I can always rely on Bookit.com for the very best prices saving us about $300 per person comparing to other sites. This is about the 4th time, and always pleased. I tell all my friends to check it out!!! The same hotels are always less expensive on this site, and they are the only ones that have payment plans if needed. Love it!

There was a mistake on my son's name while booking. Trying to change it was a nightmare! When you call they say they're closed unless you push the button that you're booking a trip - then they answer. I was on hold for hours!!! There isn't a supervisor available and they tried to say it's the airline's responsibility to fix it. NEVER AGAIN!

Very useful as well as helpful with great prices include both flight and hotel. I will recommend this website to a friend or family member at anytime. Appreciate the useful information that I gained as well. Not only will the hotel prices great but the flight prices were great as well. I'm surprised I got a hotel for as cheap as I did. My hotel is actually three stars, I haven't actually gone there yet but they have OK reviews

Well, I will say we got one of our choices for about half the cost of the other booking sites. For some reason cost was $10 more than the price listed when we paid but $10 is not worth complaining and I might have missed something. Some airlines flight were cheaper but they charged high fees for carry-ons so just be sure to look at the extra fees, etc. Otherwise very happy so far.

I checked my email reservation as I was on phone with BookIt and the wrong dates were put in. Now I am waiting for another call to make sure the dates are confirmed with the Moon Palace. I know mistakes happen but this is crazy just to add 2 more nights to my reservation. Plus the price is a huge jump from my initial package. We have used BookIt number of times but this time not too happy! Let's just hope my dates are adjusted as I already paid fee.

Canceled and rebooked my room 3 times. Charged my card over $12,000. I arrived and the hotel had no reservation for me. Worst vacation ever. I will never book on this site again. This site is a scam. Worst service ever. I was on the phone for my bet 3 hours. I can't deal with this anymore.

I was going to add luggage to my flights for our family vacation 30 days ahead of vacation. I had received 4 emails that directed to the website on flight changes, which were minor time changes since I booked in November. I called BookIt for my Frontier flight code, to add luggage to my flight. They told me that one of the flights on the return had been canceled and we had no flight back from our trip but could return 2 days later! They said we were emailed this notification. They said to call Frontier. I called Frontier and they said they emailed BookIt about the cancellation of flights. I had to cancel the flight with Frontier and find my own airfare to Cancun within 30 days of the trip! I thought this is why I booked with BookIt!

This will be the second time we go through BookIt, for our vacation and I love it! It's a reliable site and easy to use. The flexibility of payment plan is very convenient. It's a one stop shop. I was able to book a flight, hotel and car rental. I will definitely recommend to my friends and family.

Using this site was so easy to use. I had compared prices of other travel sites and this site offered the best prices, and the best airfare choices than the others. Descriptions are clear, lots of reviews to check. I do wish there were more room descriptions or choices to pick ocean view or garden view but that may be a hotel restriction. My family (7) of us with my parents booking a trip for 2 weeks all booked a family vacation with Bookit.com. In our vacation planning, I'm the only one who will be going as a single and not with a guest. I find it extremely unfair and disappointing that your site discriminates against singles. My entire family, because everyone is going with their spouse was able to take advantage of your $200 off 7 nights or more. Because I'm a single, it was a higher cost (which I understand) but to not be able to take advantage of the same discount is unfair and discriminatory. Your site should be more inclusive of others besides couples. Thanks for allowing me the opportunity to provide feedback that may or may not help others in similar situations in the future.

Discount codes do not work. Several times I tried to apply the discount code sent to me. Either there was no place to enter the code or it came up invalid. Even calling in and speaking to customer service did not help as they could not apply the code either. Very frustrating!

Bookit had the best deals over Orbitz and Expedia by over $100 a person. The only issue I see is I'm less than 24 hrs away from my trip and have not received confirmation or printable tickets or any emails for that matter. I'm sure it will be fine and worth the savings.

Your representatives were very helpful and courteous, I had to book over the phone because my traveling companion and I are departing from different locations. They worked clearly and carefully with me to ensure all the info was correct. Thanks for making it easy!

This is our 4th vacation booking through BookIt.com. The agents we have worked with have been very informative and helpful. Their booking process was fast and our vacations have been wonderful. Booking was okay, but it's hard to believe that in a company in this day and age would charge $25.00 per person to cancel a reservation!!! Half an hour after booking and canceling, I was charged $50. These guidelines need to be revisited!

I've never had such an aggravating experience trying to book a flight. Customer service was horrendous and the manager I eventually spoke with couldn't have cared less about the problem. It seemed nothing went smooth and then I was expected to pay for mistakes on behalf of BookIt. (They misspelled one of the last names wrong and said there needed to be an investigation to determine if I'll be charged. I think I know the spelling of my mother last name.) I was incredulous. I'm still waiting for my refund which I was told will take 10 business days!!! Also was hit with a cancellation fee. Between my cancelled package and my girlfriend's cancelled package which was 4 people total, BookIt loses over $4000 for being petty and poorly run. I would never use this site and will recommend others not to as well. Two thumbs down.

I just had a long conversation about my modification of my stay in the resort. I like to switch 2 nights to 1 night in the same hotel. The guy cannot explain clearly at all. He promised that he is going to send me the confirmation about my switch from 2 nights to 1 night. Over the phone I confirmed with him many times that I supposed to have my fund of 301.50 to my credit card account. That should be original cost I paid for 2 night. USD807 minus new booking cost for 1 night USD480 minus modification fee $25 = USD301. I asked the guy to confirm it via email. I am requesting you send an official email to confirm my refund amount ASAP.

I booked the JW Marriott in Costa Rica with Bookit.com, 2 rooms for 8 nights. They sent me a confirmation. I booked my airfare accordingly. A week later they called to say the hotel will not acknowledge my reservation and that my confirmation that Bookit.com meant nothing and I no longer have ANY reservation. When I called the Marriott they said that they could not find my reservation and I should not have booked through a 3rd party. I have 12 days to find a new hotel. All they offered me was a refund in 7-10 days - not even immediately! Worst company EVER!

I called BookIt to inquire about an All Inclusive Vacation to Cancun. Victoria was patient, knowledgeable and booked a fantastic vacation for my adult daughter and myself. Easy to book with lots of extra items!! I loved the fact that I could pre-book and pay for attractions and even Club MontoBay! Booked every hint on my phone. SUPER EASY! Booking trip was pretty much easy. One problem was that when I tried 3 times it wasn't going through. Explanation wasn't clear because it listed about 7 or 8 items that could be wrong. System you narrow it down to the specific problem so it would be easier to correct.

My friends all booked the same trip and I booked my trip one day later and there's a great price difference- $200 more. It was hard for all of us to book at one time so we had to do it on own. But your prices should stay a bit more consistent. It was frustrating to find out you had to pay more for the exact same trip.

I would have given a better star but... we have 8 people. We booked trip to Cancun at the Hard Rock and had used the Bookit.com delay pay to spread the cost over four months. The final payment was declined by our credit card company and we received an email from Bookit.com about this. We had until 9pm that night to get it paid. I called right away that morning to get the final payment paid. However that night we get an email stating our reservation had been canceled for nonpayment. The reservation was PAID IN FULL. I called to get this straighten out but the gentleman on phone didn't want to help, but stayed this would be forward to another department and we would be informed 24-48hrs. UNACCEPTABLE!

BookIt booked one room for me which turned into me having 2 upon arrival. I was not able to cancel it myself and had to be on the phone with them for over an hour. Not what I want to do with my first hour after travel all day. The hotel that showed pictures of a hot tub had none and was under construction the whole week. I like sitting by a pool to relax while they use saws behind me.

I worked with Kim and she was awesome. I made an error in booking the wrong Jamaican resort that I was traveling to for a wedding. Kim was able to help me correct the error including getting an exception for me on my wrong reservation. Kudos!

Trip To Puerto Rico - The lady who helped was very professional and help me book the trip in a very easy and friendly manner. We had a traveler leaving from a different state and she was able to get him a flight from his local airport.

Overall nice to be able to book everything as a package and not have to search around. My only complaints are: 1. You don't have a way to compare selections side by side (maybe based on amenities). 2. You don't allow booking of two different type of rooms within a package. My friends and I booked a place to stay in DR yesterday but we had to change the location today, due to scheduling conflicts. We were able to change the reservation to Cancun without any fuss or penalties. We were worried about having to make a sudden change so this was a wonderful option to have.

This is my second booking with BookIt.com. The first booking I did I receive an error code that referred me to call customer service. I called customer service and it took me an hour to reach the correct department. The problem was with the flights... It seem as if the computer allowed me to book a flight that was out. My second booking was OK but the first booking alone with being on hold for an hour was horrible.

When I booked my trip I was trying on different days and getting different prices which is expected. What I noticed when that was not expected was the charge of Taxes & Service Fees (See Below) was fluctuating for no rhyme or reason. I called and email for an explanation but went away feeling dissatisfied. I was told that I would have to pay $25 for a breakdown for something they charged me. I refused and they finally sent me a breakdown. They divided the 249.09 by 7 and that was the breakdown and to think they wanted to charge me $25 for that - unbelievable.

Just booked a vacation for December 2017. Couldn't have got a much better deal for a brand-new resort. Many flight options were presented at booking along with excursion offers. Yesterday was my first time booking with BookIt.com. I found the info on the web to be misleading. Example none of the coupons (bktsub150 & save100) could be use for my booking. It was hard to determine the location of the resorts I was viewing. Example I was looking for Ocho Rios but the site continue to show locations 30+ miles away. I called several times on saturday and sunday with questions and kept receiving a recording stating the office was close. Yesterday when I called and spoke to a person who was very helpful she was able to answer all of my questions, I was satisfied with that experience but not the online.

I had to call for customer service twice immediately averting book my Punta Cana trip. It was after midnight, both times I had awesome customer service. Thank you. We saved so much money on this trip, another thank you. It was a very easy site to negotiate my way thru. Letting me add excursions after I made my reset reservations is a bonus.

Rates on BookIt were the same or better than what came up on the hotel's website. It was a little confusing to figure out the differences in the room options once I got to that point in my booking. I appreciated the reviews. The start of my search was a bit challenging when I didn't have a specific location to go to and needed one to continue. For example, Mexico was one of our original possibilities, but we didn't know exactly which area of Mexico nor did we have a preference. I would have preferred if the site could have helped me to compare locations and prices based on other criteria rather than me having to open a bunch of windows doing the searches and comparisons myself.

Gentleman was very pleasant & accommodating, I can't wait to see how the flight, resort, transportation, and resort staff are. We all deserve to be pampered when we pay for a vacation. I hope this trip comes with a cherry & whipped cream on top!

I'm thankful for BookIt.com. I'm a bargain hunter and big time comparison shopper. When comes to booking trips, I practically make myself go blind reading reviews of resorts (the great/good and the poor/terrible). I try to read between the lines of all of them and then make an informed decision as to which resort will meet our travel needs. I then use a few sites to see who will put together the best package for us. BookIt.com had the flights that we wanted listed right away (non-stop flights on JetBlue from JFK). It was easy to make the actual booking. It was great that the airport transfers were offered, as well as trip cancellation insurance. I loved the option to share the cost on another credit card. This makes paying for the trip easier because now no one owes the other person any money. Ah, stress free... it's really the way to be.

Honestly I have never had such a blast as I did at the Grand Oasis Cancun hotel. Let's be honest, if you are a coming to Cancun to have a fun, relaxing, quiet family trip, then this won't be the place for you. This is more along the lines of a getaway, party zone for young people which was exactly what my boyfriend and I did. From morning to night we were at the beach which is only a few steps away from our hotel. How lucky are we to get an ocean-view room! Thank you BookIt for that! We were very worried from other reviews that the room wasn't going to be very good. I was AMAZED with how well and renovated the room was. A safe that worked, a fridge that was always stocked, AC blasting, and a flat screen TV.

It was easy to book. Just took a few tries to find my destination (Aruba). Nice I can pay in installments as well. Hoping for a good trip as we have it been to the hotel we are staying at but have heard good reviews about the Divi Villages. The agent that I spoke with had a very hard time understanding my accent. We were on the phone for over 2 hours long, I gave him details of what exactly I wanted and he stated he couldn't find it. However gave me the hotel I requested at a higher price. I gave specifics about my flight information however he quoted what I requested then booked me for a whole other flight and airline. He ended up fixing it however I now have to wait 7 days for the initial payment to be refunded back to my account. But on the bright side I am looking forward to my trip. Per the reviews I'm going to love it just as much as the others did.

Modifying the reservation should be a bit easier whether I call or go online and the exact cost should be listed for the modification. Also there should be an easy way to remove a rental car if needed as well.

It was very easy to use and the process is quite simple too... love it! I would encourage others to use this site. Not difficult at all and they collect the payment directly... don't have to be providing your info to them only to be paying through a different entity. They take your payment and then pay it over... one confirmation don't have to be looking out for messages from two separate entities.

Good cheap tickets, but weird flight hours. Overall not too bad. A great site if you can not book your trip till a month out from the date of travel. They need to allow you to arrange the hotels from low to high in price. The filters are not user friendly.

I recently called Bookit to inquire about a vacation package after noticing the price jumped 1000.00 in less than an hour. The customer service representative was able to work with me to find a day and flight that saved me money and came out to 100.00 cheaper than I originally found. She was most helpful, friendly and took the time to help me.

How come I want to call and ask a question about my reservation - no one picks up the phone?! It rings and rings - Calling the number in my receipt 877-742-9892. Also tried this number - 866-969-9880. Both numbers just ring and no way to leave message or anything.

This is my first time using this website and have not yet travelled. I can't truthfully rate the experience until I return from my trip. I had a terrible time trying to book my trip on the Bookit website. I received an error message and was told to call an 888 number. Well I tried that number at least 10 times, each time it would either keep ringing or would disconnect on me. I then tried the general customer service line. Tried 15 times only to have it not ring or disconnect on me. After waiting a day, not knowing if my trip was booked/my card would be charged/prices would go up, I finally go through to an automated message that told me to email Bookit.

The service was fine. I book a lot of trips online but this is the first time I received confirmation by text instead of email. I kept looking for confirmation and started to think something went wrong. If that's how it's done now that's fine just advise clients so.

We tried to book into Grand Sunset Princess All Suites Resort to meet up with friends in two weeks from now. We thought it would be very hard to do. We were able to get excellent services through Bookit.com. We got a very good price on the suite and they arranged the shuttle for our arrival and departure. The confirmations came quickly and we received detailed instructions on how to reach the shuttle and a contact number should we have any questions or concerns.

This is about the third trip I have booked with BookIt! Their site is very user-friendly and the information thorough! That makes it good to use; the prices, however, were about half of what we found the exact same trip for on other sites! Now, I just need to pack and enjoy Cabo!

I am the customer that has a lot of questions and will probably ask them twice because I didn't get a chance to write the answer down the first time. I called back maybe 6 times yesterday and every representative I spoke to was nice and very patient with me, even when I knew they should have been frustrated from repeating themselves. At booking we requested rose petals in our room and didn't get them. We had to switch rooms twice because of lack of cleanliness. After getting a clean room which took up a lot of our day. We ate at the buffet (all restaurants were booked) which was a pleasant experience. The staff at the bars were nice and the beaches were beautiful. We did enjoy our visit afterwards.

We had booked a 5 night stay at luxury Bahia. Bookit ID **. American Airlines canceled and moved our flights forward a day (named storm - act of God totally out of our control). BookIt was zero help. Instead of trying to help negotiate with the hotel to move the stay they cornered us into booking yet another day. Otherwise we would have nowhere to stay in a foreign country (now paying 6 nights on a 5 night stay). At an astronomical rate of 411$. This was BookIt ID **. The BookIt representative at the resort set this up and handed us the phone to confirm. I made sure to ask the BookIt rep on the phone multiple times that we could stay in the same room. They assured me yes this was the exact same room package. What happened next was when things really went downhill.

Amanda exhibited exemplary customer service during my booking and represented your company very well. I conferenced in my family and we booked 6 rooms in total. Amanda was extremely patient and helpful in trying to get us all on the same flight or at least the same airports around the same time. The entire process took about 2 hours. I know she was exhausted but she stayed with us and we all even had a few laughs. Keep an eye on Amanda, I believe she'll do very well in a training or management role.

I booked a vacation package and once I completed my booking I received an error message saying my hotel was booked which was non refundable but the flights were not available. Really. Plenty of seats when I picked my seats. Hmmm interesting. Then I called customer service and they wanted to charge me over $500 for different seats. This is in addition to what I paid. I asked to speak to a manager. I was told they're not available and to either pay extra or call the airlines and try to get cheaper flights. Really!!? Hello!

She was very patient as we booked 15 people. We was on the phone for hours and she handled each one of us appropriately. Price went up $200, that was very disappointing. Also agent couldn't do group rates so we had to book individually. That was a very long and tedious process. But like I said Amanda was wonderful throughout.

After about 23rd of trying and getting error message and different pricing I called customers service to only be told to wait a couple hours to book cause the system was updating and they could help me.
