Good service by phone. Made an effort to find me the tour I was looking for but never received a right answer when I asked for the ticket for that tour. I almost lost it. When I look for an address lost a lot of time looking for and casually find the guide. I do not try to use this company again.

While doing the tour online when I bought it, it looked easier but when we had a tour, it's segregated in three segments, eight days, one day, and another three days. So every time, we had to find out in the morning if we are to have a San Diego tour, I have to stay outside the hotel and look for our buses and ask every driver which bus I'm going in. It looks like Tours4Fun had sold it to some Chinese company. I have nothing against any of this but the problem is the guys are all Chinese operators so only a few staff can speak in English and 80 to 90 percent of the people on the bus are Chinese which was not a big deal either to me.

Received my first 3 sets of tickets alright. The 4th I had to call 9 times, was promised over and over that the tickets would be emailed. Talked to several who told me to check my email and print it. Never got the email until the day of the tour, and was already on vacation, no printer with me, hateful employees. I would never use this service again, and have told my friends on facebook and others the mess I had.

I googled Tours4Fun and I found a cheaper tour on their site than the other sites I was looking at. My 1-Day Whistler Tour was amazing. It was really good and I had a great time. The Peak 2 Peak experience is a must do and it was the best part of the tour. I plan on using Tours4Fun to book my next trip.

Booking our Europe tour with Tours4Fun was easy. We chose them because of online recommendation and their good grades. I called their office when I had questions and then I got the answer. It was good. But as for the tour, the first day we were there was kind of messy because the airline misplaced our luggage. Also, the driver couldn't pick us up on time because we had to file the claim. Later, a different driver came and then I was on his van for four hours. We drove around Paris until we got to our hotel. We were picked up at 3:30 but we were dropped off at the hotel at 8 p.m. It was too much for us.

I was googling and looking for some tour packages and Tours4Fun was listed on the top. It worked out with my schedules and the destinations were great. When I was trying to book the tickets, I had all the interactions with them and they were pretty good in responding. Our tour was great and my wife really loved it. It was really awesome and they planned it very well. I plan to use Tours4Fun again to book my trip some time next year.

I purchased a ticket online from Tours4Fun to go inside Chateau de Fontainebleau and I had no problems.

The two trips with Grand Vacations was just horrible, absolutely terrible. West Rim was wonderful and I've written the details of those two trips. For the city tour, the gentleman didn't take us to most of the sites. There is something we have to see and go up and he said, "It's small and it costs money to take you in." In the middle of the tour, he went off to Capilano Bridge. He was supposed to go after the city tour. We have not signed up for Capilano. We said, "We'll just wait." We waited and two hours later he picked us up.

We had a good deal with Tours4Fun. The website was easy to navigate though we didn't get a response back right away. But then our Grand Kingdom Ecostar Helicopter Tour was great and we enjoyed it. We came across the trees and canyon, and played the music which was quite enlightening. Seeing the Grand Canyon was the highlight.

Tours4Fun had a pretty good deal of $92 for the Grand Canyon and Hoover Dam. Price was one reason why I went with it. When part of the Hoover Dam trip got canceled, I called up to customer service to complain about that and they were helpful, tried to satisfy me, gave me my other options available to me. It was a good experience with them other than the fact that I was not happy with the situation itself.

I couldn't find travel sites that went to Hollywood other than Tours4fun. Their site was easy to navigate too though I had to scan and send in a copy of my driver's license and something else. The tour was long but it was wonderful. We had a good time, we enjoyed it, and the drivers were both very knowledgeable. Everything that I've seen and everything that we did were all just great! The Hollywood part was the best! We got to see the fingerprints and footprints. However they dropped us off down on Rio Drive and said "We'll be back" like in 45 minutes. It was scary, especially if something happened to them fellas. Where would we meet? But that's the only part I did not like. I would recommend Tours4Fun in a heartbeat.

I read some of the reviews and Tours4Fun seemed the best fit for its kind for what we're trying to do. My online purchase experience was easy. I had email communication with their customer service team. Everything looks fine. My 1-day bus tour at the Grand Canyon South and Hoover Dam from Las Vegas through Tours4Fun was really good. But the amount of time that we took to get there was a bit long. The travel time versus the amount of time actually spent was an hour and a half and then another hour. It's not a great trade-off. It's no fault of the company because it takes a long time to get there.

Tours4Fun were doing Butchart Gardens and that was one of the places that we wanted to see. It was easy to get through their website for online purchasing. But with the tour, a couple of things were a little unusual. First, our guide spent most of his time explaining things in Chinese because I guess about 95% of the people on the tour were Chinese. He would initially say, "This is something..." and then he would go on and just keep talking and talking and talking in Chinese. They should tell people if the tour is going to be one particular nationality and maybe have somebody to speak English a little bit more than our guide there.

Tours4Fun was really great. I booked it for my in-laws and they said it was awesome. The sightseeing tour was a 5-hour package and it was entirely good. A guide was helping my in-laws to sightsee Niagara Falls and a couple of attractions. I will definitely look for it for my next trip in the future.

Tours4Fun was the only one I found that had the itinerary I like. The only thing that I couldn't figure out when I first booked was what the cost included being like hotels and bus and I got confused trying to figure out what the cash cost is gonna be total with the cost. I was disappointed that I had to pay everything in cash for the local tours, paying different fees on the places I went. I can't pay that upfront on my credit card. They could have incorporated those prices so I can discharge it or if they had the ability to swipe the credit card then or just prepaid, then I don't have to hurry around. Another thing is that I knew that it was gonna be a joint language of Chinese and American but I don't like that too much. The guy explained everything well but it was difficult to have two different languages calling on at one time, it's a little straining.

Very pleased with the tour! Our guide (**) was just excellent and did everything to ensure our tour was successful. A few of the other reasons I enjoyed the tour: pick-up was on time, inclusions of ferry ride, stop in Victoria and good amount of time at Butchart Gardens. Driver also excellent. Only suggestion I would make relates to the fact that the tour was largely for Chinese travelers and although ** did everything to ensure that English speakers were catered for, the one thing he couldn't do anything about was the stop for lunch which was at a Chinese restaurant (we didn't have the meal) which was in a place that had very little to offer other travelers. Is it possible to find alternative restaurant in Victoria??

4 day Niagara Falls Canada Tour - Great value for money, very pleasant guide. Very fall on with lots of options on what to do.

Vancouver Island 2 day tour - Hotel was too far from downtown Victoria, limiting dining options. Whilst interesting, the places visited seemed to have been selected because they were free, consider adding other attractions and include cover charge in the tour cost.

It was an alright experience. Did not expect to see so many Chinese tourists with us. I would expect the tour to be conducted with more English usage and people from various countries to be in the tour group.

I just wanted to do a one-day bus tour so I went online and found Tours4Fun. The trip that I took with Tours4Fun was good. It was off-and-on a bus, instead of having to get yourself there and back and forth. By the afternoon, there were a couple of spots that we didn't want to see. So we did our own thing when we stopped for lunch and didn't return onto the trip.

It was very nice and organized but there is a catch. Never take something extra with a tour. I had tickets for Fabulous Flamenco show and will recommend to everyone who visit Madrid to see it. But I want to take a dance lesson before the show and had turned down by the owner of the show. Very rude. Like "We don't have any lesson for you and you may need a lawyer to get your money back." I called agency and they only settle for us to see the show. Nobody care of giving us back money for lesson for two people. It is very bad practice to make extra money on tourists. It made us feel very uncomfortable that for prepaid service they could treat us so bad. Sorry but it was our experience.

A friend recommended Tours4Fun to cater for my trip. Their site was very informative. I took the three-days tour starting from Vegas and ending in L.A. For the L.A. part, it was a very good experience when we stayed at the Holiday Inn Express. I really loved the hotel. It's great that they have the shuttle bus to LAX for free. On the first night in Vegas, we went to the night tour. We were a bit rushed for time, but it was nice cause we managed to see a lot of things within that one night. On the second day, we went to the Grand Canyon.

We had a great tour with Tours4Fun and we loved it very much. We're actually looking to go to Washington, DC and I think we'll use them again. I would definitely recommend them to anybody.

Kindly increase your pick-up locations and also consider that tour guide needs to know English for better understanding of the places visited by the non-Chinese tourists.

Tour guide is lazy, he just brings us to one point. But overall, Tours4Fun helped good.

Very well planned tour. Butchart Gardens is like Garden of Eden. ** our driver was very informative even though we were only two couples English speaking.

We took the Vancouver City Tour with Tours4Fun. It was an overview of the city - they drove us around, showed us the sights and described them. They also took us from our hotel with our baggage and dropped us off at the cruise ship line terminal. I felt that the tour was of good value.

Date of tour 5/26/15. Picked up in Vancouver for a tour to Vancouver Island via ferry. We were not aware our tour guide spoke primarily Chinese, so understanding his translation to English was difficult. Also, our lunch options were disappointing, even if we had prepaid for lunch, we ended up eating at McDonalds because we did not want Chinese food. It would have been nice to have been given more than one hour in Victoria. Our meal there was rushed and once we found where to shop for mementos, it was too late... We had to rush back to the bus. Our bus driver took us the "long" way to Victoria saying that your tour company had special permission to take that route. Well, we saw nothing all that impressive taking the long way to Victoria. We would have preferred to spend more time in Victoria.

We were kept on time, we got what we wanted, and we had a great experience with Tours4Fun. It was easy for us to find the place. The instructions were pretty clear. There was a fine balance between what we needed to do to stick to the timelines versus freedom to go and do whatever we wanted. The thing that could've improved a bit more was had they told us what was the order in which we would have covered the different landmarks that would have helped a bit because we thought we were going to the Niagara Falls on the second and not the first day. I don't know why there was a mix up.

I used the airplane tour, and it's very good. We didn't have any complaints and would recommend Tours4Fun.

The Grand Canyon tour was good. We enjoyed it. We've been there in 2013 and we did it again in 2015. But they cancelled the Hoover Dam in the last minute, and I didn't like that. They let me know through the email though ahead of time, so that's good.

Tours4Fun does what they said they're going to do on the specials. I had fun and it's a good experience. However, I didn't like the hotel. Some hotels were good but for both times, it was not.

Purchasing online from Tours4Fun was easy to do. We enjoyed the Early Entry Sistine Chapel and Vatican Museum and it was nice including the trip to the wines.

My online purchasing experience at Tours4Fun was easy. Although they did have a situation where they had to make a change as far as the itinerary but it was more of just the change - just the reason why and let us know that she's received the information. The tour was okay, it is what it is. It was a long tour but they warned us ahead of time. I think the food choices like the restaurants weren't that great. I would probably consider using them to book my next trip. It was a good value for what we were trying to do and our tour guides were pretty good. We had a good time.

3 day California Express Bus Tour - We enjoyed our tour, it was the highlight of our Californian experience. Saw some wonderful places and enjoyed the lot. Great driver, I always felt safe, our tour guide was friendly, fun and helpful. The only negative I would mention was the motel on the second night had no lift, we personally were able to manage our luggage but there were others who may have found it a struggle. Perhaps adding one extra day to the tour would also make it bit more leisurely and not such long distances on day one and day three. Otherwise, FANTASTIC!!

Online purchasing experience with Tours4Fun was decent. We didn't have issues, so it was good enough. Overall, it was a fun tour.

I first heard about Tours4Fun thru a friend. The online purchasing experience was easy to handle but I have two suggestions for improvement. One, if possible they should have better English speaking guy. He was okay. He did very quick and we had no problems understanding but it was one condition. Second, they took us out to lunch at a Chinese restaurant which was very limited. We don't eat Chinese and it's understandable that they had a couple different tours. And the service - our own guide decided to take us out and said, You look like you're not being served so let me take you to the next tour. As we were about to walk out, the lady then told us, Oh, no, no, no. I have your place and all that. My suggestion is they take the people to some mall food court type thing where everybody can have their own choice of food and order what they want. Besides that, we enjoyed the tour we took with them.

North end Boston wine tour - This was a wonderful experience. We met 10 very nice people on the tour with us. The tour guide was knowledgeable, pleasant and fun with the group. Looking forward to our next tour in the next city.

Tours4Fun has a lot of choices to choose from and it's a good company. The online purchasing, customer service, sales representatives were very good and helpful. I travel a lot, but out of the country. This time my friends from abroad was here in the U.S. that's why we used them to go out to Arizona. So it's our first experience to travel around the U.S. and I found it pretty affordable. The value for what you see in your tour packages is really good.

We had a spectacular time with Tours4Fun. It was truly a great adventure and it was really, really nice. We called their customer service team on two separate occasions -- for booking information and then to get some information about the trip. They were courteous and answered our questions properly...Very good service. I would certainly look into Tours4Fun's other tours. Good day. Truly I interested every minute I have been with group. The best was selection of the best travel group with me (most of them were European). The drivers and guides were excellent. The tour was quite good, but for me I would like you add Swiss or Austria to green line. Sometimes it is not possible to join another line to see them.

I found out about Tours4Fun on the internet. We had a great time, however there were a few peculiarities about it. For example, a part of the tour we expected to be with fellow Americans but on one segment of the tour, it was all Spanish - speaking people. The tour guide did speak English so she would speak a little in Spanish then a little in English. The best was how they pull it off. There might have been six people from Puerto Rico. So six Spanish speakers and then just the two of us. They brought us to the next destination and there we got a limo driver. It was a very nice limo, the Mercedes SUV type. We had a driver that had a suit on. He was very nice and intelligent and spoke English fine. But we were the only two passengers. We were getting more for our money because it was private, but we do like to interact with other passengers.

It was very nice experience. We enjoyed lot. Tour guide is helped us well. Good service. Buses can be more comfortable - like mobile charging facility, wifi and all. We wants to see Madame Tussauds museum at New York or Washington, DC. We requested for the same but it was not fulfilled. Rest all are good. Hotels are also very good.

We were very dissatisfied with our tour. We booked in English, and received our confirmation in English. When we showed up for our tour, we had a Chinese driver and tour guide. We were the only Americans on the bus and all the others were Chinese. We know there were other Americans on other tours... You should have put us all together and given us someone that we could understand.

It was our first time to use Tours4Fun website and we had a learning curve on how it goes. But overall, once you have a feel of it, it's really not difficult.

It was very easy using Tours4Fun online. I called the customer service to confirm my tour and they told me about a change that was related to the trip. But they had emailed me prior and I just hadn't opened the email. The tour was good. I took a bus tour from a hotel in Vegas to the Grand Canyon and they gave us some free time there. Then we met up with the bus driver afterwards and went back. The bus driver was good. I would definitely consider using the program for another tour.

I booked tour 5-3066 Mt.Rushmore, Yellowstone tour. The staff have a tremendous amount of patience because they answered all my questions. I'm not the easiest person to deal with but they did being 30 years in quality and customer service as a manager my expectations are high. They quickly answered my questions, if they didn't have the answer they found it. The prices were fair and competitive. I have suggestions: please update your itinerary, they do not go to Beaver, Utah as you mention on your site. They go to Richfield, Utah only, also they do not go to Idaho Falls. This is a great tour, I would recommend it to anyone that's interested in seeing those wonderful sites. Also a lot of the breakfast are included in the price. You're selling yourself short from not mentioning it in your advertisement.

Everything’s ok. Guide and driver friendly, the hotel selection was also great. Extra payment as prescribed in mail. The bus was also clean. Just the service charge was very expensive for us. Because it was calculated per person/day and not per family.

It was a good experience and I had fun. They had a very good price for the tour and it had good value.

I would use Tours4Fun again. The only thing they have to improve is if they can give an extra hour hour in the big city tour to be about three hours so we don't have to rush and we can enjoy. Other than that, for me, their price is reasonable.

We found Tours4Fun online, and it was pretty easy to purchase what we were looking for. In our tour, we went around and saw a lot of things. The tour guide was good, he gave a lot of information on the monuments and the buildings and everything we were seeing, so it was very enjoyable. One thing I really like is they had sunscreen ready for you. They had it down on the table and I was like, "Oh, we're going to go get some sunscreen on the table, alright?" That was really good for me. We got our sunscreen down so we did not get burned. Overall, I think it was a very good experience. If they have one in our next vacation destination, I wouldn't have a problem booking Tours4Fun, and would definitely recommend them.

I was a bit disoriented with my online purchasing because there was a delay. It was concerned that I was reserved and then I got charged. I didn't feel unsafe about it, but it was a bit confusing when I had to pay for it and where my information was going. They were supposed to call the day before to confirm but I wasn't sure yet if our phone would work when we were over there since we hadn't had to use the iPhone there before, even though we had it set up. So I emailed a week in advance before we left and I said, "You know, if we forget to call because we're in vacation, email back." They said, "Don't worry you don't need to call. You're all set."

We had a whole lot of fun with Tours4Fun. I've recommended it and a couple of my friends are on the next tour. It was a very, very good adventure and experience for us. Kudos to ** the tour guide. It was perfect and I couldn't ask for anything better. I had done tours like this in the past and I think this is more organized and less taxing. They appropriate enough time even though we had a little snafu with the flat tire that kind of screwed up the last day of our tour. But that is something they can't prevent so I understand that.

I booked the 7 days European Adventure with my Wife and two Kids. I was amazed that we were able to visit 5 countries in a span of 7 days. The hotels were nice and decent. Overall, we strongly suggest that you try this Europe Teaser. You will definitely learn a lot and gain new Friends along the way. More power Tours4Fun.

It was fantastic. We loved our experience with Tours4Fun. We had a really awesome time.

One of my co-workers tried Tours4Fun and he said to try. We did try that and it was okay, so we've been using it. We saw a lot in our recent trip. But, for someone like me who is getting older and has difficulty in walking, the pacing of the trip was too fast. Nevertheless, I would use them again next time. If you want to see a lot of things in a short period of time then Tours4Fun is recommended.

It was easy to purchase online from Tours4Fun but I wasn't very happy with the service. We experienced some problems due to weather and that was out of my control, but they were unwilling to work with me as far as changing the dates and fees which made me very upset and I'll never do business with them again. I wasn't even asking for a refund, just a change of date and time due to rain but they said I have to pay a fee if I change it. They were silly rude about the whole thing. They could have been a little flexible but they were more concerned about the money aspect and making their fees. I would never recommend them.

We recently experienced the Tours4fun 3-Day San Francisco/Yosemite Bus Tour in and out of LA and were very disappointed with the experience on many levels. The tour was apparently run by Golden Tours who advise Tours4fun are merely booking agents. Firstly we left LA late as result of all the back and forth collecting people for other tours. Next, the bus we initially thought was only a transfer bus but was ultimately our actual travel bus was very old and uncomfortable and not suitable for long distance travel. There was little padding in the very upright seats, no safety belts and we were warned not to use the on-board toilets. There was no climate control air conditioning with only one setting of on fully cold (freezing) or off (stuffy and sweating).

Purchasing online was easy to do. I didn't have a Shenzhen visa so as soon as I found out I told Tours4Fun and then they said the rules for changing which are not user friendly. Also because I didn't have a Shenzhen visa and the price had gone down from $1100 something to $800, they said I couldn't get a refund. But I'm still considering using them for my next trip because the rest of my experience with them so far have been good.

My tour was supposed to include the Hoover Dam, then last minute Tours4Fun said the Hoover Dam part was canceled because of regulation. It was okay but I wasn't too happy about the cancelation of that section. I can say the charter was good and the locations were good, even restaurants and I would still go with them next time.

I find out about Tours4Fun online. The tour was good. The only thing I was disappointed was there wasn't enough time for one place we visited but maybe that's a different tour in itself or because we did all the things.

My dad took a tour of the East Coast back in 2006 so he recommended that we take a West Coast tour in 2015. It was very easy to purchase online and when I couldn't find our pick up people when we landed at the airport, I had to call their customer service and it wasn't an issue. However, the employees of Tours4Fun in Los Angeles are Chinese and they don't understand our accents easily but they are nice and I don't blame them. On the other hand, I like the tour of San Francisco, San Diego and Las Vegas though they didn't cover Los Angeles as much as I thought they would so we rented a car and we went all over the place and that was not a problem. However, they would keep asking tips which I found weird and harsh. I know we have to tip everywhere but they come out and asks seven dollars per head. Other than that, I would recommend Tours4Fun to people and would definitely use them on another trip.

We saw lots of amazing sights including Niagara Falls and Ausable Chasm. The tour is mostly for Chinese which is fine by me but most of the eating stops are Chinese buffet and the quality was not that great. It is very tiring as the start each day is very early but overall a great experience.

I enjoyed the Grand Canyon airplane tour. It was shaky on the plane but I understand that. Maybe because it was a small plane.

I never made it to your tour. My ride was running late. I called your 'emergency' number and left 3 messages. No one ever called me back. I never made the tour. I could have met up at another stop, but never got a return call. $155.00 wasted.

All our experience with Tours4Fun has been good. They covered most of the East Coast and a lot of different attractions. Most of the hotels were of good quality except for one day where we had a not-so-good hotel.

The Grand Canyon and Hoover dam tour was entertaining and an enjoyable event. All the representative employees were friendly, professional and most of all fun with their communications. The time we met the pickup bus until we were delivered back to our hotel was about 16 hours. The time flew by. We were thoroughly entertained with anecdotes and appropriate information for the journey. Thank you.

We loved the tour of the Uffizi Gallery. ** knowledge of art history made it such an enjoyable experience, and we learned so much. It was one of the highlights of our trip to Florence.

8 day East Coast: Best of America and Canada Deluxe Tour - Overall the tour was a good experience. At times it was bit hectic with late arrival at hotels and early departures. However the number of places we visited wouldn't have been possible without a tight schedule. Accommodation was in good, clean hotels. Most of the meals organized by the tour was good. Our tour guide had taken much effort to provide good commentaries on the places we visited. It was a very multicultural group of people in the bus. We ended up making lot of friends. A very pleasant trip. It would have been much better if the tour bus was more comfortable.

I first heard of Tours4Fun through a friend who used it. We also did our own online research and just found that there were good deals on that website. We made a couple of calls to their Customer Service just to confirm stuff on the itinerary and we pretty much got the answers we needed.

San Diego with SeaWorld 3 Day Tour - Everything went smoothly. Hotel was good with helpful staff. Had a wonderful day at SeaWorld. Tour was good value for money.

All things considered it went pretty well. However I was surprised there so much the tour was subcontracted to other companies. As far as the drivers are concerned many spoke with heavy accents combined with a poor PA system on the bus makes it very difficult to understand. The hotel was in desperate need of repairs. In spite of those comments we had a full entertaining week.

Tour through Spain - Excellent: good itinerary, great tour guides, excellent hotels and meals. We plan on future tours with Tours4Fun.

3 day New York - Niagara - Philadelphia tour - The tour was good. The guides ** were good in explaining the details of each places. Enough time was given in each place to see the places. My special thanks to ** for helping me out of way to catch my flight to India. She got down from the bus in the middle of traffic jam in New York along with us and helped me to get a taxi to JFK. My special thanks to her.

San Francisco tour - The tour was planned in such a way that there was no time to breakfast. Tours should be made in such a way that everybody can relax and enjoy. Last day of the tour was only stopped for rest room & food. Even in Santa Barbara time given only to go to rest room. Basically it was a rest room & eating tour. Also the guide was only interested in explained in Chinese.

Washington D.C. 1-Day Tour: I enjoyed my tour. It was great. All the sights that we agreed with, we could see.

This tour company is excellent. Professional, wonderful guides and drivers. On-time schedule, but not rushed. Really comfortable, great bus. Even my teens loved the trip. Excellent value and many options were available to us. Great company all around.

I booked a 7-day bus tour to Los Angeles, Las Vegas and Grand Canyon with Tours4fun.com for my parents (Aged 64 and 56) visiting from India - Ticket # ** on March 26th 2015. The tour start date is May 9th 2015. After they landed in USA, they fell sick with cold, fever and stomach upsets due to change in climate and weather conditions. This turned out to be a Flu, so they were recommended not to travel. Concerning for health of my parents and their fellow passengers, I called Tours4fun on April 31st 2015 (9 days before tour start date) to cancel my trip and asked them how best I can use the money I paid. The agent said as it is 8-14 days of tour start date, I will be entitled only for 50% refund but If I want to change to a future date, only $30/person Amendment Fees will be charged. I was happy with the offer and decided to change the tour and date.

I just made a reservation for 11 people for May 16-18 and decided to change the place where we're supposed to board the bus going to Montreal & was told I have to pay $30 just for changing it. I think it's ridiculous & not fair since its just a day after I booked. Also I called the office several times & the customer service are not friendly at all. I just hope the trip will be worth all this frustration.

Tours4Fun has a good price and all the attractions that I was looking for. I just called once to make sure that the tour was not cancelled. It took me just a couple of minutes and everything was fine. The tour was fun. I had a good time with my family. We spent wonderful three days. We went to Niagara Falls. I would like to book with them again.

The company cheated me. I asked for a tour to San Francisco that included a visit to Yosemite Park, they offered me in writing a tour visiting Yosemite Park in day 3, this never happened. The company don't do the tour, you are transferred to another company. There are hidden costs, so I had to pay additional (mandatory) to America Asia Travel Center for the trip to San Francisco when supposed you already had paid to Tours4Fun!!! The company considers that this is a minor inconvenience and only offers as reparation US$15 per person, less than the tip you have to pay. Be careful with this company that is not a tour operator in this tour. I can show anyone the documents that prove what I am saying.

I found Tours4Fun online and chose it for the decent prices.I have taken a lot of trips through them - Boston, Canada, San Francisco, and Los Angeles. The Tours4Fun from New York that I took were always good. I like most of the guides especially the one we had in Canada. She was wonderful and tried to do her best for the group. And I always take advantage of the Rewards4Fun program. It's great. I plan on using them again.

The tour guide was so great with doing the itinerary. I recommend it to my friends and relatives as well. Everything is fabulous. I was totally happy with the service.

The trip started in Paris at McDonald's and was very chaotic at first because many other buses were there and we didn't know which one was ours because the guides had no signs to tell us where to go! The drives were much longer than itinerary stated, there was no restroom on the bus unless for emergencies! That I didn't know going into this. The rest stops were packed with other buses and stop times were very limited. This trip is intense, long days and NOT for the elderly and/or frail! Thoroughly enjoyed this trip anyhow. Great fast way to see lots of areas. Next time I may look into Eurail trips as the ride will be more relaxing for sure. You can eat/drink as you wish and not have to worry about a restroom!! Did enjoy the guide ** once he calmed down about the time constraints at stops!

I had a great experience with Tours4Fun. I chose them because their itinerary are quite okay, and the price is affordable. When I purchase online through their site, I am able to get what I want. My experience with the people at Tours4Fun are also quite good. When I can't decide where the pickup location is, one of their agent told me that I can decide later on. So, I decided the pickup location after I purchased the tour. I had a 3-day bus tour DC through them. And because of the time, 3 days, we can't do really much. But the tour guide did his very best to cover most of the tourist attraction area and he tried to explain his very best on each tour location. One thing though, Tours4Fun have promotion or discount given for three people and above. But for couples, they only have a fixed-price. So, it will be great if they can afford some discount for couple travel.

My wife and me wanted to take a trip to Canada and we got across Tours4Fun while I was browsing online. The itinerary was nice, it’s very simple to surf and they have a very nice user interface. The guide for the trip was good, price was pretty decent and even the activities/point of attractions were nicely planned out. If I plan to take a trip somewhere in the near future, I’d definitely consider Tours4Fun.

Last December, we went to 4 days New Mexico Trip. It was nice to see caverns, Arizona Desert and sand dunes. Earlier we went to Oregon. Overall, it was nice and pleasant trip.

Please be careful with Tours4Fun company. They are not organizer but a mediator between yours and CHINESE TOURS OPERATORS. I had recently joined a tour and by seeing reviews thought that this is a best company. But what I had seen that I was handed over to a CHINESE tour operator. Food was very bad, accommodation was OK. Last two days were very bad as tour guide was speaking only Chinese. I am totally angry on them as they have cheated me. Moreover until last day they will not provide any details regarding tour operator and hotel names. Please be careful from their online website and be very careful before paying as I have lost 100$ additionally due to their website error. After all choice is yours.

During the bus tour, the girl was explaining everything. She was really nice. We also made a couple of friends there. We expect to meet more people, but most of the people were Chinese guys so it was hard. We find friends anyway.

The first tour I have with Tours4Fun was really great. Things were explained in multilanguage but whatever was explained in Spanish was not exactly translated in English which we found out in the second tour. We were also taken to a spot where we can have our lunch or dinner but we were not given coupons for food that Indian people can also have. I'm neutral about this experience and I will have to think if I would take another tour with them depending if it's going to be Hindi or it's going to be a lumped tour.

It was easy to purchase a tour fromTours4Fun online. The customer service reps know each rule. The three-day bus tour was good at some point but the only thing is that the food they serve was mainly Chinese. Otherwise it was a good experience.

I am not able to delete any travel photos I uploaded. Points are not redeemable unless I check out from the cart. Points reflected on the website were more than what the staff quoted me. It happened twice. Staff first told me the points were unredeemable, then made a refund less than what the website quoted. It's either the website was providing incorrect info or the staff were not telling the truth.

We were planning a holiday a couple of years ago and that's when I found Tours4Fun and used them from that time. Their costs are good which made us decide to choose them over other travel sites. We booked online and went from there. When we went to Las Vegas, they kept asking us for additional charges for each place that we would want to go to. Why didn't they make it clear in the brochure that these places are extra from the beginning? I understand some people don't want to go so why should they pay? Then maybe in their brochure, they could have two prices. For example - this price is with the Grand Canyon, this price is without Grand Canyon. This is something that they could look into and clarify because sometimes, we don't carry that much cash with us.

I booked a tour group on a Friday from the site without speaking to anyone from the company, without submitting any signature for my credit card slip or without a complete listing of the intended travellers, no flight information. I decided to cancel on Monday, since we could not get all of the correct flights for travellers in different places, and they charged me 10%, $246, which was contradictory to the cancellation policy on the website. Please be careful when you make a reservation through this company-- if they have your credit card information, they will charge you regardless of anything else. Please be aware that this is not a reputable company, please stay away if you can. I don't want them to rip anyone else off.

I had a great experience with Tours4Fun. The trip itself was nice. The bus was comfortable enough. Movies were played in the bus which was pretty cool and the nice lunch locations were pretty neat. The bus driver was actually informative when we were passing the Hoover Dam, so we had to look at both sides and the deep crater.

The tour guides were very warm and the itinerary was very clear. It was well-organized.

The people that dealt with us from Tours4Fun were excellent! The people that did our tours spoke English so well. There was no issue. I could speak only a little Spanish but it was extremely good, except for one tour guide. The food was good...we had plenty of food. Everything went better than I ever expected. I am totally amazed at how well they did the tours. I've told multiple people that I was so surprised, 'cause I thought that I might be making a mistake...because I read some other reviews from other countries...but I made no mistake. It was absolutely better than I ever expected.

The trip was great, location-wise and everything was perfect except the bus. It was a messed up bus. The bus driver had to reset the bus twice or three times in the middle of Vegas Boulevard. It also happened once on the road. And the driver, instead of Tours4Fun picking us up like different buses would, had to drop us at different locations, so that took forever. That took a couple hours for me to get off the bus and go to my hotel. The trip itself was nice and fun. Bus driver was a great bus driver, nice guy. He's a good driver as well, except the bus he had was messed up. And customer service organizing with him, helping him out to solve whatever problems or whatever he was struggling with -- not very happy with that.

I ordered tickets online and it was quick. I got them within a week and they were for Disneyland, so that worked out great.

I didn't expect that we would be in a van so I found the trip uncomfortable. But the man who guided us did a terrific job. We were fortunate in having the weather the way it was so we had a great time.

Our trip was good but I think the stuff in the Grand Canyon is short. We were only there for an hour and we were traveling for seven hours. That is the worse part of the tour, but the rest was good.

My experience with Tours4Fun was so nice. It's very good and cheap except that the room was too small. It's one day in Europe where it used to be two days. I notice it's cheap because it's much cheaper to go from here to Europe and we would like to see more of Vatican and Rome. Everything was great. The guide, Sebastian, was very good and helped us. The hotel was nice too. I already recommended my neighbor and she's going to buy from Tours4Fun to Europe next summer.

We booked a trip to Boston during our stay in New York. We arrived at the meeting place and our trip began promptly. Our tour guide Richard was wonderful. You could tell he really enjoyed his job. He was very informative during the ride up, giving us information along the way, and in Boston he was great. We bought our tour online from Tours4Fun. When we were in New York and wanted to go there, we went to the wrong place and were way too late for the tour and they gave us a tour for the night stay. That was really nice of them. We were running around in New York and searching for the address and thought you can get off the boat and go around in the island but that wasn't the case. Everyone was just on the boat and see the statue from far away. It would be better if you can go around and check the island and go on the statue. This tour wasn't really like the tour we thought we might have so we got a little bit disappointed.

I was actually looking into something else in the internet and Tours4Fun came up. Overall, our booking with Tours4Fun was excellent. Absolutely no problem, very quick and professional. I had to read a lot to decide which tour is good on reviews because I had time, like what is covered in the helicopter tour, the airplane tour and how they differ. But a simple thing could have been clearer differentiators, the kind of information, in one chart would have been helpful. Other than that, it was a great experience.

Tours4Fun is a good tour. Customer service and everything is good. All the things are transparent and pretty well-organized. The only thing which I didn’t like is they are asking for all the guide and travel charges compulsory for each and every member. Even for kids, they are charging per member. Also, I was not part of the Grand Canyon tour so I should not give money for those days. The guide service should be complimentary so it would be some people are required, some people are not required. So it’s unnecessarily added on top of the tour package. But services are certainly fine. The quality of hotels we are boarding is the very best. The on-time service is perfect, too. So overall, I agree with my experience and I was happy with Tours4Fun.

My sister that lives in New York informed me about Tours4Fun so I searched the internet and found it. I came back to the site to get whatever package and found that it's very cheap so we got the Tours4Fun. They made the reservations and sent us all the information. It was so easy wherever we were going because we already had tickets printed out - we didn't have to stand in the big line. It was very good and the tour guide was also very good. If we went early, more fun would have been there. Anybody comes across me that are planning to do Los Angeles, I told them to do like this.

I did two tours with Tours4Fun - one was in Grand Canyon and another one in Los Angeles. The first one in the Grand Canyon, it was from Las Vegas. I think it's too short because we were in the bus for 12 hours and yet 1 hour tour in Grand Canyon. So I don't like that and really disappointed with the tour. I was also disappointed in Los Angeles because we didn't stop in Beverly Hills and Sta. Monica Beach. We stayed in the Walk of Fame for 20 minutes, and the driver went to Mexico town. That's okay but I don't want to see that in Los Angeles. So in the middle of the tour, I took off from the bus and I made my own tour because I just have one day to see the city. My tour was $65 and I think it was horrible. I was very upset with the company.

I wasn't sure if she's directly related to Tours4Fun but the lady we had to redeem our tickets from before we joined the trip in Washington D.C., was very disappointing because she was very rude. The ticket that I printed out was not very good and I only have a simple phone. She wanted to know if the trip was really for Washington for 9 hours. There was another customer who offered to lend me her iPhone. That was just a very sad experience for me, but overall the trip, that 9-hour trip, was really very pleasant, and I told myself if my other relatives from the Philippines would come, I would still bring them to that 9-hour bus tour. We've just completed two tours, one 3 days from LA round California and one from LA to Las Vegas and Grand Canyon. Both times we were with Asia-America tour company. The first, no complaints except the pickup from the airport was not there to meet us and we had to make a panicked call to the company to remind the representative we were waiting at LAX! The second tour was much more problematic. Without being informed, we discovered that one of the night's accommodation was switched from Las Vegas to a remote, very basic Indian reservation-ranch close to the Grand Canyon. There was nothing to do, or even TV!!! Why weren't we told? We'd planned to see a show that night in Vegas! On returning to LA, the transportation back to the hotel was a shambles and we had to wait almost 2 hours!!! We were most unhappy with this apparent disregard for customer service from Asia-America company. Come on, guys, sharpen up your act! These dramas spoiled an otherwise enjoyable trip.
