I had a great time. The trip was very well managed, bus and hotel was really nice and everyone was very kind. I recommend this trip to everyone. We had a 3-day trip and it was amazing and overall I had a great time.

Basically, the trip is good. But, it will be best if we can choose and confirm every places we like to visit and pay for every things one time during booking with Tours4Fun. I feel very uncomfortable when the tour guide brief us and collecting money on bus. It's a bit chaos. Just don't like it.

We went to Niagara Falls with this tour. It was a great experience. Everything was explained perfectly and the guide made sure we all were ok time for all the activities. We were able to cover everything and had a lot of fun. Vegetarian food was also taken care of by the guide.

We visited Kingston Ottawa Montreal Quebec Thousand Islands during August 2024. The guide, vehicle, driving, accommodation, food, information on every location provided was excellent. Thanks for arranging such wonderful program.

Recently, I took a 10 Day tour to Europe with my Family. It has been the best travel experience I have taken so far. The hotels we stayed at were super clean and very comfortable. The services of the tour guide were very professional. The price was the best thing since the complete tour package was very affordable for the outstanding service we received. I can't wait to take another exciting tour with Tours4Fun in the near future.

We had an amazing 4-day trip to Bali using Tours4fun. Their customer service team is very helpful in answering my questions promptly through email. From the moment we land and meet the guide until we leave, everything was smooth and well coordinated. It was not rushed and we were given a free day to relax and explore Bali at our own pace.

Our tour was amazing. It was our first time to visit Niagara Falls and the Night tour was spectacular. Tour guide was very helpful and provided information about each destination clearly. We recommend Tours4fun for a hassle-free trip.

Tours4fun provided a great experience on our Canadian Rockies tour from start to finish. Their customer service was great and the tour was very organized. The guides and drivers were very professional and did a great job. Highly recommend using them.

Overall the tour was worthwhile and enjoyable. Since we went there in the Summer peak season, tourists were too crowded and the weather was sweating hot. One suggestion, Florence city tour should add a visit to Pisa.

My family and I were in Boston for a two day tour and VICKY was amazing. She make our trip very enjoyable. I definitely want to go back and travel to another place. Hopefully Vicky still can be my tourist guide.

We went on a tour with Tours4Fun to Banff/Rockys/Jasper last year. We had a pleasant experience. All the arrangements made were adequate, the tour guide was very helpful. Overall, we were happy and would recommend to others as well.

The tour was very informative and comfortable. The guides were very knowledgeable and helpful. We did Amsterdam to Paris 3 day tour and it was conducted better than our expectations. Would recommend it and also try other tours from them in future.

After I got the TOURS4FUN for 3 days Washington DC, Niagara Falls, I cannot believe the worse tour guide I never seen before and his name is JONAH. Phone number ** because he doesn’t care the situation at the tour and dropped his people on the half way and no responsibility his group’s people and after we argued he he also dare to threaten not to take passengers back to New York from Maid and Mist.

The tour arrangement was worth it! Hassle free and everything was well planned. Glad we book through them for a stress-free trip for the family! Definitely will be booking again with them on our upcoming trips.

SCAMMERS. STAY AWAY. They charged my credit card without my permission and when I called them they took 10% and refunded the rest. This business needs to be closed immediately…. They ended up charging me $100 to cancel a trip that I didn’t give permission to book. They said on their page to enter my credit card information. They will not charge me anything until I confirm my reservation. And charged me immediately without any confirmation from me….

It was a well-planned and fun tour we had with our family to Vancouver, we can't wait to have more in the coming months, the tour guides and drivers are polite, helpful and professional. There were rounds of amazing sites and sceneries that we have seen, those were beyond belief and stunning!

The views and scenery in Spain were amazing! I loved the places they chose for the tour which aren’t just major cities but historical sites with cute small cities, that I wouldn’t have known to go if it weren’t for them. The hotels they chose were up to standard and I will definitely book another trip with them.

We just completed a 2 days 1-night tour from Parsipanny to Niagara Falls with our tour guide Shelley **. Though the journey from Jersey City to Niagara Falls was long, the ride was comfortable and smooth. Shelley was also attentive to our needs as he would take note to our special dietary requirements while proposing a dining place and we are appreciative of that.

My wife and I booked a five-day trip with a company to visit San Francisco, Yosemite, and Las Vegas. However, on the third day, the guide informed us that he was not taking us to Yosemite as planned. He explained that he was from another agency and not affiliated with Tours4Fun. Consequently, we were taken back to Los Angeles and then rushed to Las Vegas without enough time to explore the city. The company's website did not mention anything about a winter route, and the documents they sent me when I paid did not indicate any such thing either. It was a terrible experience carrying mountaineering bags that we never used. I would give the company one star, but I cannot give them any less. I strongly advise you to look for another agency.

We booked a tour with Tours4Fun to Northeast Canada 3 nights 4 days 08/26-08/29/2023 including Thousand Islands, Montréal, Quebec and Ottawa. The guide Kimberly is so great. She is compassionate, caring, detailed, knowledgeable. The driver Chopin is great too. He is very helpful, caring, ensuring the bus is clean, comfortable and taking care of luggages. The whole trip arrangements including food, hotels, sightseeing, entertainment are so nice. And the price is cheapest compared to others with such a great services and so many places to see. One of the tourist in our group said she has been traveling with Tours4Fun to many places and she said it’s the best. We will do that too for the next trip.

We went on a two day excursion to Niagara Falls from New York. We really liked the excursions presented by the travel company, but the only thing that was not convenient for us was the bus. It was not new and it seems to me not designed for a long distance. But despite this, we were very satisfied. Our guide Judy was very friendly and happy to answer any questions. Thank you for a good vacation time.

I booked a trip for Niagra Falls last week for Aug. Plans changed and according to their policy "100% refund if requested 25 days or more prior to departure "...I submitted the request and I received an email back saying they will charge me 6%. It's impossible to offer 100% refund and still have to pay a fee.

We booked a 5 day / 3 island tour of Hawaii with this company. Even after paying the full price for the trip, which included pick up / drop off; hotel stay, etc. The driver / guide kept asking for tips for each instance. Pick up - Tip. Drop off - Tip. and the list goes on. When I asked why we are being harassed for tips every few hours, the Chinese speaking driver pointed to the so called 'contract' stating these tips are mandatory. When I agreed to pay only what I thought was a reasonable tip, and not their mandatory tip amount, the driver called up their office and complained against me and I received a nasty e-mail from them the very next morning berating me for failing to tip the driver. Plus, the driver / guide was Chinese speaking, and we could hardly understand her.

We purchased a bus tour for 14 people from LA to Vegas, Antelope Canyon, Grand Canyon, Chocolate Factory, and Cactus Garden. The bus had issues after a stop on the way to Vegas. The next morning as we went to load up we were told our large comfortable tour bus was being repaired (never did) and the backup plan was to squeeze us plus the rest of the travelers into a car and a van for 10 hour drive.

The tour was like well oiled but the driver cum guide mostly spoke on his phone throughout the journey and at times he even texted while driving. When the tour can easily allow clients to see the night lighting at the falls they try to make money even out of what is otherwise free. Everything aside putting people's lives at risk not acceptable.

Everything was in Chinese and it was very confusing. I didn't get anything about pick up location, guide, vehicle, whatsoever. I had no idea where or what is going to happen. Even a day before the actual trip, I didn't get anything. I had to call them to find out and it was actually different location that I knew from the reservation. It was extremely difficult to communicate with them, also even though that was their fault, they refused to refund my money and I just blew hundreds in the air. I literally got no service at all but they didn't give my money back. All I wanted was going to Grand Canyon without hours of driving but eventually I had to drive 10 hours a day but still wasted my money. I super regret booking with this company and from now on I won't trust any of these scammy services AT ALL!

Great price! Terrible tour guide with poor English, no customer service skills, and who was very impatient. Predominate Chinese and Indian attendees. I got to see most of the places mentioned but was very rushed, stressed, and with unrealistic time frames. Left around 6:45 am and returned 10pm. Spend over 24 hours riding from NY, to NJ, to DC, to Niagara Falls. Most of the tour is spent riding a dirty bus.

Our tour guide is very rude. He discriminated and treated very differently to people who order adds on item with cash and who didn't order. He is very impatient and told me and my friend that if we don't order adds on item with cash, we have to stay in the bus. We only saw city hall area in Philly for the whole trip. Overall, one of the most unpleasant experience and don't want to recommend.
