    We used this operator to book a San Fran bay ferry ride during a 24 hour stopover in the city, the ride was good but booking process, not so much. We found it somewhat draconian that after an online booking we were required to physically print the tickets and couldn't board the ferry until we had printed tickets? Gosh darn it, we had forgotten to pack our printer in our travel luggage!

    I searched through Google and thought the contents of the tickets from Tours4Fun were very good for me. This time I went to Las Vegas to see a performance but I needed to find a hotel, too and there is a package in their website. I worried about where I could pick up the ticket and used the free chatting box on the website. But at the time, it was saying that, “I’m sorry, there is no operator right now…” and I was waiting. But I got the email from them so it’s no problem. I went to this very famous hotel and asked a front person where I can get the tickets with information of their e-tickets and everyone knows so I didn’t have any problem to find the location where I can pick up the tickets. They have been very supportive and helpful. Next time when I go to Las Vegas, I’d search with their website again.

    We took the cruise around Alcatraz through Tours4Fun and our experience was really great. We deeply enjoyed it. We had a wonderful tour, and the guide was great. He gave us all the information and stuff on Alcatraz and took a lot of pictures. I loved the way the tour went all the way around it. The boat was clean and they were very nice. Moreover, the customer service rep was very helpful and she would let me know exactly what time to be there at the pier. I wanted to know about the times because we were on a time limit and because I have a cast on my foot. They were very accommodating because I had a little scooter.

    To whomever may ever book this trip, saving money is not worth the Nazi Bus Driver, and nasty mold, bug infested hotel they put you in. This was a 3 day tour to Toronto. First off the Bus driver was a complete Nazi. Yelling and screaming at people, keeping the bus off in 90-degree weather with a full bus who were waiting for the inconsiderate passenger who can't read their watch to hold arrival times. Bob from Cover wagon coaches was a complete know it all and unprofessional in how he was dealing with the people who were just as inconsiderate. The Sites were great but being rushed like cattle was a little crazy. You didn't want to be late because the Nazi Driver Bob would yell at you.

    The first Motel they took you to was a complete sleazy dive. It reminded you of old horror or murder mysteries. Filthy moldy, smelly, we had something growing in our mini fridge. Let's not forget about the filth dust and carpets you would never want to take your shoes off and walk on. Universal Inn in Niagara should not be allowed to be in business and Shame of Tours4fun allowing people to stay there.

    Last gripe was about how the tour guide and Tours4fun try to have pay additional fees for attractions. Example Watkins Glenn park cost $55 for a bus group, the tour guide ask for $10 per person with 51 people on the bus. Also the same at the Maid of the Mist, only $17 Canadian ($14 US) to buy on our own, tour guide charged $27 U.S. Dollar claiming the park ask for a fee. Tours4fun also fails to mention on their web page, before buying your ticket a $8 per day service fee that works out to $48 per couple. Suggestions to improve customer relations would be to fire Bob the Nazi Bus Driver. And rushed tour and final not to allow their guests to stay in such unhealthy Environments like Universal Motel in Niagara. I wouldn't ever buy another tour from this company ever and would never recommend to anyone.

    I felt the Escape from the Rock Cruise I took with Tours4Fun was a scam. That was very sneaky - I thought I was doing the Alcatraz tour but instead went on a boat around Alcatraz two times. That was lame. But even before the trip, I already had a horrible experience. I had to call Tours4Fun back because I misspelled my email and it took almost an hour to get through to get the confirmation emails. Then I couldn't find any information on it so that was a bummer. It was an all-around bad experience.

    We have decided to fly home early. This tour has been crap from the start, put on a bus full of Chinese that didn't speak any English with a tour guide we could not understand (Candy). What a piece of work (Dragon tours) and was charged $82 for who knows what. They locked the toilet on the bus and wouldn't open it under any circumstance, was put in a room under some Chinese bloke's name and woken at 4am for a tour we weren't taking, and at the end of the tour dumped on the side of the road with 4 bags 150 meters from our hotel.

    Next day picked up at 6.50 am, taken to a car park and left to find another bus and not get to Disneyland till after 10am. Sick of being stared at and made to be very uncomfortable. It has ruined our holiday, we will be taking this further on our return home. We rang and spoke to someone when we got to Vegas and they were going to ring us back and email us and got nothing. Obviously Tours4Fun do care about customer service. Not going to use you guys again and will tell everyone why we came home early. When we chose your tour we weren't told you sublet your tour and they sublet again. We think we should get some of our money back.

    I took the Panorama Airplane Tour with Tours4Fun. I booked it by mistake with an American company. I didn't notice that it was in US dollars when I booked it. I also found out when I checked into the plane that I could have booked it at Harbour for the same price and without going online. Nonetheless, it was a good experience. The tour overall was fine. I would do it again, but not with the same booking agency. It's not because I was unsatisfied with Tours4Fun, it's just because it's unnecessary since I'm from Vancouver.

    We booked a one-day Victoria City tour with Tours4Fun, and ended up with a whole bus full of Chinese people. My buddy, and myself were the only 2 people who were not Chinese, and we don't know how somebody can put us up with a bus filled with foreign people, where everyone is speaking in a foreign language, including the tour guide. The tour was conducted in Chinese 90% of the time, and while there were some English comments, we had no idea what he was saying for most of the tour.

    Booking through Tours4Fun was so easy. If I could do it through them again online, I would because if you have a question, they got a number that you can call. My wife arranged it all and it was good. She made it so that we drove four hours a day at most, and then we stopped and saw the ice fields, or wherever we stopped. We went to Lake Louise, Banff. We worked it four hours apart. And then the longest part was we left Banff and went to Vancouver that Sunday afternoon. We left around 11 o'clock on Sunday and we got into Vancouver about 6:30 at night to her son's place, but it was good.

    We flew from Windsor to Edmonton and we spent four days with a friend of ours and his wife, and some old neighbors, friends and family. On the 22nd, we drove through the Rocky Mountains which was the most beautiful thing I've seen in my life. There's a verse in the Bible that says when God was speaking to his people, he said, "If man does not worship me, the rocks and the mountains will worship me." I was driving through the mountains and that scripture came to me and I cried like a baby. The beauty that God created up in those mountains. I think if I had a chance to go anywhere else in the world on a vacation, I still would go to the Rockies. It is just the most gorgeous thing. When we went in the ice fields, I tasted the water and I loved it - so sweet and natural. We went whale watching and went up and down the trails.

    The food was incredible. The food in Kelowna, where we went for our first dinner, was beautiful. It was like eating fish that were cooked in candy - so sweet and lovely. Then we went up to Vancouver. Two days of driving in Vancouver is the most precious, greatest experience you can ever have. They have everything, they had bike lanes, and they were well-organized (Everybody stops at a stoplight, everybody goes when they're supposed to go), while Windsor is like a zoo. I did not want to come home.

    If you've never been up there, go. Somebody was saying, "What will you do if you ever win a $5 million lottery?" I got the answer - There's a whole town in Lake Louise that I will buy and the first two floors of my condominium and I've got a beautiful lifetime. We were having coffee last Sunday morning, and I said to my wife, "I miss my mountains". When you sit on somebody's deck, like we did in Kelowna and you see the mountains all around you, it's the most beautiful thing you ever want to see.

    The tour was good and I enjoyed everything, except that I had trouble with Enterprise, because when I booked the car, I booked it on-site on the internet. I contacted them because I'm 72 years old, sometimes I don't read or understand, so I wanna get an agent to help me. I got ahold of an agent and she pulled up the web page and it said, drive our car one way. I thought this will work for my Edmonton to Vancouver drive so went ahead with it. But when I dropped it off, they never said that there's a $380 drop-off fee. But of course they won't take it out of my account. I was hooked.

    When I got out there, I said my deal was to drop it off at the Vancouver International Airport. But at the Airport, they don't have a drop-off zone. They're the only car company that didn't have one at the airport but they have one 10 miles from it. I parked this thing where it said to park on my wife's app because she looked it up, and took a cab over. Now they complain because I call up and I want my cab money. How am I gonna get four bags/suitcases at 5:30 in the morning to the airport, 10 miles down the road? I said we're not paying, they said "That's fine. Don't pay then." I said I'll just put an article in the paper that says their "We'll pick you up and drop you off" advertising is false. We'll pay for it, no problem. But I don't like hidden charges and changing the rules in the middle of the ballgame. They tell me it's one way and then don't tell me it's a drop-off fee, then I'm upset.

    We were there when the fires broke out so it was quite a huffy-puffy thing because I have breathing problems because I smoked for a good number of years. I quit a number of years, but it still bothers me to some extent. It was very hot, humid and dry when we were out there, but I enjoyed it. I would go back in a heartbeat.

    Los Angeles city tour - Generally the tour was rushed. It had too much quantity (too many sites to view) most from a tour bus racing through the city. This tour would have been better if it had provided less sites to see and gave more quality to the better sites like the pier, Hollywood, muscle beach etc.

We understand that you felt some of the sightseeing stops arranged as as part of the itinerary were very brief. , but please take into account the duration of your tour (1 day) and the fact that your tour itinerary schedule has certain time constraints when visiting less popular locations. Normally, the tour is set up to spend a little more time at the more popular locations, but the tour guide may decide to shorten the sightseeing times at the less popular locations in favor of spending more time at the more popular sights. The focus is always allowing you as much time as possible at attractions. Some of the sites may only be points of a short photo opportunity or driving by.     I’ve been with Tours4Fun for the last three to four years. I have used them on the East Coast and West Coast. For overseas, I've gone for the first time with Tours4Fun on a trip to Italy, Switzerland and France. My experience was okay but I didn't appreciate the hotel accommodation that we got in Paris. They were bunker beds. When I sit on the bed, my head hits the ceiling. And we were there for the first three nights. It was also very tiny. The bedroom for three people was not more than 10 feet by 10 feet with a bathroom in it. That was the bad part and the rest was fine.

    The tour guide was a very nice person. He got everybody together and looked out for each and everyone - there were 40 tourists. My only suggestion is when booking a tour, Tours4Fun should let the customer know what additional expenses tourists should expect. Tourists should know how much francs or euros they should carry. That will help people to think how much money they should pay and how much they can afford. Otherwise, the tour was fine. It was good.

    We joined an Eastern Europe (blue line) and started the tour from Frankfurt with the bus. It was a convenience bus with professional driver, the bus stop for every two hours which allow us to go to the restroom. The guide was friendly, professional and good on time management. We reached each point of destination and left on time and still have times for lunch and do shopping for souvenirs. I was traveling with my wife and two kids, 12 and 7 years.     We had an amazing helicopter tour to the Grand Canyon. It took about 1 - 1.5 hours and was a very smooth flight. The pilot was informative, fun and very kind. The helicopter had 7 seats so all of us could see (and take pics) easily. (I was sitting in the middle, but still could see well). I highly recommend this tour to everyone.

    On July 10, 2015 I've bought tour to Yellowstone - product 6-190 - for $628 per person (for 2 person). Tour should started on September 5, 2015. On August 5, 2015 I found that the price have been changed to 609.16. I asked via customer service to recalculate my payment and return extra payment. Tours4Fun refuse do it. I was very disappointed and made decision to cancel my tour and have no business with the scam as Tours4Fun never in my life. They ready to cancel my tour, but they want to take 25% of amount I paid (this written in their policy). So, in any cases they want to get some money from me. Looks like they force me go to the tour, which I lose any mood participate under current circumstances. I was planning this tour with my mother who is 80 years old lady.     I was looking for tours online and the prices were not constant. Tours4Fun offered better prices while some websites were selling the same tour, but were more expensive. The tour itself was pretty good, and the only issue was that the bus at the end of the tour had broken down. Also, the optional tours were not that good.     Not satisfied! First of all we were very surprised to get a message from our tour guide the evening before departure who told us that we have to pay $223/pax extra to join the tour. She told us that we have to pay that for meals and all admission tickets. But we didn't want to participate the meals. We prefered to look for lunch or dinner on our own. Furthermore she told us that we have to join and pay for all admissions. We told her we thought the admissions and meals are optional.

    The website says that all admissions and meals are optional and no must. So how is it possible that we have to pay for all we didn't want? The description also says that it is possible to enjoy Montreal's nightlife but it says not that you have to take a taxi on your own (extra $60) to get there. We know the whole tour wasn't expensive. But nowhere was said that we have to join every admission and to pay for it. It was said optional. If we had knew that before we would not have booked that tour. Contacted Tours4Fun several times since weeks but didn't get an answer.

    Great DC Segway Tour - WE had a wonderful time and saw all the sights in three hours. The tour guide was knowledgeable, funny, patient and the experience was the greatest.     We just went to the east coast and got a good deal on Tours4Fun and for the price it was a good tour. The pros are - They take you to quite a few good places and make you stay at reasonably good hotels, the bus is comfortable and the tour is fun. Now the cons - The tour guide is supposed to be paid money for all the attractions, which is fair enough. However there was this one spot, the Watkins Glen state park, which has free entrance and they charged everyone $10 per person and collected a whopping almost $500, cheating everyone.

    Later, when they were caught, they said they have to pay parking of $75. Don't know how true it is but even if it is, on what basis are they collecting 10$ per person when there were almost 50 people on board? If they really want money, why don't they show it as cost of tour instead of cheating like this. Secondly, they have a small restroom, however, the tour guide doesn't want anyone to use it except a real emergency of kids. The third day afternoon to the 4th day evening doesn't have much things to do, only the Thousand Island is good. The tour guide was in such a rush to reach back early that the last day he didn't let anyone have breakfast and started at 6 am when every night we were sleeping late and there were kids as well as old people with diabetes etc who need to eat a proper breakfast.

    They waste time at a useless outlet mall the third day when we could have spent more time at Niagara. The hotels which usually come with breakfast probably because of their deal with them, you need to pay for the breakfast. You are not supposed to take any toiletries which are generally complimentary. Overall, good tour if you want to visit in a hurry but they do cheat and put inhuman restrictions on you.

    I went on the 4 day Canadian Rockies/Banff tour from Vancouver this month with Super Vacation (booked through Tours4Fun). While the stops along this tour were fairly good and the scenery was beautiful, the company is dishonest and shady and their customer service is horrible. Our tour guide never listened to our concerns, was dismissive of us, and outright lied to us.

    Our first issue with this tour was that the price we were originally quoted through Tours4Fun did not include the admission attractions and says that the admission cost is optional, so we decided to purchase admission to the attractions on our own as it was cheaper this way; however, once we were on the bus and on our way we were informed that it was mandatory we pay our tour guide $251 CAD in cash (for two people). Even though we explained the situation and that we already had tickets to the attractions that we purchased on our own, no effort was made to accommodate us and we were forced to pay this additional fee. Terrible, terrible customer service from both the tour guide and the tour office (Super Vacation).

    Our second issue with the tour was that our tour guide blatantly lied to us to get us to purchase the expensive meal plan (we had to pay $400 cash for two people -- even more expensive than quoted on the Tours4Fun website). We initially didn't bother with the meal plan, but once we had departed our tour guide told us that there was nowhere to eat at any of our stops but gas stations. He also pressured us into purchasing the meal plan by telling us he needed to know right away so he could make reservations.

    Turns out that there were plenty of restaurant options at the places where we stopped that would have been much better than the greasy, gross, cheap "Chinese" food that was offered on the meal plan and that reservations weren't needed in advance. I don't recommend booking a tour through Tours4Fun and definitely never deal with Super Vacation -- our experiences with both prove that they are questionable, dishonest businesses that offer horrible customer service.

    Very deceptive arrangement. Tours4Fun posed to be the location to sign up for the Dallas Amazing Race activity, which we planned as an out of town family event. When we arrived to log on, there was no information available to start the game. While at the location and with family members anxiously waiting to get started, I had to log back into the Dallas website and re-enroll in a different location and pay again. After returning home, within the week, I called Tours4Fun requesting a refund. I was rudely told that I should have called that day of the conflict and that I was sent an email prior to the event date. I confirmed the email and noted that it only mentioned a magazine order. I promptly told the Tours4Fun agent that we did not want a magazine, we were replying to the "Order" section for the game. Our experience was very disturbing and a costly mistake.     I like Tours4Fun's whole buy 2 get 1 free promo. It seemed like they were good destination places: we did the East Coast Tour - Washington, D.C., Pennsylvania, Massachusetts (we went to Boston), New York, and Canada - all in a one-day tour. However I had an issue when I was going to change the tour. They wanted to charge me some fees that I didn't feel were disclosed and they started getting real nasty about it. I didn't feel like customer service was there when I ask to speak to somebody so honestly, I would not book with them again because of their customer service. I have nothing against the tour guide or the driver, though. They tried their best and the driver was freaking amazing.

    Also when I booked, I knew that it was going to be Mandarin but I thought that there was going to be a translator. The food choices that they had primarily catered to the Asian culture, and every city, state, and country that we stopped in, there was a stop in every place's Chinatown. That's not something that I would like to do again. There was also another incident where they changed the information on the pick-up point. We were at the pick-up point like we were told but nobody told us that they changed the pick-up point. We had to call the tour guy, then they had to help us go to the airport and we had to find a shuttle to get there after we already paid for a shuttle to get to the original pick-up point. So I wouldn't recommend them to anybody unless I told them to be careful.

    It was fairly simple navigating the site of Tours4Fun to see what tours are offered and at what times. However, it took us a little while to realize that they are resellers rather than actual tour organizers. We expected them to have answers on that particular tour on that particular date or time period. For instance, we didn't know which hotel they would be putting us up at because we were going to stay there for a few days longer than the tour. We would have liked to stay at the same hotel that we were booked at but they couldn't tell us which hotel that was and we couldn't wait endlessly until they could. Eventually, we had our own bookings.

    On the other hand, the tour was wonderful and I actually quite liked it. It's a very fast-paced tour so there were some places where you might want to stay longer than others but that's a matter of individual taste. Overall, the tour was very well organized and everything was done very well. The only feedback I would give to Tours4Fun was that the website was not up to date. The other thing is Tours4Fun explicitly said that the gratuities are all included. It turned out we had to pay five euros per day per individual for the gratuities. Over an 11-day period and three passengers, that is a sizeable amount of money though I am not opposed to it.

    We were going to Key West and we wanted to take a glass boat bottom trip so we purchased that from Tours4Fun. Although the experience was fine, I expected to see more than just what we did. Also, I had problems with a response from the company that I dealt with. They said that they were waiting for information from me and I never got an email to that effect. The time involved between our trip and that seemed like I didn't get information from them and they didn't let me know that I will be issued a ticket when we went to the boat thing. It was a gray matter that I didn't know what was happening and it was very frustrating. It could have been handled differently than what it was. Because of this, I don't know if I'd use Tours4Fun again. I could have probably waited until we went on our trip and rent from there, but I thought it was going to be easier.     Buying a tour from Tours4Fun was streamlined. From what I know, the Grand Tour of Los Angeles was very good. I didn't go on the tour myself but it was satisfactory for my parents. However, my parents will have a tour in Canada and I got a local number to call to ask if the trip is still on schedule - I had a really hard time speaking to them and they didn't know what to do. I was put on hold for a long time. Also, their rewards program was pretty awful. I tried to use $60 worth of rewards for the next trip. It only allowed me to use $10. I have to buy more trips to use that amount. It's crazy. What's with the rewards if you can't use them when you want to?

    Everything was fine with Tours4Fun. The Yellowstone tour was well-organized and the tour guide was a very nice person. We got to see a lot of things and the people were very friendly. However it would be nice to have the tour guide speak good English. I really don't mind the fact that the tour is both in Mandarin and English but I would have preferred if his accent had been good, so that when he speaks I can understand the information and follow the stories a lot more easily. Also, I'd recommend that 20 minutes of the tour should have been spent with Yellowstone park rangers so we could have gotten a wealth of information. That would have been awesome.

    The booking process was straightforward. There were some website glitches (we couldn't book more than one item in a single session, cart kept emptying our items). But the personnel were helpful and prompt. The tour itself was average (typical budget tour during peak tourism season where there is tremendous rush and congestion).     While doing the tour online when I bought it, it looked easier but when we had a tour, it's segregated in three segments, eight days, one day, and another three days. So every time, we had to find out in the morning if we are to have a San Diego tour, I have to stay outside the hotel and look for our buses and ask every driver which bus I'm going in. It looks like Tours4Fun had sold it to some Chinese company. I have nothing against any of this but the problem is the guys are all Chinese operators so only a few staff can speak in English and 80 to 90 percent of the people on the bus are Chinese which was not a big deal either to me.

    But the problem is everyday when we have to go, there is no breakfast in the morning so they tell us to stop by Wal-Mart and buy some breakfast. Moreover, they're not professional people. The hotels where we stayed were okay but half the hotels had a lot of bugs. Tours4Fun gave us the whole tour of 12 days. A couple were okay. Sometimes, not going at all. Also, both my sons were so much upset because they wanted to see canyons and that tour doesn't even exist but it was part of the tour's itinerary which I bought.

    Booking our Europe tour with Tours4Fun was easy. We chose them because of online recommendation and their good grades. I called their office when I had questions and then I got the answer. It was good. But as for the tour, the first day we were there was kind of messy because the airline misplaced our luggage. Also, the driver couldn't pick us up on time because we had to file the claim. Later, a different driver came and then I was on his van for four hours. We drove around Paris until we got to our hotel. We were picked up at 3:30 but we were dropped off at the hotel at 8 p.m. It was too much for us.

    The hotel was so bad. There was no elevator so we had to walk up a very narrow stair. The people working on the front desk were rude. There were two people in front of us who couldn't speak English. They were Chinese. The front desk people thought that we were in the same group. They thought that we were also Chinese and they said, "Speak English, speak English." I was so mad. Then, the room has no air conditioning and very small. This is a 1-star hotel. If we open the door, mosquitoes came in. The next day was better. We met the whole group then had breakfast and then we went on to the tour. That was the day when we had a good hotel. This hotel provided a better breakfast and service compared to the previous hotel. I would like Tours4Fun to provide better hotels for us. We are tired during this tour.

    The tour guide did a fine job. I knew that he had many groups because people were changing the trip. He had multiple jobs in the same trip. We tried to give him credit. He tried his best. Yet as a customer, we are not really satisfied with the way the tour had multiple functions for our tour guide like that. Also, the amount of time for the tour was not enough. We wanted to spend more time in some place but the schedule was shorter. Overall, I'd say that this is a good experience for us with the tour. We think that with the price we spent, it's okay.

    The two trips with Grand Vacations was just horrible, absolutely terrible. West Rim was wonderful and I've written the details of those two trips. For the city tour, the gentleman didn't take us to most of the sites. There is something we have to see and go up and he said, "It's small and it costs money to take you in." In the middle of the tour, he went off to Capilano Bridge. He was supposed to go after the city tour. We have not signed up for Capilano. We said, "We'll just wait." We waited and two hours later he picked us up.

    The other gentleman for the Victoria tour was really nice, very considerate but it was very difficult to understand him. All the other tours, they had small vans to pick up and drop off people if they had a huge bus. We sat on that bus for two and a half hours for them to pick us up and drop us off. I wouldn't recommend them. You had two great tours that would have fit the West Rim. We went to Capilano Bridge and to Whistler with another group. That was great but I would be scared to go with Tours4Fun again because I might end up with Grand Vacations, that's two whole days and was just horrible.

    Tours4Fun had a pretty good deal of $92 for the Grand Canyon and Hoover Dam. Price was one reason why I went with it. When part of the Hoover Dam trip got canceled, I called up to customer service to complain about that and they were helpful, tried to satisfy me, gave me my other options available to me. It was a good experience with them other than the fact that I was not happy with the situation itself.

    I feel we lost up pretty big with the Hoover Dam. It wasn’t like there was a refund. It’s like being knocked off 10 bucks or $15 a person. And then on top of that, it was hectic trying to find the bus. And then on top of that, we ended up missing out a whole night in Vegas because I was given an inaccurate time. I don’t expect to refund a trip. But on the positive part, our bus driver was an awesome tour guide. The speakers were loud but some people can’t hear really well and the lunch that we stopped for was really good.

    I couldn't find travel sites that went to Hollywood other than Tours4fun. Their site was easy to navigate too though I had to scan and send in a copy of my driver's license and something else. The tour was long but it was wonderful. We had a good time, we enjoyed it, and the drivers were both very knowledgeable. Everything that I've seen and everything that we did were all just great! The Hollywood part was the best! We got to see the fingerprints and footprints. However they dropped us off down on Rio Drive and said "We'll be back" like in 45 minutes.     I read some of the reviews and Tours4Fun seemed the best fit for its kind for what we're trying to do. My online purchase experience was easy. I had email communication with their customer service team. Everything looks fine. My 1-day bus tour at the Grand Canyon South and Hoover Dam from Las Vegas through Tours4Fun was really good. But the amount of time that we took to get there was a bit long. The travel time versus the amount of time actually spent was an hour and a half and then another hour. It's not a great trade-off. It's no fault of the company because it takes a long time to get there.

    I know the views are different but had we known prior that there were a couple of different tours and the difference between the two is a substantial amount of time in driving, and that the West Rim was only about a couple of hours drive, we probably would have done that shorter tour given our choice because that would save almost six hours going back and forth and we would have all had a very good experience and a good view. Other than that, service was good. People were nice and there was nothing that they had really stuck with their commitment. Overall, it was really good and beautiful views. I plan on using Tours4Fun to book another trip.

    Tours4Fun were doing Butchart Gardens and that was one of the places that we wanted to see. It was easy to get through their website for online purchasing. But with the tour, a couple of things were a little unusual. First, our guide spent most of his time explaining things in Chinese because I guess about 95% of the people on the tour were Chinese. He would initially say, "This is something..." and then he would go on and just keep talking and talking and talking in Chinese. They should tell people if the tour is going to be one particular nationality and maybe have somebody to speak English a little bit more than our guide there.

    Second, the tour at Butchart Gardens that we signed up for was too short. We felt rushed. They gave us the impression that half of the tour would be Butchart Gardens. We were standing about an hour and a half there, just that. So basically, at the end of the day when we were tired. I'm in a pretty good shape for my age but a lot of people if they're elderly, they're not going to make it. A lot of people simply sat down half way through, they said they were just too tired to finish it.

    The other thing was the insistence on the part of our guide Andy that we give a gratuity to him and the driver. Now we've gone on a lot of tours and usually it's just a standard practice that as you're leaving, you would tip the driver for service rendered. But Andy insisted that it would have to be a minimum of $12 CAD for him and $6 for the driver. He said that was built into the agreement. We never got a brochure or anything saying any of this. We went online. We got a confirmation and our ID number for the trip. But there was nowhere that I had seen anything that said there was a mandatory minimum for the gratuity. Butchart Gardens wasn't what I wanted it to be. We didn't spend much time there.

    Tours4Fun was the only one I found that had the itinerary I like. The only thing that I couldn't figure out when I first booked was what the cost included being like hotels and bus and I got confused trying to figure out what the cash cost is gonna be total with the cost. I was disappointed that I had to pay everything in cash for the local tours, paying different fees on the places I went. I can't pay that upfront on my credit card. They could have incorporated those prices so I can discharge it or if they had the ability to swipe the credit card then or just prepaid, then I don't have to hurry around. Another thing is that I knew that it was gonna be a joint language of Chinese and American but I don't like that too much. The guy explained everything well but it was difficult to have two different languages calling on at one time, it's a little straining.

    Very pleased with the tour! Our guide (**) was just excellent and did everything to ensure our tour was successful. A few of the other reasons I enjoyed the tour: pick-up was on time, inclusions of ferry ride, stop in Victoria and good amount of time at Butchart Gardens. Driver also excellent.     It was very nice and organized but there is a catch. Never take something extra with a tour. I had tickets for Fabulous Flamenco show and will recommend to everyone who visit Madrid to see it. But I want to take a dance lesson before the show and had turned down by the owner of the show. Very rude. Like "We don't have any lesson for you and you may need a lawyer to get your money back." I called agency and they only settle for us to see the show. Nobody care of giving us back money for lesson for two people. It is very bad practice to make extra money on tourists. It made us feel very uncomfortable that for prepaid service they could treat us so bad. Sorry but it was our experience.

    A friend recommended Tours4Fun to cater for my trip. Their site was very informative. I took the three-days tour starting from Vegas and ending in L.A. For the L.A. part, it was a very good experience when we stayed at the Holiday Inn Express. I really loved the hotel. It's great that they have the shuttle bus to LAX for free. On the first night in Vegas, we went to the night tour. We were a bit rushed for time, but it was nice cause we managed to see a lot of things within that one night. On the second day, we went to the Grand Canyon.

    The tour operator described the places when we were on the bus, and he was explaining what we were going to do when we were at the Canyon and what other points that we would visit. I thought that was really nice. However, they could have improved the part where we visited Hoover Dam. I expected us to be much closer to the dam but instead we were on the bridge quite far away, just looking down on the dam. I would have liked it more if we were closer to it, but it was still a nice time. I really liked the tour.

    Date of tour 5/26/15. Picked up in Vancouver for a tour to Vancouver Island via ferry. We were not aware our tour guide spoke primarily Chinese, so understanding his translation to English was difficult. Also, our lunch options were disappointing, even if we had prepaid for lunch, we ended up eating at McDonalds because we did not want Chinese food. It would have been nice to have been given more than one hour in Victoria. Our meal there was rushed and once we found where to shop for mementos, it was too late... We had to rush back to the bus. Our bus driver took us the "long" way to Victoria saying that your tour company had special permission to take that route. Well, we saw nothing all that impressive taking the long way to Victoria. We would have preferred to spend more time in Victoria.

    We were kept on time, we got what we wanted, and we had a great experience with Tours4Fun. It was easy for us to find the place. The instructions were pretty clear. There was a fine balance between what we needed to do to stick to the timelines versus freedom to go and do whatever we wanted. The thing that could've improved a bit more was had they told us what was the order in which we would have covered the different landmarks that would have helped a bit because we thought we were going to the Niagara Falls on the second and not the first day. I don't know why there was a mix up.

    The second thing that did not work out was the driver ran out of gas and we were stranded in the middle of nowhere on our way back for a couple of hours. That ruined a couple of plans that we had in New York because we were hoping to come back a lot sooner than when we arrived. We came back by 10 PM only because of that and that was first a completely avoidable thing. But overall, I would still recommend Tours4Fun. I actually went with Tours4Fun tour before. It's for the ease of doing all of this that I would recommend it.

    3 day California Express Bus Tour - We enjoyed our tour, it was the highlight of our Californian experience. Saw some wonderful places and enjoyed the lot. Great driver, I always felt safe, our tour guide was friendly, fun and helpful. The only negative I would mention was the motel on the second night had no lift, we personally were able to manage our luggage but there were others who may have found it a struggle. Perhaps adding one extra day to the tour would also make it bit more leisurely and not such long distances on day one and day three. Otherwise, FANTASTIC!!

    I first heard about Tours4Fun thru a friend. The online purchasing experience was easy to handle but I have two suggestions for improvement. One, if possible they should have better English speaking guy. He was okay. He did very quick and we had no problems understanding but it was one condition. Second, they took us out to lunch at a Chinese restaurant which was very limited. We don't eat Chinese and it's understandable that they had a couple different tours. And the service - our own guide decided to take us out and said, You look like you're not being served so let me take you to the next tour. As we were about to walk out, the lady then told us, Oh, no, no, no. I have your place and all that. My suggestion is they take the people to some mall food court type thing where everybody can have their own choice of food and order what they want. Besides that, we enjoyed the tour we took with them.

    I found out about Tours4Fun on the internet. We had a great time, however there were a few peculiarities about it. For example, a part of the tour we expected to be with fellow Americans but on one segment of the tour, it was all Spanish - speaking people. The tour guide did speak English so she would speak a little in Spanish then a little in English. The best was how they pull it off. There might have been six people from Puerto Rico. So six Spanish speakers and then just the two of us. They brought us to the next destination and there we got a limo driver. It was a very nice limo, the Mercedes SUV type. We had a driver that had a suit on. He was very nice and intelligent and spoke English fine. But we were the only two passengers. We were getting more for our money because it was private, but we do like to interact with other passengers.

    When we got to the destination, the local tour guide took us around to the mosque. We were the only two customers for him, so that was a private tour guide which was nice ‘cause we could ask all the questions and talk about whatever we want with him. When we went to the next city after that, we had a female tour guide and we were the only customers. It was the same deal. It was nice. We were happy with it, but it’s odd there were no other people. We have used Gate1, their competitor. Gate1 was in Turkey, and we liked them. One thing about one of the tour guides in the Tours4Fun, when it was the large group at a different location, they used the kind of microphone and the headsets. They operated very well. We were able to understand the tour guide. That was the bigger group at the third place.

    In Gate1 they used a device called Whisper and it was always breaking up and it was always too hard to hear. The wind would make it hard to hear, too. The system she had on this trip with Tours4Fun was an excellent system. Another thing, they’re not really into the health food as much as Americans are. It’s always they push in the olives. For breakfast even they are pushing cheese and olives and scrambled eggs and hotdogs. We’d rather just have oatmeal and nuts and fruit. I guess it’s just the cultural thing.

    I booked tour 5-3066 Mt.Rushmore, Yellowstone tour. The staff have a tremendous amount of patience because they answered all my questions. I'm not the easiest person to deal with but they did being 30 years in quality and customer service as a manager my expectations are high. They quickly answered my questions, if they didn't have the answer they found it. The prices were fair and competitive. I have suggestions: please update your itinerary, they do not go to Beaver, Utah as you mention on your site. They go to Richfield, Utah only, also they do not go to Idaho Falls. This is a great tour, I would recommend it to anyone that's interested in seeing those wonderful sites. Also a lot of the breakfast are included in the price. You're selling yourself short from not mentioning it in your advertisement.

    I was a bit disoriented with my online purchasing because there was a delay. It was concerned that I was reserved and then I got charged. I didn't feel unsafe about it, but it was a bit confusing when I had to pay for it and where my information was going. We were able to have a bit of time in the city and then go up the mountain which was nice because we dressed for Barcelona weather and it was hot that day. He was really helpful and makes sure we're all comfortable so that we see as much as we could. I would absolutely recommend them to a friend.

The tour was apparently run by Golden Tours who advise Tours4fun are merely booking agents. Firstly we left LA late as result of all the back and forth collecting people for other tours. Next, the bus we initially thought was only a transfer bus but was ultimately our actual travel bus was very old and uncomfortable and not suitable for long distance travel. There was little padding in the very upright seats, no safety belts and we were warned not to use the on-board toilets. There was no climate control air conditioning with only one setting of on fully cold (freezing) or off (stuffy and sweating).

    Our safety was jeopardized during the trip when we encountered a rain storm and the bus started leaking water from the roof at the emergency escape and at the side window wetting myself and other passengers. At this point the rain wipers would not work on the outside and the demister would not clear the inside of the windscreen forcing the driver to pull over, leave the door open and only then drive slowly on the highway with fresh air clearing the windscreen from the inside. The bus driver and our tour guide continually had differing opinions on what route to take and their debating was loud and audible by us even in the back of the bus. This debate lead to the driver taking numerous wrong turns and wasting time finding our destination particularly in/around Fremont and in Yosemite NP.

    Our tour guide **, of Asian background, attempted to lighten the mood at times but his lack of grasp of English in both understanding and pronunciation frustrated us and communication was a real issue throughout the trip - it was regularly observed that explanations in Chinese would last many minutes but were followed by a quick 5-10 second English equivalent resulting in us feeling left out. Accommodation outside of San Francisco was of a high quality but precluded us from readily enjoying the San Francisco nightlife as if it had been in San Francisco. Food stops were predominantly at Asian establishments which satisfied the predominantly Asian tourists on the bus but the dozen or so of us wanting normal western food had to make do.

    I was unfortunate to get food poisoning at the buffet at lunch on our return day which impacted me for the next 4 or 5 days. The highlight of this trip for us was Yosemite National and it was disappointing how rushed our stay was after spending so much time travelling there. 20 minutes for breakfast and viewing at the base of the waterfall and 5 minutes at the top was really inadequate for such a highlight. The other issue we were frustrated with was the expectation of attending an "optional" day trip in San Francisco - one we did not want to attend as we had previously travelled to in the past and we knew exactly what parts of town we wanted to spend our free time at. There was intense pressure from ** to participate in the day tour despite our assurance we had no intention to attending.

    Lastly, we were astounded at the demand for substantial further payments for "service" fees and substantial tips, regardless of our experience or service provided, on top of the tour fees booked and the already additional out of pocket fees for park and attractions. These were not present on the website at the time or stipulated at the time of booking and brought this apparent value for money tour up to the price of the premium tour operators. In hindsight and aware of the difficulties we encountered, we would not have travelled on this tour and we recommend anyone thinking of travelling to weigh up the hurdles we encountered before forming a decision. Our factual review of our trip experience on the Tours4fun and TripAdvisor websites have been removed/blocked so we are trying to highlight our concerns on other websites now.

    Purchasing online was easy to do. I didn't have a Shenzhen visa so as soon as I found out I told Tours4Fun and then they said the rules for changing which are not user friendly.     My tour was supposed to include the Hoover Dam, then last minute Tours4Fun said the Hoover Dam part was canceled because of regulation.     My dad took a tour of the East Coast back in 2006 so he recommended that we take a West Coast tour in 2015. It was very easy to purchase online and when I couldn't find our pick up people when we landed at the airport, I had to call their customer service and it wasn't an issue. However, the employees of Tours4Fun in Los Angeles are Chinese and they don't understand our accents easily but they are nice and I don't blame them.     San Francisco tour - The tour was planned in such a way that there was no time to breakfast. Tours should be made in such a way that everybody can relax and enjoy.     I booked a 7-day bus tour to Los Angeles, Las Vegas and Grand Canyon with Tours4fun.com for my parents (Aged 64 and 56) visiting from India - Ticket # ** on March 26th 2015. The tour start date is May 9th 2015. After they landed in USA, they fell sick with cold, fever and stomach upsets due to change in climate and weather conditions. This turned out to be a Flu, so they were recommended not to travel. Concerning for health of my parents and their fellow passengers, I called Tours4fun on April 31st 2015 (9 days before tour start date) to cancel my trip and asked them how best I can use the money I paid. The agent said as it is 8-14 days of tour start date, I will be entitled only for 50% refund but If I want to change to a future date, only $30/person Amendment Fees will be charged. I was happy with the offer and decided to change the tour and date.

    As I didn't have an exact date in hand (as my parents are still sick), I emailed them the situation, informing them my parents are not in a position to travel and will use the money for another trip in future paying the amendment fees. After multiple conversations back and forth, they came back that only 50% can be used for a future trip and rest cannot be used as they already paid for Hotels etc. I told them that this must have been mentioned the first day I called, but they are not honoring my call on April 31st.

    I was irritated and then agreed to 50% use of the money as per their policy. Amendment Fees: Any changes (i.e. date, location, tour, etc.) made to a reservation after successfully submitting the order online will be subject to a minimum $30.00 Amendment Fee (per change). I asked them to have 50% available for any future tour but they say only the same tour can be taken. But their policy says changes can be done to date, location, tour etc. We live in Lincoln, Nebraska and we cannot fly to California just to take this trip to get my 50% back. I strongly feel they bought themselves couple of days time and put me into canceling within 7 days of departure category and not refunding anything.

    I just made a reservation for 11 people for May 16-18 and decided to change the place where we're supposed to board the bus going to Montreal & was told I have to pay $30 just for changing it. I think it's ridiculous & not fair since its just a day after I booked. Also I called the office several times & the customer service are not friendly at all. I just hope the trip will be worth all this frustration.

    The company cheated me. I asked for a tour to San Francisco that included a visit to Yosemite Park, they offered me in writing a tour visiting Yosemite Park in day 3, this never happened. The company don't do the tour, you are transferred to another company. There are hidden costs, so I had to pay additional (mandatory) to America Asia Travel Center for the trip to San Francisco when supposed you already had paid to Tours4Fun!!! The company considers that this is a minor inconvenience and only offers as reparation US$15 per person, less than the tip you have to pay. Be careful with this company that is not a tour operator in this tour. I can show anyone the documents that prove what I am saying.

    The trip started in Paris at McDonald's and was very chaotic at first because many other buses were there and we didn't know which one was ours because the guides had no signs to tell us where to go! The drives were much longer than itinerary stated, there was no restroom on the bus unless for emergencies! That I didn't know going into this. The rest stops were packed with other buses and stop times were very limited. This trip is intense, long days and NOT for the elderly and/or frail! Thoroughly enjoyed this trip anyhow. Great fast way to see lots of areas. Next time I may look into Eurail trips as the ride will be more relaxing for sure. You can eat/drink as you wish and not have to worry about a restroom!! Did enjoy the guide ** once he calmed down about the time constraints at stops!

    I had a great experience with Tours4Fun. I chose them because their itinerary are quite okay, and the price is affordable. When I purchase online through their site, I am able to get what I want.     Please be careful with Tours4Fun company. They are not organizer but a mediator between yours and CHINESE TOURS OPERATORS. I had recently joined a tour and by seeing reviews thought that this is a best company. But what I had seen that I was handed over to a CHINESE tour operator. Food was very bad, accommodation was OK. Last two days were very bad as tour guide was speaking only Chinese. I am totally angry on them as they have cheated me. Moreover until last day they will not provide any details regarding tour operator and hotel names. Please be careful from their online website and be very careful before paying as I have lost 100$ additionally due to their website error. After all choice is yours.

    The first tour I have with Tours4Fun was really great. Things were explained in multilanguage but whatever was explained in Spanish was not exactly translated in English which we found out in the second tour. We were also taken to a spot where we can have our lunch or dinner but we were not given coupons for food that Indian people can also have. I'm neutral about this experience and I will have to think if I would take another tour with them depending if it's going to be Hindi or it's going to be a lumped tour.

    We were planning a holiday a couple of years ago and that's when I found Tours4Fun and used them from that time. Their costs are good which made us decide to choose them over other travel sites. We booked online and went from there. When we went to Las Vegas, they kept asking us for additional charges for each place that we would want to go to. Why didn't they make it clear in the brochure that these places are extra from the beginning? I understand some people don't want to go so why should they pay? Then maybe in their brochure, they could have two prices. For example - this price is with the Grand Canyon, this price is without Grand Canyon. This is something that they could look into and clarify because sometimes, we don't carry that much cash with us.

    I recommend them despite having some changes that they could do in their brochures or in their presentation. They are very good, on time, efficient and courteous. They are really very good value for money. Though I wish they speak a little more English because they will spend like ten minutes explaining things in Chinese and then take half minute in English and that's it. They need to balance it there.

    I booked a tour group on a Friday from the site without speaking to anyone from the company, without submitting any signature for my credit card slip or without a complete listing of the intended travellers, no flight information. I decided to cancel on Monday, since we could not get all of the correct flights for travellers in different places, and they charged me 10%, $246, which was contradictory to the cancellation policy on the website. Please be careful when you make a reservation through this company-- if they have your credit card information, they will charge you regardless of anything else. Please be aware that this is not a reputable company, please stay away if you can. I don't want them to rip anyone else off.

    The people that dealt with us from Tours4Fun were excellent! The people that did our tours spoke English so well. There was no issue. I could speak only a little Spanish but it was extremely good, except for one tour guide. The food was good...we had plenty of food. Everything went better than I ever expected. I am totally amazed at how well they did the tours. I've told multiple people that I was so surprised, 'cause I thought that I might be making a mistake...because I read some other reviews from other countries...but I made no mistake. It was absolutely better than I ever expected.

    We got seasick on the little speedboat because we were fed lunch just before we got on that boat. It's very rough and I don't have motion sickness. If I'd known what was coming, I probably would have not eaten some of the stuff I ate. Also, my worst experience was dealing with your website, trying to fill out your evaluation. I tried and tried and tried. It's very tedious for me to type, and I filled that out multiple times and it never would go through.

    But other than that, it was absolutely wonderful. I have promoted their tours to everybody that I have talked to about that trip. They were just superb there. They have a lady named Carolina that was very helpful. Every day, she wanted to make sure we knew what we were doing. There were two guys there too that were just phenomenal. They were just very good, all of them.

    The trip was great, location-wise and everything was perfect except the bus. It was a messed up bus. The bus driver had to reset the bus twice or three times in the middle of Vegas Boulevard. It also happened once on the road. And the driver, instead of Tours4Fun picking us up like different buses would, had to drop us at different locations, so that took forever. That took a couple hours for me to get off the bus and go to my hotel. The trip itself was nice and fun. Bus driver was a great bus driver, nice guy. He's a good driver as well, except the bus he had was messed up. And customer service organizing with him, helping him out to solve whatever problems or whatever he was struggling with -- not very happy with that.

    Big fake! Tours 4sad! I booked and paid in advance $180 for the one day tour for Grand Canyon. In the e-ticket they sent me the contact phone in case urgency was missing. I failed to be in the right pick up point but even having my cell number they did not call me. Now I request the refund of my booking since they have not provided the service I paid for and they refuse. They do not care about the customers. A very despicable company. When we were in New York and wanted to go there, we went to the wrong place and were way too late for the tour and they gave us a tour for the night stay. That was really nice of them. We were running around in New York and searching for the address and thought you can get off the boat and go around in the island but that wasn't the case. Everyone was just on the boat and see the statue from far away. It would be better if you can go around and check the island and go on the statue.     I was actually looking into something else in the internet and Tours4Fun came up. Overall, our booking with Tours4Fun was excellent. Absolutely no problem, very quick and professional. I had to read a lot to decide which tour is good on reviews because I had time, like what is covered in the helicopter tour, the airplane tour and how they differ. But a simple thing could have been clearer differentiators, the kind of information, in one chart would have been helpful. Other than that, it was a great experience.

    The Grand Canyon is a beautiful place. The helicopter ride was very expensive and that is one big concern so we went by plane and it was good. The plane ride was smooth. Pictures came out well. We actually were asked to be picked up in a hotel and they asked us to go to Green Valley Ranch in Las Vegas which is a big casino with multiple entrances. There are 20 to 30 entrances in the three-mile stretch. You enter into a ranch and you have no clue where the main entrance is.We went to the South entrance instead of the main entrance. "Who do I talk to?" I go and ask them, they were like, "Hey, that is an entrance." Because nobody is there in the lobby. I was lost.

    I called them and they said, "Okay, you have 10 more minutes and I will relay the message to the cab driver." The cab driver went to the main entrance, not the South entrance. The cab driver was amazing and went the extra mile to hunt us down, the whole family who are waiting at the South entrance. That I appreciate. Maybe things can be streamlined a little bit at the start, something like a bright spot at the entrance where the lion is there.     Tours4Fun is a good tour. Customer service and everything is good. All the things are transparent and pretty well-organized. The only thing which I didn’t like is they are asking for all the guide and travel charges compulsory for each and every member. Even for kids, they are charging per member. Also, I was not part of the Grand Canyon tour so I should not give money for those days. The guide service should be complimentary so it would be some people are required, some people are not required. So it’s unnecessarily added on top of the tour package. But services are certainly fine. The quality of hotels we are boarding is the very best. The on-time service is perfect, too. So overall, I agree with my experience and I was happy with Tours4Fun.

    I did two tours with Tours4Fun - one was in Grand Canyon and another one in Los Angeles. The first one in the Grand Canyon, it was from Las Vegas. I think it's too short because we were in the bus for 12 hours and yet 1 hour tour in Grand Canyon. So I don't like that and really disappointed with the tour. I was also disappointed in Los Angeles because we didn't stop in Beverly Hills and Sta. Monica Beach. We stayed in the Walk of Fame for 20 minutes, and the driver went to Mexico town. That's okay but I don't want to see that in Los Angeles. So in the middle of the tour, I took off from the bus and I made my own tour because I just have one day to see the city. My tour was $65 and I think it was horrible. I was very upset with the company.

    I wasn't sure if she's directly related to Tours4Fun but the lady we had to redeem our tickets from before we joined the trip in Washington D.C., was very disappointing because she was very rude. The ticket that I printed out was not very good and I only have a simple phone. She wanted to know if the trip was really for Washington for 9 hours. There was another customer who offered to lend me her iPhone. That was just a very sad experience for me, but overall the trip, that 9-hour trip, was really very pleasant, and I told myself if my other relatives from the Philippines would come, I would still bring them to that 9-hour bus tour. It's a very nice trip.

    I've been to Washington many times and I was able to compare, because last time when my relatives came, we joined the Cap on, Hat off and I thought that it starts a big loss. With Tours4Fun, it was a guided tour. The driver was really very knowledgeable. He knew we had to go to the Library of Congress. He told us what to see, what to expect, what to see more. He was really very nice, I enjoyed every minute of it. Even the White House, we had to see only the back, I saw Washington DC in that 9-hour trip, basically everything that needs to be seen, and it was a very beautiful experience. I look forward to the trip to Mount Rushmore and Yellowstone this coming March or April. I have invited my two sisters and a nephew for spring break. I've been telling my friends that the next time we tour, we'd be joining Tours4Fun.

    We've just completed two tours, one 3 days from LA round California and one from LA to Las Vegas and Grand Canyon. Both times we were with Asia-America tour company. The first, no complaints except the pickup from the airport was not there to meet us and we had to make a panicked call to the company to remind the representative we were waiting at LAX! The second tour was much more problematic. Without being informed, we discovered that one of the night's accommodation was switched from Las Vegas to a remote, very basic Indian reservation-ranch close to the Grand Canyon. There was nothing to do, or even TV!!! Why weren't we told? We'd planned to see a show that night in Vegas! On returning to LA, the transportation back to the hotel was a shambles and we had to wait almost 2 hours!!! We were most unhappy with this apparent disregard for customer service from Asia-America company. Come on, guys, sharpen up your act! These dramas spoiled an otherwise enjoyable trip.
