Priceline is cheap because they compensate by giving you a code for 15% off of your next booking. If there is something wrong with your booking, the hotel will say, "Sorry you went through Priceline", then Priceline will say, "Sorry it was in our disclosures." It is a racket and takes advantage of people who have good faith in a hotel to provide a room that as advertised, which would be safe, clean and have working amenities.
My hotel was completely booked. My room - $250/night Marriott - had a broken air conditioner. The hotel could not move us rooms and promised to compensate us. So I left and never received compensation because I booked through Priceline. I lost respect for Marriott who would take my money after letting me sweat in a room all night long (with children) and then use Priceline as a scapegoat to not fix the situation.

Over the past weekend we went to a family wedding four hours away and had booked the hotel through Priceline. We show up Friday at 4 pm to Knights Inn (the hotel we had booked weeks ago).. we were told that priceline had cancelled our reservation (we did not receive a refund or an email of this) and too bad because the hotel was now fully booked. We were on the phone with priceline for over an hour and a half and they basically said sorry and would refund us the money. We explained we didn’t want a refund. We wanted a hotel room for two nights that we had previously booked. They did not help us find a new hotel and basically just said, "Too bad. Figure it out on your own." I will never use Priceline again as the area was fully booked (busy city and it was a weekend) and the company was extremely rude and unhelpful even though it was THEIR fault they cancelled our reservation and didn’t have the courtesy to tell us or initially send a refund.

I had made a reservation for August 2021, due to circumstances, I had to cancel the package. Priceline reserved my airline ticket for another date. The date came. I called on October 14, 2021, to use my reserve ticket with United Airlines. Priceline did not notify me of the changes with the airline and Priceline. The customer service agent never received the new trip number, so Priceline never booked my reservation. I talked to 8 different agents, was placed on hold three times for more than 2 hours, and kept hanging up. I was put on hold many times by Priceline without being able to resolve my problem. I will make sure none of my family/ friends ever use Priceline. It is the worst experience I've ever had. I will never use this booking company ever. So disappointed and mad.

I stayed at a facility that Priceline introduced me to. Sadly, although Priceline made money off of me, their intent seems to be to side with the host facility on issues rather than protect consumers (THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION PROTECTS POSTINGS SUCH AS THIS i.e. THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT). Point: I stayed at a facility that was so enraged that I called Priceline and complained about broken elevators, no service, being harassed in the parking lot (I PAID FOR 3 DAYS...STAYED A DAY AND A PART OF A DAY...THEN COMPLAINED AND DEPARTED ALTHOUGH I KNEW I'D GET NO REFUND) that she kept my 100$ deposit.
Did she tell Priceline that I was disruptive or damaged items? No. She never mentioned one time that I was a problem. I recorded Jason (Priceline records their calls) Kansas being a one-party state. She just kept 100$ because she she felt like it. Priceline said they'd have manager call. No. They said I would receive emails. No. I'd suggest to the public that Priceline gets paid whether or not you are happy, sad, are harassed or cheater EVEN THOUGH PRICELINE INTRODUCES YOU TO THE FACILITY. Priceline.

The representatives were polite and did their best to provide the information they're obligated to give. I wish I could explain my situation better, but in short, my fiancé is being charged an unnecessary $186 for a rental car that won't even get used. I understand that there are policies in place, but having to call Priceline multiple times to adjust to military changes doesn't make the experience enjoyable. As a civilian, any form of on-base changes are out of my hands and I have no other choice but to go with the new schedule. Having to discuss "non-refundable" charges is the last thing I want to do when it comes to seeing my airman. I appreciate the good customer service, but I'm disappointed with Priceline's inability to accommodate fluctuating military family schedules.

I made a reservation to rent a car through Priceline. They asked for my debit card information which I provided assuming the charge would go through when I picked up the rental car. When I got to the rental agency, they refused to accept the debit card with which I made the reservation. Thrifty only accepts major credit cards. Since I could not rent the car, I was shocked to see the charge on my bank statement. I called both companies. Thrifty assured me that they could not receive payment since I hadn’t use their services. Priceline told me that they would not refund me even though the money would not be going to thrifty. In other words Priceline pocketed all of my money for no service in return. This was very deceptive, and I refuse to give my business to such a dishonest company in the future.

I booked a hotel through Priceline and when arriving in my room there was a roach. I immediately checked out of the room. I contacted Priceline which the refund process seemed very much a scam. I was told to record my name, answer a lot of questions, was connected to another Automated advertisement offer and he asked me to accept an offer from home protector plus which I declined. I was told to call another phone number after talking to this man for a half hour. He had a very deep Indian accent and when I asked for his contact information he told me his name was Michael **. And did not give me any further information.
I will never go through Priceline again. It is a complete scam and I contacted my credit card company since I did not receive a refund. It’s been 11 days and I was told 7 to 10 days and I was also signed up for that protector plus account which I said no to twice. I requested a new credit card and will be refunded any transactions listed above from my credit card company which I went through PayPal as well.

My first time to book a package deal; flight and hotel were fine, the problem was with the car rental. When I went to pick it up I was told they needed a $250 deposit. I researched all my emails from them and nowhere did it state that. When I googled it all I could find was they might charge $100. Called Priceline that evening and was told I could pick up another car the next morning at the rental agency in town where I was. When I got there the person couldn't find anything about it in the computer and I got charged an exorbitant price. My final call to Priceline is that they refunded my original cost for the rental, but I'm still out almost $550 for taxis, Ubers and rental. Will never use them again!

I gave 1 star in my previous review. After hours of being on the phone and waiting for return calls I finally spoke to a supervisor at Priceline and after another couple of hours the problem was fixed. I have added an additional 2 stars because the supervisor made the attempt to help and made the adjustments to make the connection times possible. I will not use Priceline in the future.

A confirmed & paid for flight times were changed by the airline, allowing 35 connections at O’Hare making it impossible to manage & the airport for the connection is very small with limited incoming flights which means the flight would be missed. The airline cannot make any adjustments to a Priceline booked reservation, Priceline has refused to help in any way. They say I must go through the airline, the airline says I must go through the booking agent. Priceline says not to call them for any issues until the flight is 7 days away (I call a month away as it is a holiday time flight) however they tell me the schedule change was emailed 3 weeks before I called to have the changes imposed by the airline adjusted and Priceline says that their email is my acceptance of the change.
I am a VIP member and I will stop booking anything through Priceline. There are many other booking agencies or I will book through the airline or rental car company directly. Priceline has no customer service, does not honor their commitments and lies to the customer. In my situation there was no way I can do anything differently but I am being made to literally pay the price for other's actions.

As a third-party agent for flights, hotels and rentals; you guys have a lot of things that need to be corrected for your business. It baffles me how you guys always say you have no control over credit, cancellation and or ticket change. You guys have us call the airlines to do all the work and then have the nerve to charge fees for policies because we had to call the airline direct because Priceline employees tell us "they have no control". You guys have a app, website and call center but your prices on the application & website are different and are for "new customers & new bookings only" which does not make sense on two parts because for one why are those prices considered for only new customers & new bookings but available to everyone and how the hell do you guys in the call center not see the same prices offered on website & app. Then what is the purpose of a VIP if it sucks???
I am disappointed that I had a credit of 193$ from May of 2021 & when trying to rebook you guys tell me you can't do a damn thing & I have to call the airline direct. You guys tried having me pay about 200$ with you to use my credit of 193$ and when called the airline direct I still had to come out of pocket 100$ for a damn fee per person oh for ticket change that you guys make us do with the airline direct because you guys "can't do not a thing".

So it was going to be my family's 1st family vacation out of state, and we wanted to fly, (and would be our first flight as well). Not only does this service tell you that details are not available until after you purchase the package, but it only gives you 24 hours to cancel. Ok, so that part we understood, however we bought an insurance package as well should something happen during the trip or prior that would make the trip not happen (which mind you is an additional couple hundred).
First issue, I had to call the airline directly due to the seats not being together, they had a toddler and its parents all sitting in separate seating (because they don't give you the option to choose your seating in the plane), I had called Priceline and they told me (after waiting about an hour to get a representative mind you) that I had to call the airlines representative to change my seating (and promptly hung up right afterwards). So after doing that still separate seating but at least the toddler was seated with one of the parents.
Second issue, had rented a car for the week as well, which according to Priceline the car was supposed to be supplied at the airport after the flight. WRONG. Flight was an evening flight, which would not arrive until approx 12:30 am.... the said rental would only be available at the dealership 12 hours later for pick up. Same issue at the end of the trip... would have to drop the car off at said dealership even though the flight was an evening flight. So in all, package stated prior to purchasing that said car was supplied and delivered as soon as flight arrived, and could deliver prior to flight leaving... FALSE.
Third and final issue. Due to medical reasons, we had to cancel the vacation, and instead of Priceline telling us, "No problem," we had to personally call each service ourselves, and Priceline is also fighting us about a refund (which Insurance plainly states for medical documented reasons can be fully refunded). In all, I highly highly recommend if you are looking for a getaway for your family, take the extra five minutes and don't use this service. If you do, I hope you have a lawyer ready and court fees available.

I will NOT recommend you to use Priceline.com which is the worst one and they refused to reschedule our one flight inside Norway. I waited for Priceline.com for 2 hours and then it was disconnected. I called again and its automatic answering machine asked for my phone number. That was last summer. I waited for them to answer back which never happened. It was done twice.
Recently I called and left my phone number again. I finally got the call from Priceline and they said, "Sorry, your credits were expired last January." When I called to complain in August, the Priceline representative apologized profusely for me not receiving the refund and said that she would put my case in a priority category.
Two months later, I have not received anything. I have called Priceline multiple times since and made no headway in receiving my refund. For example, I called this morning. The first agent confirmed that Priceline had received the refund from Emirates months ago, then passed my call to a "manager." I re-explained the situation for the umpteenth time to the manager, who told me that I would be on hold for "a few" minutes while he looked up the information again. After being on hold for 45 minutes, the call was terminated by Priceline. This is a very obvious instance of a very typical and dishonest stalling technique. Priceline is clearly hoping that I will eventually give up and let them keep over $1000 of my money. I don't know what possessed me to book with Priceline instead of directly with the airline, but I won't make that mistake again.

I called back multiple times and waited and waited on the phone. I ended up purchasing new tickets to get home which cost me over a thousand dollars including the flight, luggage, new Covid test and hotels day. Not to mention a 13 hour layover and a days work missed. It was a frightening experience and I will never recommend this company to anyone.

On September 10, 2021 due to hurricane Ida hitting Louisiana and my car being damaged I rented a rental car through Priceline with Thrifty Rental. Got to the airport, was informed they didn't have any vehicles. That had been calling Priceline telling them repeatedly they didn't have any vehicles due to the hurricane here in Louisiana to remove their company from the site. The rates to rent a car was already expensive for just one week it was $440 for a car.
I called Priceline and was informed that if I book a car with a another company they would refund me the difference. While on the phone with the Priceline representative I booked a car with Budget rental car for $560 for the same dates adding up to a week. The representative was informed by the Budget representative they were out of cars as well by but would give me the last car available. I submitted my receipt as informed by Priceline that they should refund me the difference. To later be told by Priceline they are not refunding me because it was a different vehicle. So I paid $560 to rent a overpriced car for one week. Companies should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of customers especially during a crisis such as a hurricane. I am very disappointed.

On October 2, 2021 my we tried to book a hotel through Priceline in the San Antonio area. We clicked on the pricebreaking deal. However when we selected a hotel and went to the payment page an error pop up on the website said "This deal you have selected is no longer available. Please select another." We did so and paid for that hotel. No confirmation was sent until 3 hours later to our email. Then 7 minutes after receiving that confirmation we received a second confirmation for the first deal we attempted to pay for, the price breaking deal- the one that we were told was unavailable. So then we were double booked. Two hotels on the same night in the same town. This was a system error. We called customer service and explained. After 40 minutes with a representative we were told there was nothing he could do. We asked to speak to a manager, he said he would transfer us and after waiting another 15 minutes the call was dropped.
We then called again. Same thing, after 20 minutes we were told they could not do anything. We asked again to speak to a supervisor, the supervisor said they needed to call the hotels and ask if they could refund us, we were told they called the hotels and the hotels said no and there was nothing we could do about it. We told the supervisor in detail how this was an error on priceline's system and we were being double charged. We were not asking to cancel both. We were asking for a refund in the pricebreaking deal that should have never been charged. What was suppose to be a nice getaway turned into an expensive night of tears with no resolution or apology or offer to help from priceline. We will not be using priceline moving forward and will book directly with hotels. We will share our experience as well with all our friends and family to caution them of priceline's customer service.

I made a huge mistake and booked a trip through Priceline. My trip was to South Lake Tahoe. I needed to cancel my trip because of the Caldor Fire which forced roads and businesses to temporarily close down. I physically was not able to make it to this reservation due to this devastating natural disaster. I have called Priceline customer service 7 times and explained my situation each time, even though they have notes in my account about my situation. Every time they say they are unable to issue the refund due to the hotel. The hotel I was supposed to stay at has been extremely helpful and communicative. The hotel even provided an email address for Priceline to contact so they can sort everything out.
The hotel has not made any charges to my account and have confirmed that if a refund is issued it must be issued through Priceline. Priceline customer service representatives are not actually giving solutions, they are clearly reading off of a script and giving out empty apologize. I have requested an email address for Priceline customer service and was told these issues can only be handled via “bot Agent” or phone rep. What kind of company refuses to provide and email address to resolve inquiries?! I’m fed up and disappointed in Priceline as a company. I hope anyone reading this is dissuaded from using their services. Either book directly through the hotel or maybe booking.com. I was able to cancel my hotel reservation with them stress free. I called once to explain how the fires would not allow me to travel to my destination safely, and they cancelled and refunded me all at once.

Very rude customer service. I’ve used Priceline on several occasions in the past but my last trip to Puerto Rico definitely made me realize that using Priceline is not the wisest option. I made a reservation a day before the check in and the next day I found the same room way cheaper than the price that I’ve paid for. When I called them they let me wait on the line for about 20 minutes to see what they can do and he said that he is talking with his supervisor to see what’s the best offer that he can give me but he ended up transferring me to another customer service representative and then they hanged up, and I called again but after waiting on the line for more than 40 minutes they told me that I have to pay a penalty which is basically the price of the first night.
My question is why they didn’t told me that from the beginning instead of leaving me on the line? It is obvious that Priceline doesn’t care about the customers at all. I would advise everyone that is thinking to use this website to think twice before and use a website that has a free cancellation anytime and with a better customer service.

It is a public website after all. After many minutes of the runaround I was told a supervisor would be calling me and after hours they finally did. The supervisor told me the same spiel of. I reserved and paid for my booking back in February of 2021 at the Palazzo at the Venetian. When I got to the hotel in September for my trip, I was told by the hotel that no rooms were available without doing an upgrade. How can a room that you booked not be available?
Afterwards, when I reached out to Priceline to ask them why a room was not available, they called the hotel. The hotel made up a lie about telling me that there were no rooms available at that moment. In fact, the Palazzo hotel directly stated to me that there were no rooms available and did not give me an option to wait around for another room to open up. Instead they told me that I would need to upgrade. Priceline took the word of the hotel over their customers and said that because the hotel told me there were rooms available, they were not going to honor the original pricing by provided by Priceline. Save your energy and use another online option for hotel booking versus Priceline. Using them for this trip ended up costing me hundreds of dollars.

Reservations were made through Priceline and paid with a credit or debit card but upon arriving at Hotel I was being charged again. They ask for my credit card that I paid with and a security deposit of $100 dollars. Ok no problem, I present my card and assume that I am only being charged a refundable deposit. One Hotel charged me three times in one day!!! How the hell is that possible?? We do not live in the days of pen and paper ledgers the information is right in front of your nose stating payment has been made already. The next day I desired to stay again and booked a room as I did before and when I got to the hotel they couldn’t find my reservation. But they did whatever they did and I got a room. Then I look at bank statement and was charge twice for the same night. Found out the reason they couldn’t find my room was because it wasn’t under my real name. It somehow booked the room as my name on the email name I used which was boss man. So who’s at fault here? I began contacting Priceline on August 3, 2021 and have continuously been given the “runaround” Ever since. Every call has ended with "I will email…. I booked a hotel through Priceline on a summer deal. I got a very good rate on the hotel. After flying for 6 hours we got to the hotel, Ramada, and when I went to check in that immediately said that they were overbooked and had no rooms available. They gave me the number of the different hotel that had availability. I asked them about the price for the hotel and they said it would be the rate the hotel had available. They then told me I would need to contact Priceline and they would give me a refund. I contacted the hotel they gave me and they gave me a price of $179 a night and my rate thru Priceline was $67 a night. I called Priceline on the phone and explained my situation to them of having the hotel overbooked and asked them what are my options. We were on hold for about 15 minutes and Priceline came back and said, "We can refund you the money," and give me an extra $20 (I was grateful for refund).
It is now 11:30 at night, my wife and 2 daughters are without a hotel room, and the price is going to be over double for my 2 night stay. Priceline didn’t offer to help find another hotel room, or offer any other suggestions. Very disappointed with Priceline and Ramada for that matter. I had a similar experience with an overbook 3 years ago, where when I showed up at the hotel they explained to me that they had overbooked, but that they had arranged for us to stay at another hotel for the same price. They had taken care of the problem. Not very happy with Priceline because I booked the hotel through them, with a guaranteed rate, and I was not allowed to cancel or change my reservation, I’m assuming that this kind of problem would not happen. After long flights, late night arrivals and not any help would not recommend Priceline’s customer service.

If I could give Priceline 0 stars, I would. Our entire experience with them has been horrible. We booked our honeymoon flights through Priceline. When we arrived to the airport we found out that our flights had been changed and that Priceline had failed to inform us of this change (they actually sent us a confirmation email that day with the incorrect flights!). So, of course we missed our first flight. This lead to us making our own way through several airports over the course of 24 hours to get to our destination. We attempted to contact Priceline while we made our way to our destination to no avail. We were on hold for hours and after all that they disconnected the call. We never received any compensation for this.
Now let's talk about the flights home- after all this we decided to check on our returning flights to ensure that this did not happen a second time. Well, lo-and-behold, our flights were royally messed up again (thankfully we checked well before we were supposed to fly home). They had somehow managed to change our flights from St. Thomas to Portland (original) to San Juan to Portland. For those who don't know, St. Thomas is in the US Virgin Islands which does not require a passport for US citizens, and San Juan is in Puerto Rico which does require a passport. We literally had no way to even get to San Juan to return home. I don't understand how this could even happen.
We contacted Priceline customer service to try to change the flight to the original or similar St. Thomas to Portland flights. We waited on hold for over an hour while they attempted to find us other flights. While on hold, we decided to try to find flights on our end. We found several acceptable flights in a matter of minutes. Due to the ineptitude of the Priceline customer service employees, we decided to pursue a cancellation and refund instead of rescheduling the flights (especially since they were apparently unable to find any flights from St. Thomas on the day of our departure), and book our own flights home directly through the airline. After being on hold, multiple transfers, and being hung up on by Priceline customer service over a 4 hour period (while on our honeymoon) we finally were able to start the cancellation process. It was a complete nightmare from start to finish and I will NEVER use priceline again.

And there will be charge to me costing my trip more if I take the rental back at a later time which will happen because I am not sitting around an airport for 6.5 hours for my flight.. And of course they didn't have a pool and their continental breakfast is a granola bar in a bag for you and half burnt coffee.
Our room was just horrible. Red stains on the bedsheets. The room smells so bad because I'm guessing they left the AC on the entire time so it just felt wet and it stank. I mean the walls were literally peeling off of this. We found dirty shirts and clothes in between the bed and the wall when we were fixing the blankets. This is not what I had in mind when I booked the motel. Not at all. I am one hundred percent upset about this situation. I had reserved for us to stay one more night here but that's not going to happen. I will pay the extra money to get in a comfortable Motel. This is our first vacation. It's what I wanted. I am contacting Priceline today. They will hopefully make this right with me booking another motel so I guess we will see but they need to do a better job making sure these motels are adequate for kids and not have drug dealers standing all over and have the amenities the person wants.

I booked a room through Priceline at Baymont Inn and Suites in Colorado Springs, CO. I called Priceline because the hotel told me in order to get a refund I had to go through them. I emailed the GM I. writing to request a full refund. We had to leave your facility due to poor health and safety conditions I.e. bloodstained bedding, stains on couch and insecure bathroom sink. I am absolutely horrified and will never stay at a Baymont again.
Upon my arrival on August 25th my family and I checked in with Emily around 6pm. According the Priceline checkin was at 3pm. We were told the room wasn’t ready at that time, it was being cleaned as we speak. We decided to grab dinner and come back an hour and half later to room 304. When we came back there was no toilet paper nor towels. I took my daughter to the main floor bathroom and stalled were locked and it appeared that someone barfed all over one stall. I went back down to Emily and she apologized and provided towels and two rolls of toilet paper.
I then went back upstairs to get ready to lay down and notice bloodstain on the sheets of both beds! I walked back downstairs and told Emily to cancel our room. We will not be staying in an unsanitary room. I don’t even care if it was dried blood gross-plus there was hairs all over the bedding. I have pictures included of all this. In addition the room was all beat up and the tub was dirty.
I called Priceline who said there was no number to call the hotel. The customer service rep was from India and had poor communication skills. Their website had the number to the hotel. She said that I would have to wait until Priceline calls the hotel and wait to see if the hotel wants to provide the refund. I asked for a supervisor named Anna. This women was dreadful and tried to offer me 20% off my NEXT booked if I would stay In a room that was unsatisfactory. I asked for her manager to which I was provided a case number and I have to wait for a manager to call me. This company needs to be closed.
A note about the hotel as well. The front desk women Emily when I showed her the pictures said, "Oh it’s dried blood. No worries." I also recommend customer service training and hotel housekeeping training. I had to book another hotel because of these conditions. I have also cc’d the local health department to make them aware of the unsafe conditions.

Priceline was notified of this cancellation but failed to contact me regarding this cancellation. I even received a confirmation email the day before my original flight plan telling me to check in. Furthermore, the online platform had not updated whatsoever and still had my original itinerary listed, despite being cancelled over a month ago. With flights being cancelled on a regular basis due to Covid, one might think that a company of this size would do a better job at letting their customers know of any changes in flights. This is not the case with Priceline. When I called customer service they made me wait over 2 hours just to tell me that there was nothing they could do. I will never use this service again.

We tried to book a room on priceline.com while we were driving but internet was fluctuating so my wife called Priceline. She spoke to Jay and she particularly asked, "Is this the cheapest room available" and he said, "Definitely yes." When internet became available in the service area we checked on priceline.com and the same room in the same hotel was available for $104.00 while Jay gave us for $142.00 which is a deceiving action.
We called back to priceline.com and spoke to Arthur. After explaining the situation he was willing to give us 10 % discount while we were insistent to get same price which was on priceline.com. Arthur put me on hold for long time and came back to tell me that his manager approved same price which was online and he put me on hold to work on it. Since we were driving so call dropped and I called back and Jay came back on line and he told him whole story but he said that Arthur didn't leave documentation and he offered 10% discount again with attitude of take it or leave it. I was really disappointed with priceline.com customer service and on top of that priceline.com told us free breakfast which hotel completely refused. Original review: I booked a hotel with Priceline. The problem is we hit the day after what we needed. I called Priceline within 5-10min of looking at what was booked. They could not change the date or get ahold of the hotel. I called for the next 2 days same results. They was not willing to cancel or refund to correct the date or just change, and they still could not get ahold of the hotel. Priceline did thank me on being a VIP member which I guess means nothing. I called the hotel. Was not able to get ahold of them either. I made the mistake of paying in advance for both car rental and a hotel. This is the most inflexible company to work with should your plans require an amendment to the reservation. First, on the rental car. I paid $1,044 for a rental car in June for a trip that is to be taken in August. They falsely advertised that "inventory is limited" and "book the lowest price now." I discovered a week before my trip that the car could be had for $331. I contacted Priceline to see if they would make this right. Not a chance! They cite policy and in an indirect way tell you to go pound sand. Next, the hotel. I booked a hotel room in Vegas in September and my plans changed. I only needed one night instead of two.
The hotel I'm booked through has a cancellation policy that allows you to cancel without charge up to 24 hours in advance of your arrival. Does Priceline pass that on?? Nope. They keep your money and tell you once again to go pound sand. I will never do business with this corrupt company again. They are one of the only travel sites out there that don't allow changes of any kind on their reservations. If you are foolish enough to book with them, use the pay later option and do NOT pay in advance. There is no advantage and there are clearly disadvantages. Their customer service reps have zero empathy and they could not care less if you are satisfied. Expedia is much better.

DO NOT BOOK WITH PRICELINE!!!! I booked a roundtrip flight for my family with four tickets for American Airline through Priceline for 7/30/21-8/4/21. I booked this for $1568.36 using my JCPenney Mastercard that was charged on 4/12/21. On 8/1/21, we called to extend our trip by two days and change our returning flight to 8/6/21 and were told we would have to pay the difference in flight cost. We gave them my girlfriend's Chase credit card number to charge this difference of $819.76. However, after returning home we saw that both her Chase credit card and my Mastercard were charged for the $819.76.
We called Priceline on 8/8/21 and were put on hold, hung up on and spent hours talking to several representatives. This eventually lead to them telling us they couldn’t see a charge of this amount on the JCPenney Mastercard (original payment method) and I told them I could send them screenshots of our billing activity. After once again being transferred, hung up on, put on hold, they said they would send me an email with a way to submit the screenshots. The email they sent me was for a request of refund due to a death and requesting a death certificate. At that point in frustration, I asked to speak to a supervisor, told I was going to be transferred and was hung up on again.
We called back again that night and sent the email to the agent we spoke to then, were told to wait 48-72 hours to hear back from their accounting department. It is now 8/13/21 and we called to see why we haven’t heard back yet. I spoke to multiple people who keep asking for all the details (even though I’m told it’s on file) and keep putting me on hold, transferring me to different departments, and again I keep getting disconnected. Each time I call or am transferred I’m automatically put on a call back wait list for 30-60+ minutes. I can’t get a straight answer or help from any of their agents.
I would like to add that this all started with spending HOURS on the phone to reschedule our flight and extend our vacation. We wasted hours on the phone with Priceline during our trip, even while hiking a mountain in 100 degree weather in Arizona. We were told that the difference would initially be around $500, would be put on hold and disconnected, call back and the price would go up. I asked to speak to a supervisor after being extremely frustrated from the holding times, hang ups and increase in price (they said the initial flight was cheaper but was booked up, which didn't appear so online, and I would have been able to book it if they hadn’t repeatedly hung up on me and put me on hold). While the supervisor was “seeing what he could do for us” he put us on hold AGAIN and AGAIN and then hung up on us. Never received a call back. We decided not to waste any more hours of our vacation time dealing with Priceline only to return home and see we were charged the ~$820 TWICE!!

The small old shower was behind the door and you literally had to almost be sitting on the toilet to open the door. No one was there when we checked in (they sent us an email saying that someone would only be there to check us in between 3 pm-5 pm). We showed up at 3:45- no one was there- office was dark, no notes. I tried to call- no answer. As I was about to leave- there was a small note to the right of the door that said that we could pick up our keys on the side table by the door. Got our keys with a letter that said check-out time was now an hour earlier than what Priceline had advertised.
Got to our room- and my stomach immediately got a knot. I could not find the bathroom- thought we did not get one; then saw it behind the entrance to the room. Started to unpack when we saw the first hairs on the pillows on the bed. Then more hair. Several long black hairs (I'm blonde and my husband shaved his head). We pulled back the covers to reveal even more- There had to be over 60 long black hairs. I was sickened. At the bottom of the bed were red stains- I was so grossed out I just wanted to get out of there. I called the phone number for the front desk- No Answer- pushed button to leave a message- hung up on me. Called again- the same thing. Called 2nd number for emergencies - No Answer- Left a Message.
We went to dinner- a few hours later- getting closer to dark- still no answer. Called again. Nothing. We ventured downstairs to look for clean sheets. We found some cabinets with sheets in them. Not the right size sheets and not blankets, but we grabbed what looked to be cleaned to make a makeshift bed. We sanitized the room and bed with Clorox wipes- put the small sheets to cover the bottom and each had a small sheet to cover up with. That's how we spent our 2 nights. When we came down, there was no management there. The only people we saw who "worked there" were 2 young girls probably around 11-13 years old. They brought us breakfast the first morning. I don't think they spoke much English and we did not want to complain to children.
So Disappointed in PRICELINE for advertising and promoting a trashy place like this. We called Priceline to share, and they said they reached out to The Lodge people (after several, several attempts) and they told them that we never called or told them anything was wrong. I told her "only if I get refunded right away and definitely not if it means I lose 175$." She put me on hold and came back with "good news". She was able to cancel and get a full refund and it will only be 24 hours to come back into my bank. So this was not good news to me cause I only had 120$ more and as a platinum member. 175 was the cheapest possible hotel.
I'd been awake for several days and was so tired after a whole day trying to get them to reverse their mistake or comp me a room and take the money. When it comes in they refused. I will never use them again and now I'm out 300 for a hotel I never stayed at and customer service representative was no help at all just ** you around. They steal your money and they say no cancellation fees but try to charge you half of what it is if you do cancel. Also claim they price match but that's also a lie.

I deserve a full refund, the hotel owner was completely unscrupulous, lied about refunding me, would not let me back in the room, the room was uninhabitable due to bed bugs, a really bad roach infestation and safety hazards like exposed wiring on the property. Priceline would not refund me, citing that the owner said that the property did not have bugs and when I then tried to get the key back to the room since the owner would not refund me in order to prevent the owner from renting out the room again to another unsuspecting victim the owner wouldn’t give me the room key.
I called Priceline back and told them so and they said they’d call the hotel and said the owner told them he was busy booking other guests and he told them to call back the next day. Priceline said they would call him back the next day and then call me back but they never did. Priceline told me they only refund customers if the hotel provides a refund to Priceline. There were several other families in the lobby trying to get refunds from Priceline as well.
The reviews on Priceline, the Priceline app, Google and other sources show that this is a common swindle conducted by Priceline and this particular hotel. The google reviews are dominated by Priceline customers who were similarly swindled. Priceline rents the room under the false pretenses that the hotel is an all suites property of 2.5 star caliber (not a 2.5 star review rating but as being a 2.5 star hotel, which according to ** Priceline ranks a 2.5 star hotel as better than their 2 stars, namely Comfort Inn, Best Western, Ramada Inn, Holiday Inn, Homestead Studio Suites, and La Quinta Inn) but it was clearly below 1 star. The way the scam works is that Priceline tells you that they will be giving you a mystery 2.5 star hotel in the area and then they put you in this atrocious hostel that is not even a 1 star hotel. The hotel reviews on Google Maps mention the following words the following number of times:
Bed bugs 32Worst 80
Hostel 24
Homeless 14
Hell 11
The hotel is rated a 1 star (the lowest possible) on Google and is also listed as the Los Angeles Backpackers Paradise Hostel. That’s right, it’s a hostel not an all suites 2.5 star hotel. Since the owner of the hotel denied me a room in the end I was never given what I paid for so regardless of all else I should have been refunded. I am disputing the charge with my credit card company because this is now beyond simply not liking the room, it's having been denied a room when I paid for one which I will persue in small claims court as thievery as my next step. Also the pool was closed and there was no breakfast so the false advertising continues. For pictures and evidence, please look up the Los Angeles Adventurers Hotel in Priceline and Google. The reviews of Priceline in Consumer Affairs as well as in the Google App Store show others with a very similar, corroberating experience.

Customer service is absolute trash. I tried changing my return date and received no help. All I got was the runaround. One rep tells me a seat is available, but says they need to request a price and me call back. When they call back they tell me the seat is taken. We try another date/time, they say they have a seat a available but just need to confirm the price, they'll call me and tell me THAT seat is taken too. And keep in mind they don't call you back in 5 minutes, they call you back after hours of waiting. And anytime you call them, the wait is more than 2 hours, in which they place you on a call back list.
Basically this entire process could take days, especially if every time they request a quote and call you back, the seat is taken. When they called me back the next day (YES THE NEXT DAY), they told me the seat was taken AGAIN and they need to check another date and get another quote. I hate them, everyone needs to be fired. And they need to learn better customer service. AND even though the seat wasn't available, I was still charged and I still didn't get my return date changed. And I'm still waiting for them to reverse the charge. PRICELINE SUCKS! AVOID AT ALL COST!

I had a last minute business trip from San Diego to Sacramento. I found great prices through Priceline and booked both. The rental stated unlimited miles. When I arrived to Payless rental car to pick up my prepaid car I was told they needed a credit card for the mileage charges and that the unlimited mileage priceline offered was not correct. I left without the car and booked another again through priceline and had the same problem. I called priceline for help but did not get a return call until 3 houses later. By that time I was no longer able to make it to my business meeting or hotel on time. I reached out through BBB and priceline still refuses to take responsibility first their predatory practice of offering the "lowest" price then allowing their partners to change the rules of the prepaid deal. I will NEVER again use priceline.

My experience with the initial purchase was fine, however choosing a rental car was ridiculous. You would pick one and boom unavailable. Went through that process 5 or so times. Once that was solved, we had to change dates and it became a complete nightmare. I had to keep playing phone tag between the actual flight company, car rental, and Priceline customer service. Probably spent an extra 300 in fees (only a 2 day trip) because I used Priceline. I would highly recommend you just book with the rental/flight company. So, I asked for refund to purchase another flight. I called Price line customer service 877-477-7441 -but they never picked up the call and their automated machine said wait until 14 days prior to departure. I have very important BOARD EXAM and cannot wait until last minute for flight change. So, I did prince line chat -they kept saying that they could not refund because of minor change; less than 4 hours. It does not make any sense to me because my trip is not for fun, but for my professional career BOARD EXAM which I cannot change the exam schedule. They still are holding this problem not resolving it.
I RECOMMEND EXPEDIA and DELTA AIRLINES. => They are GREAT!!!! At the same time, Delta Airlines changed their flight schedule (IT WAS MINOR CHANGES - 3 HOURS DIFFERENCE) on my departure trip and THEY REFUNDED me because I cannot accommodate their alternative flight schedule. On Exactly same situation, EXPEDIA and DELTA AIRLINES did it! But what is WRONG with PRICE LINE and AMERICAN AIRLINE???? PRICE LINE, AMERICAN AIRLINES => WORST EVER!!!! EXPEDIA, DELTA AIRLINES => GREAT!!!!

First of all, I have used Priceline many many times. In fact, I am a VIP blue member. We have recently found ourselves in a situation that has been extremely difficult on our family. We were living with my parents, helping them on their farm, as they are getting on up in age. My mother has never liked my husband, or any man that's come into my life for that matter, fathers, etc. She convinced her husband, my step father that my husband was a narsissistic, compulsive dangerous liar and must be kicked out immediately, with nowhere to go, while promising me a new house and everything I could want and need if I divorced him. It was tempting because we have a 5 year old little girl together, and I didnt want to put her in a homeless unstable situation.
I chose to live with my husband, but allowed our little girl to stay with my parents until we could find a place and stabilize. We pick her up about 3 to four times a week depending on if we are not out of town working. Yesterday we decided to take a trip to Pensacola Florida to show our daughter the ocean for the first time. She LOVED it, we had planned to take her back to my mother that night so that she could make it to school on Wednesday. Tomorrow. My mother only lives about 6 hours away. I was so concerned about making sure that my baby wasn't sunburned, lathering her constantly that I forgot about myself and burned myself to the point that I couldnt sit down without getting to the point of tears. We decided to let her stay out of school and get a hotel for the night...
Given how I had used Priceline several times in our homeless state, I chose them to book a room through. My husband had to fix the breaks on the car as they had started to shake quite severely. So we didnt want to drive far from the beach with our precious cargo in such a shaky vehicle, so I looked for the closest hotel to us. Priceline's ad for this particular hotel said that it was 4 miles away from our location. Cool, we could handle that. I felt I had gotten a good deal on this room at 117 a night, whereas usually priceline said it was usually 140 or so a night. That's usually twice as much as my husband and I spend on a room, but because our little one was with us, we wanted to make it special.
There was a pool. Wifi, seemed like she would have a good time. We didnt have a lot of money since living hotel to hotel and in your car is expensive (thanks mom) But we used the child tax credit that the government issued for her which was 250$ for this little trip. As an early birthday present for her. Her birthday is on the 10th of this month. My husband had spend most of our time on the beach that evening fixing the rotors and breaks on our car.
Once we were done at the beach I typed in the GPS for the hotel and it was OVER 20 MILES from our destination! No big deal right? No because once we started heading that way the brakes started to make a terrible knocking noise. My husband figured it wasn't but a simple fix, but didnt want to drive 20 miles with them like that, so pulled over to fix the issue. If it had been 4 miles like the ad stated, we would have just driven to the room, put our daughter to bed, and he fix the issue there. But no, my daughter and I waiting in the car while my husband took care of the issue, which was a minor issue, but still took about 45 minutes to fix. No big deal, I would call the hotel and let them know we were coming and that I didnt want them to cancel our room as no shows.
I call the number for the hotel online and through Priceline, it said that the wireless caller couldnt take phone calls at this time. So I call Priceline and let them know the issue, as well as letting them know that while I was waiting in the car, I found the same room at a much cheaper rate through my google one subscription. Their policy is as a VIP member is that if I found a price cheaper than theirs within 24 hours of booking they would refund me the difference. When I told the lady that I couldnt get ahold of the hotel to tell them we were going to be checking in late, she put me on hold for about 10 minutes. She informed me when she got back on the line that she couldnt get ahold of the hotel on the phone either and would email them that I was checking in late.
At this point, something wasn't sitting right with me. So I asked her if I could cancel, because she had also said that they wouldnt refund me the difference because I had already BOOKED! But yet their policy says within 24 hours OR before midnight the day before my stay, which is where they might have gotten me, but my itinerary said that I had booked on the 4th. For a stay on the 3rd...hmm.When did instant time traveling. No big deal, whatever. I just hoped that when I got to the room. Someone was there to check us in. So my husband fixes the issue with the brakes and we drive 35 minutes to the hotel.
I am in the lobby and the night clerk asks for my name. I told her I had booked through Priceline. She has a real BIG disdain for Priceline. She said that she didnt have any rooms available for one. For two, there was a 150 deposit that was to be paid BEFORE I could book a room. I told her I was not informed as Priceline's policy said they would do if such fees were to be imposed. She said they do this all the time to her hotel. I told her I wanted a refund since I didnt have 150 to deposit, and even if I had had it, THEY DIDNT HAVE A ROOM AVAILABLE.
But the 133 dollars had been taken out of my account already. I told her this and she Priceline is the one whom I paid, not them. But yet when I had asked the representative from Priceline if I could cancel the room earlier, she said they would have to get permission from the hotel and ask if they would refund me the money! So I call Priceline back, I get a different representative this time. I tell him what's going on, he said he will call the hotel to see if they will refund my money. I told him he had to email them, because their phone wasn't working, he said he could only do it over the phone, so I walked back in the lobby and handed the night clerk my phone directly with the Priceline rep still on the phone. She said he KNOWS SHE CANT REFUND THE MONEY. SHE KNEW WHO HE WAS!! He had to email the owner at 8 in the morning. He SOMETIMES would answer emails... omg.
I'm pissed at this point, upset and out 133$ no place to lay my little one down. The Rep asked me if there was anything else he could do for me, as he was going to put a rush on this situation but it would take 2 business days to refund my money IF they even could. I told him we needed a place to stay, and said, "Ok, have a good night....." I look on priceline 2 hours and 45 min later, and see that they have my name posted under that hotel as getting a deal at 117$ and the next person could get it for 90$!!. There arent even rooms available!!! My husband sends me a screenshot of the hotel's website and the original price of the hotel was only 80 something dollars......So now we have to sleep in the car in the Walmart parking lot while our little girl sleeps in the back seat sweating because we cant afford to run the car all night long.
I am so disgusted with Priceline that I will tell everyone I know NOT to use them. My husband and I do google reviews alllll the time, I'm a hair stylist and know lots of people. He is a mobile mechanic and speaks to all types of people as well. I will tell everyone how crooked Priceline is, and how we were rob and tossed to the street. I will NEVER USE them EVER EvER again!!!! They purposely dont tell people about the deposit the night clerk said and then tell them it's a non refundable fee. But people like us, who couldnt afford it get screwed. She has gotten written up so many times for letting people stay in this situation, she will lose her job if she does it again. If my money isn't in my bank account in two days, I will be contacting the BBB, writing my governor, getting everyone that I know to sign a petition to put these people out of buisness!!!

My wife used Priceline to rent a car to be picked up in Denver. Upon arrival the car rental company refused to give her a vehicle (due to confusion over her credit card). She immediately called Priceline and was promised a refund and she was able to rent a car from another company. About 10 days later she received an email from Priceline saying that the rental *had* been used and they were not going to refund (this was before Priceline even contacted the car rental company to verify rental status - we have the emails to prove this). Upon receiving the refusal email from Priceline she initiated a dispute with our credit card company. Subsequently, Priceline notified us that because we had initiated a dispute they were not going to refund. There is over $800 involved and IMHO this is outright theft. Our only recourse now is small claims court but it would probably cost us more in the long run.
We made several contacts with Priceline customer service and although individual agents were sympathetic, every time they researched we were told the same story: because we initiated a dispute they refused to refund. It didn't seem to matter that the dispute was only initiated after the initial refusal letter. Caveat Emptor if you're going to use Priceline: we'll never use them again. Note to Priceline: if you'll honor your commitment to refund the money we paid for an unused rental we will retract this review.

Unfortunately, our flight from Philadelphia was canceled last minute by the airline and we could not arrive at the airport in Seattle for 2 days. We just wanted to pick up the van for the time we reserved and pay the original price for only 5 days of use. Priceline offered a $334 cancellation fee, plus the ability to rent lesser mini-van for $1684. Lesson learned, never worth it to rent from 3rd parties even if it seems like a deal. I do not care whether Tom, Dick and Harry had a nice stay or know nothing about the hospitality industry. Priceline did not indicate anywhere that they were relying on customer reviews. This is active manipulation. This is 2021. Customers have access to information and the ability to change brands and spread their own reviews quickly. I was denied a refund and I asked if I could open a investigation or a case against them and that agent would not assist me in that and she also contacted the hotel and spoke with that same employee that was involved in the incident, instead of speaking with a manager she took this employee's story over mine which was not her right to do. The concern that I told her alone should have got an investigation going on. The agent today said that my issue has been "stuck in a pile of pending issues."
Today I asked to speak to a manager, but was transferred to a "senior agent" (Ross ID#**). As he could not resolve my issue, I asked again to speak to a manager. He took my phone number and assured me that a supervisor named "Coco" would call by the end of the day. It is almost 9PM, and I have received no call. Another concern--check the fees being charged! I recently rented a van through Priceline/Dollar Rental and had one of the worst rental experiences of my life. I reserved and pre-paid for a 7-passenger van in Houston on the dates of June 28-July 6th for a family vacation in Wisconsin. We picked up the vehicle on the 28th AT 6:00PM. My check-in to our Wisconsin destination was for 4pm on June 29th. Around 12:00 PM we noticed that the air stopped working and had to roll the windows down and the check engine light was going off. We pulled over to check what was happening and it appeared that the car was overheating and did not have any antifreeze. My father antifreeze into the car and after waiting for an hour or so we tried to finish our drive to meet our check-in time.
We contacted roadside assistance and was on hold for over an hour only to be told we would need to drive to O’Hare Airport that was 2 hours and 45 mins away (we would not have made it in the car's condition). We stayed on the phone for over 2 hours for Russel to tell us to wait where we were for CHERRY Towing to bring the new vehicle and take the damaged one. I was told it would be between 2-3 hours before they would get there. I called the third-party Tow company two hours and about 20 mins later and was met with a very rude lady that cut me off, over-talked me and hung up on me and my father 3 times. The location we were stopped at told us we would have to leave due to it closing and not being open for waiting after closing. We were in the middle of nowhere.
Our destination was probably an hour and 45 mins away, so we decided to try and make it there. After another half hour of driving still without air the car began to overheat again. During the time of trying to make it to our destination the CHERRY tow company called again and told us they would not be able to make it to the destination due to distance. We spent the next 8 hours driving for 30 min increments, fearful that the car would break down and leave us stranded. At this point it was a little after 2am. We didn’t hear back from anyone until much later the NEXT DAY (WEDNESDAY). We missed the entire first day of our hotel stay and then spent the duration of the next day unable to go anywhere and on the phone for HOURS trying to resolve the issue.
Hertz did secure a different tow truck to come pick up the vehicle WEDNESDAY at 2:27 pm. The tow truck company did not bring a new vehicle with them to replace the one they took. I then called Hertz again and was on the phone ALL day trying to handle the situation as best as possible. Hertz could not find an Uber take me to the nearest airport (2 hours and 40 mins away). They never return calls or kept hanging up. I was told around 9:45 pm after being on the phone all day I would have the new rental brought to me in the morning around 8:30-9 am. When I woke up Thursday morning at 8:30am I called the roadside assistance line for an ETA only to be told they could not release the car due to them not having a location of the rental that was towed Wednesday at 2:27pm.
If I did not take a picture of the paperwork, I signed and of the truck I would not have known myself. I strongly believe I should not have been punished for the company not knowing the location of a car they had towed. The man from Hertz then released the vehicle to be brought to us which was an additional 2 hours and 40 mins away. We had to check out of the hotel at 11:00am. The driver arrived at 11:38am.
I missed 2.5 out of 3 days of my family vacation because I did not have a means of transportation. You can imagine how frustrated I was not only having no car to drive, but also in several run around phone calls with little to no help. I was given several different numbers to call, had been placed on hold hours at a time, even being hung up on by certain representatives. This is unacceptable customer service. I also was told I wouldn’t be able to get anything done until get turn the rental in. I arrived last night around 12:41 am and woke up for 4 to be at the airport for 6:00am only to be told to call Priceline and have them reach out..

They advertise this insurance they sell as insurance for changing or canceling your flight at any time which is completely misleading as it only covers you for medical emergencies not including pre existing conditions or overbooked flights and do not give you these stipulations beforehand, only after it is purchased in an email where it does you no good anyway if you have to cancel for another emergency. Their customer service is a complete joke. Good that will continue to put you on hold or find any excuse not to give you your money back or let you speak to someone in charge there. I would like for my info and account to be deleted. I will never have another association with a company that handles their customer in such a manner. And this will further be posted on YouTube and your own site as well..The customer service rep was rude and had no remorse to the situation of being 13 hours from home with nowhere to stay.

Priceline may get you cheaper deal when coupon used. Express Deal they present might feel good but only with luck. Priceline show you list of their hotels, you pay the price, Priceline choose the hotel for you. Their choice of hotel will be combination of 2 good with 1 cheapest and worst hotel combination, you going great good but end up being disappointed. I can give you my word, you will feel being fooled, stay away from express deal.

I rented a car when I went to a wedding in Birmingham, Alabama. Somehow there was a double reservation. There was one for Hertz and one for Avis. I really think it is Priceline's mistake because it shows an icon for three rental car companies, so my understanding was that the car could be from any of the 3 companies. Avis had a reservation for me so I rented a car from them. About an hour later Hertz called asking if I was going to pick up my car. I told them I already had a car from Avis.
The next day I called Priceline to tell them about the mix-up. The 2 agents I talked to were unhelpful and it sounded like my call was outsourced to another country. They basically told me it was too bad but that they could not refund the money for the Hertz rental even if a mistake was made. I told them I would be disputing the unfair charge with my credit card company and it sounded like they could not care less. My sister was with me and she is a travel agent and she said that agents get many people telling her company they will file a complaint so the agents probably did not even take it seriously. She said I just needed to go ahead and file the dispute, so I filed with my CC company for a refund and am sharing my story and filing a complaint for unfair practices.

Made a car rental reservation online and saw nothing saying it was non refundable. I needed to cancel and was ok with just receiving a credit. However, I was told I received a special rate. There was no refund. Then a few days later I received an email from them saying I could get a better deal under a special rate (that I supposedly already received). However when I called again I was not allowed to make any changes or get a refund. I will never use Priceline again and make it a point to tell others not to as well.

Do not use. We paid for flight and room package to Pensacola Fl. We arrived to hotel at 3 pm for check in and was told no room. Call Priceline. And was sent to La Quinta Inn that had black mold all over the lamp shades and bathroom so we refused that's room. Got a letter from front desk saying we didn't stay. So we had to pay another 650 dollars to find a clean decent quality hotel at 7pm because Priceline couldn't find a room for us but we already paid for it. Now I'm still trying to get my money back for the room 14 days after and they are still trying to tell me it can take 2 billing cycles hahaha what a joke. People please make sure you research this company before they try to steal your hard earned money. I will never use them again. And I hope you dont use them either.

I used Priceline for a one night stay. They sent me to the Super 8 at the Asheville NC airport. When I arrived, the door to my room was already open, the a/c was running, and there were ants all over the floor. Both of the beds had blankets pulled back and wrinkles in the sheets that looked like people had laid there. Upon closer inspection, there was blood splatter on one of the sheets, looking like someone had stuck a needle in themselves in that bed. At this point I'm considering myself lucky that the trespasser was not still present. I returned my keys to the front desk, notified them of the situation, and told them I could not stay there. They told me I needed to contact Priceline for a refund.
I contact Priceline, who seems unconcerned that they sent me into a potentially dangerous situation, and they will not give me a refund unless the hotel owner agrees to it. The hotel owner is "not there" when I call and has not returned my messages. I contacted Priceline again and they are completely unhelpful and will not refund me.

I rented a car in Austin Texas. The car was horrible. Look like it been crashed. I had to take the car because I needed a car while in Texas. I was promised a 20% discount & have never received it, have never seen it, can’t speak to anyone because their customer service will put you on hold and no one comes back. First time using Priceline & will be the last. The worst customer service I have experienced.

I used Priceline to make a hotel reservation. Upon checking into the hotel, within 10 minutes of getting into bed, I found a bed bug crawling on me. I immediately packed up and left the room and went to the front desk. I demanded a full refund since the room was unusable, but the hotel management refused to provide a refund since I had "used the bed". Yes, I had used the bed for 10 minutes before I had a BED BUG crawling on me. The next day I called Priceline and demanded a full refund since the reservation and payment was made through Priceline. Priceline also refused to provide a refund. They sold me a product that was unusable and then refused to provide a refund.
