Very friendly and committed coordinators and supervisors, trying to make your travels as successful and meaningful as possible. Even though the entire travelling experience was rather rocky previously with Global, the travel and coordination of the working holiday in Australia was really good.

Trip to Korea. Had the most amazing time planning my trip with both Kerrie and Jaz. They were very helpful, they guided me throughout the whole process. Quite nervous in the beginning however I was reassured my safety. I am very excited to start my new journey in a few months time.

My overall experience with Global Work and Travel has been great! No complaints. Everyone I have been working with is very nice and they answer all of my questions! The website is easy to use, and everything isn’t overly priced!

The orientation at the Global office got me even more excited for my Canadian adventures! The team are welcoming, helpful and full of information. Matt hooked me up with this great job in Ontario as a camp counsellor. Any question I asked, they always had an answer to. Listen to your heart and follow your dreams. Just do it!

Global has been brilliant! The presentation was nice and quick and no boring information was given; all relevant. It was a good experience and I am very happy with the way it turned out. The support makes me feel so much better.

Our Process was somewhat stressful on the Australian side of things, we felt like they only spoke to us when they wanted payment! However Kevin and the rest of the staff in Canada was incredibly helpful! The only thing that I would recommend is that when couples are traveling together they should have the option to choose whether they are in a private room or shared room in the hostel.

Everything was well organized and efficient. All of the fine details which I wouldn’t have though of were sorted for me and the team was always helpful in responding to any queries that I had. I have really enjoyed the experience so far and would definitely recommend to a friend.

Great experience with very friendly staff. Hostel provided a an enjoyable time with lots of culture and activities available. Contact with staff is easy and the orientation session was very informative with a high level of important info and energy involved. Easily sorted out with UK sim card and set up with various travel apps and transport information.

Global Work and Travel Co have been absolutely awesome. A process that would usually make me want to rip out my hair has been nothing but enjoyable and exciting. Have had a great team from the beginning to end, Jasmine and Matt have made this experience nothing but a breeze, it is honestly the number one way to plan a working holiday, to be honest I wouldn't even know where to start without them. Having Jaz as my travel concierge and being able to work with her has been absolutely fantastic, she has been an amazing help and is a very friendly and happy person to deal with. Jaz answered all questions that I asked and was able to give me all the information that I needed and I appreciate her help very much.

Global Work and Travel is a great company. They make this entire process easy and straight forward are very helpful. You don't have to hesitate to ask any questions - and I had A LOT. My only thing is - in regards to knowing how much this trip will cost you, you kind of to research things on your own or inquire. Cost of visas, travel insurance, cost of required documentation, recommended amount of savings, etc. All things they can help you with but you still have to initiate that conversation. Make sure you give yourself a realistic timeline on how to pay for these things. Other than that - I've had a great experience with everyone who has helped me along the way!

I was extremely happy with the service I received. There was plenty of help and all staff dealt with were great. I would recommend this to anyone and would use it again without question. It makes traveling a lot easier and for someone traveling alone it has put my nerves at ease.

Prior to signing up with GWTC I was skeptical! The GWTC has definitely made the process easier where they made regular contact, were willing to arrange flexible travel options and understood my wants and needs as a customer. All my travel arrangements have been made well in advance where the customer service has been excellent. The only thing I would say to those signing up is to pay attention to detail and ask questions to provide clarity for you and your consultant (make your wants and needs clear). Jaz and the rest of the team have made traveling less stressful, thank you for your help we couldn't have done it without you!

My overall experience was excellent. Global Work and Travel have been a great help for me organising my trip to Canada. Any questions I had they would promptly answer and they were always encouraging. It makes everything so much more easy and simple. So now I'm not far off from going on the plane and having the experience of lifetime. Thank you to all the team.

Global were really helpful, they sorted out an interview for a job fairly quickly, were patient with my questions and when I kept changing my departure dates. Would recommend going through a company for your first OE so you have a rough idea what to expect for your next and if any problems occur while abroad you have someone to help. Although a little pricey compared to other companies, they did sort my flights, insurance and job faster, and I’m pretty sure I get more help while I’m abroad. Thank so much for your help Global. :)

My experience with The Global Work & Travel Co. was an extremely pleasant one. From the first minute I was put at ease as to the arranging of my adventure! When I heard about the 4 day period of recovery from the jet-lag my fears of being too tired to work straight away were abolished. Also when I was informed that The Global Work & Travel Co. aided in the setting up of a bank account and the provision of a sim card, my stress levels dramatically decreased! I would 100% recommend this company to a friend.

I found my personal global phone advice expert to be very helpful answering all questions in full description. Explained how the company works and what happens when travelers are to first arrive abroad. Talking to a personal advisor has made traveling a lot more easier and less stressful. Through this company I am certain it will open up a whole new world and experience in a totally different country meeting new people.

Everyone I have interacted with at travel have been fabulous, they had answers to all my questions and were very accommodating to my continually changing travel plans. Initially I was booked in for the teaching English in Thailand program, which I booked as a backup plan. I am now enrolled in the volunteer in Spain program and could not be more pleased with the professionalism, understanding and assistance from my agents!

Volunteer work in medical field in Zanzibar for 12 weeks. Very informative and helpful work and travel expert... Samuel. Sam gave a very clear indication of work involved... the protocol of what is involved in preparing for an assignment overseas... Eg passport, visa, medical check up.

When I was curious about this trip I was super nervous but the staff has been super helpful and so far has given me excellent advice and walked me through all I need to get. I can't wait to get overseas and let the adventure of my life begin.

I understand 'The Global Work & Travel Co' is a business there to support young people, but that's exactly it. The lady I spoke to on the phone said that 20 year olds is the average age of the girls who want to work overseas as an au pair, so who better to push and shove a young girl into down-paying $595? In my experience, I spent up to an hour on the phone to Hannah, becoming very excited about travelling and working after being told that i have successfully qualified to be an au pair. After an hour of chatting, I am then told that i have to just pay a small down-payment of $595. As I am a bit hesitant, Hannah proceeds to be quite confused to my apprehensiveness and asks me if i have parents who could just pay for it. I say no, and she transfers the phone line to a man. The man says that they will bring the fee down to $495 instead.

I loved the process. Everyone was so nice. Tai is amazing!!! This was such a pleasure to do. I am so happy that I chose to go with this company to Teach English abroad. I am so excited that I am moving forward with this adventure.

My experience has been great. The Global Work & Travel team are very helpful and friendly. Great from the very beginning from finding job opportunities and help with visa, mobile number and bank account.

I was contacted by a woman named "Tai **." After filling out an online form looking for information about an Aupair program. She was extremely pushy about signing up for a trip that she just offered me. It was a teaching program in Thailand for 4 weeks. I was hesitant to immediately accept the offer mostly because of how pushy she was about signing up. She asked me a question like "What do you think makes you the best fit for this program" to which I replied, "I have no idea, because I do not know what subjects I would even be teaching or what I would be doing." She then got angry with me and told me it sounds like I am unmotivated and their programs are for people who are "really passionate about traveling." More like really stupid for letting themselves get pressured into something that a few Google searches will show is a scam.

They have helped me 24/7 through this process. Kirsty is lovely and more than willing to assist any situation. Would definitely recommend their services as they do not leave you alone through any processes. They are great. Thankful for this opportunity.

Advice: Do not get pressured into paying a deposit the first day for a volunteer trip. They won't book out, and if you find/book the organisation direct - they will likely be half the price GWAT advertises (ours was with EHRA - amazing experience!! Look them up!). I wandered onto the GWAT website Feb 2018. Got a call back within a day or two. Salesperson sold me on this amazing volunteer experience telling me if we booked within 24 hrs we'd get a (small) discount. I was at work when I got this call and it lasted about an hour. In hindsight, it was such pressure tactics to sell us the trip. Alas, I went home and discussed it with my partner. We tossed a coin and decided to do it. Another hour or so on the phone. Salesgirl waiting on the line as I spoke to someone else to pay the deposit.

On Monday Feb 4th 2019 I received a call from Global Work and Travel Co. after putting my email into a few companies to get further information about travelling abroad and becoming an au pair. The lady on the phone seemed very nice and we spoke for about an hour, by the end of it she got me very excited to be going. By using very pushy sales tactics I ended up putting the 695$ deposit down. After questioning it and asking if I could call back tomorrow to pay as I was feeling uneasy about it I was told if I didn't pay today the spots would fill up and I likely wouldn't be able to go at the time I want to go. So I felt very pressured to do it then and there. They put you through to a different guy to pay the money and then put you back to the first person you talked to and at this time she waits on the phone while you basically have to agree that the money is non-refundable.

My travel concierge was on point. She was able to answer to my questions and did everything that was expected. The whole process went well. She respected the time and money I had to put on this process. I just have positive comment to say about my travel concierge. Would recommend the whole business to friend and family and would not hesitate a minute to do business with The Global or my travel concierge. Thank you.

I have always wanted to go to Australia, and recently I got the opportunity to do so. I decided to make a big change to my life and travel the world, this included backpacking for 3 months through Europe and Asia. Wanting to have it all it became apparent I had a lot of work and a lot of planning ahead of me. All of this while also holding down a very intensive job in a high end restaurant in the Canadian Rockies. Having no clue how to go through the process of getting an Australian visa, setting up bank accounts or getting a job I knew I would need a great deal of help. That's when I decided to go with Global.

From the beginning Global has been in contact with me, accommodating me in every way. Chloe always called with excitement and answered every question I had from a little one word response to full blown step by step processes. I can't wait to undergo my travels abroad and would recommend this company to anyone looking for travel and excitement.

OMG! My experience going through Global has been nothing but a blessing for me. I was so lucky to get the opportunity to go to Canada for my first major trip ever and my goodness it is like living in a snow globe. It's stunning!! My trip coordinator in Canada Alex is the ultimate best. I can't thank her enough for helping me and answering my billion questions I had and I know it can be super scary trusting someone other than yourself to make these huge life decisions but honestly they are there for you 24/7 and it is the best feeling in the world. I honestly can't thank them enough.

The Global Work and Travel Co. are very easy to understand, great people, friendly staff and very easy going. They are very helpful in terms of what to do and how to organise yourself like phone, visa, currency etc. I would definitely recommend to a friend.

So I'm going to try and not be incredibly negative but I'm really not happy at all with my experience. The main issue was communication, I got my flight itinerary come through the night before the morning I was flying out which is unacceptable as I didn't feel at all prepared, and to make matters worse, the flight plan had me arrive in Vancouver Thurday night and fly out Sunday night, which was fine as it gave me some time to settle in and see the city. However, on the Friday evening, I was asking some other Global travellers at the hostel that were also going to Calabogie when they were flying out and they were all flying on the Saturday morning, so I ring up Global and I am flying out in the morning too apparently, they just never sent me over the changed flight details, so if I didn't meet up with these guys I would've missed my flight!

They could not explain where the money was being spent other than to spin some garbage about it going back to the reserve. Despite having traveled to Africa and knowing how cheap it is to live and feed yourself there, they were quoting AUD$4000 for a 3-week volunteering program. The only selling point 'we have security vetted our partners'- Anyone can say that. This program is designed for the privileged to feel good about themselves.

So extremely helpful with absolutely everything. I wouldn’t have felt comfortable organising this all by myself, I’ve had such amazing people offer endless help and support and have made it all the more exciting for me to start my journey overseas. Would 100% recommend this to anyone and everyone.

I have been super happy with my experience with Global, it did make things so much easier to get my job and book everything with ease. One thing I didn't like was having to book my flights through them as it was basically double what I could of paid if I had done it myself. She made it out as if It was the only way to do, so I was able to change flights if I needed too (as its a flexi flight) and if my job date suddenly changed id have to have 6 weeks accommodation funds to support myself... But I feel like I should of just waited for the job start date and I would of been fine and my job start date hasn't changed at all. So I could of saved like $800 and put that towards my trip. That's one fault that I have and the way the girl that booked my flights spoke to me via email was very passive aggressive like she was annoyed I was even questioning her about the cost.

Overall I thoroughly enjoyed my experience so far with Alex and everyone at the Global team that has helped fulfill my dream working abroad. Everyone has been really helpful and easy to get in contact with, they have saved me so much time and stress, and I would highly recommend going through Global to friends and family. Loving my experience so far!

All the staff at Global Work have helped me sort out everything needed for my working holiday in Canada. Without Global Work I wouldn't have known all the things required to getting a visa and what things I need when I arrive in Canada. I sent an email to ASAP and followed it with a call. The representative, Junior, quickly sent me a flight with a fare. Once, I decided to take it, Junior walked me through the authorization form and a while later I received the e ticket. I am satisfied with the service.

We dealt with a few different people across different teams. Kayne initially to get started, then Jasmine who was lovely, then Ashley in the concierge team, she was so helpful and prompt all the time, then mostly with Alex who was our international coordinator, she worked really hard getting us interviews and working with us, everyone was so lovely. I would recommend Global to first time travelers especially if you want a working visa. They made this quite stressful process so much better.

Global Work and Travel have taken a huge load of stress wise as in helping setting up your bank accounts, tax file number superannuation, and for someone who doesn't deal with that helps a loads. Olivia being my trip coordinator, she's been great in help of sorting the working holiday.

Super friendly and informative. Lots of information given in the orientation and all my questions have been answered. Chloe is brill and really helpful, making all of us feel welcome and able to ask away about anything we are worried about. Now have my tax file number, banking, superannuation, visa, insurance and more all set up. These guys have made the arrival and setting-up of the tricky stuff so much easier and much less stressful.

I love how the presentation and the backup covers pretty much everything so far. All the questions that I had been answered and more all throughout the procedure to get here too. I’ve been thinking of traveling to Australia for a while now and I come across The GWAT Company and thought I’d just give them a call to see what it’s all about! I spoke to a women call Eve. She was so helpful and answered all the questions I needed to ask and soon got my working holiday on the way to Australia! Eve made everything she explained so clear and would strongly recommend her to friends and family who are looking to do the same as me! The support I got off this lovely women was incredible, she was really bubbly and had good enthusiasm! I couldn’t of asked for better service! Everything was explained well. I'm confident in them helping me find a job in agriculture provided I decide to stay Australia for my 2nd year visa. I was worried about filing for taxes and SIN numbers and finding housing but it seems like they will make sure all that is done for me so there's no mistakes.

I received my orientation which was clear and concise, the staff are friendly and it's a good way to get everything set up as they are quite hands on. The welcome package contains several vouchers for activities like whale watching and animal sanctuaries. Overall I've received what I paid for.

They have been so incredibly helpful, with all my travel questions. Really easy to get hold of my coordinator at any time of day. Super helpful & I'm really looking forward to using them during my time here, and they're great at explaining complicated side to employment e.g. Tax/Tax numbers etc.

The experience I have had with the Global Work and Travel has been very helpful and informative. They have been very positive and they keep me on track. The only thing I would change is have them be more informative on the 4 days that I will spend in a hostel when I first get here.

I'm happy I had a guide to assist in setting up all the documents I need, I did feel pressured in the job search to take a job I wouldn't be happy in. I do understand that there is more candidates than jobs at the moment, must've been frustrating for both of us then.

I love the idea of the support system that the Global Work and Travel Company provides as I've always wanted to travel but have been reluctant due to difficulty of finding work and accommodation. Everyone I've been in touch with at the company have been very friendly and helpful.

My coordinator Alex has been really helpful in helping me sort out my working holiday in Canada. When coming into the office in Vancouver, very friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere. All staff along the way have always been polite and enthusiastic, and answered my emails/questions quickly. Felt well looked after and looking forward to the rest of my trip and stay!

The orientation was very helpful. They gave me all the information I needed. I cannot wait until I start my trial next week in Cairns. I enjoy surfing, kayaking, hiking and outdoor climbing. I can't wait to see the kangaroos and koalas and hold them.

My experience has been amazing. Every staff member I've spoken to has been so friendly, and it has been a nice support system. The only thing I have to complain about is the phone; I wasnt expecting such an old system, and the "spare phone" I brought with me is actually newer - but I guess that's my fault.

Chloe is an amazing person and is amazing at her job. She deserves a big raise. I would recommend it to anyone, it definitely makes the move to Australia super smooth. I wish I could move here for life. :)

Going with Global Travel Co. is a great way to start out and be introduced to a new life in Australia. Chloe has been extremely helpful and amazing with information. Orientation was very helpful and answered a lot of questions I previously had. The only issue I have had so far is with accommodations. Hostels are not for everyone and perhaps offering other accommodations of course for a fee may be something to look out for in the future. Otherwise great experience!

So helpful, any question that I had they asked without hesitating. They're always a phone call or email away. Their company helps from the airport to the hostel not having any worries in the world when I arrive. The least stress I've ever had traveling.

In the earlier phases of planning my trip I found that having an agency to assist my travels extremely helpful in getting me out of Canada. This has been my first time travelling alone, and I really don't think I would have stuck to my plan of moving overseas if I had not had the assistance of Global. Once I had arrived in Australia, I became overwhelmed with the significance of my move. Not knowing what else to do, I came into the Global office and spoke with the Global members. They assured me that travelling for anyone is stressful, but that I should get some food and sleep before I make a decision to go home. I'm very thankful, because if not, I would probably be back in Canada now, and would have missed out on this opportunity.

My trip coordinator is Kirsty in the UK. Alongside Dylan. I honestly can say from the bottom of my heart if it weren't for Kirsty I would be back in Australia hating myself right now. No problem has been too big or too small. I had some little issues in London and her support, care and love really got me through. If there is a way of rewarding her more than just words can speak then I'd like you to take the opportunity in doing so. She is a true asset to your business. My second day in London I got totally confused. I rang and Dylan answered and without hesitation, he ran onto the street and saved me. He is a true legend and an asset also.

I had used GWAT for 2 different travel experiences. The first involved my first ever experience traveling and working overseas. I had never done it alone before so I wanted to feel secure and have someone behind me just in case. The first program I wet through was their Au Pair program in New Zealand. They were really great throughout the process in finding me a family to work for before I even left the country. They even found me an AMAZING deal to stop over in Fiji for a week before I arrived in NZ. And they were always checking up on me throughout the Au Pair program. Now as far as the other program I went through with them was the Work and Travel program in Australia. On the phone they promised me to help me find a job but upon arriving there and doing the job placement program all they do is get you 1 job interview and then it is up to you to get the job. That is all they do. That was their fine print.

This was good yes, 10 out of 10 would recommend. Everyone is very nice, welcoming and helpful. Have all the information you need and more, if every feeling lost they have everything you need. Can't go wrong with Global Work & Travel.
