    Website is easy to use. I like you are able to use more than one card to pay for trip. Price point is a good deal. I made an error in my BookIt and I am very unhappy that changes can't be made to flight or hotel after you pay. I spend over an 20 mins on hold waiting for a rep to answer the phone then another 15 mins for the flights department. Only to be told I couldn't make changes and would have to wait 3-10 business days for a refund. Cancel and pay again was my only option. This needs to be corrected. I would be okay with a credit and it could be applied to my new BookIt over waiting 10 business days for me to book again.

Unlimited food all day. Courtesy Tourist bus was available for shopping and touring different places. Overall great vacation. I will definitely recommend Jamaica all-inclusive vacation through BookIt.com. Con: BookIt needs a waiting lounge at the airport. We arrived at Holiday Inn after 9 am and had to wait after 3 pm to be check in. There should be early courtesy check in at least one or two hours for International tourist.

    My whole experience was horrible. The person helping was good explaining things to me. The fact that I was told I couldnt cancel less than 10 minutes after I booked and realized the mistake will make me very apprehensive in using your services again. To tell the customer to wait 24 hours to change the air part of the trip and be charged to do it is silly especially if the person caught the mistake immediately.

    Bookit.com is great! The Customer service and their prices were wonderful. The only issue I had, and it's a small issue, is my transportation to and from the airport. I booked a trip to Punta Cana and on the website it didn't give an option for airport to hotel transfers. So I called and they said that it was too early to book my transfer, but I could call back in a couple months set it up when it's available. That was cool with me, but I think that the transfer not being available at the present time and what actions to take should be on the website while you're booking. Other than that, Bookit gets my vote!!

    I am dissatisfied with my experience with BookIt. I had made and pay for my reservation I even got insurance for it. Someone who was not part of my reservation was able to update my reservation and change my hotel reservation. I don't understand how someone who is not part of my reservation who's information nor credit card information was in the booking is able to make changes. I was not only charged for the update but also loss the insurance money and took credit for the $1200. + - on my reservation. This is something that baffles me. In then end of it all I was not able to go on my trip as I refused to pay the extra $$$ being charged and all I got as a refund was about $100 and some airline credit. This is something ridiculous as I was never communicated that my account was changed. I will not be doing business with BookIt.com nor will I recommend to anyone as there is no security on the account you pay for.

I had to send separate emails for each. BookIt staff responded within a day or two each time, but in the process my airline seat reservations were lost and I had to re-register the seats. A bit frustrating that I had to follow-up with BookIt on these items.

    My BookIt agent was Allison, and she was tremendously helpful. I had already captured everything online that I wanted for my vacation package and only called in due to an inability to apply my coupon. I received Welcome coupons when I signed up as a BookIt.com customer, and I was unable to use any of them. According to what Allison told me, the coupons are only valid on bookings with two or more travelers. Since I will be traveling alone, my booking was not eligible even though I met the other criteria. Nothing in the email I received with the coupons, nor the coupons themselves mentioned this stipulation.

    I think this policy should be reviewed as it is unfair and discriminatory to single travelers like myself who will never be able to take advantage of the special coupon deals sent to us! I basically ended up losing $70 due to not being able to use the coupon supplied to me by BookIt.com. I am looking forward to my vacation, and I know even without the coupon I still received a great deal on the total package. Thank you!

    I wanted to cancel my booking. It allowed me to cancel by checking all three items. At the end of the cancellation process it indicated partial cancellation. My round-trip transportation and insurance was cancelled, not my accommodations. I was not informed that it was going to be a partial cancellation before moving forward. There was a fee to cancel my accommodations. If I had known that, I would not have tried to cancel. At that point I want to cancel the cancellation...lol. I called BookIt for their help. I was told I'd be charged $3 for the insurance cancellation and $25 for hotel cancellation. The only FREE cancellation was the round trip airport transportation. Read your fine print. Free cancellation does not apply to your entire booking!

    I tried to book a trip with my fiance to Florida to take engagement photos and prepare for our upcoming wedding. At first glance Bookit.com seemed like a great option. But please please read the fine print! There are fees on top of fees on top of fees. I took away a day for our trip and there was a cancellation fee?? But this was not a cancellation, it was a modification however there was a fee, and a brand new reservation number created. Then a fee was charged for a new reservation.

    I decided to cancel the reservation altogether and the assess another fee for cancellation and then they tried to charge another $35.00 fee on top of that. So to sum it all up I had paid $85.00 for a reservation I never planned on taking and had cancelled 3 months before the actual date of the company. I called customer service to try and resolve. At first she said it was all clear and no other fees would be assessed. I then asked her to put that in writing so I would have proof. Then she came back after a long hold and said "oh wait there is a fee." I asked to speak to a supervisors. She continued to argue with me over the phone as I asked to speak to a supervisor and then placed me on a 45 min hold after that. Awful company, horrible customer service. Never again.

    After going through the entire booking process I received an error message and code D along with a contact number. The message stated that the flight was booked but there was an issue with the hotel and it would be corrected. I contacted customer service and was told there is no such error code and there was no record of my reservation even though I was logged in as a member. I was told to rebook. When I went to do it all over, the flight choices changed and I was unable to get the same flight as my other 3 travelling companions (they also reserved at the exact same time with Bookit) and there was an extra 2 hours travel time for me. I contacted customer service and was informed that the original flight I booked was available but it would cost over $150 more to change it. I will not be using Bookit.com again. My only positive experience was that Terrell ** in airline services did an awesome job trying to work it out.

    This is our FIRST DAY of vacation, and I've spent the last hour and a half trying to resolve an issue that bookit.com created! In our trip agreement, it states that children 12 and under eat for free at any time of day at any restaurant at the resort. When we went to eat lunch, we found out that was not the case. This is our 5th year in Orlando, and every time we vacation with our family of 5, we ALWAYS get a kitchen to save on costs. It costs an additional 200 per day for a family of 5 to eat out 3 times of day. This vacation was much more than I was accustomed to paying for an Orlando trip, but BECAUSE OF THE MEAL INCENTIVE, we thought this would be most cost effective.

    The meal option is the ONLY reason we stayed here, and now after more than an hour on the phone, I can't even get someone to tell me why they dropped the ball and what they are going to do to resolve it. Because of this, we can't do ANY of the activities we planned to because NOW we have to pay an additional 125 per DAY to feed our children!!! Our vacation is ruined already and we just arrived!!!! I need someone to contact me immediately because this is FRAUD, and I absolutely will sue if this isn't fixed!

    So... take it from me, save yourself some hassle and trust bookit.com will usually have the cheapest prices. I didn't initially and I wasted untold hours of my life price shopping... Only to come back and use BookIt.com anyway. Their prices couldn't be beat! Easily $500 cheaper (15%) than all other competition using every promo code and coupon code imaginable at numerous different travel websites, matching identical flights, resort, and length of stay. The final checkout process couldn't be simpler. Literally, just a couple minutes. Although I did get held up for a minute when paying I realized they didn't take American Express. So don't take that for granted like I did. Reviews are good, but I found a good check and balance on Yelp and TripAdvisor. Star ratings on resorts change depending on what website you use. What is 5 star on one, will only be a 3.5 or 4 star on another.

    Ultimately I found looking at the customer ratings was equally if not more beneficial than the actual star ratings. Definitely check to make sure you've got the coupon/ promo code worth the most discount. In my case, a quick double check saved me an additional $150. BookIt.com had a $300 promo code! And gave us $60 some additional dollars back as some other discount. Like I said, their prices couldn't be beat! Also remember there are a host of cash back websites out there that can net you up to an additional 6% savings on portions of your trip (hotel only, not much on the flight portions). Every little bit helps to make your hard earned dollars stretch even further. I will definitely be coming back to use BookIt.com again for my next vacation!!

    We had to go through the process of making the reservation several times before it worked. I tried online the first time only to get to the end and find an error message. Your agent had the same thing happen that night. We spent the whole evening and well into the night trying to make it work and it did not.     The property is dated, but also not very well maintained. Although the location is fairly good and offers excellent views, the rooms themselves were only adequate. The bathroom was tiny. Pergo type floors had been installed as an update, but not trimmed, giving the room an almost shabby look. The sliding glass door to the balcony could not be locked. I felt the room was basically clean, but my girlfriend did not. The corridors and doors showed a lot of wear and tear. I think the property was overrated.

    I was looking to book a hotel in Vegas and as always, I checked the Trivago site for the lowest price and BookIt.com had the lowest and I booked a room. The confirmation I received mentioned there is a resort fee however it didn't mention the amount. When I checked in the hotel, I was told I have to pay $35 per day for the resort fee which added up to substantial amount of money. When you check other websites, everyone mentions the resort fee amount on the 1st look except BookIt.com. What incentive does a customer have for booking with you? I could have waited and saved money, however your advertisements had me thinking I needed to book by midnight to get the savings. That is poor business practice and unfair. For that reason, I will not be booking with you again, instead I will use a company that honors price reductions (not just inside 24 hours). I referred another couple traveling with us and they booked with you also, on the same day as myself. They had nothing but problems as well.     Resort fees were not properly disclosed but embedded in the terms and conditions and were only clearly presented after reservation was paid for and confirmed. This left no recourse as cancellation resulted in forfeit of 1 night's stay and a $25 charge. I would not have reserved the hotel if I had been aware that an additional $192 would be charged in hotel fees. I called BookIt 3 different times and explained the situation and asked for a credit, comp, something, got nowhere except a $20 credit on a future reservations which I will not be making.

    When my mother, who made my reservations for my wedding at the Platinum Yucatan Princess, called to add several nights to my and my fiancee's stay, the person clearly did not understand English, and really messed the entire transaction up. They cancelled my upgrade room, which was not what was requested, then gave me a lower grade room for the original dates. My mother simply requested that we be given a different room for the added on days, as our original room was not available. The reservation person did not set up a new booking transaction, which is what she should have done. This also caused a huge issue at my mother's credit union.

    Would have given a zero if it would have let me. Very very poor customer service, was charged THREE times for my attempt to book my trip. Even though the flights were so-called unavailable/sold out they kept showing up and kept charging me. Now I still have $2600 in charges that can take 8-10 days for them to reverse and still no trip booked. I would steer clear of this site by all means possible. Now can't even book my trip because of their charges and 5 of the 6 hotels are now sold out, and 3 of the flights are sold out!!! Find a different site to go to. I have used many sites for travel and this is by far the worst one.

    I did not read the fine print. The vacation package including the flight, hotel resort and car rental did not include the car rental. I had to pay for it upon arrival. I also must not have read the fine print that we had to pay $45 for each carry-on ($40 paying online).     I reserved a hotel room in Myrtle Beach that I have been to before. The picture that the website showed wasn't what I expected and to get an upgrade I had to call BookIt and then cancel my reservation to upgrade to the room I was expecting. But they would not just charge me the difference they make you wait 7 to 10 days for a full refund so I had to pay $1200 again then wait for a refund. I will never use them again.

    I said I would update my earlier review as thing progress and I am getting scared. I have been on hold with BookIt.com for approximately 1.5 hours between yesterday and today. Received a notification that there was a change to my flight. Went online and read the "If this change is OK, click here. If not call **." I called the number and was on hold. Got a customer service person who put me on hold and never came back. Called again, on hold again. Finally told they can't pull up flights (computer problems). I asked that they call me back or leave me a message. BookIt left a message that if I won't accept the flight changes I have to pay $200 plus $25 per person ($100) plus airline fees to make a change.

    I called again this morning to say I did not receive my hotel confirmation number. They sent the link again. Opened the email link and told them that it still does not contain a hotel confirmation number. I was told they would have to give me the confirmation number verbally as they just discovered the hotel confirmation number does not appear on the itinerary. I asked that they please send me the confirmation number via email. I was placed on hold for 5 minutes while they determined if they can send an email. They will not adjust the flights that were changed without approximately $350 in fees.

    My resort was downgraded from a 4.5 star to a 4 star and they will not allow a change without approximately $125-$225 in fees (not including accommodation cost adjustment). I nicely asked to speak to a manager and was told no managers are available, but I can try to call back in an hour or two. Unable to cancel without – you guessed it – fees, and can't get refund for airline only credit. What have I done?! I book every year through Delta Vacations and have never had a problem, but decided to give BookIt a try as it seemed like a good deal... not looking like such a good deal now. I will continue to update.

    This website had the best discount for my Las Vegas trip. I would give it five stars, but the BookIt "extras" are not always well defined. For example, it may list your trip comes with a $20 beverage credit, but then you can not find further details on what that actually entails.
