I received the worst service by Priceline. I bought airline tickets and a hotel reservation through Priceline to Cancun. Unfortunately, I was unable to travel to Cancún due to serious safety concerns reported in the U.S. news. Given the dangerous security situation, I believed it was necessary to prioritize my well-being and cancel my travel plans. The Hotel live aqua beach resort Cancun - adults denied the refund. Priceline denied the refund, and United Package travel as well.

Don't ever make any reservation using any of these companies. To my opinion is a major fraud, there were very rapid to take the credit card and charge but at the time you need the services to protect the consumer there was no one to help out.

I purchased an oceanfront king suite. Priceline sent an email confirmation of said reservation. At check-in I learned that Priceline reserved a double bed ocean view room with the resort instead (significantly less expensive). After two hours on the phone with their customer service I was told I had to pay to upgrade (to the room I reserved with them in the first place), send them the receipt, then after my stay was complete they would refund what I paid to upgrade (to what I originally reserved!) Now, my reservation is complete. The receipt is sent and they are running me around about processing my refund. They misrepresent, they try to defraud, and they like. Do not recommend. 0 out of 10.

The guy that book my flight and hotel stay failed to inform me that our flight tickets are Basic Economy seats. In order to upgrade grade I would have to pay an extra $590 plus pay another fee to get seats with extra legroom and to top that the seats are not together. Also I asked for a hotel room window facing Times Square and now I find out that it not facing Times Square. It seems to me he just he was just looking to make a sale considering the amount of money that I have paid. I will never purchase the Priceline ever again

I had rented two rooms for me and my family and at the hotel there was a policy issue so the motel granted me a refund and Priceline does not want to cooperate.. I have used Priceline multiple times and I have never had a problem. Service was always friendly and they always gave me the best deals on rooms. I don't understand why they don't want to give me a refund when clearly I have a piece of paper from the motel telling them to go ahead.

Deceptive Pricing & Hidden Fees – Avoid Priceline! Priceline’s car rental prices are misleading. They advertise rates as low as $9–$24 per day but don’t disclose the mandatory $350 deposit upfront. Nowhere did it mention this crucial detail, leaving me blindsided when I arrived in Vancouver late at night. Especially as someone new to renting a car taking the deals for face value.

With only my debit card, which the funds I had, they refused, and only accepted VISA I was stranded. No rental, no way home. I was livid to say the least! I spent the night dragging my suitcase through downtown Vancouver like a homeless person until the trains started at 6 AM. Hotels? Outrageous—$180+ a night, plus massive deposits I couldn’t afford. Exhausted, frustrated, and out of options, and angry at the world I had no choice but to wait it out and sat at 3 park benches and Dennies on Davie St all night, fell asleep with the rest of the questionable drunk charters sleeping with their mouths open and half eaten sausage and pancake breakfast on the table. While they refunded my rental, (PRO) the experience was miserable. Priceline needs to be upfront about costs—don’t fall for their deceptive pricing! Seem to be everywhere these days!

The hotel it self has sent a cancelation letter but Priceline who charged my card continually says they have to verify with the partnering hotel. They also tell me they can't find my reservation (which is a nightmare get through their customer service). If I don't have a reservation how did you charge me $4700.50.

Booked a trip through Priceline and purchased their travel insurance. Our return flight was cancelled due to weather which was supposed to be covered by the insurance. Ended up staying 2 extra nights until we could be rebooked. When I put in the claim I was told it wasn't covered because the airline had already rebooked a flight. So all expenses incurred for the 2 extra nights were my responsibility. I asked them why they would have an insurance company like that. I was told to deal with the insurance company because there was nothing they could do. I would not recommend priceline to anyone and definitely stay away from their travel insurance. If I could give no stars I would.

Priceline will hide hidden cost, they will not inform you that you must pay hotels/resorts additional fees for amenities and they will hide that fact that airline baggage cost are not included in the package paid for. My itinerary indicated, "Standard: carry-on baggage, check baggage, travel services" to my surprise, I was inform by the airline that my departure and return tickets did not include luggage. I had to pay an additional $500+ for luggage, each way. Priceline informed me that the "$" symbol in front of each listed baggage mentioned, indicated that they were not included. When reaching the hotel, I was informed that I had to pay $25 per person to use the amenities. The Priceline packages are a scam and they are using clear deception practices.

As we were booking for our specific dates, it said "free cancellation" in a box on the first page (see photo). Then, on the payment page, there were links to "cancellation policy", but we did not think we needed that because we had seen "fully refundable". Then we got the confirmation email where the cost was twice what we had expected and it said "no cancellation". We immediately called to cancel, but they said no. We called the motel, and the guy said "sure", we will approve the cancellation, but Priceline keeps saying that they can't get a "positive response" from their hotel partner. Absolutely fraudulent.

They did not send any reminders before the expiration date. Priceline sold me 30%more than what is on the Marriot’s website even though I booked 2 months before. DO NOT book anything from Priceline. This was the worst retail experience I've had in my 61 years. I was traveling with my handicapped son who is autistic non-verbal and travels in a wheel chair. Priceline made a reservation at a hotel different from the one they provided to me on my itinerary. When I contacted the hotel from the airport to let them know we were delayed but still coming the Hilton hotel representative stated that I did not have a valid confirmation number, the hotel was sold out and they could not provide me a room. I also had the wrong contact information for the car rental agency. After more than 8 hours of delays with Jet Blue we left and went back home. Priceline stated that they would issue me a refund. They never did and are now responding to my credit card company that because I "cancelled" the trip it was non-refundable. I didn't cancel the trip, the hotel told me WITH PRICELINE ON THE RECORDED phone call that they never received a reservation.

Purchasing car rental through them felt like a scam. First, they offered me driver's insurance for an additional $10. When I got the receipt the insurance wasn't listed but my card was charged with the insurance amount added to it. Then when I got to the car rental office, the car I had paid for was NOT available (it had to be an SUV for 8 people - which the car category in the receipt clearly stated). They had no customer service available, their car rental office was managed by a different local car rental business that had no power to help me. The owner of the car rental was kind enough to rent me his own car for the cost already charged because he felt bad about my situation.

After the car was returned, I received no notification from Priceline about the situation, plus I ended getting charged extra by the local company that I had to pick up the car from. Another battle to fight. This is a company without a face. Worst travel experience so far. They take your money and hide. Please do NOT give them business. Go directly to the car rental companies.

We’ve been on a cross country road trip to take mother back home to NC, and now the return journey to Texas. I always book exclusively through Priceline while traveling- as Priceline has always done right by us, and this was especially needed on this trip traveling with my 81 year old mother. Alas each hotel has had issues. Starting with our first night of our trip in Meridian, MS where we booked a 2 queen room to arrive and be told that “Priceline has it marked wrong, it’s not our fault” and led to my 81 year old mother sleeping on a pull out couch. I was NOT happy.

Our next night found us in Madison, GA at a sleep in with “high ratings”. The only thing high was the hotel staff! Our bathroom door didn’t close (which left my mom and my husband having to leave the room when the other used the restroom. The TV didn’t work- when reported to the front desk we were told “it’s late, you don’t need a TV”. The next morning we again tried to speak to management about the issues in the room. The young lady at the front desk looked at us and stated “and”… we were in shock.

Stupidly, I decided to give Priceline another chance on our return journey. Sadly, my husband and I stopped in Pelham, Alabama at a sleep in where we were greeted by hotel staff telling us Priceline didn’t pay the full amount and told me I had 2 choices 1. Paying what they said was owed, on top of what I paid Priceline or 2. Losing the money I paid via Priceline and finding another place to stay at 11pm. I was too tired to fight last night, so I paid and went to bed (on the hardest bed ever). Upon check out this morning I asked for a receipt, which the hotel refused to print for me stating I paid third party they owe me nothing. I reminded them I paid additional to the hotel, they told me it was against practice to provide a receipt.

So lessons learned: 1. No matter the ratings on Priceline, it’s a LIE. Hotels are not as advertised in comfort or cleanliness and especially friendliness. 2. Never, and I mean NEVER, stay at a Sleep Inn. 3. Not all thing in life should be played by baseball rules (3 strikes, you’re out) and after the first bad experience, cut your loses and cut your ties to Priceline. Unlike the past, Priceline was not helpful and in the long run the hotels they choose to do business with tarnish their name. I’ve been a VIP Gold member with Priceline for over 10 years- ridiculous!

Priceline told me it would take 48 hrs to hear back from them. I called 2 days later & spoke to someone at Priceline, they said my refund would be issue by 3/19/25 or 3/20/25. It is now 3/22/25 & they're now saying, they need proof that the room was dirty & that I did not stay there. ⭐ If I could give ZERO stars, I would! ⭐ I booked a hotel through Priceline, but due to an airline-canceled flight (not my fault), I couldn’t check in. Despite the cancellation being beyond my control, Priceline refused to refund me, kept my money, and provided no solution. First, their customer service was unhelpful, telling me it was “not their problem” and that I should contact the hotel directly. However, when I reached out to the hotel, they confirmed that Priceline was responsible for the payment and only Priceline could process a refund. When I called back Priceline, they still refused to help, repeating their “policy” like robots instead of resolving the issue. Even the customer service manager was completely unhelpful and dismissive.

This is an outright scam and unfair business practice. I paid for a service I NEVER received, and Priceline is keeping my money with no accountability. I checked the Better Business Bureau (BBB) complaints, and I am shocked to see thousands of similar cases reported just in the past few days. This is not an isolated incident—it’s a systematic scam designed to trap customers with rigid refund policies while profiting from unfair cancellations.

I have already disputed this charge with my credit card company and filed official complaints with the BBB, FTC (Federal Trade Commission), and consumer protection agencies. I will continue to share my experience across social media and travel platforms to warn others. ⚠️ I strongly advise everyone to AVOID Priceline at all costs! This company is dishonest, unethical, and profits from stealing customers’ money. The hotel said that they wasn't going to do anything about room being dirty. I have left a hotel stay due to a cockroach in the room. Didn't get full refund even though I was only there for 25 minutes and I won't stay and bring bugs home. Also had an experience where the room was dirty and I ended up cleaning my own room. Didn't get any compensation for the inconvenience. Even though the hotel's policy stated that he didn't like the room the night was on them. Worse to book anything through ever.

I used to be a Priceline fan for many, many years…until they refused to give me a refund. I attempted to cancel online and the system would not let me, so I called their number and was connected to a 773 area code (Chicago). The operator advised that I cancel directly with a hotel, which I did. Instead of two nights I canceled the first night and was only to stay on the second night. This was approved by the hotel manager. I also was advised by the Priceline agent to call them on the day of checkout to let them know that I only did stay one night and that I got the approval. I have called and wasted multiple hours to get a refund from Priceline, a refund for the first night that I canceled and that the hotel did not even charge Priceline for.

Priceline tells me that there is a third-party that has to approve the refund and because the third-party declines to refund, then there’s nothing that Priceline can do about it. I believe that this is unacceptable considering I booked with Priceline, I did not book with the third-party. Therefore, Priceline should be responsible for giving me a refund. They refuse by saying, sorry, but they hope that I will still continue to book with them in the future. That is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard. Good luck if you decide to book with Priceline and try to get a refund for a hotel stay that you canceled. Priceline needs to do better and be better. You have just lost my business.

Priceline gets your money, promotes whatever hotel on their website, and their customer service does not even care about your serious incidents. After 41 days of neglecting my requests, I am writing my review for others to consider: I experienced a serious incident of discrimination, unprofessional conduct, and service denial that occurred at the Fort Worth Downtown East location (Address: 2425 Scott St. Fort Worth, TX) on January 31, 2025.

Incident Details: 1. I had a valid reservation made through Priceline for January 31 - February 3, 2025. 2. Upon arrival at 3:00 PM on January 31, after a 300-mile drive from Houston, your staff member: - Refused to honor my prepaid Priceline reservation - Claimed the card reader wasn't working and demanded cash payment - When I requested the ATM fee be deducted from the room charge, she became hostile - Made discriminatory comments about my immigration status - Shouted and cursed at me in front of other guests - Threatened to call the police when I attempted to discuss the situation professionally - Ultimately denied me access to my prepaid accommodation

This incident raises several serious concerns: Discrimination based on perceived immigration status. Violation of your corporate policies regarding guest treatment. Potential violation of civil rights laws. Unprofessional conduct by staff. Failure to honor a valid third-party booking. Creating a hostile environment for guests

Your staff member's conduct was not only unprofessional but potentially illegal, as discrimination based on national origin is prohibited under federal law. As someone who had already paid for my accommodation, I was shocked to be treated with such hostility and disrespect at a major American hotel chain. Also, Priceline promotes these hotels without mentioning the poor neighborhood!

I stayed at this location for 6 nights. Upon check in I was informed by the kid (I don’t use that phrase lightly) at the front desk that there was an additional fee of $172. What I negotiated with Priceline was a final bill. Not a penny more. I was very adamant about that, but as I was backed against the wall, I had no good choice but to accept that fee, even though I was there on business and I told them I was not going to use the amenities of the resort. That was a resort fee that should’ve been disclosed. Then the next surprise.

There is the tower and then behind it is a much older building which went about 3 buildings back towards the rear where it’s very isolated. I told them I wanted to stay in the tower. That would be an additional $30 per night! I was appalled that they did this, but yet my arrangement with Priceline was final and even THEY didn’t know this when I called them to discuss this. Priceline did attempt to fight these charges for me, so I do not fault Priceline. They managed to get them to relinquish $50. Which I have yet to see on my statement.

Although my room was clean and it was comfortable, the fact is that financially according to the agreement they do not honor that and anyone who is planning on staying at this resort needs to know that you will be unpleasantly surprised when you go to check in and find out how they nickel and dime you this way. Priceline was very apologetic to me and I appreciate that they did go to my defense. I hope this review will help some of you out here who book This hotel and that you don’t have to find out the hard way about their booking policies. If I had read on my contract with Priceline that upon check in that all of these additional fees would’ve been charged, I definitely would’ve gone elsewhere. The photo below is my bill with the final tally before they hit me with all the extra charges. I would’ve paid another $350. Give or take. Nothing in their ad stated that the tower was $30 a day more to stay there!

I had my guys pay for the remaining nights, only to end up paying 3 times what I already paid per night. I can’t tell you the amount of frustration and anger over this situation. Check the flight restrictions prior to buying their insurance. You are led to believe that the insurance offered for the flight that you choose would cover things like emergency date changes, however it doesn't on some flights. Although they will still offer the insurance they will not cover you if you need to change the dates and may only possibly cover for cancelations. Will never book through Priceline again. I only gave one star because the customer representative was friendly about it.

Priceline.com are thieves. Don't ever use their services. You will get a much better price and service if you go the through the hotel directly. I booked a hotel through Priceline that I thought was costing $289 plus tax for one night. My stay was supposed to be on 9/29/25, over 8 months away). After I booked it, I realized that the total was over $422. Apparently, they added an additional $122 service charge to it. When I realized what they did, I canceled the reservation (less than 2 minutes after I booked it). The fee for canceling the reservation was $422, so they refused to refund me my money.

After hearing back from them about their refusal to refund my money, I asked them to just reverse the cancellation. I told them for that kind of money, I might as well take the room.... at least I would only lose $122, not the entire $422. They told me that they could not reverse the cancellation. On top of it, they said that it was the hotel's rules and that the hotel received the money. I called the hotel and they have no record of the reservation. I don't know why anyone would use Priceline.com. They don't have the best prices, they charge an excessive service charge and they don't give full refunds on cancellations.

We arrived at our hotel to be told they did not get my reservation and that it is Priceline's fault because when booking bundles with American Airlines, the hotel confirmation does not come through. This was a Hyatt in San Antonio which I will NEVER use Hyatt again just like I will never use Priceline again. My husband and I spent almost 4 hours in a hotel lobby on Valentine's because Priceline messed up. We missed our dinner reservations and ended up having to get a hotel in Austin on our own. Also, Priceline could not find a replacement hotel because I booked a 5 star hotel and they would not allow me to be booked into anything less than a 5 star hotel even though I said that was ok. The person on the phone said the management would not allow me to be booked in a 4 star hotel.

So, my husband and I had to book our own hotel 1.5 hours away from San Antonio because there was a conference and everything was booked. We drove daily 1.5 hours between San Antonio and Austin to do all the things I had planned for our Valentine's Day weekend. Priceline refunded my hotel cost plus 20% but that does not cover all the time I had to spend in a car, additional fuel cost and the additional cost of a last minute hotel. I will NEVER use Priceline again and will let anyone know who ask what a bad experience I had.

After going through their back office process, they denied the cancellation. They said the hotel was not approving. I explained the situation and reopened. They continue to decline my request. They say the hotel doesn’t approve it. And there’s no way for them to process a cancellation without an override code from the hotel.

I’ve had to call the hotel and get the name of somebody who approved it. I’ve provided that to Priceline and yet they continue to decline. Their partner that does this is in China. And can only send emails because of the language issue. I’ve told them repeatedly the name of the person they can talk to at the hotel. They then asked me to request a written approval for cancellation from the hotel. I’m fed up. It’s not my job. And I’m the customer! I finally got a supervisor to call the hotel and he heard himself that they are approving the cancellation. But he requested it in writing. I have no faith that this is going to ever get resolved! I purchased insurance with the expectation that it would cover emergencies; however, I found that claiming a refund was excessively complicated. To have my request considered, I was required to provide a doctor's note containing personal medical details. This requirement seems unreasonable, especially when one purchases insurance for protection against unforeseen circumstances.

Additionally, my interactions with customer service were disappointing. Communication was often unclear, and I encountered representatives who appeared uninformed about the policies. I have been attempting to resolve this issue for two weeks without success. Based on my experience, I recommend that travelers consider booking directly through airlines or hotels, as this approach may provide better deals and more straightforward terms. Pretty sure - I have a ticket I cannot use - and likely will not be able to book the same flight for my wife, same cost, etc - just because AutoFill used her Maiden name and not Married Name. Yes - I do take ownership for not realizing the error - but as easy as they take their "share" you would think they can fix this. I did not know how long I was staying due to health issues either so I piddled for the middle and chose a date blindly like Russian Roulette. That's the way I leave. I suffer from PTSD for several reasons. I booked my flight through Priceline. Not my hotel. I did get a rental car but I had to end up ubering because of web service until I was able to connect. That was at the motel I stayed at. Level 8/ Super 8 Motel. I'll include the review and address here to. Priceline is easy to use but it doesn't always automatically connect and I prefer to use a safe network. On with the motel....

I have stayed here in the past. Nice Motel. Great staff. They're renovating. My only issue was that the manager said there is breakfast in the morning at check in but there isn't but we all lie. So what, small price for a great stay. Additionally, there is a rental fee but you get that back at check out. They don't tell you when you check in but it's a language barrier perhaps or the way it's explained. Gets lost in interpretation. Manager called my room and apologized. I was heated to say the least. I felt hella better after she called. Enjoyed the rest of my stay.

Cleaning staff is helpful but many don't speak English- go to the office for assistance. Quick trip - health related. I accidentally booked my trip an extra day out but was able to get a flight one day earlier. Did not accomplish what I needed to do. LA at least Inglewood is not as busy as it used to be but I've said that previously. It's a shame. Beautiful city with much to do. Intuit and Kia stadiums are great. Lots of entertainment. Best part about the town, I was able to walk freely both day and night without problems. I caught a bus back to the airport the day I was returning home. Easy peasy - short walk from the hotel but I only had a purse and bookbag. It's doable with a small suitcase or duffel in my opinion.

Now, because of the airline I book suffered a fatal crash in the airport I was heading to, priceline refuses to issue a refund stating I did not purchase insurance to allow me to get a refund. They are scammers who want to keep your money. They also hide behind "airline policy" yet when I called the airline for a refund, they told me I had to contact priceline for any refunds since I purchased the package through them. They will do anything in their power to keep your money. Do yourselves a favor and go elsewhere!

I booked a hotel through Priceline that was a combo deal with a flight from Spirit Air. The hotel is listed on Priceline as 4 stars. You can even see from my photo it has 4 stars. The pictures looked great. When I arrived the hotel was NOTHING like the listing so I called Priceline and let them know there were roaches in the room and trash just swept in piles in the hotel hallway as well as general construction and moldy smell throughout the hotel. The hotel would not refund me due to the fact I had not canceled the day before check in per their policy. I had expected Priceline to help since their site is where I had booked and they had a scam of a misrepresentation of the hotel.

I was told by the first employee I spoke with they could give me a 50% refund if the hotel wouldn’t refund me the next day when the manager was in, but the next day I was told that wasn’t possible and they could only give me a 20% coupon for a future booking. I obviously had to rent a room at another hotel for the 2 nights I was traveling so I basically just lost hundreds of dollars on the first hotel booking because they would not refund me. All of the customer service people were very difficult to understand due to being located in a foreign call center and did not seem to care at all about the situation. This was a special trip for my daughter and it really was quite upsetting. I will never again use or recommend Priceline due to the horrible false advertising on their website and their lack of standing by the products they are selling people.

I’ll update this review if possible after our stay to say if the hotel was as promised in the original booking info (quality, cleanliness, etc.). I used our employee discount portal, PerksAtWork to book travel. The site does not say or show that the travel bargains it is negotiating for you are rebranded Priceline. I would have never bought from them had they reflected this partnership! Now I need to make a change and there is a $199 change fee and the price difference of fare. They cobbled flights together between Delta and Virgin, but somehow Virgin owns the whole ticket. Checking online for price difference, I found something palatable. However, the flight I was offered was more than that which I found online. To change ($199) and difference (700) after tax and fees. Insurance only covers Covid, which is over. There is NO option to use partial or full credit toward any future flight. I had to know dates of future flight and arrangements have to be finalized before the original date of flight. It is set up to make sure you lose the value of your ticket if you need a change.

Be diligent when booking through Priceline. The confirmation process asks for a credit card to make your reservation, just like any other hotel/car rental/booking. What I didn't realize (and what they did not make clear) is that you are paying hundreds of dollars just to use Priceline's website, and will later be charged hundreds of dollars by Hertz (or whatever rental you go through) to pay for the fees associated with the rental car. Up front I was under the impression that the quote given by Priceline is what I would pay, not being told that Hertz would pile on their own slew of charges for the same reservation. There are a bunch of hidden fees, and I honestly feel like I just got scammed by very misleading advertising. Do not use Priceline if you don't want to be swindled.

Very Disappointed with Agent Z. ** and Priceline. I had a disappointing experience with Agent Z. ** when booking a cruise for me and my sisters. He provided a quote on Friday evening, and I told him I needed to confirm with my sisters before booking. He assured me that the price would not change and mentioned that if I wanted, I could book with another agent since my information was in the system. I made it clear that I would wait until he returned to work the following Tuesday (after the holiday) so that he could receive the credit for the booking.

However, when I spoke with him on Tuesday, the price had increased by $700 compared to the original quote. Although he apologized and acknowledged it was his mistake, there was no effort to resolve the issue or adjust the price. He mentioned speaking to a supervisor, but ultimately, I received no follow-up email or acknowledgment of the matter from him or Priceline. I ended up going to Liberty Travel and securing the same cruise for the original price I was quoted by Priceline. This experience was both frustrating and unprofessional, and I am very disappointed with how Priceline handled the.

I needed to tweak the reservation a little bit so I called Dollar and was advised any changes had to be done via Priceline. I reached out to Priceline and was advised I would have to cancel my reservation and remake one. It was a minor change so I just left the reservation as is. When I picked up my car I was downgraded to a lower class car, I said something to the agent but it fell on deaf ears so I decided I would just take it up with Priceline.

When I called Priceline looking for a credit I was told I needed to deal with the rental agency. I explained that I paid Priceline and I am Priceline customer. Why should I call Dollar? They told me I needed to go to the Dollar website and fill out the complaint form. No such tab on the website as I checked while on the phone. They then told me I need to google dollar complaints. Nope I do not, I called and disputed charges. Never ever again will I use this shady company, I was warned by a co-worker not to use them, I should have listened.

Our Horrible Experience at this hotel! Confirmation number **, Rodeway Inn South Miami-Coral Gables, 5959 SW 71st Street Miami FL 33143. We stayed only the night of the 17th of January. Here are the intolerable conditions under which we barely slept and withstood because had no other place to go at the moment.

    1. People in another room with a blaring loud TV, blasting all night.
    2. People running and laughing through the hallways at 2 and 3 in the morning.
    3. The toilet did not work properly and took a long time to flush.
    4. There was no refrigerator nor microwave in the room, a bare minimum in most hotels nowadays.
    5. The mattresses in the beds were literally sinking; we also found human hairs and clipped nails on the sheets.
    6. The stench of humidity and mold was super strong, and it made us, including our special needs daughter, start coughing.
    7. Everywhere you walked was full of water on the floor: hallways, the parking garage.

    8. The “hotel” looked and felt more like a half-way house, with shady looking characters milling around.

How can a supposedly reputable company, like Priceline, not do their research of the premises they endorse in its platform. It is shameful, and abusive. WE WANT OUR MONEY REFUNDED, BECAUSE OF THIS AWFUL EXPERIENCE. And I will certainly post these comments as reviews everywhere I can!

The three women working at the newish Phoenix Az spot are the worst representation of helpful customer service EVER. There was a poor woman from Italy desperately trying to get her car, manage her family, there is nowhere to sit, and communicate with women that only want to talk to each other and BLAST Videos. There is a sign up log when you walk in but you wouldn't know it because there is nothing to indicate it and no one there will tell you.

So you can stand in line as long as you want, and with 2 people helping you, the third left in the middle of a line of people stating "That was my last car", you won't be helped because...you didn't sign the LOG. THEN...there is nowhere to indicate where to stand outside to wait for the Shuttle so when he arrived he pulled 45 feet further forward and YELLED out the door "WELL, if you are going to all stand where I need to park you DESERVE to walk to get on the bus" DIRECT QUOTE. I have been renting cars for years...This is the WORST I have ever seen. They need to go back to Miami. That is where this branch flooded in from and imported many of its workers because no one here wanted to work for them, and they won't pay Airport fees so they cannot be onsite. I noticed the room was dirty but figured I'd make the best of it then pick a different room the next night after being tired from working 13 hrs. I cleaned the tub then took a shower. There were no towels so I'm glad I had my own. Then I get out the shower and go to sink. I see a roach. I kill it and am getting more skeptical about my stay. I put my blanket over the bed and sit down drying off. I finish drying off and moisturizing then I see another roach. At this point I'm done so I start gathering my stuff and see a third roach. I go to front desk and the door is locked and the lady working act like she didn't notice me and wouldn't respond. So I try and find a way to contact Priceline.

I couldn't get anyone when calling so did instant chat with them but all they would tell me was to call that number so I left the motel. I have been using Priceline for many years that they call me a "gold member" not that it comes with any benefits. I am very disappointed with a recent transaction, which I would like to share to express my frustration and also to make others aware of a problem which is not clear. I purchased a round trip ticket from Dubai to Boston for an elderly family member with insurance. I was told by a priceline custom service member at the time of purchase that the ticket with insurance gives the option to make changes for unavoidable reasons including health problems, mechanical issues with the flight or flight cancellations. I paid the extra and purchased the insurance to have that option as my family member has some health issues.

Two days before the departure of the return flight the family member got sick and I was advised by healthcare professional it's not safe for the person to travel. It would be very irresponsible to make the person travel inconveniencing herself and potentially making other passengers sick. I contacted priceline two days ahead of the return trip (Boston to Dubai) to make changes to the reservation and I was told that I can't do that as the ticket has been partially used meaning the ticket was used for one way (Dubai to Boston), which came as a total surprise to me.

The insurance offered by priceline is confusing to say the least and in fact it seems like a scam. I would not recommend using it unless you get clarification on all different scenarios (which may be hard to imagine as life is full of surprises!). I don't see any advantage using priceline over other online sites where tickets can be purchased for just about the same price or even cheaper at times. This has been a very bad experience for me and will not use priceline anymore for my travels.
