Tours4Fun had a lot of variety and a little more things one can do. We went on one of those four-wheelers and then we stopped and did gun shooting. It was interesting ‘cause I never shot a gun in my life before. We took on this handgun and there was this big one they took back and we shot it. I'd probably use Tours4Fun again and I would tell a friend to look into them. The online purchasing was easy as well. And when we had a problem with one of their charge, they took care of it. It was over the phone and the representative worked it out really well.

It has been unpleasant experience dealing with this tour company starting from misleading and confusing information on their website and the price keep changing. Basically we just try to buy tours package through them and part of the tour has seperate fee to it and it kept changing from some fee including and the next day they excluded and keep adding extra charge and fee started from $47 extra and kept adding to $75. I felt like it’s scammed even the tour guide said they are lied to you, I know one of the them are lying but can’t figure it out who or maybe they both in the scamming business together. Just beware of using their services.

I went on a Western European Tour for five days through Tours4Fun. I liked that I was able go to a lot of places. Plus it was much cheaper for me. It was very wonderful because I always would like to see the tulips. I enjoy those things. It was fun and educational too. I learned a lot and I like the tours that I got and I would like to do it again. In fact, I’m going to do it again this summer. I’m going to go to Canada. I highly recommend it to my friends, that they go on the tours.

I had a terrible experience with Tours4Fun. It was my sister's birthday and we were looking up tours. We wanted to go to what they advertised as a cenote, where you could swim and snorkel. Then we wanted to go to the Coba archaeological site, and Tours4Fun also advertised the Mayan River. I googled the Mayan River, and it was supposed to be a really pretty beach. At the tour group, I asked when were we going to the Mayan river, and I was told that we were not going there. We were driving on it. Then we went to the Coba, which was cool. Then we went to the cenote, and I said that it was not the cenote that I remember was advertised. I was told that that was it. I took pictures because I was like, "This isn't right. This is not what I paid for." And they were like, "Nope, this is the one." They didn't even know what I was talking about.
When I called and complained, Tours4Fun told me that maybe the tour group didn't take us there due to weather. I'm like, "Shouldn't they let me know that? They didn't say anything." I tried to get my money back, but no one was cooperating and I just finally gave up. It was more of a hassle to get a hold of people. Tours4Fun was like, "We can't get a hold of them." I'm like, "What kind of company do you run?" I was trying to resolve this for months. It happened in May, and it went on into September. I was really pissed off about that. Tours4Fun is terrible at customer service. They never got back to me and I kept having to call. It was the worst experience.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. Our records show that our customer service has already assisted you with your post tour concerns and a partial refund was provided on 07/10/17.

I got more points through Tours4Fun and purchasing online wasn't bad. However, there were a few things that were a bit confusing, like being told that you had to wait until you got your ticket to make sure that it was guaranteed and also where to go exactly to meet up. We did the cocktail tour and that was pretty fun. The tour guide was really entertaining so I enjoyed going through her. We did the cemetery tour as well but I wasn't as enthused with it. And then, we did the ghost tour and that was neat. I wouldn't mind using Tours4Fun again when we go to another city on a vacation like that because it's a nice way to see different things in town. They're a good company to use and they're fairly reasonable on price.

We wanted hotel upgrade package with one night each in Banff, Lake Louise and Jasper. We were advised that would only be possible on tours departing on Thursdays. So, Our group itinerary for Canadian Rockies tour had been changed based on advice of customer service. We changed our flight reservations. Later, they insisted on huge additional surcharge along with upgrade fee to confirm the reservation and sadly, we had to let go the hotel upgrade option. Every time I called them, it was a different person to deal with and a big headache to maintain continuity of conversations.
Thank you for taking your time to write about your reservation made with Tours4fun. We are sorry to hear that your reservation experience was not as you had expected. Hotel upgrade prices are based on availability and we do not see any date changes on your reservation. We will have one of our customer service representatives contact you for further assistance.

I requested a booking per availability shown on their website. Then they email me, "Are you willing to pay additional $$." I authorized since I was in tour mood. Then a local agent calls me and tells me that booking is unavailable for the date I want so can you go two days later and tells me to call the Tours4Fun and ask them to change the date. Now they ask me to pay surcharge for change of date???
We are sorry to hear your disappointment with the reservation process with Tours4Fun. Prices for most of our packages stay fairly fixed, but for our Hawaiian tour packages, prices tend to vary more based on availability primarily due to changing hotel rates and the cost of inter island flights. Orders placed for reservations online will not guarantee confirmation, and if space closes out as we are processing reservations, we will immediately offer alternative tours, or the next available departure date the tour has available space for.

Tours4Fun had some good specials. They had little packages for things to go see. Basically, we only did the plane ride. But for some reason, I had a hard time purchasing online. I could sign to other deals, but it took me a while to search for the same one. It had taken a little time. Nevertheless, I liked the Grand Canyon West Rim, the Scenic Airplane Tour. The experience was really neat. We’re planning to go back someday, and when we go back, we're looking at those helicopters and get the three seats across the front to get a clear view. Also, we’re going to Mt. Rushmore and the Badlands this year. I’ll look that up and see if Tours4Fun have some tours.

I booked a tour last year from Tours4Fun. I looked at the detail and it matched what we were looking for. Our Upper Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend Tour were really good. I really enjoyed it. The local guide was cool. But the guy that picked us up at the hotel, the one who’s driving us all day, did not give enough informative detail about when we’re gonna arrive at the destination or the destination detail. But it was not a bad experience.

Do not book with them!!! It's a ripoff!!! First there were issues with booking my trip. Then they forgot to pick me up. I phoned the emergency number, a Chinese woman with bad English picks up. After half an hour she sends me to a different spot in the city to meet the tour guide. Turns out he was the guide for the WRONG tour! He sent me by Uber to meet a driver! No idea if it was the correct bus seeing as no one spoke ENGLISH!!! After that I was transferred to a different bus, with no lunch stops! I ate at 7 am and got to my location at 11.30 pm starving and in a bad mood! No guide to meet me, no confirmation what time the bus leaves the next morning! Can’t really call this a guided tour as you go from point A to B, that's a bus service! A tour has several stops and information. Here on this apparently All Chinese tour they just ask for money, money, money!
I contacted Tours4Fun and they say I can leave the tour but I won't get a refund or compensation!!! Come on. If you promote a tour as Chinese/English I expect them to be able to speak English!!! Also the tour I booked (information on their site) does not match the actual product. Pure LIES! Turns out Tours4Fun just wants your money, that's the only part of this tour that went smoothly, MY payment!!! They should so leave the FUN out of their company name. Nothing is fun about this crappy tour!!!
We are sorry to hear that the service provided on your tour was not to your satisfaction. We have shared this information with the tour operator to allow them to gain some insight as to where they can improve their services in the future.

One of my friends told me about the Tours4Fun website and we purchased a tour from them online. Their customer service was amazing. We went to the Upper Antelope Canyon last year and it was amazing. It was bumpy there and I really liked the four-wheeler vehicles we used. And we were with kids and senior citizens. We enjoyed a lot there and we love that place a lot. It was a good experience. Maybe next year, we will definitely go with my parents.

I did online searches for Grand Canyon trip and I purchased a helicopter trip that would pick us up. But I might have misread it because on the day, it was just a bus pick-up. It would have been okay if the actual tour turned out fine but the bus that we got was horrible. So I would never use Tours4Fun again. What we went on was one of those Chinese tour buses. They were late itself with the pick-up in the morning and then they proceeded to hurry us onto the bus when we were trying to get in, even trying to push us to go get our seats. They wouldn’t even wait for us to sit down before they started moving the bus.
The schedule was tight and my elderly parents were having problems even just walking to the bus ‘cause they wouldn’t even stop to let us sit down. I told the actual tour lady but at times I couldn’t understand her ‘cause she was Chinese. It might work better for the Chinese people because I did not catch a lot of the explanations because of the thick accent. The bus eventually got us there, but the experience was terrible on the bus.
Different people would have different experiences depending on the tour bus that was chosen for them at that point and maybe we happened to get the wrong tour bus. For us, it was a waste of money. Tours4Fun should communicate to the people buying the ticket that the package is a Chinese tour bus and they may not to go in this because it may not be a fit for them. They need to be more open and honest about what to expect in terms of who’s going to picking up and what local tour guide that they would be using.
Thank you for your review and we are sorry to hear that your tour experience was not as you had expected. We will have one of our customer service representatives contact you for further assistance.

I just Googled tours and I looked at the different ones that seemed to have the best deal. I got Tours4Fun and it was really easy to navigate their website. Tours4Fun was okay for the price and what we were trying to get out of it. But I have a lot of trouble walking. I have a bad back. So I should have done something more to facilitate so I could've gone do a little more. I probably have to ask for that and I didn't ask anything. Or if there's a thing that would say that we have handicapped-accessible things that'll probably be good. But the bus driver was really a nice guy. The bus was clean and there were very nice people that were on the bus with us. We would probably look at them again if we go somewhere. Everything went real smooth.

I've been using Tours4Fun for four years already and I like it. My husband told me about it when we went to Cuba last year. However, that time we picked a one-to-one feature but they put us in a bigger bus. Also, when we went there, there was nobody to tell us what time they were going to come pick us up. So, we had to guess and nobody knew it at the counter in the hotel and their website. But the online purchase was very good. I talked to customer service last time 'cause we had an issue, and though they could not do anything, they seemed helpful and courteous. I would definitely use them again.

Our trip was scheduled for Saturday but our flight got delayed. We thought that we would not get our refund back or we won’t be able to reschedule, but that entire process went smoothly. We had to reschedule it to Sunday and people were available on call. They did all the work for us overnight. There was some $25 rescheduling fee per person. But we could actually go ahead and enjoy it, and the Grand Canyon west rim helicopter tour was a good experience.

Visiting from France this three day Los Angeles San Francisco tour seemed to be a interesting tour, but the tour started with a unfortunate highway landslide in Santa Barbara due to which this stop was cancelled which one can understand. Arriving at the Bird Rock the first day of the tour the bus broke down and needed a new battery, and all the passengers stayed stranded for four hours until the bus driver and the tour guide Weslee managed themselves to get a new battery as the company provided no assistance at all. Above all when the bus got fixed there was no excuse at all till the third day and of course no one had dinner or something to eat that day. At least the staff should have been trained to handle such situations. So because of this I would not recommend this company at all who has still not answered to my complaint for a partial refund as I paid a 50% extra fare being a single.
We are sorry to hear that your experience on the tour was not as you had expected. Note that the single fare is higher than the double per person fare as a single traveler generally bares the entire cost of the rooms booked for tour accommodations. We will have someone from our customer service team contact you as soon as possible.

They also seemed to have the better tour options out of all the other places that I have seen and they were advertised as well, so they were the first thing that caught my attention. When I purchased the tours from them, I did it online, which wasn't difficult, then they sent me information so that I could print it out before I got there with well enough time. So, I took care of that at the hotel once I arrived and everything was smooth sailing.

They didn’t tell us anything about the flora or fauna and it was terrible. Plus, the person didn’t even know where the inside bathroom was on the second tour that we took for the lower loop and we had to tell him.
Then on our last tour, we stopped at the Old Faithful and one couple got separated. The tour people had to wait for them and they were so pissed because they had another obligation that they wanted to do. So, they never said a word all the way back to the Old Faithful to Yellowstone to West Yellowstone. Today I have met a very upsetting situation. I have prebook my tour 5 months from now 4 days ago, just to find that they change the price significantly and promote as 'book before 1 Jan and get 15% discounted'. I was charged 1280 instead of now price 1088 USD. When I contact them, the support blankly refuse any help. The only sentence they are able to write me is "I'm sorry to hear that" then follow by "Anything else I can help you with?" I asked them, "Don't you find funny that if I cancel my reservation right now, I'm still get 1152 USD back, then even if I rebook it would only cost 1088 USD. I still save more than 64 USD left." This is their staff reply to me: "That would not be advisable".
I asked to attend my rights by what their website say, I'm booking the tour before 1 Jan as well, thus this rate is what I should get. It's clearly state on website "Enjoy 15% off if you book by Jan-01, 2018". Furthermore, the website clearly states that the e-ticket will be send with Tour service provider when reservation confirm. Right now, in my account, if I click on e-ticket, nothing appear, it's not even there yet - "No E-Tickets Found!". No information of who is the tour operator provided of any kind. And when I asked to contact tour operator directly and the answer is "That would not be advisable" again. It's like they copy and paste their answer to save trouble from typing and not willing to type anything else except those.
I felt cheated and angry at no one from their side are even keen to help. All they do is said "I'm sorry, anything else I can help you with?" With meaningless action. So I'm decide to take a matter, I have filed report with the local police, then my bank to refuse the payment already. After the matter is done, the next solution will be contact State of California Department of Justice, with XAVIER BECERRA Attorney General to attend this incident. I'm advise anyone who are prepare to book the tour to prepare that you might met some issue about this kind of things. Further below my comment there are a few regards to the money as well.

Tours4Fun had the tour that met what we wanted to do and the time we wanted to do it for the price that we were willing to pay for four of us. Purchasing online was relatively straightforward. It was easy to choose the date and they also have English or French language as options. As far as the tour itself, it was a full day tour of Barcelona. We met at a meeting site and they put us on a bus and gave us an overview of the City of Barcelona. We went out to the Art Museum highest on the hills so we’ve had a view over the entire city. We had ample time at each stop for picture taking and exploring. Our guide did a fabulous job. He knew so much about everything that we were seeing and he was able to answer questions.
They took us up above the city and let us take pictures. We got back in the little bus and then we drove through the city to our next stop. The tour guide pointed out points of interests and historical sites along the way. He talked to us about the architecture because Barcelona has such amazingly unique architecture. Every place we went, we were given ample time for whatever we wanted to see.
Around lunchtime, we went to the very old core of Barcelona, the original city area. He gave us a fabulous walking tour through that. He left us on our own for lunch. He was very visible for where can we come back and we never had to wonder where our tour guide was. We went to Park Guell and we had tickets that allowed us to go in. He could not take us on the tour but we had time tickets. He gave us a time to come back so we were able to see that park at our leisure. When we came back, we went to the Pedrera, and we also had a tour there and that’s where our guide left us.
It didn’t feel like the whole day. Sometimes you get on those tours and you’re like “Oh my Gosh, let me out.” We were almost disappointed when the day was over. The guide was personable. Sometimes you get guides that really ought to choose something else to do their profession but this guide he knew so much about everything. I don’t think English was his first language but he was very easy to understand and he did a great job of keeping us together; not letting anyone get lost. It was just a really great tour.

It was raining and snowing there so we went a bit far. When we came back, everyone has already left, including the driver. It was our mistake that we were late, but he came twice to pick us up and he didn't leave us.
The Grand Canyon itself was amazing and so grand. If you're up to it, you can go on a hike down at the bottom. That's a fun three-day thing that’s also tiring but you can go on horseback, too. Tours4Fun is a new company I’ve used and have dealt with the first time. There were some good things about them and some things that I didn’t expect. I booked the tour from their company and they subcontracted it up to another company. Sometimes, when that happens, you don’t know what to expect unless you try them yourself. There’s always a room for improvement, and one improvement could depend on the tour director itself.
When we went on a tour in Spain, it was nice, communication was very good and I enjoyed it. But when we went to Morocco, it was a little different since it was a different country we were dealing with. The expectation was down a bit as the communication wasn’t much of an impact on those visitors. They expected us to look at things, buy, and pressured us when we were in Morocco. So, it depends on the tour on which we were going. Tours4Fun's drawback was having more open communication which they need. That's very important so we know what to expect from our tour. I didn’t have any major issue though so so I would still book with them again. Overall, it was very satisfying. I enjoyed visiting the places and getting the information from the director.

I did a web search for tours and of the 4 different companies that came up, Tours4Fun seemed to have the best combination of cost and route. It was also a bus tour as opposed to a drive-yourself, which some of the others were. I purchased a 10-day Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island tour package and the online purchasing process was pretty straightforward. There was the issue of a single supplement as usual, but when I contacted Tours4Fun, I got the answer on that and then moved forward from there. After I started the trip, I had to call their customer service a couple of times. The only problem I had was that I didn’t learn until fairly late in the game that Tours4Fun wasn’t actually the ones running the tour. It was a local outfit.
Also, I never received the package from the actual tour operator that I should have gotten before the trip started. When I mentioned this to the tour guide right in the middle of the trip, she said, “Well, we'll try to get one to you." So, the tour company sent the package to my home in the middle of the tour. Although this wasn’t Tours4Fun's fault, something still went wrong there so I didn’t get the package. The tour was great though. I picked it because of the real length and it included the places I wanted to go to. We had a good guide and a good group of people. I was very happy with everything -- the guide, itinerary, sights, and hotels. If Tours4Fun offers a tour where I want to go, I’d be happy to use them again.

During my online purchase with Tours4Fun, I had some issues. I was using my second middle name which isn't used in the U.S. where only the first and last names are used. But everything came out to be good in the end. For my trip with them from Rome to Zurich, that went really well. The driver was really honest and my tour guide was amazing too. I had so much fun from the beginning to the very end. I'm so in love with Tours4Fun that I'll most likely be planning my next trip with them.

My only grief is I that wanted to take some photos of the Grand Canyon but you can’t really see it unless you pay for a ticket to get there. It was very frustrating. I would still recommend to a friend who wants to go there, but I'm somewhat dissatisfied with my experience.

Wish to bring to your attention that this Tour Company should not be operating for they don't fulfill their obligations and their service/product is unethical. We were disappointed with the tour for the following reasons: After making our payment, I received an email informing me that it was a tour for Asians. Bit late to let me know, after I paid. Not happy to start trip... No FUN. The office doesn't communicate with the tour guide as we received our confirmation email telling us to meet the tour guide at Seattle airport, Baggage Claim No 1. After waiting for over 2 hours we contacted the office and they informed us he was waiting for us at Door 6. Not happy... No FUN.
Bus had a mechanical failure (brake faulty) so our first day to Yellowstone did not eventuate and we were left spending 5 hours in the car park waiting for another bus. Would you call that FUN? The next day to see the sights of Yellowstone was rushed, rushed so we didn't see Yellowstone in 2 days (as advertised) but in 1 day only! Plus we didn't get to our hotel until 1:00 am. Less sleep and nooo FUN. Consequently, this tour was stressful, not funny and no fun at all. My recommendation is DO NOT BOOK for any of their tours for it is not worth the time, money, frustration and stress.

I like the tour that Tours4Fun had and it was fun. We spent a lot of good times in Rome so the trip was good. The only problem that we had were the hotels in Florence and Venice. One of them had a very dirty carpet while the other one didn’t have AC. Even though they said that the AC was functioning, it wasn't so it was a tough night because it was so hot that night. But the tour guy was very nice and good. He explained to us a lot of things. Overall I would probably book my next trip with Tours4Fun if they have something in Asia.

I was looking for a tour leaving New York City then going to Niagara Falls when I found Tours4Fun online. Their cost and the trip itself sounded like the one I was looking for. Purchasing online was fairly easy to do, although, I was a little confused by some of the description and I ended up booking the wrong tour. I caught it as soon as I had paid for it and called Tours4Fun. They corrected it for me immediately and didn’t try to upsell or downsell me.
I saw wonderful things on the trip and the places they took us to see stuff were perfect. I enjoyed the stop at the Thousand Island, which is some place that I didn’t even know existed. However, some of the places we stopped for food were not up to my usual places. The hotel that they booked for us in Niagara Falls was bad and not high enough level. I came back home and wanted to see if I just missed a tour that would have given me higher possibilities in the hotels and I couldn’t find one. I don’t know if this is normal but I would have booked a little bit more upscale had I known the hotel in Niagara was going to be what it was.

I was browsing online to see vacation spots and then I found Tours4Fun. I called up and their prices were reasonable. In terms of the vacation and the cost, it was very much worth it. A lot of other sites were very expensive. So I booked with them and I was able to get on the tour. And whenever I called, people answered the phone. They have been very helpful. In fact, at one point, I wasn't getting emails confirming my exact hotel. I got a listing of the hotels we'd be staying at but it wasn't definite. So I called and they told me that they don't confirm until a couple of days before the tour. But they sent me an email so everything was fine.
My 7-day trip from Rome to Zurich was awesome! We had a good time. The tour guide was great. Her name is Kara and it was Europamundo who took us around there. The only problem I had was when we stayed at a hotel outside of Venice. It was crappy. I could barely fit in the shower, it was like a little cup thing and it's not even a tub. And the water was actually dripping at one point. I was in the shower washing my hair and I got no water at all.
But generally, everything was fine. I wasn't even expecting to go to some of the cities like Zurich, which was a very pleasant surprise. We also went to Verona, which was not on our list. In Zurich, we went to Interlaken and Grindelwald, driving through the Swiss Alps and it was really really awesome. We got to see at least eight cities in that short time. So I would book with Tours4Fun again, and if I do, I plan on using Europamundo. I'm also hoping to get Kara again. Overall, it was great. I even recommended Tours4Fun to my cousin because she wants to go to Peru and they have a tour going to Machu Picchu.

I had booked this tour for my parents and their friends. They are not very happy with the tour and tour guide. The itinerary was hectic. The tour guide almost forced them to buy tickets for the shows they were not interested in. He also didn’t allow them to buy tickets for the tours that were not offered by Tours4Fun such as helicopter ride. They really wanted to do the helicopter ride and had enough time to be able to do it in the morning but the tour guide was very non-cooperative to help them be able to do so by skipping some of the experiences you were offering. He Kept insisting to buy the tours you offered instead of helicopter ride.
He did not even guide them where to buy tickets to helicopter ride were and lied that they are not operating. My parents later figured their ticket booth was very close and the helicopter rides were very much in operation at that time. They had no interest in watching movie and fort etc and wanted to do the helicopter ride instead. They couldn’t do it because money because of complete money-making mindset if your tour guide instead of a supportive one. Even the bus driver was very rude. The way he gave instructions could have been more nicer and welcoming. We will not be using you again or recommending to others. Very disappointed.

My 12-Day Classic Spain Tour with Lisbon through Tours4Fun was a tragedy. It was my third time using them but what they did to me was bad. I booked a tour by myself so I paid an expensive price. Then I booked another one which was for another four days and which I was to go to once I finish with the 12-day tour. I got to Europe and when I got to Madrid, that’s where we started. When the tour people came, they told us that the bus was a new one so they don’t have Wi-Fi in it. People can’t reach you and you can’t do anything.
We finished it in Frankfurt and I booked a flight from Frankfurt to go to Budapest because that was where the next tour was going to begin with. I wanted to exchange some money, but I wasn’t sure how many I will spend a day in Budapest before we leave to go to our other places. So I called Tours4Fun, and they told me that my trip had been cancelled. They said they couldn’t reach me because they needed my passport information. They said they sent me an email but I didn’t see any of that email until that day when I went to the hotel. If they were not able reach me by phone or by email, they could have told the tour guide or the bus driver, but they didn’t do that. They didn’t call or try to find somebody to give me the message. And the only thing that they needed was my passport number, which they already had for my first trip.
I didn't know anybody in Budapest and even if I wanted to leave Budapest, there was no flight leaving. The next place that I was going to go was Prague so I told them I’ll just go to Prague. I was crying and I begged them but they said the bus was full and I cannot get on it. That morning, I went to where the bus was meeting to see if it was true that the bus was full. The bus had so many seats and there was plenty of room. So I told the tour guide the situation and he told me, "Let’s go. I’ll just call them and have them charge you again." What Tours4Fun put me through was stressful. It was a horrible experience and they ruined that portion of my trip. Nobody wrote me a letter saying they were sorry. They were just plain rude. I was on a tour for $2,500 and that was how I got treated. Tours4Fun abandoned me and really broke my heart.

I searched online for a travel site and debated between Tours4Fun and TourRadar. TourRadar had a better graphical interface because they included stuff that Tours4Fun didn't include. For example, they have an actual PDF brochure of the tour which they got from Travel Couture and they also had vaccination preferences. So I looked at TourRadar for most of the information, but I ended up booking at Tours4Fun because they had a better price. I like the hotels, transportation, and everything in my trip but the biggest problem I had was the language barrier.
One thing that was very misleading on the website was that it said that you get a bilingual tour guide, which was true, but most of the tour guides barely knew English and it was really bad, as in they had a bad accent. And that made me really mad. Why then were they hired to be a bilingual tour guide if their English is not good? It's not fair for us who were paying the full price. While most of them spoke Spanish really well, their English was so poor to the point where we couldn't understand half of the things they were saying. I remember reaching out to Tours4Fun before to make sure their tour guides know very good English and they said they do, but that wasn't the case. So the next time I go to Spain or even Morocco, I am going to make sure that my tour guide only speaks English because it was very hard with the language barrier. Nevertheless, Tours4Fun was easy, economical, and simple.

Pricewise it worked very well for us and we happen to be the only two on the shuttle, so we could ask him anything we wanted. Tours4Fun was very good to work with. I found Tours4Fun on the internet and learned that they’re affiliated with Rabbie’s Travel which I had used when I was in Scotland and England last summer. Our purchasing experience with Tours4Fun was really good and was easily. I have used other travel agencies before. I had to talk to somebody about it and negotiate with them. But with Tours4Fun, it was easy to sign up for the tour. Everything was online so I just plugged in what I wanted. Only once did I contact their customer service representative and that was when I was in Ireland. I had to tell them I got a notice that I was supposed to call and let them know I was going to be on the tour the next day. They wrote me back and told me not to worry about it.
The tour took about a week and a half throughout Ireland and we stayed in B & B's. It was in a 17-person minibus where the bus driver was also the tour guide. While the B & B's were really nice, I'm a 63-year-old woman who had to carry my bag up one to three flights of stairs every place we stayed which I really hate. I wouldn't do that again. The other negative thing about the trip was that I didn't get as much information like when I went with Rabbie's Travel where every director or leader of the group was incredibly knowledgeable on everything like botany, geography or culture. On this trip, I had three different tour directors and none of them did that. They gave a little bit of history and then asked if we had questions. I was really disappointed because in Scotland they've all been really chatty that I just couldn't shut them up. And every one of them had been like that. So I presumed they would be like that in Ireland too.
But still, I had a good time and it was a great tour. I traveled with three different groups of people and the groups rotated in over time wherein some people would leave and then new ones would come in. And they were so lovely. Also, the directors were incredibly flexible and very easy going. Whatever we wanted, they tried to make that happen for us. They were wonderful and couldn't have been more gracious. Overall, Tours4Fun was very accommodating and easy to deal with.

I am incredibly disappointed by the company Tours4Fun and their ability to meet customer satisfaction. We booked for a Miami tour in Orlando and were advised to meet in the morning at 6:30am. We waited for 2 hours and became concerned. When I called customer service they said they had called to inform us they had no driver for the day and said we will need to cancel and we will receive a full refund. Obviously we agreed as there was nothing we could do about the situation. We then received a phone call at around 2pm saying they had a driver, however we had booked plans the following morning and there was no point in travelling to Miami at that time in the afternoon, and the man had already cancelled. However, this confirmed that the company did not try to contact us in the morning otherwise we would have been informed about the initial incident and would not have wasted hours waiting for the tour.
Now when I ask about the full refund, the company refuses to give us the full amount because we "cancelled in less than 7 days". We did not wish to cancel, we were waiting for the tour for hours longer than we should have. The company never informed us that the tour would not be going ahead, then they promised a full refund, and now they won't give the full refund. I am very upset and disappointed and I feel like this is a scam.

My friends came to visit and I decided to take them on a tour to Niagara Falls. I have done it before with another company and it was pretty good. First of all, the bus was very small, around 33 seats, no restroom on a bus, not enough space for legs either. Moreover, the bus' suspension must be so old or worn out, that it shakes so crazy, you feel it will fall apart any second. The tour guide speaks some English, though not enough to clearly understand her. Her knowledge of the places is not very impressive either. I was surprised when she called Native Americans - Indians, when we actually had a lot of tourists from India on a bus. I found it very rude and unprofessional.
Moreover, we must pay $19/person for her "services". They collect cash on a bus to pay for tickets and restaurants later, when I would prefer to pay for them myself. Once again, I have taken similar tour before from a different company and have something to compare with. My friends and I were very unhappy with a tour. Wasted time. Seriously, I strongly advise you to think twice before you purchase tickets from them. It is always the best option to rent a car. You would save a lot of money!

We had a very pleasant experience with Tours4Fun. We had some friends that were out in Spain who researched on a couple of tour operators and pointed us to one or two. My wife did a little research on the internet and found that Tours4Fun appeared to be more reputable. Purchasing online from them was fine. I was able to find what I was looking for in terms of pricing and timing. They were able to answer a lot of our questions too. The only thing I've got negative about Tours4Fun was the fact that they do not have a good follow-up system.
We booked our trip in advance and they did not have complimentary emails about the tour getting closer or more information about the trip. They also didn’t book the flights to Niagara Falls from New York until two or three days prior to the actual date, which put me from California going to New York at a nervous wreck thinking, “Well, what happens if they don’t pick us up at 4:00 in the morning. Who the heck do I call then?” But other than that, they were fine. I've called their customer service a couple of times and they were very pleasant.
The travel aspect was organized. They came by and picked everybody up within the time limit they said they would. They also corralled us to where we needed to go, put us on the plane, guided us on a bus, took us up, and helped us through customs. The local tour operator was knowledgeable as well. He spoke three different languages and was able to get us back on time. Everything was very well done and I’d use Tours4Fun again. I just have to bug them more and if they don't want to, I'd ask them them to keep me more posted as the tour gets closer.

We picked up from Brooklyn to Manhattan then start the tour to Philadelphia and DC. In DC the guide in name Allen notified us that the bus have some issue and cannot go to Niagara fall and we need switch bus. The replacement bus came was very old dirty all thing broken. Inside smell gasoline. Driver drive aggressive almost caused two accident. Talk on phone when drive, the bathroom on bus was out of service. Allen the guide announcement that we can't use the bathroom since not working so he suggest to "not eat or drink" during the drive so we no need to stop to bathroom.
Most of the people was Chinese so Allen spoke only Chinese. We most of the tour didn't understand nothing. Most attraction was fast. They don't give you time to be by yourself to take picture or walk. Nothing like army. "If you not be on time the bus leaving." From DC we drove almost 6-7 hours to Niagara time. Was almost midnight to enter to motel next day. We drive to the Niagara fall. We get there in evening time on our tour scheduled suppose to be a night view of the fall with the light on with all color. We was there like 2 hour and and when we ask Allen why we not stay to see the night view as promise Allen laugh and says "we can control when the Canadian side turn the light on." Really!!!
This trip use waste of time and money. The money was no matter like the time that maybe never come back. Most of time we stop to eat at Chinese food since most of the people use Chinese and I guess Allen get commission for bring people to their restaurant. In the of the tour we get split on 4 bus that was as group to NJ, NY, DC (not mention on their website) since our bus was from DC. Allen told us we need to move to other bus but the bus was full. No place to sit. 8 hour drive and we was party of 5. We try to sit together but no one of the crew help us. With all that mess Allen come to our bus to get his tip $120 and when we ask him to fix the mess he said the trip is over and this is not his problem. He said the tip is mandatory and everyone need to pay.
Bottomline Tours4Fun located in LA and use 3rd part company that don't care about services just the money, if I knew that will be the trip we was getting off from this bus in D.C., I try to dispute my card with my bank but they have hidden note in their web when using that can't be refund your money. This website is inaccurate, misrepresents information so it is not clear as what we will do and how the tour (4-Day Lower Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend and Grand Canyon) will look. Schedule is too strict, no freedom to walk in the parks or just enough time to see everything. For example at the Horseshoe Canyon we had 40 minutes, it took 15 min even to get there, 15 min to come back to the bus, what means we actually had 10 minutes there to see the canyon. Most of the time we were sitting in the bus and coming back to Las Vegas really early (around 5-6 pm).
The guide was awful and most of the time speaking in Mandarin. Guide was translating to English only additional prices for night tour, Las Vegas shows and buffets. We had three different guides during this tour and all of them were impolite, with poor English. Whenever we asked questions they said that they don't have time for us to answer our questions but at the same time the guides were chatting with Chinese tourists. Guides gave a lot more details for Chinese clients so we felt unimportant, dismissed and even discriminated due to our race (the fact that we are not Chinese).
The hotel was awful and poor, in dangerous neighborhood with lots of crackheads around. It has no room service so it means that three nights we were staying there we had full trash bins, no wifi (actually there is no wifi in the whole hotel) and so on. There were other fees not mentioned until the trip started so we spent double the money. All the payments during the trip had to be made only in cash and when we requested receipts we didn't get them. So no receipts, no official transactions, no tickets - it's up to you to decide if it shady or is it ok. All in all, there were even more problems but it's too hard to write a review about everything. My advice for you is to be smart and DO NOT BOOK this or any other similar tour. It's not worth your time, money and more important your mental health.

Tour was easy to book online. However the only information you get is what you see online. The tour met at a rent car counter at the airport that was unmanned so no one really knew who the tour guide was or if we were in the right place. There were several stops at Walmart to get "to go" food because we had to eat on the bus and sometimes we had to go get breakfast and lunch for the next day after we got to our hotel after 8 pm. The tours covered the highlights of the places we visited and driver and guide were nice, but many times we did not get the info we needed upfront.
The tour requires an additional fee for activities and it not clear that it has to be in cash and we were not notified prior to when we needed it. On the day before our last day the guide announced she was coming around to collect a fee for her and the driver and it was $8 per day. Well usually this is done on the last day so I didn't have that much cash with me. She was going to each person and requesting $8 per day for her and $8 per day for her. This is a TIP and should NOT be a mandated fee. If this is a fee it should be included in the price of the tour since I've paid for the tour and then all my food and all the activities and now a mandatory tip? I always tip for good service, however, the way this was handled was just rude! I enjoyed my trip seeing highlights of areas. I will return to at another time, however this just leaves me disappointed.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We regret to hear that there was some difficulty in finding your guide on the first day of your tour and we are working to add additional information on our e tickets on how to identify the tour guides to supplement the local numbers and agency numbers included on the documents with advise to call to reconfirm prior to the tour's departure. Tour guides may often have to improvise on arranging the meal stops to avoid delays or keep the group on schedule in line with the tour's itinerary. The fees payable to the tour guide are also termed service fees on our tour webpages to avoid misunderstanding the fees as tips. We appreciate your review of the tour as points out where we and the tour company can improve on our services in the future.

I like the location of the stops that Tours4Fun are making for the tour so I went with them. Their price was competitive and it was fine navigating their website. Everything went pretty smoothly during our tour of Los Angeles, except for the morning. There was a party of three that were an hour late and the bus driver had to wait for them. He was told by the tour that he must wait for them and that frustrated everyone on the bus. Everyone wanted to leave the three people and get the party started. Waiting for an hour was really annoying and they shouldn't be doing that in the future.
I'm from LA and I was taking my kids and my mom on the tour. We live in the suburbs so the kids have never seen a lot of these locations and my mom who is from out-of-town. I've been to a lot of these places but they really enjoyed the Grove, which has the farmers market and it was the best. The tour takes you to all the highlights of Los Angeles and if you only had one day to do it, it's a great tour to take.
But Tours4Fun is not the real tour, they're just the people who are selling those tickets. We were staying in a hotel and when we got to the hotel that morning to check in, the concierge was trying really hard to sell me a tour. I told him I already have a tour and when I told him which one, he said he had never heard of it before. He also said he doesn't know if they'll show up and he’s never seen that bus from that place before. At the end of the day, it turned out that the bus that picked us up was the bus he was talking about. So there must be some sub-contracting thing going on. The bus that actually picked us up didn’t even say Tours4Fun on it. So it's not like Tours4Fun grabbed me in the way that I would be going to their website and buy tickets from them again. I would just go to Trip Advisor and look at what other people are saying are really good tours.

So I looked over all the reviews of Tours 4 Fun, both positive and negative and decided to give it a try, for one of their 2 day bus tours from NYC to DC advertised as $76 on their website. I'll get straight to the point: Although advertised as $76, if you're going alone they add a $50 fee- It came up to $126. The advertised amount is for 2 people and the fee drops to $55 per person if it's 3 or 4 people. This advertised fee on their website only covers the bus and the one night you spend in a hotel. There are other fees not mentioned until AFTER you book the ticket which are: $8 fee per person per day for the driver and tour guide- so $16 total, plus you're on your own paying for the attractions you visit and the cost of food, which if itemized adds up to approximately $110 in addition to what you've already paid on the website.
So in total the trip really costs $186-$200 depending on how much you're willing to spend on their "package" outside of the costs on their website. This tour is geared to Mandarin Chinese speaking customers. The bus I was on, the tour guide's English wasn't the best, but I tried my hardest to understand most of what he said. Tour guide spoke in broken English and Mandarin intermittently. Now, getting on the bus, you're assigned a number on a disclaimer that absolves the bus of any responsibility in case of any mishaps. You can't just sit anywhere, you have to sit in your assigned seat number that you receive on the disclaimer paper. Now, what I observed, not sure if this is subtle racism, is that all the Mandarin Chinese customers received seat numbers near the front of the bus, and anyone else (Indian, European, **) received seat numbers towards the back of the bus.
I'm not sure if this was intentionally done, was xenophobia, or what it was, it just seemed pretty odd in 2017. The seat numbers are ridiculous, it isn't an airplane and people should be allowed to sit wherever they please. The bus itself that I was on had no outlets to charge your phone, for such a long trip it was rather ridiculous, but I thankfully brought my portable charger. The AC was pretty low or not on at all for some of our traveling. The bathroom is also locked throughout the entire duration of the 2 day trip. We, the tourists were told to use the restrooms outside of the bus, and sometimes, some pit stops between states were 3-4 hours long. There was this little kid I felt tremendously sorry for, who needed to desperately use the restroom and the next pit stop wasn't for 2 hours! He asked the driver to open the bathroom on the bus for him and he refused! :(
If that isn't heartless then I don't know what is :(. Is it even legal to keep the restrooms on a tour bus locked for such a long trip? I'm not even sure. Hotel accommodation: Thankfully although the tour guide said we'd be staying at the Marriott and we ended up at the Sheraton instead, it turned out to be okay. I had my own room so it was good for me and I was able to get some rest. The attractions were all good but you didn't have much time to enjoy them, we were constantly being shuffled from one point to another in a short space of time.
The meal package offered as part of the $110 I mentioned before are ALL Chinese buffets. No other food options are offered as per their meal package. And the servers at these establishments aren't very hospitable, it's almost as though they're rushing you to eat and get out their restaurant. I personally won't patronize this tour company again. There are too many others with better reviews worth trying and having fun with, and in addition to the horror stories others have shared on this website, I'd be careful if I were you. I really think that the Better Business Bureau should look into Tour 4 Fun's business practices for any tourist who may not be aware of what they're getting to when they book trips on their website.

I'm currently on this trip with my girlfriend, and from the moment we set off the experience with our tour guide has been very annoying, shady, and unprofessional. Our tour guide does not know anything about any of our destinations besides for a couple of local eats (Tim Hortons and Mcdonalds), and the real estate pricing. She will say the same irrelevant things 5 times before she stops talking, only to repeat those same 5 things 5 more times. She will not stop talking, and only talking for the sake of speaking. She had no knowledge of any of our destinations whatsoever. The attractions have been amazing, I cannot deny that. Upon arrival, our tour guide told us we were to give 250$ per person for attractions and food. It is like it is a requirement to spend another 500$, on top of the 350$ we already paid.
We took a look at the prices for the attractions, only to find out that Tours4Fun is advertising them for up to 7-12 dollars more than what the prices are on the website! This lady: Tiffany, thinks we are stupid, and tries to take money from us. We did not decide to eat at every restaurant the tour stopped at. They stop at the same restaurant every time, a buffet style Thai eatery. We stopped to eat with them once, since we had no other option. Tiffany was charging each person in our group 28$ per buffet. Our group has 45 people. I saw the receipt while leaving the restaurant, while only totaled to 250$ for 45 people. She is trying to make over 1000$ off the group.
We had enough, and decided to eat at a local Cora instead of waiting for the group to finish with an attraction that we had not been interested in. While trying to enjoy at least 20 minutes away from Tiffany, she insisted on calling us 3 times telling us to come back, that we cannot do that, that it is "dangerous". This group was full of adults, not kindergarteners. Please watch out for Tours4Fun. They are a shady and dead beat organization aimed at making undeserved and dirty money. Apart from that, the attractions have been absolutely amazing. It's too bad the customer treatment could have been too.
We sincerely apologize about your experience with your recent trip and appreciate your feedback. Please feel free to email us at reviews@tours4fun with your reservation number so that our customer service department can look into this issue for you.

I booked the tours to Upper Antelope Canyon through this site. I planned my trip for 20th August, but by mistake booked for the 21st 12 PM prime show and paid $386 for a total of 4 adults and 2 kids. Then called them again to get the dates changed right away after placing the order, and they immediately increased the prices to $432 with an additional $30 price for changing the date. So now I have paid a total of $462. I go to the Navajo tours from where they take us in a van to the upper antelope canyon. I see the prices there which says $48 for adults and $28 for kids. So now if I calculate the total pricing, it only comes almost half as what I paid here.
There is absolutely no change in the services offered by Tours4Fun vs booking through Navajo tours. Please be aware about this and make sure to check all sites before booking through this site. Whether it is prime time or some other time, Navajo tours offer better prices. Please be aware and I'm never going to book any tours via Tours4Fun.

It was a good experience with Tours4Fun including purchasing the package from them. Their website was easy to navigate and their pricing was good. My friend called them and booked with them our seven-day Central and Eastern Europe tour from Frankfurt. The trip was nice and we enjoyed it. On the first night though, the hotel stay was not good because there was no air-conditioner. It was hot but it was okay. It was a fun experience and I would recommend Tours4Fun to friends.

We took the 5 day Tours4Fun tour (**) from LA to San Francisco via Las Vegas, Grand Canyon and Yosemite National Park, as it fitted in with our itinerary, and what we wanted to see. We had no idea that Tours4Fun outsourced the tour to a Chinese company, Lassen Tours, which meant that we had a disengaged tour leader for the first 2 days (Bruce) who spoke 90% of the time in Mandarin, and when he did speak in English, it was very difficult to understand. Bruce was unsmiling and surly, and I suggest that he get a job that he actually enjoys. We swapped guides on the third day, and got Ming Ming, who was outgoing, funny and professional, and tried her hardest to please.
Despite the fact that it was a tour for Asian travelers, we actually enjoyed the tour, as the content was wonderful (Grand Canyon and Yosemite amazing). However, we felt that the language barrier meant that we didn't really engage with the other travelers, and felt left out a lot of the time. The hotels were very modest (the Red Roof Inn at San Francisco very poor, but the diner at the front of the hotel made up for the room) but I guess you get what you pay for, and the price of the tour was reasonable. Just be aware that this is tailored in every way to Chinese clients.
Thank you for sharing your experience with your recent trip and we truly appreciate your feedback. We have passed this information on to the local tour company to allow them to gain some insight as to where they can improve in their services in the future.

I was searching for Grand Canyon tours then I came across Tours4Fun. Money-wise or price-wise, I found them better than the other websites and I decided to go with them. The interaction with customer care and booking was smooth and quick. I also sent an email to the customer care and I received a prompt response. It was awesome. Purchasing online was easy, I had all the information available, and their payment process was swift. The Sedona Red Rock Adventure I went to was a one-day tour. It has met all of my expectations and it’s a very good worth for the money. The tour guide was fun to be with too. Right from when we start from Phoenix until we reached Sedona, he explained all the places nicely. So, we had fun. I had a good experience with Tours4Fun and if I plan to do a trip and we need transportation and don’t want to do our own planning, I sure would consider them.

I was looking for the Death Valley experience as we were going to be in Vegas for a few days, and I found Tours4Fun. I went with them because I didn't want to get into a package where I had to do a few different things as I just really wanted to do that one thing that day. The online purchase was easy, the reps were helpful, and the overall service was good. I got a call the day before to let me know the meeting point.
The participants of the tour all had independently booked a hotel. We weren't part of a group. Tours4Fun went from hotel to hotel to pick up people, and everyone, for the most part, was fine other than two people. The overall tour was fine but there was a little bit of a problem when we were there because we all had a time to be back at the bus and there were two people who kept on making us wait 15 to 20 minutes in the heat. So then on the way back, it made more sense for Tours4Fun to drop us off at our hotel because as soon as you get off the highway, our hotel was the first one there. But they decided to take the two people that were late for each stop all the way to their hotel and make everyone wait. It took 45 minutes for us to get back to our hotel and I thought it was really inefficient.
Also, one other thing that they didn't disclose when I booked before which I think should be, is that when we get on the bus we will be handed this paper that we have to sign over saying, basically, if we were hurt, even my insurance company wouldn't be able to sue them. But other than that, the tour guide was very knowledgeable. He took us to places that I don't think we'd see on a lot of tours because we were such a small group, and it was a great day. If people ask me about Tours4Fun, I would just give them the information that I had of my experience and I'd let them know about the release that they'd be asked to sign. But overall, it was a beautiful experience. It's like a once in a lifetime thing that you do.

Trip was awful, rigid, had to stick to a strict schedule, no freedom to walk at the falls, no food choices, required meal was awful for the $16 that was required - misrepresented as international buffet but it was a poor version of Chinese food, horrible bathroom in restaurant. Website is inaccurate, misrepresents information so it is not clear as to what we will do. We thought we would have free time to walk the falls and choose our meal. Poor English by guide and whenever we ask questions he would say he has to talk to others, or tell us he will talk to us later and so we were made to feel unimportant and dismissed. Gave a lot more details to Chinese clients. Please don't advertise to non-Chinese tourists if you are going to tour like this. Overly priced and horrible.
Bus was comfortable and timely arrival, but communication issues - said they would not stop other than website, but stopped at so many hotel locations on the return. The only thing that made it fun was the company of my friends. I was planning to take more tour with them if this experience was good, but I will not do it and will recommend that others. Stay away.

We went to see the Switzerland Alps. We have time to spend on our own without the guided tour, so we could explore and take tons of pictures. There were a variety of people and the tour guide could speak three languages. It was really good. My mom liked it a lot. It's very fun. The online purchasing experience was easy, but the site seems a little bit outdated in terms of look and feel and how you click through stuff but it was fine. Then I had some issues with the tour itself because there was a miscommunication in terms of timing. The drop-off and pickup timings weren’t reliable so it resulted in a lot of wasted time. I ended up getting a refund for my tour because it was that disorganized. It was good that they understood the situation and they accommodated me. It was fine in the end, but it was a new tour so they were still figuring out some logistics between multiple drop-off points.

I asked if I could get a partial refund and I was denied that too. But it was still an easy online purchasing experience and they contacted me right away after I emailed them. They told me a little bit about what we were gonna do each day and what was gonna happen.
First they picked us up at a hotel where we were staying. Then we went to Sedona, as we were supposed to and then all the way up to the Grand Canyon. Wayne was a great tour guide and really fun to be around. He was also amazingly educated. He talked the whole four hours. He could drive and talk, drive and talk. We learned a ton from him and that's why we like to do these day tours. He took us to some great sites to look out. Then we got into our hotel, spent the night and were picked up the next day by somebody else at three o'clock and then driven home. Tours4Fun was professional, prompt and exactly what I expected.

Booked 4 day Yellowstone, Mt Rushmore online. Arrived SLC airport looking for hotel transfer. No hotel nominated on paperwork, only 1 of about 6 phone nos. responded. Told pickup would be arranged. 2 hours and 4 phone calls later shuttle turned up for 2 other passengers, we hijacked this. At the hotel I recognised the guide [in an unrelated west coast holidays vest] as the guy, holding a sign, in Chinese, who stopped, stared at me twice. I had checked the nominated hotels on google earth to check out nearby facilities. 1st night hotel had no hair dryer or alarm, no breakfast and 3 block walk in rain for provisions.
We were 3 of 6 non Asians in the group, commentary seemed to be about 5 to 1 Chinese, and the English component unintelligible. I could not detect the transition from Chinese to English. Thankfully they could do nothing to diminish the wildlife or scenery which was magnificent. This company should market itself as purely Chinese tours, not deceive with the impression of being mixed clientele. We were not alone in feeling 2nd class and isolated, the other 3 did as well. I wanted to go to Seattle and only Tours4Fun was doing it at that time. I went to Tours4Fun but they passed it out to other people to do the tour. Before I went, I made sure four times how we were going to meet at the airport because my friends were coming from LA side and I was coming from San Francisco side with different airplanes. They said, "No worries, we'll all pick you up at one place." They said they will be at the luggage and when we were there, there was no one. So this tour guide tried to call us but someone from Tours4Fun gave him my home number. I had given them both my home number and my cellphone number but I was in Seattle, not at home. This poor driver spent the whole morning worrying and not finding us. It was very poorly planned.
It was also raining a lot which we knew but the places looked attractive so we went. They said there would be alternatives if it was raining a lot. One day, they said we'll go to the Rose Garden. It was winter time, but they still took us there. It was a wet garden with no roses. They should have had a backup plan which they said they had if it was raining a lot. It would've been good if someone had arranged a different thing like bring us downtown and tour us out there and look around.
Plus, I didn't realize it was a Chinese Tour. My friends came from Thailand and China but they speak English. I was led to believe that they would interpret in English too which they didn't so I was left out. My friends tried to interpret but how much can you say? I always had to say, "Okay, how about in English?" And the guy will do it but then he'd forget and I didn't want to prompt him anymore. I didn't understand what he was saying but I'm in America. I complained about it but I don’t know who it got to.
It was not a good tour for me because I didn’t know what all was happening and the places that we went to were not very well-organized. Even the hotel was dirty and no good. We were all very unhappy with the tour but we made the best of it because we were great friends and we went together. That's the good part that I like. But I'm never going to Tours4Fun again.

Well the following day T4F emailed me and said they could not get us on the trip and offered alternative dates of which none were good for us but what I don't get is why when I phone the office they confirm the booking only to let us down 12 hours later whilst we slept. I asked for a refund and this is still being "processed". There is no point in this modern day and age where an online booking becomes "tentative" to be confirmed and the cheek of Katherine in customer services said in her email "Most of our customers book weeks in advanced to avoid this." Well why have me phone your office and take payment when you probably need years to confirm an online booking.
Total crap service from end to end and would advise not to book with this company and having further looked on TripAdvisor with the complaints raise I can see I probably escaped a bullet but still awaiting my money to be returned 5 days later. I was searching for information online and ultimately came across Tour4Fun. They had Machu Picchu stuff so I went with them but it was frustrating because the trip is very complicated in what their site taught me. There are several different ways you can do it and their site wouldn't accept or give options for the other cities once you had selected one. It was a mess. Also, the whole thing was very confusing. It was extraordinarily difficult to get options with the train between their site and PeruRail. They wanted you to take the most expensive option which was $560 instead of letting you do the best train and best options which are easy and half the price. It forced you to a first-class train option. It was very difficult. But the Peruvians that I actually dealt with were wonderful and professional. They were the ones that we ultimately used. They knew what they were doing and they were on time.

I was trying to get a Groupon for a tour but it's something I had to do fast because I had company coming and I didn't know it would take that long if I used Groupon to get a reservation. Then, I found Tours4Fun and they had some good reviews. At first, they couldn't get me in the day that I wanted. I paid for it but they canceled the reservation. But I was able to get in that Friday so I took it. The driver drove really fast but he was very informative. He knew a lot of stuff going on in Arizona that I didn't know after being here for 35 years. But sometimes I couldn't hear him. For the ride up to Sedona, he didn't have his microphone working so he changed it up in Sedona. Other than that, the experience was good. They picked us up and it was no problem.

We just finished our tour yesterday. Online booking was so easy and was very happy with the service. We were quite amazed the way they have organized everything to run so smoothly. We enjoyed our tour, the only negative thing was not much in English therefore had to remind the tour guides from time to time. Our first tour guide from LA to San Francisco was Benny and was really fantastic. He made sure that everything was ok with us as we went with a special needs child. From LA to Las Vegas we had Sasha who was also fantastic and catered for our needs. We were able to swap the dates to Grand Canyon without a hassle. Thanks Sasha for that as you made our lives so much easier and was able to enjoy the Grand Canyon much better. Thank you I once again.

Our first trip to Barcelona was really nice. It was about an hour and a half getting to Montserrat from Barcelona and that's difficult for the amount of time we had and the length of the travel we had to do. But one thing that was very important to us is the fact that they picked us up and dropped us off at our hotel. Our tour was a small number, which I liked. Also, I didn't feel like I was being shuttled on and forced to go into a store and buy something because they're part of the tour. Because in a lot of tour groups, you have to go in to a shop and then you get this high pressure to buy something. So I appreciate that we didn't do any of that and that there wasn't any pressure to buy anything from souvenir hawkers.
The tour guide was really good. He suggested that we go inside at the museum in Montserrat which we wouldn't have gone to on our own. The artwork that they have is phenomenal. My husband is a big Dali fan and they had some Dali there. Also, they had so many beautiful works of art that you just don't get to see anywhere, which was surprising to us because we didn't know that was there. We also went to the two houses that Gaudi built which is now a national park. That was really good and we enjoyed the drive around. We would use Tours4Fun again and I've also recommended them to a friend already.

I planned a trip to California and I wanted to see the Hollywood, Los Angeles, Beverly Hills area. I looked up tours and reviewed about 15 of them, and thought that the most enjoyable would be the Tours4Fun one. I scheduled it and everything was great. I went to the counter, paid the fee, got my ticket, and they showed me which bus to go on. I got on the bus and everything else was with the tour guide, who was a very knowledgeable and friendly fellow. He made the experience very pleasant. I could have a tour guide who just sticks to business, but this guy added a little extra here and there, making the experience even more exciting. However, the thing I wanted to see most was the Hollywood sign, and I was hoping we'd get close to it, but we didn't.
But anyway, everything else was super. The highlight was just seeing everything, including the Beverly Hills sign and taking a picture with it. We stopped at the shops and I made a lot of purchases. They were setting up for the Academy Awards and so we got to go just outside the door of the theater where it was actually going to take place. That was good. They had also roped off an area of the place where they do the hand and footprints in the cement, and that was a little benefit. It was really cool with the stars and the opportunity to walk as far as we did. We went to the La La Land shop and to Chinatown. I saw basically everything I wanted to see and thought I would see. I've never been to California and Hollywood Boulevard was cool. I totally enjoyed the whole trip.

I liked the fact that Tours4Fun has a one-day compact tour to Grand Canyon for a reasonable price. We just strictly booked it online and got the confirmation. It was all very simple. The tour was fantastic. Our guide,Tim, was amazing and made the trip fabulous. We couldn't have had a better guide. He was probably one of the best tour guides. Not only was he so entertaining, he also had so many great stories and told us of his years and years of experience. I recommended Tours4Fun to a friend of mine who was in Arizona. I suggested that she asks for him by name as the guide. Tours4Fun is fantastic. I wouldn't hesitate to book with them for another trip if an opportunity arose.

My wife came across Tours4Fun on the internet. We were looking for a place in Europe we could visit because we also do business with Spain and Italy. My wife haven't been to that part of Europe and she came across the actual towns and cities that we wanted to see. Online purchasing was fine. It was our first time doing that but it was good after all. We had a couple of questions regarding the hotel but that's what it is. The web page is self-explanatory and we went over a couple of times. I was really satisfied with what I saw and what I was getting. It was my money's worth and it was fantastic.
It was a good tour for the time we had. We've been to so many places in the small time that we had and I really loved enjoying. The tour guide was also excellent and very explanatory. He put some movies during the travel about the history and the places we were going to and explained to us. We were there for two weeks but the tour was seven days. I was really satisfied and maybe in the future we’ll spend more days. The hotels were also good. I have no complaints and I'll surely recommend it.

When I searched online, it’s very easy to register with Tours4Fun so I went with them. It advertises a luxury car and considering I just have one day, I’d rather follow a tour so I don’t have to drive. It turned out I’d rather drive. I’ve never been in a vehicle that’s such uncomfortable for such a long journey. It’s a 15-seater basic model of Mercedes. The chair is without any cushion and it’s 90 degrees. It’s very narrow and there’s no leg room at all. For a 4-hour straight journey, it’s not a good thing. I was at a point that I wanted to rent another car and drive back myself. Also, the vehicle is not stable. There’s always bumping and we can’t sleep because the journey started at 5:00 in the morning. It is the worst part. And then, the driver is also the tour guide and he talks about the spot's history and everything while he’s driving, which is very dangerous.

It was so cold and heating was not working. The tour itself is useless, you get to see a very little sight of The falls on the US side for 15 minutes - while they are much more beautiful in the Canadian side, but they don't tell you this. The 2nd day is spent visiting a fort and on a boat on the river (you don't get to see the Falls anymore). There is an extra fee to pay for every activity, the total cost is about $150. Never again!

They're not up to date with the confirmation. I did not receive an email even after I was booked and when I finally received the e-mail I don't see anything that's saying "you are confirmed, booked." So I had to keep calling them to make sure about our trip. And then they made a mess when we were going to California, waiting for their ride. When the guy showed up he refused to take us on the bus and went to the station. I had to call again the operator and she told me, "You missed it already. He left." I said, "What else do you want me to do? We keep telling him that we have a booking with your company and we're going for Hollywood, California, and he refused. He said, 'No, no. You are not with me.'"
We had to pay another $25 for taxi to run and catch the bus and they forced me. They said, "You have to be there at the station within 15 or 20 minutes." We went all the way from Houston to Las Vegas to see these kind of stuff and they are making us to do this, to do that and they never gave me back the $25. But beside this little mess everything else is good. They were excellent.

I chose this tour because it was the only one I could find which combined a visit to both West Point and Woodbury Common. After paying I was told that the guide would be bilingual because there were many Chinese booked on this tour. I asked for assurance that the "guide" would speak good English. I got to the pick up point and I was the ONLY person on the tour - with a driver who spoke next to NO English. Four Chinese persons joined the tour at the last minute at two different locations, which delayed the departure from NYC, and they were going only to Woodbury Common. So we drove them and dropped them off and then back to West Point for me.
The driver was a very pleasant old man - but the usual commentary you expect on a tour like this was non-existent - apart from pointing to the "Huddersan" as we drove over the Hudson River. The bus was cold on the way to the destination (warm on the way back). No discount vouchers as described were offered or given. I could go on and on. I paid more than the other tourists. The driver demanded a $5 tip before we left Woodbury Common to return. I would ask for a total refund but have ZERO expectation it would be given. DON'T go on this tour.

This was not a tour and this was far from FUN. You did not deliver what you promised in the Barstow Shopping package from Las Vegas to Los Angeles, and for this we are very angry and dissatisfied customers. This was a complete joke - we should have just got the Greyhound bus if we knew we were going to just be stuck on a bus (or 2) for 11 hours and being taken to service stations to eat stale hotdogs. It would have been cheaper and at least we would have been able to stay on the same bus and in our own seats, that we paid for!
We were thoroughly disappointed with this poorly run, poorly communicated tour. Half way through the trip we got kicked off one bus and put on another. Having to move our luggage ourselves from under one bus to another. Then having to find seats that were all spread out around the bus. Tour guides were rude disorganized and could not care less. Also the bus driver was on his phone while driving. VERY unsafe!
First up the tour took us to a chocolate factory? That was never part of the deal to visit a chocolate shop - we stayed on the bus and waited. Then we were taken to 'Gift shop' to buy sea cucumber and herbal remedies?? This was not the type of shopping tour we signed up for. If we wanted sea cucumber we would have done a scuba diving tour. Then there was an 1 hr buffet brunch for costing $15 each so overpriced and we didn't eat there as and we were told there was a chance to eat at Barstow the shopping outlet later in the afternoon... So hence we were starving by the time we got a "rest stop' at the Barstow gas station at 3.30... Still no shopping by this point.
Then in the middle of the desert after a delicious stale hotdog another bus pulls in and we are told we have to transfer... When we asked why we were told to just go back to our seats. Then we were told to get off the bus and get our bags and get on another bus. Wouldn't you just put the passengers on the right bus from the start? Who is organizing this??! AND again there was never a mention of a transfer. That was never mentioned in the booking?! I paid an 8$ service for myself and my husband then upon asking for a receipt with the tour guide refused.
Then to top it off the tour guide advised everyone we won't have time to shop. So cancelled the shopping because 1 person out of 50 has to get to a flight?! And blaming the weather and traffic the whole time. And what was even better was on the way to the Chinatown drop off point we spent approx 2 hours dropping off individuals to their own specific hotels... This was definitely not part of the shopping tour we booked!!! We are not the only ones who were disgusted by this service so don't be surprised if you hear from others.

3 day tour - Montreal/ Ottawa/Quebec - I took this tour from 7th-10th September 2016 provided by NGH Tours. The bus- comfortable and spacious- no complaints. The price of the tour was advertised as USD 126.00, however, we were told on the bus that we MUST pay an additional CAD 255.00 per person for 2 buffet lunches and 2 buffet dinners. This extra sum was also to see the places of interest which were advertised as OPTIONAL on the Tours4fun itinerary. The tour guide (Ben) said this extra sum was for mandatory sightseeing, not optional as per the website. This sum was also for tips for both Ben and the driver (Wing), however, Ben made a request for more tips at the end of the tour! I did not appreciate the hidden fees as I mainly booked this tour because of the price.
The tour itself, whilst informative, was too rushed on account of all the OPTIONAL sights which were jammed into the itinerary. The original itinerary would have allowed for comfortable time to visit the allotted places, instead we were extremely rushed and even the bathroom stops were limited to 7 minutes for a full bus! We were not allowed to use the bathroom on the bus. The driver was very rude to passengers and was always angry. The buffet meals - food was good but the time limit took any pleasure away. We were told to "go in, eat, get up and leave..." by our guide. The hotels - Sandman and Ambassadeur were acceptable. I will book with Tours4fun again but not if the tour is operated by NGH Tours.

Coming from Australia and being very experienced travelers, we decided, for a change to go on an organised tour of Martha's Vineyard to save us the hassle of driving in NY state. So, we booked an 'American tour' and expected an all 'American 2 day trip'. Instead it was Chinese based, Chinese run and catered for the Chinese. A bus with 2 Australians, 6 Jamaican ladies and 45 Chinese! The tour guide Helen was pleasant and tried her best to accommodate everyone's needs BUT the Chinese clients dominated the entire experience. The bus driver (Chinese) (who we weren't even introduced to) never spoke to the clients. Helen only spoke in Chinese to him. Fortunately, the narration which was pretty good was in English and Chinese, but at times difficult to understand because of her accent.
This trip was NOT worthwhile. The initial cost was OK, but on top of that, there were additional tour attractions which they demanded had to be paid for in cash once we were on the bus. I would expect bus groups would get discounts to some attractions, but we had to pay FULL price and we were given no receipts. We drove forever...traffic was shocking leaving and returning to NY (2 hours late). On the return trip, we got off in Flushing and caught the subway home as it was quicker. The mandatory $8 a day tip for driver and guide was also a bit much. The only consolation was the great hotel we stayed in, but Helen didn't know where we were staying till 2 hours before!
There was very little coordination of the itinerary as we backtracked constantly across the Providence area, esp when driving to their specified Chinese buffet restaurant and then to the hotel. The days were extremely long...leaving at 8 am and arriving at the hotel at 10 pm and the following day leaving at 7.30 am and didn't get back to NY till well after 9 pm. Even though I enjoyed Martha's Vineyard and the surrounding areas, the whole weekend was disappointing. The island tour on Martha's Vineyard was a total waste of money. If I had read the complaints made to the consumer board about this company, prior to my booking, I would NEVER have booked this tour. Avoid this company at all costs.

It came out to be $244 for them leaving on a Sunday. What they don't tell you in the fine print is that if you wish to go to the grand canyon or hoover dam, youre going to have to pay extra. Everything has an extra fee associated with it. Even if you choose not to go to the grand canyon and dam on day two for $50-$90 per person you'll still have to pay them $30 per person to have the day to yourself in your hotel room. You pretty much have to pay them to do nothing for you. Pay more to go on this tour of the grand canyon or still pay to be left behind and do nothing. Its ridiculous that you have to pay them $30 per person for them to do nothing for you because you opted out. They list it in their notes as a "free day fee." They ought to be sued for such bogus practices.

Please note, there are no other choices. You have to pay for your meals at buffets of their choice (some were okay and some were unacceptable. Dinner in a restaurant in Quebec city was terrible.) and "tips" for bus driver and tour guide. Hotel Ambassador is unacceptable. Tour guide is mediocre. We did not learn that much, but she kept us all on the schedule and it was important. Please do not trust the high rating on their website. They never post negative reviews there. We submitted one and they did not post it, even after I contacted them and inquired why they did not post it. Disappointed.

We found out in the bus that some people paid &100 dollar less by person for the same trip. The problem is that in their website they make people believe that the sites that we visited, people have to pay. When they are for free. Also they make you believe in their website that you can go inside the White House. It's very tricky their website.

We really enjoyed our trip to Martha's Vineyard. It was a 2 day tour. Left on August 29, 2016. At first our original plans had changed to what was advertised (Steam boat trip). We then went to the Mystic Aquarium and the Breakers instead. Everything was on a time schedule that worked out well. Our tour guide Suki was so pleasant and helpful with any information we needed. She was truly a gem and very knowledgeable and so very friendly even the small children on our tour were very enamored with her. We thank Tours4Fun and our driver for a safe and pleasant experience.

I took a tours out of Las Vegas to Bryce and Zion Nat. parks. There were optional tours to Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend that we were told were mandatory. The tour guide collected from everyone. Tours4fun farms out their tours to random bus tours. I asked three times why they were mandatory when they were listed as optional and each time I got a confusing answer, however I had to pay. He was Chinese with poor English. When I got back I complained to tours4fun. They said reimbursement was up to the company that actually did the tour and they wouldn't reimburse me.
I was told I could have chosen not to pay (not true), but this was the only itinerary for the second day. Tours4fun said I could have stayed in the (low class) hotel. Really!!! You would think tours4fun would want to know that the company was cheating their customers. I was the only English-speaking person, the rest were Chinese. He narrated mostly in Chinese. One time he went on and on in Chinese and nothing in English. When I said "English please" he said about three words. Be prepared to be ripped off for this extra payment of $84.00. I would not ever use them again.

3-days tour to Las Vegas and Grand Canyon was quite cheap but still not worth it. The bus was full of Chinese and the guide explained everything in Chinese three times longer than in English. Lunch place on both ways was horrible Asian buffet where everything was crowdy, noisy and messy and food was eaten. All dishes were almost empty. The food that was left was very bad. Lunch didn't include the trip. It cost 15$. The hotel in Las Vegas was okay. The trip to Grand Canyon took 10 hour (return) and we had only 45 minutes to stay at the South Rim Grand Canyon. The tour also included visits to a chocolate factory and an outlet. A chocolate factory in the 100 degrees heat is a joke. You can't buy anything from there.
And the outlet where they took us was totally a fraud... Poor Chinese who bought brand products "cheap"... The bottom of this trip took place on the return. They showed a catastrophe movie on the bus and it was San Andreas which tells about earthquakes in Los Angeles... very comfortable return to home. The most positive thing in this trip was very good bus drivers. And remember, visiting Grand Canyon costs 50$/person.

I went with my family in 1 August 2016 on this 3-day tour, was a bit frightened by poor review by some. Our experience was opposite to what some others have written. It was value for money, the guide was enthusiastic, hotel stay was awesome for the price, all passengers appreciated the guide. Some customers may not be used to tip system, but should understand that it is a norm in the US. Most things are explained on the Tours4Fun website. Thank you so much, I would certainly recommend.

We went on the 3 day tour to Niagara Falls Washington DC and Philadelphia. The coach was filthy the air conditioning did not work and the coach was very smelly. When we complained to Bill the Tour operator he said it was not his problem and said tell the driver. The Driver said it was not his coach and he would not clean it. The tour guide could not speak proper English we couldn't understand him. He could not explain anything but kept saying "OK?" OK?? He didn't given any explanations of where we were or where we were going. When he asked a question he couldn't answer us.
On the second morning the coach broke down. Neither the coach driver or Bill came to tell us what the problem was. We wasted 2 hours sitting waiting. When the coach started we asked the driver what was wrong and he rudely said "Don't ask questions its working now so you don't need to know!" The trip was then rushed and we didn't have enough time to enjoy the sights we had paid to see. The Tour guide insisted everybody paid him an extra dollar on top of the $8.00 service charge and when one of the families refused to pay this because the service had been so bad he became very rude and threatening telling them to get off the coach and called the police. As a fee paying customer I was very upset by the whole experience. There was no customer service. The coach was dirty and unsafe. This is not what we paid for and I wished I hadn't gone. This spoilt our whole visit to New York. This is a Bad Bad company. Don't go anywhere with them!

My parents booked this tour because they were told about it from a friend. They booked the 3 days Chicago tour. My parents booked this tour because they wanted to go to the main attractions with a schedule with a tour guide that will explain the city to them as well as help them navigate throughout the city so they wouldn't have to plan the trip because they were too busy to do research. They originally booked this trip just for the two of them. However, they couldn't go due to a family emergency. Therefore, the trip got postponed until July 8, 2016 when my siblings and I were out of school for the summer so we could also join them on the trip. My parents then added my siblings and I on the tour so we could all explore the city together.
This tour is STRICTLY for international Chinese tourists! Do not go on this tour if you are NOT. The tour guide only speaks Chinese. If they do speak English, it's very broken with a strong accent. We had such a hard time understanding our tour guide even with the most simple conversation. Our tour guide also looked like he just woke up from deep sleep. His work shirt and pants were all wrinkly with no regard to his look. Also, keep in mind, this tour has gratuity per day per person!!! It's ridiculous in my opinion. Never going on this tour again.

I took 3-Day Bus Tour to Washington D.C., Philadelphia, Niagara Falls (Night View), Watkins Glen, Secret Caverns from New York and believe me if you want to enjoyed this tours, don't pay anything to the tour guide, just in that case is a good deal. ONLY POSITIVE THING: HOTELS ARE GOOD VALUE! The tour guide start going seat by seat asking for what "optionals" tours are you willing to taking on, and given, and he show us a handwriting sheet with prices of that and HIS TIPS!!! ($8 Dollars per day per person!.. MANDATORY TIP!).
He had some tours and shows, the most of them just for CHEAT YOU! For example one of them was an entry for Watkins Glen, who is a State Park and it is free for everyone! I PAID because I didn't know that. When I arrive to the place, there was no entry fee, so I asked to the tour guide, and he told me that is for an insurance, a requirement of the park. I was really doubt about it, so I went to talk to a State Park Agent and he told me that they don't have that requirement and actually they don't sell that kind of things! So I got really upset and asked to the tour guide about that issue, and he started to scream to me, and very very rude, and we were fighting about it.
I was wondering why I have to paid 10 dollars for a free State Park and he just told me, "You have to talk to the agency!" and I insisted that he lied to me and he just told me that I have to talk to the agency. I felt robbed and very very upset. Like that all the tour is in the same way! Same thing with some shows and attractions. This review could be very very long with all the things that I have to tell about this company. My only suggestion is that avoid them or take it and not take any optional tour, and don't pay his "MANDATORY TIPS".

Usually I don't write reviews. However, special circumstances require special measures. I booked the 11-days Yellowstone tour together with my best friend. I am a frequent traveler and lived in five different countries in the last years. Hence, I got a broad view of what is good and what is bad service/organization. I like to emphasize a few things that were extremely disappointing. To summarize the experience before going into detail: it is a huge scam!
1. The special conditions - The discounted price was about 700 USD per person. My friend could not come to the trip. I sent an E-mail to the agency, just to inform them and claim some of the money back. However, they sent me an invoice of about 400 USD saying I need to pay a punishment fee for him not coming. Trip before: 1800 USD for two. Trip after: 2200 USD for one. I called them and the service agent got directly angry, yelled at me, and told me that I need to pay the additional 400 USD. I requested a few times for another (more experienced) agent and got assigned to one after a few days. In the end, I didn't pay the fee and nothing happened.
2. Collecting Service Fees - The special conditions also say that each traveler is expected to pay 8 USD tips per person per day. 11 days 88 USD per person. After three days, the guide collected already the service fee in advance which was more a mandatory tip. The concept of tips is normally that you pay as much as the service was worth to you.
3. Mandatory fees - during the trip the guide collected 180 USD mandatory fees for the entry to the national parks, the use of the bus, etc. From my point of view, this fee needs to be included in the tour price, since there is no choice and you cannot just skip one or two of the tours. Additionally, the mandatory fees increased between booking two month in advance and the departure by 30USD. They can change the fees as they like to. In San Francisco, a city tour is offer which one has to take. Otherwise, the bus will drop you off at a point which is 1.5 hours walking away from the final stop of the tour. You pay 35 USD and they drive you to a church and a viewpoint. The worst city tour I ever took. It should be really optional or included in the announced tour price. All in all I paid 300 USD more (+35%) on top of the announced tour price plus the expenses for food.
4. Food, hotels and wake-up hours - The bus stops regularly for toilet and lunch breaks. Most of the time, fast food or Asian buffet is offered. However, during the 11 days I only ate once breakfast. The bus departures every morning at about 6 o'clock (sometimes earlier). The hotels do not offer breakfast before that, so you need to prepare your own breakfast and eat it on the bus. The hotels are medium to low class and always located outside of the city.
5. Travel group and money - The group mainly consists of Chinese travelers and the tour (with the lunch stops) is developed to suit the Chinese travelers. My group was really friendly and it was fun talking to them. However, if you are not so open to the Chinese culture, this is definitely the wrong tour for you. Since you need to pay everything in cash on the bus, it is likely that you get pickpocketed. Invest in a travel safe before the trip in order to avoid what happened to me.
6. Content of the tour - The tour is very compressed and full of really nice places. You will spend most of the time on the bus. About 10 hours a day and stop here and there for 30 min. The stops at the sights are rather short. For speed tourists no problem. Did I enjoy the sights: Yes! Can I recommend the tour: Definitely not! Book a tour with another agency such as Columbus, Globus.

We took 2 days trip to Niagara Falls. Worst trip ever. Ride is quite long, but bus was old and uncomfortable. Guide didn't let you use bathroom, even when we stopped. They rushed us all the time, didn't give any time to enjoy epic views of the falls. Also we paid for extra activities around 80 per person, which seems a lot when we checked actual prices online. Do not take native dance show, total waste of money and time!!! And you have to tip 8 dollars per day per person. So for family of 4 people two days tip is 64. Very generous if you ask me. But the worst part happened on our way home. Our bus broke. We had to wait for another one coming all way from NY for around 4 hour. Then three more hours to NY. That was just horrible. Reading other reviews I see that it happened before with different trips. We received refund 10 dollars per person. That's all. I really recommend to look for different agency and enjoy your trip.

Bus Tour taken from June 08 - June 12, 2016. This tour is cheaper than other tours and although it cuts out the frills such as nice food, it covers the essentials of touring the Canadian Rockies. 90% of the tours passengers were chinese speaking from China or Hong Kong or that region. The passengers were all nice people. The tour guide spoke in chinese and english. If you are uncomfortable in a bus full of one race and you are the only family that's different, then this tour is not for you. The schedule is busy like any other tour, the pick up and drop off were prompt and on time every time.
We did not buy the food package as we thought it was poor value for money - and we were right. The food package was chinese food for every dinner or lunch - but the buffet meals were reduced cheaper fare with bare essentials. At every stop there are always food places that will give a good meal. I don't recommend the food package. Since breakfasts are not included with each hotel stay, you can be really gouged when going to the remote hotel stops such as Lake Louise and the ice fields. $4 for an egg and $4 for 2 slices of bread is outrageous even for these locations! Therefore I recommend you carry canned chicken or turkey or tuna salad snacks with the easy pop out opening and a couple packs crackers for in-room breakfast if you can't stand the gouging.
A few packs of your favorite coffee (all in one mix) or tea or hot chocolate will be useful because all the hotel rooms have water kettles and mugs. The next stop will have chain restaurants or convenience shops. Overall, though expensive, the tour was worth it, and still about half the price quoted for the same tours sold by other operators. The hotels are all 3 star and have clean rooms etc - good enough for an overnight stop and early departure.

We booked a 6-day Grand Canyon-Yosemite-San Francisco tour on Tours4Fun.com and were guided by a company called Seagull Holiday when we arrived. Maybe the tour is cheap, but one shouldn't have had to endure a service this bad. This tour is the worst I've ever experienced. They divided the tour into several smaller tours with different tour guides. The first tour guide we had is someone called Eric **. This guy shouldn't be a tour guide at all. Not only did he rarely provide any basic information of places we visited, he also had no respect for his customers. He showed customers bad attitude and just focused on getting more money out of service and optional tours, not that he provided any kind of services. He is also very impolite. I've never met such a terrible tour guide.
The other 2 tour guides we had did a little better at their jobs, but I wouldn't call that good. Overall, I don't think Seagull Holiday has any understanding of customer service. We didn't see much of the Grand Canyon or Yosemite or anything for that matter. Plus they have so many hidden fees which add on more than half of the tour cost. Don't waste your money on this your company. Stay away!

The driver explained that supposedly he forgot to open a ventilation, after visit the last attraction the driver and the tour guide removed from the roof the ventilation because the smoke never stopped. In top of everything the tour guide request his MANDATORY TIP. We refuse to pay it based in unsafe conditions of the trip. The tour agreement was to pick us up and deliver the passengers at Main Street, Flushing. Because of the tip they dropped us at China Town without further explanations. I originally signed on a 3 nights, 4 days package from LA to Las Vegas/Grand Canyon because of the seemingly cheap cost for a trip to the Grand Canyon as well as 3 nights stay in Las Vegas... However, I was SEVERELY DISAPPOINTED by not just this tour but also Tours4Fun. First of all, this tour is run through Seagull Holidays, a primarily Chinese based tour company. If you do not speak any Chinese, you are out of luck because the tour guides mainly cater to the Chinese tourists and hardly speak any English. Our tour guide, "Leo," spoke about 90% Chinese, and 10% English the entire time.
The few times he did speak English, he gave either false information (The San Gabriel Mountains are not a part of the Rocky Mountain Range, Ventura County is not a part of Los Angeles) or he made ridiculously insensitive/racist remarks such as saying Salt Lake City is a very high level city because there's mainly white people that live there... I would've rather preferred it if he just didn't speak any English at all and not say anything so that I could at least sleep a little rather than hearing his bogus remarks.
The next deception came when we were on our way to Las Vegas. The tour guide handed us a paper with a list of optional packages travelers could participate in while on the tour. First of all, YOU HAVE TO PAY AN EXTRA $50 PER PERSON TO GO TO THE GRAND CANYON. You guys (Tours4fun) mislead me by advertising the Grand Canyon as part of the original $139 deal. I notice that you guys have since increased the original price to cover that part of the package but that does not deter from the fact that I and the other people that I was traveling with that week were misinformed about the additional cost for the grand canyon.
I was very pissed off about the surprise cost so decided it would simply be better not to pay the $50 per person. But when I told them this, they said that I needed to pay a mandatory $30 fee for NOT going to the Grand Canyon... How ridiculous is this? I HAVE TO PAY $30 TO NOT GO ON THE GRAND CANYON TOUR??? My girlfriend and I were completely bewildered by the ridiculously shady manner in which this tour was managed. We ended up paying the $30 per person to not go to the Grand Canyon and just rented a car in Vegas and did it ourselves. Ended up paying a little bit more but we refused to ride with this tour company for all its ridiculousness.
Another thing that was ridiculously shady was the fact that the tour almost forces you to dine at a generic Chinese buffet about 15 minutes away from the strip. The name of the buffet is a very generic "Las Vegas Buffet" and I'm almost positive the owner's in cahoots with Seagull Holiday. The bus stopped there right before we arrived in Vegas for lunch and once again on our way back to Los Angeles. What's ridiculous is that with all the marvelous restaurant options in Vegas (literally a few miles away from that restaurant), they make this obscure restaurant in the middle of nowhere a lunch stop not just once, but twice. We were really looking forward to Grand Canyon and Vegas but this tour completely ruined what would've been an enjoyable vacation.

Bus AC broke down even before the end of first day. We were told that driver will get it fixed and it will be all good by second day morning. But it did not happen. It was extremely hot and humid in all packed bus. Driver and guide even did not have a courtesy to update us on the situation. We travelled from Niagara York all the way New York, whole 8 hours without AC in suffocating and boiling bus. It was a terrible experience, my daughter was so restless and uncomfortable throughout the journey back due to hot n humid bus.
Guide and driver charged $8/person. So I paid 80$ for 5 people party for a two-day tour and it was total waste of money as we did not get any support/courtesy messages at all. They never tried to arrange an alternate bus for us. It even rained on the bus briefly and since driver popped the ceiling ventilation, it literally rained inside the bus. My in-laws came from India and it was their first trip within the US and such low-grade uncourteous service was so much embarrassing. It was a total disaster and I will never ever give it a try and will stop everyone to use this agency. Sorry for all the criticism but these guys well earned and deserve it. Please stay away.
