I called today concerned about our recent booking in Cancun, Mexico. Turns out the resort I booked just opened a few days ago and is not quite ready for guests. People that have arrived there were very upset. Very negative reviews and I called BookIt and Tiffani was amazing! She was able to help me with getting everything sorted out and switching resorts. This is our 4th time to use Bookit.com for a major trip (out of country for more than one person and multiple days). I have use them for cross country trips several other times but I really like their package deals when traveling out of the country since they offer ground transportation that has been easy to use in 2 different Mexico destinations and Jamaica. Returning to Jamaica and used Bookit.com again since it was so smooth last time. Thanks!

I booked a trip with BookIt and on my first payment stated my account was declined which BookIt has took funds out of my account. Due to the eastern northern southern time zone we live in Missouri is a different time frame BookIt did not adjust my account properly with the right time zone so when the payment was taken out they stated it was declined when they had took funds out of my account. Then took funds out of my account one day for two payments to payments in one day which have my account overdrawn. This is terrible service to be going on a vacation for your anniversary.

I had never used Bookit.com before and found it to be a good place to book reservations. They include extra deals not available on other booking sites. The only drawback is that you don't know the complete price of the reservation until the very end of the reservation process, so just be aware that the quote is not always the final price.

We booked a 5-star resort, but soon after booking we found out that guests were waiting over 5 hours for their rooms. They were being put in rooms that were still under construction and not fully functional. Rudy went above and beyond at finding us another vacation within budget and the same travel dates. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Our stress and worries are over. REALLY appreciate this! 10/10.

Bunch of thieves. Called to cancel reservation but still continued to billed. I paid for a trip over thousands of dollars in which I never attended. The customer is wrong regardless of the circumstances. Please do not book with them.

So happy with this reservation process. Our friends booked the exact same itinerary thru a travel agency and it cost them $1000 more! I had an error with putting my credit card number in the system and before I could correct it, BookIt staff was on the phone calling me to assist! Very happy with this service.

The Agent was great in all areas of services of attitude, helpfulness, situation was solved expeditiously with no problems. I had previously encountered difficulties in trying to book my Aruba Vacation on line but your Agent returned my call after having prior problems when we had spoken earlier which was surprising to me and worked with me over the phone to solve situation with the booking at which I was delightfully pleased.

Advertised 4 star hotel at 1.5 quality. Jewel Runaway Bay. Checked in late afternoon and room still wasn’t ready, told to come back at least an hour later. Advertised wifi throughout the resort but was basically unusable. Room smelled horrible as the AC was leaking in every room we went into. When we went to complain we were told to take it up with Bookit.com... Fans and light were broken or out all over the resort. Most entertainment that was advertised was cancelled without notice. We feel we got completely ripped off by the alleged quality.

This is my first and probably last time using this company. On the website there's a coupon for an additional $50.00 off the room. Once I booked and clicked the paste coupon to board link, I gave a quick review before submitting. I noticed the $50.00 discount wasn't applied, I re-clicked the link and yet nothing happen. I called C.S to help, the rep said to submit and it should show the reduction in price; so I did. To my dismay the $50.00 reduction was not credited to my reservation.
I told the rep and after several minutes of being on hold, I was told; I would be charged to make the reservation change. I was outraged, I tried several time to get a supervisor but to no avail. I feel that they could've cancel the reservation and booked a new one to honor the coupon, because of the bad advice I received from the rep, not to mention it had only been about 7 mins since the booking. I mean what's the goal?...One time customers or repeat? I want BookIt to apply the $50.00 to my account and make good on this reservation.

I learned from my first error to check my flight times. This time I looked at the details and opted to pay a little extra not to have a nine hour overnight layover in the airport. I also added on the transportation from the airport to the resort. I travel alone and was relieved that I had some choices where I did not have to pay for me and a non existent person. The payment plan option is very convenient for me.

I feel as if the deal that you are booking should include the coupon at the end of the booking so you dont forget to add it. Because I forgot to add my coupon at the end of my booking today because I got so distracted with the other add ons that you wanted me to add on at the end of booking.

I called BookIt to schedule my birthday trip. My rep Kerrion was the best. She check island after island until she found one that best suited my budget as well as my request. She was kind, patient, as well as educated on the resorts and venues. I suggest for the best experience you call when booking your trips if you are unsure about anything. KUDOS TO KERRION. Thought the online process was fairly easy. The only thing I have a problem with is that it said that the rental car was included in the cost of the trip but when I checked out I saw that there was $365 due at Enterprise when we arrive. I found that somewhat deceptive!!

Booking was incredibly easy, my only issue was they do not accept American Express. However, most places these days don’t! We are very excited for our vacation, and I believe we paid less than any other website. I would suggest watching YouTube videos for better recommendations.

About 120$ more than Expedia but I’ve been given the option to make 6 payments which is very convenient for this trip. Overall I’m happy and I would book again. App is easy to use and the promotions are legit. The promo codes and deals are all added bonuses.

Latoya was professional but she was a bit hard to understand with her accent. She spoke way too fast and when I asked her to slow down she sounded upset. Her tone was to challenge me when I tried to correct her about my name. She was short with me and I found that rude.

The staff at BookIt.com were amazingly helpful during a crazy, yet all too common, issue with the airline portion of our vacation. They did everything they could to insure that our vacation was not ruined due to airline issues. Thanks to BookIt's staff, the property was notified of the issue and our travel dates were revised. Thanks to the BookIt staff it all worked out in the end.

Called in to book a package for my mom and aunt. I had to go through 5 agent before I finally got to book the package. After going through a long process of giving my personal information to find out she only booked the airline part of my trip only, she said the computer did not book the hotel part, and I have talk to her colleague in another department. She transferred me through to another person, now this person is giving me a very different price much more expensive than what I saw on the computer. He then said to call back the package department and have the rebooked again.
Lest to say this experience was a nightmare. I will never booked or use your service again. This was my first and last time. Your customer service needs proper training in a time like this where everything is cutting edge. I was not able to booked it from my computer on my own. It would have taken me 20 minutes to do so. Instead it took me 5 hours. Called to speak to a manager. Noone came to the phone. Instead they told the customer representative how to handle my problem. All your staff needs training. Very very disappointed with the service I received from your company.

First time using this site for hotel booking. Did not travel yet just have booking, the best price for sure and I love how easy is to modify yourself online without calling, the only negative is they charge 25$ for modifying the reservation but Oneil the manager refunded the first time because I was not informed when booking, I don't know how will be when I arrive at the hotel. I will make sure to review it after. So far A. Not giving A+ yet. Little confusion with calling center but easy booking for sure.

I found it difficult to locate and insert the multi lettered discount code. While I was checking out, I missed it completely, and wondered why I did not get the discount I was entitled to. I eventually located the code and entered it. Why not apply it automatically to members to whom it is applicable?

It’s a very rare occasion in which I feel like I need to ‘brag’ on someone’s performance and efficiency...and I don’t think I’ve ever asked to participate in a survey for that reason, but Valerie just did every bit of work for me! Found a resort, booked the flight, dealt with my credit card company (which assumed my card had been stolen and declined payment) and had that decision over-ridden all while I was on an extremely brief hold!! I find the best deals here and the site is flexible and does not change pricing at check out. They are pretty consistent. I have all the documents and info readily on hand In case I need to change or confirm anything after I’ve booked... There’s also extra trips and shuttle service you can book at a competitive price.

I love the fact that the payments are flexible. You can adjust the frequency to best suit your affordability. The prices are competitive so I'm not worried about that. The pay delay is the major plus :). What you see is what you get at the resort. The information on the website is very accurate. I honestly dont see anything I would change. The pay delay is the best.

After booking my trip I had a message that the airfare had changed and the price was almost 300 dollars more. When I checked the price and flight was the same.. I am not sure what happened, but you might want to look into it.

I was on the phone with BookIt.com from 8 am until 6 pm. Got put on hold for hours requesting for an supervisor. Her name is Sarah. It took Sarah part of the day to get on the phone then she telling me she will call me back, a very bad supervising skill. Still waiting on that call Jody. Lack of communication skills. I would never use bookit.com AGAIN.

This was our first BookIt experience and was a great one! Our customer service rep, Akili made it fun. We are a group of three couples and he handled each one of us with professionalism, but he was also very personable. He made booking very easy! We laughed the entire time!! Yesterday I booked our honeymoon vacation. After research, it appeared that BookIt had the best rates for the hotel we were interested in. So my fiancée and I booked the hotel which alone was $3000 plus. I quickly realized after booking that I needed to manually enter in the couple code while booking. My bad... I didn’t realize that. Ok, so just cancel it right? Well, even when less than 24 hours have passed, the site was going to charge me $50 to cancel. That doesn’t seem fair; especially when you consider the time that had elapsed. Ok, let’s just call customer service. I’ll get them to either cancel it (since I planned to re-book anyway), or simply add the coupon to the existing reservation.
I called in and told the first agent the situation. She told me that the 300 coupon code wasn’t applicable since it didn’t contain a flight package. Ok, after disconnecting with the agent, I checked the codes and sure enough, that was true. However, there was another coupon for $100 available. So, I called back and kindly asked the agent to please apply the $100 coupon to my existing reservation. I was literally flabbergasted to hear that the other rep had noted that she didn’t apply the other coupon because it was against policy (meaning... I should have just cancelled the original order, got hit with a $50 charge for basically nothing and then try and apply a $100 couple to the new order.) Really???
Anyway, after being lectured to about that point, I asked to speak to a manager. After holding a few minutes, the manager refused to even take the call. They instead repeated the company line about the coupon policy. In my opinion, when I pay $3000 for a trip. A request for a manager should not be that hard. After, I was so frustrated I asked the agent to cancel the whole thing. The fact of the matter is I could have booked through Southwest Vacations and got points for this money I was spending. That aside, cooler heads prevailed and I didn’t cancel. The agent and I worked through an amicable resolution and I kept the existing reservation without any coupons. It just wasn’t worth the frustration.
In closing, this whole episode came down to principle. Not only did I book a vacation through this site, but my fiancées parents also booked that trip through bookit. However, if we’re not going to get better service than this for a simple $100 coupon, I think I’ll send my wedding party elsewhere to book their stay. I would rather them go through Southwest or another agent versus endure terrible customer service and booking policies. Additionally, I’m not saying that the reps in question were bad. They both really tried to help. This was the company's policy that I take issue with. This is the first service in my 47 years that’s charged a fee within 24 hours of booking. That’s totally unacceptable and makes me question what type of service we will receive if there are issues with this trip during this special times in our lives. Again, please read the fine print!!!

My family was in an accident the very night I was making these plans. My world is shattered because I lost my husband. I called to cancel these plans (after my in-laws stepped in and came to help with the kids, because my son is in icu) and they told me because it was 48 hours it was too late and I’d have to pay $3100 for the plane tickets even though I bought the insurance. I’m too devastated to fight it. I don’t have the will when I spend my days in the hospital fighting for my son. I’m sorry, it’s just wrong. They still took their payments as scheduled too.

We have used Bookit for seven straight trips to Mexico between Cozumel and Los Cabos and have enjoyed the simplicity of their website and their travel partners. The prices are always fair and competitive. We also like the pay delay feature. Always a great experience.

I don't even know where to start with this company. This was the first time my friend and I decided to use BookIt for a trip to a state we’ve never been to because it was her 21st birthday. We knew that the amount of money we paid was too good to be true or that there had to be a catch. The flight departing from BWI to MIA was fine, no delays and no other issues. When we landed in Miami, we couldn’t even check in to our hotel until 4:00 PM! Our flight arrived in Miami at 7:00 am!!!! We were under the impression BECAUSE OF BOOKIT, that we would be able to check in any time after 12:00 am because that was the information that was provided on the website. Tired, hungry, and very frustrated, we had nowhere to stay until we could check in.
We contacted BookIt’s headquarters and Jamaica and the customer service provided was absolutely disgusting. My friend called them and was placed on hold multiple times for more than 30 minutes just for them to be rude and to have her on the phone for over an hour with no resolution. I decided to call from my phone and still got the same service and the supervisor (Kevon **) refused to speak to us multiple times. When he finally came to the phone, he was very disrespectful and said it wasn’t his problem about the check in time and we still would have to pay a fee for leaving the hotel if we were to book a room for a different place. We both called corporate and they were not helping us whatsoever.
They said to let the company in Jamaica handle it even though we already explained to them the issue and at this point we just wanted to switch to a different hotel because it was possible, just not an option online for some reason. When we tried to check in, the manager of Cambria Suites Hotel Blue Lagoon said that someone from BookIt cancelled our reservation. We never got to the bottom of anything and came to solution with anything, so I don’t know who cancelled our reservation. We ended up not having a room nor a reservation and were truly stranded.
After hours of disappointments, being disrespected, and feeling like we were not valued, we were able to get a room, but ended up having to use another card to pay additional money because it came back in the system that we only booked a room for one night when in reality we booked it from October 25th-October 27th. There was a $50 hold placed on the other card used at the hotel as well. We had to pay an additional $123.17 to stay for another night even though we paid for two nights already through BookIt. We got upstairs to the room and only had one bed when we actually paid for two. Money was being taken from us and we didn’t even start venturing into Miami. There were flies all in the bathroom, the air didn’t work, and the pillow cases were dirty.
When we checked out today, the lady at the front desk did not tell my friend that the hold will be lifted off of her card. She ended up having to spend unnecessary money because of BookIt doing whatever they wanted to do. We had a flight from MIA to PHL and then from PHL to BWI. Our flight we were supposed to take from PHL got cancelled and we were not notified whatsoever. We had to take an Uber ride all the way from PHI to our house, once again spending unnecessary money. This whole trip was horrible because of BookIt. We had no money leftover because all of it had to go either the hotel or to the Uber ride all the way back to Maryland.
I want a refund in full because this was honestly the worst traveling experience I have ever had. My friend had a horrible birthday, I felt horrible for booking our trip through here, and I will NEVER use this company again. I don’t understand how corporate can’t help with situations and they were rude as well. I am going to make sure to tell everyone around me about this experience and to tell them to never use BookIt. I feel like we got scammed. Worst traveling company ever!

I attempted to book a flight/hotel package on their website and it gave me an error ID of **. This said that my flight reservation was fine but there was an issue with my hotel reservation. It asked me to call 800-494-8016 to complete the order. When I called I got an agent that did not know what to do so I asked for a supervisor. She told me the supervisor was out to lunch and would be back an hour. I was on the phone for over 2.5 hours and didn’t speak to a supervisor. Eventually she tried to book another hotel and it wouldn’t work so she transferred me to the US bookings department. There, they explained that they only handle customers who’ve only booked hotels and not packages so I was immediately transferred to the “package department” which was a call center that explained they work for multiple websites and BookIt.com was not one of them so I was then transferred to the original number that I called 2.5 hours earlier.
After explaining myself and situation once again I was told I could not be assisted because the funds I had for the trip was pending because of the original attempt to book. My funds are pending and being returned to me where I can retry to book without knowing any errors. She put me on hold without telling me so and the call magically disconnected after 2.5 hours. So I was hung up on because I wasn’t able to be helped. Never use book it.com.

We booked a reservation in Cabo for the beginning of February. The price shown on the screen was 242.00 but when you clicked on the total it changed to 282.00. It did this over and over again. We insisted on the lower number to the rep and she/he argued that we were incorrect. I even tried it the following day. The advertised price was even lower but the total went up again. Finally we're given a reduced price but not as low as originally shown. We went ahead and booked but probably the last time we use BookIt.

I found that several other flights were gone as I tried to book several times but flights r still posted on their site so I guess going forward I will just know that the once I hit book it it might not be there, not all flights posted are available. At least they tried to make sure I was not still upset and made some effort and explanation.

I booked a vacation but an error occurred. I call the 1-800 number to see what was going on. The first guy told me that the hotel I selected was no longer available, So I asked if the money could be released so I could book on a different trip but they can not help with this which means I can not book a vacation for 24 to 48 hours because I would be over my credit card limit. They literally were not helpful at all. So I get home later and continue my search and lo and behold the same trip is still on website so I call again. They tell me yes it was due to their computers updating when I book but yes the hotel is still available so I say, "Since my card still has that hold can you book this trip for me", and I'm told not. I would have to now pay almost 400 dollars more for the same trip even though it was their update.
I literally was offered nothing to help me with this issue. Just told I had to pay the price after the update and they have no control to help me. I not sure how this legal and pretty sure it's fraudulent to hold someone's funds for a product you are not providing, absolutely ridiculous. I will be booking somewhere else even if it costs more for the same trip. I will not ever give them another penny. I travel at a minimum 3 times a year so some other company will be happy to take my money. Keep this up you will go under.

Horrible customer service and liars. Left my parents stranded at the airport and resort because they canceled the shuttle service and didn’t even bother to call. Then they said we called 3 times and the vm was full. My vm is never full and when asked to provide the dates and times that they called, they failed to do that. They gave me the day and time that the reservation was cancelled. Will never use again. And their supervisor Sandra is very disrespectful. Horrible company and we will never use again. Shame on them.

I needed to change my hotel reservation, which resulted in needed a refund of just over $1000. The original debit card I'd used to book the reservation was replaced by my bank, so it no longer exists. When I contacted BookIt.com, the rep told me that they could ONLY refund to the original card, which is standard for almost all businesses. However, the original card doesn't exist. This rep didn't care and rudely told me that they couldn't refund to any other card and I'd have to contact my bank after the refund was issued to have them transfer the money to my account. Transfer the money from nowhere. Because the card the refunded to doesn't exist.
This is too much money, that I can use for my out of country vacation, to be messing around with. So now they've issued this refund to a debit card that no longer exists and my money is in some kind of limbo. I called my bank and they confirmed that they can't transfer money from a card that has been canceled (obviously) and that I need to file a dispute. Super.

We asked 2 rooms for 5 adults, first room for 2 and second for 3 adults just because we thought it would be cheaper than the first room. Offers and options consistent with what I've seen on other sites. What really stands out is the easy walk thru. 30 minutes first time, start to finish tops, with flight scan (the longest step) and flight seat reservations. The flight selection would have been easier with 'before 10am', 'after 4pm' filters, but for this trivial trip it was simple enough.

This site was recommended by a friend. I knew what resort I wanted to stay at. Found my dates and picked my room. When I finished the booking process, I was told my flight wasn’t booked. Called the number given and the agent told me they are having problems with American Airlines through their site. I booked through the airline directly and didn’t have a problem. Prices were the same either way.

This has been the worst experience with modifying the reservations. I have had to make no less than four calls to get one modification done and then I was charged $85 for the change. This was due to an error that was not done by me. I have asked to be emailed updated pricing and that has not occurred however my credit card has been charged. I normally do not have any issues. This is my fourth trip booked. However this has not been a good experience.

BookIt.com are predators. If something happens and you have to cancel dont expect them to care. Even after cancelling they will charge your card until you close it. There is nothing you can do. If you've booked with them and something changes. Cancel your card and run. They took a lot of money off my card, so much that I couldn't afford my living expenses. All for a trip nobody is taking. If it looks too good, it is. They are 3rd/4th party booking site that forces people to pay the seats they brought and cant afford. Please just run!!

I spent literally 7 hours of my day attempting to book online and with agents. The agents at BookIt are not knowledgeable. I was informed once that the hotel was unavailable after I gave my credit card information (in which bookit was advertising the same room online) and the 5th time I attempted I was informed that the flight I selected was unavailable. The agents and supervisor had no urge to fix the issue instead told me to pay more for a different flight or call a airline to book flight separately. I will be using cheap Caribbean from now on!

Hello, This is my recent experience with BookIt. The prices they show on the website is not true. You may incur more charges later on. Recently flying an international Flight me, my wife and child. The child was booked as Child on lap. I registered this information during Bookit.com booking and towards the end of book they charged me for me 3 travelers with one clearly saying Infant lap child. The prices divided into 3. Two adults and one child. I called Finnair to confirm my flight, they stated only two passengers are traveling and my baby is not registered.
I called Bookit.com regarding this, they said there is small tiny link (Which does not look like a link) I have to click on it to read more information which states I have to pay for the infant separately after booking with the airline. So basically the total price you see on Bookit.com is FALSE!!. I ended up getting charged 10% of my total cost with the airline company to add my son. When you do compare, the reason why Bookit looks cheaper is because they don't include some fees while other sites display everything.

We hear where you're coming from but all lap child information as well as all fees associated are clearly stated and available for review prior to booking. In order to complete the booking you must agree to all terms and conditions that are displayed. In looking at your booking now we see that you were recently assisted regarding this matter. I have booked trips with BookIt many times. You can always get great sales and excellent members only package discounts. Definitely worth booking with them. I would recommend that anyone check the site out. You can also and on excursion day trips and transportation to & from airport/ hotel.

I booked as a surprise for my wife to celebrate her birthday and our honeymoon. We did upgrade to privileged honeymoon suite! The room was amazing, had our own plunge pool on the balcony. Only issue and it was only when we had to carry our luggage up and down to 3rd floor. Other than that amazing.

Lots of options for all inclusive resorts. Easy booking. Package prices doable. Flight was non stop which is great. Everything we read about HYATT Ziva resort in Cancun seems like luxury resort. Reviews mostly 5/5. A few were lower but guess that’s to be expected. Can’t please 100% of people.

5 hour direct Flights canceled from the airline and Bookit tried to get me to take flights that were 22 hours long each way. Or pay an additional 1600 to get flights with another airline. I had to spend many hours on multiple calls to get this fixed. Luckily, my third time calling in I got Erica **. I tried everything I could to get my trip back on track, and nothing worked, we were going to have to pay almost triple the price for our airfare because Interjet canceled our flights. Eventually, we gave up on finding a decent flight with only one stop to Cancun. Because even one stop flights were over 13 hours. Decided I could go from San Francisco to the Dominican Republic in less time, and for a better rate.
Transferring everything over was a pain in the ** and they kept trying to charge more. Eventually settled for only $615 more, but we got an extra nights stay. Not sure the 50 bucks you may save per guest is worth the terms an conditions of using Bookit. Use google flights and book directly from the hotels so you don't have to deal with somebody else in control of your trip.
Also, even though I could have canceled and rebooked for 1,250 each person, had to pay over 1400 per person because of some Bookit loophole. 7-10 days to wait for a refund for our rooms, less the 25 each they would have charged us. And the 400 deposit we made. Then up to 4 months to get refunded for our airfare. Insane.

The worst experience I have ever had! I booked flight, hotel and rental car in February, paid it in full. On June 8th I received an email that the flight had been changed, I tried to talk to someone, they said there is no refunds, for the Flight. They do not speak very good English.The flight change was taking 1 1/2 days from our vacation with all the layovers. They would not help us ANY!! Me and my husband ended up driving 11 hours both ways to our hotel. NEVER NEVER EVER AGAIN. Then when I got home I seen More Emails that they had changed the flights 2 more times!!! We LOST ALL OUR FLIGHT MONEY!!!!

I went through Bookit.com and it was terrible. They booked all my events on the same day. I went to Jamaica and they also had one of my events booked in Florida. Kinda hard to make that event. I spent the first two days of my 6 day vacation either on hold, hung up on or being transferred to another department. Not exactly how you want to spend a vacation you paid over $3500 for. I will never use them again.

As soon as I booked our getaway we had a question related to our flight and booking seats. I called the 1-800 number was immediately place with a staff member who was courteous and helpful. We chose to make our trip in payments which is an awesome added bonus in my opinion. She explained that after the first payment was made we could book our seats online. I would recommend the site to anybody. The deals are worth it. Stay away from sites with the name cheap in it as you will get the service that you don’t want, nor will you receive the incredible service That BookIt.com provides. While all adults are books fine. If you make a reservation with an infant be aware that you will have to reach out to the airline you chose and make/purchase your infant ticket. This information is found in Airline terms and condition only. Nowhere else it was brought up before, during or after the reservation.

We hear you and understand, but the complete trip itinerary, including lap child information and fees are clearly stated in the trip itinerary details which are available for review prior to booking. In order to complete the booking you must agree to the terms and conditions that are displayed. In looking at your booking now, it does state that if you add a lap child to your booking, you must contact the airline to secure the lap child on your itinerary. If you check out your guest voucher under "Airlines Terms and Conditions" you will be able to view this information as well. We hope this helps clear up any confusion. Could not select seats or change seat selection, then page could not be found. Cannot see where to inform airlines/airport we (2) need wheelchairs. Although I might not use your app again, I was actually able to book a hotel in a different city than my flight destination. You should be able to select the city for the hotel if different than the flight destination.

I had a trip previously planned to Cancun months in advance, but the hotel emailed me just yesterday stating that the hotel wouldn’t be open during my scheduled trip. The flights reflected online were not available to book. I had to call in and get new flights that were less convenient and that was a longer process than expected. I also modified an existing registration and I was on the phone for an hour doing that process. Overall everything was handled but the process is not simple or quick over the phone.

If I didn't read the fine print, I would be unaware that the resort charges an additional $9.45 per day for fees. I think BookIt should make people aware of this when booking through you. Other than that, reps were very helpful.

The day before my reservation the agent cancelled the room that I booked 6 months prior. I explained to her that I only need 1 extra night. When I called back to explain the representative mistake the Representatives kept hanging up on me and answering without speaking. They also got very rude and oblivious. Flew all day to get to the resort. The hotel didn’t have a record of my reservation. Waited in the lobby to get it resolved. Frustrating. It ended up getting resolved but it was a bummer. Not sure what the fix is. 2nd time this happened.

Everything was great and pretty simple to use. My only complaint is that I still can't pick our seating even though I've received confirmation of the booking. We do not fly at all and only concern was getting seats together but every time I try to pick the seating I click on purchase and then get an "Oops there was an error." Have tried several different times and days. Maybe that's normal but my only complaint at this time.

My friend and I booked through bookit.com and it was a horrible experience and safety concern. We traveled from 2 separate states however we booked together. So when she received the confirmation email because she was the only one getting her plane ticket through them she was the only person on the reservation. My plane was set to arrive hours before hers so she called and requested that my name also be added to the reservation so that I could check us in. After contacting Bookit.com they insured her that I would be ok to check in, just provide her name and our confirmation at the desk during check in....WRONG!!!
We had the worst experience it cost me an additional $541 USD at the resort or else I would've been HOMELESS in Mexico. While there Bookit.com refused to help. They just kept saying that it's nothing they could do...Which the hotel front desk said as long as bookit tell them it’s 2 people we'll be fine and we told Bookit this... DO NOT USE THIS SITE. They left me to find for myself (single, young. Female) in a foreign which cost me every dime I had to my name.

It’s always nice to get more than expected... the only thing I would have liked to known that this resort has very limited English speakers. I had to pull out my very little Spanish that I know. I highly recommend to NOT use this site!!!! After booking a reservation and having to cancel they added a lot of charges telling us one price only for us to try to book the next day and they told us we owed almost $600 more for our flight we had almost paid off! This site is full of scammers and they don’t care about their customers! They told us that the hotel was no longer available only for us to go to another site and book the hotel. We were told multiple times of the price owed, we’re not understanding why the price for the flight changed drastically in less than 24 hours because of policies that were not mentioned previously.

We had another trouble free booking with BookIt at a great price and value. Everything was smooth from transfers to the resort accommodations. The resort is a solid 3.5-4 stars. The Now properties being owned by AM resorts do try to sell you their time share program at every opportunity which is quite annoying and really the only negative. Once they get the message, you have no interest, they might leave you alone.

Awful customer service, the site glitched and I was worried I had booked it twice. No one was able to help me and just kept transferring me and then said I would have to call some "affiliate". I booked directly from the website but will probably not book from them again.

Ryan was very nice and stayed on the phone with me until all my questions were answered. I haven't went on my trip yet. Hopefully everything goes as smooth as the reservation did. I like how Bookit offers all the upgrades for little money.

All went well. I found the trip we wanted to take, reviewed the various options for the all inclusive properties and finally found one that had what I was looking for at the price that I wanted to pay. I have used Bookit on three previous occasions and I have never had any trouble.

This was my first time ever using BookIt.com. Ronald was my agent and he was great!! Super friendly and professional. He had an easygoing style which made booking the trip for my sister and planning experience "super special". He was knowledgeable and extremely savvy and comfortable to work with. I booked this trip without doing my homework and checked the reviews after it was too late to cancel; I was extremely nervous after reading the less than stellar reviews from previous and current book it.com customers. I have to tell you, so far there have been no issues! I called the hotel to confirm (read reviews of room reservations not being found at check in) my reservation and received a lovely reply from the resort concierge stating that my information was in their system, the specific room I had reserved was there for me and asked if they could be of further Assistance. I then confirmed my flight with the airline (reviews of flight reservations not being found at check in) and after my second payment, was able to choose my seats.
When I made my reservation over the phone the customer service rep was informative and helpful. The only issue I had was my boyfriend’s middle initial not being included on his travel information. When I realized what happened, I called and again spoke with an extremely helpful customer service rep who remedied the issue immediately. A few days later I received a voicemail from BookIt.com confirming that the changes had been made and if I needed further assistance to please call. I am sure that this will be a fantastic trip because of bookIt.com!

We have booked two times now through BookIt.com. It is easy to compare hotels, flights, rooms and make an itineraries. Only downside is that we seem to end up paying more than we anticipate by the time booking is completed due to insurance and airport transport even when trying to stay within budget. I found out costco.com has insurance included and I could've got %5 cash back after we booked????

This is the 2nd time I have used BookIt for my vacation plans and both times, it has been a painless experience. I save money using BookIt and when I arrived at the resort I booked in my first booking, everything was as it was supposed to be. Easy, peasy! I love BookIt!
