I love BookIt.com. I use them often. The only complaint is the "constantly changing" total. By the time I've checked out the price has gone up sometimes 2 or 3 times. I wish it would stay the same as when I'm looking as when I've completed my booking. I understand a change if it's a different viewing time or day but to change during a current session is frustrating.

This was by far the worst experience I have had ever. I booked my entire trip to Puerto Rico, paid for in full upfront. I mistakenly chose the wrong hotel. 4 hours later I contacted BookIt to simply transfer the funds to the proper hotel. They proceeded to tell me that I had to call the hotel and have the hotel email the cancellation. Once I went out of the way to do that, I contacted BookIt back to just transfer the funds to a new hotel. At first they said they could not do that, and they would need to refund me (which would take 7 business days) and they only wanted to refund the hotel portion not the flight. After a total of 4.5 hours in 2 days on the phone with BookIt they finally agree to transfer funds. It should have not be that hard to do. I was not asking for any refund, just put what I paid toward a different hotel. I will never be booking with them again. I will be going to the BBB to warn everyone about my experience.

I was doing my vacation schedule with Priceline, and then somehow an advertisement of Booklt, came across. The result... same hotel, same car, same flight... in fact it was everything exactly the same BUT, price was about $80 less per person! Needless to say, the additional opportunity of paying the entire bill in payments was a plus, not expected but welcomed! A great shopping experience! Thanks Booklt!

It's awesome. I have used travel agents for all our vacations because they offer a payment seeing that we book so far in advance but sometime they can be a hassle when it comes to relaying information. BookIt has eliminated that for me. Booked my vacation in less than 10 minutes!!!

First when we arrived to our room someone had that room already. Second in the morning my son had bugs in his bed. Not good at all. Other than that I was okay and liked the casino and a restaurant in the hotel that I would definitely go back to next time I visit. I hope that my visit in February 13-February 17, 2017 will be very satisfying and pleasant. Thank you and hope to see you all in February 2017.

Ran into a few issues with the flight where the rep was seeing a price approx $35 higher per ticket than I was getting online. However she went ahead and told me to book the flight on my own and she would still help with the booking of the resort. We ended up getting disconnected twice, the first time she called back, the 2nd time she didn't. I called back and got in touch with an awesome agent who helped just as efficiently. Although the booking was tough, the agents were very helpful and courteous.

Resort was nice but our room was outdated and needed many repairs. Carpet and sofa were dirty, paint chipping off of the walls, there was a leak in the bathroom somewhere because the floor stayed wet. It wasn't worth what we paid.

My husband and I wanted to stay at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino for two nights in March. The price of booking through the hotel direct was almost $100 a night more than booking through BookIt. Even the person who registered us at the hotel stated using a discount company was the best way to go. From now on we will always use BookIt.

Website would not let me sign in. Customer rep charges $25 to help you! Another $25 to change date of hotel reservation. Charged extra $20 for 3rd person in a 2 bed queen room. If can't print voucher or tix off website, they will email to you for $25. I complained a lot and got fees waived, but I won't ever use this site again.

The site was very easy to use. It provided detailed information about the hotel and its amenities. My trip is later this year. I will follow up with my opinion of the room.

I asked to check the room before checking in, and I was totally dissatisfied. The bathtub was brown. The mirror was nasty I couldn't see myself. The room had an awfully damp smell to it. A person could catch a disease staying there.

Was not advised we could not make changes once we booked.

I used to be a BOOKIT fan. We booked so many vacations with BOOKIT but now I would never come back for its stupid non-cancellable or non-changeable policy!!! There are other booking sites out there, and all of them honor FREE CANCELLATION BEFORE CERTAIN DATE. We books a 3 nights hotel at Harrah's. Due to a change in plan, we need to cancel the booking but obviously BOOKIT REFUSED because of their written policy. The rep explained because the resort charges them for a night of cancellation! WTH, we checked other booking sites (booking.com, hotels.com), none of these charge us with anything.

I cancelled this reservation??? I talked to customer service. They're so dumb. Never using this site again. I hope they return my money. Bad company. I'm disputing this charge to my credit card. I hope that corporate people hear this.

There was a special in my inbox. And I was able to get a hotel stay, flight and round trip shuttle to/from airport for two for an amazing rate.

BookIt was by far, the best travel site I have used in a long time. The site was intuitive and did not leave me playing the pricing guessing game like other sites. I would suggest anyone looking to book reasonable travel to use BookIt. The site is so simple. Makes you feel like you are your very own travel agent.

There was a glitch with the vacation package but BookIt stepped up to correct the problem. I am very pleased with their customer service.

I tried booking online and the system wouldn't recognize my birthday as accurate. I called the customer service number to assist and the representative initially had the same issue. She was able to finally book the trip however once she had completed the transaction she realized that she charged the entire amount to the card instead of the pay delay amount. The confirmation email was sent and the names were completely wrong. When I called back I was informed that it would take another 24 hours before they could change the names on my tickets. However BookIt already had charged the entire trip amount and the money was already gone from my account. This entire process has been so incredibly frustrating. The only person who was of any help was the airline reservationist Kayla ** who helped get the trip refunded. However we still have the 7 -10 waiting period for the full refund to be credited.

I booked my stay for 1 week at Laplaya Resort Daytona Beach Florida. I am going to the TurkeyRun - one of the biggest Classic Car shows in Florida. The Laplaya is an old hotel but protect my car from salt water fog while parked. I saved over $300 on my room by booking with Bookit.com. Thank you for my saving.

I have very bad experience with this site, as soon as you book your vacation package, you're on your own. No flight refund after 24 hrs from booking. I was on hold for more than 40 mins and they didn't solve my issue. I don't recommend this site.

This hotel is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. There is water dripping from the roof from the ac in the room above us. There are patches on the roof. No remote to the TV. Hotel cleaners suck. I do not and would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.

After spending over two hours with a sales rep... the cost of the rooms and the airfare nearly doubled. A week after I confirmed 3 rooms... the prices went down by 50% and the agent was not able to re-book at the lower price. In addition, I am still waiting for accurate information on my hotel confirmation -- I have a confirmation for 10 people and we are 5. One guest has the wrong name on the reservation. Also, the agent never hooked me up for airport transfers, which we did after the fact (and subject to additional fees). I was also quoted one price for each guest for travel insurance and that price also doubled. Will never use this site again. Extremely disappointed.

The site provided detailed and accurate information. I checked with the hotel before my trip and was pleasantly surprised that my reservation and the details of the hotel were spot on. I am psyched and looking forward to an awesome trip.

Using BookIt.com was an extremely easy to use website. I breezed right through everything. I was impressed with the payment plan that they have. Very useful for someone that don't have the money right away to pay for the trip in its entirety. But what impressed me the most was when I started filling in the credit card info, I saw where I could use multiple cards, that was awesome. While I was putting in my second credit card info, I noticed that you could still add another card. I am not sure how many different cards you can use. This is great to be able to use especially if you are close to your credit card limit on one of your cards. (There is a credit card fee of $5.00 on each card if you use multiple cards) However, it is well worth it.

I got a good hotel for half the price. I had to change my reservation and it cost me $25, oh well. If the room turns out to be clean and serviceable then I don't mind the extra cost. I'll use them again.

I have booked first time on 9th June for Vegas on phone and it was confirmed for 20th June. Payment was through as per bank details. I have not cancelled my booking but I received email that booking has been cancelled. I am very upset.

One thing I truly admire about BookIt, is I accidently booked a flight to an airport that was 1 hour away from my resort when there was one 5 minutes from it. I was notified by phone and email by BookIt staff and asked if I meant to do so and if I didn't to call and cancel and reschedule a flight to the other airport while it was free. So I did! This saved me the headache of possibly having to pay for a flight change. I truly appreciated this as this trip is for my 6th year anniversary and I truly want to make it a smooth one. I was on the phone. Got an hour, 40 minutes of that was waiting, but the person I spoke to was incredibly helpful and fixed my problem that when I booked online, it booked double the fights and no hotel.

I used Bookit.com and booked a room at a beautiful hotel. The very next morning I received a phone call from Bookit.com informing me that due to a system error the room I booked was not priced correctly (one third of the normal price) and they reserved the right to cancel my reservation. They apologized for the inconvenience and cancelled my reservation. It was supposed to be a very special trip - my daughter's boyfriend is planning to propose to her during our stay. I'm upset that they didn't honor what they advertised! I feel that my family and I wound up paying for someone else's mistake and I will NEVER use Bookit.com again! Warning: Bookit.com are untruthful and cannot be depended upon to come through with what they advertise! Don't place your hard earned vacation in their hands! :(

I was a bit disappointed with the price I received for my trip. I have booked with BookIt several times and when I call the operator is more than helpful and gives us a better price than online. We are usually given resort credits as well. I called and the 1st operator was not willing to try to get us any discounts until I told him that I had no reason to book with BookIt then. I ended up hanging up and not booking with him when he told me he could save me $20. My time with him on the phone to me was worth more than that. I called a second time and spoke with a young lady and she gave me a little better price with still no resort credits. It is what it is. I wouldn't have booked but I have to be at this resort at this time.

Very nice website! The information is full and accurate. Like the special offers that BookIt is providing.

I was not able to book the hotel and airline at the same time. I had to do the hotel by phone. I also believe I was overcharged for the round trip shuttle service to and from the airport to hotel.

This reservation cost me two hours of my time trying to simply upgrade from a standard room to a deluxe room. I was told that no rooms were available when I initially spoke with the representative but upon my own inspection I did find a room available and the representative stated that they are now able to switch rooms because I found it. We had to wait for over 30 minutes to try and speak with a supervisor but no one came. If I am to be a repeat customer then the service team will need a vast overhaul of their training and comprehension with customers.

The overall process of using BookIt.com was fantastic! They provided the best prices for all of the resorts that we were looking at for booking our Honeymoon. The menus were easy to read, and the website was easy to navigate. The only problem we experienced was picking our flights during the transaction. We would choose from the list of flights that were "available" and then when we were ready to check-out (10 seconds later) it would kick us back to the very beginning of the process saying that the flight we choose was not available. That was the only hiccup. Otherwise, BookIt.com is a fantastic portal for great prices on hotels, resorts, flights, etc... and I would definitely recommend to others.

As we are excited for our trip, the resort credit was misleading. This hotel was chosen due to that specific perk. It wasn't until it was booked that it said only valid for 4+ nights. Extremely misleading. That should be fixed.

Credit card was charged in full at time of booking. Changing from 3 nights to 2 nights resulted in $25 "cancellation" fee PLUS $25 "modify" fee. What a SCAM. Will never use BookIt again.

I booked my vacation package to Hawaii with flights and hotel for a great price. I had such a hard time booking it because I had to 10 times try to check out. It kept changing the flight times. When finally I thought it book, it changed it again and now I am arriving 2 hours later than my family. If I change it now it's $200 per ticket.

It is very frustrating to book hotel rooms and not understand the costs until you have placed the final order. There is a resort fee that I knew about, but was not specified, until the final order was booked. A quick google search said $28. Once booked, BookIt informed me $36. It did not specify parking costs, so I went online directly to the hotel and it was stated no cost to park. Once the order was placed, immediately BookIt informed me it would cost to park - MGM that day had instituted parking charges. BookIt should disclose those before a purchase. Between the extra parking fee and additional resort fee, I would've booked the Paris Hotel (free parking).

I'd like to thank the person that received my call last when I tried to get my mistake fixed and she willingly decided to go to the extent to help me. I had booked the wrong property and when I saw the confirmation a few minutes later I knew I had made a huge mistake since the booking said non-refundable. After my 3rd call this lady spoke, asked, intervene on my behalf and finally helped me correct my mistake. She at no charge was able to, with the appropriate authorization, cancel my initial reservation and book me into the right property, (where all my friends are going), so thank you, thank you. Great Customer Service. Good experience.

My guy was great helping me.

I am very disappointed in BookIt and will never book or refer to book through this agency. The price for my package continued to fall and I was told there is nothing that can be done about it since a flight was attached. I don't understand this practice. And seems unfair to the paying customer. Had I known prices would continue to fall I would have waited until the day before the anticipated day of arrival. In this day and age I still can't believe that a paying customer would be told there's nothing that can be done. That baffles me. Won't book again with this agency.

Booked it myself. But needed help regarding printing voucher. Person courteous though unable to print the complete voucher, I took a pic for proof. I am hoping it turns out well regarding room being cheap as I previously had a bad experience in a motel which it caused medical attention. Pleased. l know the person I spoke with was very helpful.

It was easy booking with BookIt. Only thing I didn't like was the return flights, so we had to book them separately. Flight times were better and cheaper flying down with American Airlines and back with Delta. It would be nice if BookIt.com could somehow have it to where a person could book 2 different airlines.

Incorrect itinerary, poor telephone response time - I booked a good deal including resort and first class airfare at a reasonable price, but the final itinerary printout shows coach air instead of first class. It took one full hour and two separate telephone holds to resolve this. Still not sure if I'm in first, but was advised to check their website in 24 hours.

Makdeon (bartender) great service. Every night there is a theme event. "All white party", "blue party". Come prepared to drink and party. Jason at Sharkies Bar- amazing personality. The sun is very HOT. Please pack lots of sunscreen. The pool and beach was amazing. I have no complaints. I can't wait for next year and I will be staying longer this time.

I booked my hotel on May 31st and cancelled that same day! It said I would be charged $25... I read it a few times! The company I paid $537 initially, and they only refunded me like $325. I am furious, worst company ever! They will not give me back my money!!! Next time I will book directly with the hotel! Definitely will warn everyone about this!

When renting a car there was a system glitch that did not calculate the driver's age correctly. I called the trip in and it was taken care of by a BookIt representative. Great service. Very good price with flights.

Yes! Oceanfront may cost a little more but it is sooo worth it! We loved waking up to the sounds of the water and the beautiful view and would only stay at Oceanfront when we visit again. Compass Cove is an excellent hotel with more amenities that you could ask for. The kids loved the lazy river and the water slides. Even I love the water slides and gives me enough of a water park that I can handle being that I don't like water slides that much. The rooms were spacious enough and clean. The staff was very friendly. This is the second time we have stayed at Compass Cove and have enjoyed our stay both times. I will always book a hotel with Compass Cove when we visit the beach. Book your room with them and make sure you get Oceanfront if you although Ocean view isn't bad either. Happy Staying!

We received our BookIt trip to New Orleans from our family as a wedding gift. We stayed at the Maison Dupuy for 4 days and 3 nights. The staff of Maison Dupuy were all very nice and pleasant. They let us check-in a few hours early because our flight was early in the day. So by them doing that we did not have to carry our luggage around for 4 hours. The hotel was so clean and inviting and the front desk was so nice and gave us a different room with a better view at no extra charge to us. The Bistreaux restaurant inside the hotel was a nice little café. There was one person that stood out above the rest, was one of the bartenders by the name of Mark. He was extremely attentive and very personable. We ended up sitting at his bar for a couple of hours listening to his different stories about New Orleans. He was an excellent example of how a bartender should be.

Website locked up, not confirming reservation - I didn't think I'd had a reservation, so I made alternative plans. Then l received a delayed email confirmation. I cancelled the BookIt reservation, for a 25$ charge and have the cancellation email. After a month, I have not received a credit or the cancellation charge.

I was very pleased with my experience on the phone with Jackie from BookIt.com. She was very helpful and courteous. She took great care of me and it didn't take much time to get my vacation exactly right. She took the time to go over everything before finalizing my vacation.

The girl that helped me was great and went out of her way to help me with services for the lei in Hawaii. Sent me links since I could not purchase on the site. My first time with BookIt but was very pleased. I hope my vacation goes as well as the reservations did. Thanks!

Mostly good experience, just got stuck a bit on the steps to re-set my password for Bookit.com. I received the email with the temporary password but then was not clear on whether I had to use the first screen (sign-up) or the second screen to change password. I thought it was the change password screen but kept getting an error message that my last name was invalid? Later after I realized I had to use the green button on top right to sign in with temporary password I looked at my profile and saw that my last name was not entered (explains error message). Also, the box for the change password on main page displays "temporary password" but does not allow any entry. Once got past these issues things went well. Thank you for allowing me to explain and hope it made sense.

My husband and I are taking our first International Trip as he has ALS and this is a wish list item for him. So I go to the website and find a package, flight and hotel. I pay for it then turns out the flight monies didn't go through, so I'm paying the cost of the package for the hotel and now I have to book a flight, and pay for it. Tried calling - the worst customer service. Took 4 attempts but finally got someone. He said sometimes mistakes are made so book the flight myself. He added that the airline monies would drop off my credit card in a few days. I asked about the website and the price for the package and he said things change. I said "correct your website." He didn't waver. I told him it was false advertising. He denied it saying again that mistakes are made. So now to book the airline. Probably will be paying more. Goodbye BookIt!
