Everyone so so friendly, made the traveling process very easy and smooth. Their local knowledge has been extremely helpful for my travels and has made my stay in Australia memorable. Settling in the area was tough but they really helped out a bunch.

Would definitely recommend to friends and family, especially people just starting out after high school. They help you in every which way you, need from how to get a visa to getting you a job with a partnering organisation. I would 100% go on another trip with Global Work & Travel.

Travel to and from Brisbane was super simple and easy, awesome to have the first couple nights booked at the hostel, great choice and location. Phone number and bank account were extremely helpful as well. Friendly staff, first job was lined before orientation.

GWAT were very helpful in planning my trip as that is something I struggle with. Very kind employees, very organized as far as my initial transfer, etc. Thankful to have the help finding a job! I would recommend GWAT to others.

So far my working holiday in Australia has been amazing. I had a shuttle pick me up from the airport right away and took me to the hostel. The beach is amazing and very close to Budds Hostel. I recommend doing the big night out on Wednesday or Saturday. It's a great way to meet new people when you first arrive. My second day here was great. Walked down the beach, and did some shopping. I went to the orientation to set up my sim card and TFN. The Global Work and travel team was very helpful!

So far my experience has been great. I’ve met some friends at the hostel and I’m excited to go explore more of Aus. Looking forward to my first job opportunity as well. Hannah has been so helpful and has been a wonderful coordinator.

Very accommodating, able to answer all questions, friendly staff! Timely responses to emails and phone calls. If I could change one thing, it would be to have one travel concierge and one arrivals coordinator the whole way through so that everyone is on the same page. Great service otherwise!

Global have just taken the stress of traveling across the world. Coming from England would have been more difficult trying to get interviews and contact employers with an 8 hour difference. The communication is excellent and all my questions were answered. All in all it's been good.

Kirsty has been an excellent coordinator throughout my moving process. I was constantly listing emails and important information and I received fast replies with no judgment. She has made the orientation very simple and easy, explaining all perks and problems in an easy efficient way. She has a very bubbly personality which makes her very approachable easy going.

The staff at Global have been very pleasant from start to finish, they were always happy to answer questions and make suggestions. I found the sales techniques for flights and insurance to be slightly aggressive, but once turned down our choice was accepted and we were offered advice whenever possible. Whilst the overall experience was a good one, I do feel the price is a bit steep for what you receive. The trip coordinator Anna has been very chirpy and pleasant to work with.

Kirsty my coordinator and Katy, were very helpful and made all my travel preparations very easy. And have been in nonstop communication since signing up, helping me with accommodation and any enquiries I have as I go. Would recommend this agency to friends.

Ashley **. Fantastic, quick to reply when possible and provided clear answers when I had a question or was confused. Thanks to her help, I was able to get everything done rapidly. I think I would have been stuck at the first hurdle otherwise. Incredibly grateful for her professionalism and friendly attitude.

The service is awesome and people are very friendly and helpful. They help you a lot to settle in Australia which is really helpful. Would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to travel stress free because working and traveling can be complicated sometimes.

Had a great time learning about Canada and the culture, really helpful for setting up everything. Very excited to get started and working in Canada, all of the information was easy to understand and helpful for an Australian who isn't accustomed to the culture.

I couldn’t be happier with The Global Work and Travel Company. Everyone that I have spoken to in the company have been extremely friendly and helpful in assisting me in getting everything prepared for my big adventure. So far I only got two opportunities. Maybe it's me but I thought there would be more jobs for me to choose from. The invitation so far was pretty good. Really useful information and I've learned new stuff about Australia.

The coordinators are easy to reach for any question. When you arrive transport is ensured and the first 4 nights you stay in a very nice lovely hostel. The orientation is on the second day and is very informative. The only thing is if I don't know if I will like the gold coast and I have to make a commitment of at least 4 months and that there are no job opportunities outside of Surfers paradise. Further I am really looking forward to this experience.

The experience was good. Had a few misunderstandings along the way but might have been due to the time difference. There was a few things we had to be on top of and figure out ourselves which is somewhat normal. Other than that, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Jaz was absolutely wonderful with helping me get sorted and ready to travel!! She helped with every single question I had no matter how urgent and she always gave really good advice, answers and feedback to those questions. The whole team at Global are very friendly and great at their jobs!!

My time so far with Global Work and Travel has been great. I haven't had to worry about anything really as they have lead me in the right path the whole way thus far! I would recommend this to any friend or family that would like to travel abroad!

All has gone well so far, bit of a mix up with flights, not Global's fault in my eyes. Accommodation is ideal and has received some job opportunities, orientation was good and happy with the welcome pack, great view from the office.

Ashley made it super easy for me to book this trip, and did all of the work for me, which was great as I was in the middle of university exams. She was always happy to talk and answer my questions, which made it feel very safe to be working with Global to organise going overseas! :)

I initially registered my interest about 10 months before my planned trip to Australia and was very keen to be organised about the whole affair since it was the beginning of a trip around the world! I was called up almost immediately by a very pushy phone operator who promised me amazing things that Global could do for me such as finding me a job and helping me with accommodation! This all sounded amazing and he preyed on my naivety (since I had never done a trip of this magnitude) by saying that it is pretty difficult to find jobs during the summer for Sydney. THIS IS NOT TRUE AT ALL. After I had paid my NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of £300 which they pushed me to pay by promising a £50 Amazon voucher if I did it before Christmas, it was really all in from there.

This company is charging way too much for equivocally nothing. Literally, if you go through Xploreasia, they will take you through all the steps and everything that you need to do anyway. This company literally sends you to Xploreasia, and all their templates come from there as well. They have not been helpful in teaching me anything about the area, or even the situation that I'm getting myself into. They keep saying that I'll learn from the next person, but the next person is Xploreasia. They charge you around $3,000, in 2019 at least, and then they keep adding fees on as you go.

Moving from UK to BC. We already had our VISAs to work in Canada sorted before contacting Global but they have been so helpful with every part of our journey since then. It has been so easy to contact Anna and she has been able to give us loads of help and advice. The orientation session was great, we learnt loads and everyone was really friendly and helpful. We have had great experiences with Global and would definitely recommend this to anyone thinking of emigrating to Canada.

Anna, Stacey and Tiarna have all been exceptionally helpful, patient and understanding with all of my travel, work and immigration questions and bookings. I initially booked GW&T as a way to lock myself into actually doing the move, but the bonus is that I haven't had to worry about a thing - as a person who gets quite a bit of travel anxiety, it is an invaluable asset. A big thanks to everyone who has helped me make my dream of moving and working overseas a reality. A+.

Worst company ever. Uses dodgy sales tactics to get your money then back tracks on promises and does very little actual work helping customers. Has been investigated for dodgy sales practices in the past and needs to be again. Have not actually met anyone who has said postive things about this company. All other fellow travellers I was with have quit their jobs and living situations arranged for them overseas. Do not use this company for a working holiday to the UK.

I am so happy with the enthusiasm of team Global! The people who work at Global really love what they do and they show that in every way possible. They backed me up with any question I could possibly have and makes the trip feel really safe and prepared.

The information session was very helpful and very informative, Any questions I had were answered and additional info was given in all instances. Glad to know that people are here to help if needed, and will help with any other questions or information that I need.

Very friendly and helpful staff, provided plenty of useful information. Settling into Canada has been incredibly easy, it's an amazing. Their office is in a stunning location and it beautifly set out. The views of the mountains in the background are stunning.

I've been happy with the experience the communication has always been really fast and helpful, and the information given in the orientation presentation was very useful, with lots of different experiences on offer. I would recommend Global to anyone wanting to do a working holiday.

My Canadian orientation was very informative and creative. Especially due to it being run by Eimear who made the whole powerpoint very easy to comprehend by giving life experiences as well as showing enthusiasm which lighted up the room with laughs also keeping us interested and engaged. 10/10 Eimear killed it!!!!

It's been a fab morning, I didn't expect all of the support that has been given to us. I'm now more confident that this company suitable for my needs. Eimear has been so so lovely and has made us all feel at ease. She's super funny and incredibly informative. I'm excited to get my job placement secured asap!!

It was a very informative session and laid back, I really enjoyed the vibe and Eimear made the session easy to attend. The cider at 10:30 in the morning definitely topped off the experience. A nice introduction to Canada. EIMEAR IS A BABE.

Happy with experience, lovely friendly people. Happy to answer questions we have. Came with sceptical attitude through previous costs and wondered whether it was worth the money however happy with service of Global so far and the confidence they have in their services.

I don't have a single bad word to say about my experience with the Global Work and Travel Co thus far. From start to finish everyone has been so friendly, helpful and informative. I'd specifically like to give a shoutout to Dylan who is my Travel Concierge. From the beginning he has been responsive and informative and has been very helpful when it came down to me selecting travel insurance and my flights. I am very indecisive and panic about committing to things (especially when they are as important and expensive as these!) and there have been some circumstances where for example, I myself found cheaper flights that did not come with the support I would get by purchasing through Global.

I have been very pleased with my experience with the Global Work and Travel Co. They have helped me a lot along the way to get me here and they really easy to work with. Shame about the weather so far but really looking forward for what's to come.

Although communication in the first stages were lacking slightly due to change in trip coordinator, things were resolved quickly and were very helpful on arrival! I was made to feel at home and would highly recommend! Hostel accommodation is very nice!

The initial phone call to offer "information" on this travel experience was filled with pressure to "pay now or you will lose your chance." I was not offered additional information on fees and the series of events in order to travel to Australia until I paid a few thousand dollars. You pay an initial fee of $1800, you then pay another $900-$1600 for insurance, $300-400 for a visa (which I knew to expect) an additional couple thousand for airfare and all of these things are paid before you even secure a job.

Jaz has been really lovely the entire time I've been in contact with her about my flights and travel details. Helped me a lot choosing different tours and gave me some amazing options to choose from. The flight deals she got me were amazing and I can't wait to keep talking to her about my travel details.

My travel concierge, Jaz has been amazing in helping me with my flights/travel insurance and any extra other bits I’ve needed help with. Always keeping in contact and being an overall friendly person towards me over the phone. Jaz has made booking some of the very difficult things very easy, truly don’t think I would have been going to the UK without her.

The orientation was really informing, Eimear was really nice and helpful, but I would have expected a little bit more job offers. The emails got a reply very fast. A little bit too expensive, but the people were good advisors.

I have read many bad reviews about Global Work & Travel (GWAT) but here is my personal experience...real talk. They have been absolutely wonderful so far. My move to Canada isn't until October/November 2020 (I will be moving for 2 years) and they have already been extremely attentive. My trip and arrival coordinator's are so lovely and I have been able to have a Skype call with my arrival coordinator to discuss where I would like to be located and what job roles interest me.

Our travel journey took, roughly, a year to fully finalise and finish. We had a couple different co-ordinators throughout the planning whom were all super helpful and supportive! The time difference between countries was hard to work around but with constant e-mails and fast response times, you can hardly notice. If, like me, you turn to reviews before finally booking something, I would say my top advice is to give yourselves a good year to plan everything and just GO FOR IT. The Global Work and Travel team help you through everything along the way and even continue with their support after you have arrived at your destination. Definitely 10/10 recommend. Wish I had done this sooner.

They made applying for work so easy. If I was stuck or had any questions then my travel concierge Eimear would be wonderful and help. I had some trouble with my visa and they helped me out. The orientation was easy and really helpful.

From the moment I arrived in Australia, things have been taking a turn for the worst. I have worked for a whole year to save up for this trip to still not have enough. When first heard of Global Work and Travel, they had told me I need 5,000 USD to enter the country. When I did not have enough they told me to borrow the money from family members and other people to get into the country faster. When I arrived to Australia they were not much help and could not get me to where I needed to be without having to reach them fast enough. When I first got to Australia I could not get my money until 2 days later which meant I had to starve for 2 days without eating. When I finally had my orientation they told me they would help and more, that they would be here 24/7 but they lied. I had to live for myself by finding apartments, finding jobs by myself which I turned out to be unsuccessful.

Global has reassured me through every part of my trip. Always help with any questions I have, very friendly team. I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to work abroad but don't want to be completely alone. Great way to meet new people who are in the same situation as you.

My experience so far has been very positive! The team has been very supportive and answered any and every question I had. I arrived in Canada a few days ago, so far I've had a mad time. I've been exploring the city with my friend and will be going to Whistler to work soon. This is my first solo travel experience I've been fairly nervous of course, however, having Global and my trip coordinator Eimear helping through the steps has been great and made me super excited for my working holiday. I have really been taken back by the level of organization within Global. Everyone has been super friendly, and rather than feeling like a 'client' I feel more of a friend of the Global workers due to their confident, friendly and fun attitudes. I was lucky enough to be introduced to global while in NZ by Mikayla, and since arriving in Vancouver have been helped by Matt and Eimear, who have been fantastic. All information I need has been received without me even asking. THANK YOU GLOBAL.

I was helped out in many situations and even before I entered the country, all my worries were corrected very quick and any questions asked were answered and solutions for them were given. So excited to continue the rest of my journey with Global, thanks guys.

Signed up for more information on the trunks and trails trips and within that day received 6 texts to schedule a call, ignored them, received a call few days later. Spoke to Lex who was friendly, informative, a bit pushy in a sense obviously working on commission, made this trip sound wonderful... which it does don’t get me wrong! Then said I had to pay a deposit which I have... said there was no real rush to pay remaining balance, but then spoke to trip coordinator Tai who now rushing for me to pay the trip and yes there is an option to pay by installments, but again not so easily feasible!

Global was very helpful with all aspects of my trip. They were really helpful with things I would have no clue how to do. Coordinators and other travelers were very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend to other travelers who are slight unsure what they want to do and how to do it.

Everything so far has been great. Eimear has helped with all my needs and has made this whole experience a breeze. Really excited to be in Vancouver and to explore the country. Wouldn't have been able to do it without the help of Global!

Just would like to write a few words about my recent booking experience with Kerrie. I would like to feedback that she was absolutely wonderful when arranging anything for my teaching trip. Very professional yet personable service, and would recommend happily even just purely based on her customer service.

I would highly recommend Global to anybody that is looking to travel and work or volunteer in a county that is not their own. I cannot give high enough praises for how much they have helped me so far and I still have 7 months until my trip. Kerrie has been my trip coordinator for the past few months and I couldn't be more grateful for all the help and information she has given me. She has given me a call once a month to make sure I am OK and if I have everything on track. I appreciate this as I don't feel like I have to struggle on my own. She has answered any questions and given me great information. I feel more at ease about my trip more and more each day. A big thank you once again.

Great company from start to finish. No problems or issues encountered along the way. Very friendly arrival team with an extremely useful orientation session when you land. Would recommend to a friend. Great to meet other travellers and make the whole experience better.

The process was very easy and the information given was useful. It was a lot of weight off my shoulders going with Global as my coordinator helped with every aspect. The only negative point I have is that quite a lot is left until last minute which means a bit of rushing but still nothing too stressing.

Global staff is very helpful. They are quick to respond when available. They have your best interests in mind, helping you find the cheapest and most convenient flights, insurance, and hostels available. They are extremely nice and welcoming. They were able to get everything in order for my arrival under very short notice.

Despite some of the reviews it has been a great experience. Had a small hiccup with the airport transfer but a minor inconvenience in compared to the whole experience. Claire has been my coordinator and she has always been available and helpful through everything.

Going through Global has been a real ease of pressure and everyone has been lovely! Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to travel. Cant wait to get started in my new job that global helped me find! The hostel that we were set up with was also really good and really central to all of the sights in Vancouver.

Very well organised, however the time difference did prove to be quite difficult with communication with my trip coordinator. Would recommend for fellow people my age who want to take a gap year and can not afford to just travel.

She has simply been so caring and genuine. As she is an experienced world traveller she understands and can relate to how her clients are feeling before their trip. And provide them with good advice. Kirsty was very helpful and informative on how to work, travel and live in the UK. Katy assisted with my job but Kirsty was there for arrival. I am now fully informed on how to get around the UK plus Europe and I know anything I need I can just send her an email or go and see her and she will assist me. it was a fun introduction to Canada and learning about the culture of the country and the city of Vancouver. Learnt what to expect and what challenges I could face in the future while staying in Canada. I have been using Global Work and Travel for two years to help fill positions with our resort here in the Lower Okanagan region of British Columbia - both urgent and non urgent. I have received both great service and very good candidates. As well, Chrissy ** - great work and I highly recommend her as a support to any organization who needs assistance in filling job slots! She is reliable, responds to emails and questions very quickly, and is always available when I need a hand - couldn't ask for a better third-party partner to assist us!

I would like to say I was really happy with the customer of everyone from Jacob & Sam, to Jaz my trip coordinator. She was helpful, friendly & pleasant & informative & efficient in being proactive. I just felt the price for the one way ticket was a bit expensive. Overall, thank you Jaz.

Was a wonderful company to go through. Lots of support and friendly conversations, it’s nerve wracking moving to an entirely new country but Global helped to ease some of the anxiety and stress that comes along with it. I absolutely would recommend it to anyone who’s thinking of doing their own working holiday. + Mikayla was great and it was so lovely to meet her in person after all her help!

Great time in Vancouver, heaps of information provided by the company and really welcoming. Hostel is great and office is an easy walk to downtown. If you're looking to have all the hard stuff done for you I would highly suggest to book with Global Travel.

So far my experience has been awesome, Jaz has been there to answer all of my questions and called me straight away when I was wanting a different option for my flight to Australia. I never felt put aside or not important with anyone on my team and am looking forward to landing down under!

This by far has been the best experience in the world. I can not recommend Global Travel enough! Every member of the team especially Eimear, Mikayla, Sam and Anna have been incredible and made me feel so at home! So excited.

Global has been amazing. Constantly kept in touch to make sure I was feeling okay and organised. Well worth the money and would do it again. Decided to move my trip up and go in to Canada 4 months earlier and within 2 weeks I had a job and accommodation.

Have been very helpful throughout the whole process, any questions or queries I've had have been answered. Very excited for the things ahead as I have been reassured the whole time. Every time that I have been stressed or nervous there has been someone there to calm me down and talk and help me.

Everyone has been super friendly and helpful, initially the whole experience came across as quite daunting but it has been great and I've felt really welcomed and comfortable with everything going on! Orientation was really informative and a relaxed at the same time. Have already got my sister onto the company, and would 100% recommend others!

Such an easy experience. Everyone that works within Global is so kind and so happy to help out. Moving overseas is so effortless, made me feel so comfortable. Rochelle my coordinator in Canada is always happy for a chat and providing me with all the information that I need and want.

The support & following was great. Claire &Jaz helped me to go through all the documentation & processes. My only negative point is regarding the sells, I was told the team could start looking for a job after my deposit, then I got told it would only be possible after the full payment, to finally get told it would only be possible after I purchase my flight to know when I would arrive. I find it very shady, but other than that, it has been an overall motivating & exciting experience to prepare this trip with the Global team.

Global Work and Travel had amazing service! Everything was so easy to do and I was helped throughout the whole thing step by step. Love that they were always checking up on me to see is everything was going smoothly. :)

Everything has been a great experience. New pillows at the Hostels would be great though. Weather has been rather nice since arriving. Plane ride was way too long to get here, I'd change that to a shorter ride if possible.

Very helpful, straightforward and has given me confidence within Canada. Eimear is really cool. LOL I would love to go fishing and see lots of bears and want a three star hotel. Meet lots of people and make friends. Seems nice or somtehing? Loose.

Global Work and Travel has been really fun to work with for the past 8 months since I started with them, I don't think I would have been this organised when traveling to Vancouver if it had not been for my coordinators on-board.

They have jobs all over and in so many different fields, so I recommend being quite specific with your interests and preferences, in order to get a jobs that suits you! I would definitely recommend organizing your working holiday through them because they make everything simple and hassle-free, which takes all the stress out of the adventure.

I have really enjoyed my experience with Global Work and Travel, I have had a great deal of help with all aspects of my travel from the wonderful team that I was working with. I would recommend GWT to any aspiring traveler that wants to land in any of GWT partnering countries with ease. My travel team consisted of Chloe and Clarie and they were both so helpful with any and all questions I had and were always very prompt in their responses.

I decided to go with the Global Work and Travel Co as I wanted some support and guidance through the visa process. I am naturally stressy and every time I spoke with Tom he set my mind at ease with everything. Very helpful guy and I would recommend Tom and the company to future travelers.

Overall very happy with the experience, the team in surfers paradise couldn’t do enough to help when we arrived. Although we wish we had been warned that they supply jobs in ski resorts just so we could’ve brought more appropriate clothing. I would recommend to a friend.

Global has given me the opportunity to explore and fulfil dreams that I could never have imagined before. I wanted a career break at 27 years old, but also wanted to know that I'd be safe, never short of work/funds and that my trip was organised. The overall experience of traveling to Australia through Global is very easy and straightforward. I would totally recommend the website to friends over in UK who want to travel but don't know where to start, or if they don't know if they can research everything.

Really happy with all the help given, in the process of getting us here and getting us set up to work. The information in the orientation was also great. The job expectations needs to be better managed and more accurate information given in regards to timelines.

I am incredibly happy with the service that I have received on this trip this far. Everyone has been so helpful and everything has gone so smoothly and I've gotten sorted out with a job before I got here which is great. The orientation was really informative and has allowed me to understand everything a lot more clearly and I know everything that I need to do before I leave for Melbourne which is great.

Well where do I start with this Company. I inquired for my son and spoke with a guy Matt. In our conversation he asked if Calvyn (my son) had a criminal record or a DUI and I said yes he has had a DUI. I said ok. I will need to get the paperwork and we will not do anything until we know what the limit of the DUI is. However Matt spoke with Calvyn 2 days later using scare monger tactics, very pushy sales talk and told him he had to pay a deposit of $495. Unbeknown to me this happened and Matt knew fair well that we had come to the agreement of getting the DUI back so we knew where we were at. Not only did Matt want a deposit the next day Meghan phoned also wanting $1800 using words like, "You have to pay today or you won't make the October intake." So luckily I was in the room listening to this and jumped on the phone.

Everyone is really nice and helpful. Just great all around. Always trying to help. Some issues with finding a job but got me a great place in the end thats just totally perfect for me! Can't wait to start! Free entry vouchers to things really help.

The people at Global have been extremely helpful, welcoming and have made me feel at ease with the whole travel idea throughout the whole process. Jaz was my travel concierge and she did an amazing job setting everything up. There were a few personal setbacks along the way but she was able to work around them and get everything sorted. Kevin and Sam were my trip coordinators and they have been in constant contact with everything that has been going on and they organized everything for me in the simplest way. Both of them were excellent and eased the stress of sorting everything out. I was very impressed by everyone at Global for their work.

I really loved how the team have given me all the information about my upcoming trip and are always there to answer any of your questions. They are always calling you or emailing you to check up on your trip info.

Staff has been very friendly, and is very relaxed and responds rather quickly to messages, phone calls, and emails. They have been rather transparent and have shown interest in continuing to keep in touch and encourages all their travellers to keep in touch. On occasion I have found them to be a little pestering, however one can expect that from a professional organisation that needs to keep things up to date and moving forward. Overall satisfied with presentation and customer service/care.

Moving to a new country is nervewracking, and the biggest thing for me was the job opportunities. Chloe was able to come through for me and set me up with an interview with an opportunity that was exactly what i was looking for in the area that I was most interested in. Looking forward to the rest of my time with Global while I'm on working holiday.

Honestly, when I started out on my adventure, I was absolutely clueless as to how to go about it. But the staff members’ patience with me has been phenomenal as they answered the randomest of questions. The only slight issues I had was the insistence on paying NOW and also not being told roughly how much the total trip would cost (passport, flights, insurance, Global itself... having a rough idea would have been great to know from the start). I would give four and a half stars if possible, but I think they’re closer to five than just four... Otherwise, they did a fantastic job of getting clueless, young, inexperienced me ready and thoroughly excited about my trip of a lifetime!!

Kirsty was always really helpful and helped us out with all our enquires. I’m glad I had her as my coordinator because she helped me with everything and told us how we could get to places and what would be the best place to see before we started work.

The orientation with Kirsty was awesome! Everything was explained so well, and was extremely reassuring with everything! Coming to a foreign country not knowing anyone she made me feel so welcome!! It was also so good to sit in a room with people who are staying in the same hostel as you so you can get to know some familiar faces!

I’ve always wanted to travel around however the thought of going SOLO was SCARY!! I’m literally so thankful for ALL that Global has done for me! There’s so many behind the scene actions that I don’t have to worry about/literally didn’t know about! Every penny I invested into Global was well worth it! I highly recommend them!

Kirsty was a fantastic introduction to UK and Europe culture. She is approachable and understanding and more than willing to give helpful tips from experience. Would highly recommend her services to friends and family who also plan to use this company.

My partner and I signed up with Global a couple of years ago. We have been saving for our trip ever since our first interaction. We had complete faith in Global and had heard only great things. Unfortunately as our trip got closer and closer and we relied on Global more and more we became more dissatisfied with their service. I just want to point out that our trip coordinator Eimear was fantastic. Not faults there. We really struggled with getting our visas. We were sent a multiple page document on how to get them, however anytime we ran into a problem and couldn't locate the answer on the handout, we asked for help and we were referred to this document.

I'd just like to say a big thanks to Jaz. She has help me thru everything and she was always checking up and making sure everything was ok, whether thru email or a phone call. She always came across really energetic and happy. She has really gone above and beyond my expectation. Thanks Corey.
