My husband and I have been travelling to 5 Star All-Inclusive throughout Mexico, Dominican & Jamaica for over 20 years. We have always used the same online agency... until now. We were advised to look at BookIt.com, so we reluctantly did. I couldn't have been more shocked. Now I see how others are able to upgrade to Preferred without spending an additional $400-$600. We were just about to book next year's trip at a cost of $3800 CDN for a regular room, however on BookIt.com we got it for $3400 CDN which includes the upgrade to Preferred and our own private airport pick up and drop off. We couldn't be happier! Took us 20 years to figure this out, but better late than never!

After searching months for all inclusive deals in Mexico and Punta Canta, our family finally decided upon BookIt.com where we were greeted by David **, the most professional representative who guided us each family member through the reservation process including airfare from 3 different states and hotel room selection. Wanted to take my daughter and grandson to see the harry potter part of park so decided to stay overnight. Chose this hotel because it was affordable and the description was great. Stay there can go back and forth as much as you want to. The booking process was easy and was confident the site was safe. Hope the booking was ok and we do not experience any trouble checking in.

I looked online for hotels while my husband drove for hours looking for a hotel for our impromptu stop in Georgia to visit Six Flags and I was exhausted. My husband reminded me that we use BookIt all the time and that we should call them. I called and spoke with David. He must've known I was exhausted because he took his time to listen to my wishes and didn't give up until he found what I need in my price range. First of all I booked a OCEAN FRONT room. Did not get ocean front. Hotel said they were sold out. I paid for OCEAN FRONT, didn't get ocean front and I want to be PAID the difference. Must have been last room in hotel because the door would not shut unless slammed. Tub was dirty with hairs and slime. Tub would fill up 4 inches by itself thru to drain. I guess when the room above drained their tub it back filled in our tub. Pretty sick...but most of all I did not get the room I booked thru BookIt. I WANT 2 NIGHTS OCEAN FRONT PAID IN FULL TO MAKE UP FOR MY BAD EXPERIENCE.

Hotel rates was not better than booking direct with Hotel. E.g. with our paying $450 AUD whereas if we booked direct with hotel, we will pay $390 AUD.

The staff is very friendly. I get the feeling though that work has not been put into this place in a while. When you first walk in there is an odor that appears to be masks with cleaning products and the two don't go together. When getting to room the freezer in fridge needed to be defrosted, spout in tub was loose, bathroom floor wasn't clean to the feel of your feet, like a dirty film.

Traci helped me after I had an error booking my trip. I'd like to say how much I appreciate her professionalism and helpfulness. I've never used BookIt.com before and was ready for a major disappointment when I received an error code in booking. But Traci went above and beyond in assisting me and staying on the line for over 20 minutes while I contacted my bank. I was introduced to this site by a friend for booking our Vegas trip. Everything was great until I got to the booking part. It was suppose to be $2 Tuesday so I proceeded with my booking thinking it'd be $2 now and I'd pay the rest at the hotel. Well I was charged for the entire price of my hotel price. I realized this immediately and called their customer service department to try and fix it. I was informed that they'd have to charge me a $25 cancellation fee and then another $25 to re-book it. I find that to be ridiculous since I called them less than a minute after it occurred.

We're sorry that you didn't receive what you expected. The payment option which you mention must be selected at the time of booking and does have certain restrictions and specific terms and conditions. Please let us know if you need anything else before your trip to Las Vegas. Thank you.

Tried booking my trip online including air and kept getting price changes which was very irritating. I called to have a rep try and book it and she had the same issue. It was very time consuming to say the least. Finally just booked flights thru another vendor and the hotel thru BookIt.

Unfortunately we do not have control over the changing flight rates, as the flights are able to be booked by guests from other online travel agencies. Because of everyone trying to book the same flight, flights will fill quickly and prices change quickly. We apologize for the inconvenience, but are glad you were able to find what you were looking for. Have a wonderful trip!

By far the worst customer service. Would not allow me to speak to a manager as continuously kept repeating "the manager can only take a complaint" and not assist you. Representative went from saying, "There's nothing we can do" to saying, "If your bank says it was their mistake we will honor your original booking." Makes no sense because that means you can do something you just choose not to. I even offer to pay in full for current upcoming trip and my further trip in October. So I wouldnt have the same problem.

The agent helped me with my early flight phobia. She assisted with my hotel rating concerns. She stayed on the phone patiently while my card was being flagged for fraud and was finally cleared for the purchase. She offered hotels that would be eligible for the low down payment option to hold my purchase in case my credit card wouldn't clear. I felt like she was a personal BookIt concierge. White glove treatment. I SO appreciate her patience and assistance to book our trip!

Moving between screens to complete a payment cleared the coupon field, even though I entered a coupon code. BookIt will not honor or help with recovering my coupon. First time use HOWEVER VERY DISAPPOINTED AND WILL NOT USE YOUR SITE AGAIN.

There is a issue with your pricing. You state one price and then in the very very small print after you pay... Oh don't forget the hotel charges 75.00 for cleaning fees and 25.00 for maintenance fees after you check out. I don't believe that there is any savings using your company. You just hide the extra fees for the hotels.

I used the 3 Star Airport Mystery option and what came back is a location that is not even in the same zip code of the airport. In fact another city. Also on some sites this hotel is listed as a 2 star. Needless to say I won't use this again. I looked at reviews of the hotel, it has pictures of filthy carpet, waterstained ceilings and walls from plumbing leaks and even roaches. If I could get a refund I would. I am not satisfied at all.

We just booked our Maui trip!! Bookit.com was easy to navigate and we got a great deal on a 4-star hotel on Kaanapali beach with flights. We loved taking advantage of the pay-delay option. The first payment was charged at initial booking and they have split three equal payments over the course of four months. So far so good, we expect it will all be charged accurately and on time.

There were fees at the hotel that I wasn't aware of and because I checked in late because of my flight I had to stay in a lesser room than what I paid for. My flight schedule was very inconvenient...

In January, I spent a great deal of time on the phone with BookIt.com trying to book a July family holiday at the all-inclusive Royalton in Cancun. It was important to get the rooms we wanted because my brother is a single dad with twin girls, age 13, and a son, age 15. He wanted adjoining rooms so the girls would have privacy and their own bathroom, and he and his son would have a room. After I booked the reservation for my husband and I, I was told there are NO adjoining rooms at this property. But a note would be put on the reservation requesting rooms next to each other.
We arrived first at the property (3:30 pm on 7/3), and argued with the front desk for 2 hours. They had 3 rooms left, none were together or adjoining. They had a first floor suite which they pushed us to accept for the family of 4. We had PAID for 3 rooms and we were getting 2 rooms. Very unfair but we had no choice unless we wanted the girls to be in a room in a different building!
The girls ended up sleeping together on the small sofa sleeper and their bathroom was a small closet. Exactly what they did not want. We got a room with 2 queen beds and tub in the center of the bathroom. Not what we wanted either. We did not even bother to unpack as we demanded a king bed and were told we could move the next day.
I blame BookIt.com for this. The property DOES have adjoining rooms. We overpaid big time for this trip - money that a single Dad would not have wasted on this type of accommodation. I called the week before our departure because the transportation vouchers had not been sent. It took 3 phone calls to get the correct documents emailed. We talked with someone on the same transportation shuttle as us and they booked through Costco and had a great experience. I wish I had. Next time - use Costco.

Days Inn Collierville. I saw several welcomed pets there! Loved that! Beds and linen were very clean. There was some remodeling done so that was nice. They let me check in a half hour early, so that was great. The shower was a little grimy and the room smelled a little as if smokers slept there, even though it was a non-smoking room. I only slept one night there. There is a train that blows its horn super loud about 10:00 PM right across the street. I had no idea it was across from the train tracks, that would have been nice to know just so I could've expected it. It scared me. Other than that, it was a good place to crash for a night.

After I put my check in date and check out dates (July 24 - July 25), the system showed me rooms that were available that day. Then after the room was booked it gave me dates 2 weeks later for (August 8th - August 9th) which I wasn't aware of until I drove for 5 and a half hours and tried checking into the hotel. The hotel was very nice but unfortunately they were sold out. Then I get hit with a cancellation charge for their mistake. It wasn't even 24 hours.

I would definitely plan my vacations for next year. Good family hotel has everything you ask for. Adults and kids enjoy every moment. It's like if you were in a real circus. Food - it's amazing. The buffet has food from all over the world. My view from my room was amazing. Was able to see some hotel from the strip.

Worst hotel booking experience ever!!! BookIt didn't send my payment to the hotel. I get there (after driving 6 hours) only to be told I can't check in unless I pay again. After I already paid $174.00!! The staff at bookit did nothing to help me. They offered me a refund that takes 5-7 days to process. When I asked if I was supposed to sleep in my car they said they didn't know what I should do!!! After my money was taken! WORST GROUP OF PEOPLE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!

Read well. Why. If you wrong 1 min after not give you the opportunity to change. These are thieves. I have reserved all inclusive. When I finished the payment I realize missing flight so I have called. I asked of flight, said that flight was not included. I asked to change and said that I could not change or cancel.

Using bookit.com was simple and easy to use. The paydelay option was helpful. I had some questions and after my call to their 1800 number, everything was fine. I would use them again. My only flaw is that I'm Canadian and the prices are in U.S dollars. They have a converter. But I still pay the difference. Wish it was Canadian. :)

I call to do a package vacation and a lady by name Christy she did all the reservation and got me a confirmation flight and hotel, when I check the confirmation I didn't had my flight, they had already charged me with the flight and hotel. I call back and another person said that I never had a flight, but I told her, "Why did I got charge for the total amount and when they already had told me I had a confirm flight and hotel?" She said it was a mistake and that they would credit my account in 7 to 10 business days for the amount 5500.00, but how can a business do a mistake where I need my money to travel for my vacation and won't have my money for my vacation. This business should be liable for this kind of mistakes, apologies don't help pay my days of vacations or waiting until my money gets credit it back. Bookit.com should be giving free vacations packages for this kinds of screw ups. This business is scam.

The lady who helped me with the booking did everything by the book and was very professional. She did everything right. My only discomfort was that I had to call them at all, as the website has a glitch (purposely I think). So at the end you still have to call. Hope the actual vacation goes smoother than the booking.

On 7/I9/16 I had the pleasure of speaking with Jonathan **. He was very professional and most of all patient with me. Also very knowledgeable and have excellent customer service. I was so indecisive and he helped me pick my dream vacation. Unfortunately I thought about what he said and I went online and booked the vacation we talked about like around 8:00 pm last night because I didn't want to miss the great deal we had discussed. Also I didn't want to speak with anyone else so I booked online. Since the sale ended midnight. He is the best and I referred more people to him to book their future vacations. The place overall is ok. We spent most of our money on food and drinks at the sister hotel because there was nothing at this one. The hotel staff isn't very helpful, there's only one older lady that knew anything when we asked questions. The room was fine, no complaints. Pool small but nice, but no lighting at night time. The staircase to the pool was lit up with some type of Christmas lights, they should do that with the whole pool area. If you walk to the hotel from airport, it's literally 2 minute away. Google maps told us it's much farther than it actually was. And the beach is a 10 minute walk away. Also in the pictures online looks like they have a whole sandy and open section to look out to the beach, that's no longer accurate. They built a samand railing thing and the area doesn't look too neat. I probably wouldn't stay there again, but it was a good deal as we were on a budget.

BookIt charged around $650 extra for the kid which was supposed to be free as part of the resort package in Mexico (under 7 years old). Resort clearly told that they haven't received kid's amount. Totally disappointed overall!

Awful customer service!!! Error occurred so had to wait to call and the rates had then shot up meaning I had to stomach the increase. On the phone for over an hour, no apology, put on hold constantly with slow and inaccurate reps. Will never be using this company again!

Room was great! Very clean! Beds were nice. The view of Mackinaw Island from the room was amazing. Breakfast was nice, though a second or even third waffle maker would be good. There was a long wait to get to the machine. Longer than necessary if another machine was added. Staff was nice. Hotel was very clean all over, including the pool. Wi-Fi was down which was a bummer for the kids after spending several days up by Lake Superior and not being able to "connect" to the outside world. But not a big deal for the adults. Overall, a great stay!

I am unhappy with my booking as I specifically asked for non-smoking rooms and my confirmation shows smoking rooms... When I called to have it corrected I was told there was 2 fees that I would need to pay. After a lengthy hold the fees were waived. This was an unnecessary inconvenience.

I had an error message with my package after I was fully billed for the trip. I called and the first girl I was on with for almost an hour couldn't even find me at all. After all that time she said "call back tomorrow when a manager is here." I called again and this time the lady found me but then she said the price of the trip went up so I didn't want to do it and the call got disconnected. I called back and they said it was my bank so I called my bank and they said it was BookIt. I called back cancelled my flight portion, went back online and rebooked and I got the same price I originally wanted, not some jacked up price they tried to charge me over the phone. 2 hours of my Friday night wasted. Terrible experience. I should have stuck to Expedia.

We made a hotel reservation in Vegas through Bookit, but Allegiant airways cancelled our flight causing our trip to delay one day. Some members of our party made their reservations directly with the hotel and were not penalized for the schedule change. We were charged a full night's stay plus tax and fees for the night. We missed because we made our reservation through Bookit. Bookit claims to save you money, but if something happens to change your schedule, you're much better off dealing directly with the hotel. Lesson learned.

My new wife and I booked our honeymoon through Bookit.com. This is not the first trip that we booked with them and up until this time we have had good experience. Well this trip turned into the worst trip we have had... The night before our trip we printed out our itinerary showing that our flight was to leave at 630am. We had arranged a limo service to and from the airport. We arrived at the airport 2 hours early like you are required to do only to find out that our flights were changed without us being notified and according to the airlines they were changed over 6 months prior. The flights we were on now left at 830am. Finally when we arrive at our destination it is 3 hours later than we originally booked. On the resort we meet with our representative to arrange our transport back to the airport from the hotel. We are advised that we are leaving at 930am and our flight is departing at 1230pm.
Ok that is the same as what we had on our itinerary. We arrived at the airport for our flight home check in, only to find out that now the flight we are on does not leave until 345pm!!! We immediately bring out copy of the itinerary we printed out over to the ticket counter and the rep from American Airlines was very nice but stated that our flight numbers that were showing on our itinerary again were removed over 6 months prior and that these flights do not exist anymore. The rep, did everything she could to try and get us on a earlier flight home even switching our route home. The new flight she was able to get us on left at 1pm but had to go further away and we would get to our final destination a hour and a half later than our original flights we booked.
As previously stated I had a limo company picking us up from the airport so now while outside of the country I had to try and contact the company with our new flight information to make sure we could actually get home. When we finally arrived home and called Bookit.com's customer support phone number the lady on the phone was rude and very unprofessional telling my wife that it was our fault that we were not aware of the flight changes when we were never notified and our itinerary was never updated by Bookit.com. This we found very odd considering on the bottom of their webpage it states "At BookIt.com we take Guest Support very seriously. In fact, one of our Core Values states that if our guests are merely satisfied, we haven't done our job. Total guest relation is our goal, and we work tirelessly to ensure that each and every guest is so elated with their experience that they stop conversations to tell others about us."
