My experience with BookIt was excellent. I had been looking on other sites and had almost booked on another, but I was just not satisfied. When I looked on BookIt I found the website to be very user-friendly as well as giving great descriptions of all the hotels where we wanted to go. I was able to change my mind on which hotel to go with because of the descriptions and the reviews that were offered. As far as recommending BookIt to others I would definitely do so. I will use BookIt again.

I used BookIt for the first time to go to Costa Rica. I was a little nervous because you never know which 3rd party site is better than another. I have to say I am VERY PLEASED with BookIt. I refer everyone to them mainly because of PayDelay. It's hard for a lot of us to just hand over a few thousand $$$ at once. PayDelay makes it easier and convenient. I have already planned my 2nd trip through BookIt and will be planning more in the future. Also, the one time I called customer service to make an "unscheduled" payment, they were MORE THAN helpful in taking my payment and adjusting the balance and the dates for the next payment.
The one suggestion I have is related to this: Put a link on the account where if we want to make another payment before a regular due date, we should be able to. Even though you divide payments into 3 or 4, when we book out far enough, some of us may want to make more payments. Having a link would be better than having to call and speak to someone. Even though the process worked well, it's still time consuming. Thank you BookIt. I am all in!!!

Had a death in family and had to cut short by 1 day and it took 5 mins to get help then manual fees is ridiculous. I will not use this service again.

I booked an all inclusive stay at the Grand Oasis Palm in Cancun for TWO rooms. And paid for everything after a verbal agreement with the lady on the phone. But when I looked at my confirmation email I saw that I was only given one room after I paid for everything. When I called to get it fixed they admitted that their person had made the mistake and that if I wanted to change it to two rooms I would have to pay more money. So that's what I unfortunately had to do is pay to fix their mistake.

Call 3 mins after flight was booked and tried to change. Been on hold 12 times three people and now they tell me I have to pay another 1000 dollars. What a joke. Been on phone one hour and 18 mins now.

I love BookIt.com. I use them often. The only complaint is the "constantly changing" total. By the time I've checked out the price has gone up sometimes 2 or 3 times. I wish it would stay the same as when I'm looking as when I've completed my booking. I understand a change if it's a different viewing time or day but to change during a current session is frustrating.

This was by far the worst experience I have had ever. I booked my entire trip to Puerto Rico, paid for in full upfront. I mistakenly chose the wrong hotel. 4 hours later I contacted BookIt to simply transfer the funds to the proper hotel. They proceeded to tell me that I had to call the hotel and have the hotel email the cancellation. Once I went out of the way to do that, I contacted BookIt back to just transfer the funds to a new hotel. At first they said they could not do that, and they would need to refund me (which would take 7 business days) and they only wanted to refund the hotel portion not the flight. After a total of 4.5 hours in 2 days on the phone with BookIt they finally agree to transfer funds. It should have not be that hard to do. I was not asking for any refund, just put what I paid toward a different hotel. I will never be booking with them again. I will be going to the BBB to warn everyone about my experience.

I was doing my vacation schedule with Priceline, and then somehow an advertisement of Booklt, came across. The result... same hotel, same car, same flight... in fact it was everything exactly the same BUT, price was about $80 less per person! Needless to say, the additional opportunity of paying the entire bill in payments was a plus, not expected but welcomed! A great shopping experience! Thanks Booklt!

It's awesome. I have used travel agents for all our vacations because they offer a payment seeing that we book so far in advance but sometime they can be a hassle when it comes to relaying information. BookIt has eliminated that for me. Booked my vacation in less than 10 minutes!!!

First when we arrived to our room someone had that room already. Second in the morning my son had bugs in his bed. Not good at all. Other than that I was okay and liked the casino and a restaurant in the hotel that I would definitely go back to next time I visit. I hope that my visit in February 13-February 17, 2017 will be very satisfying and pleasant. Thank you and hope to see you all in February 2017.

Ran into a few issues with the flight where the rep was seeing a price approx $35 higher per ticket than I was getting online. However she went ahead and told me to book the flight on my own and she would still help with the booking of the resort. We ended up getting disconnected twice, the first time she called back, the 2nd time she didn't. I called back and got in touch with an awesome agent who helped just as efficiently. Although the booking was tough, the agents were very helpful and courteous.

Resort was nice but our room was outdated and needed many repairs. Carpet and sofa were dirty, paint chipping off of the walls, there was a leak in the bathroom somewhere because the floor stayed wet. It wasn't worth what we paid.

My husband and I wanted to stay at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino for two nights in March. The price of booking through the hotel direct was almost $100 a night more than booking through BookIt. Even the person who registered us at the hotel stated using a discount company was the best way to go. From now on we will always use BookIt.

Website would not let me sign in. Customer rep charges $25 to help you! Another $25 to change date of hotel reservation. Charged extra $20 for 3rd person in a 2 bed queen room. If can't print voucher or tix off website, they will email to you for $25. I complained a lot and got fees waived, but I won't ever use this site again.

I asked to check the room before checking in, and I was totally dissatisfied. The bathtub was brown. The mirror was nasty I couldn't see myself. The room had an awfully damp smell to it. A person could catch a disease staying there.

I used to be a BOOKIT fan. We booked so many vacations with BOOKIT but now I would never come back for its stupid non-cancellable or non-changeable policy!!! There are other booking sites out there, and all of them honor FREE CANCELLATION BEFORE CERTAIN DATE. We books a 3 nights hotel at Harrah's. Due to a change in plan, we need to cancel the booking but obviously BOOKIT REFUSED because of their written policy. The rep explained because the resort charges them for a night of cancellation! WTH, we checked other booking sites (booking.com, hotels.com), none of these charge us with anything.
They offer free cancellation before certain time. Even I book with them now, I still be able to cancel it by 6/21 before the trip!!! Which means BOOKIT IS A RIPOFF, they just do not want to deal with cancellation, or they charge a BIG FEE for cancel or even change your itinerary... Even if we book with local travel agent, there is FREE CANCELLATION or FREE CHANGE. And I checked with HARRAH'S, they do not charge me a cent for this cancellation if I had booked with them direct. OMG. I'm so mad. BOOKIT IS HORRIBLE. I even asked the operator if I can change the hotel, BOOKIT still charges a change fees and lose 1 full night of the stay which comes to $170!!! Really? Is that how BOOKIT MAKE MONEY?? I need to cancel my booking or change hotel WITHOUT ANY CHARGES.

I tried booking online and the system wouldn't recognize my birthday as accurate. I called the customer service number to assist and the representative initially had the same issue. She was able to finally book the trip however once she had completed the transaction she realized that she charged the entire amount to the card instead of the pay delay amount. The confirmation email was sent and the names were completely wrong. When I called back I was informed that it would take another 24 hours before they could change the names on my tickets. However BookIt already had charged the entire trip amount and the money was already gone from my account. This entire process has been so incredibly frustrating. The only person who was of any help was the airline reservationist Kayla ** who helped get the trip refunded. However we still have the 7 -10 waiting period for the full refund to be credited.

I booked my stay for 1 week at Laplaya Resort Daytona Beach Florida. I am going to the TurkeyRun - one of the biggest Classic Car shows in Florida. The Laplaya is an old hotel but protect my car from salt water fog while parked. I saved over $300 on my room by booking with Bookit.com. Thank you for my saving.

I have very bad experience with this site, as soon as you book your vacation package, you're on your own. No flight refund after 24 hrs from booking. I was on hold for more than 40 mins and they didn't solve my issue. I don't recommend this site.

This hotel is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. There is water dripping from the roof from the ac in the room above us. There are patches on the roof. No remote to the TV. Hotel cleaners suck. I do not and would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.

After spending over two hours with a sales rep... the cost of the rooms and the airfare nearly doubled. A week after I confirmed 3 rooms... the prices went down by 50% and the agent was not able to re-book at the lower price. In addition, I am still waiting for accurate information on my hotel confirmation -- I have a confirmation for 10 people and we are 5. One guest has the wrong name on the reservation. Also, the agent never hooked me up for airport transfers, which we did after the fact (and subject to additional fees). I was also quoted one price for each guest for travel insurance and that price also doubled. Will never use this site again. Extremely disappointed.

Using BookIt.com was an extremely easy to use website. I breezed right through everything. I was impressed with the payment plan that they have. Very useful for someone that don't have the money right away to pay for the trip in its entirety. But what impressed me the most was when I started filling in the credit card info, I saw where I could use multiple cards, that was awesome. While I was putting in my second credit card info, I noticed that you could still add another card. I am not sure how many different cards you can use. This is great to be able to use especially if you are close to your credit card limit on one of your cards. (There is a credit card fee of $5.00 on each card if you use multiple cards) However, it is well worth it.

This will be my second time booking with BookIt and I am very happy with your services! One thing I truly admire about BookIt, is I accidently booked a flight to an airport that was 1 hour away from my resort when there was one 5 minutes from it. I was notified by phone and email by BookIt staff and asked if I meant to do so and if I didn't to call and cancel and reschedule a flight to the other airport while it was free. So I did! This saved me the headache of possibly having to pay for a flight change. I truly appreciated this as this trip is for my 6th year anniversary and I truly want to make it a smooth one. I used Bookit.com and booked a room at a beautiful hotel. The very next morning I received a phone call from Bookit.com informing me that due to a system error the room I booked was not priced correctly (one third of the normal price) and they reserved the right to cancel my reservation. They apologized for the inconvenience and cancelled my reservation. It was supposed to be a very special trip - my daughter's boyfriend is planning to propose to her during our stay. I'm upset that they didn't honor what they advertised! I feel that my family and I wound up paying for someone else's mistake and I will NEVER use Bookit.com again! Warning: Bookit.com are untruthful and cannot be depended upon to come through with what they advertise! Don't place your hard earned vacation in their hands! :(

I was a bit disappointed with the price I received for my trip. I have booked with BookIt several times and when I call the operator is more than helpful and gives us a better price than online. We are usually given resort credits as well. I called and the 1st operator was not willing to try to get us any discounts until I told him that I had no reason to book with BookIt then. I ended up hanging up and not booking with him when he told me he could save me $20. My time with him on the phone to me was worth more than that. I called a second time and spoke with a young lady and she gave me a little better price with still no resort credits. It is what it is. I wouldn't have booked but I have to be at this resort at this time.

This reservation cost me two hours of my time trying to simply upgrade from a standard room to a deluxe room. I was told that no rooms were available when I initially spoke with the representative but upon my own inspection I did find a room available and the representative stated that they are now able to switch rooms because I found it. We had to wait for over 30 minutes to try and speak with a supervisor but no one came. If I am to be a repeat customer then the service team will need a vast overhaul of their training and comprehension with customers.

The overall process of using BookIt.com was fantastic! They provided the best prices for all of the resorts that we were looking at for booking our Honeymoon. The menus were easy to read, and the website was easy to navigate. The only problem we experienced was picking our flights during the transaction. We would choose from the list of flights that were "available" and then when we were ready to check-out (10 seconds later) it would kick us back to the very beginning of the process saying that the flight we choose was not available. That was the only hiccup. Otherwise, BookIt.com is a fantastic portal for great prices on hotels, resorts, flights, etc... and I would definitely recommend to others.

I booked my vacation package to Hawaii with flights and hotel for a great price. I had such a hard time booking it because I had to 10 times try to check out. It kept changing the flight times. When finally I thought it book, it changed it again and now I am arriving 2 hours later than my family. If I change it now it's $200 per ticket.

Sometimes when booking with air the issues you experienced may occur as flights are able to be booked by guests from all booking outlets. As a result flights will fill quickly and flight schedules change quickly. It is very frustrating to book hotel rooms and not understand the costs until you have placed the final order. There is a resort fee that I knew about, but was not specified, until the final order was booked. A quick google search said $28. Once booked, BookIt informed me $36. It did not specify parking costs, so I went online directly to the hotel and it was stated no cost to park. Once the order was placed, immediately BookIt informed me it would cost to park - MGM that day had instituted parking charges. BookIt should disclose those before a purchase. Between the extra parking fee and additional resort fee, I would've booked the Paris Hotel (free parking).
It seems to be the stock in trade today to keep costs hidden to induce a purchase and then disclose immediately after the booking is complete what additional costs are - very deceptive. I will never use BookIt again. I want hassle free vacation experiences and this is not the way to begin a trip - feeling screwed and duped. If BookIt has any corporate morality at all, it will allow me to cancel this purchase without any penalty!

I'd like to thank the person that received my call last when I tried to get my mistake fixed and she willingly decided to go to the extent to help me. I had booked the wrong property and when I saw the confirmation a few minutes later I knew I had made a huge mistake since the booking said non-refundable. After my 3rd call this lady spoke, asked, intervene on my behalf and finally helped me correct my mistake. She at no charge was able to, with the appropriate authorization, cancel my initial reservation and book me into the right property, (where all my friends are going), so thank you, thank you. I am very disappointed in BookIt and will never book or refer to book through this agency. The price for my package continued to fall and I was told there is nothing that can be done about it since a flight was attached. I don't understand this practice. And seems unfair to the paying customer. Had I known prices would continue to fall I would have waited until the day before the anticipated day of arrival. In this day and age I still can't believe that a paying customer would be told there's nothing that can be done. That baffles me. Won't book again with this agency.

Incorrect itinerary, poor telephone response time - I booked a good deal including resort and first class airfare at a reasonable price, but the final itinerary printout shows coach air instead of first class. It took one full hour and two separate telephone holds to resolve this. Still not sure if I'm in first, but was advised to check their website in 24 hours.
