It seems you don't have all hotels, some other website have different ones. And sometimes when I review your site may offer 1 type of room but other sites will have the upper level rooms which I prefer.

Website is easy to use. I like you are able to use more than one card to pay for trip. Price point is a good deal. I made an error in my BookIt and I am very unhappy that changes can't be made to flight or hotel after you pay. I spend over an 20 mins on hold waiting for a rep to answer the phone then another 15 mins for the flights department. Only to be told I couldn't make changes and would have to wait 3-10 business days for a refund. Cancel and pay again was my only option. This needs to be corrected. I would be okay with a credit and it could be applied to my new BookIt over waiting 10 business days for me to book again.

Pro: The price was fair. Airport transportation was set up round trip with no problem. Hotel stay was also good - picture perfect view. Room was clear up and restock daily. Unlimited food all day. Courtesy Tourist bus was available for shopping and touring different places. Overall great vacation. I will definitely recommend Jamaica all-inclusive vacation through BookIt.com. Con: BookIt needs a waiting lounge at the airport. We arrived at Holiday Inn after 9 am and had to wait after 3 pm to be check in. There should be early courtesy check in at least one or two hours for International tourist.

Customer service is very poor. The associate was not knowledgeable. Sales skills were lacking. I asked if there were any other options on the reservation, "I don't think so" is not an appropriate answer. Prices are good but I would not go through your services again. Thanks.

I found the right hotel and flight combo and the right pricing right on BookIt. The options were easy to navigate and the prices were very competitive. I even saved an extra $100 with a coupon I found. Overall it was a good experience and I would recommend BookIt to a friend.

Not good at all. The rep was clueless and kept giving me the wrong information. First she told me the hotel I wanted was not available. When I gave her a reference number she didn't even apologized. Then she told me the hotel I liked didn't have a pool. Is not first time I used BookIt, but this was very disappointing. I ended up booking online, myself.

I had problems with completing my transaction online and needed to contact a representative. The representative was very helpful in completing my transaction. I was trying to use my debit card in making the transaction and it kept getting denied.

My whole experience was horrible. The person helping was good explaining things to me. The fact that I was told I couldnt cancel less than 10 minutes after I booked and realized the mistake will make me very apprehensive in using your services again. To tell the customer to wait 24 hours to change the air part of the trip and be charged to do it is silly especially if the person caught the mistake immediately.

Bookit.com is great! The Customer service and their prices were wonderful. The only issue I had, and it's a small issue, is my transportation to and from the airport. I booked a trip to Punta Cana and on the website it didn't give an option for airport to hotel transfers. So I called and they said that it was too early to book my transfer, but I could call back in a couple months set it up when it's available. That was cool with me, but I think that the transfer not being available at the present time and what actions to take should be on the website while you're booking. Other than that, Bookit gets my vote!!

The agent was courteous and very professional. She listened to my requests and worked toward accommodating us. These are the things booking agents should strive for, the satisfaction of the customer without being too pushy. Excellent job.

I am dissatisfied with my experience with BookIt. I had made and pay for my reservation I even got insurance for it. Someone who was not part of my reservation was able to update my reservation and change my hotel reservation. I don't understand how someone who is not part of my reservation who's information nor credit card information was in the booking is able to make changes. I was not only charged for the update but also loss the insurance money and took credit for the $1200. + - on my reservation. This is something that baffles me. In then end of it all I was not able to go on my trip as I refused to pay the extra $$$ being charged and all I got as a refund was about $100 and some airline credit. This is something ridiculous as I was never communicated that my account was changed. I will not be doing business with BookIt.com nor will I recommend to anyone as there is no security on the account you pay for.

This time, the hotel I booked had to cancel my reservation due to renovations. Kevon contacted me and over the course of a few days we worked together to come up with a few different options for my vacation. He was extremely helpful and patient. Very informative and knowledgeable. He was even able to input a coupon code I received after the fact when completing the new reservation to minimize the cost of the new hotel of choice. BookIt.com was so easy to use and had wonderful prices. We booked our resort, flight, transportation, and insurance all at once which was so convenient. The price was unbeatable. We even received a $75 airfare credit AND $150 BookIt.com coupon just for signing up for emails. I would highly recommend using this website.

Next time I will go through the hotel directly. It's too confusing to manage. At the end I wasn't clear about charges so I will end up paying more than I would have paid through the hotel.

Website and payment process worked well. Hotel info that was posted on website was also good. However after booking my trip, I never received hotel or airline reservation info. I had to send separate emails for each. BookIt staff responded within a day or two each time, but in the process my airline seat reservations were lost and I had to re-register the seats. A bit frustrating that I had to follow-up with BookIt on these items.

I'm glad I found this site/app. My wife and I travel every winter and like to experience new places and cultures. I compared as many other travel sites (most of which we have used before) and BookIt was by far the best value for the same resorts. I would highly recommend anyone to do the same. We used Bookit.com a few years ago to go to Jamaica and the Dominican Republic. At that time I represent kids named Danny. He just booked about a week ago with Drew who was extremely knowledgeable and took time to find us a direct flight from Newark Liberty Airport to (this time) Riviera Maya Mexico. We have never Resort but if it is anything like the two Resorts we stayed in previously, I know that we will not be disappointed. When we return I will give another review documentary the Resort. I would highly recommend this site to others in a heartbeat especially if you're looking for something that is easy breezy. With customer service reps like Drew who will take the time and effort then deliver exactly what you were asking for then definitely you have found the right website.

I went Frontier Airlines to pick my seating arrangements. Needless to say they cannot find me by name or by confirmation number. Very nervous if my vacation will be what I paid for and if I will be able to sit with my husband.

Did not received a proper treatment from Ivan **. Contact center service team manager. Phone call should be monitor for proper training. Katelyn ** handled the problem well the next day. She was very professional and better than the manager. Please listen to the conversation over the phone and email communications.

I've used BookIt.com exactly twice and so far no complaints. Luckily I haven't had to use any service other than the booking portal. The first time, I spoke directly with a representative when booking my trip and she was extremely helpful and polite. I wish I could remember her name to give her a shout out. The second time I used the web portal only and it was easy. I tried to do direct comparisons with other trip websites and found this one to have the most consistent lowest prices. I'll continue to use them until something changes my mind. Hopefully nothing changes my mind.

The website kept changing the flights I had selected. So after several attempts to make the reservations myself, I called customer service to complete the reservations.

My BookIt agent was Allison, and she was tremendously helpful. I had already captured everything online that I wanted for my vacation package and only called in due to an inability to apply my coupon. I received Welcome coupons when I signed up as a BookIt.com customer, and I was unable to use any of them. According to what Allison told me, the coupons are only valid on bookings with two or more travelers. Since I will be traveling alone, my booking was not eligible even though I met the other criteria. Nothing in the email I received with the coupons, nor the coupons themselves mentioned this stipulation.

I will never book with you people ever again. Not only was the booking part painful the service I got the next day when called back was even worse.

Doing the booking online was very frustrating at first because I have a 16-year-old that did not (recognize as a child) for three tries. Unhappy customer. I was booked at the wrong hotel in Jamaica. Did a dollar down. After receiving confirmation I noticed it was the wrong hotel. I called back was unable to reach the person who booked it so when I did speak to someone I had to pay $25 pp which was 175.00. I do not recommend BookIt. They can be crooked???

I wanted to cancel my booking. It allowed me to cancel by checking all three items. At the end of the cancellation process it indicated partial cancellation. My round-trip transportation and insurance was cancelled, not my accommodations. I was not informed that it was going to be a partial cancellation before moving forward. There was a fee to cancel my accommodations. If I had known that, I would not have tried to cancel. At that point I want to cancel the cancellation...lol. I called BookIt for their help. I was told I'd be charged $3 for the insurance cancellation and $25 for hotel cancellation. The only FREE cancellation was the round trip airport transportation. Read your fine print. Free cancellation does not apply to your entire booking!

Awful experience. I booked a condo for Panama City and was told the day before my vacation that condo was full and could not accommodate my reservations. Yet BookIt went ahead and charge my debit card the full amount. Was told if I wanted a refund it would take 3-4 days... **. NO vacation for me.

Using the website was very easy. Booking was easy, and I called customer service multiple times and the representatives were very easy to work with and pleasurable. I can see myself using this site for future travel.

There was a block put on my cc for the bundled hotel portion of my payment. The block was put on by my bank, not BookIt. Then a BookIt rep, Brittany called me (before I could call them) and got me all squared away! Extremely painless and 'super helpful'! I would definitely book with them again!

I tried to book a trip with my fiance to Florida to take engagement photos and prepare for our upcoming wedding. At first glance Bookit.com seemed like a great option. But please please read the fine print! There are fees on top of fees on top of fees. I took away a day for our trip and there was a cancellation fee?? But this was not a cancellation, it was a modification however there was a fee, and a brand new reservation number created. Then a fee was charged for a new reservation.

You would be 5 if you offer a most lenient and flexible cancellation policy. And please Puerto Rico is a USA territory. We are not international.

Dissatisfied due to change fees. I had made reservation for 1, later that day someone wanted to join me and I called, 2 hours on the phone + a $25 cancel fee (although I was not cancelling just changing) and then a +$25 change fee.

After going through the entire booking process I received an error message and code D along with a contact number. The message stated that the flight was booked but there was an issue with the hotel and it would be corrected. I contacted customer service and was told there is no such error code and there was no record of my reservation even though I was logged in as a member. I was told to rebook. When I went to do it all over, the flight choices changed and I was unable to get the same flight as my other 3 travelling companions (they also reserved at the exact same time with Bookit) and there was an extra 2 hours travel time for me. I contacted customer service and was informed that the original flight I booked was available but it would cost over $150 more to change it. I will not be using Bookit.com again. My only positive experience was that Terrell ** in airline services did an awesome job trying to work it out.

This is our FIRST DAY of vacation, and I've spent the last hour and a half trying to resolve an issue that bookit.com created! In our trip agreement, it states that children 12 and under eat for free at any time of day at any restaurant at the resort. When we went to eat lunch, we found out that was not the case. This is our 5th year in Orlando, and every time we vacation with our family of 5, we ALWAYS get a kitchen to save on costs. It costs an additional 200 per day for a family of 5 to eat out 3 times of day. This vacation was much more than I was accustomed to paying for an Orlando trip, but BECAUSE OF THE MEAL INCENTIVE, we thought this would be most cost effective.

Pretty Good, but you need to be more specific of age for transfer. The bottom line had no explanation of what age it is for. Now we booked it and it look like we paid kids fare and not adults.

The one time I did have an issue the customer service dept. made sure everything was corrected and did not hang up until problem was resolved. I will be using them for years to come.

We have a great experience using the BookIt website with the exception of you doing away with using our American Express Credit Card! We counted on using this card because we get points for other activities! It's too late to change to another card so we will have to find another way in the future.

So... take it from me, save yourself some hassle and trust bookit.com will usually have the cheapest prices. I didn't initially and I wasted untold hours of my life price shopping... Only to come back and use BookIt.com anyway. Their prices couldn't be beat! Easily $500 cheaper (15%) than all other competition using every promo code and coupon code imaginable at numerous different travel websites, matching identical flights, resort, and length of stay. The final checkout process couldn't be simpler. Literally, just a couple minutes. Although I did get held up for a minute when paying I realized they didn't take American Express. So don't take that for granted like I did. Reviews are good, but I found a good check and balance on Yelp and TripAdvisor. Star ratings on resorts change depending on what website you use. What is 5 star on one, will only be a 3.5 or 4 star on another.

The price attracted me at first. I think the on-line process was pretty easy to work. But --- I made a mistake and booked for the wrong week. I was ready for some problems to switch. I got fantastic assistance and the booking was changed to the correct date painlessly. They even waived the correction fee. Very pleasant on the phone! Thanks so much.

We had to go through the process of making the reservation several times before it worked. I tried online the first time only to get to the end and find an error message. Your agent had the same thing happen that night. We spent the whole evening and well into the night trying to make it work and it did not. The next morning your agent took a couple tries at it before succeeding. I really don't know if the problem was with Bookit or with the Westin Resort in Cancun.

The property is dated, but also not very well maintained. Although the location is fairly good and offers excellent views, the rooms themselves were only adequate. The bathroom was tiny. Pergo type floors had been installed as an update, but not trimmed, giving the room an almost shabby look. The sliding glass door to the balcony could not be locked. I felt the room was basically clean, but my girlfriend did not. The corridors and doors showed a lot of wear and tear. I think the property was overrated.

Was great other than double booking credit card...

My reservation was ready and waiting. But nowhere to check for bringing an animal. Thank goodness there was availability to accommodate us. All in all have booked through BookIt a few times and never had problems.

Most horrible booking experience possible. Misinformation, disgusting customer service. Requested a room with a balcony or terrace and the agent requested one in a room that does not have them. Wound up costing me more money at check-in. Denies any fault on their agent's part. Overall nightmare experience.

I appreciate the customer service of the person helping me BUT I had to cancel my trip because of a church mission trip conflicting days. I wanted to transfer my airline tickets and cancel my hotel. I ended up paying 1000 to transfer my ticket. I feel like I got a bait and switch. Won't use this website again. Online I could have bought the ticket for 480...

I was looking to book a hotel in Vegas and as always, I checked the Trivago site for the lowest price and BookIt.com had the lowest and I booked a room. The confirmation I received mentioned there is a resort fee however it didn't mention the amount. When I checked in the hotel, I was told I have to pay $35 per day for the resort fee which added up to substantial amount of money. When you check other websites, everyone mentions the resort fee amount on the 1st look except BookIt.com. BookIt.com will have the lowest rate on Trivago without mentioning the $35 per day for the resort fee so the consumer look, compare and book through their site and that is "misleading" for not being transparent.

I received exceptional customer service from Andrea **, guest services agent. The hotels were booked up for the dates I wished to go and she promise to do her best with trying to get me the dates I wanted and returned my call as promised. The woman who helped my husband and I book our trip yesterday was wonderful!!! We had a problem with our debit card going through due to a hold and she was so patient and kind while she waited on the phone with us to fix the problem. I am upset that you do not honor a price reduction. I booked my trip originally on August 3rd and as of today August 6th, you are now offering my same dates and trip details at approx. $150 less and you will not give me the price reduction. What incentive does a customer have for booking with you? I could have waited and saved money, however your advertisements had me thinking I needed to book by midnight to get the savings. That is poor business practice and unfair. For that reason, I will not be booking with you again, instead I will use a company that honors price reductions (not just inside 24 hours). I referred another couple traveling with us and they booked with you also, on the same day as myself. They had nothing but problems as well. Not impressed with your customer service, I am a former travel agent so I know this business well.

Resort fees were not properly disclosed but embedded in the terms and conditions and were only clearly presented after reservation was paid for and confirmed. This left no recourse as cancellation resulted in forfeit of 1 night's stay and a $25 charge. I would not have reserved the hotel if I had been aware that an additional $192 would be charged in hotel fees. I called BookIt 3 different times and explained the situation and asked for a credit, comp, something, got nowhere except a $20 credit on a future reservations which I will not be making.

I called with some questions regarding a special deal that offered some free amenities. The agent did a great job answering my questions! I was very pleased with the customer service.

When my mother, who made my reservations for my wedding at the Platinum Yucatan Princess, called to add several nights to my and my fiancee's stay, the person clearly did not understand English, and really messed the entire transaction up. They cancelled my upgrade room, which was not what was requested, then gave me a lower grade room for the original dates. My mother simply requested that we be given a different room for the added on days, as our original room was not available. The reservation person did not set up a new booking transaction, which is what she should have done. This also caused a huge issue at my mother's credit union.

Would have given a zero if it would have let me. Very very poor customer service, was charged THREE times for my attempt to book my trip. Even though the flights were so-called unavailable/sold out they kept showing up and kept charging me. Now I still have $2600 in charges that can take 8-10 days for them to reverse and still no trip booked. I would steer clear of this site by all means possible. Now can't even book my trip because of their charges and 5 of the 6 hotels are now sold out, and 3 of the flights are sold out!!! Find a different site to go to. I have used many sites for travel and this is by far the worst one.

There were over 700$ in deposits. The one that was hidden was a $500 cash only. They kept half my money even though I cancelled immediately and held the rest of my money.

I did not read the fine print. The vacation package including the flight, hotel resort and car rental did not include the car rental. I had to pay for it upon arrival. I also must not have read the fine print that we had to pay $45 for each carry-on ($40 paying online). Otherwise, I like the ease of browsing for packages with your website and the easy-to-read categories. Thanks!

I reserved a hotel room in Myrtle Beach that I have been to before. The picture that the website showed wasn't what I expected and to get an upgrade I had to call BookIt and then cancel my reservation to upgrade to the room I was expecting. But they would not just charge me the difference they make you wait 7 to 10 days for a full refund so I had to pay $1200 again then wait for a refund. I will never use them again.

Customer service need improvement. I asked to cancel a guest who will no longer be traveling with us but they refused and directed me to contact the resort. Resort was unable to assist either.

Online went well but trying to modify to upgrade room was a nightmare. Put on hold for twenty minutes the first time then disconnected??? Tried again but could not get help for my problem. Gave up considering it was Sunday and decided to try Monday morning. Success??? Customer service rep was great. Now just waiting for our trip.

I said I would update my earlier review as thing progress and I am getting scared. I have been on hold with BookIt.com for approximately 1.5 hours between yesterday and today. Received a notification that there was a change to my flight. Went online and read the "If this change is OK, click here. If not call **." I called the number and was on hold. Got a customer service person who put me on hold and never came back. Called again, on hold again. Finally told they can't pull up flights (computer problems). I asked that they call me back or leave me a message. BookIt left a message that if I won't accept the flight changes I have to pay $200 plus $25 per person ($100) plus airline fees to make a change.

Easy to use and I was able to find exactly what I was looking for at reasonable prices. I will definitely be using this site again!! I loved the PayDelay deal that allowed me to book our trip and make payments instead of having to pay it all at once.

This website had the best discount for my Las Vegas trip. I would give it five stars, but the BookIt "extras" are not always well defined. For example, it may list your trip comes with a $20 beverage credit, but then you can not find further details on what that actually entails. Also, I don't like that they charge $5 per credit card if you want to split the cost of the trip between two people.
