They stopped at places with Asian based food venue and in Fresno not a good food court or facility. Also at Hearst Castle the timing was such though we pay d for a tour which included a movie for 40 minutes they’re wasn’t time to finish the movie. McDonald's is the only option provided for breakfast. Not a suitable tour if you are a vegetarian.
We are sorry to hear that the service provided on your tour was not to your satisfaction. We have shared this information with the tour operator to allow them to gain some insight as to where they can improve their services in the future.
I used to call the hotel first and they were asking for very different prices. The deals they offered were bad, too. Then, one of my friends referred me to Tours4Fun. I had no idea that they even existed before my friend told me about them and when I looked them up, I was really surprised that they had such good deals. When my dad and my brother visited from India, I booked a tour for them and purchasing the deal online was pretty easy. They went to Vegas and did the Grand Canyon tour. They had a very good experience and they loved it.
But I called customer service once because I after bought the deal, I saw another deal which said that it covered that glass view of Grand Canyon. I thought the deal that I bought also said about Skywalk, but they wanted a little bit extra money for that. And I got confused when I was buying because I thought it covered it. But when I called them, I asked their rep if they could waive that extra fee off and let us see that part of the tour. Then, it got a little complicated because she said that when you purchase a ticket, it clearly says that you need to pay $35 extra for that. But that was not her fault. I did saw that and I ignored that. And somehow, I just bought the first one that I saw when I went on their site and I did not do much research. Plus, my brother told me that there wasn't much difference and Skywalk wasn't a big deal there. So, he was happy and I was happy then. I would recommend Tours4Fun to all my friends if they ask.
Thank you so much for your positive feedback and for taking the time to post this review as this allows us to constantly improve the way we do business. We are pleased to hear that you are happy with the tour you took and if you have any additional suggestions, please email us at reviews@tours4fun.com.
I arrived at the place they told me to meet for the pick up and no one was there. Then after I call someone comes out from a basement. SHADY!!! Then they tell me I will be staying in NJ and tells me to look for breakfast for the next day because my hotel does not provide any. On my itinerary it states I would be staying 2 nights in NY not NJ. When I called to ask why this happened they were rude on the phone. At that point I was scared to go on this tour because I’m traveling with my 14 year old daughter alone and I wasn’t sure if I could trust them. Everything just seemed very shady. I lost my 1200 dollars and no vacation and all they can say is, "This is non refundable." No apologies. Nothing. The worst people ever.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Upon checking the tour information page for the tour package you booked, we were able to verify that the tour page does not state that hotels will be booked in New York. If you have specifics you would like to share, please send us an email at reviews@tours4fun.com.
Just to tell you as long as you book their service and use it they deal with you well and good. When it comes to cancelling your booking for some reasons, they will cause you a nightmare. They mention that they won't charge you for the booking and holding it, while as soon as you enter card details, they take away 100% of money. Now if you want to cancel your trip, you are gone. They will cite ** reasons for the deduction. If you want to know details you may write to me, **. I will share you all communication and details of each & everything. Alternatively text me to know how exactly they trap you **. I will provide you every evidence of how they got me $498.76 charged for doing nothing. Beware of this FRAUDULENT COMPANY, THEY WRITE SOMEWHERE SOME NOTES AS THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND THEY WILL PLAY WITH YOU.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Our records show that we have processed a full refund for your reservation. Feel free to contact us if you require any additional assistance on your reservation.
When Tours4Fun advertises a one day tour of the Kennedy Space Center with a “Book Now” box to click on to pay $50 (guaranteed lowest rate) including a detailed list of tour overview of what is included — you may assume you are paying $50 for the tour. NOT so! The confirmation email asks that we call a number to get our tour director name. That’s when we find out there is a $10 per person charge that goes to the driver. After arriving at our pick-up point this morning — we received a text from the tour guide telling us we’d need $61 cash per person to tour the Kennedy Space Center — and he accepts cash only. He says this will avoid us standing in line when we arrive. We explain we have email confirmation of $200 payment for the tour. He directs us to customer service.
Yes, we should have read the fine print. We found where it states the tour is excluded from the cost. So, we didn’t use Tours4Fun today and strongly advise you read the fine print. We only paid $51 per ticket for the tour today. We don’t know why the tour director was asking for $61. Learn from our $200 non-refundable mistake. After finding this site, I see that we certainly are not the only ones disappointed with Tours4Fun.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We try our best to ensure the tour description and information posted on the information page for the tour that you booked is as accurate as possible including what the reservation price includes and any additional fees payable on tour. We have verified that the tour information page for the package you booked clearly shows that the entrance fees are not included and the electronic tickets we emailed out to you also shows that the entrance fees are payable on tour in cash to the guide. We truly appreciate your opinion as it will help us in our efforts to improve on our current tour selection.
If you are trying to book a tour last minute, DO NOT go through Tours4Fun. I last minute decided to extend my trip to the Grand Canyon/Southern Utah so that I could try and tour Antelope Canyon. Tours4Fun had several 1 person openings throughout the day, which thrilled me, because Antelope Canyon can get be hard to get a tour to last minute. I booked a tour. After getting the emailed receipt, I called my work to ask for an extra day off and then got a hotel not too far from Antelope Canyon. Boy, was that a mistake.
The next day at 5:00 PM (24 hours after I'd book and less than 24 hours before the tour), I get an email saying that the reservation wasn't available. I call and after having the call dropped twice, get through to a lady who just keeps repeating that they never know what's available until they've contacted their local office. My take away: Tours4Fun lacks communication and is incompetent. Also, their customer service sucks. They didn't even offer any compensation considering that I'd taken a day off work and paid for a hotel for an extra night. I get that I made the reservation last minute, so it's partly on me, but it's not that uncommon to take trips and tours last minute. They should really not list close dates if they're not able to handle them.
Orders placed online for our tour packages do not guarantee confirmation but will initiate a reservation process which will be subject to confirmation. We are working to more accurately post availability for our travel products online.
Beware of the scam!! Don't get fooled by the lower prices of the tickets. It doesn't matter with which tour company you book - Ultimately, TakeTours, Tours4Fun, Mayi Tours, etc club all the people together for the tour even though you book from different tour websites. They don't even take you to all the places mentioned in the itinerary. If you ask them, the tour guide will simply say that it is not included in the itinerary that he got and to contact the customer service for support. When you call the customer service, they ask you to drop them an email - drop an email while I'm on the tour. REALLY??? The customer service and the tour guide will play back and forth with you but you won't get the resolution at the end!
The only thing is they provide a price match guarantee - if some other tour website is selling the tickets for a cheaper price than them, then you'll get the extra money you paid for the tickets refunded. But other than that, nothing! If you ask the tour guide about the place which is mentioned in the itinerary but he did not take you to it, then the tour guide will simply say it is not in his itinerary and we can go by our self if we want. Though our tour guide Benny spoke softly with everyone, he did not stand on his words - he didn't even share the group picture that he said he would email to everyone. Never ever book your tour with them!! Worst experience ever!
We appreciate your feedback and take every review seriously to provide better services to our customers. The tour operator will try their best to make sure all the tour arrangements will be the same as planned but they reserve the right to make amendments including altering, postponing and canceling tours due to weather, transportation and other unforeseeable factors that can cause delays. Your reservation record shows that the tour schedule was delayed significantly and the tour guide decided to forgo the to the Air and Space Museum and Philadelphia. We have also shared your review with the tour operator's management and they have assured us that they have reviewed your experience and have addressed this with the tour guide.
My experience with Tours4Fun was easy. But the thing is, I booked for a slot but when I got out from the website, it was saying the shuttle was already booked. So, I had to pick other timing. I also paid a premium price for the timing, but the timing they gave me, which was around 11:00 was not a premium pricing. But we enjoyed the Upper Antelope Canyon Tour.
We are sorry to hear that our service was not to your satisfaction. Due to the popularity the tickets you placed an order for, availability will be subject to change and we advise our customers to contact us to allow us to check for available time slots before placing an order online. Thank you for your feedback.
I had booked two Antelope Canyon tours through Tours4Fun, the upper and lower. Then I realized that it was from Page and I was in Vegas. From Page to Vegas would take around five hours so I had to cancel that booking. I didn't have a refund as I had to rebook the one for the upper deck from a new booking. When I had to book, the booking was appearing a little late but I was able to get through it. I had rebooked it from Vegas and the tour was good. I will use Tours4Fun again on my next trip.
Your comments are very much appreciated. Thank you.
My experience with Tours4Fun was very good. I used their app and bought Upper Antelope Canyon tickets. The app was easy to use and useful. Plus, it was easy to find what I want. And the Antelope Canyon tour was fun.
We are happy to hear that you enjoyed our service and we thank you for taking the time to leave your review.
Please never trust these guys. They overbook and tell you at the last minute they don't have it and make you go with the alternative that nobody wants. And they have no empathy for other's suffering. I booked for the Upper Canyon at a prime time via Tours4Fun. It all went fine. After 2 days they mail you saying prime time is not available (remember I already booked this!). "Instead we have a non prime time. Take it or leave it." I did not have a choice. Everywhere else it was gone. I agreed to go for the non-prime time. And guess what? I immediately get a reply. That's not available as well. "You have to go with the evening one which usually nobody goes. Take it or leave it," was again the reply! Can you believe??
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. I read the reviews of Tours4Fun and it's better than the other companies. My experience with them is good. The first time I used them was when I traveled to Europe and it was good. The schedule was really relaxed. It was not too much and it was not tight. I already recommended my friend to use Tours4Fun for travel if they don't know how to travel alone.
Thank you for giving us a wonderful opportunity to service you. Your feedback moves us to keep striving to keep you satisfied with our services and travel products.
I was googling tours to visit the Antelope Canyon and found out about Tours4Fun. Their website was easy to understand and easy to finish, and since they were about $40 cheaper that others that I'd considered, I decided to go with them. My only complaint was that the bus was kinda small, so it was a little uncomfortable for a four-hour ride. In the future, I would want to find out if I have to ride for an extended time just to make sure they got a bigger bus to be more comfortable. Other than that, the actual tour was really good and the tour guide was really nice.
We are always happy to serve you! We truly appreciate you and your opinions and look forward to serving you again in the future.
Tours4Fun's price is good. I recently booked the Upper Grand Canyon Tour, and it went very well. Their staff were very nice, and very helpful. They explained all the thing. Then a lady at the counter called us to make sure that we arrived on time and it was very helpful. It was a really fun trip and we had a lot of pictures.
Your positive review is very much appreciated. If we can be of any assistance in the future please do not hesitate to contact us.
Me and my family joined a trip through Tours4Fun to Niagara Falls. 2 kids 2 adults/ The tour guide KAREN ** yells in the bus to everyone. She does NOT even speak a 50% English. Most of the passengers were foreign (Not chinese) and nobody could understand her. We’ve tried multiple occasions asking her about attractions and fares etc and she completely avoided questions. She never guided us anywhere. She just dropped us off and got lost. She has put the group in danger putting us in the middle of the road (as a meeting point) while there’s traffic till the security guards asked us and her to move somewhere else.
As a future reference you should hire tour guides that speaks CLEAR English and have knowledge of what or about the destinations etc. She threatened me of kicking me and my family out of the bus in the middle of nowhere if I didn’t tip her $80 (which it was a tip she did NOT deserve/worth at all just cause your company doesn’t want to pay her salary). She was a complete WASTE of our money and time.
We sincerely apologize about your experience with your recent trip and appreciate your feedback. Please feel free to email us at reviews@tours4fun.com with your reservation number so that our customer service department can look into this issue for you
Please stay away from this company, it’s a complete rip off!!!! I had purchased a half-day trip of Basque Country for 3 people via Tours4Fun for June 29th, the tickets were reserved and paid in full 4 months in advance. On the day of the trip we arrived to the meeting point listed on our tickets 15 minutes earlier, which happened to be a hotel, waited for 1 hour and the bus never showed up. I called Julia Travel’s emergency number & main number numerous times (more than 10x) and no one picked up the phone.
I decided to call Tours4Fun so they can provide an update and explain what was going on, Juanita (representative I spoke with) tried to get ahold of them multiple times as well but was unsuccessful to speak to anyone at the company. Given the situation, I asked that either our tour be moved to another day, or that I get a full refund and Juanita said the issue was out of their hands and they couldn’t do anything until they contacted Julia Travel. She promised to call me back with a resolution within the next hours and never did, we were in Bilbao for 5 days and never heard from either Julia Travel or Tours4Fun, not even to get an apology for their unprofessionalism, much less did they refund me the money for the tour we never took.
We sincerely apologize about your experience with your recent trip and appreciate your feedback. Please feel free to email us at reviews@tours4fun.com with your reservation number so that our customer service department can look into this issue for you
We went on a 3 day 2 night tour from Manhattan to Niagara Falls and Washington DC. Our tour wasn’t very helpful. The whole tour wasn’t very good. The hotels weren’t the cleanest. We don’t understand why you book hotels 50 mins-1.5hrs away from attractions. In Niagara falls the only things we did and saw were the Cave of the Winds, Maid of the Mist, jet boat ride which we paid extra for and then say Old Fort Niagara. We didn't even see the lights at the fall at night like it says we would. We paid a mandatory fee of $75--not sure what it was for. Tried to ask company but they weren’t helpful.
Our tour guide Scarlett couldn’t speak proper English. She would speak in the microphone and you could hardly understand anything she said. She talked too fast. It felt like she was pushing us in to do the extra activities. We didn’t know we had to pay on the first day on the bus all the money for all the extra things. In Washington DC we didn’t get very close to White House to get good pictures. She has agreement with another lady on tour and told her to get her suitcases and get off. In front of everyone on the bus. I think that wasn’t very professional at all. When we got to the boat cruise the lady and her family got their suitcases off. They had a baby and their parents there. You need to leave around 6-7am to get the most out of Niagara Falls on the first day. It was a rush day. Very tiring tour. Wouldn’t recommend the tour to anyone.
We are sorry hear about your experience with your recent trip and appreciate your feedback. Our budget friendly tour packages include accommodations about 40-1 hours drive away from city centers to help lower travel costs and offer affordable package prices to our customers. I have used Tours4Fun in 2017. I came across it online and I read reviews to decide if the particular tour was good. The website was easy to navigate. I could key-in some words and find the related tours. So, it was easier to search by category or by using its word. The National Park tour in Arizona, Utah and then Nevada was very good and I highly recommend that. Tours4Fun is one of the tour resources I would see whenever I have any vacation plan.
Thank you for your positive review. It is great to know that you are enjoying the services we provide. If you need any assistance in the future please do let us know.
We were looking for a tour for Antelope Canyon that was open. A lot of them were full. But Tours4Fun had open tours. Purchasing from them wasn’t difficult. The only issue we had was I would go through purchasing a tour then a couple of hours later, I would get a bounced back email thing saying that tour time wasn’t available anymore. It was difficult because we were trying to get two separate tours that were close together. My son couldn’t go on the tour so we were having to swap him between family. But we kept getting bounce back emails and it would tell us another tour was available. We tried to book that tour instead but would again get an email saying that that tour time wasn’t available. But for whatever reason, the website would still let you book a time, even if the tour was closed. Had I not checked my email, I probably would have missed out all the others.
The only other thing was Tours4Fun limits. We bought one for the family ahead of time and the program tried to discount the one for us, but it only lets you use a certain amount of rewards so we didn't even really get to use that many. It doesn't let you use the rewards and the coupon code, so we didn't end up getting to use the rewards at all because we had a coupon code. Other than that, their customer service was quick to respond when I was trying to get something cancelled and rescheduled. We'd probably use Tours4Fun again.

Tours4Fun was convenient for my timing. I booked a Grand Canyon bus tour with them for my parents last year. It was easy to do that on their site. Everything was online.
We thank you for sharing your feedback and are pleased to know that you enjoyed our services. We hope we can be of assistance to you again in the future.
I booked a "3-Day California Theme Parks Tour from San Francisco" see the link (https://www.tours4fun.com/los-angeles-theme-park-tour-from-san-francisco-3-days.html) on June 11th, and just finished the tour (June 18 through 20, 2019). This is the worst trip I've ever had in the United States. 1. The trip started with a serious delay in the morning of June 18th. I was told that the tour bus will pick us up at 8:45 am in front of the 7200 Amador Plaza Rd, Dublin, CA, 94568. The bus however, did not arrive until 10:00 am.
2. As the itinerary from the website says, day 1 "San Francisco - Beverly Hills - Rodeo Drive - Hollywood Walk of Fame - Los Angeles," the truth is, we only stopped at the sign of "Beverly Hills" for 40 minutes. It included the time for going to the restroom, getting off and on the bus. What people could do with the limited time, was just take some pictures at the sign of "Beverly Hills". So, basically, we just spent the first day on the bus and stopped at the Beverly Hills sign for 40 minutes. That's it.
3. The hotel, was located in Rowland Height, more than an hour away from the city of LA. When we finally arrived at the hotel, it was already 8:10 pm. 4. Most of the tourists were from China. They ate, drank, and talked loudly on the bus even if there was a big sign on the mirror saying "No food or drink on buses." One angry lady was on her phone arguing with her travel agent for more than 3 hours, and her sons were fighting with each other whenever they were awake. Day 2 we went to the Universal studio. It was okay overall.
5. Day 3, the itinerary says "Los Angeles - 17-Mile Drive - San Francisco," so I expected at least some quality time at 17 miles since that was the only item on day 3. What actually happened was, we stopped at 17 mile drive for 10 minutes, yes, only 10 minutes. The only thing people could do was take pictures. Maybe for some of the other tourists, the only thing about traveling is taking pictures, but, that was not our expectations. We drove the whole entire day, just to spend 10 minutes at our destination. Again, people on the bus ate, drank, and talked loudly. When the bus finally arrived at the hotel, it was already 9:40 pm. From 7:30 am, to 9:40 pm, we were on the bus, stopped at 17 mile drive for 10 minutes, and Pebble Beach for 40 minutes.
For the whole tour, they spent too much time picking up and dropping off people (because the hotels they booked were all far away from the city, and far away from each other), and waiting for people who did not show up on time. Three days, we experienced 3 different tour guides, but none of them could give any meaningful introduction about the culture, the history, or provide information about the attractions. They were more like housekeepers instead, taking care of the Chinese travelers' questions such as where they will go next, which bus they will take, which hotels they will stay at, where to eat a lunch/dinner, etc. If you are looking to have a meaningful and fun experience, I strongly don't recommend travelling with this company. *A side note: the Tours4Fun.com doesn't give you access to write a review on their website.
We are sorry to hear about your experience on the tour you booked with us and appreciate your feedback. We will have one of our customer service representatives contact you for further assistance.
My wife & I took the 7-Day Mid-South Mississippi Tour to Chicago from Houston and found out from day 1 that this tour is to break down into 3 parts amongst 3 different tour guides. The logistics are in a bit of a shambles as the 1st Guide kept calling for guests going to New Orleans (apparently we are on the list) and know guests for their section of the tour only. As we were last to board into the mini van, we were seated at the rear and it was the worst back breaking ride ever, I mean it was a 6 hours ride to New Orleans from Houston. There is no commentary whatsoever as there is no PA system on board (same for rest of the trip) so we were like hiring transportation to drive us around from A to B to C. Luckily, I printed the itinerary to bring along so at least I know where we are headed. This is a Chinese based tour so expect quiet efficiency but lacking on the PR and tact.
We are sorry to hear about your negative experience and we are sharing this with the tour operator to allow them to gain insight as to where they can improve their services in the future. Thank you for your feedback and we want to let you know that we truly value your opinions.
We booked Tours4Fun going to Miami Cultural Center. Unfortunately, the tour was not good at all. The transport was just four people. It was my husband and I and another couple. So, first of all, the van, every time we got in or out, we had to crawl through the front two seats to get to the back two seats. So, that was really a pain every time we had to do that. The tour guide was nice, but she wasn’t very informative at all. She was driving and trying to talk, and we couldn’t hear anything she was saying. Literally, we were googling things on our own as we were driving through looking at places, ’cause she didn’t even have a microphone, no amplification. It was just disappointing. We also stopped at this Cuban place because she said it was a landmark. But I felt like it was because she just wanted to get something to eat. So, we just stood there while she ordered something to eat.
We have shared this information with the tour operator to allow them to gain some insight as to where they can improve their services in the future.
This company aren’t tour operators, They are a third party booking agent. Their actual knowledge of the tours and ability to check and control the quality of the product is non existent. I booked a tour through Tours4Fun. I asked the simple question of where the first night's accommodation of a tour was so I could get into town a night early. After a few emails I realized they did not have the capacity to ring the operator and ask this fundamental question. Problem solving is not their strength. After countless laughable incompetent emails they gave me the number of the tour operator on the day the tour starts but could still not answer the question. Honestly go elsewhere, all the tours they offer are available with other booking agencies. None of them are that great and with a little work you can generally find the tour operator and go direct and save some money.
We are sorry to hear about your reservation experience with us and appreciate your feedback. Our records show that you were informed that hotel information does not normally come available until a few days prior to the tour's start date, and this information was emailed to you 24 hours prior to your departure. We thank you for your comments as this will help us in our efforts to improve on our reservation process.
I would go with a local tour. Driver skill was average - constantly accelerating/braking/accelerating/braking all the way up the highway even without a car in front. It's like he couldn't maintain a steady speed, this resulted in jerky ride which made myself and my daughter exceptionally motion sick. Yes the tour guide can speak English, however if you are wanting an informative and educationally enlightening tour then you are not going to receive it here. The information is very limited. We were the only people outside the Chinese culture apart from an Indian couple. We constantly got pushed in front of everywhere (shops, toilets, hotel check in), absolutely no consideration. Tour states "toilets on bus for comfort", however when we asked to use the tour guide made us feel like we were inconveniencing him, and secondly the toilet had no toilet paper.
The restaurant we stopped at was disgusting, I wouldn't suggest to anyone. The bus leaked when it rained which meant people got wet, floors got wet, bags got wet. It states to pay the entrance fees to tour guide. Entrance fee to Yosemite is 20 p.p and 17 mile is $10 per vehicle however we got charged 60 EACH. So I found that misleading, obviously trying to make money in other hidden cost. When I questioned this they said it is to cover cost despite the fact 20+10 equals 30.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We are sorry to hear that the tour was not as you had expected. We have shared your feedback to the tour operator to allow them to make improvements to their services and take corrective action as necessary.
I just came home from my tour three days to New Hampshire White Mountain. I very like it and it just a good tour with a good view. I very luck my family and I meet a good tour guy name Jake ** and the driver Marty. They take care so well, made me want take tour again with them. I recommend to you this tour. Cheap and you will satisfied.
Thank you kindly for taking the time to share your experience and we hope to be able to assist you again in the future.
Purchased a trip for my parents and paid over 1000 dollars for both. 1. The person helped with my purchase claim. This is a small group of less than 14. But when my parents went there it was a 50 people group. 2. My parents don't speak English. The tour guide took this advantage and made all optional extra activities into must pay activities. This means an extra 1000 dollars for the trip. 3. Before I made the purchase I ask if this is an very tense trip and the person from Tours4Fun said not at all. The fact is this trip is very intense. You get up at 4 a.m. and spend most of your day on a big bus. 4. The last day, they drop you at the LAX airport. I specifically ask the tour guide to help my parents find the hotel shuttle since they don't speak English and they said sure before I made the purchase.
The fact is they dropped my parents at the airport and then disappeared, leaving them wandering over 2 hours before finding the right shuttle at LAX while I was on the phone with my parents to help find the shuttle long distant. In general, Tours4Fun is like a scam. They are basically a cheap Chinese founder gold digger company and very irresponsible. Be aware and I will never choose Tours4Fun again.
Tour taken: May 19 departure date, 6 day east coast tour. I booked this tour was my mother and brother.
1. Tour guide, YoYo, was great and very engaging. She made the experience very good.
2. There was diversity in our group, which made the experience a lot better.
Cons:1. Booking the tour was a hassle. They are horrible at coordinating and kept giving us different numbers to call before the tour date. Example: May 19 (departure date morning) they sent me a text with the tour guide's number saying that the tour will begin on May 21. When I called the tour guide on the number listed - she had no idea about the tour.
2. Changing the departure date- it was very difficult. I changed the departure date and paid the amendment fee, they sent me an updated invoice. However, one day before the trip they emailed me saying that if I don't pay $30 more via PayPal, I will not be able to go on the trip. That seemed predatory consumer practice to me and I felt like I was backed in a corner. I had to end up paying $30 via PayPal so we could be on the tour.
3. Cancellation: Before booking the tour, make sure you read the fine print. It said on the site that they'll refund complete amount if we cancel by a certain time. When I tried to cancel - they pointed me to some terms and conditions that were hidden in all the information.
Overall: Good tour guide but terrible customer service.
Thank you for your feedback. We will notify the tour operator to have them send clearer and more accurate updates by text to ensure our customers are prepared for their travels.
Reserved a tour to take my mother for her 75th Birthday to Niagra Falls Canada. After booking in advance, received confirmation, then 3days before schedule trip, I received an email from them telling me my tour was cancelled because seats were not filled. This came as a shock and frustration. I cried because it was all planned for my mother. So unorganized and unreliable. Do not waste your time. This is so unprofessional!
Me and my friend went on the day tour from Las Vegas to Antelope Canyon & horseshoe bend. All I can say is that the tour surpassed all expectations. Our tour guide Eva, and driver Jeff were very professional, and lovely, ensuring that we had a memorable experience. Everything ran to time, and Eva was across every detail, taking care of all needs of everyone on the tour, and went above and beyond to ensure this. An example of this was Eva paying for the services fee for a couple of people on the tour, as they had insufficient funds, and she wanted to ensure they were still able to participate. Being my first tour with Tours4Fun I highly recommend them to anyone considering a tour, as they are clear in all the details, and professional, especially Eva and Jeff, who made this experience one that we won’t forget.
We are truly grateful to you for choosing our agency and for giving us the opportunity to grow. None of our achievements would have been possible without you and your unwavering support. Thanks very much for taking the time to leave your review.
We were doing some research on the internet and found Tours4Fun. The Nashville tour was very enjoyable, not overly crowded and had a really good atmosphere. We were very impressed with the guide, who was entertaining and humorous but had a really good grasp of the facts. We were pleased all the way around. Moreover, the Olympic National Park tour in Seattle was great. We had an amazing circumstance there. We had a really good guide, which was great, but we were only four people on the tour- me, my wife, my mother, and the guide. And we got some great personal service. I have nothing but positive to say. Tours4Fun did a really good job. We were very impressed and will definitely be booking them again the next time we have the opportunity.
Thank you for being a Tours4Fun customer. We appreciate your business and look forward to serving your travel needs in the future.
We ordered their Texas 8-day group, but after a few days, their company has cut prices significantly and refuse our request to refund the price difference. Our request is asking the fairness as we are also their long term customers. We felt very upset and don’t know where to ask for the help from them.
Our records show that our customer service had already assisted you with your issues and hope that your concerns have been cleared. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any additional concerns or questions on your reservation.
I have purchased tickets for the Chinese Great Wall with Tours4fun, both the Great Wall entrance and the Cable Car round trip ride. The entrance was fine with the QR Codes they sent but a big surprise that even Cable Car tickets purchased, Invoice and QR Codes sent too, they simply didn’t work, were not recognized. I was with my family and after 1-2 hours in the queue I had to go down, buy the tickets in the local office and re-enter in the queue. Reaaally upsetting mainly when communications look good before we reach there and after spending 50-60 USD on it. After our trip was ended I got in contact and even received an email confirming their mistake but money was never refunded and they simply cut the communication. Never using this operator again.
We are sorry to hear about your experience with your recent trip and appreciate your feedback. We were able to verify that our customer service department has already assisted you with your post tour concerns with a refund provided for the Cable Car tickets. If you require any additional assistance, please email us.
I was on their Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend tour from Vegas, when their bus broke down one hour short of Antelope Canyon. They told us that a technician would be fixing the bus, while another bus from Antelope Canyon was on its way to pick our group up. The bus never got fixed and no other bus came to pick us up. They made us wait for 4 hours in a Subway restaurant nearby, after which they informed us that the tour had been cancelled. We then boarded a bus back to Vegas, ultimately wasting the entire day due to their incompetence. A total of 12 hours were wasted in this process. I would really advise people to just rent a car or choose another tour operator if they want to visit the Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We are sorry to hear that the tour you booked with us did not meet your expectations. A full refund was processed for your reservation as soon as we were able to verify what transpired during your tour. We have also notified our product department of your feedback to allow them to work with the local supplier to help ensure that they are providing high quality services and to reassess our partnership with the tour operator.
I will try keeping it short for you but I doubt that my unpleasant experience will let me do it. I have booked a Grand Canyon South Rim Day Trip through their website (1-day tour Las Vegas-Grand Canyon-Las Vegas). Tour went fine, the pickup time from the Canyon to Las Vegas was 4:50 p.m. And the bus - NOT there. Me and my sister were late with less than 5 minutes and we waited 20 minutes at the pick up point - still no sight of the bus.
We have immediately contacted the local operator and informed the park employees, who helped us with monitoring all of the exits and parking places of the park. After almost an hour on hold, the local operator informed us that the bus has left even earlier, at 4:30 (that was confirmation via phone from a custom service representative but later on we received another written confirmation by them that he left at 4:46!). All of the staff members at the tourist information at the Grand Canyon helped us and confirmed that the bus hasn't returned in the meantime (they have checked all the other parking places as well).
The operator suggested to book a room somewhere for the night because there was no way to organize a ride back to Vegas. I had another reservation for a day trip to the Antelope Canyon for the following day, which we couldn't use. As we didn't return to Las Vegas, we couldn't use our reservation for the hotel either. From our understanding it is against the contract of the company with the national park to leave people behind and seems really unprofessional to leave someone 300 miles away with no other option of going back and yet - they DID it.
That all happened August 2018. For more than 6 months already we have been constantly emailing, phoning and chatting with their custom support that is promising us update as soon as possible, and guess what - this "time" never comes. The last time I tried contacting them was today - 03/06/2019 and again - they informed us that we are not able to claim refund due to the reason that we were late. Anyways, we have written confirmation by them that the bus driver left earlier than the communicated time of departure so I sent them this (don't you find it odd that they are providing us with different information every single time?). I am truly sorry that it took me 6 months to write this review, I had high hopes that our problem will be resolved but yet they are still telling us that our case is under review...
TOURS4FUN - you have wasted our money, wasted our time, wasted our patience and not to mention that you have ruined our vacation. I have now fear of booking organised trips and fear of having no reception. Initially we wanted to be refunded just for the hotel we had to book at the Grand Canyon as the custom service representative advised us that this was our only option and we will be refunded for it, but now after I am continuously experience very POOR custom care I will keep on claiming full refund for both of the wasted trips and hotel costs and if there is still no result I will definitely take legal actions against your irresponsible handling. I will most certainly NOT RECOMMEND using this agency and even 1 star is a lot for the negative impact you left on me!
As you were not present at the communicated departure location on time for the return trip to Las Vegas, we were unable to provide any refunds for your reservation.
We took the tour to Budapest, Vienna, and Prague with Tours4Fun. The tour guide was good, but the tour was rushed. He gave us so much time to hang out by ourselves, which is not the purpose of the tour. We were supposed to see different places, but all the places were not shown to us. He said, "Here is the lunchtime. Now you can hang out for four and a half hours." We could have had an hour and a half lunch and then they could've shown us some things for the next three hours. We could definitely use Tours4Fun, but my wife was not very happy at all.
We are sorry to hear that your experience on the tour was not as you had expected. The tour you took was a balance of guided sightseeing and time to explore the sightseeing destination cities on your own. We are sharing this with the tour operator to allow them to gain some insight as to where they can improve their services in the future.
Tours4Fun seemed to match the dates that my cousin and I were looking for exactly and was in the price range as well. We were doing a complete search through as many tour groups that were covering those locations that we wanted to do. We wanted to start in Paris, which was awesome that it started there. We wanted to hit all the places that were included in the tour such as Switzerland, South of France, Italy and Venice. The online purchase experience with Tours4Fun was quick, very easy and convenient. The website was easy to understand and there were no difficulties at all. I wasn't clear about something to do with the payment and I contacted their customer service through chat and they got back to me quickly and cleared up any issues or miscommunication that I had.
I had an awesome time with Tours4Fun and it was a good tour. Everything was on a bus. We were a bit wary about that and the long bus rides. The tour was a lot larger than what we were used to. They had to combine two groups, the Vietnamese group and our group but they gave us a heads-up about it. We were a little concerned about that because they had the Vietnamese people translating and then us. However, it wasn't even a big deal because the tour guides were awesome as well as how they handled the group. The people, the information and how they took care of our luggage for us and the accommodation were all amazing. Everything was top-notch for us, especially given how much we paid for the tour. We were expecting it was gonna be pretty budget considering what we paid but everything was of great quality and we had absolutely no complaints.
The itinerary was awesome. We are the kind of people that pick up and go and we wanted to do a lot, visit so many cities, in a short amount of time. We were literally in a different city every night, which was really cool. Some people don't like that but if people that I know are ready to go and live out of their suitcases so that they could maximize the time that they are there and see a lot, I would recommend the whole thing. The locations that Tours4Fun chose for each place were amazing. There were little towns that we stopped in between France and Italy that I never even heard of, and I was like, "Wow." The locations that they chose were thought out well.
We thank you for sharing this great review about our agency and the tour you booked with us. We are thrilled that you enjoyed your experience on the 7-Day Italy, Switzerland, and France tour from Paris and we will be sharing your feedback with our team. Thanks again, and we are looking forward to serving you again in the future.
I found Tours4Fun on the TripAdvisor website and they were highly rated, plus they had the tour I wanted to go to. I arranged the tour a year ago and purchasing it was a bit complicated as I was in Columbia. But their people worked it out and I ended up going on the tour. Everything worked fine considering it was arranged at the last minute and I had just given a passport. Their customer service team was responsive when I had questions.
Thank you so much for your positive feedback and for taking the time to post this review as this allows us to improve the way we do business. We are pleased to hear that you are happy with the tour you took and if you have any additional suggestions, please email us.
We were in Las Vegas and decided we wanted to do the Grand Canyon. The online purchasing experience was easy, although I was nervous because it took a while for me to get a confirmation. I had not ever booked anything like that online. We made the arrangements before we left, then I had to wait for the people to call me. They said they would call 24 hours before, but I finally made a phone call because I was nervous. Sometimes you wonder if these things are scams but it was fine. When I made the phone call, I talked to the booking agent. She had only been on the job for about a day and she was very helpful and very pleasant. She got the information for me and told me that we were staying at the Wynn and we had to go across the street from where we were staying.
The price was reasonable and it was a nice little tour. We caught a bus at one of the casinos and they took us to West Rim. The experience of the Grand Canyon was awesome and the location was breathtaking. The driver was also fine. We enjoyed the trip and we would do something like it again. I would also tell people that it was a good experience.
Thank you very much for your review. If we can be of any assistance in the future, please let us know.
Purchasing the trip from Tours4Fun was easy online. However, I couldn’t go and they told me that I could not get a refund because three days was too close. Plus, the customer service representative was really rude.
We regret to hear that you were unable to take the tour that you booked with us. We do provide full information on our tours' cancellation policies, and customers booking online are required to read, acknowledge and agree to the same policies. The cancellation form you sent to cancel out your reservation also reaffirmed your understanding that your reservation was non refundable.
I went online and googled Grand Canyon tours from Las Vegas. I called to ask a few questions just to clarify a couple of things and we liked the price. We didn’t wanna stay overnight and we wanted it all in one day. Tours4Fun was one of the few that stopped at Hoover Dam and at the Grand Canyon. We wanted to stop at both. They delivered everything they promised. We got where we wanted to go. We spent plenty of time at the canyon and they didn’t rush us out of there. We also made a stop for lunch. Though they got us back to our hotel about 10 minutes later than we thought, everything went smoothly. I would recommend Tours4Fun.
Thank you so much for your positive feedback and for taking the time to post this review as this allows us to constantly improve the way we do business. We are pleased to hear that you are happy with the tour you took and if you have any additional suggestions, please email us.
The gentleman who did our booking at Tours4Fun did a really good job. We enjoyed touring the Grand Canyon through them. We liked the fact that the guy was very well-knowledge, and didn’t rush us, and just had an enjoyable day. Other people should try Tours4Fun.
We are pleased to hear that you have enjoyed our services.

From South Africa. My family and I booked a tour to Universal Studios in Orlando 30/12/2018 through Tours4Fun, paid more than $800 and the bus didn't even showed up at the pickup point in Miami. We managed to get on another bus to get to Orlando which cost us extra. When we arrived at universal studios and tried to get hold of them to get our tickets there was nothing booked. After more than 3 hrs I spoke to a person (Miller) and as usual they just said sorry and they will refund us within 7 workdays. We have send emails and all they say is that they are waiting for some local office to process the refund. And now they even stopped replying to our emails. We even had to book into a motel that night because we couldn't get a bus back to Miami, and buy clothes ex. For us it was a horrifying experience. It's the worst customer service ever. So Tours4Fun when can I expect my refund.
We were able to verify that customer service had already assisted you with your reservation and our records show that a full refund was provided for your booking. We hope that your concerns have been cleared.
I booked a tour for Phillip Island Penguin Parade (Melbourne Australia) more than month in advance so we can have the best viewing experience. Paid over $500 for a premium VIP tour for me and my family. We traveled all the way to Melbourne so we can see the penguin parade and when we confirmed the day before as instructed, our tour booking was nowhere to be found! We had a confirmation email and visa charges so it was clearly booked but the actual travel operator (Go West) claimed they didn’t receive anything. What a horrible experience when you clearly had everything organized but the folks at Tours4Fun botched it big time!!! DO NOT BOOK because they are very unreliable.
We sincerely apologize about your reservation experience and appreciate your feedback as this will allow for further improvements on the reservation systems that we are currently upgrading. Our records show a full refund was processed immediately. Please feel free to email us if you wish to share any additional information on your booking.
Tours4Fun charged me twice for my stargazing tour in Salar de Uyuni, Bolivia and refuses to return the money. When I booked the tour, they charged my credit card $250. When I arrived, the local operator (Jose **) asked me to pay $250 in cash. Not realizing that my credit card was charged, I paid in cash. After returning home, I realized the error, and contacted both the local operator and Tours4Fun.
After more than 1.5 months of constant hassling, they both refuse to pay me back or follow up on the matter. Worse yet, they now refuse to respond to my messages, hoping that I will go away. Find ANY OTHER Tour operator. Do not use this company! They are dishonest, disrespectful, and have terrible customer service. They are not on the same page as their tour operators and take days, sometimes weeks to connect with them (this was before I even went). The tour itself was a pricey at $250 for two people. For that much money in Bolivia, you would expect exceptional service. Go elsewhere.
We are sorry to hear about your payment issues with the tour operator. We are currently awaiting the tour operator's reply regarding the charges made and as soon as we hear back from them, we will schedule someone from our customer service team to contact to with updates on this matter.
I was booked on their New York Tour for 15 November 2018. They sent me an urgent email to indicate the tour has been cancelled with no reason. They asked if I wanted to join another tour. I declined and they promised a refund. To date they indicate I did not show. I have had several so called customer care staff respond to my email and 2 staff Carlos and Joven stated the local office indicated I did not show. I sent them their emails which indicate the tour was cancelled because they don't have a guide and that a full refund is being processed. You never speak to the same people, always getting a different consultant.
We are sorry to hear about your experience on the tour you booked with us and appreciate your feedback. We will have one of our customer service representatives contact you for further assistance.
I just returned from a one night, two days tour from NY to Washington DC, I had a extremely pathetic experience detailed below: We were told bus will have emergency bathroom but as soon as we boarded the bus the Tour guide said that there is no key for the emergency bathroom, and tour guide did not even offer that in case of emergency they will make a stop. On the 1st day the dinner stop was catered to the Chinese tourists only, tour guide had no information for non-Chinese tourists, what a joke!
On one of the attraction stops (White House), 4 Chinese tourists were busy taking pictures and so missed the tour guide taking everyone to the White House. So after everyone else came back to the Bus, those 4 tourists complained to the guide and she took them back to the White House again, while all other tourists waited on the bus for 30/ 40 minutes, wasting everyone's time. A lot of mis-communication of information. 1st day night our guide said, "Pick up something for your breakfast in the morning as Bus needs to leave 6:20 AM sharp," and also said that breakfast is included in the hotel. So at 6AM when me and my parents (65 years of age) go down we find out that breakfast is not included. The tour guide should have at least messaged us with this information.
On the 2nd day for the DC Cruise, we asked the tour guide if we can carry our own food, the tour guide said No. However, on the ferry we saw other people had brought their own food. Again incomplete/wrong information from tour guide. At most of the attractions the tour guide would rush us to see the attractions in an EXTREMELY RUSHED fashion. So basically you pay full ticket price for the attractions but you see them for like 40 minutes while most of these attractions you should spend at least 2 hours or so. Whenever the tour guide shared details, it seemed that she would go on in Chinese for a lot longer than her narratives in English. We even felt that the tour guide was a lot more friendly and helpful to the Chinese tourists as compared to the non-Chinese tourists.
After all this, since clearly we received extremely bad, pathetic Service, I shared all these issues with the tour guide, and told her that due to all these things I will only pay half the service fee since there was practically no service for non-Chinese tourists. What happened from here on was a complete nightmare and shocking unforgettable 1+ hour of my life. The tour guide said, "Ok if you don't want to pay full service fee at least pay the drivers service." We questioned her that per the tour policy we have already paid for the hotel and transportation, in fact tour policy states service fee is just for tour guide but since we got horrible service we told her we will only pay half. Then she said she will discuss with the driver.
20 minutes later the bus driver pulls over the bus and comes to the back, I again repeat all the issues to him and he clearly does not understand english at all so his only response was "I understand, but pay me the full service fee or I will drop you off here (IN THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE) and call the cops." By this time I had already recorded all the complaints that I had against the tour guide so that I have Video proof and I even recorded the back and forth with drivers. Excuse me what did you understand then? SO I HAVE PROOF OF EACH AND EVERY accusation and the response from driver and the tour guide against these. Anyways, seeing all this my Mom who is a diabetic patient felt like completely harassed and was losing her cool and so she went to the tour guide and the bus driver begging that enough is enough take the full service fee but let's drive back home.
Seeing that I am recording all this, the bus driver called the cops who on arrival advised that for now we should pay them the full service fee and submit all our complaints to the travel company etc. Due to all this shock, disgust, harassment, in-convenience and horrible experience to me, my fiance, my elderly parents (65+), I want a full refund for my tour as this kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. There is no reason why we should be paying full service fee for extremely sub-par/pathetic service and mis-communication of information. This was not a tour for fun rather a tour for frustration. Customer service department please understand the tourists frustration here and please kindly think from the customer's perspective. :( :( Very very sad!! Happy to talk on the phone/share all the video evidence with anyone directly.
We've learnt that our customer service had already assisted you with your issues and hope that your concerns have been cleared. Do not hesitate to contact us at reviews@tours4fun.com if you have any additional concerns or questions on your reservation.
We booked a tour in Arizona at the Lower Antelope Canyon. We drove 2 and a half hours each way. The Tours4Fun system changed the date of our tour to one after we left the area. We were turned away and not allowed to go on the tour. The main number for Tours4Fun appeared to be a cellular line that was no longer operational. We called the other number and they did not solve the problem. They said that they would request a refund, but that it wasn't likely. Days later, we received a cancellation request form, with instructions that suggested that we would not receive a refund based on when the form was filed, when we were not told of such a form when we called. We noticed negative reviews of this company and decided to give them a chance. We feel put in the awkward position of asking for a refund when we feel cheated.
We are sorry to hear about your experience with Tours4Fun and appreciate your feedback. Tours4Fun uses reasonable efforts to include accurate, complete and current information on our website including information on our reservation process and our standard cancellation and amendment policy. Our records show that our customer service representatives who assisted with your reservation requested for a waiver for the cancellation costs involved, but as the request was denied due to the proximity of the cancellation to your travel date, we had to abide by the terms and conditions agreed to at the time of booking. Our I.T. department also assisted with the reservation in verifying that changes cannot be made by the system to the dates selected after your order was made on our website. We thank you again and hope that this helps to clarify your concerns.
I booked a tour with this company one week before I was scheduled to go on it to Key West. I paid more than any other company thinking they were reliable and what they had to offer, how wrong was I. I paid 122 dollars for two adults to Key West for the day. I received confirmation of payment saying they would get in touch however I had to email every day asking if the trip was going ahead. They kept fobbing me off saying they were getting in touch with the company that provided the tour to no avail, anyway cut a long story short the day before I was due to go I emailed them yet again saying I needed a response by 2pm otherwise I would be forced to go elsewhere.
As they didn't respond by 2pm I had to cancel and booked another through VIATOR. I emailed them the next day asking for a refund as they failed to provide this tour to which they had the cheek to say it's in our contract which it isn't unless you ask for it that once you have booked it doesn't guarantee a reservation and if you cancel you lose your money. I'm absolutely disgusted with this sham of a company so please do not waste your money with them.
We are truly sorry to hear of the disappointment you experienced when booking your travels with us. Our standard reservation processing time is 1-2 business days, but can take longer prior to holidays due to the volume of reservations being worked on. We are pleased to inform you that we were able provide you with a full refund which was processed on 11/25.
Avoid Tours4Fun.com at all costs. My booking experience with them has been a nightmare. I was originally quoted $350 (plus “border fees”) for a single traveller, and I even got one of their team to reconfirm the price and terms by email. I was subsequently told I need to pay another $130 plus $65 for a visa, and they were entirely inflexible with this. Having phoned the US office (and been put on hold multiple times at international call rates), I told them this was not acceptable. It was agreed I would pay $350, only for them to change their mind on the day of the tour and hit me with the extra charges.
Communication with them has been a shambles. I have spoken to a different person each time, and communication with their local rep has been just awful (they appear not to speak to each other or their head office). I have also enquired about the “visa cost” into Egypt, and according to other providers, there is no requirement for this charge. It is clear this is a blatant rip off and dishonesty on their part.
What is worse is that having spoken to my accommodation provider, they run exactly the same tours daily for $295 (which is inclusive of border fees and so called visa). The hotel we were accommodated in was average, yet the WiFi was unreliable and it was located 30KM from Cairo’s city centre, which was not explained clearly. The tour consisted of being shunted between a perfume factory, papyrus shop and an Egyptian Breakfast (basically a fast food place!), all of which were there just to try and sell us things. Do not waste your money with these people, they are at best unreliable and incompetent, at worst dishonest and there to rip you off. Book with someone reputable, or better still just make your own way around Cairo.
Thank you for your feedback. We will have someone from our customer service team to contact you to look further into this matter for you.
This company and tour guide if a customer who pays only bus and tour decided not to pay additional tours, seems that it is a huge mistake because tour guide takes a really bad attitude and ironic one, nothing friendly with people not in paying tours. I think is not a big deal to be kind with others who stay separated from the main group (those who decided not to pay additional tours), it is just respect because people paid for a simple tour and it is not free. Not recommended at all with that kind of tour guides.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We do our best to ensure information on the additional payable attraction and service fees is up to date and accurate on our tour pages online.
We are sorry to hear about your negative experience and we are sharing this with the tour operator to allow them to gain some insight as to where they can improve their services in the future.
It was easy to purchase at Tours4Fun. Their customer service was satisfactory. I went on the Grand Tour of Los Angeles in 2017 and it was good. One thing I have is that they usually explain first in the Chinese language, and then in English. It was a little difficult. Since it’s America, they should concentrate on English rather than Chinese. Another thing is they always stop in a Chinese buffet for meals and I think they should get more options. They promised that they will give a reimbursement, but I didn’t get any money from it. They said I could get some travel points and I never got them.
DON'T ever book through Tours4Fun. They make mistakes. Horrible mistakes without any compensation. Me and my friends drove for 5 hours to see Antelope Canyon and when we got there the tour guide told us that our booking was for the previous day even though it's in the email that it says today. Tours4Fun gave us a refund. Without any compensation for the useless trip we made. DON'T EVER BOOK with Tours4Fun. Their name is the complete opposite for what they are.
We are sorry to hear about your experience with your tour reservation. A full refund was processed immediately after you contacted our customer service department.
We went on a 4 day bus trip to Vegas - Grand Canyon - Antelope Canyon. It was well organised and would recommend to anyone. The best thing about the tour was Guide Henry who helped us take us throughout the Antelope Canyon and Vegas tour in a very caring way. We are aged 65 plus and he took excellent care to keep us with the pace. Accommodation was very comfortable and enjoyed the trip.
Many thanks for your fantastic review. We hope you have many more fun and memorable travel experiences.
My friends and I booked the worst tour on Tours4fun. I should have known in the months leading up to the tour when the company could not answer basic questions about the accommodations and services on the tour. We traveled halfway around the world to Spain and they said that they could not provide a detailed itinerary until 2 days prior to the tour departure date. Their service was terrible, rude, and unhelpful. It took several back-and-forth emails to get basic answers about the tour.
Do not be fooled by their cheap prices. It is cheap for a reason. My wife and I travel pretty frequently and generally have pretty low or reasonable expectations about every tour we go on. I can unquestionably say that this was the worst tour ever. So much to the point that I am writing this review. Although Tours4Fun is not the tour operator, they did not even respond to my email when I told them that Trapsatur (the tour operator) did not even take us to all of the advertised visits on the tour. Do yourself a favor and do not use them. If you do, make sure you do your research on the tour operator itself and if you feel like you are not getting the responses you need from them, you should cancel.
We are sorry to hear about your experience with your recent trip and appreciate your feedback. We were able to verify that our customer service department has already assisted you with your post tour concerns. If you have additional information you would like to share, please email us at reviews@tours4fun.com.
Tours4Fun does NOT operate any tours! They only act as an agency which sells other company's tours at an INCREASED COST and they have no control of the actual tour operator! I paid for a Single Supplement but when I arrived to start my tour I found that T4F charged me $306 extra to share a room. T4F did not pay the single supplement to the tour provider and I had to pay an additional $80 for the last night of a 6-night tour!
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We are sorry to hear that the tour you booked with us did not meet your expectations. We will have someone from our customer service team to contact you to assist with a resolution.
My family and I went for a 3 days tour to Niagara Falls then Washington DC. The tour was fun and the tour guide Lilian is very patient & knowledgeable. As the tour has quite a few itineraries to cover, we were constantly advised to be on time. Unfortunately, a few of the tour mates were not very considerate and were always late during the meetup time. That resulted in us having lesser time at the point of interest. Our guide Lilian and the bus driver were very kind to wait for them and painstakingly remind them to be on time again and again. But the tour was a great experience overall. It brought us to places we might not have explored on our own. We are very lucky to meet with a good tour guide and a driver who drives in a cautious manner. The tour would have been perfect if we have better tour mates with us.
Not very happy with this trip at all. The guide was not very knowledgeable and preferred to speak Chinese. He kept on talking for about 25 min in Chinese and then he said, "Let me now tell you in English," then he spoke English for about 5 min and were done. It seemed like he forgot that he was not speaking in English and at one time when I told him ”I do not understand” he said, "Yes, I just need to say this, it is very important" and then he went back to speaking Chinese.
When he later came to ask for the $10 service fee he could not really say what it was for other than that it was for him to split with the driver. I really do not care to give him a tip but he made us feel so uncomfortable. I would have never purchased a bus tour if I had known how it would be. It is most definitely not worth it. We will contact the company and demand a refund. In hope that Tours4Fun is a good company and we just had bad luck. When Tours4Fun agrees to a refund, I will update this review.

Booked a Hollywood sports car tour back in June, waited for 40 minutes at the departure location but I was never collected. I have been ignored for weeks on end from the emails I have sent. I was charged in full for £124.97. There has been no attempt from Tours4Fun for a partial refund or a voucher for another trip. I do not recommend Tours4Fun to anyone, they are very quick to take your money and will ignore you endlessly when communicating via email.
Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the negative experience. Your reservation record shows that you were not at the specified meeting point for your tour. The tour representative waited at the location for 30 minutes and tried to contact you but was unable to reach you. We are unable to provide refunds for any customer failing to appear on the day of departure In accordance with our policy.
The company refunded me the value of my payment ,for which i am grateful but i'm still extremely disappoint as it was the trip and experience that mattered more to me than money the odds are i'll never visit Vegas again so will now never see the hoover dam.
Arranged to be picked up outside hotel at 8am. Told to be there for 7.45 (I was) But it's frigging hard to find a vehicle when you don't know what colour it is or if you're looking for a car van minibus bus or coach with a constant stream of vehicle's picking up and dropping off people, phone numbers that actually work. I tried ringing 3 numbers no answer. Finally rang head office. Gave me another number that didn't work and better customer service having to wait 6 hours just to be told basically tough luck is unacceptable, $46 dollars down the drain and a wasted morning. Pity I had to give them 1 star. They certainly don't deserve even that!!!
I had a pretty easy experience with Tours4Fun. Navigating their site was really simple. I just filled out a form and that was it. Our Canyon West Bus Tour was pleasant and the Skywalk was great.
The worst experience ever! Customer service is the worst! They don't give a ** about customer, they just take your money and no explanation and no service! Check out people experience first before booking any service with this company! The most rude service! Better go buy yourself in any tour than with this company! They don't have a manager, and keep saying it's not there! Liars! No service like that should be! And they put to pay amount of money without any good service providing!
We are sorry to hear about your experience with Tours4Fun and appreciate your feedback. Our records show that you canceled your reservation one day after you placed your order, and a full refund was processed back to your payment account.

I am in a tour with this agency Tours4Fun doing Niagara-Washington DC. Such a horrible experience. They don’t even deserve rating. So guys please don’t book this agency. The hotels they provide is without breakfast and later they don’t even stop for breakfast when requested. They give damn ** responses and in case if we contact customer support they simply cut your call. So ever you experienced this kinda agency before? Charging you extra service charge even after paying the package fee? Harassing travelers as they wish? So be smart go with other agency which goes with traveler comfort and satisfaction. This is a cheap Chinese ** company.
The information page for the tour package you booked will show that meals are not included and service fees will be payable in the pricing section. If breakfast stops are not arranged, the tour guide will advise travelers to have the meal prior departure. We thank you for your time and feedback, and we will have one of our customer service representatives contact you for further assistance.
I searched Tours4Fun online and they gave us a better price and more options. The online ordering experience was good, but I was not really impressed by the service. There was too much delay, there was too much no information, and the place they took us for free food was the cheapest place.
I am still on this tour package for 2 days one night and it’s already a horrible experience for me and my friends. They charge you so many hidden fees. We booked this tour for $200 and now they were collecting extra $100 each and $20 each day for tour guide and for a driver. This is the first time I have experienced such unprofessional way and I suggest everyone please do not take this tour. It’s sucks and waste of your money as well. I am still on this tour and eagerly waiting to finish. In my word my experience with Tours4Fun is worse and hilarious.
We are sorry to hear that your travel experience did not meet your expectations. We appreciate your feedback as it is valuable for us to make improvements.
All our tour packages' information pages will include pricing information which will clearly list the additional payable fees on tour not included in the reservation price.
We will schedule someone from our customer service team to contact to as soon as possible for further assistance.
We went on a Grand Canyon tour and it was a good experience. The pilot and the view were good as well.
The Ride in New York City is great. I purchased the tickets for Tours4Fun online and there was no hassle to it. It was good. I did not expect that I could have that much fun. At first, it was funny but then after a while, I got used to it. It was cool and all the family agreed to that. But The Ride was kinda short and there were a lot of places that we wanted to go to. It would be fun if it would be a bit longer than the usual. Still, I would recommend Tours4Fun. Hopefully, next year, we’ll do The Ride again when there will be family coming in.
They will not provide you with itinerary until departure. They will be asking you to pay additional $100 for a tour to be conducted in English. They send a driver to the airport HOURS after your arrival. They leave voice messages in Mandarin. They will not refund your money. They are very expensive. PLEASE don't make a dumb mistake and book before reading the reviews. HORRIBLE UNETHICAL COMPANY.
We are sorry to hear that the tour was not as you had expected. Your pickup was scheduled at 8:00 am and the local tour operator reported that you were not at the pickup location and informed us after waiting hours past your pickup time.
Our records show that we tried contacting you after we were informed by the local tour operator, but we could not reach you over the phone, and did not receive any replies back to the email messages we sent.
Refunds are not provided or any portions of the tour unused by the traveler after tour departure regardless of circumstances.
Booked a 3 day DC Niagara tour. My experience was very very bad. Firstly, they gave us a very small bus (mini-van) on the first day and people were crammed up with their bags in a very small space. Ms. **, our 1st day tour guide was so unprofessional that she was smoking on my face while talking to me. Since they didn't have enough time they asked us to drop Lincoln Memorial visit only to show paid attractions for earning money. They don't have details about the hotel we are staying until the very end. They loot you in the sense they charge for attractions which are supposed to be free. On top of that they demand a service fee of 10 bucks daily. NEVER EVER travel with them. Shameless group of people.
We are sorry to hear about your experience with Tours4Fun and appreciate your feedback. We will investigate reported issues with the local tour operator and we will have a customer service representative contact you as soon as possible.
Regarding the bad experiences of the 6 day East Coast tour - We had horrible time since the first day of the tour. We booked our package from 21 July 2018 to 27 July 2018. We booked the flight to New York for 20 July because they told us that they gonna pick up us from the airport. when we went to the airport nobody came. We called more than 100 times they didn't answer. After 4 hours of regular call, they answered finally and we got to know that they're not going to pick up from the airport. They told us that they gonna pick up on 21 July not on 20 July because our tour starts from 21 July. Before we booked the trip, we make sure 20 times that they're going to pick up on 20 July from the Newark Airport. That day we booked hotel and spent our first night in hotel for which we spent more than $300.
The next day our tour guide Michael told us that he's busy to pick up us that day and we manage by Uber up to Hotel. Before booking they never told us that first day of the tour is airport pick up and last day is airport drop off. So, we came to know that 6 day tour is only for 4 days excluding the 1st day pick and last day drop off. Not only that, they always give priority to their Chinese customers. They always stopped in Chinese buffet and restaurant. We never have a good choice to eat. Most importantly, they dropped their Chinese customer in 3-star hotel and other than Chinese had to spent night in stinky motels. When we asked our guide, he told us that it was the order from the company. We spent same amount of money and look how discriminating is that.
Before booking our package, we asked then time and again about the hotels and they keep on saying that it's gonna be at least 3-star hotel or sometime 4-star hotel. They just took us to Freedom Tower and Statue of Liberty in New York. But if you check out website it is clearly written that first 3 days is only New York tour. They stopped in such kind a hotel that you would not find any restaurant nearby to eat what you want. The bus is also so old that it stinks a lot. I swear on god that nobody would be satisfied with this kind of tour. If you're other than Chinese, I humbly request you all not to book trip package from this Tours4Fun company. I hope it will help you a lot.
6 day tour starting on 07/21 ending on 07/26. Tour services start from the first day of your tour to the last with airport transfers
available on the first day, 07/21. You reservation was made on 07/20 and before finalizing your booking we informed you that transfers were not
available on 07/20 and you agreed to a pickup on 07/21 at 9:00 am. Transfers are scheduled hourly, and tour guides will do their best to accommodate
travelers on the next transfer if you miss your initially scheduled pickup. The tour package you booked included accommodations at 3 star rated
hotels which were provided and meal stops arranged with various restaurant options available. The itinerary description on the tour's information page clearly shows that not more than 1 day will be spent sightseeing in New York City. We appreciate the time you've taken to provide us with the feedback on the tour you've taken.
My fiancé and I were looking to go to the Grand Canyon and he saw a tour that goes through Sedona and Flagstaff. We went last May and it was like a little bus tour. Tours4Fun picked us up at Phoenix in the morning and then dropped us off in the evening. Mike, our tour guide, was informative and really cool. When we first got off, we had to pick up more people because something happened and we got a bigger bus. It was more people so it was better. He took us to the Grand Canyon and he took us off a different path, so it was a little bit more secluded and it was beautiful. Unfortunately, the bus broke down but he got us to an exit where there was a restaurant. The company took care of our dinner and everyone was happy.
We had a great experience with unfortunate circumstances and the guides were informative and Mike was chill, nice and wasn’t over the top. He was professional and made it comfortable for us. I’m still friends with some of the people that I was on the bus with. One couple was from Australia and I’m Facebook friends with them and we talk all the time. I don’t like touring and nature and I could care less about it but my fiancé forced me to do it. I enjoyed it a lot and we will definitely do another one.
We booked a tour in Rocky Mountains for 5 people and paid 5670 US dollars for a 6 day tour, that in principle is a 4 days tour with 2 nights in Vancouver. We got a confirmation that we had the English narration food, and would be entering a bus with English speaking people, but they booked the tour with SUPERVACATION that 100% is a Chinese company and 85-90 % of the passengers is Chinese. If you buy the Rocky Mountain food package, you get all evening dinners with Chinese food and even so 2 of the lunch, means 70% of the food package is Chinese food and we didn’t go to Canada to eat Chinese.
SUPERVACATION promised to return the money for the 3 x 5 dinners to Tours4Fun and we asked them to return us the money for the food for the dinners that we rejected, but Tours4Fun don’t reply on several request to get the money back. If you google them, you will see others has the same problem, if they make mistakes don’t think you will get your money back. We will never use this company again and can only recommend you to find a good charter company that work in an honest and fair trade way.
We are sorry to hear about your experience with Tours4Fun and appreciate your feedback. Our records show that we have provided a refund back to you on 08/29 for the meal plan that you initially booked with us. If you have any further concerns on your reservation, please email us at reviews@tours4fun.com.
I have a 7-day tour from July 18-24 with a tour guide whose name is Zoi and then Caroline (both Chinese) via Tours4fun (which was not fun at all) due to several issues. 1. The tour guide was Chinese whose English was not that good. She pretended to be nice while she was not. She tended to leave people behind, especially if they were not Chinese of course. Imagine you are in a country where you are supposed to have a great time and out of a sudden due to being late for less than 5 minutes, you are left behind and you have to deal to finding the group and you have to take a taxi to a location where the bus will in. Yet, she waited for 20 minutes for a Chinese group. This sucks!
2. Explaining and giving information to people was discriminated as well. the tour guide tended to elaborate in Chinese for those who understand the language for more that 15 minutes while saying few words in English for non-Chinese for 2-3 minutes. That was terrible. I would recommend to hire tour guides for English speakers separately. 3. Restaurants and food supplies are always Chinese without taking into consideration that some people don't prefer Chinese food, and they need to find restaurants on their own in the area and of course not trying to be late otherwise you will be left behind.
4. Collecting extra money every now and then is annoying. Buying a tour package means everything is included. Not with Tours4fun. Tour guides collect money for themselves, for tickets, for food, and they show no receipts and take double prices and sometimes 4 times higher. This is a theft in daylight. 5. In each location, you are not given enough time (between 30-40 min) to discover it or learn more about it. Most of the time was on the road. 6. During the tour, there were 2 drivers. The American one was so nice and welcoming people all the time. The tour guide scolded him for being too nice and asked him to stop talking to people on the bus. The second one was Chinese and he is so terrible. If it happened that you got to the bus before everyone else, he won't let you in even if it is raining outside.
7. Keep moving from one bus to another with heavy luggage is annoying. You have to put them in and take them out from the bus by yourself. Old persons find it difficult to do so. 8. I asked them to reserve a room for a pre-tour to get to the hotel in time, and later I asked them to cancel it. But they were late to respond and charged me for a service I didn't get. When I asked the hotel, they assured that they didn't change my visa. I wrote them to give back the money, but they neglected my email. Also, when I got with the group to the hotel, I discovered that they canceled my reservation through the tour company. The hotel was fully booked and this created a huge problem. They decided to give us the driver's room while sending him to another hotel.
They are thieves! I am still waiting for a refunding... which I believe it will not be done since they didn't reply my email yet. I might bring them to court. I won't recommend this tour company for anyone. You will pay more than the amount you paid. This is totally different from other companies that includes everything in the tour cost. Tour4fun is not what the name is showing. Terrible tour guides, terrible drivers, terrible conditions, dirty restaurants, unfriendly group especially the Chinese compared to other nations in the bus (mostly Chinese on the bus). DON'T EVER BOOK WITH THEM... SIMPLY TERRIBLE.
We are sorry to hear about your experience with your recent trip you've booked with Tours4fun.com. Our records show that our customer service had already assisted you with your reservation and we hope that your concerns have been addressed.
I had the Grand Tour of Los Angeles more than one year ago with Tours4Fun. We checked all the stops in Los Angeles and we went to downtown Los Angeles. Everything was good except that the bus didn’t have air condition and I was pregnant, so it was hard for me.
I just came back from a 8 day tour of the national parks. While the tour itself was great the tour group was less than great. First gripe, the bathrooms on the bus were LOCKED. We could not use them (company policy). They didn't want to pay to dump them or clean them. It's a all Asian tour group, so if you're not you feel like an outcast. The places we visited were very good. I felt rushed because they're on a tight schedule. If friends ask I would not recommend this tour group on my experience, there has to be groups much better that don't make you feel like cattle.
We thank you for sharing your experience with Tours4Fun and appreciate your feedback. Restrooms on the buses for most multi day tours will be reserved for emergency use only, and frequent rest area stops were made for the longer distance drives during the tour. If there your require any further assistance email us at reviews@tours4fun with your reservation number.
We were booked the 3 day travel to Niagara & Washington DC. Tour Guide Rong ** was too kind & patient and also perfect timing to the locations. But during the travel, one of the travel family tried to avoid giving the service fee for them by telling different stories. They tried to do a cheap thing for our guide.
The only business that Tours4Fun is in is taking advantage of people and ripping them off. They mostly deal with tourists that do not read or understand English. The tourists "trust" their tour guide who in turns rips them off and then has the audacity to demand a $10.00 dollar a DAY "tip" for pleasure of doing so! The tour guide overcharges for each and every excursion, sometimes almost tripling the amount! The tourists are none the wiser because they cannot read or understand the fee schedule and the tour guide intentionally keeps them away from the ticket area. They demand cash and do not offer receipts. If you re part of a tour "group" shouldn't you expect to get group rates. After all, isn't that why you are going on a group tour? Not only do they pay the group rate, they charge well over face value for each ticket! They are THIEVES and should be ashamed of themselves. What they are doing has to be criminal!
We sincerely apologize about your experience with your recent trip and appreciate your feedback. Pricing information including the service and optional tour fees payable is clearly listed on all our tour's information pages which customers are required to read and understand before proceeding to place orders for reservations on our website. We do not claim to offer group rates for optional tours or attractions but we do clearly post all the exact amounts payable for each of these on the tour pages.
Our records show that one of our customer service representatives has already reached out to you and send you an email offering options to help resolve this for you.
The tour (Niagara 2 days) was well organized. Two guides Summer and Daisy were respectful and all departures and arrivals were on time. It's not easy herding around 57 people. The hotel provided by the tour company was way beyond my expectations. Neat, clean, tidy and spacious. The driver was very professional. I would highly recommend Tours4Fun.
Tours4Fun are the WORST company I have ever experienced, they don't even deserve the 1 star! My friend and I booked Universal tickets and we're due to be picked up from Miami early in the morning and taken to Orlando. The bus was over an hour late and the driver stopped answering our calls to give us updates. When we eventually got on the bus, the driver was rude and many people were complaining about the late service. Around 30 mins later, the bus broke down and the driver did not even bother to explain this to us. Another bus came and people began complaining as it was clear that we were not going to spend all day at Universal.
The manager we spoke to on the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional. He did not let us speak and told us to get off the bus and make our own ways home. We eventually made it to Universal, 3 hours late. I complained to Tours4Fun straight away and was told I would receive a refund. It has been over a month and I have not received anything and they are now ignoring my emails. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY WHATEVER YOU DO. There are better companies to use. This company is unprofessional and a ripoff and I personally think they should be shut down.
We are sorry to hear about your experience on tour and appreciate your feedback. We have notified our customer service department to look into this for you and they will be reaching out to you shortly.
Tours4Fun had the kind of tour I was looking for and had more options. It was easy to purchase online and dealing with customer service went smoothly. The travel was comfortable, but the schedule was a little tight. I wish we had more time to see those places, but the overall experience was good.
We booked our Antelope Canyon tour with Tours4Fun months in advance for 10am on a Sunday. Just as we were arriving in the area (after a 9 hour drive) that Saturday late afternoon, we received an email from Tours4Fun telling us that they overbooked for our 10am tour on Sunday and offered to refund or move our tour to 4pm instead, when the Canyon would be pretty dark. We called their customer line again and again but all they could do was apologize. They also suggested that we reach out to their company's emergency contact (a Chinese person), who never answered any of our calls and did not have a voice mailbox set up. We then tried to call the customer line again but no one answered when this was supposed to be a 24 hour support line according to their company website. We also later found out that tickets were $10 more expensive if you book them through Tours4Fun. Such a dishonest and unethical business.
We are sorry to hear about your experience with Tours4Fun and appreciate your feedback. If there is anything we can be of assistance to resolve your concerns, please email us at reviews@tours4fun with your reservation number.
I just got 8 day tour to New York, Niagara. I just noticed the pricing were all the places we go are over pricing. When you go to the places it’s cheaper if you come by groups but the way the tour guide give us price are over pricing. We check on the ticketing information every place we visit. They give the price is more cheaper if you get ticket by your self in there. The price that we got from the tour guide is over pricing. I think they doing this for long time because all the passenger are coming from China don’t know much English so whatever the tour guide tell them they just pay cash without asking anything. Because I’m part of the group I notice that I pay too much and I double check everything the one they charge on me all over pricing.
Before you join this tours again you have to ask or double check the places were you go. Supposed to be by group are more cheaper, it happened it’s not. We got ripped off by the tour guide. I confront the tour guide he said no overpricing the price are coming from the company. Whose fault on this I don’t know if the Tours4Fun company knows about this? Or only all the tour guide doing this without the knowledge of the company this is big question? Next time I booked on this company I will be more careful and be vigilance about pricing. It’s really really bad experience on this tour. My family, relatives and friends are using this tours for long time but this is the first time we encounter a tour guide like this a cheater.
We are sorry to hear about your disappointment with your recent trip. Please note that we do not claim that the optional tours offered will price out lower than the walk up rates. Please feel free to email us at reviews@tours4fun with your reservation number so that our customer service department can look into this issue for you.
Tours4Fun was right at that time for the tours and it was easy purchasing online. My son and I went together and the tours were amazing. The pricing was acceptable and I will take advantage of their Rewards4Fun programs next time.
Very disappointed with Super Vacation Tour which Tours4Fun put us onto. We booked through Australian Escapes. We expected a 7 day Rockie Mts Tour but got a 4 day Chinese rush horrible tour geared for Chinese people with a Ginseng Factory (a waste of time?). A Chinese orientated tour right through. There was a winery at Kelowna but even it was for Chinese and because there were only 4 others we did not get to sample the much advertised Ice Wine! But the Chinese did! We were supposed to have breakfasts included but this was not provided so we had to go without. The Hotels were only set up for early breakfasts for the Chinese group. The Hotel didn't open for others until after we had left! The Bus broke down. A complete waste of time arriving at the next Hotel at 11 pm and then expected to find a meal somewhere! All people on board except for 4 of us did not speak English.
We were not allowed to use the toilet on the bus hence my friend ended up with a serious problem (Urinary tract infection). The seats in the bus were old. We were up the back of the coach for most of the tour. Took us ages to get off the bus so didn't have time to really check things out and when I was 1 minute late back on board the Chinese guide was very rude to me. The whole trip was so rushed. I have done a similar tour with another group which was so totally different and just wonderful but my friend hadn't so felt she was cheated. The Hotels in Vancouver The Hampton Inn didn't even have a Restaurant, wine bar or a place to have a drink. No fridge in room and was only 3 star rated but supposed to be a Hilton! Hampton Inn by Hilton. The area we were in was Chinese orientated with a big Chinese Supermarket opposite. All Chinese products. Some Hotels we were in only had Chinese tea.
We also had to pay a $10 service fee each day where we were under impression all taxes and gratuities had been paid. Very disappointed and would like a refund on this Coach tour! We agreed to join the lunch plan of $25 for each lunch if we wanted to get lunch as on most occasions we only had 40 mins to find somewhere to eat but the Chinese had their meal plan all sorted. Two of the lunches were awful (both Chinese food we don't eat, Chinese tea, no coffee!! The other one was OK, a western type food). Overall I would not advise any non Chinese person to do this tour. It was so rushed and the person in charge was rude. He spoke in Chinese for ages then a short minute in English. Hoping to save some person from our same fate.
We are sorry to hear that your tour was not as you had expected. Please feel free to email us at reviews@tours4funwith your reservation number so that our customer service department can look into this issue for you.
A friend told me about Tours4Fun and I booked a tour last year. The online purchasing experience was very efficient. They were very fast in helping me out with the trip and organizing the time. The customer service team was excellent. I told them that I wanted to go so they helped me to get the schedule down. I looked online myself too, then I picked the schedule that I’d like to go. It was my first time by myself. I liked my Holland trip but I thought I would be able to go to the Tulip flower garden but I wasn’t. Nobody took us there and it was included in the package. I was disappointed in that. Still, I had an amazing time with Tours4Fun. They took me to a lot of places. The tour guide, Alex, was very helpful and patient with me because one time, I was late in the morning to meet him. He was very thorough in explaining things everywhere we went. I love it. In the future, I will go with my friends and we will use Tours4Fun.
I attended the NYC - Niagara Falls 2 day trip. There wasn’t enough clarity from the beginning regarding what the initial price included or not. We were surprised about additional stops not mentioned in the website, like the Whirlpool State Park and the Old Niagara Fort, also additional activities like an IMAX movie. This was great, but it meant two things. One, extra costs, and two, VERY LITTLE TIME at each location, so we were RUSHED at every location we visited. So annoying!
Like I said above: HIDDEN FEES! We knew we had to pay for the admission to Watkins Glen ($10), The Corning Glass Museum ($20) and the Maid of the Mist ($20), but the additional attractions or stops came with a price: $15 for a short IMAX film and $25 for an “In depth” tour which was just going to the Whirlpool State Park and Old Fort Niagara. However if you check online, Whirlpool State Park is FREE and Old Fort Niagara is $12. This was VERY SHADY from Tours4Fun. The biggest hidden fee is a “Service Fee” of $10 per person per day! This was apparently the “pay” of the two tour girls and the bus driver. What!!? And on top of that, was their tips.
ALL the tour guides, at least all leaving from NYC are Chinese! And although they are very friendly, some don’t speak very clear English. We couldn’t understand one of our two guides when she spoke in English, so we missed the historical or background information she gave about a lot of the places we visited and aboard the bus.
Cannot complain about the hotel. I was expecting something like a Motel 6. We stayed at a fancier hotel. Only downside is that we arrived at 10:30pm and had to be ready at the lobby at 6:30am. On our way back to NYC, the bus was stopped for procedural inspections by highway police. Apparently the bus was not up to standard, and we had to WAIT for ONE HOUR while the cops wrote up the report. I’m writing this while the bus heads back to the city.
Tours4fun should not allow babies on tours!!! We had a 3 year old baby on our group. The poor thing cried all the time while we were on the bus. That’s 15+ hours. Although there were some annoying things and moments, I enjoyed the tour and would recommend to family and friends. It’s just that now we know the cost of any future trip will be double as advertised (not even counting food) and the time spent at each location will be minimal.
I travel a lot and I do all of my homework and my reviews so I’ve never had a bad experience. The online purchasing experience at Tours4Fun was fine. Last summer, I went on the Notre Dame trip. While it was okay, I don’t think the whole skip the line thing worked like I expected it to. I was standing out there for quite a while in the sun and it was a heck of a lot stairs. Still, that was fun. Overall, my experience with Tours4Fun was pleasurable and enjoyable and there is nothing that would prevent me from using this company again.
Trip from NYC to Niagara falls - The journey was terrible, tour guides were rude, the air conditioning in the bus stopped working for hours to the point of suffocation and the customer service was not bothered to resolve our problems. I have been trying to get a resolution for the last 5 days and they keep giving me the same response that they basically don’t care. Perhaps some of their trips luckily went well, but if you have horrifying experiences like my family did, they’re just going to make you suffer more with their indifference to your problems.
Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your tour experience was not as you had expected. If you have more details you would like to share, please email us at reviews@tours4fun.com and kindly include your reservation number in your message to us.
I booked "4-Day Relaxing Canadian Rockies Tour" from them just 6 days back. Now we are trying to change the tour (similar tour but different pick up location) which qualifies as an amendment under their policy and it is stated as free (no penalty fees) if it is 10 days before the departure date in the tour policy but they are not ready to accept it as an amendment. The tour departure date is 14 days away from today. They are saying that it's a cancellation and charging 100% fees as penalty. They don't understand their own policies and not ready to honor them. I asked them to prove that this qualifies under cancellation and not amendment but they have just verbal explanation and no proof. I have wasted my 2 days on this issues to convince them and it's still ongoing. It's disappointing and very frustrating.
Our standard cancellation and change policies apply to all reservations unless the tour booked has specific rates or fees listed under "Special Notes.
The cancellation and change fees for the specific tour you booked would not have allowed for a change in travel dates if requested within 16 days prior to the tour's departure date:
Cancellation Policy* 33 or more days prior to departure date - 10% penalty fee
* 17-32 days prior to departure date - 80% penalty fee
* There will be no refund for any cancellations made within 16 days prior to the departure date, not any partial refund on any unused services.
*Cancellation policy applies to: amendment of departure date, decrease of people, own expense, meals and hotel extension.
I came in contact with Tours4Fun when I was searching for a Niagara Falls trip for a friend of mine. Friends that come to visit the States wanna get as close to Canada when they go to Niagara Falls, so a couple of my friends have used them. I liked the prices of Tours4Fun, so I went with them and my 12-day Portugal and Spain tour with them was excellent. There were no problems with the online purchasing and I didn't need to get in touch with anybody. Everything was great with the hotels, the tour company, the bus that they used, and the guides. My experience with Tours4Fun was very good and I definitely plan on using them again to book my next trip. I use the Rewards4Fun program once a year and I have recommended it. Tours4Fun offers very good services.
I did a search of Grand Canyon tours on Groupon, then I picked the tour that had a little more to it, where we could see Hoover Dam, so I chose Tours4Fun. I had to sign up with Groupon, then I made the reservation for the tour through Tours4Fun and they had the Groupon info. The online purchasing at Tours4Fun was easy, but I also dealt with the customer service team when I set it all up. They told me what I needed to do and then we showed up.
Our Grand Canyon trip through Tours4Fun went pretty well. Unfortunately, they have a first-come-first-served kind of deal, so we got stuck with having to seat apart because single riders took up the whole section and that put a damper on things. But the rest of the tour was good. We might use Tours4Fun again to book our next trip. I even looked to see what tour was scheduled next. This fall we'll be looking for something, so if we start using Tours4Fun more often, then we'd use the Rewards4Fun program. For the most part, our experience with Tours4Fun was pretty good and I'd recommend them. They're worth a try.
Tours4Fun's two-hour San Francisco Champagne Brunch Cruise was awesome. The food was good and the people that helped everyone there were really nice. I had gotten a little tipsy going back and I accidentally knocked over one of the glasses. They came over and I was apologetic but they were on it right away. They cleaned it and said not to worry about it. They made me feel good about the situation and I thought that that was really nice. It was a good experience. We're planning on using Tours4Fun again. We wanna go to the dinner one.
I went online because I was looking for mini-tours in Las Vegas area and I found Tours4Fun's website. I went on an Upper Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend Tour and the experience was really good. I liked the way Tours4Fun was organized but I wish I knew all the extra stuff that we would have to pay to be able to enjoy the tour more. There was a restaurant and a boat ride and there was a fee that one has to pay to go to the Antelope Canyon and that was not specified on their website. We were supposed to go to a place and I was grateful I had the money but I saw a couple struggling because they didn’t know and they had to pay something dollars that for them was a bit too much. I wish those extra fees were on their website for people to be aware of so at least they could plan better. I would use Tours4Fun again and now that I know how they worked, I'll call and go in there and ask more questions about extras to get more information.
I saw Tours4Fun in an online group. I like the locations that I visited on the tour and we saw so many places for a short period of time. A tour guide was there on the night before our tour and he told us where we are gonna meet. It was a hectic schedule. Usually, we leave the place from 8:00 and come back around 8:00. Tours4Fun is advertising that the hotels will be three stars but I think it was a one or two. The hotel in Venice was very noisy and very small. But there are some hotels that are nice also. I plan on using Tours4Fun next time if it is going to give me a good deal. I'm looking at going to Spain and Portugal this coming September. Tours4Fun is a budget tour company and we can go directly to their salespeople. I've already recommended this company to some of my friends who went to Yosemite National Park. The tour was on sale and they used them.
This is a tour in CHINESE, for CHINESE, for a CHINESE mindset. These tour guides are NOT CERTIFIED. The bill in the State of California for certification of tour guides, never made it to the floor. Go figure, with California regulating so much of everything else, they let these tour guides mislead all the tourists. They do not have historical knowledge or care about what information they are imparting. We were on the 5 day Yellowstone tour, Grand Teton, Jackson Hole, Mt. Rushmore tour.
We NEVER got to talk to a person. Everything was via email. They never returned our calls during the booking period, and thereafter. After repeatedly calling to find out details about the tour itinerary details, hotels etc. they never called us back, until we were actually starting the tour. Then we realized it was a CHINESE TOUR. The bus seating was very tight. It was meant for smaller statured chinese people (their main customers). They would only turn the A/C on for short periods of time, and then turn the fans down. If you were unfortunate enough to sit in the back- with the heat of the back engine, noise, and no A/C, you were doomed. They spoke very poor English. I couldn't tell when the chinese stopped and English started.
They wouldn't give us information about the parts of the country (very historic) we were travelling through, until I complained via email daily. Their wi-fi on the coach is a lie- we were told it was only for the GPS for the driver, not the customers. There were no charging outlets. We were on the bus for 12+ hrs daily. They didn't even provide a complimentary bottle of water. We were herded like cattle from place to place with short stops. The overhead bins had not enough storage, people were sitting very cramped with luggage in their laps. There was about 8-10 in. of space between the seat and the back of the front seat. When we complained, they said talk to your tour agent. At times, our requests for A/C, or questions about something went unanswered.
At the end, people just got tired of asking. Our country is portrayed very poorly in these tours. If the tour guides are supposed to be GUIDES, they did a very poor job of it. We came back so tired, we wished we had NEVER taken this tour. We have travelled many countries overseas, with good English speakers, native to their country. They are proud of their country, and have much cultural information to share. Not this CHINESE tour. This tour is for the Chinese. If you are taller than 5 ft., don't love to sit in the bus for hours, and mind listening to CHINESE all day, then DON'T take this tour. Also, the hotels were really motels. Except for the one Best Western, the rest were cheap, their bedskirts were torn, their rooms were unclean and poorly serviced.
Oh wait, I forgot to mention that we never made it to the Grand Tetons or Jackson Hole! The tour guide (?) said the road was closed. We called the Grand Teton National park, they said one of the roads was closed due to construction, however, the park was open. The tour bus and guide could have found a way to get us there, instead, they took us to see MAN-MADE Idaho falls, and a PRIVATE Bear world tourist trap, where the Bears are kept in captivity. Not a State sanctioned or supported park at all.
They said they made up for the places they didn't take us to by also showing us Mammoth hot springs, which by the way, is in Yellowstone itself, so should be part of the tour itself. Also, they claimed that there was a disclaimer, that the tour can be changed at anytime, depending on the tour bus guide and driver. Also, they asked everyone to sign a sheet of paper that said, that they made up for the sites that we didn't see that were on the itinerary.
Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that the tour arrangements made by your guide were not as you had expected for your travel package. We will be sure to share this with the tour company you traveled with to allow them to gain some insight as to where they can improve their services in the future.
The online purchasing experience at Tours4Fun was simple and straightforward. The whole trip was fine, everything was well-run, and I liked everywhere we went. It was good. And while I wouldn't necessarily go anywhere and use Tours4Fun, if we went back where we went before, I'd probably say we used them the last time and tell everyone to go there.
Tours4Fun/Antelope Canyon & Horseshoe Bend - Be careful when dealing with Tours4Fun. Why: At 12:58 pm on April 27, Tours4Fun sent email confirming what they had billed my credit card. INCLUDED entry to Antelope Canyon ($50 per person) and lunch ($10 per person) on tour from Las Vegas. But, 17 hours later and two hours from Las Vegas, tour guide for CDHost said we had NOT paid for entry fee and lunches. I repeatedly showed tour guide Freddy the email from Tours4Fun confirming we had paid for Antelope entry AND lunch, but his office told him we had not. It was NOT Freddy's fault. Our choice: Go to ATM and withdraw $120 or put that amount on credit card. Will you refund our $120, Tours4Fun?
We are very sorry to hear that you had a negative experience on the tour you booked with us. We have refunded $116.00 back to your account due to the discrepancy in your reservation.
I had a great experience with Tours4Fun. I chose them over a different travel site as they seem the most popular. Indeed, the online purchasing experience was fine and their customer service team was excellent. They answered the phone quickly and every time I called to change, they say it's okay, no problem. I never went without having the call unanswered. They were very easy. Furthermore, the guide was amazing. You could tell that he was so passionate about history and he spoke to us the whole way there. He kept us occupied and he was cool, down-to-earth and was really nice. In fact, when the tour was over, I couldn’t wait to go home and write an email to the company to compliment them.
Tours4Fun came in as a recommendation from one of my friends. I then bought a tour online. It was an easy process and the customer service reps were very helpful. Everything about the trip was really good. The tour guide and the people were really nice, the vehicle was clean, the itinerary was clear and its length was really good. I was very happy with that. Also, one day we had a Chinese tour guide and that was very good because one of my friends couldn't speak English very well. Then, the next day, even though we didn't have a bilingual tour guide, the experience was still really good. The only thing that I got confused was where to meet the guy. I had to make a call and make sure of a lot of details. Nevertheless, I'd recommend Tours4Fun.
My daughter and I had booked the 4 day tour with Tours4Fun last summer. We paid for the trip via computer and it included our transportation and motel accommodations. This was approximately $400. The tours were a separate cost, estimating about $200-$300 for two. We ended up paying $600.00 extra. We were shocked because we were on a budget. While on the tour our tour guide announced they were now going under the name of Paradise Tours. It appeared to be a scam with the pricing. Will be very careful next time.!!!
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. To ensure that all our customers are fully aware of what our packages include, full pricing information is always included in the online information pages on our website. To make things clear, we are an travel agency. Tours4Fun is not the tour provider and we do not operate any tours of our own. We contract with tour operators all across the United States and abroad to offer the services we advertise on our website.
I Googled New York City to Washington, DC in a bus and I came across Tours4Fun. I clicked and I ended up finding out the package. Navigating through their website and purchasing from it was really easy. I called one time because I had a mistake on a date and our interaction was good. I wanted to switch if for the day before which was a Saturday and I couldn't but I understood why.
They were really good and very professional. We met up at 7 o’clock in the morning and we came back at around 8:00 pm so the tour took about 12 hours. The only advice is that there was a lot of confusion where I was sitting because there were a lot of different languages going on at the same time. I can’t really hear the history of Washington, DC because they’re trying to translate it. But other than that it was great.
I was interested in using Tours4Fun to go to Canada but they never came up when I Googled New York to Canada. I ended up using this other company which was horrible. I would tell my friends that the tour with Tours4Fun was great and that I had a great time. It was fun and very knowledgeable. I have spoken about it over here at work with some of the co-workers. I also gave a couple of my customers the information. There was a couple of people whom I spoke with that were here on vacation from Europe. They wanted to go to Washington, DC so I recommended Tours4Fun too.
Tours4Fun had a lot of variety and a little more things one can do. We went on one of those four-wheelers and then we stopped and did gun shooting. It was interesting ‘cause I never shot a gun in my life before. We took on this handgun and there was this big one they took back and we shot it. I'd probably use Tours4Fun again and I would tell a friend to look into them. The online purchasing was easy as well. And when we had a problem with one of their charge, they took care of it. It was over the phone and the representative worked it out really well.
It has been unpleasant experience dealing with this tour company starting from misleading and confusing information on their website and the price keep changing. Basically we just try to buy tours package through them and part of the tour has seperate fee to it and it kept changing from some fee including and the next day they excluded and keep adding extra charge and fee started from $47 extra and kept adding to $75. I felt like it’s scammed even the tour guide said they are lied to you, I know one of the them are lying but can’t figure it out who or maybe they both in the scamming business together. Just beware of using their services.
We are sorry hear about your experience with your recent trip and appreciate your feedback. Please feel free to email us at reviews@tours4fun.com with your reservation number so that we can look further into this for you.
I went on a Western European Tour for five days through Tours4Fun. I liked that I was able go to a lot of places. Plus it was much cheaper for me. It was very wonderful because I always would like to see the tulips. I enjoy those things. It was fun and educational too. I learned a lot and I like the tours that I got and I would like to do it again. In fact, I’m going to do it again this summer. I’m going to go to Canada. I highly recommend it to my friends, that they go on the tours.
I had a terrible experience with Tours4Fun. It was my sister's birthday and we were looking up tours. We wanted to go to what they advertised as a cenote, where you could swim and snorkel. Then we wanted to go to the Coba archaeological site, and Tours4Fun also advertised the Mayan River. I googled the Mayan River, and it was supposed to be a really pretty beach. At the tour group, I asked when were we going to the Mayan river, and I was told that we were not going there. We were driving on it. Then we went to the Coba, which was cool. Then we went to the cenote, and I said that it was not the cenote that I remember was advertised. I was told that that was it. I took pictures because I was like, "This isn't right. This is not what I paid for." And they were like, "Nope, this is the one." They didn't even know what I was talking about.
When I called and complained, Tours4Fun told me that maybe the tour group didn't take us there due to weather. I'm like, "Shouldn't they let me know that? They didn't say anything." I tried to get my money back, but no one was cooperating and I just finally gave up. It was more of a hassle to get a hold of people. Tours4Fun was like, "We can't get a hold of them." I'm like, "What kind of company do you run?" I was trying to resolve this for months. It happened in May, and it went on into September. I was really pissed off about that. Tours4Fun is terrible at customer service. They never got back to me and I kept having to call. It was the worst experience.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. Our records show that our customer service has already assisted you with your post tour concerns and a partial refund was provided on 07/10/17.
I got more points through Tours4Fun and purchasing online wasn't bad. However, there were a few things that were a bit confusing, like being told that you had to wait until you got your ticket to make sure that it was guaranteed and also where to go exactly to meet up. We did the cocktail tour and that was pretty fun. The tour guide was really entertaining so I enjoyed going through her. We did the cemetery tour as well but I wasn't as enthused with it. And then, we did the ghost tour and that was neat. I wouldn't mind using Tours4Fun again when we go to another city on a vacation like that because it's a nice way to see different things in town. They're a good company to use and they're fairly reasonable on price.
We wanted hotel upgrade package with one night each in Banff, Lake Louise and Jasper. We were advised that would only be possible on tours departing on Thursdays. So, Our group itinerary for Canadian Rockies tour had been changed based on advice of customer service. We changed our flight reservations. Later, they insisted on huge additional surcharge along with upgrade fee to confirm the reservation and sadly, we had to let go the hotel upgrade option. Every time I called them, it was a different person to deal with and a big headache to maintain continuity of conversations.
Thank you for taking your time to write about your reservation made with Tours4fun. We are sorry to hear that your reservation experience was not as you had expected. Hotel upgrade prices are based on availability and we do not see any date changes on your reservation. We will have one of our customer service representatives contact you for further assistance.
I requested a booking per availability shown on their website. Then they email me, "Are you willing to pay additional $$." I authorized since I was in tour mood. Then a local agent calls me and tells me that booking is unavailable for the date I want so can you go two days later and tells me to call the Tours4Fun and ask them to change the date. Now they ask me to pay surcharge for change of date???
We are sorry to hear your disappointment with the reservation process with Tours4Fun. Prices for most of our packages stay fairly fixed, but for our Hawaiian tour packages, prices tend to vary more based on availability primarily due to changing hotel rates and the cost of inter island flights. Orders placed for reservations online will not guarantee confirmation, and if space closes out as we are processing reservations, we will immediately offer alternative tours, or the next available departure date the tour has available space for.
Tours4Fun had some good specials. They had little packages for things to go see. Basically, we only did the plane ride. But for some reason, I had a hard time purchasing online. I could sign to other deals, but it took me a while to search for the same one. It had taken a little time. Nevertheless, I liked the Grand Canyon West Rim, the Scenic Airplane Tour. The experience was really neat. We’re planning to go back someday, and when we go back, we're looking at those helicopters and get the three seats across the front to get a clear view. Also, we’re going to Mt. Rushmore and the Badlands this year. I’ll look that up and see if Tours4Fun have some tours.
I booked a tour last year from Tours4Fun. I looked at the detail and it matched what we were looking for. Our Upper Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend Tour were really good. I really enjoyed it. The local guide was cool. But the guy that picked us up at the hotel, the one who’s driving us all day, did not give enough informative detail about when we’re gonna arrive at the destination or the destination detail. But it was not a bad experience.
Do not book with them!!! It's a ripoff!!! First there were issues with booking my trip. Then they forgot to pick me up. I phoned the emergency number, a Chinese woman with bad English picks up. After half an hour she sends me to a different spot in the city to meet the tour guide. Turns out he was the guide for the WRONG tour! He sent me by Uber to meet a driver! No idea if it was the correct bus seeing as no one spoke ENGLISH!!! After that I was transferred to a different bus, with no lunch stops! I ate at 7 am and got to my location at 11.30 pm starving and in a bad mood! No guide to meet me, no confirmation what time the bus leaves the next morning! Can’t really call this a guided tour as you go from point A to B, that's a bus service! A tour has several stops and information. Here on this apparently All Chinese tour they just ask for money, money, money!
I contacted Tours4Fun and they say I can leave the tour but I won't get a refund or compensation!!! Come on. If you promote a tour as Chinese/English I expect them to be able to speak English!!! Also the tour I booked (information on their site) does not match the actual product. Pure LIES! Turns out Tours4Fun just wants your money, that's the only part of this tour that went smoothly, MY payment!!! They should so leave the FUN out of their company name. Nothing is fun about this crappy tour!!!
We are sorry to hear that the service provided on your tour was not to your satisfaction. We have shared this information with the tour operator to allow them to gain some insight as to where they can improve their services in the future.
Tours4Fun had the best advertisement, their website was easy to navigate, and everything went fine with them. We went to the Grand Canyon and the tour was good. The tour guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient.
One of my friends told me about the Tours4Fun website and we purchased a tour from them online. Their customer service was amazing. We went to the Upper Antelope Canyon last year and it was amazing. It was bumpy there and I really liked the four-wheeler vehicles we used. And we were with kids and senior citizens. We enjoyed a lot there and we love that place a lot. It was a good experience. Maybe next year, we will definitely go with my parents.
I did online searches for Grand Canyon trip and I purchased a helicopter trip that would pick us up. But I might have misread it because on the day, it was just a bus pick-up. It would have been okay if the actual tour turned out fine but the bus that we got was horrible. So I would never use Tours4Fun again. What we went on was one of those Chinese tour buses. They were late itself with the pick-up in the morning and then they proceeded to hurry us onto the bus when we were trying to get in, even trying to push us to go get our seats. They wouldn’t even wait for us to sit down before they started moving the bus.
The schedule was tight and my elderly parents were having problems even just walking to the bus ‘cause they wouldn’t even stop to let us sit down. I told the actual tour lady but at times I couldn’t understand her ‘cause she was Chinese. It might work better for the Chinese people because I did not catch a lot of the explanations because of the thick accent. The bus eventually got us there, but the experience was terrible on the bus.
Different people would have different experiences depending on the tour bus that was chosen for them at that point and maybe we happened to get the wrong tour bus. For us, it was a waste of money. Tours4Fun should communicate to the people buying the ticket that the package is a Chinese tour bus and they may not to go in this because it may not be a fit for them. They need to be more open and honest about what to expect in terms of who’s going to picking up and what local tour guide that they would be using.
Thank you for your review and we are sorry to hear that your tour experience was not as you had expected. We will have one of our customer service representatives contact you for further assistance.
I just Googled tours and I looked at the different ones that seemed to have the best deal. I got Tours4Fun and it was really easy to navigate their website. Tours4Fun was okay for the price and what we were trying to get out of it. But I have a lot of trouble walking. I have a bad back. So I should have done something more to facilitate so I could've gone do a little more. I probably have to ask for that and I didn't ask anything. Or if there's a thing that would say that we have handicapped-accessible things that'll probably be good. But the bus driver was really a nice guy. The bus was clean and there were very nice people that were on the bus with us. We would probably look at them again if we go somewhere. Everything went real smooth.
I've been using Tours4Fun for four years already and I like it. My husband told me about it when we went to Cuba last year. However, that time we picked a one-to-one feature but they put us in a bigger bus. Also, when we went there, there was nobody to tell us what time they were going to come pick us up. So, we had to guess and nobody knew it at the counter in the hotel and their website. But the online purchase was very good. I talked to customer service last time 'cause we had an issue, and though they could not do anything, they seemed helpful and courteous. I would definitely use them again.
We were in a hurry to book something for the tour and my friend recommended Tours4Fun. We found the website all right so we went ahead and booked it. Our trip was scheduled for Saturday but our flight got delayed. We thought that we would not get our refund back or we won’t be able to reschedule, but that entire process went smoothly. We had to reschedule it to Sunday and people were available on call. They did all the work for us overnight. There was some $25 rescheduling fee per person. But we could actually go ahead and enjoy it, and the Grand Canyon west rim helicopter tour was a good experience.
Our Upper Antelope Canyon experience was great but dealing with Tours4Fun was not so easy. It was through text message and the address they had was to an office that they weren't even at. It was like an office to a company that they've brokered for. Then when we got to the site, there was nobody there from Tours4Fun. It was like you buy the ticket but you’re on your own after that.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. As a travel agency, we do our best to ensure our customers are aware that we do not operate any of the tours we offer available by including this information in the "about us" and terms and conditions sections of our website. Your e tickets also included information on the tour operator and their contact numbers. We are currently exploring options on how to make this information more visible to our customers and will be sure to include these enhancements when we update our website.
Our bus tour for the Grand Canyon and Sedona was fantastic. Purchasing online at Tours4Fun was very intuitive. I had to create an account and then I purchased the ticket, then they sent it to me in my email. It all seemed pretty seamless. Also, the tour guide was knowledgeable. He had a good balance between information overload and allowing us to just take it all in. So, he spoke when he needed to and he was quiet when he needed to be.
I found Tours4Fun on the internet, and the online purchase went pretty smooth. We had a great trip where they took us around the city and then to Capilano and Stanley Park. I don’t have a bad experience with it, so I don’t think they can go wrong with.
4 days of torture and torment. I paid a total of $470 (excluding tips or extra services ) for the tour. They don't even give you a bottle of water during the trip. Customer service was well below standards. Beware! They charge you fees and don't deliver. They charge you for a tour inside a castle but just give you an outside view. Almost %80 of fees and surcharges goes into their own pocket. That's the way they make money so greedily like the end of world is coming.
We are sorry hear about your experience with your recent trip and appreciate your feedback. Please feel free to email us at reviews@tours4fun.com with your reservation number so that we can look further into this for you.
Visiting from France this three day Los Angeles San Francisco tour seemed to be a interesting tour, but the tour started with a unfortunate highway landslide in Santa Barbara due to which this stop was cancelled which one can understand. Arriving at the Bird Rock the first day of the tour the bus broke down and needed a new battery, and all the passengers stayed stranded for four hours until the bus driver and the tour guide Weslee managed themselves to get a new battery as the company provided no assistance at all. Above all when the bus got fixed there was no excuse at all till the third day and of course no one had dinner or something to eat that day. At least the staff should have been trained to handle such situations. So because of this I would not recommend this company at all who has still not answered to my complaint for a partial refund as I paid a 50% extra fare being a single.
We are sorry to hear that your experience on the tour was not as you had expected. Note that the single fare is higher than the double per person fare as a single traveler generally bares the entire cost of the rooms booked for tour accommodations. We will have someone from our customer service team contact you as soon as possible.
Tours4Fun was first to show up on the list when I did an internet search. I did an online purchase through them and it went smoothly. Then we had to change the dates of the trip and their representatives were very accommodating. Our trip to the Canyon was beautiful, as expected. It has been a positive experience and there's no reason not to use Tours4Fun again. I have also recommended them to other people who would want to see the Canyon.
I liked the tour offered at Tours4Fun. I went to the bike tour and had a great time. The tour guide was fantastic, and the equipment and routes were good. I’d recommend them.
I took the Mount Rainier Day Trip from Seattle through Tours4Fun. My wife found it on the computer. She liked the prices and she liked the ease of it. And we had a great time going to the trip. They didn't have a bus but they had like a personal SUV that held six people and it was really good. We enjoyed it. We also got points off our hotel. Tours4Fun is a great opportunity for people that want a vacation.
I was satisfied with my Montreal underground city walking tour trip experience through Tours4Fun. It has been nice, fun, informative, and comfortable. Booking it online was easy and any issue I had was resolved. Also, the customer service team was efficient. I would recommend Tours4Fun because of the pricing and my experience with customer service.
I went on a trip through Tours4Fun about a year ago. I found them online and they were less expensive than others. Purchasing from them was easy too. On our tour to the Grand Canyon, we got a flat tire so they sent another bus and then we had to fuse all of us into one van for the rest of the four hours. And then, I sat on my luggage. The driver was accommodating and he let one of us sit at the front because it was so uncomfortable.
I saw Tours4Fun online when we were planning our trip to Alaska and Vancouver. I liked what they offered as well as their pricing, and my online purchasing experience was efficient. Their website was easy to navigate. The tour in Vancouver was absolutely fabulous, and I considered it a good value. The tour guide was a native and very charming and very knowledgeable. He was fantastic. The tour was really worthwhile, and I would highly recommend it. In fact, I recommended it to someone who was going to Vancouver. I plan on using Tours4Fun to book my next trip.
Tours4Fun was the one that does what we wanted so I made my reservation. I got my confirmation number almost five months in advance so everything was all set. On our Yellowstone tour, the lady that was driving was new so although she was knowledgeable, she got herself lost. Our trip lasted a little longer but other than that, it was fine. It met my needs and it was well-informed. Also, they came right to my hotel and picked us up which was very beneficial. The whole tour was good.
As a traveler, I'd tell others that Tours4Fun is a really good resource in order to explore other places. I was looking for tours in the Barcelona area and when I checked them, their rates were feasible for what my wife and I were looking to do. They also seemed to have the better tour options out of all the other places that I have seen and they were advertised as well, so they were the first thing that caught my attention. When I purchased the tours from them, I did it online, which wasn't difficult, then they sent me information so that I could print it out before I got there with well enough time. So, I took care of that at the hotel once I arrived and everything was smooth sailing.
My wife and I flew from New York to London where we spent a couple of days then we interacted with Tours4Fun when we flew from London to Barcelona. We did the three-country trip in a day and it ended up being the highlight of our trip. Our tour guide was very informative, very enthusiastic and charismatic, so we appreciated that. And getting to see Andorra and the mountains was my favorite part of the entire trip.
Our tour guide that was doing the trip for Tours4Fun was absolutely adorable. She was very friendly and it was my family of four and then there were two others on the trip. She was very engaging and just knew a lot of information about the area. At each stop that we had, when we interacted with other tour guides when we went down to the falls at Niagara, she gave the other tour guides candy. She was just adorable and she was very much worth every penny.
