Horrible!!!! I normally call a hotel directly as I need a handicap accessible room, however, on this stay, the phone button on the Hampton Inn website was NOT the Hampton Inn! The representative answered the phone, "reservation desk" and asked, "How can I reserve your Hampton Inn room." When we got to the hotel, the clerk said that she did not have the room as promised and the room was booked through Expedia... DECEITFUL! Shame on HotelPlanner.com for tricking people into believing they are the Hampton Inn. Not only did they violate the ADA but the Federal Trade Commission for deceitful business practices as well. I am very angry with the entire experience with HotelPlanner.com. I was charged an extra $70 for them to book a room through Expedia and I did not get the type of room they said would be available. BEWARE!

Scam website. Tries to spoof and pretend that they are the hotel reservation desk. Non reservation is actually made and then they charge you fees if you cancel.

I have never been more dissatisfied with an experience in my entire life. We were anticipating an ice storm, and I was looking for somewhere safe for my elderly mother on oxygen to go. I called and asked if the hotel had back up generators, and Fernando told me yes I told him my situation and the reason that I was needing the room and he assured me more than once that the hotel did have backup heat I made a reservation and they charge my card in full once I got done with Fernando. I called the hotel to see if we could check in early because we needed to get my mom in a safe place before the storm hit. I told her what we were doing in.
The lady said that she did not have backup generators in the hotel that if they lost power, it would be just like anybody else losing power putting my mom at the hotel put her farther away from emergency services and was putting her actually in a worse situation. I canceled my reservation. I had bought the refund insurance and now I’m fighting to get the money back. I wouldn’t stay here again for any reason just from the bad situation that we’re going through now my elderly mother is out $1000 because someone either a lied or B didn’t try and verify the situation before they took my money. I would give this a zero star, but I’m afraid it wouldn’t register.

I was booked a room at a hotel with no power. They had been out of power for some time but I was never notified and was instead charged for the room even though when I arrived I was met at the locked door to the hotel and told all reservations were being canceled and to go elsewhere, now I am having to spend my time arguing for a refund for a room that never should have been booked, the hotel was closed when I booked and when I arrived.

I asked you before I booked the room that the hotel had a room and you said yes. Well got to the Regal hotel in Carthage and I was told there was no rooms available!!! So now I’m trying to get my money refunded!!!

Apparently, I was speaking with AI. After taking my info and getting a reservation, I got into some sort of a loop where I was told she would verify my reservation. Then told me that all the reservations were full and I did not have a room. Later I got text verifying my reservation. It was all so confusing! I wish that I had a live person to talk to!

Booked a hotel room for our elderly neighbors who lost power due to ice storm. Christian ** was our sales associate who assured us that this hotel had both a generator and was pet friendly. Upon our arrival, we found THE HOTEL IS COMPLETELY CLOSED. Doors locked. No power. What an incredibly unfair experience, especially given the circumstance for our elderly neighbors. Deserve compensation.

The agent, Richelle, was difficult to understand due to a heavy accent. Considering her accent, she spoke way too fast to be easily understood. I had to ask for clarification several times. She also did not indicate to me that the prices quoted were in US dollars, not Canadian dollars, so I was quite surprised when I looked and saw that the bill was in US dollars. Probably the worst experience in booking a hotel room in my lifetime, and I have booked many hotels. It is very unfortunate that this is the most convenient hotel for patients of several downtown academic hospitals in Toronto. And it is precisely because of this that, as a newly diagnosed cancer patient who has a procedure booked in the middle of a huge snowstorm that I booked the room.

I accidentally contacted HotelPlanner.com when I was actually trying to contact the hotel directly. They would not stop messaging me, even when I asked them not to and explained my error. They repeatedly sent me messages asking me for information about my booking, despite being told I would not be giving them information as it did not involve them. I have requested to be unsubscribed multiple times, yet I am still getting messages. Do not give them your phone number or email address, or you will regret it.

I explicitly asked this person if this was rate for the blocked off rooms for the Miles wedding and provided the code. They point blank assured me that I was booking with the discounted room block. Turns out that was not the case and we can only get half our money back. Absolutely absurd.

Worst experience ever.. I was lied to. It took over 13 minutes to make a reservation. I thought that I was talking to the hotel directly. They never mentioned that it as Expedia. They also did a bait and switch on the price.

I told agent I was there for a meeting and him the name of the group. I asked if the rate was $235 a night. He said yes BUT he charged my CC $26666 and added many features. I have been on hold 4 times for 1 1/2 to solve this problem and it is still not solved

I did not fully understand the terms of my reservation until I was able to view the email. There was to be a block of rooms, discounted for a wedding, not discussed. A Standard room was what I thought I was booking.

This company will fraudulently represent themselves as the hotel you are trying to book with to get your reservation and also make it seem like all fees are included. We booked with them for a pet friendly room and only after calling the actual hotel from another number listed online to ask a question did we learn that I had actually called this company instead of the hotel directly the first time. The hotel informed us that the pet fee is actually not included in the reservation and would be an additional fee on top of what we already paid for the room, which we thought was included the original booking.
We were given a number to call Expedia since Hotelplanner.com is an Expedia partner and the hotel received the reservation through Expedia. When we called Expedia, we were told they could do nothing since the booking was made through their “partner” and they gave use another number to call. I called that number and was put on an extended hold until given the option for an automatic callback in 15 minutes. We did not receive a call back for over an hour so I called the number again and waited about 20 minutes for someone to pick up the line and tell me that they could cancel my reservation but not issue a refund because they have a refund review procedure that requires submitting a request and several other steps that can take several days. And then IF they decide to refund the card it can take an additional 10 days after that.
We needed the hotel the same day and didn’t have time to wait for all of that so we will be disputing this charge with our credit card company due to the person on the line misrepresenting themselves by making it sound like they are the hotel and not a separate booking company and making it sound like all the fees were included when they weren’t. I do not recommend using hotelplanner.com based on how they misrepresent themselves and their bad customer service, but quite honestly you probably won’t even realize that you are using them since they make you think they are someone else anyway.

Horrible rip off. We try to call for customer service to cancel reservation and get hung up on. But you call the reservation line and they answer in 25 seconds. We were also lied to about tax exemption and government rates. Horrible company. Do not use!!

Avoid. Avoid. This company is total fraudulent, I made a reservation for one room for one night. I was contacted by my bank to say this company had then proceeded to book another room without my permission and applied for a second payment. They are ignoring all communication. My bank's fraud department are now investigating.

Jorge neglected to provide the cancellation policy until I asked but it was after he submitted the transaction. It was at that point I realized this is a third party because when you go direct you can cancel up to a few days out. I asked to cancel the transaction but he said it was too late. Then he said he would transfer me to customer service and of course, no one answered and I was asked to leave a message. I'm sure I will never hear from them.

Christian was very helpful when I called to reserve our two rooms for an additional night at the Venetian. Two nights are reserved through a Vibee Fan Experience, and I asked Christian if we could get those same two rooms for a third night. He was able to do it! All we have to do is go down to the check-in counter and have our room keys reset. Thank you, Christian for making this so easy! When making a hotel reservation I was checking prices in the Lexington Ky area. I thought I was speaking with the front desk not a booking company. They do not identity that they are a separate entity or that they charge an extra fee on your card besides the room rate they quote. They charged my card an additional $19.87 for booking my card. I always ask if I have the front desk. These people lied and did not inform me they were charging a fee.

I have never dealt with a more incompetent company in my life. HotelPlanner is ridiculous. I've been try to change my reservation dates for 4 days now with no response. Multiple phone calls to customer service and messages on their web site as well. Promises that reservations will be taken care of in 24hrs. Going on 5 days and no results at all... I strongly suggest you stay away from this on line service....

I asked very specifically if this person worked for Hampton and was at a Hampton reservation desk. He said, "No I work for the Hampton." I asked if this was Expedia or any booking third party. He said NO. I bought the reservation and when I received this text I knew this young man lied to me. This makes me furious. Teach your people integrity.

The agent misled me about the cancellation policy for this reservation, even after I specifically asked him about it. When I found out what the actual policy was later that day, I canceled the reservation the same day. I feel that I was cheated.

Very upset with the reservation. Arrived at the hotel and it was such a shady hotel that they lock the office door for their safet. Tthe door on our room would not lock and was so nasty we left and went to another hotel. It is not a surprise that you do not allow cancellations as nobody would stay at such an unsafe location. Very disappointed.

I refused to book the reservation if it wasn’t refundable and Anthony stated it was $5 more to be refundable and I agreed. Then the reservation came over as non refundable and I have been on the phone all night trying to rectify his error.

We booked well in advace knowing that this fine establish has atendency to fill the rooms quickly. I was so impressed after my first stay that I was looking forward to returning to Denver. There is no place I would rather stay in Denver. The accommodations were outstanding and the food was amazing especially the baked alaska. I called reservations rather than going online because I had a few questions about early access and cancellation polices. I first got connected with a man who constantly interrupted and, when I told him the online price was less, went on a rant about how you can’t trust online prices. I was trying to tell him that I was using the Hilton app, but he hung up on me! So, I called back and got JOSEPH. He managed to turn it around and get me booked for the two nights I needed. He was terrific! He found the best price, helped me compare it to the app, talked me through the additional protection, and made me feel like a valuable customer. I was still upset from not being listened to by the first guy, but by the end of the call Joseph had me laughing.

I initially gave 5 stars because I thought the person was efficient. However, I did not receive my confirmation right away because he had my email wrong even after I gave him a correction. When I did get it, the room was a king instead of two queens and the price was not what he quoted. When I called back to get corrections, I was told by a different agent that I would have to cancel the reservation and rebook. It which would incur cancellation fees. He transferred me to Karen in escalation, and she is now attempting to correct my reservation. She informed me that Jorge ** was AI and possibly the second agent, but that she is a real person.

The gentleman I spoke with was exactly that-a gentleman. He was very helpful and explained the cancellation policy well. I do not agree with it. One should not be charged 50% for having to cancel a reservation more than a week ahead of the time of reservation. Many circumstances could arise that would facilitate a cancellation. Canceling within a reasonable time before the check-in date should not be a 50% penalty.

Making a Reservation was easy and quick since we were just traveling thru heading to Logan Utah. Our truck broke down past Little America Wyoming. The truck is going to take time to repair in Little America, so we wanted a sit down restaurant for our meals and an economical place to stay for the next few nights. We decided to head to Rock Springs for our needs. The price is very economical and pet friendly. The room is nice and clean. Our needs were met.

Run... This is a scam company. They pretend to be the hotel you are trying to call, even saying they are the front desk. I need a receipt to be reimbursed for my stay. They transfer me to another company which I cannot talk to anyone because I don't even have the itinerary number. This has been such a pain. Make sure you know who you are talking to before you reserve a room. Now I am out $300 Plus points.

Went to what I believed was a hotel website to make a reservation. Unaware got HotelPlanner acting as the hotel web page. It took my money plus a cancel fee. The room charges were not what I agreed too. Did not agree to a cancel or prepay charge. Spent 6 hours with help of hotel to find out what happened, to get a refund, and by who. It was HotelPlanner. Only received a partial refund. They still owe me the precancel fee refund.

Just like many others, I was lead to believe I was talking to the hotel. I explained I travel for work and asked for refund protection in case I had to change dates. After my employer changed the dates, I called to change my room to arrive a week later and they denied my request with no answer given. I then applied for a refund and that was denied also. After that I finally was able to get in touch with someone again and they said they would ask the hotel for a refund and a few days later that was denied also.

The reservation was made by your representative Jeffrey under false information. I had numerous times requested that the reservation that I made was guaranteed for full refund without any penalty. Jeffrey assured me that it was fully refundable without any penalty. I paid extra for the protection plan. When I called the hotel directly, they told me that the reservation was not refundable. When I called 1-800-497-2175, I was told by Belle that I would lose 41% of the reservation payment as penalty if I ask for cancellation, I informed her that I had paid extra for protection plan. Then she said I had to fill out forms and that I have to meet the criteria for cancellation refund which Jeffrey did not mention to me when I made the reservation. He also did not tell me he was third-party when I asked him if he was part of the hotel he said yes. He outright lied to me.
He also lied to me that I would get full refund with no hassle if I called the phone number 1-800-497-2175. Belle said that I have to meet criteria for refund and I had to fill forms to apply for refund and then the escalation committee will decide on the refund. Why did Jeffrey lie to me and made the reservation stating that it was 100% guaranteed for refund without penalty to original payment method as long as I call before February 24 8 AM. I regret making this booking, but I have to stay with it because I don’t want to lose my money. Jeffrey conned me into buying the protection plan that has restrictions when he clearly stated that I would be able to get a full refund without any hassle and he repeatedly guarantee me that.
He also did not add the correct IHG reward number which was ** to the reservation so I could get points from IHG. When I called the hotel directly, they asked me that the third-party has to put the reward number directly and they don’t honor it because I booked through third-party. Again Jeffrey lied to me that I would get the reward points. I would never recommend your website to anyone when you have broken the trust with your customer.

Charles lied to me - I specifically said to him - "Now this is not one of those policies for cancelling?" - correct and he said - "No. You can just call us directly to cancel." I said - "How will I have proof I can cancel?" and he said - "It will be in your e-mail confirmation" - I said - "Ok." When the e-mail came in it was a policy! I have spent 2 hours or more on phone trying to talk to someone to correct this fraudulent transaction and still no luck so I have contacted my credit card to alert it’s fraud.

I asked several times about the shuttle from the airport to the hotel since I was only one night due to a flight delay. I asked one final time before the “non refundable“ reservation was finalized. Are you sure is a shuttle from JFK to the hotel, and the customer service representative say yes and with any problem. I waited half an hour and nothing. I call a number he gave me. I called the number and it was a machine. I called another and the person said she dis not know. I called the hotel and they said that they won't pick me up. After trying for another hours they said they started a return but is 24 hours and I have not heard back. This is the customer service mistake. It is not my fault if the customer service does not know about the shuttle but he acted that he does. This is like lying to get a reservation. Please refund the reservation. I can update the review after is solved. Thank you.

I am frustrated with this system. I called to make a reservation and thought I was connected to the hotel. Instead, I talked to a reservation « person » and got told there were no discounts for the rooms. She instead booked me in a room she said would cost $1776.83 for a week and then charged 2020-something. But wait! She charged me twice one for a reservation at the Ala Moana Hotel in Florida, and one in the Ala Moana hotel in Honolulu. PLEASE CANCEL BOTH (ALL?) reservations! I tried to do this by phone but only had a computer that didn’t recognize the confirmation number.

While being approx. 4 hours away from our destination, we thought that we directly contacted the desk agent at the Norwood Inn in Worthington, Mn. at 507-225-2684. Upon our arrival, we were told that our confirmed room was not available. We were offered an alternative room and were presented with paperwork which needed my signature accepting new charges. Having already given my credit card information previously over the phone, I refused to sign this paperwork. At this point, I requested a full refund and decided not to stay at this establishment.
The desk person became argumentative and belligerent claiming his computer showed that we made our reservation through Expedia and he could not process a full refund. Prior to leaving the establishment, without being able to retain a full refund, I contacted the Worthington Police Department to file an Incident Complaint Report. We did not knowingly place a reservation through Expedia or any other service as we called the number for the reservation desk at the hotel at the time of the booking. We attempted to stop credit card charges but were informed our claim was filed incorrectly by the first agent we spoke with. We were contacted by Lodging Support and the email address given to submit the claim was undeliverable.
After contacting Lodging Support again, we were instructed to contact their Charge Review department at ChargeReview@HotelPlanner.com. They requested a letter from your bank/credit card stating that the dispute is closed. We supplied all documentation requested and was advised a determination would be made within 90 days. At the end of 90 days, we repeatedly tried to contact the representative at Hotel Planner for approx. 2 weeks with no return calls placed. With our most recent contact they are requesting we give them the name of the hotel representative who OK'd a refund. HA HA The desk agent did not promise a refund, he in fact declined a full refund. The joke is on me, lesson learned. Others please beware of who you are placing reservations with, no matter how legitimate it looks.

This person did not listen and booked the wrong hotel. He do not even look up whether my other three rooms were there, he just said I couldn’t get that same rate as the other rooms. I called Hilton Garden Inn in Baron Rouge to make an additional reservation. The email he sent showed a room at Holiday Inn in Slidell, La. When I told him the email reservation was incorrect hotel, he said he had to transfer me to someone else who could help me refund and correct the reservation. Got disconnected when he transferred me. Called Holiday Inn and was told that it was booked through a third party (Priceline) and that no refund could be given because paid to third party. Unable to get anyone to answer phone at Priceline, who I did not call, very frustrated. Feel like I have been stolen from. Very inconvenient to stop payment and cancel my credit card.
Wrong hotel. I told him it was way higher priced than my other three rooms, but I needed another room for a school function at that hotel so I took it. Scammed. Ripped off. I want someone who eventually reads this eval to make this right, call me and if I don’t answer, leave a message with a working number and a name to call back. Supervisor needs to make this right. He just agreed and don’t really check that my other rooms were there nor did he verify what hotel it was at, and if he did, it was mumbled in his fast reading of the “disclaimer”!

She was very sweet on the phone but hard to understand. Also, she didn't answer some of my questions, repeating statements that suggested she didn't understand them (or me). I did not have a good feeling at the end of the process and wish that I could have spoken to someone else.

Told us there was only one room available at the Gateway Inn and no rooms were available at the Super 8 motel. That was not at all true. I checked with the front desk at both hotels and there were only three to four guests in each hotel. In addition, the commission was charged on top of the advertised room rate. The total rate at the Gateway Inn was $134 and we were charged $166.31. I don't like to be lied to and a refund of the difference would be appreciated.

During our interaction Mildred was super helpful, attentive, personable, and spoke your instruction clearly. Repeat all the important information for my stay. I originally tried to book on the hotel's website. However, the booking failed and Rachel was very helpful and provided me with the service I needed to obtain my reservation. Rachel made the booking simple and fast and was polite enough to also give me a $25 gift certificate or restaurant credit for the inconvenience.

We explained our last minute decision for this reservation to celebrate our 50th anniversary at the same location that we stayed for our honeymoon in 1976. Jacqueline was super! Our other hotel had cancelled on us even after paying and receiving confirmation. Jacqueline went out of her way to get us what we needed. My husband is wheelchair bound and she searched till she got us the room. She should get an award.

I’m extremely disappointed. First of all, my name and email were wrong and I did not get the confirmation email. Second of all, I was told the cost for a dog is $25 per dog and I was charged $45 per dog. Thirdly, I was told my room would be on the first floor and when I got here, it was on the second floor. Lastly, I had to pay a $50 deposit that I was never told about. The person was very polite on the phone, but there were a lot of errors.

Juan was very helpful and patient and helpless me work through a slight problem with my credit card. He helped my research bear price a prior military which was greatly appreciated as the addition cost for tax and fees was more than expected. Is there some way to lower those taxes and fees?

The first person was totally incapable of taking a reservation or even information succinctly, and quickly. They booked me in a place that has been closed for 3 years!! I had to scramble for 2 hrs to find a place that would take a dog on New Year’s Eve & pay top dollar!! I booked online so when I drove 450 miles to the place, it was completely deserted - the locals told me the place had been closed for 3 years!!

I spoke with several customer service representatives and none of them were able to help me until my third attempt and I spoke with the young lady Stacy who resolved my issue within a matter of minutes. I just don’t understand why I had to go to three people to get the results that I did. She listened to my problem and fix it. She did not transfer me to anyone, she handled it herself. Every time I called, the people told me to call someone else and they never resolve the issue.

She did a great job being friendly, but she kept trying to call me Fordway as my last name and it took me four times of telling her ** before she was able to get it right. She also had three zeros in my initial credit card number when there was only supposed to be two zeros.. It does take longer with AI than it does with a regular person.

Salome was extremely helpful in getting a refund and changing our reservations. We had a situation where the inn we were booked at had no power due to a blizzard. We of course were unable to stay there. The people there assured us we would get a refund, and Salome took care of that quickly and easily. We also needed to change another reservation for some visiting family members, and that was also handled well. Altogether a great customer service experience.

Diego lied thru the duration of the call. He said he worked Hilton honors, I asked if he was 3rd party. He replied no, lied! It was strange that he did not ask me for my Hilton honors number. I even asked him if he was scamming me, he should of been honest. I called Hilton honors to check on the reservation, I did earn points and paid too much for the room. It would of been cheaper for being a Hilton honors member, so sad. How they cheat or scam you.

I spoke with Juan ** on Dec 30th. I wanted reservation at Holiday inn Express but there were no vacancies. Mr. ** went the extra step to find something for me at another affiliated hotel in the area. I was so relieved he found something because this reservation is due to a sick family member at Hershey medical center. I need to be there. She made it so easy. She found a beach view room for my daughter’s honeymoon. I’ve stayed there before and had a room on the side viewing a cemetery. While that is perfectly fine for a regular vacation; a honeymoon looking over a cemetery would be a real in-your-face till death do us part.😆

When I got to the hotel they told me that I did not have a reservation. Furthermore, you had told me that I could check in with dogs. The hotel told me they were not pet friendly. Later I found out that you made the reservation under the name of Simple **. Who the hell has a first name of Simple? I spelled my name twice for you but you kept talking over me and we’re not listening. If you were my employee I would fire you immediately

Agent was Great! Very helpful, polite and patient! My only dissatisfaction, and not the Agent's fault, was the Price of the room. It was $60 More than the Hotel was asking for online in their website. They quoted $129 and you charged me $187. I did call back and received a15% credit but it was still $30 higher. That is basically cheating your customer and will stop me from using and recommending your Services again. It would be the right thing to do to credit me the additional $30. Thank you!

Nice and friendly help. Vernon spoke clearly. He reviewed my reservation and I was pleased in the end. Price could have been better. Hotels are just too high just to lay your head down! When you only need a room for a night's sleep, it should be cheaper. Not in Vern though!

She helped me by assisting me to extend a reservation for my family that was already there at the hotel. She also assisted me by getting them put back in a handicap room near the exit to the parking lot since my cousin is walking with a walker and cannot walk long distances. You lied about working directly for the hotel which is very unfortunate for your company. I will never book with you guys again for being dishonest. I asked several times if that was the hotel itself and you said yes. Once I gave you my husband’s credit card you said it’s non refundable then you said, "No. I’m not directly with the hotel." I Was charged a pet fee from you because I have a pet and when I arrived they charged me a pet fee because they said that the room that I paid for through you was just a regular room, not a room with a pet, so I need my $35 back sooner than later. Also, whoever I was speaking with spoke too fast and not clearly. It was very difficult to understand this person. What I Did understand was that he charged me a pet fee? And I did not get what I paid for so I had to pay for it again when I got to the hotel.

The phone booking with Fernando was quick and easy. He gave me answers to all my questions which I couldn't find online. The whole process took just a few minutes and I got exactly what I wanted and at a much better price than I could find online. I hope the hotel is as good as the booking experience.

The room was really nice, comfortable bed, very good a/c, very cold, didn’t smell bad at all. The shower was very nice also. New carpet. I will stay here again for sure. The price was very good also. Carmelo help us last minute stay cause we don’t want to drive back home, it was late. Very nice.

I was given the wrong information. I explained to the representative that I was arriving at 2:30 AM. I called at 12:30 AM on Saturday morning December 27. I explained to him that I wouldn’t be arriving till 2:30 AM. I was on the road traveling driving eight hours from North Carolina. He stated that it would be not a problem for me to check in when we arrived when I arrived.
I was informed that I had to wait after driving eight hours in the lobby for an hour till they finish your audit so we had to wait in the cold lobby for an hour waiting for them to finish the order before we were able to check in. I asked the representative six times where we allowed to come in early. Will it be a problem? No, it wouldn’t be a problem. No, it wouldn’t be a problem. You reassured me several times he said it says 4 PM I said, but it says 4 PM he said yes, but it also has any time so that’s what I went on. I was very inconvenience. The hotel staff were very accommodating, but there’s nothing that they were able to do besides have us wait until 330 for them to do their audit. That is a very misleading information that we were given. I would’ve checked in somewhere else because I was tired. I’m very disappointed.

Marinella was very, very, very helpful and patient and after discovering the hotel we called to book a room in had no availability, she found another for us close by - and because of local power outages going on, she called and confirmed that the hotel she found was not impacted by the outage - saving our vacation plans. Luis went above normal help in getting our reservations completed. He was very patient and helpful. Answered any and all questions. Made a reservation at a Wyndham Hotel, tried to cancel online and was told couldn't even though purchased the additional $21 Insurance refund policy. Luckily Veronica was able to get us a soft refund within a few minutes. Would not recommend this particular Wyndham Hotel in Savannah Georgia because of their horrible cancellation policies. But Veronica was pleasant and very helpful.

The agent, Gemmalyn was very helpful in making the adjustment to my reservation. It’s always a big stress reducer when the agent is helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We needed to add a night to our reservation because our schedule is still unknown for our final day of our event.

I was under the impression I was talking to the Holiday Inn. It was not anyone from there. I asked for a pool side room. He said pool view. I said, "No. I want a pool side on the first floor. He Valdimir lied. Said, "Yes I fixed that" and he did not. This whole thing is a scam. You just wrecked a 5 year old's birthday!

Jenna was very helpful, kind and professional. Was able to reserve a room with no problem and she made sure to give me the best rate possible for a holiday. Have stayed at this hotel previously and have always enjoyed the service. Would definitely recommend.

SCAM!!! I dialed a number listed as the hotel with the correct area code. It showed up on a google search as the actual hotel direct number. It was not an eight hundred number. That’s the first deceit. When I specifically asked if it was the specific hotel in the specific town and if he worked there he said yes. The second deceit. Liar. I was told the hotel was booked up for the nights I was planning and the only room left was a suite. That was the third deceit. When I got to the hotel, in the evening, the place was deserted. Hardly anyone was there. Liar. I found out when I got to the hotel that the booking was made through a third party. Then I was charged over a hundred dollars over the actually price of the room. Theft. Deceit. I called the number I’d call when making the reservation. When asking what company it was, I was told HotelPlanner. A scamming, deceitful, lying, fraudulent company. BEWARE!!!

I gave her my card number to reserve my room. She charged my card $29.99 for what because I don't pay until I check in on the 2 of Jan. Bad Bad business so I need for someone to tell me why did this young lady Marjorie charge my card for this amount.

I Googled for the Hampton Inn in Dublin GA. The top listing popped up with a toll-free number. I did not notice the hotel was in Dublin, VA instead of Dublin, GA. The person who answered said, "Hello, you are calling about the Hampton Inn in Dublin?" Yes. He proceeded to collect my info for the two rooms for 1 night (Dec 23, 2025). I said I was a Hilton Honors member and wanted that rate. He indicated a discounted rate was available - did not clarify that he was a third party, so I thought I was speaking to Hiltons reservations. He quoted the rate and I gave my credit card info but when he started repeating back the reservation info and said Virginia, I stopped him and said no.
He then checked for Dublin, Georgia where I intended but the Hampton Inn showed no rooms available. I told him to cancel and not process. One day later (Dec 24, 2025) I see that there is a charge on my credit card. He never should have processed. I called the company and was told they had no reservation under my phone number so they could not find any information. RIIIGGHHHT! No reservation because I stopped the reservation -- YET they charged me! Lesson learned. Avoid this company.

I spoke to Emily in Reservations. She was very pleasant and professional, and quickly assisted me in booking the room. I had tried doing it on Priceline, which said that they ran out of rooms and were booked, but this was not the case when I called the hotel.

Olivia was very helpful with confirming a reservation that had not been entering correctly and ensuring that I had the confirmation number so I would not have trouble checking in on arrival. She also helped with finding and making a reservation at a sister hotel for me when I tried to book during rodeo weekend and my preferred hotel was already full. She did all of it swiftly and competently with courtesy and kindness.

Jolene was extremely helpful working through my hard of hearing and frustration of phone cutting off when I spoke. A real keeper. Add extra bonus or raise as I come off as abrasive to most people. Wife generally handles but has had mouth surgery. Hopefully spell Jolene correctly
