This is our second trip with BookIt. They were so helpful and organized when we used them for a trip to Canada that we partnered with them again for another international trip. Very thorough and great prices. Just a good experience.

Great experience and very professional representation with BookIt.com... Although I spoke to several agents, none of them were pushy... They were all very knowledgeable and patient with my wife and I. I used BookIt.com several times before and it has always been a good experience... I will definitely refer a friend or relative to BookIt.com.

For the last 5 years my husband and I book a trip with BookIt.com every year for our Anniversary. They are very competitive with their prices and also allow extra discounts such as flight credit, hotel credit and free roundtrip transportation on some hotels to the airport. I'm very disappointed with my first experience and was very surprised. Never would've thought me making a selection, and turn around my selection was gone once I completed my booking. This is my last time, booking. Customer service wasn't the best, and this all took place within 10 minutes of completion. New rules need to come into play for customers.

I booked my trip on 3/16/20019 & received my flight/hotel confirmation on 3/22. That being said, so far I'm satisfied. My wife and I aren't leaving for 38 days. Basically, so far so good! Ask me again in May when we return!

The agent was very helpful in booking a girls getaway weekend to Jamaica... The transaction was really smooth and she answered all the questions we had. I would definitely recommend using this company and I will be using them again for my next trip.

I like this website because it has everything you need in order to have the perfect vacation. They have all the reviews of the hotels, pictures, activities that we were able to add as well as transportation. This is different compared to other hotels.

Poor customer service, very misleading, give inconsistent information. Unwillingly to help if there is a modification to the reservation. Definitely not reputable company. Would not recommend BookIt.com to any my friends.

This place was a great bang for your buck. Great location, right on the marina, close to everything you need. Beach access, stores, public transportation, great food at the buffet, great shows and entertainment. Had no issues with the flight. It was on time.

Not the best results on my first connection but when I came back to find the deal I wanted all went well just as in the past years. Your pricing was better than the others I was shopping. So I remain a loyal customer.

This is such a scam. I called them and told them I had an emergency and couldn't fly. They said I would have to pay a cancellation fee but will still get to keep my flight credit for a year. Now they saying I will lose an additional $200 to use the flight credit. They had me email dearjetblue@jetblue.com after I had already told them that JetBlue said they can't help me because I booked through a third party. They keep insisting JetBlue has to waive the fees. I was told I could speak to someone in the flight department at Book It but would just be told the same thing.

As I hit the final button to book it sent me an error message and said I had to call the listed number for assistance. I called immediately and the rep said she could just do the booking over the phone, that's fine until all of the sudden the prices on the room and airfare had gone up, was very upset, felt scammed actually. Would not honor the prices listed on the web page I was booking from.

Loved it, could be happier, it was easy, and the customer service lady that we spoke with was so helpful and nice, she made us feel very comfortable thru the whole experience. We are looking forward to our vacation. Thank you in advance, Lance & Hope.

My experience was excellent. Rep, believe his name was Garrett, was very patient with me and the process of booking my trip. My daughter had already booked her trip and I need the same arrangements. I was disconnected at the end of the call and had to call back to get final details. Another Rep picked up the call and was able to assist me with no problem.

We booked an all inclusive resort with 3 couples and we received great customer service assistance with getting all of these reservations at once! We hope to have rooms close together and We are excited to enjoy the vacation! Thank you!

I was so pleased with how easy it was to change my travel partner's name and our reservations due to unforeseen circumstances. My only trouble was when changing a reservation on the weekend, pressing 2 to "change a reservation" results in an "offices are closed" message, while pressing 1 for "new bookings" will get you a live person.

Jill was very helpful on everything I needed... Jill was very accurate and didn’t even take too long on my reservation. Are use BookIt every time I go away and that’s usually twice a year. I always find what I’m looking for On bookit and the prices are always reasonable.

Great way to plan trip. Tried checking into doing my own hotel and flight reservation but much more expensive. Convenient and great package deals. Customer service reps very helpful as well. Used BookIt for Disney world trip and now Cancun Mexico.

The process was a bit lengthy but was explained as high call volume, so I just waited until I got connected. Once connected I was completely satisfied with the service rendered. They assisted me with the seat selection on the plane and sent my confirmation and booking ID.

First let me say, I ended up having an amazing vacation with my daughter at Royalton Riviera Cancun. But the booking was a disaster. I originally booked at a different resort for 3 people. The 3rd person dropped out, so I called to change my reservation. In the process of trying to cancel part of reservation, the Bookit customer service rep, downgraded my room and changed me to a completely different resort WITHOUT my PERMISSION. When I caught the mistake, I called immediately to rectify it. They tried to say I asked for the change. I DID NOT.

Have not taken actual vacation yet. No comments on representation of that. Booking process was easy but would prefer have pricing AFTER discount codes provided upfront. Why use of codes? Really an unnecessary step and one that can be (and almost was in my case) easily missed. Just price the net price.

I found working with BookIt.com to be an easy experience. The agent was very knowledgeable and took the time to make sure the information being presented was completely understood. Various options were presented and carefully explained. I would certainly consider using Bookit.com for any future travel planning.

Highly recommend this site!!!! After deciding to book a trip to Punta Cana, we explored many sites (Expedia, Trivago, booking.com) and then we found BookIt.com. This is the site that we used in 2012 for our trip to Cancun, Mexico. It is the friendliest to navigate of any booking site, has the fewest amount of boxes to fill out and above all THE BEST PRICES on any trip!!! So save yourself some time & frustration and go straight to Bookit.com if you are planning a trip.

I booked the wrong room category and called immediately after I did so. I was told there would be a 25 dollar charge. They charged me a 50 dollar fee. This took 1 hour on the phone to change the room category. I was put on hold over 3 times for more than 10 minutes.

Write up on the property was good; system process was efficient and time to process was good. Would recommend to someone looking to book seamlessly. The on-line interaction with a representative did not work as well though, as response timing was slow.

The customer service I received was awesome. The agent was very patient with helping with all of the questions. If she didn't have an answer she was able to put me in contact with the right person that did. I choose BookIt quite often and I prefer them over other booking agencies.

A little upset called before my husband and I booked was assured transfer was included, from and to airport upon arrival and upon leaving, then after we booked we forgot to ask where we would get this brochure or would this be sent in email and called back to be told this was not included, we travel two to three times a year out of country and never have had a problem with transfer, I'm very upset now we gave to call resort to find out what we can do will not arrive without this already arranged, I feel you need to educate your staff. I have names of both staff. Thank you.

Booking trip to Jamaica. Was on the phone with Angelo. Lost him. Thought I would not get my discount. Had to call bank to increase limit. Angelo trying to call back. Missed his call. Thought my discount disappeared. He resent to email. My cyber hero.

Booking Hotel. I had an error online and called in for assistance and lady was very helpful and completed the booking for me. She made sure I was also able to get the discounts that I had via my mobile and made sure all information was accurate.

Overall, great experience so far. We called in about some questions I had about my booking. Noticed there were some significant hidden hotel fees that we would have been expected to pay to the hotel once we arrived. Called and the representative clarified so that we had a full understanding of all fees. So glad he did because we didn't want to be hit with any unexpected fees once we arrived. I will say all fees should be in a space that is clearly visible when booking online. I just so happened to see a link that was referenced and it wasn't until I clicked on the link and really dug deep that I noticed the additional fees. Not sure why these additional fees are not charged upfront so as to avoid customer shock once they arrive. However, overall, great service. We have used BookIt before and have been satisfied.

Your website was user-friendly because I am not computer literate but was able to do this booking by myself. I find the vacation on the site affordable, managing the payment plan online is a great idea and giving the dates for payment ahead of time makes it easy for you to budget.

I’m not sure if I’m 100% comfortable with my booking yet as I haven’t taken the trip. Several times I called and the service representatives seemed to have a hard time understanding my requests and couldn’t get the destination location correct. Seemed to be a language barrier. I made several calls until I got Kaitlyn who was awesome and she got my trip booked for a group of us. If at all possible request to talk to Kaitlyn when calling with questions or booking a trip.

I was having issues with trying to complete my reservation and make my payment online, so I called in and the young lady on the other end was a Super Duper help, she went above and beyond for me to make sure I was able to get my hotel booked at the price it was at, especially cause there was quite a few of us going on this trip.

It wasn’t what I was paid for. Hidden charges and when I called them they said can't help. I'm so disappoint about it. I have been buy here for long time and this is the last time. Never use it again.

I called this company to cancel my vacation, minus the being on hold for 30 minutes before being able to speak to anyone. They told me they could cancel it and the money would go back to the card that it was taken from. I explained to them how that bank account has been closed and I no longer have the card on file. I asked if they could refund it to the new card I posted under the payment options, they told me no there is no other option then refunded it to that bank account. When I tried to re-explain the situation and how the bank account is closed and I will not be able to get the money they told me they cannot help me and that the bank will have to send me a check. When I contacted my bank they informed me that this is impossible and BookIt cannot send the money to a closed account. So basically BookIt is keeping my money for my vacation and I am never seeing that money. The customer service is absolutely awful and unhelpful.

My brother-in-law invited us to join him and his wife to a trip to Cabo. They had made their reservations through BookIt. It sounded like fun so we used the same company. The whole process was very easy, but at the confirmation phase, our flight information had changed. This happened two more times before we were able to lock in the flights we wanted. Maybe it was a glitch, but always double check everything before purchasing. I called Bookit a few days later with a couple questions regarding the trip and the woman I spoke with was very helpful!

The site loads a little slow, but otherwise everything is amazing. BookIt had the lowest prices of all the other websites I viewed. In my travel group on fb, many people recommended bookit. I’m glad I got to use it. I’m just really bummed I didn’t get to use my Ebates cash back on it :(.

Booked our spring break trip through BookIt, and had a great experience. We booked at Royal Solaris for 7 nights and flights included, and we got a great deal. We did the payment delay option, which was very helpful. Once we paid our second payment, we got our flight confirmation number, so I immediately got on United to make sure it was legit and choose our seats. We called BookIt about three different times to ask for clarification on what our hotel included, transportation, hotel confirmation number, and more and they were helpful every time.

Updated on 03/13/2019: After responding they mention that I talked to an agent. Yes I did and told them The same exact thing I said in my initial Review. And they did nothing. Nothing at all. Do not book with this company.

The online booking process was simple. I signed up to pay using the PayDelay payment plan. I called to make a change in my reservation and the customer service representative was friendly and professional. I will definitely use BookIt in the future. I recommend using this travel company.

I was absolutely overwhelmed by the efficiency, patience, and knowledge of MARLENE, my Bookit representative. She went through at least five different Dominican Republic lodging options with me because I was looking for specific features (adults only, golf, beach access). In addition, she waited on the line with me while I confirmed my flight and selected my seats. She was also very sweet and had a good sense of humor. Although I have never used Bookit before, I absolutely most definitely will again!

There was an error when I booked and I booked the wrong hotel. BookIt helped me change it with no issues. I recommend bookit. They are easy and I love the payment plan they give you. The earlier you book the more spread out your payments.

Absolutely ridiculous. I had to modify our reservation and they CHARGED me TWICE!!! And I still haven’t heard back from them...and when I called them to sort everything out they couldn’t cancel or do anything for me that I had to do it online.

Recently made a reservation online to PVR, Mexico with www.BookIt.com. Their website is full of pop up adds. Makes it hard to read reviews, and see the hotel you have selected, after selection of hotel and all inclusive resort, the pop up adds stated 1 room left at this price I booked the travel, saw the reviews were horrible and a warning not to go to this specific hotel, I called the bookit.com reservation agent asked to speak to a supervisor to change my request and to transfer the money on the first reservation to the second at no cancellation charge, this was what I was told by the supervisor.

I love BookIt.com! The site is user friendly and simple. Very straightforward with what you need to know when booking. Mostly the ability to make a deposit and payment installments towards a vacation is awesome. I would and do recommend BookIt.com to anyone who is interested in traveling.

I had a great experience booking with BookIt.com, the better offer was found it here, will be my first place to search for my next vacation, the flight was good and hotel as it was described. Even had a refund that made the deal better.

I don't like prices in American Dollars. I am in Canada dealing with Canadian Dollars and I would like all my monetary transactions in my currency. I didn't like the limited choices for flights and what was included in your offer was unacceptable like an overnight flight from Edmonton to Cancun lasting about 20 hours. For some other more reasonable offers you charge a lot of extra money, which made your initial offer quite unattractive. I don't like those tactics. The initial offer is good but when you add the extra cost for the flight is not good, that is for me, a customer.

I was a little confused with the promo at the top of the page stating that if I booked the pay delay I would get $200 extra off, total was 1659.40. I selected pay delay but it took made the full amount, so I called customer service to have someone change me to the pay delay thinking I would get $200 extra off like the promo said, but when I spoke to the rep, he told me that paying the full price or the pay delay was the same price... So now I'm confused. I feel like the promo on the page makes it feel like a lie, rep said paying in full and the pay delay already had the $200 off, so it makes no sense you guys putting that message on the page saying book it by midnight $99 down get an extra $200 off, makes no sense being charged the full amount if I paid in full, felt lied to sorry. Smh. Felt like false advertisement.

We were so happy our family of family was able to book and celebrate a great time together at an all-inclusive resort in Cancun, Mexico. The amazing price for top-rate service will have us returning to BookIt for future trips as well.

Great service!!! First call was to book hotel due to internet price changed to higher rate. Reservation agent was able to confirm my original price, confirm booking and very so professional!! I had to call back for insurance purchase. It was long wait on hold, but well worth the time. The second agent was helpful with insurance purchase, offered to resend documents and very professional. Great customer service - (1 star for the 33 minute wait time.)

Our rep was incredibly patient and informative. Stayed entire time while I attempted to work the computer properly. Price was very fair. You were recommended to us by friends that used you and I think we saved money. Now we have to book the flight which will be less expensive by comparison.

The issue I have is there are four adults going and we were unable to take advantage of the six pay plan as advertised, we were unable to split the payment on two cards with a a six pay option forcing my sister and I to foot the bill for all of it when we were splitting the trip down the middle. This is poor customer service and believe me I split payments every day at my job which is high customer service. I am unhappy with this option, which left is with the $7800 on our personal credit card and I unable to split that bill. With today’s technology you need to update and get with the program and make things more accommodating when more than one couple is going on a trip together and want to make sure that they are in the same area of the hotel and flights!

Easy to book online, however, I encountered an issue and called customer service, and it was a nightmare. On hold for 25 min then someone picked up and I had to be transferred which she ended up hanging up on me. Calling again just to wait on hold with that horrible music, at least change it up if we have to wait 25 plus min on hold. I was calling because I ended up with two trips when I was trying to book only one.

We had a great time, the room was clean, some updates and some things not updated. Very comfy and Ted at guest service was so willing to help us at every turn. We had free breakfast (with eggs). They had a decent restaurant and bar. The pool was too cold at this time for me but I still went in. I would love to return soon.

Found that BookIt has Great prices. The website was Really easy to navigate through and the pay later option is convenient way to book a trip and an easy way to go on an amazing vacation. Impressed with the customer service as well. Recommending.

I have used BookIt in the past to book hotels and have never had an issue. This was my first time booking an All-inclusive. I attempted to book online but it wouldn’t go through, so I called and the agent did a great job assisting me!

It took me 3 attempts to complete my booking. 2 online and 1 with an agent who said the hotel was not available. On one attempt the price kept changing up and then it failed after submitting. I just hope nothing else goes wrong with my booking.

We don’t travel much so we decided to do all inclusive in San Diego Ca. Didn’t get told there are no all inclusive resorts in the United States until after we had booked. Should have stayed with Travelocity. Actually sat on hold 10 times longer than it took to book.

So, I went on Bookit.com to purchase an all inclusive trip to Mexico. I know very little about Mexico so I trusted this website. I went on Bookit.com and looked for a package deal. Here is what happened. The package that was offered had me going to a hotel in Playa del Carmen but my flight is going into Cozumel. But the kicker is the site then offers me ground transportation from Cancun to Playa Del Carmen when I am not going to Cancun but I am going to Cozumel.

Very disappointed as Bookit.com customer service is rude & unacceptable. After several call attempts & 2 emails going unacknowledged, please note that I am cancelling this entire reservation as of today Feb 27th, 2019 & furthermore reporting bookit.com to Better Business Bureau & Consumer Protection at the Attorney General’s office.

I've been traveling BookIt since 2010, I love it. My husband and I has been to Jamaica, Cancun, and several cruises. I highly recommend BookIt.com to family and friends. I love the way they give you a payment plan to accommodate you traveling.

James was my agent. He went above and beyond to help me find just what I was looking for. He was very patient and kind... He would email and call as much as needed to get my reservations done properly and I love customer service people like him... The website can use more detailed photos because it can be confusing trying to tell if you're booking just what you see in the photo and you only get one photo per hotel.

While I have read many good things about Bookit.com customer service - I have yet to experience it. They have outsourced their customer service and all I have spoken with speak with very broken English, I can barely hear them and it takes forever with them on the phone. My last call was to change credit card information on a delayed payment plan (my original credit card was compromised and canceled). It took 28 minutes and then I hung up. I still was unable to change it with them. It is enough to use another agency to book future trips.

Jamacia trip affordable - BookIt makes trips affordable to those whom do not have a large income. The payment arrangements work great. I also appreciate the help of the helpdesk online. She was on CHAT until the order was complete. I will use again.

I had a simple time finding what I was looking for and booking the activities I wanted, but the price went up overnight before I actually clicked "book", so that was a bummer. Also, the payment plan option is actually more expensive than paying all at once, and there doesn't seem to be any indication of that unless you do the math and figure it out. As long as you are a conscious travel-booker, the site is great and it's pretty easy to use and find what you want.

Booking visit via phone - The representative that assisted me was helpful and patient. We were unable to book the trip at first and she would not give up until she resolved the issue. I was booking for a party of 6 and she had the patience to help me. Best experience booking my trip.

On my confirmation, it says something about joining Smiledirect club which I do not want to do. And also something about a free trial of Clear. I just want my booking info... not other stuff. A charge of 40.66 is on my acct also that I don't want. Disappointed.

Although I am pleased with my vacation coat with using Book It, I am appalled that the only way to get special deals is by booking a vacation with 2 adults. As a single parent (paying by myself) I was only offered $25 in promos while my brother and sister (paying together) got $150 in promos. This is so unfair to single parents!

Your vacation set up is very user friendly. Can’t tell you how good the vacation itself is because we haven’t gone yet. My only complaint so far is getting into my profile and records with you. It says I’m logged in but then makes me login again. Won’t accept my password and says my last name is wrong. Try to reset password and it doesn’t even accept the temporary one you emailed to me. Very frustrating.

If there is one change I can make it is that you guys give the Pay Delay option to places within the states as well and not just outside the country. Other than that I love this site. Not accommodating or flexible. I made a reservation and 15 minutes after realized I forgot another party and the agents were unable to accommodate and had no empathy. Basically just kept telling me to call the hotel directly and then the hotel told me to contact the agent.

Had booked a flight on my 10 Anniversary and they messed up on the dates. Called them and was on hold for hour and half at the airport and when we finally talked with someone they told us only option we had was pay 700 dollars more to get it for the next day or we have to go on the dates it was booked for which next month...with no money back. They just want your money. I don’t recommend anyone to buy their tickets from these guys because if there is an mistake they will not do anything for you no matter what the reason is!

Booking our vacation was fairly easy, although the site offers the ability to select your flight seats, for some reason, this option would not work. I called and spoke with a customer service representative, within hours of booking, I was told that they could not help with seat selection once the trip had been booked. What??? Instead, I would have to wait until my next payment was assessed and select seats directly through the airline. Why??? I had my entire family, 10 other people, book with Bookit.com. The representative was knowledgeable, friendly and never once showed any frustration with my eagerness to inquire about all the different rooms available/rates. Unfortunately there was negative price change due to the airlines during the call, but the representative was straight forward and wasn't trying to fluff me on anything. I regretfully do not remember her name and that is my fault as she did properly introduce herself. Towards the end of the call she heard me and my indecisiveness, so she offered a 18hr window to make changes or cancel with no penalty which is what sealed the deal for me. I have both a customer service and sales background and appreciated her all the way around. She was friendly and decisive at the same time. Kudos to her on a job well done and because she is great at what she does I no longer need to make a ton of phone calls and drown in a sea of uncertainty.

My view of a company is usually based on the product, quality service that they provide, and the people that represent it. This is our fourth time in the past 5 years using BookIt.com to book our group vacation to Mexico. Every time we start the booking online, but we usually end up calling and speaking to a representative. Having a booking number right there handy so the representative can pick up where we left off is an amazing feature and very convenient. This was by far the best deal I got on an international trip from any website. It was easy and clear to what they were offering and easy to book. I usually am wary when it comes to great prices because it just doesn’t pan out. But this site is the real deal!

It would not update my plane changes and when picking the payment plan I got an error and had to call in, it also hit my CC the whole bill and them only way to get it back for a payment plan was to cancel it, they said it would be 7 to 10 days for a refund, inexpiable, my card paid right away but 7 to 10 days for a refund. After I booked the trip I needed to select seats for the flights. I found this a bit confusing. The website kept directing me to select seats, but I was not able to do so. I called customer service and was told that I must select seats directly with the airline. You might want to provide this information.

Booked a trip over the phone with a BookIt agent on 2/15/19, and I was DOUBLE charged for my flight. This additional $1200 put me in a horrible bind with my finances, as I was told to wait 7-10 BUSINESS days for a refund. No apology! No empathy! This is a huge amount of money that has interfered with my livelihood to pay my bills or even buy groceries...during these '7-10 business days' I was told to wait. I requested a confirmation email showing the additional flight was cancelled and ensure I would receive my refund - the BookIt agent did not send it. So, I called BookIt guest services the next day to get this confirmation email and spoke with Shelomett ** the 'manager ' who also didn't apologize, and actually had the audacity to say the error was my fault. How? I didn't run my card twice. I also didn't give authorization to have it run twice.

BookIt was easy to use and very helpful for us to book our vacation. We compared pricing from other sites and directly with the resort. Best price and all around value was with BookIt. The site gave us lots of information before and after we booked. We can’t wait to go on our trip and round out our experience with BookIt.

When receiving our confirmation our return flight was not what we booked. Flight ua1132 should have been ua1691. Also nobody was working Saturday to resolve this mistake. Also when booking for another couple joining us we had to go directly thru United Airlines because the same problem was happening.

I booked a three night stay in Cancun. As soon as I got there I found out I needed to return home as soon as possible. I spoke to Bookit.com about cancelling the other two nights. They said because I had already checked in I had to speak to the hotel. They told me that they had to charge one night as a penalty. So they would charge me for two nights and refund the third. They told me that they would only charge Bookit.com for two nights, so Bookit.com would be the company to make the refund because they are the ones that received the funds from me. Makes perfect sense but not when I speak to Bookit.com they say there is no money to refund. So I guess I will never see the money for the third night.

I had done a lot of research to find the perfect hotel and right price for our 30th anniversary trip. Book it had the best prices and really nice hotels. I thought I made a mistake during booking so I called them. The girl I talked to was wonderful and made sure everything was booked correctly. I have used BookIt in the past and have never had a problem. I will use them always.

I will never use BookIt.com again. The prices fluctuate too often. I could not get the same deal on my second booking as my first booking; I booked a second reservations within two minutes and the price jumped by $280. I ended up canceling two reservations. Now I'm waiting on over $3000 to be credited to my account.
