I would like to say that Global was very helpful for my working holiday in Australia. So far I have been placed at two jobs which I have fit in well with. The friendly staff were always willing to help me out so thanks very much to Alana and Maddy for all their assistance. :)

Initially despite being unsure on the benefits of going through The Global Work & Travel Co. I chose to do so and only time defined why it was a great decision to make! Firstly once I paid my deposit there was no backing out so I knew I would be making the leap, leaving one life behind and beginning a new. Since arriving in the UK five months ago now I can appreciate that this was by far one of the best decisions I could have made. The job placement and support if needed that Global provides is highly recommended.

Also the opportunities created once you get here and experiences you have make you comprehend the diversity that exist in the world and makes you wish to see so much more! Living in the UK is being on the front door step of many cultures just a few hours flight away. Therefore The Global Work & Travel Co. is a create pathway to helping you set up the adventure of a lifetime leaving most of the hard work for them.

Olivia in the London office is amazing and always willing to help and have a casual conversation. This never goes astray as it is always good to have someone you can contact directly instead of going through multiple representatives of a company.

Global go beyond that extra step to ensure your Australia experience is prepared and ready- like having a job before I had even left the UK! Having all my silly or not so silly answered by Maddy through emails or skype really helped me to settle and warm up to the factor of leaving home and come to the gold coast as soon as possible. My first week was so effortless having coach transfers, hostels, day packages all ready set up made my life so easy. Thank you Global ... I'm off to work in paradise !

I would like to say that I will never go through Global Work and Travel or recommend to anyone. They told me so much false information, it is unbelievable that a company can lie straight to your face like they do. I have heard more horror stories by the people I took my TESOL course with through XploreAsia. GWT wanted way too much money for flight and travel insurance. They told me that they were a travel agency so that they could get good deals on everything. But that was a lie. I paid for my own flight and travel insurance and it was about $2000 cheaper than what GWT wanted. Also, when I arrived in Thailand I never received an email or nothing to see how I was making out or anything. Once you pay your money you are no longer a worry to them.

Another thing is that they said that they would help me with my VISA application. James from GWT told me the wrong information. I actually went to the Thai Embassy where I lived and they were like "where's all your information?" and such. Was not given the correct information and I had to Skype someone from XploreAsia to tell me the right information. I could go on and on about how horrible this company is.

I'm from Australia and I traveled to Vancouver in Canada. I became interested in the work and travel program because it’s a working holiday. When I was on the phone with the gentleman about 7-8 months ago, when I first spoke to him, he said he’ll get me a job in Whistler (that's where I wanted to be) and I’ll be living up in the mountains. However I ended up in Vancouver, working a valet job here. They tried to send me to Toronto for a job, but that’s far from where I wanted to be. So they pretty much sold me on a promise and didn’t deliver the promise. But other than that it’s been good. The people that I’ve dealt with have been really helpful so I'm satisfied. They helped me a lot with getting my visa, getting everything else approved, and they tried to help me get a job but finding a job myself was a lot better.

'Ladies and gentleman, we have touched down and arrived in Sydney Australia', this was no dream and my heart was pumping in excitement to get off the plane and come face to face with my new host family who I knew were waiting to pick me up. Lion hat on my head standing out from the crowd, feeling the warm heat breezing past my face, rolling my suitcase down to the airport entrance where I see my host parents, I run to them and give big hugs and hello's, I knew already this was going to be an epic journey which will stay with me for life!

I’m Alex from the United Kingdom and have a passion for working with children, well you could say I love to be a child most of the time and that’s why decided I can’t be Peter Pan forever, one day I said to myself it’s time to grow up so I left home in search of a unique experience to not only put me in a position of independence but also enable me to gain the working experience i require to progress in my future profession of working with children, so I ran away to the other side of the world to make sure wouldn’t be going home anytime soon and I have never looked back yet!

Since arriving it has been a non-stop journey of one in a life time experiences and engaging family fun, not to mention the great nights out with all the special people you meet along the way, for anyone looking to go out don’t be afraid in thinking you will struggle to find new friends or new experiences as the Australians love to meet new people all the time, and the list of great experiences are as long as the imagination expands.

Within just my first week, I already found myself experiencing real life camping with the family in what felt like the middle of nowhere, driving across the off road tracks alongside the edge of a deathly drop, being surrounded by wild kangaroos, hares, wombats, exploring caves into the unknown and looking onto breath taking views over the vast mountains, I soon made the most of this unique place as chances are I wouldn’t be coming here any time soon. For the experience’s side of this journey, it’s a constant pump of excitement especially for me being a thrill seeker/adrenalin junkie! I have took on surfing, snorkelling in conservation reef, beach volleyball, partying hard in the Australian night life, meeting new creatures at the zoo, relaxing at the cinema with the largest Imax screen in the world, flying in helicopters, attending my life time awaited music festivals, taking wilderness walks into the outback, tasting delicacy foods from all over the world, this is just off the top of my head, as it shows once you arrive the experiences keep coming without disappointment every single time!

For my experience as an au pair, I can say it’s just like being in a fun happy family, always laughing and joking, caring and keeping everyone happy in a positive attitude, my family is so cool and outgoing I cannot get enough of them, I feel so open with them I know that if I have any problem on my mind I can discuss any matter with them as they are non-judgmental and always there to help, I arrived with the fear of lack in cooking skills, yet a after a couple of cooking classes with the family, I am now cooking full healthy and nutritious meals for the whole family each night which they are loving, and each week we have the master chief judges (the host family) to not only give feedback about how the foods coming out but vote to see if I can stay another week which is all fun and games, all thanks to the amazing family who took me on.

I would highly recommend this opportunity to anyone with a positive caring attitude toward others who is looking to embrace their passion and gain experience in care and life skills in a unique land and opportunities, where you can work hard, play hard and gain more than you could ever think of!

It may sound awesome so far but I have only just started, my next part of the journey will see me fly over to Brisbane where I shall be meeting my new family, and already in place of things to do involve myself going scuba diving at the beautiful great barrier reef, skydiving over the gold coast, shark cage diving with the great whites and taking on the Australian summer period where I fear I may melt, plenty of sun cream with hours every day in the sea should be the perfect way to stay cool im hoping! So what are you waiting for, book the flight now, come out and don’t look back again after all, you only live once! Make the most of life whilst you’re here!

Global Work and Travel Co. has been helpful, but at some stages, it seemed like it was a bit of a hassle for them to help us. They said that they were going to get us job-wise, but they really didn’t fulfill that description the way they explained that they would be to us. Other than that, everything else they did was very helpful. It wasn't all bad. We have recommended them to many people, but we did tell them the things that we were unhappy about so they wouldn't be dissatisfied in some ways like we were.

I'm from Sydney, Australia and I traveled to Canada. I'm in the most expensive program. My sister prompted me into it because I wanted to travel. It was like a good starting point since I had no idea where to start. They got me a job working in housekeeping and so I clean hotel rooms and I'm also a server as well so I serve people in the hotel restaurant. When I'm not working, I just live life. The team at Global Work and Travel company was great. I had Sam to start off with and she was awesome, like she could have easily become one of my friends. She was really helpful, nice, and understanding of what I was going through like I wanted to get away. And so Canada was my option and she helped me get here. I had a lot of insight and life experiences like I looked at life completely different before I started traveling cause this is the first time I've ever traveled. It's just like thrown into the pit and I've learned so much about myself and life. The people were helpful especially Sam. She was awesome. It was an amazing, awesome, cool experience. I have recommended Global Work and Travel Co. to friends.

They help you out with everything, send you links to official sites so you're not spending hours looking for flights, visa etc... And if you're stuck they're more than willing to help, they're always there if you have any questions, they have all the answers to make you feel at ease. Help you out with jobs and accommodation so all you do then is concentrate on packing and making sure you have the money for your travel. I would definitely recommend traveling with Global Work and Travel. :)

My experience with Global Work and Travel Company was mostly good but with problems. I dealt with one guy who helped me sign up and then everything else was through email. I’m from Australia and I traveled to Canada. Basically they helped me set up here in Canada for work and helped me adjust to things here in Canada. Since participating in the program, I’ve become a lot more independent. I was independent before but then it’s above and beyond what I was before. I’m still doing my travels and experiencing Canada.

What interested me about The Global Work & Travel Co. and the program itself was essentially that you have someone there with you to guide you through getting the right visa and also helping you find work before you arrive in Canada. So it’s essentially peace of mind and also ongoing support and assistance throughout your journey, so assistance with helping you find accommodation and even getting the right text number - just helping you get set up with everything. Obviously you sign up for the program and you pay for it. Basically that will keep them monitoring your progression while you get your visa and they even give you updates on how you're going with your job qualification and all that.

The team from Global Work & Travel Co. was helpful before I even left. I was in contact with the Australian branch office and they respond to emails, even phone calls, and they did get back to me whenever the consultants were available. So it wasn't too difficult to get a hold of them with any questions. When I arrived in Canada, the team was very welcoming, very friendly, and gave us a good orientation and even good advice on where to go and what to expect. I've only been in Canada with the program for a little over two months now. The main instruction happened on the first three days. Again they were helpful. It was very daunting as well to set up all this information; it was a little bit nerve-wracking. They're gonna hold your hands pretty much. Other than that, they have a very friendly team. When this job completes, I got to find another job, another accommodation. I’m hoping that they'll be supportive and accommodating and helpful in my next convention.

Overall, it was great. There is one thing that I would like to mention. Just basically with all the costs and everything, I did ask for a breakdown. I’d like to know exactly the funds and the process. They're not as informative on that area, on the financial side of things. I don't mind that we are paying; I just want to make sure that we're getting the best for our money. So I just want to say if someone asks that they give an explanation.

I traveled to Canada from the UK. I had never been to Canada before and didn't have any family or friends here either so having the Global Work & Travel Co as a support system made the transition a lot easier. From the very start, I had an airport transfer organized, initial accommodation lined up and they helped me with setting up a bank account and a social insurance number. It was easy and all done in one day. I even had a job and accommodation ready and waiting for me. I was then onto a bus that night headed for Field, a small town in the middle of the Rockies. It was a long 16hour bus drive, but seeing the huge Canadian Rocky mountain ranges on either side of the bus made the drive much more interesting.

16 hours later, I arrived in Field! My new home! Field is a small town, in the middle of the Yoho National Park, famous for its spiral tunnels and Burgess Shale and as soon as arrive you can see and feel its charm and character. There are so many things you can do in the Yoho National Park and its surroundings. As I've arrived in the summer I've been able to get back to nature with back country hiking, canoeing, and reaching the summit of mountain peaks. There is also rock climbing, whitewater rafting and downhill mountain biking for adrenaline junkies!! Now as the summer comes to a close, I look forward to my first Canadian winter!! Global has once again been a great help at finding me a winter job placement and I can't wait for my next adventure to begin!!

Hi my name is Callie, I have been living in Canada for almost 10 months now and am enjoying every bit of it. I found volunteer programs through Global and was interested in what I could do. Global then worked their magic and set me up on a Husky Ranch called Windrift Kennels in a small town called Orillia, Ontario, doing volunteer work taking care of the dogs and as a guide for dog sledding tours. IT WAS AMAZING!

Caring for the dogs was all hands on and there was not one that wasn't friendly. I got the chance to learn every dog's personalities and had a few favorites of my own. I loved the experience so much that I am returning to work again on the ranch in the beginning of December this year. I worked at Windrift Kennels for 3 months and then took a bus across to the other side of Canada to Lake Louise, Alberta where I had a paid job set up working in Trailhead Cafe. I am still working at the Cafe but will be finishing up shortly.

I have been in Lake Louise for 6 months now and have met so many amazing people, friendships I will have forever, who also had the help in getting their job through Global Work and Travel. I know Global is a bit pricey but I couldn't have worked at Windrift Kennels or been set up in the beautiful Lake Louise Village at Trailhead Cafe in the rockies without their help. Global has made my travelling experience that much easier and I thank them for all their hard work and getting to experiencing extraordinary things whilst being in Canada.

The Global Work & Travel Co.’s work-travel program drew my attention because I wanted to live and work overseas and wasn't quite sure how to go about it with jobs and things like that. Going through the program however made it seem a bit less daunting. The main person I've spoken to from the Vancouver office is Sophie. She’s been really great. But I will be honest, I didn't find Australian side of The Global Work and Travel to be incredibly patient and helpful and flexible with my requests that I wanted for my experience over here. But it has worked out, thank goodness.

I’m from Canberra, Australia, and I ended up living in Alberta, Canada right now (we’re in the Rockies). I was placed here for a four-month contract from June to October, so I'm actually just finishing up now. They've provided us with a lot of opportunities here because they're a large company and it’s really easy to meet a lot of people here - that’s probably the best thing, all the people that you do meet. But everyone’s heading home now so it’s really sad because it’s become like a tight-knit little family for the four months that you do work.

I’d recommend Canada to anyone, now that I've lived here for a few months. Working in the Rocky Mountains is pretty cool. I like hiking and things like that. We don't have that back home.

Getting to Canada was a rough experience for me, but once I'd made it Global was really supportive in making sure I had everything I needed. They pointed me in the right direction and told me what to do. After that they left me to it, but in a good way. By not babying me, I was able to grow and take more responsibility for my actions. Global had done their bit and then I needed to do mine. Some people wanted more support, but I personally believe the main reason people go traveling is to step away from parents and branch into becoming an adult. Global helped me do that, whilst still making sure I stayed out of trouble.

I was originally from Sydney, Australia, and I was relocated here in Alberta, Canada. I participated in Global Work and Travel Company for my working visa experience. It gave me the opportunity to come back and travel to Canada again, because the last time I was here, I wasn’t able to utilize my full visa and stay as long as I liked. So I said I’ll try going through Global on my second attempt.

Everyone has been really friendly at Global. I’ve been able to get hold of someone quite quickly whenever I have any inquiries. They were able to help me when I needed help, such as finding employment on a more permanent basis than what I was able to do previously. It’s just an opportunity to experience Canada in a different area. Right now, I’m just trying to see how things would go, taking my life day by day at the moment. I’m looking forward to what comes ahead. It’s just unfortunate I’ve been really busy with work to be able to participate in other things they had advertised. The good thing is they’ve been kind enough to keep them on hold for me until the time that I’m able to use them.

Kia Ora! So, I am currently 5 months into my working holiday, in Canada, through The Global Work & Travel Co. It's pretty amazing! Going through GWTC was really so easy, and convenient. They organize most of the important stuff, as long as you have enough motivation to apply for your visa then you are set to go! Their website is easy to navigate and has some good information if you want to read about it a bit more before you talk to someone about your future travels. I really had no problems with the company at all. Any questions I had were answered promptly. Someone always answered when I called, and now I'm here in Canada and loving it. I'm still at the original job that they set up for me, and as with any job it has its ups and downs, but the place is so beautiful I wouldn't want to leave!! The Rocky Mountains really are something else, so beautiful. Lots of hikes to do, amazing glacier fed lakes to jump into (and climb quickly out of!!) and so much wildlife. It really is so beautiful. If you want to travel and want a guaranteed job when you arrive, I really would recommend using the Global Work & Travel Co. It takes a lot of stress out of organizing things, and once you're on your way it's pretty smooth sailing! Enjoy a couple of photos from the place I call home :)

Fantastic & knowledgeable teams. Everything ran as smooth as possible, only criticism I have is that the job I was offered had a lack of hours and after a call to my program coordinator I was quickly changed jobs and everything was rectified, receiving the promised work hours as in the program :)

Global Work and Travel Company was pretty good, pretty comfortable and they're welcoming. I'm from Toronto, Ontario, Canada. I went to Costa Rica and we went in the rain forest. We had a scheduled day. Everyday, we'd wake up at a specific time, eat breakfast and would start our work day, where we just cleaned up the forest. We built a bridge, we built new railings so it would be easier to get to the forest. We made sure the animals had a clean pathway. We had two breaks each day: lunch and another break. We finished around 4 everyday. I've now learned to not take anything for granted. It's different around the world, with different living condition and different culture. It's an experience. Just a really good trip.

Through the Global Work and Travel Company I traveled from Adelaide, Australia to Las Vegas. I was there for a week. And then I flew to Vancouver, Canada then eventually got to Banff in Alberta. That's where my job was ready for me. The hostel that we first stayed in was alright. It was nothing special but pretty nice. But, everything so far has been pretty nice. It turned out very well. I've been happy with it for sure. Their people have been very helpful towards any questions I had. They would answer pretty well. I definitely became a lot more independent. They helped me travel around. I wouldn't be able to travel by myself at the start and now I feel like I really could so it's definitely given me a lot more confidence.

People at Global are really nice. I only had one problem. The person that helped me out said I'd be happily fed all day every day down in Fiji. It was a lie. They didn't give you enough to eat all. I probably spent half my money that I brought down there on food. I don’t even know if I would’ve survived, if I would have lived off the food that they gave me. I was completely disappointed. But that was the only problem I had with Global. Everything else was fine. It was great for a month – just getting away from the cold winter and enjoying Fijian sun for the first time. Getting into the Global program and after living in poverty, I definitely realize to appreciate all the stuff I have now. That’s the biggest lesson that I learned from the experience. I also gained understanding in scuba diving. I can now do it very well. I would have recommended Global to more friends if there wasn't a problem with the food.

I'm currently teaching a kindergarten class in Bangkok Thailand right now. Thanks to Global Work and Travel and my amazing TESOL course! I've been here for 6 months now and thanks to Global Work and Travel - no questions or concerns of mine have gone unanswered or unsupported. And trust me I've sent multiple random emails and phone calls along this journey to Global Work and Travel and have always been looked after and taken care of!

My experience teaching is indescribable. Truthfully there’s moments I’m pulling at my hair and banging my head on my desk and other moments I cry pure tears of joy! I teach 4-5 year olds and just last week after months of teaching them, I had a student read out the word carpenter and say it by sounding out each letter in front of an entire assembly, without help! Just 6 months ago she didn't know what the letter A was.

Thailand’s culture and amenities are something I can’t put into words, and through my ups and downs Global Work and Travel has really helped me with support and encouragement along with any logistics I've needed, way above and beyond the call of duty they could've been relieved of 6 months ago when I got here. I would definitely recommend their expertise and couldn't be more grateful for everything! Definitely using them in future to experience more of this vast world!

I went on a volunteer trip last September to October. I traveled to San Ramon, Costa Rica and participated in a volunteer program. I forget what exactly it was but I was building a house with locals. I lived in a hostel, which was very new to me, but it was very pleasant. The accommodations were excellent, and the family that I was with were like a second family to me. They were great. And I commuted on a bus for about 15 minutes to my site every morning, and I was with people that didn't speak English, so it was great for me because I was forced to learn Spanish.

Global Work & Travel have been helpful in assisting with all my travel needs. They made sure I was setup with everything I needed to succeed in my travels, and I got home safe. Dustin ** the rep that was there who was like the translator for me made sure I was okay. The only reason I kind of had a good time was because he made sure everything went smoothly.

The Global Work & Travel Co is absolutely amazing! I signed up in April last year for a Volunteer Program in Nepal and thanks to GWAT it was an experience I will never forget. In addition to helping me decide on what Volunteer Program to choose, they also assisted me with my flights and insurance. This was really helpful as there are so many Travel Insurance Providers I didn't know what I needed! I spoke to a lovely gentleman in their travel department who assured me they were there to make sure everything ran smoothly and that they would also link my flights up with my program.

Upon arriving in Nepal my coordinator was there waiting at the airport and took me straight to my hotel. This was such a relief seeing it was my first big trip overseas. The following day I attended my orientation session, was given a phone and details and taken around the city before I was taken to my host parents. In the mornings I would head to my host parents' school for their assembly before heading down the road to the monastery where I spent the morning teaching English to the "little monks". After class I had the rest of the day free. I either sat in on a class at the school, had Nepalese tea with the Lamas discussing Buddhism, went into Thamel for shopping/lunch or I would just head home and relax before the kids got home from school. I was regularly contacted by the coordinator which was lovely.

Before I left Australia I spoke with another lovely lady who suggested I add tours to my holiday. I finished my volunteer program with an adventure tour to Chitwan National Park and Pokhara followed by a trek around the Himalayas. I would highly recommend speaking to her as she made the tours link up with my placement dates perfectly and she amended my return flight so that I could do the tours,. If it wasn't for her I wouldn't have known what was available. I highly recommend The Global Work & Travel Co. The staff are very professional, knowledgeable and helpful and the program was very organised. Thanks GWAT!!

I had a great experience on my working holiday with the Global Work and Travel Co. Having never traveled overseas before, I was stressed and needed help. Global certainly provided this. I was invited into the office for assistance with my visa, my flights and insurance was arranged for me and I was offered a job in Canada before I even departed Australia, making financial stress minimal. Once I arrived, I was also invited into the office and offered assistance in Canada. Having someone to contact in Canada with my issues have me peace of mind. My move to Canada was a breeze, thanks to Global.

I'm from Australia and I traveled to Canada on a work and travel program with Global Work and Travel Company. I got a job with a promotions company through them and I've just pretty much been working in promotions ever since. The people there are pretty good. I haven't heard anything from them since I've been in Canada, but I remember when I was talking to them, they're pretty switched on. When I called them, they were always there or called me back. I haven't really heard back from them at all since but they helped me get out with my first time traveling so it was pretty good.

The Global Work & Travel Co. is amazing! I would definitely go with them again. I'm 19 years old and I was so scared to come out to Australia by myself. However, it's really nice to know that Global is there for you. If you ever get stuck or have any questions, you can just ask. I was a nightmare before I left and emailed them all the time! I'm currently in Australia and I still email them, asking how to get from place to place and the best way to get around. They give you great advice and are always really quick to reply.

The deal I did was great! I had an amazing week in Surfers Paradise, the hostel they put me in is the best hostel I have stayed in. I met some great people who also came with Global. They do everything for you, within that week I had a phone, bank account, tax number and Medicare card. I would never had known you needed all these things or how to go about getting them. Another useful factor of going with Global, you can get all your post delivered to their office, so when you're traveling and don't have a permanent address, this is really helpful. On top of all of this, they find you two jobs. Massive thank you to Global.

In the beginning, before I went to Thailand, Global Work & Travel was awesome. They were helpful and I got everything done through them but I found out while I was in Thailand that they were the middle company, and I understand that Global Work & Travel has to make their money as well, but they were hiding the truth from me. I was happy for the whole opportunity but once I got to Thailand, it was all about Explore Asia. Global Work & Travel emailed me once while I was out there and that was it. After that, I just went through Explore Asia the whole time. In the end I spent way much more money than I even had. I was working really hard to get this money paid. I could have gone to Explore Asia and paid much less money.

Global Work told me that I was going to have flexible flights and that’s what I paid extra for. When I tried to go home earlier, I was told that I would have to pay over $300. Thankfully, I got the person from Delta to take it out all the way to $300 extra. But when I thought it was flexible, I thought it meant that I could change it any time and then pay a very small fee of $100 or so.

When I was first told that I had to pay $900 for my way back home, it made no sense. I could have bought my own ticket. They told me that I had to get the round trip, period, like I had to no matter what. They let a friend who went through them do the one-way. I paid over $2400 for the round trip for a flexible flight with three months insurance, and I could have ended up just paying $1400 for my own round trip. I tried talking to them about it, I wrote them this email telling them about the whole experience and how disappointed I was, and they never wrote back at all.

I went from Orlando, Florida to Thailand to do this program. It was very cool and fun but they told me that my stay would be included during the first month and I find out that I had to pay the month that I was there while I was doing a course. Also I was under the influence that I was going to be by myself in my own room, and I find that I had a roommate. It wasn’t that big of a deal but it could have been told to me. A lot of things were hidden from me until I left.

    Hi Krystal!

Thank you for writing in and making us aware of your experience! It is great to hear that your time in Thailand itself was enjoyable! We’re glad to be given the opportunity to clarify some of the issues you mentioned from your travels though.

XA is our partner on the ground in Thailand, and we work exclusively with them in the countries we have our retail offices. They do not accept direct bookings, but will instead direct enquiries to your nearest Global Office. As the retailer, we ensure that the program receives as many participants as possible and we do all the advertising for this program to be known to people across the world. We do not feel we hide our relationship with XA, but once you are in country, you work closely with our partner as they have a proven track record of many years in looking after, facilitating and providing excellent service to our clients, and unless their is an issue, you will work expressly with them while in country.

Regarding your flights, we do offer flexible airfares, meaning that you are free to change dates up until they are issued. This is a service cost we absorb and do not pass onto you, which is something that cannot be said of most travel agencies. The change of flights you had requested, did attract a change fee from the airline directly to us, as one half of the ticket had already been used and travelled on. Even if you had booked your flights independently from our Travel Department, unfortunately you would have still have incurred a similar if not more costlier fee. - we have no ‘fee’ on top of this fee either.

In most cases when our travellers book their flights independently, they are often extremely rigid in terms of dates, quite costly to change (if at all possible), and non-refundable should a situation arise at home that results in a traveller needing to delay their trip or cancel all together. With our flights, they can usually always be changed and we take the responsibility to ensure you arrive in your destination at the right time. We do work closely with our program coordinators, project managers and you the traveller to ensure that your flights are as smooth, synchronised and convenient as possible. To this end, we do offer several proposed itineraries to see which one will work best for you, as well as for our program managers who receive you in country.

The email exchanges we have reviewed do not expressly state where and who informed you of the information, are you able to provide further clarification here?

Finally regarding the accommodation fee: this should have been included in your program price, and it is quite surprising to hear that you had to pay for this! Had you made us aware of this earlier? We’ll happily refund you the cost of the first month’s accommodation minus your security deposit, please contact us at supplierrelations@globalworkandtravel.com
