Booking.com was so easy and quick. The booking process was easy. Pay Delay is a great option and so many great vacation choices. We will be taking our vacation in July so I will be back with an overall review.

I just booked my 3rd vacation with Bookit.com. I love the selection and the types of resorts, flights and excursion ideas. Everything that you'll need for the trip is available at the time of booking. No surprise fees or taxes ever.

This is the worst experience I have ever had booking a vacation. My wife, who medically cannot go on this trip anymore was unable to get a refund, and BookIt holds a $200 fee for which they blame the airline for. When reaching out to the airline, they blame BookIt. What a joke. Customer service is the worst I have ever had in the industry, try having some sympathy for your customers rather than nickel and dime them when something out of their control happens. We even provided a doctor's note, and still were the ping pong ball between BookIt and American Airlines. I will be sure to let anyone I know looking to book a trip to never use this site, and anywhere I can write this same review online, I will. Worst agency, stay far far away, no amount of savings on a package is worth dealing with these people.

The website was very easy to work. I had a travel agent who was going to book our trip. I wanted to check her prices and see what the hotel looked like and it ended up being cheaper to just book it myself. And they offered me many different deals and had a coupon code that I could use as well as a better deal! Thank you so much. I can’t wait to go on my trip!

The gentleman that helped me was very nice and knowledgeable! Found the flights I wanted and explained the difference between the two places I was interested in. I have booked with you before and my only issue was they made a mistake with the beds but I hope this time I get the two double beds I requested.

Great hotel. Easy access to everything. Nice steak house and recommend the show in the hotel. Only thing that I will change is to add more pillows to room. Fun for kids, nice arcade and roller coaster inside, pizza, hotdogs, burgers and coyote ugly inside.

I wish there were no fees when we modify our trips, we are not canceling our trip. We might add a day to extend it etc. I had to pay a $25 fee 3 times due to we had to modify our trip and change the days, if we cancel, I agree, charge a fee. Other than that, I love the flexibility of a payment plan.

Always easy to book. Prices tend to fluctuate from day to day due to flight price changes. Otherwise great site for booking vacations. The best part is the pay delay. This seems to be the only site that allows for payments. It would be nice if you could do more than 6 payments when you book trips more than 6 months out. Just a thought. Otherwise, it’s my go to booking site for all inclusive travel.

We have not left yet and I feel like it’s the vacation from hell. Cancelled flights and cancelled hotels. However, everyone except one person at BookIt has been wonderful and accommodating, and that one person was Lena who huffed and puffed loudly with annoyment. Everyone else has been so helpful and really wanted to help. United cancelled the last leg of my flight and I was moved to another airline with even better flights. The agent was also very helpful in helping me choose another resort as my original resort delayed their opening. When the new hotel was confirmed I actually got a call telling me my reservation was moved and confirmed. This is the first time I have used BookIt and will continue to do so. I have also told people how accommodating they have been.

I like the option of pay delay and also able to book flights with package. Great variety of hotels. Just wish some packages were not limited to offer on pay delay and offer more coupons on packages for 3-4 nights.

I had booked a vacation for my family at a resort that was scheduled to be open a few months before we were to leave. Stacey called me to let me know that construction would not be completed by our vacation date. She was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the situation and she was able to put us up in another resort at no extra charge. She let us know months in advance so we wouldn’t be stuck looking for availability in resorts at the last minute. She was very understanding to the fact we would be traveling with two kids so she let me know about distance from airport to certain resorts and kids club information etc. I can not say enough good things about the service she provided me and my family. Stacey ** was awesome!!

It was a very simple and easy process, but I just wish there were more coupon codes and discounts for solo travelers as not every person travels in pairs or groups. I was able to use the Travel 50 coupon code and got fifty dollars off my total, which was okay.

Absolutely worst company to deal with. They are dishonest and when they make mistakes they don't acknowledge them. My debit card was placed on hold because they keep on trying to pull funds from it. Any place else but BookIt.

We experienced a small problem with booking a trip to Cancun online. We contacted customer service, had very little wait time, and the agent, who was quite pleasant, researched the snag and fixed the problem for us in a very timely manner. It was comforting to know that the problem was worked out. It was so easy to work with this agency and we are looking forward to our trip.

Easy to navigate and I really like the option to see the rates by dates for hotels/packages. What I really missed from my last time of booking with BookIt, it's delay plan or use of Paypal which offer those pay over deals with 0%. I think this is really good option that needs to be back on the site. Just a suggestion. With the rates going up and up, vacation is more and more $$$$, having option to pay it over few months - really helps.

The experience was ok... Booking the resort was easy but booking the air was not. I spent over an hour trying to book the flight only to be told after that it wasn’t available. Flights offered were better than Expedia with shorter layovers. Would’ve been an easier and better experience if only show flights available for booking.

After booking my vacation package I ended up searching on another website for the same package. I found a package for nearly $200 cheaper and BookIt will not match the exact same package (flight and hotel) because they weren’t booked separately. I’m extremely disappointed, but I couldn’t cancel my reservation and now the other deal is more money than my booking price.

We were booking with another couple. Their coming went thru. Ours said flight not available. I called and the rep. Wasn't able to help but she did send a chat and said it was a glitch with American airline. That was nice of her to do that. Within 5 minutes we're got ours to go thru but it was now $120 more. We should get the price we originally tried to book. We were within the same discount period (super bowl. Game300 promo) disappointed as we have used BookIt several times with no issues.

Been booking holidays with BookIt for about 6 years and they have always been very good and easy to talk to. The hotels they offer are the same as the picture show on the computer. They have been very good with people with disabilities and helpful and I hope it continues.

Customer service was great but disappointed that I wasn't told I couldn't transfer my coupon code to the new modified booking until after I completed the modification. So I lost my coupon and received no discount. The person who I talked to was friendly.

Process was seamless! Used BookIt back in March 2018 for Montego bay Jamaica. Seems it's best to book as far in advance as possible... as I got 70 percent off regular rates! Also good to book activities in advance as well. Very satisfied. Can't wait till October!

Application was very user friendly and the pay delay option is extremely helpful for those who need to pay slowly. My only issue with the site would have to be that American Express is not accepted. However will definitely use BookIt in the future.

We love using BookIt because we get great choices of resorts and information from travelers to find exactly what we look for in an ideal trip. We can select airfare, hotels based on ranking and reviews, and (very importantly) transportation to and from the airport to hotel. We just booked our third trip because they provide accurate details and cover everything to make a vacation unstressful. We also like that you don’t have to pay for the entire trip at once—it is split into payments up until a few daysbefore you leave. The only thing I noticed is that customer service can only answer questions based on the same information that you are given to read. So basically if you have a problem during your trip you need to resolve it at the resort. Overall great way to get a fantastic all inclusive vacation that fits your idea of a great trip.

Tied my credit card up for 4 days because they screwed up. I went to Travelocity. I had booked flight and hotel and transfer fees and then was notified via email that they didn’t charge me for flights! I followed all of their prompts.

Rates are better through hotel directly - Can you please match my rate to what is shown on the hotel's website? Please confirm breakfast is included as also shown on Royal Caribbean's website? Via Royal Caribbean Direct, the cost with private transfers and breakfast included is $1637 subtotal and final price with tax and fees is $1,932.19. Your price is $1,978.47 for everything minus the breakfast. I want the "private" hotel transfers for $88. Tried to change it but you're charging $112. Please help. Thank you.

Although I wanted to book some activities at the same time of booking the trip I didn't. Wasn't sure if I would be able to apply hotel credit online, or which would be the better price for activities not included such as horseback riding and zip lining.

This is my very first time booking through Bookit.com. I went through the whole process of booking my package flights included just to be informed that the flights were not added as I was told. So in order for me to get what I thought I was paying for I had to go through the process of canceling my first reservation and being charged a second time for the down payment. I was told basically these were my options and now I am out of $400 when I only intended on paying $198. I now have to wait 7 to 10 business days for the money to get put back on my card. JUST BE AWARE WHEN BOOKING HERE. This whole thing has been an inconvenience for me.

Real easy. Makes it great to not have to fork out all the money at once and pay and save up for a well deserved vacation. Compared pricing and was about average but the nailer was 99 down per person. Can’t wait. I will let you know how it all goes.

BookIt site is one of the quickest and easiest to use. I chose to book a vacation package I first discovered on the website, then called an agent via the number listed on the booking page. There is also an ID # on the viewing page which the agent can access to see the specific pkg you are interested in. No need to verbally repeat all info. An agent answered my call immediately, was very helpful and knowledgeable. The booking process only took a few minutes, confirmation was given verbally and sent via email. All flight & resort info was thoroughly explained. Excellent experience. Will use again!

I found it very easy to use the site... There were many options to choose from and find just what I was looking for at a reasonable price! I do wish there would have been more options on hotels with Jacuzzi rooms!! However I did find one that looks to be very nice that was within my budget!!

I really like the selections that BookIt.com has to offer when finding a resort and a flight to match. Just be careful of the very last page when you enter in coupons and additional excursions. Sometimes it will time out and you will have to resubmit, or it will just remove those items all together.

Couldn't book the trip shown on the website! Once I called BookIt.com, the lady didn't help at all, wanted to book me a 24hr flight time ticket instead of 6 hr flight ticket!!! She didn't let me speak with a manager either and said no supervisor or manager is available!!! My wife and I are a part of a party of 10 people going to Punta Cana and for that reason, everybody else had to cancel and reschedule their trip too and paid the penalty fee! Really frustrated!

My daughter did the booking while I watched as she is more experienced than I am at the computer. It really seemed easy and fast. The trip will be a multiple birthday celebration for 30, 60 and 80 olds and all of us are looking forward to it.

I feel I have seen better rates if you go through the resorts. If you book with Bookit.com I was not able to see prices for the place I booked to see if the price went down. I upgraded my room and I was charged to do that. I would think that they are still making money they would not charge. If you go to the resort it say pay when you get there. I go in May and booked it in December. I don't know why they couldn't expand the payment out longer like other places you can pay as you want just so it is paid in full 3 months before you go.

Looked for e trip for my son and his wife on their honeymoon and this is fantastic. From the start it was a good buy and very classy for them. We were able to book plane flights and all inclusive. Great site.

Dissatisfied with BookIt service. I tried booking a great hotel and flight but when placed order I received an “error” but was still charged the deposit of $198... I was told to wait 24 hours but I have to see my money back on my bank.

I have used Book It before. This is the best deal I have found on any travel site. Taking two of my sisters with me. One for her 50th, the other cancer free 2 years. I would recommend this site to anyone wanting to travel.

I booked 3 separate rooms right after my friend booked. The agent helping me looked up her reservation and told me the incorrect room. I asked for junior suite and I was told they didn’t offer a junior suite. I also mentioned a coupon code and after booking three rooms I forgot about it and realized it after I got the emails so I lost out on saving money and had to pay more for rooms since I was told they do not have junior suites when they do.

I booked a resort package and spoke with rep knowing that I did not have “ALL” info confirmed. My understanding was that I had 24 hours to make changes to existing reservation without a penalty of $25 and I agreed. I then proceed to call back hours later with confirmed info. Charged $25 anyway. I went to book full package including airfare. Rep had me on phone for 2 hours and gave me 3 different quotes. After I gave her all my information and confirmed data and price she "lost" it or computer issues. This happened twice and the 3rd time the price went up hundreds of dollars.

We booked a "4 star" all-inclusive resort through BookIt, and the stay was TERRIBLE. Unable to get into my room for days, dirty toilet, water leaking on the bathroom floor for days, construction noise all day, unsanitary food at the buffet, tons of things closed down for repair, etc. BookIt says that it's my problem, and I have to resolve it with the hotel. They will not support you in my experience. I won't be back to the hotel, and I won't be back to BookIt. Book through Costco or someone with better customer support.

I purchased a trip from Bookit.com for a trip to " The Royal Playa del Carmen." I had a seizure after purchasing this trip. I had a seizure in flight on a airplane. I purchase travel insurance through Bookit.com (AIG Travel Guard), I have since been fighting for over 2 months trying to get this handled. I have filled out all forms they have supplied and as well as have medical proof of my seizure, and they still refuse to approve my claim.

My friend & I booked a trip to Cancun recently. We were quoted one price and then charged a lot more. We have spent hours trying to get this resolved through customer service & received no response. We were told on January 10, 2019 that we would receive a response in 7-10 days. We have heard nothing! My friend even emailed the CEO and still didn’t receive a response. Obviously BookIt does not care about their customers. I highly recommend booking through another company that does not engage in deceptive practices.

My sister and I were booking our vacations together and hers went through and mine had an error message. When attempting to re-book the flight we wanted was no longer available. I was pleased with the price of my trip, but I do not like that Bookit.com doesn’t have free cancellations. Further, I felt the Customer Service Agent was impatient and wanted to rush off the phone. I am still tempted to cancel my trip because of my experience.

They changed my flight itinerary without emailing me. I contacted the airport the day before my scheduled vacation and found out my flight was leaving an hour later than planned and, instead of going from Oklahoma to Houston TX then to Cancun, we were leaving Oklahoma, changing planes in Denver, yes the wrong direction, then to Cancun, that added 4 hours to our flight. I tried to change it back to the original schedule and they said it would cost an additional $200 per person. I later called BookIt customer service to verify my travel from the airport to the resort and they still had my flight coming in at the original time, not 4 hours later.

The customer service representative was great. We had so many questions for her, but she never got Frustrated With us. Thank you for that. She give us different options to look over & she made sure that we understood everything before she let us go, including making sure we had all her email.

I booked a Cancun vacation at an all inclusive resort. Called to confirm that my hotel reservation was booked, and it was. Except for the fact that on the website and on my receipt it says that I will receive $500 in resort credit that I can use at the spa or one of many other places. At the time of my phone call with the BookIt.com rep he stated that the hotel will not honor the 500 resort credit that was promised to me. I'm very annoyed because I booked my room based on that and now I'm stuck paying for something that is not what I was promised. I do not want to stay at another hotel. I just want what I was promised at the time of my booking.

Cancel a double booking - Too long to resolve issue. Put on hold at least 10 times. Wanted to charge me fees when it wasn’t my mistake at all. Only reason I didn’t get charge was because I had another booking. This is the first time I have issues. Always have used BookIt.

I've booked 3 travels to date. I have booked 2 all inclusive for my husband and I and 1 for my daughter and so far all has been great. I did have a slight issue trying to upgrade on the site because it's considered a "change to the itinerary" but I will just attempt when I check it at the hotel. Inconsistent and no attempt...to actually provide valid and useful ways to meet my request which I believe is extremely simple and warrants clear response on what needs to be done to resolve. I want to change the hotel on my current booking and have called about 6 times now. It is not until my call on 1/12/19 that the agent even attempted to escalate to resolve. The call before that I had an agent hang up on me because she didn't understand and couldn't explain what was needed to meet my request. Before that all agents provided inconsistent responses just causing more confusion about what I needed to do on my end. I am waiting on escalation response now. If this does not get resolved this will be my last time using BookIt.com.

I love the ability to pay for my vacation in installments. It is great to have the opportunity to book your vacation and pay later. The prices are a lot cheaper than other sites, a lot easier to manage and very user friendly while navigating through the site.

This is my third time in a row booking our vacation on BookIt. The site is easy to navigate and we received solid customer service the previous two times. I have yet to find a site with a better value and their promo codes are great!

On 5/11/18 I booked a trip online to Mexico. The promo code of $125.00 did not apply to the final cost. Within 20 mins. I called BookIt and was told I could cancel the trip, and rebook, but the airline portion of the original trip would not be credited, but a voucher would be issued. I found this to be unacceptable. Within a day or two I found out an online booking can be cancelled within 24 hours with no penalty. On 5/14/18 I contacted my credit card company to dispute the $125.00 that was not applied. On 6/4/18 I received an email from BookIt, advising me if I did not cancel the dispute they would cancel the trip and I would be responsible for all applicable penalties. That would be $400.00 in airline penalties for 2 people, and $50.00 in BookIt penalties for 2 people. I felt this was a threat of extortion. I could not afford to lose $450.00 so I agreed to cancel the dispute.

I booked a trip for my boyfriend's bday to Cancun. Due to the govt shutdown his passport wasn't issued in time for our departure. Shytiarra assisted us in getting our location switched to Puerto Rico with minimal fees. She is very knowledgeable and cares about the customer's best interest. I just want to thank her for everything. I've used BookIt.com for years and never had an issue. It's good to know that they've got my back when an issue does arise.

I was welcomed with excellent service!!! I wish I would have remembered the gentleman's name who helped me book my trip, I was having trouble with the website and he walked me through my entire reservation. I was asked if I had any special requests and I told him that we wanted an ocean view room and two double beds and he said no problem. Bookit was very easy to find hotels and to reserve, had an issue to pay with card but customer service was very helpful. When arriving to hotel, upon check in hotel reception couldn’t find my reservation, had to leave an open voucher. Next day everything got resolved.

This is the 5th booking I have set up and with that being said the 3rd time it royally screwed up due to no part of myself. I have now been told that once again I must cancel my reservation, wait 7-10 days for a refund and miss a promotion all due to BookIt selecting a different traveler than what I selected. After this I decided to cancel all together and decided I should find another booking agent that doesn’t have so many issues. In the end I will say I only travel once a year And that is during my birthday. This makes this even more upsetting.

I can get charged up to 1000 dollars for me not paying in the timeline and I would lose my 297 dollars I put down. So I agreed to all the terms and conditions on the payment plan and I pay my 297 on the phone with an agent and then he puts me on hold and tells me my airfare didn’t book and I have to wait 7-10 days to get my money back. He can’t keep my rate, he can’t give me a discount for me to book when the money goes back to my card or anything. 45 minutes on the phone and I still don’t have my money back or anything for another booking. Now me, my wife and my kid will miss out on our family vacation. I will never book with you guys again.

I've booked a vacation (flight and the hotel) with BookIt.com. My reservation was breakfast only although on the website it said all inclusive hotel. I called BookIt to cancel right away and spend 4 hours on the phone with 6 different representatives. First, the system didn't have my reservation id. They weren't able to find my reservation. Not by name, not by phone. I was disconnected several times. In the end, the reservation was found and they charged me $25 for same day cancelation. Never again.

I noticed right after I received conformation from BookIt.com that I was booked. I then noticed a misspelled first name that was included in the reservation. The BookIt agent tried for 15 minutes, but couldn't find my reservation in their computer. I will try again tomorrow.
