I tried multiple times to book through the website last night. It wouldn’t work. I had to book today and it worked fine. I now have two extra $5 pay delay charges pending on my checking account. I’m worried my trip might have been booked 3 times with only one showing up. You could have lost this booking if I went to a different site last night.

I booked a Punta Cana vacation. Had to cancel for health problems. I was told that I couldn’t get my money back. Supposedly I got airline credit. Tried to booked a trip to Miami and they told me to pay $750.00 more. I just threw money down the drain with BookIt.

I normally do not write reviews but feel I have to let people know that if you plan on using BookIt.com to plan a trip and you may have issues if you encounter an issue. I ordered a premium package that was not fulfilled as per advertisement on website. The company did absolutely nothing to help get my money back. BookIt claimed they are a third party and they cannot issue refunds and AM resorts claimed that BookIt is the responsible party. Needless to say the terms and conditions clearly state that BookIt was responsible but who is going to get a lawyer for $400?
I have contacted them at least 10 times and each time I spoke with someone that was reading a pre-written response to a question I didn't even ask in the first place. Not to mention if you start telling them more about the experience you get hung up on. Finally, after spending hours being transferred from one representative to another. I was placed in contact with Kason ** - Operations Support Analyst whom after multiple back and forth emails and unfulfilled requests to call me went unanswered, reluctantly issue me a $200 credit. 3 months later when I attempted to use the credit the code did not work!!! Of course when inquiring more information from Kason ** - I once again was ignored!!! Do not risk it and book through Expedia!!!

Thorough, persistent, sharp, honest. I will update further after the trip if I find anything different. However I have called the resort and confirmed my booking. If all is as expected, I wouldn't use anyone else for all inclusive bookings. Thank you Jeannine.

I’ve booked trips through Bookit a few times and always have had a good experience with my trips. I haven’t taken my trip yet. It’s scheduled for March, however when I was booking the lady told me my flight was no longer available. She then tried to give me another flight for about 600.00 more. Of course I didn’t take it, then she tried to have take a different resort to get the price down, I declined. I then went back on the site and looked while still on the phone and the flights were still there. She then said, "Oh the flights are available again," so I booked and it was a little cheaper than the starting price. I checked the airline the next morning and there was still available seats, I just felt something was a little shady. I will definitely be a little skeptical and pay attention when using them, this is the first time anything like this has happened, maybe it was a new person.

We understand your frustration and apologize for any inconvenience. Unfortunately, we do not have control over the changing flight itineraries or pricing as flights are able to be booked by guests from all booking outlets. Because of everyone trying to book the same flight, flights will fill quickly, and class of seating can sell out which can result in the issues you experienced. I just booked a trip to Turks and Caicos. After I selected everything and it was totalled... I noticed I had not logged into my account. Once logged in the total cost went up $400.00. I logged out and selected everything again and the price went back down. It's odd that the price will be higher for guest than members.

I was trying to book my first trip with BookIt.com and everything was going perfectly, but after entering our information and credit cards and hitting "submit" it told me there was an error. So I was working through it all again, when my cell phone rang and it was bookit.com calling me to finish up my reservation and work through whatever issues that were found. The rep was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and helped me through the entire process! Fantastic customer care! I'll be coming back!

Love the easy to navigate site. The option to defer payment to a later date is also amazing. I will say the package deals are super limited. Flight options are often times longer than I have seen on other travel sites (i.e. takes 16hrs for a typical 5hr flight). I still would recommend the site, just be aware of the limited package options.

Was very pleased with resort felt it was very luxurious, staff was attentive, very clean, we could’ve stayed a few more nights so much to do just on resort! We enjoyed two beach days and pool days, enjoyed the birds, flamingo easy access to Xcaret park, the trolleys to help get around on huge resort, small beach but perfect for little children as had adult pools!

I made a reservation for HAMPTON Inn Ponte Verde Jacksonville and wife became ill the day before. Called and was told “too bad” it is a non-cancellation room. No future credit no refund. 200 plus down the drain. Never use them again. If it says non-refundable it must be awfully small print. Never heard of such a thing before. I will always use the hotel site going forward. These people were unwilling to help me.

Disappointed with most recent booking. Had to change one of my reservation and was charged $297 which was non Refundable and not transferred to new reservation. Asked for supervisor’s help and was told to call back. Just in 2018 made more than 6 bookings. I think this will be my last time here.

The worst customer service EVER!!! Called about my return flight, which of course is incorrect. Told they would e-mail me in a couple of days. Haven't heard a THING IN OVER A WEEK. Our Puerto Vallarta Vacation - This is my first experience with BookIt and so far I am extremely satisfied! I found an amazing resort at an incredible price that included Air, Hotel and Rental car! Kind of disappointment because 1 day after booking with BookIt my husband found air travel with only 1 layover each way as opposed to the 2 layovers each way that I got with BookIt! Other than that experience was good.

Worst traveling site I have ever used in my life. When I call to use my flight credit I’m kept on the phone for hold for over 15 minutes when they tell me they will return in 5. Actually ridiculous and a huge waste of my time and day. No one seems to have any care in the world to actually assist with anyone and no one knows what they are doing. NEVER using this website again!

Unable to find my Frontier Confirmation Code needed in the on-line check in process of any airline on the documents that print out for purchase verification. Am reviewing past emails to find them. I would recommend that the CC is clearly printed on this document.

I've used this site for several trips and I can't say I'm completely satisfied with how the BookIt representatives advocate for the customers that purchase vacation packages. They are not on our side when it comes to getting reimbursement for vacation packages and every representative says something different. There's no consistency! I'm trying to find a better company to book vacations through because BookIt has failed me several times too many... IDK how do they expect to keep customers.

I asked the agent to keep the old reservations and check the new ones (because the cost of hotel drops). He messed up and now I pay 100 dollars more instead paying less (the price did not change from the time I talk to him until the end). Terrible! Not including wasting 2 hours on the phone with him. During an attempt to book a trip, the price jumped considerably higher within the span of a few hours. It was my research of the resort that prevented me from immediately booking. When I complained to the chat box that inevitably pops up, the reply was that Bookit is a live platform and prices are at the moment. Just beware. I was not able to book the resort because of the steep increase, which two days later the price dropped back down. Unfortunately I had booked another resort.

We recently stayed at Majestic Colonial in Punta Cana (whatever you do, don’t stay there, don’t get tricked by all the positive reviews because that’s what happened to me). While we were there we had such an awful experience with guest services and the management staff. In an attempt to get some things resolved we were forced to call BookIt several times which resulted in stress and a lot of wasted hours sitting in the hotel room on the phone instead of enjoying our stay that we paid thousands of dollars to do. More than one BookIt representative mentioned compensating us in some way if the resort did not (which never happened). A representative also told us she would call us back and never did. Upon checkout, we were charged the fees for the calls we literally had no choice but to make. How that is fair or right is beyond me and why that should be on us to pay is completely insane.
The resort refused to waive the fees and we had to pay in order to leave the country. We spoke to BookIt about this hoping they would take care of it for us but they did not even offer to reimburse us for the several calls we had to make to them in order to get things resolved or for our stress and troubles on our trip. The resort was a top-ten BookIt preferred resort and I would never have stayed there if it weren’t for it being rated so high. Not to mention, BookIt partners with these places so they should assume some of the responsibility. I’ve worked in customer service my entire life so I know that being told “there’s nothing we can do” is a complete lie. Apparently $167 dollars is worth damaging the reputation of both places as well as losing future customers. Next trip, I will book through another agency.

Other than being overbooked two out of three trips everything was sorted out to our satisfaction. Lets hope this trip is trouble free as I have convinced two couples to join us and use Bookit for this trip as well. St. Lucia in January.

Although BookIt.com had the best-priced vacation package, navigating through the check out process using a Cyber Monday code was extremely difficult. As a result, I didn't get the full promotional benefit. Even after utilizing the live chat feature on the website, the issue still wasn't rectified.

I booked a package vacation with the Black Friday special on the Sunday after Black Friday. Then I saw that the price had dropped on a cyber Monday by over 100 dollars. I called BookIt.com to have them honor the new price. I spoke to Temeka, who diligently worked with me to have Bookit honor the new prices. She had to cancel my old reservation, do a new reservation, and do all of this extra work to do this for me. We were on the phone for 90 minutes to make this happen. 90 minutes! This wasn’t her fault. Bookit doesn’t make it easy for their customer service agents to help out customers like me. If you make it easier for customers, then your agents would have an easier time making us happy. Eventually it worked out, but wow, that’s 90 minutes that I will never get back.
I don’t like to feel like I’m being ripped off. If I see a lower price the next day, I’m going to ask for a company to honor it. That is the ethical thing to do and the right thing to do. Temeka was professional and courteous and really worked so hard. But Bookit needs to make changes to their policy about price matching, especially on their own site. I booked a vacation with another similar company earlier this year. The price dropped $200 a week later, I called them, and they honored the new price with no pushback. Nothing. They just did it because it was the right thing to do.
Bookit has incredible deals on vacations, but I would be reluctant to use you again due to this fiasco last night. Wasn’t a fabulous experience. I’m hoping the vacation goes off smoothly and all of this work translates into a stress-free vacation, but I’m disappointed at your policies about doing the right thing when it comes to price matching. But Temeka was great. But it doesn’t negate the other stuff.

BookIt was great in finding the dates I wanted and a non stop flight to my destination! Prices seem to have gone up but I found a not too bad price with bookit. The all inclusive amount was great! Including the round trip shuttle for an small additional amount!

I have been searching websites to go away on vacation for weeks now. The price has continued to be out of my range until I saw Cyber Monday specials through BookIt. Because if this, I could afford to go away. I couldn’t book it online because every time I tried to grab air and check out, it wouldn’t allow me to have the air I wanted and would give me different air. Because if this I had to call and book it. I first spoke to a customer rep who was very nice but wasn’t as knowledgeable with air. I knew my price was cheaper than what he was coming up with and he assumed the air I wanted wasn’t available anymore since he couldn’t find it and it was Cyber Monday so I booked a different flight and paid more but the most I wanted to spend.
After I got off the phone I researched it online under book it under flights and it was still there and cheaper than the flight he gave me. Plus the times were better which was weird. I called back right away and spoke to a rep named Jamie **. He was awesome! He was able to cancel my original flight and book my new one and saved me the $400 I originally saw when trying to book online. Due to Cyber Monday the site was overloaded and I guess they had to book things separately. He was patient, understanding, and willing to accommodate me to save me the money despite having it already booked. He is an asset to Book It and hope he gets recognition for customer service.
Thank you Book It! After 2 hours of being on the phone, I am ready to go on vacation in Feb!! Will continue to use this site and hope it becomes easier next big sale. Supposedly it was American Airlines they were having problems with. I am very satisfied despite the craziness. I will definitely use Book It again. We travel yearly and this by far was the best time to book and the best rate!!!

I had to input all my information and credit card, at least 10 different times. I had to retype different info as every time it refreshed some other field would delete, not allowing me to complete my reservation for over an hour. As it turns out I'm still missing my $300 cm credit and my car reservation is not on my itinerary. Not happy as I've already called twice, been on hold over 30 mins both times, and it's not resolved. I'm still missing a $300 credit for paying all at once.

Cyber Monday and trying to change our hotel from our booking. He had to manually move the money from the hotel into the new hotel and cancel the old and book the new. This was not an easy task for him but he was very pleasant and accommodating during what was a very hectic day for him, I’m sure. I wish I could remember his name. Lacking on information. The first rep I spoke with. Second rep Amanda was great. However the first time I called the rep was rude and claimed they couldn't hear me once they could not find the locator number. Once leaving Amanda a message and waiting for a call back I decided to book it myself where the rep informed me of a different price than what Amanda had quoted and different than what showed on the site. So I booked online other than dealing with a rep. They seemed to have no information and made excuses for the numbers being incorrect.

We had an awful experience. We were on the phone for four hours and have no booking to show for it. We originally had to call because we had a large group that was traveling, 9 people. At first, it was good service. We got the deal we wanted for everyone. However, the flights were not the same ones as our booking ID online. The flights we picked said it was going to be an extra $55 per a person and ended up being an extra $200 per a person. So we decided not to go with them and do the original deal. We got quoted 3 different prices all $2000 difference. After much discussion and trying to figure it out. Two hours later we finally got the original quote.
Then once we were paying and giving details it took two hours before we gave up and canceled. The person on the phone had no idea what she was doing and couldn't finish the booking. When we asked to talk to someone else she refused and said she was going to take care of us. (We should have hung up but had high hopes and wanted to just get it over with) We ended up splitting up the groups and doing it online. Do not waste your time calling. We wasted a whole day and got nowhere. We have one group confirmed and the other waiting. We still do not know if they are going to be able to make it. If you have to book do it online or pick a different place. Avoid if you can.

I tried to book a vacation last night online. The booking went through, however I was charged 6 TIMES for my vacation! I received an email from my credit card company stating they charged $410.68 6 times and $1558.13 6 times, 2 approved and 4 declined. Called BookIt.com and they canceled ONE of the reservations and stated that it would take 7-10 days for it to come off my credit card. Immediately called Discover and disputed the additional charges. Called back and notified rep that it was charged 6 times and she said it was a system issue. Asked to speak to a manager and was told they were all in a meeting... At 12:10 am??
Today I called and spoke to a VERY rude girl who told me that I clicked 'bookit' several times and this was my fault. I again tried to explain that I didn't click it more than once and she continued to tell me that it was my error. I asked to speak to a supervisor and have currently been on hold for 30 mins. So I am now on my 6th phone call to try to get this resolved between BookIt and Discover and I'm still not done. So far all I've gotten was an 'I'm sorry for the inconvenience' and 'you clicked it more than once.' Unacceptable and I will never use BookIt.com again... I will always use Cheapcarribean.com. I never got to speak to a supervisor and instead she transferred to Spirit Airlines?? Was told by Spirit that instead of a refund they were going to apply it to a future airline voucher??? NO, NO and NO!

I went to Dominican Republic on a wedding. When I got there, my hotel was too far to the venue. The commute was 2 hrs back and forth, which was costing too much money for taxi. Since it was already too late I spent the night. The next day I was advise to check out and make a new reservation. After I hung up with that person I called my wife to follow up for me, she spoke to 2 different agent which they told her I would have to make a whole new reservation and I couldn't make one now because we need 24 hrs in advance and the money would be reimbursed once I returned. Imagine the frustration, after hanging up she called back and spoke to Tania which was God sent. While booking my reservation I was told that I would be able to modify my reservation within a few hours. When I called back I was told that my reservation was going to be canceled and a new one booked. In the I paid more money, the rep didn’t book my transportation to and from the airport when asked to fix he or add it on he denied helping me. Was on the phone over a hour to still hang up with issues. Would not recommend this site.

I was pleased with the prices and information given. However, after booking and paying, something popped up regarding a flight change and price which was unsettling and appears to be incorrect. I ended up calling the airline which confirmed the original flight booked. Not sure why this happened but has me feeling uneasy about this booked trip.

I found that I could save $119 after viewing your website. The representative kept asking me if I want to change from a sand king room to a king room. I was never told the difference between the two rooms. I later found that I could have had the sand king and saved $100 rather than the $119. That would have made more sense. I would like to know the difference between the two rooms and then given the option of which one I would want.

We booked a trip to Grand Bahia La Romana through BookIt.com. While the resort was nice enough, our excursion experience was quite scary. Upon arrival at the airport, we met up with BookIt.com representatives. We were advised to meet with their rep at our hotel the next day to arrange return transportation. We were also advised in no uncertain terms to ONLY book excursions with him. When we met with him, it was quite obvious there were certain excursions he didn’t want us to do. We ended up booking two. One was Saona Island and the other fishing which we had to push for. While Saona Island was a great, on the way there, we were forced to stop at a tourist trap store where they immediately put green dot stickers on us and shoved baskets in our face. I can only assume this is because the transport people cut a cut of our purchases.
The fishing was horrific for the $160 each we paid. A guy picked us up at the hotel and drove us to Bahibe. There, he advised us it would be 10 or 15 minutes until the boat arrived. What he was really doing was trying to find somebody to take us. "Ok, we’re ready to go," he says. He walks us to an 18 ft jon boat with a motor. The guy had 2 fish and 1 lure. We spent 4 hours on this boat with no facilities or anything else. Not even water to drink only beer the driver purchased on the way there. As we left, we watched our driver pay the native who took us out. My advice is stick with the hotel when booking excursions. This was our second trip with BookIt.com. We will never do another!

It was a disaster booking. A friend & I were booking our trips at the same time to make sure that everything was accurate - we hit confirm at the same time - mine went through first & hers got an error. We called BookIt & they said it's because the cost of the flight changed due to mine just having gone through & now the flight was no longer available. She could only get a 16 hour flight at that point!! And so now my family is booked & hers isn't. I can't cancel because flights are non-refundable. The website should count down how long the reflected price is good for as you're going through the checkout process - it shouldn't change after you confirm your purchase. I consider that a bait & switch! o frustrating; I do not plan on using BookIt.com again.

Sometimes when booking with air the issues you experienced may occur as flights are able to be booked by guests from all booking outlets. Because of everyone trying to book the same flight, flights will fill and sell out quickly, which can result in the issues you experienced. Cancelled my trip on the date given before midnight. But because I cancelled at 11:46 PM Central Time & not Eastern Time, I was charged $300+. Read every detail, being a repeat customer does not matter to them.

The refund and cancellation terms which you mention in your review are set by the specific hotel or resort and not BookIt.com. I am giving you 3 stars of satisfaction because I have spent a lot of trouble to take a vacation with you, first they do not have anyone who speaks Spanish and second the lady who sold me the package got so confused that she is charging me a travel insurance fee I did not ask him. I had to call Bookit 3 times! Each time I was given the runaround and lied to about my resort being in Cancun, Mexico when I called the resorts EACH of them were NOT located in Cancun. Now I am stuck with a non refundable resort that is STILL NOT IN CANCUN. I will NEVER use Bookit EVER AGAIN! Horrible experience!!!

I thought the process was easy but when I called customer service to find out about payment plan the people was friendly, but please double check. They took the whole amount out of my account. I wondered where the 99 and pay in 6 payments started which is what I wanted since I ordered for 2 other people. Needless to say we will see what happens. Just double check if you want this option. And this is the reason I was dissatisfied. Besides that I was satisfied.

Online was easy to use and that's how I booked my reservation. I called to ask questions and book on the phone and the person was cold, no help and sounded like she was reading from a script. I am getting married was trying to book 2 rooms, asking about discounts, specials and she just said, "No", so I booked online. We have used BookIt in the past again easy, but if there is a mess up in connections or hotel reservations bookit is of no help.

Recently booked our vacation, including air, hotel, and transportation transfers, & insurance. However, transportation transfers did not show up on the itinerary, & I was unable to select flight seats. One call on the 800 line to BookIt which I was able to get through to immediately, and my entire situation was resolved to my satisfaction. My vacation is booked for February 2019. There are 7 family members going so we booked three all inclusive junior suites and we did not want one person alone. The website clearly stated that you had a choice of one king bed or two double beds. But since the BookIt website didn't give you a box to choose which one I ott it in the remarks. After the booking was completed I saw that the bed choice was not guaranteed. I called Bookit and the rep confirmed that the hotel won't assign rooms until we get there. What??? What if all 3 rooms only have a king bed? Am I supposed to put 3 full grown adults in ONE bed? Then I saw on another review that they were charged extra for two double beds when they arrived. So now I'm veeery nervous. How can you book 7 adults but not guarantee the need choice?

BookIt was really helpful changing my 6 night all-inclusive reservation at one resort to 4 nights at that resort and 2 nights at a different resort. We were going to Nickelodeon resort in Punta Cana for our 3-year-old and grand memories for our son who is older.

Searched for a room, found the one I wanted for $262 a night and after hitting select it went to $352 a night with $19 dollars in taxes and fees and a $17 discount. I booked it and called them about the discrepancy and was told to keep an eye on the price and if I see it for lower, I can book the lower one and they will waive the cancellation fee on the higher one. Went on today and saw the $260 price again, so I went to book it and it added $79 in taxes and fees, making it the same price as the higher room rate. I called them and asked why the taxes and fees on a $260/night room are $60 more than a $352 room. He told me that's how it works, the more you spend, the lower your taxes are. I informed him that is the exact opposite of how taxes work. Bait and switch on the price and customer service is a joke.

When I booked my reservation, it was done from the search ID from online. That means I had already had my room picked out and all I had to do is call and reserve. Well after I completed my reservation on the phone, I went online just to see my itinerary. At that time I notice they booked the wrong room type and called back immediately. Called back and told the agent the situation and she then informed me that it's been already booked and they would have to contact the resort and see if it’s possible to change rooms and waive the cancellation fee. If the fee can’t be waived I would have to pay. This is unacceptable, I did my part and this is on BOOKIT. I’m still waiting for a response!

When I called to ask if price dropped would I receive discount and going rate they said no because of type of booking I reserved. So not sure if I will be using them in the future. They also said most of their coupons are for Caribbean vacations and not the type of vacation I booked.

Derrick, the Bookit Agent sold me accomodations at Melia Punta Cana Beach Resort at $272 /night, only for it to go to $115/night few minutes later. When I called Customer Service I was told that the reservation was nonrefundable!!! Also Derrick send me my airfare Voucher, but not my Hotel Voucher.

I contacted BookIt.com via telephone to request a larger room or add an additional room because I added 2 additional adult family members to my reservation. I was informed there is no availability to have all members in the same room therefore my only option was to book a separate room. I asked if I was able to use the only discount code to my existing reservation since I was adding another room and was informed I was not able to do this however while on the phone I tried to book a separate room under a new booking number and the discount was applied.
Long story short I was upset the person at BookIt did not advise me to book it separately so as the customer I would be able to get the promotional rate considering I did inquire over the phone or she could have honored it as I am a BookIt member. I had to pay an additional 169 and change because she booked an additional room which at the end she had to cancel my reservation and rebook the hotel.
Also I informed the BookIt agent 1 adult will not fly in until Friday therefore I should not be charged for her meals/hotel on Thursday 8 Nov and she said to speak with the hotel upon arrival about this. I also inquired to add an additional adult to the airport pick up on 8 Nov and again she said to speak to the transportation company upon arrival which is pointless because 3 members travel from New Jersey and an hour later another member arrives from Florida. I did not feel the agent was helpful in trying to accommodate me with the room discount, 1 member not arriving until Friday and the transportation to and from the hotel.

We have been researching our trip for weeks, looking at every website, deciphering what hidden charges and costs there are and what flexibility we could get. Book-It was the perfect choice. Would not let me make a name correction even though the airline does it all the time WITHOUT CHARGE. Told me I needed to cancel and rebook the flights at an additional cost of $1,000 USD and then charged the whole package amount to my credit card a second time. Never again.

Called 10 minutes after booking. Couldn't cancel hotel and if I did would still be charged 25 dollars per person and the full amount which is still a month away. Very disappointed. Will never use again. Will not be staying at hotel because I'm not going any more pefect.

Scammed me into thinking I had flights included with my trip. I purchased an all inclusive 60% off trip to Aruba with BookIt.com. After not receiving any form of information about my trip, I started to make some phone calls. My price is roughly $3900, this was to include a single king bed for 10 nights and flights. Every single moment of the booking experience, I was convinced that both flights and room were included. If you do the math, at 60%, the entire trip would cost $8000. Where in the world does anybody pay $8000 for 10 days without flights. I did have an detailed flight plan at first, although this has disappeared completely. The trip that you sold us is a SCAM. Every single step of the process included flights. I am seriously not happy with your business and plan on contacting the proper authorities. Please plan on a phone call from me first thing in the morning!!!

I booked a trip through BookIt and all seemed well. The reservation and payment was for 2 rooms at an all-inclusive resort in Cancun. When I contacted the resort 3 weeks prior to our trip to confirm that the two rooms could be close together, I was informed that there was only one room on the reservation and referred back to the “travel agent”. I contacted BookIt customer service and they confirmed that I had paid for two rooms and would figure out the problem with the resort. The initial agent reported they would call me back. After several days, and no call. I called again. Repeated the process and was told there was a “technical difficulty” with getting the manifest to the resort to resolve the problem and to call back.
I called back a few days later and received the same response! On the 5th call to BookIt I asked for a supervisor. This manager told me she would personally supervise my case and promised to resolve the issue within 24 hours and give me a call. After 24 hours and no return call, I called for a SIXTH time and was told the manager was out and unable to assist me. I asked if someone else could assist and was placed on hold for 15 minutes. Then they hung up on me. So, I am 9 days out from my trip and the issue is still not resolved! This is the worst customer experience I have ever had!

They were at the top of the page so I thought they were the sole booking agent for La Blanc hotel/resort in Cancun. They weren't. I booked the hotel. Received call by BookIt agent to call them. I did twice over 2 days. He never called back. He did send email a day later saying hotel under renovations and I could book one of the other hotels under the same ownership... and receive a certificate for a free week within a year at Le Blanc because of the renovations. I emailed back telling them the hotel I wanted... and to send me the certificate. After 2 days... no response. Called and got another agent who booked it and he said he would CANCEL the first reservation booking # to get the revised hotel... with new booking #. I told him to handle the free certificate as well.
Received email from the first agent (who I had never spoken to) saying that new hotel was booked but I was not entitled to free certificate since the 1st reservation was cancelled. SAY WHAT!!! All downhill from there. Called again... asked for mgr. Would only give me supervisor who parroted the agent... NO certificate to be issued and I wasn't permitted to speak to a mgr. I then wrote letter directly to the general manager of Le Blanc. The GM's assistant handled matters. They were totally respectful and efficient and they handled the free certificate at their hotel for a year later 2019.

I had a great experience using BookIt for the first time. I book a vacation to Jamaica and stayed at breathless. BookIt broke my payments down into 5 simple payments. I also was able to modify the price online when I saw that it was discounted a little bit more than the original price with BookIt's end of the month deals. I already bookit my birthday trip through BookIt.

Update on 12/28/2018: Had to make a change in my booking and the Representatives I spoke with were very knowledgeable and understanding. Website is easy to use. Would definitely recommend this company to friends and family. Prices were also fair! Thank you very much.
