The staff play the blame game trying to say it was my fault so I had to take them to court. My hearing was May 19, 2016. The judge order J Baker to give me the car back to me so right after court I went to pick it up. The car was a mess. The very next day they came to pick the car up. Now they had the car from May 20th 2016 thru June 23. Please don't go waste your time. jd byrider is a ripoff.

    They are not a company you want to buy a car from. Only had my car for two months and from the first week I've been having the same issues. Now my car won't start at all and they are wanting me to still pay for a car that I haven't driven more than a week due to car issues.     First The CNAC Mount Carmel Indiana financed out of me a 2006 Buick Lucerne for ready for it $23,000 dollars. Now I know it sounds crazy but it's the truth. Then they reported to the credit companies that they only charged me $13,000 dollars. Note J.D. BYRIDER LOUISVILLE KENTUCKY to make matters worse after one week I called with service issues. The guy TJ at service told me there was no way they inspected the car. Cause if they had they wouldn't have missed all that was wrong for example, engine leaking oil from gasket, fuel line leak, problems with my exhaust, problems with my water pump. Now I dropped this car off on a Thursday, on Friday he told me this plus said they had to order parts. Now you know I had a fit, I spoke to Heather the service manager told me with the warranty they would fix it.

    On Monday, I got the car back two weeks later and the car of course was doing the same damn thing. I called them back and they wanted me to bring the car back. Well now let me ask you? If they never fixed it the first time would you trust them to fix it a second time? Well I called CNAC and told them not only was I getting ripped off but so were they. Do you think they cared? Hell no they didn't, instead Allie and Travis came at me like I was supposed to eat cat food, live in the car. And I was even asked if I could sell something outta my home. Because I now have a payment due.

    Well I spoke to the manager Mark about replacing the car, he refused. So mind you all the while I'm telling CNAC and now the manager at J.D. BYRIDER it's time to pick up their car... Cause note, now you both know the car is unsafe and I don't trust you all to fix it and I'm afraid to drive it. Come get it. I'D RATHER PAY 23,000 TAKING THEM TO COURT. BEFORE I DRIVE A CAR THAT'S UNSAFE. AND RIP OFF MY INSURANCE COMPANY.

    If something happened while driving it. Guess they wanted me to lie to my insurance company. Like they lie to the credit companies. Needless to I got that headache on 4/30/2016. And it's 6/17/2016 they finally picked it up my headache... These companies it are (FRAUDULENT) and they need to be put "OUT OF BUSINESS". THEY ARE NOT HELPING PEOPLE TO REPAIR THEIR CREDIT.     Take an attorney with you if you are planning on dealing with this dealership because they are the lowest of low when it comes to heartlessness and dishonesty. I have to be honest and say that I knew absolutely nothing about purchasing a car; and JD Byrider made sure to take complete, thorough advantage of that fact. I purchased a 2003 Ford Taurus in 2013 and I am still paying $283 a month for it 3 years later, and still have 6 months to go. $12,000 for a $3000 car. The car has been nothing but trouble since the day that I purchased it. It has been back to the service center 11 times and I just paid $1300 to get the transmission fixed.

    I received a call from JD Byrider today informing me that I am close to paying off this car. They asked if I would be interested in purchasing a newer model automobile. After a really good laugh I told them exactly what I thought about dealership and the low life sales people that are heartless enough to help them take advantage of people that are struggling. I still have 6 more months of payments to JD Byrider but at least it has allowed me to get my credit score to where I have just purchased me a brand new Toyota Camry. Stay away from JD Byrider!!! They do not care about you, and will sell you a lemon at five times the cost of the car, and they have very nasty attitude after you sign the paperwork. Shameful tactics.

    So my car broke down. I do not have good credit and working on building it, however still not good enough that I can be approved for a new car. Looked up to see who could help me and I came across J.D. Byrider and looked at their website. I started receiving many calls from the Pinellas Park Fl location. When I was able to talk to them I was told over the phone that I was approved. I even explained to them that I had just started my job and my husband had just started his job. Still I was told there was no problem.

    We drove the 30 minutes to their location from our home to do the paperwork and get told the finance office was closed before we finished. We were rushed like they did not want us to look at more than one or two cars. So we go home with no car with a promise from the guy he would call us the next day when everything went through. We were never contacted the next day. So here we are today and I call to see what is going on only to be told the guy we had been dealing with was off and we needed to wait. I was not having this. So the lady looked into it and then called me back to tell me we needed to be at our jobs longer to be approved after been told originally that it did not matter. So I will never recommend or go back to J.D. Byrider. Waste of my time. Plus their cars were not that clean. You could tell they were smoked in and had rips in the seats etc... NEVER AGAIN... WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

    I brought my car from JD Byrider back in May of 2015. After the 1st month everything went to hell. I took my back to Randallstown Auto Shop six times and was told each time there's nothing wrong until they found a leak in ac system they couldn't fix. While driving the steering wheel locks up. Right now I have no lights on left side front or back. Found out a couple weeks ago I have 3 major recalls on my car that JD Byrider knew about the same month I brought the car and said nothing to me the 6 times I took my car to them.

    On Feb 9, 2016 I took it to Glen Burnie location. After a short time the head boss of the auto shop was pissed that everything in my hood and under my car need to be replaced. Everything. And it's a danger to drive. When I asked would I be given a rental car I was told no. Instead of them giving me a replacement car they want to replace everything but the engine. Then they want you to keep paying them for a car that has so many problems and can't be driven. I would never ever tell anyone to go to them.

    To me it's not about the experience it's about corporate ripoff, taking advantage of unprivileged and low class citizens, the story of the rich stay rich the poor stay poor. No matter your income J.D. Byrider isn't worth buying from in any form cash or credit for financing a minimum of 10000 are added to the value of the car. Just for financing a car at the rates of monthly payments you will purchase that same car every 6 months throughout your agreement or purchase a minimum of 10 wholesale versions for the dealership.

    So as you can see the value isn't worth it. In desperate situations you would be better off renting a car than purchasing from them. Overall your warranty are limited and will run out so cost to you for leasing are as follow 35%-50% taxes and fees for the 3 working sections plus 16.66%-21.66% each section at 1300 are their cost, 13000 your cost, the maximum value 3500, 70% upside down value at the end of your term after paying a total 19000 car value 900 (nowhere you gain). Future cost throughout that loan's going to cost you another 6000 at 25000. You will not gain nothing. No value. You will still be starting over. My words to any and everybody is to stay away. Share and like and one day consumers will have protection from contractual slavery.

    I received a letter from a salesman from Byrider of South Attleboro, MA. The Letter stated Buy here Pay here option, in which that is what I am looking for, so, I talked the salesman on the phone, he stated that, they could get me a small pickup truck at a good financing deal from one of their many Programs offered. So, I took a ride up to Attleboro, MA on Saturday.

    We sat down and I gave him all the paperwork he requested to bring with me, so, I asked him if being a part time worker would affect my chances on getting a loan on a truck, he quoted, "Not at all." So, I went into the Loan Officer's Office, and they looked up on the computer - what bank would accept me. He then, told me there wasn't anything he could do for me on getting a truck loan because I was part time. So I said "OK", and left. I knew that place was bad and liars. Would I ever go back?? LOL not in a million years. Would I tell other about going to them? NO! They suck a total scam. Overpriced vehicles for low income people. They shouldn't be allowed to operate. I hope this helps you other people know what a Big Scam that place is.

    I financed an car back in January 2016, I will never go back. I will never recommend anyone to go there. Not even an enemy! They harass you and so rude. They don't care about you or the situation. They stop taking my payments. Wait until I go in the store just to take the car. Then was told I had to pay an toll fee. When there wasn't even a toll truck. I asked to see the store cameras. Someone got in the car and sped off in the car. They told me I had to pay them to get my stuff out the car. Then told me if I wanted to get the car back I had to pay them 11,000 for an 2008 Ford Focus. To remind you that we had nothing but problems with the car. Totally unsafe for me and my kids. I'm getting an lawyer. Can they even do this? Why they haven't been reported yet??

    My daughter and I went in Oct of 2014 to purchase a car since mine had been stolen. She chose a Jeep Compass. Nice vehicle. The car was ok for a little while until about a month and a half ago she went out of town and called me hysterical saying something was terribly wrong with her car. She got home and explained the entire dash board lit up and then the car lost acceleration on the freeway. The speed went from 75 to 20 without her doing it. After several attempts to figure out what was wrong (JD said nothing was wrong with the car), I took it to a well known repair shop recommended by a former GM mechanic. They informed us (this is only 4 months after we purchased the car) the car had been in a major accident and the wire were burnt.

    So, we went back to the dealership and this time I demanded the car be given a full and complete diagnostic because now we smell it burning. It was sent to a certified Jeep dealership where after about a 2 week period, the car was constantly tested and we learned the car had been certified as unsafe. The car should never have been sold to us. Mind you, $700 was charged for two weeks of diagnostic work. The estimate to repair the car was in the thousands.

    So, as is right I wanted the car replaced. They replaced it and then I realized that the new car had what felt like a transmission issue. Turned out it was a sensor. They repaired that but this is the rub, they burned out more than half a tank of the gas that was in the car. When my daughter picked it up, she didn't look at the gauge and was stuck on the freeway. After going back up there and demanding they replace her gas, they told me, "Not my problem - you have to pay for something." WTF!!! When I went to get the new car, they kept telling me that they were doing me a favor. I told them, "No, you are not, you are crooked and dishonest. You are replacing the car because you know I have grounds to sue your butts. I am so damn tired of that place.

    Went to J.D. Byrider and bought a van. Drive it for one month and a half, when the transmission went out. Called dealer. They made me pay for the tow truck and also had to pay for a rental vehicle for three weeks which was 1060.00 plus had to make the two payments of 250 each. Got the van back and got sick. Could not make the one payment and they came and repoed the van after promising to work with me. Please stay away from J.D. Byrider. They are thieves and liars.

    A day after writing to New Jersey 12 and Help Me Howard I was contacted by J.D. Byrider of Old Bridge to come in and fix my car out of the blue. Then I was confronted by someone who represented the company and was promised a brand new vehicle! I was told to wait a day so the new car could go under inspection and that all would be taken care of if I took all my posts down. Well my gut told me to screenshot what I wrote. Thank god I did because when I went to get the new car I was pretty much laughed at and was given the same old car back.

    They claimed nothing was wrong again! And that they did a tune up. I asked what happened and why did they lie about the new car and they laughed and said I couldn't prove anything was wrong so they don't care. I have witnesses from the scene where my car wouldn't accelerate with my son in it and they didn't care. They said I couldn't prove the car was messed up and to have a good time trying to prove it. Someone please help me!

    Bought my first lemon in 2009. I was only 2 payments away from pay off when the engine seized. I call JD, explained my situation. They recommend I sell it back and get a new car so I did. I paid the new lemon religiously until I had financial hardship i.e. separation, single parent, low income and no support. They called along with the typical "B" rated comments. You can't refinance through JD and no other company will because the car will be too old and high mileage so I was stuck. I was force to chose rent or car so I had to play tag with my bills.

    It's now tax season. I told my account representative that I am paying it off when I get my taxes. She didn't care. So in January I had to pay rent or face eviction so I did. I got tired of repeating myself to focused collectors so I would call once in a while and remind them the payments are late but the next is coming. Thursday 2/4/16 I went out to take my kids to school and the car was gone. I called JD thinking it was stolen, they said they repossessed. The balance owed was only 500 i.e. 2 biweekly payments.

    The repo process to reclaim is ridiculous. It took 10+ representatives and management 3-5 days to get it back. Thank God I record my calls or I would still be going through this. This process was literally like a hostage negotiation. Lol. So I'm about to pay it off with my tax return after this review, 4100 just to get rid of this disgusting company for good.

    As I was trying to get this car refinanced, a Broker told me that any car dealer will finance me so please shop around first don't be lured in on bologna claims of help. Both my cars were lemons. I believe JD uses cheap parts then charge high price to get more money because almost all these reviews and from people I talked to say they had issues straight off the lot. Plus unless you have secure income, don't do it. They don't care. My car had 102000 when I got it. I paid 164.47 every 2 weeks. Purchase price was 12891 plus other fees and tax. The finance charge was 19%, it's a simple loan calculated daily. Total for a car that is 11 years old, high mileage, issues is 17000 plus. PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. DON'T DO IT. RUN DON'T WALK EVEN THOUGH WALKING IS BETTER. GOOD LUCK.

    Ok I purchased a vehicle from their location in Joliet, IL last October. When I first went there I filled out the app, spoke to the financial manager and their bank. Ok so I get approved and basically picked out the car that I wanted which was a pretty nice car. Now first of all I drive trucks and get paid every week $700+. I always I mean always made every payment on time including my insurance.

    So in December I had lost my job due to the fact that things slowed up but managed to pay my car note making a sacrifice of not even giving my kids the Christmas that I usually give them every year. I mean don't get me wrong I was still able to get them the bare necessities but not what they're accustomed to thinking that I was doing the right thing as far as paying my note and insurance. So mind you I paid for the month of December but due to the holiday my first payment for January was due December 31. I'm like wtf. At this time I'm vigorously seeking employment to try and come up with the money.

    In the meanwhile they steady calling family members every reference I put down saying that I'm over 30 days late Smh. Keep in mind I made my last payment December 24 and at this time it's only the first week of January. So I finally answered their calls when I found a job and they stated that whenever I get the money to come in bring proof of insurance check stubs, proof of residence and my payment and we would be able to work everything out WRONG these creeps waited to.

    I made a payment January 23rd which is when I came in their office. Monday come rolling by I get a disturbing call from my girlfriend saying that they had came and repossessed the car after they specifically told me that the bank WOULD NOT TAKE A PAYMENT if they had NO intention of keeping me in that car so basically these mtfs took my hard earned money and the car back smh. Then I called up there and the jerk who I sat down with stated that he overlooked the fact that I was two payments behind and takes full responsibility for what happened. If that was the case it should give me my ** money back.

    To add insult to injury I was told that I have to pay $75 to get my belongings out and if I planned on attempting to try and get the car back it would be $350 for the tow $75 to get my belongings out before I would even be able to get the car plus $185 of the remaking balance I owe for this month amongst other miscellaneous fees not to mention $185 on the 12 of February and $300 on the 26th of February.

    What they did to me was wrong on so many levels and I'm going to seek legal action. Come to find out the car was on the repossession list the day after I didn't make the payment smh but came to their office several times and NOBODY SAID NOTHING ABOUT IT. It's mind boggling. How they are doing people and they better be lucky. I'm the same person I used to be a few years back because it would have gotten REAL UGLY REAL FAST but thank god I'm gainfully employed again plus tax season is here so I will have another car in no time. If you're considering deal with these criminals expect to get ** REAL HARD WITH NO VASELINE!!!

    No less than a week after purchasing my vehicle, the engine freezed and it had to be completely replaced. After being told it would take 2-3 days to fix, I had to obtain a rental car, which I paid for out of pocket. Two weeks later the car is finished, I'm reimbursed my rental money (which could have been a few hundred dollars less if it was reserved by the week instead of day). Every single time a payment is due I receive 2-3 phone calls, the day of my payment to my cell and job.

    I feel its borderline harassment especially since the payment is not considered late until the next day. It is also completely unprofessional and unnecessary to call a persons job about a payment that is not even considered late yet. I will never recommend anyone to purchase from this company, and will be more than happy to end the business I have with them. A rinky dink buy here pay here conducts themselves better and I would prefer them over J D Byrider and CNAC any day.

    I purchased a car from J.D. Byrider cause I needed to keep my job and had poor credit after losing my job during the recession where I was laid off. I thought 3 years and I can rebuild my credit and they've repaired my vehicle when needed so that's been ok. My vehicle was stolen but has since been found. It was during this time that I learned their true character as they only cared about the payment and that was all. I am blown away at the way the situation was handled and have a total lack of respect for the company. I'm at a loss for words.

    I bought a 2010 Chevrolet Impala. I have had the same problem ever since I had the car with the engine overheating. I've brought the car to J.D Byrider shop at least 15 times already within 2 months. I would recommend no one come here to get a car at the Greenville location. This is a very poor business. I WILL NEVER COME BACK.

    I needed a vehicle to go to and from work, a round trip of 100 miles per workday. My credit was not the best after suffering a heart attack and I had medical bills I could not afford to pay. I saw a J.D. Byrider ad in the paper and paid them a visit. I knew that the interest rate would be high, but with few other options I purchased a 2003 Ford Taurus from them. During the paperwork process, my wife and I were in a room and kept being told to look at the camera mounted on the opposite side. We knew this whole process was being recorded. I felt more like a criminal than a paying customer. That experience aside, a few other items with the car cropped up almost immediately.

    The first thing I noticed when I got the vehicle home, was that there were 3 different brands of tires on the car. The front two were much larger than the rear. The rear tires were each of a different brand. Called J.D. Byrider about the issue and they just laughed it off. Some customer service! The next item was after 1 week the check engine light came on. Had it checked and it was an oxygen sensor. Take the car to Byrider to fix. Not a chance. They cannot even put the right size or brand match tires on a car. I have had the vehicle for 3 years now. During that time I must say that the car's engine and transmission have been fine. It is everything else. The car was obviously driven in the northern states for a lot of its life where salt is used on the roads in winter. Within a month after purchase the paint on the left rear quarter panel and under the left hand rear door started bubbling up. Corrosion.

    Today there is a hole under the door where the metal has completely rotted away. The right rear axle sings to me and there is a power steering leak that has gone on for nearly 2 years. Cheaper to just keep adding fluid. The car is not worth even close to a grand. To say that J.D. Byrider is a rip-off is putting it mildly. I can tell you that when it comes to deducting payment from my checking account they are "Faster Than A Speeding Bullet". However I have NEVER received a statement from them giving me an account balance or payoff amount. When my debit card was lost and a new one issued with a new number, CNAC whoever they are, was "Johnny On The Spot" to contact me saying they could not access payment.

    Needless to say I would not recommend J.D. Byrider to my worst enemy. How these people are still in business is beyond me. Their business practices are the worst I have ever come across. They buy marginal vehicles, give them a spit and polish and sell them to an unsuspecting public for outrageous prices. Byrider needs to be investigated and shut down. A multiple point inspection on their vehicle? Doubtful. Maybe they do not train their people in tire sizes! I plan to pay the last of my payments and when the car dies have a wrecking yard come and retrieve it. Buyer beware of J.D. Byrider. As close to legal loan sharking as you can get!

    Talked to a rep on the phone yesterday and told him before I waste anyone's time I am looking for a SUV or AWD vehicle because I work in the nursing field and I have to get to work no matter the weather. He assured me they had some on the lot and to come in. I drove 30 minutes to get there and 2 hours of paper work for them to tell me they have only 1 SUV. He began to tell me since my credit is not that great I really should take what I can get and that was the only SUV on the lot. I felt like they where pushing me into a vehicle that I did not want to purchase. Once I told them I was not purchasing that vehicle they dismissed like my money isn't green.

    Bought a car in 2015 with 2014 open recall that they did not satisfy. I was in car accident that totaled my car and airbags did not deploy due to another defect which they did not repair before selling. The defect regarding airbags was due to bad ignition switch. Have a case opened with GM which is being investigated. They had put a brand new inspection sticker on the car which clearly was not safe for selling. Now my insurance sent their money and I get a threatening letter that they want their money. This place needs to be shut down as I have called 7 on your side... GM and an attorney. My car should have never been on the lot. This is a very serious situation and I do not anyone else to go through this. Driving a defective car can cost someone their life. They need to be shut down. This is in Winchester, VA.

    So I had went to J.D. Byrider to get me a car. I am a working mother of 2 at the time I decided to go through them. Everything was well as me being 20 at the time. I have been working as for making payments and they did understand. When hard time come about, they repossess my car like 2 times. So to give a update of now I'm clearly done with these people. My total of my vehicle was 13,500 and now I'll owe 1,820.47. Yet tax time I'm full paying it off. I was pregnant last year and had my child in November. Now I'm back to going to work and these fools. Trying to take it back cause I still should be making a payment. I was on maternity leave and I was telling them that I was going to succeed to make a total payment around my tax time. They basically trying to fight me for it. I definitely getting my attorney involved and suing them cause I didn't was my money and don't got time for the mess.

    I originally went to a dealership who had pre-approved me only to find out an hour later they could not finance me, which is fine because I take complete responsibility for my credit. However the waste of time these places allow is ridiculous. They must think that by getting you to come in you can miraculously come up with more money or a consignor on the spot. Back to the review of JD Byrider - I was sent here after the dealership. The salesman I talked to was like any salesman, a liar. Telling me my information would be reviewed by the "bank" that was on the premises. A banjos hardly what I would call them.

    The salesman told me they would come and ask a few questions, nothing detailed or anything to worry about. Well, the "banker" came out with her long fake nails and asked me questions for more than 30 minutes. The questions were incredibly judgmental. She left and came back twice with an "underwriter". I guess I wasn't prepared for the interrogation and fine-toothed combing of my credit. I am not desperate for a car so unless you are extremely desperate I would save yourself the time and ridicule and avoid this establishment.

    I test drove the best vehicle they could offer me, a drive I took alone by the way, and knew immediately this was the wrong choice. All cars are over 100,000 miles and they don't even tell you the price before throwing you in the car. Again, if you are really extremely desperate and have no other options I guess this would be the place for you. When I bought a brand new car 3 years ago I wasn't asked half of the questions they did. Such as "why did so and so run your credit on this date?" and "why were you out of work?" They also for 12 references which is more or less to solicit these people. I am so glad I took that piece of paper with me and am hoping they do not use my personal information in any way.
