Worked with Kirsty and Katy. Was reasonably happy with the service, did find a lot the time I found the whole process confusing, thought working with a company would help remove this confusion. I did find them helpful when finding a job, that was quite quick and easy. All the information in orientation was quite helpful and I think it has been an overall okay experience.

Kirsty and Katy have been wonderful with organizing my working holiday to the UK. Everything has been very easy and smooth and as I am traveling by myself for the first time it has been very nice to have people there constantly to help me out. Kirsty was very friendly during my orientation as well.

Global Work & Travel have been polite, respectful, thoughtful and kind every chance possible; not to mention have made the nerve racking experience of beginning my first working holiday seem a breeze. The orientation was handled brilliantly. Transfer from the airport was fantastic.

I would not change anything about the service. Everything was done very professionally, fast and informative. Staff are willing to help with every question you have, to the best of there ability. Nothing bad to say. Olivia was very helpful and supportive over email before we arrived in Australia, would not say that she email to much. The constant contact was very good.

Really enjoyed the session. Was very helpful. I feel a lot excited about my trip now and definitely a lot more wiser. Chloe was helpful and straightforward with everything that needs to be done which has helped me a lot. I have nothing negative to say about the experience.

I have had a wonderful experience so far with the help from all of the team working at The Global Work and Travel Co. Every single member of staff that I have dealt with has been super helpful. They are all so knowledgeable and try to make the experience as smooth and easy as possible. Was really helpful when finding a job and organising my documents. Great when doing a Skype call to better know my trip coordinator and a good introduction to Canada. Also helpful when having issues with and documents. Good connection through different staff.

Jaz, my travel concierge, was extremely helpful in getting my trip organised for me, both financially and logistically. She was incredibly accommodating and super supportive whenever I had a concern. She organised everything promptly, making sure I got the best deal I could. All in all she was just generally lovely to deal with and talk to. She made the whole process very comforting and easy. All of the help and customer service reps are super helpful and nice, definitely facilitated the whole process. It made the process of signing up way easier and got me way more excited for the trip. I really appreciate the help and hope to meet some of the people who helped me.

The call was very good overall. She gave me a lot of useful information regarding accommodation & where I am staying, meals & what I will be eating, costs, flights etc & I am very much looking forward to this in December.

Amazing. No other word to describe Global!! The whole process was so easy and the team was incredible and I would so recommend them to anyone that is wanting to do working holidays. Olivia was beyond helpful as well. If I ever had any questions she would always be there to help me out with all the answers. Global Travel and work agency have done well keeping us informed of what we need to do and have arranged a good amount of support to help settle into the country and help make us feel more at ease. They have been particularly helpful with setting up a mobile phone account as well as setting up a tax file number.

I just arrived in Australia yesterday and I have to say I felt really secure knowing that I had such attentive people working on my behalf to arrange flights, transport from the airport, a place to stay for a few days already included and a job lined up within the first week. Chloe has worked so hard to help me as I had many departure dates changes and issues leading up to my trip. She has been so patient, friendly and has the perfect personality for her job! She covers everything you need to know about little side trips, tax info and banking, phone logistics and general cultural norms and trends. So far Global has definitely held up their end of the bargain and I look forward to continuing to utilise their services to create the best experience possible here! I found going through Global Travel was an easy and enjoyable experience. It was very informative every question I had was answered in detail. They were very easy to talk to even throughout my mental breakdowns. I recommend going through Global Travel and will do it again next time.

When I first started with Global Work and Travel, I felt like they were trying to oversell everything and I was getting pushed through quickly without being able to marinate all the information. Along the way I felt like maybe it was a mistake but after working with Chloe and having everything pan out, I'm more at ease. Before booking anything make sure you read through all their rules. After figuring out all the add ons and getting here everything had been a smooth ride. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The hostel we are in is pretty nice and I'm figuring my next steps to get to Port Douglas in paradise. Overall happy with Global Work and Travel!

Really good service, super helpful. Definitely worth it even if just used as a failsafe. Bank account, phone no. really easy to get sorted. Would definitely recommend :). Accommodation is great and staff really friendly. Olivia & Chloe really helpful.

The experience I have had whilst using the Global Work & Travel has been impeccable, great service from start to finish. The staff always are willing to go the extra mile to help people. Everything was spot on from getting our transfers all the way through to getting help with the TFI. Fantastic! Very welcoming and organised group. When we arrived it felt like we were meeting an old friend. I learnt a lot and felt supported from all the staff. Everyone was extremely friendly and made the whole experience very easy and comfortable. Highly recommend!

I am happy with the service that I received. There has been a few little hiccups along the way with a change of coordinator etc but the Global team has been efficient in dealing with them and assuring me that things will be sorted in time so I am definitely appreciative of that.

Global has been a blessing. They came through with a job that fit myself and my partner right in the perfect timing. They explain how things work here in Canada, and are providing us with phones, banks and social security numbers, really the things that are crucial to living here.

Kirsty in the UK (12) was absolutely fantastic and explained everything in great detail about our initial induction into the UK 10/10 service. Honestly was nervous about moving across the world however was made well at home. Keep it up, was absolutely baller.

Europe Trip - Great layout of presentation and easily understandable. Offering great advice and brunch after. Keeping on thorough whilst keeping on the point. Having a document with all information on it with a card with 24/7 card is really helpful. #vitaminD

Working holiday in the UK - Kirsty has been amazing! So knowledgeable and super friendly, the whole experience has been so easy and stress free! All the little extras have been so awesome and all the local knowledge is so helpful making this feel like a holiday????

Every single person that I spoke to at Global Work and Travel was helpful, polite and engaging and genuinely sounded like they were as invested as I am in my overseas travel. Everything was handled very well, can't find much to complain about. Can't wait to fly overseas and begin this whole journey! I must be honest though - I didn't have a whole lot to do with Jaz; more so with the other members of Global.

The flights from Manchester to Abu Daibi to Brisbane were quick and comfortable. The airport transfer took a little time to arrive. However I was taken swiftly to the hostel which gave me a warm welcome and a suitable room. The orientation meeting was engaging and informative and I feel very confident they will take care of me during my travels in Australia.

Global Work and Travel have helped me through the whole process, going through each step, many of which I never would have thought about. A great hand for people who have never traveled solo. from the visa, flights, mobile and accomadation.

Olivia had kept in contact throughout the entire process and has always presented herself as someone who is happy and willing to help with any concerns I may have. The transfer has been very smooth and the accommodation is very clean, fun, and has a great atmosphere.

Great communication and assistance with everything. Helped a lot with accommodation, job opportunities and everything else needed in order to work in Australia. Enjoyed the free tours and vouchers I received for going through their program. The flight and transfers were quick and easy. Was less stressful than going through all of this alone.

I committed to Global well over a year and a half ago. The plan was originally to go to Canada with a friend, but circumstances changed, and I almost cancelled my contract, but after speaking to Tom he instantly inspired me to go for it and now here I am, off on my travels to Australia in a few weeks, with no one to thank but Tom and the Global Team who have dealt with me admirably.

Global has made it really easy for me to get over here. Every question I would ask I would always get a clear response and would give me step by step instructions with what and how to do things. Once I was over here Matt really help me get everything set up and finalise everything I had to do.

Hi, I'm Birju **. Currently, I have just passed my TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) course in Hua Hin, Thailand. The experience was great and much more adventurous than it could have been, if I had chosen to do this course online. I will now be travelling to Tacihleik in Myanmar for my teaching placement. Thanks to the Global Work and Travel Co, team and especially Kerrie, who has advised me through this entire process and facilitated my arrangements to Yangon, Myanmar, also to Hua Hin, Thailand. Also a huge thanks to their partners XPloreAsia, who facilitated the TESOL course and all the excavations around scenic Thailand, I have had an amazing experience. I cannot wait to begin my teaching placement. It will be absolutely rewarding for sure!

Chloe was really helpful throughout the experience, she dealt with any queries I had quickly and always notified me throughout, the communication was good. I wanted to change a job opportunity and she was very understanding and sorted me out with a more preferable option within days. My only point of concern was that I was confused with what the company provided and what was up to me. This could have been better communicated I feel, this wasnt necessarily the reps fault.

I was speaking to Cameron who was incredibly encouraging and accommodating to me with only a few months to plan my trip. They were very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Only negative is I wasn't told how long (roughly) the call would take and ended up being on the phone for over an hour!

I have had nothing but the best service from Tom. He explains everything and makes me so comfortable! I’m so excited for my placement!!!! I cannot wait to be an au pair and this company has made is so easy!!!

VOID this company. They do the bare minimal. They charge you over £1000 for you to do everything yourself. I have been in Australia for a week. They have failed to find me a job. They gave me an interview to work on an island but the commitment was for 11 months so I wouldn't have been able to do the 2nd year if I wanted the job. They are the biggest cons going. Save your money and avoid them.

Here is the structure - read this before going near this company. Phase 1 | You will have an impulsive thought of teaching overseas, something quite large in commitment that requires a good deal of thought. You will come across global work and travel, plug in your details and await more 'information'. Phase 2 | A commission based employee will call you, tell you that you are special that there are a number of spots still available, but that they will be gone soon. They will then pressure you into dropping a deposit of $600 AUD +.

Overall my experience with Global has been alright. We ran into a couple of problems when booking flights that caused a few troubles. Once that was sorted it was alright but a few specifics that have arose that have been resolved now were troubling. Despite minimal troubles the experience has been relatively enjoyable.

Since arriving in Canada I have enjoyed every minute of my experience. The hostel I'm staying in feels very safe and comfortable. Kevin has made every part of organising my arrival and the rest of my trip very easy and stress free so I can't thank him enough for his help and support. I'm in Vancouver for another 2 days then off to Banff to start working and I couldn't be more excited. Thank you Global Work and Travel for helping me live this life long dream of mine. For any travelers that are unsure of how to get started on this journey or just need some assistance with bookings/finding work I would highly recommend Global Work And Travel Co. They make working holidays a breeze.

Great team of people very friendly and helpful, they have helped me through everything I needed to get to Canada and to get my VISA, they have been getting me very excited for my travels and experiences.

Really helpful. So happy they set most things up for us and if we want to travel anywhere they help us! Much more convenient now that I’ve met Global and they have explained everything, they where really great and made me feel much better after, super excited to start working.

Overall, my experience was quite positive. Initially, my team was fantastic, very helpful, but then my team changed and I wasn't notified, so I was trying to contact Global with no response for quite some time. Once I got on to the right people again, the rest of the process was positive again!

Highly recommend Tom to anyone. Kevin my Arrival Coordinator was also very good. Gave me good tips to improve me CV. And did a wonderful orientation upon my arrival. Has continued his support long past my touch down here.

This is a helpful system for new travelers, it's stress free and easy enough that a monkey can travel. They are nice and organized. Seems like I don't have to worry about anything. They provided me a transfer to the hostel that they pre-booked. Made it easy to get settled.

Trip to Korea. Had the most amazing time planning my trip with both Kerrie and Jaz. They were very helpful, they guided me throughout the whole process. Quite nervous in the beginning however I was reassured my safety. I am very excited to start my new journey in a few months time.

The orientation at the Global office got me even more excited for my Canadian adventures! The team are welcoming, helpful and full of information. Global has been brilliant! The presentation was nice and quick and no boring information was given; all relevant. It was a good experience and I am very happy with the way it turned out. The support makes me feel so much better.

Our Process was somewhat stressful on the Australian side of things, we felt like they only spoke to us when they wanted payment! However Kevin and the rest of the staff in Canada was incredibly helpful! The only thing that I would recommend is that when couples are traveling together they should have the option to choose whether they are in a private room or shared room in the hostel.

Everything was well organized and efficient. All of the fine details which I wouldn’t have though of were sorted for me and the team was always helpful in responding to any queries that I had. I have really enjoyed the experience so far and would definitely recommend to a friend.

Great experience with very friendly staff. Hostel provided a an enjoyable time with lots of culture and activities available. Contact with staff is easy and the orientation session was very informative with a high level of important info and energy involved. Easily sorted out with UK sim card and set up with various travel apps and transport information.

Global Work and Travel is a great company. They make this entire process easy and straight forward are very helpful. You don't have to hesitate to ask any questions - and I had A LOT. My only thing is - in regards to knowing how much this trip will cost you, you kind of to research things on your own or inquire. Cost of visas, travel insurance, cost of required documentation, recommended amount of savings, etc. All things they can help you with but you still have to initiate that conversation. Make sure you give yourself a realistic timeline on how to pay for these things. Other than that - I've had a great experience with everyone who has helped me along the way!

I was extremely happy with the service I received. There was plenty of help and all staff dealt with were great. I would recommend this to anyone and would use it again without question. It makes traveling a lot easier and for someone traveling alone it has put my nerves at ease.

Prior to signing up with GWTC I was skeptical! The GWTC has definitely made the process easier where they made regular contact, were willing to arrange flexible travel options and understood my wants and needs as a customer. All my travel arrangements have been made well in advance where the customer service has been excellent. The only thing I would say to those signing up is to pay attention to detail and ask questions to provide clarity for you and your consultant (make your wants and needs clear). Jaz and the rest of the team have made traveling less stressful, thank you for your help we couldn't have done it without you!

My overall experience was excellent. Global Work and Travel have been a great help for me organising my trip to Canada. Any questions I had they would promptly answer and they were always encouraging. It makes everything so much more easy and simple. Global were really helpful, they sorted out an interview for a job fairly quickly, were patient with my questions and when I kept changing my departure dates. Would recommend going through a company for your first OE so you have a rough idea what to expect for your next and if any problems occur while abroad you have someone to help. Although a little pricey compared to other companies, they did sort my flights, insurance and job faster, and I’m pretty sure I get more help while I’m abroad. Thank so much for your help Global. :)

My experience with The Global Work & Travel Co. was an extremely pleasant one. From the first minute I was put at ease as to the arranging of my adventure! When I heard about the 4 day period of recovery from the jet-lag my fears of being too tired to work straight away were abolished. Explained how the company works and what happens when travelers are to first arrive abroad. Talking to a personal advisor has made traveling a lot more easier and less stressful.
