    I booked a trip to Jamaica and the Ocean coral spring. Me and someone I meet there call about reviews on the regular internet site. Bookit said no problems. Half the place was not running. No weight room. After reading the reviews off the site I lower what I expected warm weather and food. I figured at the price I paid that would be enough. I am going back because the price is still right and it is 11 degrees here. The employee at the place were great. They are 4 working on 5 stars. Here is a clue if you lie to me. You are not going to get more than 2 stars for the Bookit site. I will add everything add everything planned worked very well, flights, transport to and from the hotel.

    I have used BookIt several times for resort reservations and have always been pleased. If cost matters to you, I recommend picking your property and then following it for a period of time. I just booked a 10 day stay in late June in Jamaica. I checked pricing on it daily for about 6 weeks and depending on discounts and hotel pricing it varied from 357 per night to 449 per night. One thing I like about BookIt is when comparing prices from other travel sites on TripAdvisor, the nightly price shown was complete except a few taxes ($50 for entire stay). Most other sites added around $100 per night to the price shown on TripAdvisor.

    Received confirmation, however with flight issues. Called in, after 1 hour on the phone with the rep. Zero resolution, he said that the flights where unavailable. However, the fights per the airlines showed available. Ultimately, I ended up booking with Travelocity, with far more flight time and better price. My advice, shop other sites. Don’t think or feel that options are limited as BookIt reflects.

    Last minute something happen where I had to removed one person from my trip. Not only did it take several calls to get it done after it was done. I looked at my account and it showed only my first payment was transfer. I called and ask several times why can I see a reflection on my account that the second payment was transfer. One of the represented stated it’s because we just did it and she will send me and email with the breakdown so I see it. Hours pass by I saw nothing. I called back. Another employee told me that it she don’t know why it don’t show then she change her story and said it is not going to show because they give it to the airline already. I responded I get that but as a customer I need to physically see on my account that reflection where my money was transfer to.

    She told me to see a full breakdown of what I paid I have to pay $25 to see the breakdown of my trip which is unbelievable but then she said she ask her boss and she will send me an email with the information of where my money was transfer. I said thank you. Once again hour pass by no one sent me nothing. I called back and ask another representative if I cancel my whole booking and got a new one should I see that reflection of all my payments transfer. She said yes. I ask was the total of my trip of the entire trip. She said yes. So I’m bother as to why I can’t see it on my account or why no one send me a email of proof my money went to the airline.

    So I’m in then process right now of trying to cancel my whole entire trip with Book It but because I don’t wanna pay the fee they going to charge me. I going to change my card and use a card that don’t have my hard earn money just money to pay off the trip if I can’t cancel and also call my bank to report them. Since everyone seem to have amnesia on sending me a email on where my money went and why it don’t reflect on my account.

    This is the last time I booked something thru Bookit.com. Customer service is unprofessional and rude!!! I’ve booked and package flight+hotel+transport for 2 adults and 1 infant. The hotel and transportation confirmation was ok for 3 guests/passengers. When I changed the flight tickets the confirmation was only for 2 adults. I called Bookit to check why I didn’t got the infant ticket. And the lady was so rude. She just said, "It is under terms and conditions you have to pay extra. You agreed to the terms." I just went and checked the terms but I can not find this rule? I ask to speak to a manager but she told me again in a very rude way the manager is not available and, "She will call you back after 2-3 hours". I never received a call back!!!

    When booking online there was an error message for swim up room not being available. Had to call to complete reservations, chose another room that should of been same price and completed booking on phone, paid $5466. Which was over $500 more than original quote. Went back online. Went through booking process and quote was $4901. Called to see why the difference. Was told I would have to cancel reservation online and rebook if I wanted to online. Was told refund would be 7 to 10 days, since I don’t have another $5000 sitting around I wasn’t comfortable cancelling and hoping package would be available in 10 days. Already had other parties I was traveling with, booked their rooms.

    I called to ask how much it would cost for me to add my song I the reservation. The representative came on the phone and said, "I have good news. The hotel price came down and we owe you money." I was shocked and kept asking her, "Is this true" and she kept saying yes!! Little did I know she put in a different date for the reservation!!! So now my reservation was booked with a different day as my children!! I called and was out on the phone for literally two hours before something was done about this.     I was impressed how easy the online booking of Breezes in the Bahamas, was. Then I was contacted almost immediately by Derrick, an agent for BookIt, to advise me of problems with the booking. The Delta flights, that were the actual flights we would be taking, did not show up in the reservation. Flights by American did but those were not our flights. It took about 40 minutes to resolve that problem and a credit card issue but ultimately, our trip is booked.     I want to give a fair review of BookIt. Overall the website was easy to use and gave competitive pricing. I also liked how they allow you to use multiple credit cards so it is easy to split if someone else is paying half. However; when we booked our package with flights included and paid the total, there were extra charges when picking your seat on the plane. After speaking with the American Airlines customer service they explained that it was bookit that charged for the seat reservation and not them. They gave us our seats free of charge. So just be aware of that hidden little fee.

    I Called customer service at Bookit.com because I had been thinking of going to Cozumel Mexico, but the air travel shown on their website was 6 hours one way and 8 hours back from Orlando, FL. The customer service representative looked again at Cozumel flights and came back with a flight option for 2 hours there and 2 hours back. I asked if we were still flying out of Orlando, was it the same dates and he said yes. A day or two later I got my confirmation and did not look at it close enough to see the flight was going to Cancun, not Cozumel. How I found that out was from a recent follow-up email indicating my flight times had changed and bookit had agreed to the change.

    Cancun and Cozumel airport are not near each and I would guess it to take 4 to 7 or 8 hours you needed two taxis and a ferry to get to the island from the main land. (Ferry operates like every hour.) Bookit has charged me a canceling fee. I missed the code CAN for Cancun on the air tickets and COZ for Cozmel. But their employee was the one that made the mistake, I canceled the whole trip and have a credit with Jet Blue that they will not refund. By the way my Bookit ID#**. Pat ** Nightmare.

    If I could give a zero I would! Just don't do it, staying home is a better option. They will take your money and not honor cancellation terms. Our flight was cancelled due to mechanical problems. United refunded Bookit. Bookit claims they never received the funds. United says otherwise. Now throw in that we had to cx the resort (which I have email confirmation of) and we are getting zero back from the resort. Bookit says it's because we were a "no show". We were not a no show. I have email showing it was cancelled in time to only have one day penalty. They have kept our entire payment. I have filed with the Texas Attorney General, Florida Attorney General and BBB. Avoid this company at all costs!

    My initial experience was great. I asked a lot of questions and the gentleman that helped me answered them all and was patient. One of my questions was that if I found a cheaper price on their website that they would be able to accommodate the price. He explained yes but it's only worth the change if it's more than 25$ because they charge that as a fee. On Black Friday I found a cheaper price and called in. That's when the frustration began. I was explained what I was told was incorrect and the only way they could get the cheaper price was to cancel and rebook. Which they would have to be email the hotel themselves and get back to me within 24-48 hours.

    No one called me so I call BookIt.com to check the status. I was told at that time they haven't heard back from the hotel. I waited and waited. Now almost a month later I called bookit.com to find out the hotel indeed reached back out to them and approved not to charge me the cancellation fee. At this time I was speaking to Alexa from bookit.com who told me that they couldn't give me the price of the room when from Black Friday. I would have to use the price sale to date. The price of the room was 400$ more than I paid so it didn't make sense at to change. Alexa went on to tell me there was nothing she could do. Be careful when booking. I was excited about booking my next trip with bookit.com but not now.

    The picture shown is deceptive. My view and balcony faced the corner of the building. Partial view doesn’t even describe it. You have to go out onto the balcony or to very corner of the room to glimpse the “ocean view.” The balcony, unlike the other balconies, doesn’t have space for a table or chairs and you can only stand on it. I expected to have a room like in the picture they showed. This was disappointing as it was a milestone birthday and this was a splurge. So I guess you get what you pay for. You’re just getting access to the club and resort--and they are nice. I do not think I would trust Bookit again without a lot of due diligence. I figure pictures should be accurate.

    This the the worst customer service that I have ever received. How is it that I get charge $274.78 for canceling a flight and hotel within 24 hours when it states on your website that if you cancel the flight with 24 hour there will be no charge, just a $25 per person charge for the hotel. Try calling customer service. Spoke to Julian **, she was so rude. Then called again and spoke to Akili **, he was just as rude and the only difference was that he was helpful to make a ticket for the problem.

    I was very disappointed with the scam techniques BookIt used when trying to book a resort all inclusive vacation for my family. I filled in all required information, put in all credit card information, and spent a lot of time researching the Mexico deal plus the site's travel insurance plan. When I submitted to book (paying in full by the way), I get notified that the airline price went up and I would need to pay the increased price or choose another more expensive flight. Meanwhile I was looking at the exact flight displayed at Sun Country Airlines and the price NEVER went up. In addition, it booted me back.

    I decided later to try again thinking it was a mistake, and the same thing happened-BUT worse. Now not only was the flight more, but the cost of travel insurance increased from 87 dollars to 100 dollars a piece. I contacted them and they hung up on me. I e-mailed and never received a response. The really sad thing is the fact that I was willing to pay for the vacation as indicated and couldn't because of a scam for a few hundred dollars more. Stay away from this site-the price indicated is Fake!

    I’ve had great experiences with bookings here but the call was not helpful. I couldn’t process a booking and was told by a rep on the customer service line it was because the flights were gone and I could book for $150 more pp but that was all that was available. I waited and waited got the site to update before realizing it was actually an issue of not being able to book with an infant added. I removed the infant and processed. The person I spoke with clearly didn’t know what the issue was but confidently tried to provide limited options and charge more.     I spent over 34 hours booking the trip online, only to have an error. I spent 2 hours on separate calls trying to complete the booking. Ultimately the delay caused me to lose the oceanfront king as they were all booked. Then a technical error on your end was preventing the booking from being completed while on hold I was cut off again. I was told I would get a return call and have not. I got an email confirmation on the booking but it is not the correct room and does not have the proper discount coupon applied so the price is more than it was with the oceanfront room.     The booking process went well. I had a question as I booked air and hotel and the confirmation said hotel pending. I called a rep and she said everything looked good on their end and that it was typical to state hotel pending when you book initially. I received a second confirmation for the hotel later that day.     I booked a trip with BookIt and on my first payment stated my account was declined which BookIt has took funds out of my account. Due to the eastern northern southern time zone we live in Missouri is a different time frame BookIt did not adjust my account properly with the right time zone so when the payment was taken out they stated it was declined when they had took funds out of my account. Then took funds out of my account one day for two payments to payments in one day which have my account overdrawn. This is terrible service to be going on a vacation for your anniversary.

    Advertised 4 star hotel at 1.5 quality. Jewel Runaway Bay. Checked in late afternoon and room still wasn’t ready, told to come back at least an hour later. Advertised wifi throughout the resort but was basically unusable. Room smelled horrible as the AC was leaking in every room we went into. When we went to complain we were told to take it up with Bookit.com... Fans and light were broken or out all over the resort. Most entertainment that was advertised was cancelled without notice.     This is my first and probably last time using this company. On the website there's a coupon for an additional $50.00 off the room. Once I booked and clicked the paste coupon to board link, I gave a quick review before submitting. I noticed the $50.00 discount wasn't applied, I re-clicked the link and yet nothing happen. I called C.S to help, the rep said to submit and it should show the reduction in price; so I did. To my dismay the $50.00 reduction was not credited to my reservation.

    I told the rep and after several minutes of being on hold, I was told; I would be charged to make the reservation change. I was outraged, I tried several time to get a supervisor but to no avail. I feel that they could've cancel the reservation and booked a new one to honor the coupon, because of the bad advice I received from the rep, not to mention it had only been about 7 mins since the booking. I mean what's the goal?...One time customers or repeat? I want BookIt to apply the $50.00 to my account and make good on this reservation.
