Quick easy reservation process. The person on the phone was very pleasant and helpful. He covered everything I needed to know about my trip and stay. He also help me to where I needed to meet the shuttle since this is my first trip to New York. He also confirmed that I could get an early check in so I don’t need to carry my luggage around all day since my flight arrives early in the morning

Kellee did an awesome job making our reservation for San Marcos Best Western for one night 8/6-8/7, 2024 She was very polite and very helpful. Very pleasant to talk with. All customer service agents should be like her. It was very easy making our reservation. I asked to please give her a first floor room so my husband and I did not want to have to climb any stairs.

I was having a difficult time finding a number for the hotel to let them know that we would be checking in late. Jennifer was very helpful - providing the number and explaining how to get to the front desk. Very kind and helpful!!! I will definitely recommend Holiday Inn Express.

I called needing to add an extra day to my reservation. Was transferred. On hold for 14minutes. No one answered. Called back. On hold and nothing was solved. I give your company a zero if this how you treat 100% disabled veteran or anyone. It’s unacceptable. I will never deal with this again.

This guy booked me into a room with one king size bed. I wanted two queen bedroom. When I called back I was going to be charged for this guy’s mistake. I’m getting charged for HIS mistake. I will never use this service again. Marriott needs to hire a better reservation service.

Service was great and the representative was pleasant. This is really not necessary and it will stop people from making comments. All you need to know is whether or not the person’s needs were met. Efficient and caring. She listened and understood my plight trying to get a room for my abused stepdaughter for the night without leaving a credit card or cash deposit to guarantee the room. Unfortunately the owner got on the phone and charged me an extra $20 to my credit card. Dawn, the booking agent, left a good taste in my mouth even though he didn't.

Hotel personnel were great. Very helpful. Hotel was clean. All very nice. Would stay again. **** It was fine. Stupid to make a Minimum amount. Pet charge was way too much but they did let us have 3 cats.

Would not switch me to a utterly useless hotel planner Leobardo. I did not have my credit card go through yesterday. I don’t know why. I never have those problems. I wasted two hours yesterday with a hotel planner and today I try to book it again and it went up 40 bucks and Leobardo would not even allow me to talk to the supervisor. Just useless hotel planner.

SCAM. SCAM. SCAM. STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE. COMPLETELY DISHONEST AND UNTRUSTWORTHY. ALL LIES. I booked a room only to drive 4 hrs and find that the Hotel I had already prepaid did not have my reservation even though I had my confirmation from this "HotelPlanner.com". They had charged my account $131.00 and $100.00 for deposit only to be stuck in an deserted parking lot in 111° in Laughlin NV. After over a dozen demanding phone calls, this company gave me a voucher which I could only use on their website, which in turn cost me 3x more than if I were to book it myself through hotel directly. I was desperate. I have reported them to every complaint dept there is. This Company does not care. It's a total unscrupulous company. STAY AWAY.

I was very disappointed in this service. First, I thought I was calling the hotel directly by using the 1-800 number, but in fact, HotelPlanner answered and did not reveal that they were a separate service unrelated to the hotel itself. They should have answered the phone identifying themselves as a different company. Instead the person simply took my reservation letting me think I was talking to the hotel directly. Very misleading! Secondly, they booked the room for me which all went fine. However, they told me it would be $105 (the seniors' rate) but in fact, it was $120. The hotel told me that the difference is their cut. Yet at no time, was I told I would be paying $120 or contributing $15 in fees to HotelPlanner.com.

Charged my card long after my reservation was canceled. Over 3 weeks later I can't get a refund. All I get is the same story about we escalated it, you just have to wait. Apparently it fell off the escalator. I have email confirmation that a refund was approved, that was 3 weeks ago. Do not deal with this company. I know it's a pain to shop around for prices, but that's better than having someone steal your money.

I was traveling across country and was having difficulty finding a room in Missoula Montana. Jason was a huge help. He took time to look in other close cities and found one available. He even found a discount code for me as well. I had been driving for 12 hours and had to take detours because of the wild fires in Washington/Oregon and California. He could have just said everything was sold out but he took time and care to make sure I got to the hotel safely even at 130 am.

Booked a room through TheKnot.com (HotelPlanner.com is the service). I called with a question about my reservation, the customer service agent spoke poor English, and cancelled my room without permission. Therefore I was charged a full night's penalty. I have since called 8 times, emailed 12 times, and filled out contact forms with no reply from the company.

Hotel Planner is a total scam. They make it appear you are booking directly with the hotel, when in fact you’re booking with this scam artist company that costs you significantly more per night and has a no-refund policy. DON’T USE THIS COMPANY. Save yourself a lot of stress and money, and book directly through the hotel.

This is a follow up on a prior review I made…no complaints about the service, I still think Mario did a great job. Warning: when you call ask if the person making the reservation is a third party booker!! My issue is with disclosure, I called the number on the hotel website, but there was nothing saying that it was for a third party booking. When we checked in we were told the hotel had been paid with a different card, and we paid almost $100 more than the hotel charges! There’s no way to cancel!!

I asked for help finding a King 7/25 - 8/1. Gisele quoted $979 but said that room required payment rather than waiting until arrival. Instead of $979, the total charged on my card is 1165!! This must be corrected immediately. I am extremely disappointed and feel that Gisele misled me.

Jarvis was extremely professional and very pleasant. The transaction took very little time even after I requested a handicapped room. Jarvis gave me what I believe to be the lowest rate. Ruth did a stellar job! I was trying to find a pet-friendly hotel near the location of a family reunion. I have a large dog, who exceeds the weight limit of most hotels that advertise themselves as pet-friendly. Ruth patiently researched hotels in the area to find one that met my needs, then she checked the distance to my family reunion and booked the room for me. I called reservations for a Best Western hotel in Rawlings Wy. Very few hotels/motels… All booked. Cesar was calm and understood how upset I was with the poor conditions of a previous hotel booked by my sister. Quality Inn in Rawlings Wy is a very dilapidated building and it looked frightening outside. Traveling cross country was scary and not knowing where to navigate a safe hotel can be daunting. Cesar saved the day! Eternally grateful!

We were trying to book a cheap hotel during the summer and Alvero was exceedingly helpful and patient and found us a hotel outside of the Holiday inn network under our requested price range. He made it so we wouldn't have to spend another half hour in the car searching.

I spoke to this 3rd party reservation company regarding a hotel (Hilton) in West Palm Beach. I had absolutely no idea that I was talking to a 3rd party reservationist. I called this company with intentions of calling the hotel directly. The hotel that we wanted was suppose to be ocean front, located on the beach. The reservationist lied by stating that the reservation she did was on the beach. However, we discovered that the hotel that she reserved at 2 miles away from the ocean. Secondly, upon request for cancellation/refund 2 days prior to the trip, we only received a partial refund (it was a 3 night stay and this company only refunded me for 2 days). I have called twice and I've been told that the remainder would be refunded. It has not happened yet. Everyone should be aware of these 3rd party company. I've learned my lesson. If not sure ask directly are they actually the hotel or a 3rd party.

I purchased the protection in case I had to cancel. I had a bad accident that total my car. Now they want me to send them personal information that is sensitive information which I am not willing to do. I don’t know who you are. Bottom line don’t pay for the cancellation protection! Also I thought I was booking through the hotel itself and didn’t realize I wasn’t until I went to cancel. It’s like they trick you into their website.

We landed in Athens July 3rd and found out our accommodation to Grand Hyatt Athens was cancelled by the third party that deals with HotelPlanner but we never received confirmation. When contacting customer service, the customer rep contacted the hotel and turns out it the company went bankrupt that arranged for the booking. I was offered a travel voucher not a refund for the amount I paid. The Grand Hyatt Athens was extremely expensive to rebook based on availability and customer service nor the hotel would provide the preferred group rate. I was offered another hotel from customer service but was less luxury than Grand Hyatt Athens and further away, so I had to make my own arrangements myself which cost me an extra $117 CAD. We wasted our time and also had my 9 year old daughter that was tired and told that she can't take a quick rest due to jetlag in the lobby of the hotel. Extremely disappointed.

I have a reservation tonight and asked the Rep. if it was Hilton on Noggle way. He repeated, "Hilton Garden Inn on Noggle Way." I asked if he could please confirm yes or no that it was the right hotel. He got snotty, "Yes, I just told you and confirmed the address." He said it very rude and I just wanted confirmation I had the right hotel and didn't need the address repeated back to me. I didn't appreciate the attitude. The call just started with an attitude like he hates his job.

Asked for a downstairs single room for the night explained that we have 3 dogs one of which is elderly and unable to climb stairs. After arriving at the motel manager said she didn’t have anything down stairs and only allowed 1 dog. We made this reservation in good faith and were truly disappointed with the service.

Conf: **. Itin: **. We specifically requested a wheelchair accessible room on the first floor. The agent promised that the reservation she provided was for a hotel room with these features. Upon arrival we discovered that the hotel, in fact, has no wheelchair accessible rooms, and it does not even have any rooms on the first floor. In addition, the hotel has no elevator. My husband is disabled and cannot climb stairs. This was an impossible situation for us, so we were forced to find another hotel room on the spot. The closest one we could find was 18 miles away. We had no choice, so we took it. We have been charged for a room we did not use, a room whose reservation we accepted based upon incorrect information. In addition, we had to go 40 minutes in the wrong direction just to have a place to sleep for the night.

I called to make reservation because I am going to attend a funeral in Memphis. I did not realize that I could stay over night. The block of rooms reserved were sold out at the $139 a night rate. Juan was specifically kind and patient when I was trying to get a cheaper rate. Was I was trying to do the bath in my head, he continued to explain the rooms and suites available for my needed arrival date. Even though my first card was declined he did not use those words, he asked if I got a message from my bank. He reminded me to enter my card number in the phone and hit pound until the next card worked. Some customer service people are curt or snide. Not Juan. He was very kind. Thank you Juan.

Very pleasant young lady. She looked professional and treated me as such. She has a big plus: a very pretty smile. I like your location. Easy access to Interstate 74 East or West. Also, a wonderful variety of nice restaurants. We were able to check into our room at 3 pm vs 4pm which was greatly appreciated. The room itself was very welcoming (ie: clean, etc).

I clearly told the agent I was booking with two pets. The pet fees were not disclosed and I was surprised to find my rate went up 120 because of the oversight. At the hotel, Baymont agreed to refund my stay and I booked another hotel. No refund was issued despite Baymonts hotel GM stating it would be. I have disputed the charges with my credit card company and if not refunded I plan to escalate my concerns to the Better Business Bureau and Iowa State Attorney General’s office. Surprise fees and undisclosed rate changes are not ethical and represent a bait and switch approach.

I called up the website for the Home2 Suites by Hilton I wanted to book. When I tried to call up that particular hotel's direct number, a number popped up for me to call. Apparently it wasn’t the hotel but this company. I had no clue I was talking to a third party booking company. They jacked the price up to make their money. When I got to the hotel, the name for my reservation was incorrect, so the hotel asked for my credit card used to make the reservation. It wasn’t even the same type of credit card. I HOPE I DONT GET CHARGED FOR ANYTHING IN MY CARD. I called this company immediately to cancel and get a full refund. SAY WHO YOU REALLY ARE!!

Attending person was very professional and hopeful. He helped get us a booking and it did not take him very long at all. He was courteous and polite. He was very patient as I was dealing with my grandchildren in the background. He never wavered or showed agitation. I actually put him on hold a few times. I reserved a room and paid over a thousand dollars for 3 nights in Durango Colorado at Holiday Inn and Suites Durango. I showed up to check in and they said they could not provide me with a room due to being short-staffed. I was suppose to check in on June 18th. I have reached out every single business day trying to get my refund and have only been told that they will review whether or not I get one. I put the hotel manager on the phone with the 3rd party (hotelplanner.com) and even they authorized a full return and still have not been refunded. I have requested a call back from a Manager since day one and no call. I had to pay for another room for I was 800 miles from home. I was very fortunate to have enough funds to do so. If I would have been a no show, I could understand not being refunded. Not the case, I was there but they couldn't provide the service I paid for. They emailed me a receipt as if I stayed there but I did not.
NEVER stay at the Holiday Inn and Suites Durango if you can avoid it (They may not give you a room anyway). More importantly I would be very careful booking thru this 3rd party, they are ok to charge you for the room, but I cannot get my refund or even confirmation that I'm getting it. Hands down the most ridiculous customer service I have ever dealt with. Try calling your Hotel directly, I believe my refund process would have already begun had I done that. It made me give them 1 star or I could not submit my review.

Mark ** was very professional. He would check on every question I asked him. I appreciated that. My only issue was that I guess he's working from home because there was some background noise which sounded like children...made it a bit difficult to hear at times. I tried to complete a reservation with your customer service number for the Hazelton Pa hotel. The service was terrible at best. I had to repeat myself 3 or 4 times at each level. I finally gave up and hung up purely disgusted. I googled your hotel and called the hotel direct. I spoke to Lauren and expected more of the same poor service. I was wrong. In just a couple minutes my reservation was complete and she changed the entire mood of dealing with Hilton. My star rate is for Lauren, not your customer service person.

I called instead of reservations online because I could ask questions. Rachel was very helpful making the reservations, but she didn’t warn me that it was non refundable. I asked if I could cancel if my daughter changed her mind and that’s when Rachel said yes that was part of the extra charges I was paying. I have a stomach virus so my daughter can’t stay with me so I booked a hotel room. Rachel should have said that the room is non refundable.

We always stay at the Hilton Hotels / Garden Inn's whenever we travel or need a place to stay overnight they are always accommodating, hopeful and the hotels themselves are clean, efficient and a pleasure to stay in. I can highly recommend. Very clean rooms, very very appropriate staff and most of them have indoor cafes, restaurants and or bars. We usually stay at the one in Richfield Park New Jersey however this time we are staying at another location a few miles Northwest. Again making the reservations are very accommodating, helpful and we always look forward to staying. It's a stress-free vacation and or night when needed.

I am VERY upset as I told Alex several times that I did not want to be charged until check out and he agreed. I am trying to cancel now and they are saying I cannot get a refund. I was never given the option for a protection either. If you record your calls, I ask that you review and you will see that I said this. AND the charge for the room is outrageous!! It is double what I paid the last time I stayed there. Alex did not indicate he was from a 3rd party.

So sorry for not getting this issue done! But the assistant deserves a big thank you for helping me with my trip! Also she deserves a pay raise for bearing with me and trying all different ways to find what I needed! It was totally my fault for disconnecting from her but cell phones are so touchy and I know I moved to turn off my clothes dryer and I accidentally just have gripped the phone tightly and disconnected from the agent! Lakeaia helped us get a room for the two weeks we needed a place to stay. When the original request stated nothing was available she checked around for a place. I stated I would rather stay at Virgin River but would accept any assistance. She then decided to try doing it as 2 requests. That worked and I was so relieved, even when she made sure we understood we could have to move at the change. We also requested a specific room if available so she made sure she noted. I really appreciated her help and she had a really pleasant attitude.

When I spoke to you on the phone you told me the rate would be 60.99 or 65.99. Then you charged my card for 103.36. When I call your support center they said my rate was 79.99. I canceled the booking. I need my money released immediately as I am several hundred miles from home. If it's not canceled by end of day tomorrow I will contact the authorities. And don't try to pass off some AI recording. I have the conversation recorded on my phone!

I have been told that I would get the remaining portion of my refund since early May. However, nothing has happened. My son is stationed in Colorado with the Army. The date that I booked 2 rooms at the Quality Inn was not going to work for him. I am still waiting on my refund and it has been over a month!!!

Booking went well till we got the hotel. Their system was down. I called and cancelled my booking. I was assured that my money would be totally refunded. Nothing as of yet! This should not take this long. I have already been billed for my subsequent room - paid for with the same credit card.

This representative could not make a reservation or provide a full name. I could not even receive a confirmation email as he could not get the email correct. When given the information on the room and the rates I was told one price then when Nardi told me my total, the numbers didn’t add up even with the taxes so when I question she neglected tell me about a cancellation fee automatically in there, and I told her she misled me. I want to cancel. She hung up on me so when I called back again I found out it wasn’t for the misinformation. She gave me at $383. I was being billed $416.41. Got another representative on the phone, who canceled my order to get a full refund including my cancellation fee that I wasn’t even told about From my first representative NIRDALY! She has very bad customer service skills when handling her mistakes! Just put a sour taste in me that I will not go through Hampton Inn again!

When I reserve my room, I asked for adjoining rooms and was told no problem. When we got to the hotel they stated there no guarantee. So I feel I was lied to when I reserve it. But they kept us on the same side of the hall. They were down at one end and us at the other. I don't think I will use this hotel again.

I called thinking I was booking directly with the hotel. Mildred spoke fast and barely let me ask a question. When I did get a chance to ask something, she was very evasive. It was a simple question. I ended up paying about 25% more than if I had booked directly with the hotel.

Eddie did an outstanding job of customer service. He tried his best to get the room down to my price point, but he couldn't. As Diamond member, I was disappointed in the prices. Customer service was an "A" but prices were an "F". I hate that I have to find a hotel in Portland for my visit and not Eugene.

Agent lied about being at the front desk of the hotel. Agent also lied about the cancelation policy. When he sent me the email to confirm it had a non refundable cancellation fee. My bank was charged. I called back immediately and told them what had happened and ask for the charge to be refunded. So they canceled my reservation and now they are saying I cannot get a refund. I didn't cancel because I was not going to hotel.

Had to land Shreveport due to weather in Dallas then had to stay due to crew unable to fly. See the Hampton sign from my window on the plane. Call Hampton Hotel and ask if it is the one located by the airport because I have no reference for street addresses. Ask if they offer a shuttle to airport and am told yes, perfect so I book $250ish dollars for the room….get to hotel just to be told I am at the wrong Hampton. Call to have it cancelled so I can get a room at the right Hampton. Yes it can be cancelled but it is not refundable. Does not seem right. I hope they will help correct this.

Rommel was dishonest in booking my reservation over the phone by repeatedly reassuring me that I had until 6pm the day of my first night’s stay to cancel for a FULL refund. Alexandra did a great job on getting my reservation in a timely manner. She was helpful and knowledgeable. I was pleased with the speed that it was done. I would be happy to work with her again. I called on short notice and she was able to get me a great room. Again Alexandra did a wonderful job.

Wow - what an AWESOME experience making a Nashville hotel reservation with Jose! He was polite/knowledgeable/friendly/professional and helped me understand “today’s fees and extra charges”! I worked for 5 Tennessee Governors and I understand the highs & lows of his job! Jose is CUSTOMER SERVICE at its BEST.
