We used BookIt to reserve our airfare and resort stay at the new Secrets Resort in Cap Cana. Overall we saved over $1300 off of booking directly through the resort and almost $700 off of some of the other booking sites. It was easy, fast and we even got to choose our flights and seats! We also purchased transfers from the airport to the hotel for much less than some of the other sites. We will be using them again for future bookings. We don't travel until February of 2017, so we'll see how smooth things are when we check in!

So far booking a vacation through BookIt has been a breeze. They are cheaper than the other sites and even a travel agent. Hopefully there won't be any problems with the trip but we'll see.

I would never use you guys service again and I am telling all of my family members not to use you guys again as well. I booked a trip on August 2/2016 and paid in full, and you guys call me yesterday less than 48 when it was time for me to depart on my flight and tell me that you guys made a glitch and I can't stay at the hotel that I booked. I spoke with someone on September 6/2016 and she told me about the glitch that you guys made. We were on the phone for 2 1/2 hours. She even called me back and she told me that you guys had to honor that because it was a month since I've booked the reservation and now today you guys tell me that my reservation was canceled.
When I called the hotel they said it wasn't canceled then to top that you guys made me pay again to book another room which I already booked a room. And it wasn't my fault. It was y'alls and you guys are not owning up to your responsibilities. And not only that it's my birthday trip. My birthday is Friday and my flight is departing tomorrow at 7:00 PM. You guys have very poor customer service. I am very unhappy with you guys and I am going to see what further action I can take. Because this is very unacceptable.

I booked a resort thru Bookit.com I had to cancel the reservation less than 24 hrs after booking and then I found out I was able to go. I attempted to reinstate my reservation but was told since I did it thru the computer and not a live person I would only be able to rebook the same package but at the increased rate and my $50 cancellation fee would stand. I was told there was no discounts or coupons that could be offered to me in order to get credit for the cancellation. The answer I received was nothing could be done so I ended up paying an additional $78 for the same trip. Not happy at all. I could have used that money for my airport transfers.

I specifically told the reservationist that I wanted to make sure my booking for 3 rooms/flights for 5 for Mexico package at Villa Del Palmar was the "all inclusive" option. She confirmed and at the price quoted. Your confirmation email is very deceptive and unclear. It reads "Villa Del Palmar Los Cabos with Optional All -Inclusive", so I assumed again that is what I had booked. Then, when I told more friends to come and book it thru you, they told me the all inclusive was $250 more... Which caused me to call today and in fact, new person on phone confirmed I DID NOT have "all inclusive" option!
I understand that my call with original reservationist is being "reviewed" which is good because you will hear that I specifically asked her about this to make sure was "all inclusive". I have told the other 4 people the price is $950 per person and I sincerely believe that is the price I should be given since that is why I used your company instead of another. Thank you.

After a full two weeks, your company has taken my money but offered nothing more than a BookIt confirmation code. We have received a runaround from every phone call and although the staff has been helpful, they end every single (I mean it) every single call with "Well, just try again in a few days." Follow-up is vague, and even a couple managers have been involved.
However, my complete and astonished frustration is that although every agent is unable to reach our hotel, we were able to call, from our cell phones, another country and talked to not only the front desk, but also the hotel's headquarters. The hotel says they are waiting on your manifest, and you are saying you can't get a hold of the hotel. I've sent an email and am more than happy to connect with another person. I simply ask for help and expect a resolution, or this will have to be something that is escalated to a legal matter. Please, please help me find a solution.

I was having problems with finalizing my trip online - flights I selected kept changing when I hit pay now. Decided to call and the service was excellent. Lots going on in the website. When I finally got to the end of the payment option I got an error and had to call a number to complete my transaction. I forgot to put the code for $100 off. Called and they said I would have to cancel and redo transaction. And it may or not be same charge now. I asked if I could get a voucher to use at the hotel they said no. So I just got frustrated and said leave it as is. Not good business when someone is spending $2,400.

Booking with another couple has never been a problem. Understanding that with flying from different airports separate reservations needed to be made. To ensure dates/hotels etc lined up one of us booked on the live site while the other spoke to an agent directly. (Minutes apart) The other couple were not giving a confirmation but their credit card was charged. The agent explained there was a "system update" and they would call them back once everything went through.
Upon calling back almost 4 hours later the agent explained that the rate and flights were no longer available since it was a live site. At which they refunded the amount charge to the credit card. Which sounds like it would be great except that our half of reservation would not be refunded or cancelled because we agreed to the terms of agreement with the site upon booking. We are now stuck with a reservation that cannot be cancelled and unable to travel with the party we were trying to make reservations with. This all came to be after we followed the instructions from one of your "travel experts".

Unfortunately, we do not have control over the changing flight rates, as the flights are able to be booked by guests from other online travel agencies. Because of everyone trying to book the same flight, flights will fill quickly and prices change quickly which can result in the issues you experienced. On 11-3-2016, I attempted to book our 25th Anniversary vacation with Anita. After two failed attempts, she assured me that neither of the transactions had been processed due to error codes. We agreed that I would call my bank first thing on 11-4-2016. To my surprise a transaction for the flights had been processed. I called BookIt right away. An agent said that apparently the issue was with my credit card but that the flights HAD BEEN BOOKED!! I proceeded to complete my vacation package and was told that I would not be receiving the $75 discount that I was previously receiving due to it being offered only on Monday and it was now Tuesday.
I informed the agent that my budget was $1500 and he agreed to give me a $50 coupon. The total was still over $1500. I only went forward with the process due to the fact that I already had flights but no hotel!! My experience with the agents was Great. It was the actual process of the flights still being booked but no hotel. I understand that the problem was with my card but don't understand how the process couldn't be stopped after I was guaranteed it had not gone through.

BookIt falsely advertised a price for a hotel. Then after I booked thinking I was getting a great deal, I received a confirmation for a wildly more expensive rate. I immediately called to cancel the reservation. They told me that I would be charged the full rate, and then ANOTHER $35 on top! Just for the "pleasure" of canceling even though I would still be charged for the room. Literally the worst customer service I've ever received in my entire life. I will never even for a second think about using BookIt ever again.

While trying to decide what to do for my 37th birthday/2nd anniversary. I came across BookIt.com. I was very happy with the selection of hotels and packages they offer. I failed to include a coupon code in my 1st of 2 online bookings and immediately called customer support. It took about 35 minutes on hold but that was the only difficulty in the entire process (which I can understand but would hope that in the future the wait time would be within 10-15 minutes). The agent who assisted me, Shytira, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. She helped me with both of my bookings and based upon my experience with her I will recommend others to try Bookit.

We stayed at chic In punta cana. Great place, great people. Raul at the diamond lounge was always willing to give a hand with anything you needed. Was a great experience. And a great trip. Food was also great. A lot of variety to choose from.

Your service was fine. And you offered a better price than the one I had booked. So to save, I booked with you cause I thought you offered same 4 people plus kitchen. Only after realizing there was a 25 dollar fee to cancel, did I realize the other reservation had two Queens and pullout. Which is what I needed. Yours said 4 adults but did not say there was one queen in bedroom not 2. If you did not specifically say how many beds were in this unit, then I would ask you to cancel my reservation without charging.

Hurricane Matthew was imminent and we rescheduled our trip to the soonest availability at the Jamaican resort. Change fees for airlines and hotel were waived for others who called Friday morning. We called Thursday night and had $600+ in fees charged plus we were charged a BookIt fee for calling about this and making the change. I was suppose to get a call about our request to waive these fees and I have not heard from BookIt. They said response would be within 24 hrs. but still nothing. I am hoping that BookIt will be fair about this in that if fees are waived for one due to the hurricane, they should be waived for all.

I am trying to arrange an all-inclusive trip (meals, flight, hotel) to Cancun area and not only is the price not the same as advertised. I haven't gotten everything included AND the flight keeps changing. Don't use BookIt people.

I booked a vacation for July 2017 for six nights. I learned I need to be back home earlier than planned. I contacted Bookit.com to modify my reservation by one night. I was told it would cost me over $2,000 to do this. After speaking with an unhelpful LaToya, who thought this was completely reasonable, I spoke to a supervisor, Peter, yet all he did was read Bookit's absolutely absurd policies. At that point, I chose to cancel the reservation, since I did purchase the Travel Guard Insurance. This "insurance," I learned does not cover cancellations and I would not be refunded what I have paid for this vacation. I will end up owing Bookit money if I cancel. I rue the day I chose to book through this company. Never again. Do not do business with this company.

I was having troubles with online payment. I have submitted my CC payment info several times and always got the message that something went wrong. I was able finally to pay for my trip after I signed up for new account with Bookit. Other than that everything was ok. Price is good but I don't like to pay upfront. Tried to book - got an oops message - called me 3 hours later. After 1 hour of crap they said the fraud team would not allow? I have booked many time thru book it but I think this is the last. Tried to book this am 9/26/16 - finally got it accomplished but was at first told no by the fraud team. Oh by the way it also cost me an extra 90.00 dollars for the fraud team to say no. I think they did it on purpose to get the extra money. There was a lot more crap in this story but I am really distraught with the crappy service from you.

I booked travel for my family of 4 (2 adults 2 kids). I called back immediate after my booking ID was issued w/ questions & to confirm. Hold times are ridiculous & call transferred several times. Representative was rude & unhelpful. Just kept saying "Check the terms & conditions at the bottom of your reservation".

I had an over good experience with this booking. My only complaint would be that the original price advertised increased at conclusion of the booking. The final price was considerably lower than any other booking site. It was one of the lowest that I have ever booked at this same property. I wish all sites would advertise the true cost as opposed to the typical 20% difference at final booking. I would recommend this site and advise that the final price would likely reflect a 15 - 20% final price. I am satisfied with this site and will use it again.

Because my grandfather used his debit card for me, I was punished. They change the hotel reservation to his name after we got that cleared. Bookit cancelled my flight reservation right before I got on the plane. I've tried calling them and gotten no answer because they were closed.

The food was terrible! It was cold and it was so obvious that they used the leftovers from lunch to give us for dinner. The morning we were preparing to leave we had to request for extended check out because someone in my party had food poisoning. The entertainment was extremely boring. The rooms were nice and fairly mature. Won't be going back to this resort.

I cancelled my trip two months in advance due to my significant other's life-threatening illness. BookIt kept two nights' stay as payment for cancelling my room and refuses to refund even one cent of my airplane ticket. This was to have been the trip of my lifetime, and now it will create quite the hardship to try to pay a thousand dollars for a trip I could not take, despite giving them two months' notice to cancel, and also having to pay for my loved one's illness. I am very disappointed. BookIt is not senior friendly.
UPDATED ON 09/21/2016: I encountered unexpected medical difficulties and tried to cancel my reservations two months prior to making the trip. The BookIt personnel were very rude and condescending when I attempted to speak to them, and read directly from a pre-programmed script. Their original response to my complaints said it was the property and the airline that would not refund my money, but the property and the airline said it's BookIt that won't make the refund. I had to read, read and re-read their website to find their reasons for not refunding money. They are buried deep down after several screens. If you are a senior citizen, or have any health issues, do NOT use BookIt. They won't refund your money with TWO MONTHS NOTICE and you will not only lose that money, if you had to put the expense on a credit card, then you'll have to pay interest due to their greed.

We booked a vacation with BookIt.com. A short time later BookIt advertised the exact vacation with the same flights, but cheaper. BookIt would not honor the new price or even give us an upgrade in our hotel room. We have booked many vacations through BookIt.com and it's sad that they did not want to honor their cheaper price.

The agent who took my information had no knowledge about the place we were going to and she took 30 mins and needed to call the resort to confirm that it was all inclusive and refused to let me speak to the manager about her mistake and did even get the names right. This is the first time I was disappointed.

My first time using Bookit. Booked 3 months in advanced & was charged right away but when I got to the hotel they did not have my reservation. They called BookIt & was told they had no reservation under my name. I had to look through my cc statement & email to show my reservation. It took a 2nd call to Bookit for them to finally find it.

I could not find a way to review the detailed breakdown of the additional taxes and fees. This is less transparency than I want to see in a website. I reserved two rooms but they were combined into one charge making it hard to know how much to request the 3rd person to reimburse us.

My morning started off really bad. Went to check up on our reservation and it had been canceled due to my bank sending me over a new debit card with chip reader and canceling my old debit card. Funds were to be taken out Sept. 14th, but due to change of cards it was denied. (This was our last payment of $400.00, for trip to be paid off.) Called BookIt, and they said it was policy, and I would have to rebook at today's pricing. (We are flying out in 3 days.) I called on Sept. 16th when I noticed funds were not taken out of account. The young lady I spoke to finally called hotel directly. Got us rebooked for what the last payment was for (which was $400.00). Very grateful she handled my situation and I didn't lose $1200.00.

I have to admit I was kind of skeptical with booking through this site but I called customer service and I got Doug ** who went above and beyond with his customer service. Doug did an excellent good with booking my birthday celebration and made sure all my questions and concerns were answered. On another note I didn't like the fact two Hilton properties were available to book but really wasn't available which was kind of frustrating. My sister and I had the worst experienced ever. We decided to call and book with an agent. Got Albony and she did the booking for us and it all went wrong from there. She tried numerous times to charge the credit cards and all credit cards got block. She then got email from loss prevention to call and reconfirmed the booking. After talking to 2 agents and a supervisor they all stated the booking is confirmed. A few hours later we call back to double check and the agent state that the reservations are cancel. After two days of calling back and forth from the airline and the agency nothing is resolved. We ended up double booked and have to call our credit card company to stop the charges. Never going to book through BookIt ever again!!! All the agents are inexperience and give us the runaround.

I don't know how you book apartments for this person and rate them with 5 stars! I book this apartment for six people but I will never use this website again. When we arrived to the apartments they took forever. In addition we had to pay 35.00 x 2 hidden fees that were not mentioned. We get to the apartment no one helped with the baggage, although I saw the bell-hop help others. During our stay this service was never given to us. To continue we left our luggage in the apartment and took a quick look at the rooms. Went to the grocery store to pick up some items needed and perishables. When we opened the refrigerator there were so many cockroaches inside the fridge. Incredible. Well of course the fridge did not work. I had to take our perishable to the lobby's refrigerator which the receptionist was nice enough to offer, so they would not go to waste.
We spend most of the night killing the roaches, (by the way I have a video and plenty of pictures) from the sink. And we went to the bathroom. The shower was missing the shower head, no hot water. "OMG." OMG hotel. That was the hotel from hell. The air conditioner did not work in the living room and we were missing a bed. My daughter had to sleep in a hard ** cot. We called the apartment owner and she was not responding. After several intents she finally answer her phone and was not pleasant at all. She was more concerned that we were taking up her personal time with her family, instead of taking care of this horrible situation which I am sure she had to know that all these problems existed.
I mentioned all of the issues with the apartment, and I want my money back, or I was going to sue everyone involved. That's when she ask me to lock myself in the room and open the windows to get fresh air. The roaches would not come in, and that she would get another apartment in the morning. She did although it was much smaller than what I paid for and for what we agreed on. Although the place was cleaner we wash all the bed sheets and re-cleaned again. Not until our departure did we find another Cucaracha (Roaches) coming out of one of the cabinets. How grossed out I was, so glad we were leaving this roach infested place.
One of the other guest told me her apartment smelled like someone exterminated and she's had a headache for 3 days already, that the smell was so strong. Well I never got another call from her the apartment owner. She never approach me nor did she contact us with an explanation or some sort of refund for our troubles. Instead she hid from us. When I saw her and ask her if she was the apartment owner for ** at the Apartamentos Edificio Palmetto Cartagena's she denied it but another person confirmed this for me.
You need to investigate who and what you put on your site and you gave 5 stars to this place... That's a laugh. Wait till I write my review, I am really pissed off. No one ask me how was my stay now. Ask me now. I will warn others not to fall into this nightmare that we had to endure. I sent pictures of the dead and alive roaches, the broken shower, nonworking refrigerator, along with the Malfunctioning AC. They said they were sorry. What kind of BS is this. They say they are not responsible to contact the Apartment owner. That is right, wash your hands. You don't care but you book this for me and took a fee from me. This is expected of them. People don't ever go to this place nor use this site. They will not do anything for you. I spent 1800.00 for a week. No refund. I have been using the app 2 years now. Makes it very easy to book hotels at the last minute. I never worry about finding a hotel at the last minute using the app. When I had an issue with being double-billed by a hotel, the rep at Booking.com called the hotel on my behalf and got my money back, and I got an apology from the hotel.

When it came time of booking it wouldn't allow me to put in coupon code for the $100 off and today you are advertising the resort for $70 off so a bit disappointed as $100 USD is $135 Australian dollars. I also need to book other accommodation for my trip. The service was good but disappointed to see jade now is even cheaper today. Also there is no option for international guests to email for help or a live chat.

I always book all my getaways through bookit. This was the first time I was actually pretty disappointed. The hotel I booked is having their main pool up bar pool closed for the days I will be there. Bookit did not notify me. It wasn't until I called the actual hotel to confirm my booking that I found out. I then called bookit and they said there was nothing they could do, the lady I spoke to had a horrible attitude. I was not expecting anything. Just a simple explanation given that they are a booking agency that should provide this information.

So we get to the airport to find our flight was changed with no notification, then get an email after we get to the resort telling us to check 12 hours before the flight. We booked a transfer through BookIt get there and they do not have us on the list. So now it is a scramble for them to find us a ride only because I have a printed receipt! User beware!!!

It was simple and easy to book and we got a fantastic deal. However, a HUGE detail was left out! We received a call the next day informing us that we needed transportation from the airport to the resort (a two hour drive). When we called back we were informed that Bookit does not assist with this and that the resort did not provide the service which turned out to be incorrect. It was provided to the tune of $475!!! By this time it was too late to cancel and we had to book the service. I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of details and the inability to assist, however they did at least inform us the next day.

I booked a motel with BookIt and found the same room much cheaper. I talked to a rep about it because you guarantee the lowest rate. She was rude. She kept me on hold for a very long time! She came back with no apology and said the rooms were not the same (but they were) so she could not do anything about it. Also, I would have to pay a $25 cancellation fee. I cancelled the room, paid my fee, and rebooked with hotels.com. They were very friendly and accommodating. If I need to cancel they would not charge a fee. I am very disappointed with BookIt. I am a senior and don't appreciate being treated so disrespectfully! The girl that spoke with me should be reprimanded. My $25 fee should be refunded.

I made a reservation for Oct. 7th at The Terrace at Pelican Beach. I canceled it Aug 19th, more than 20 days have past and I still have not received my full refund. I have attempted to reach the resort via email x 3 with no reply and no refund even though I canceled my reservation well before the allowable timeline.

This is the fourth or fifth trip I've booked with BookIt. They have always given wonderful customer service, even when there is a problem. A few years ago I had a trip booked to NYC and the weather delayed it. BookIt's customer service took care of rebooking without charging me anything. All the reservation worked out fine, had an easy experience surfing the checkout process, and with a good price after all. I have just a couple of comments: 1) When searching the hotel the main link of the image said "From $66", but when I clicked it, there was no $66. There's a month view which is great because I can see all the prices by day and decide better, and I could not find that rate. 2) After deciding and selecting the dates, before entering the CC info I noticed the tax was not part of the daily rate selected, so the total got inflated because of this. No harm here, at least I saw the total before the checkout but, in comparison to the hotel website, the rate there includes this, so there is no unexpected addition during checkout.

I called to obtain the rate listed on the website. I was hung up on the first time I called as I had questions about distance to the airport. I then did my own research and called back with my hotel ID and I was able to make a booking. Be aware that the operators just want to take a booking, they do not want to answer other questions so do your research ahead of time and book online if you can. The booking process was slow and the operator was not particularly effusive. She booked my trip but the flights changed mid booking and we could not complete it. She called the airline after putting me on hold for a while and then came back and told me we would need to rebook flights and cancel the original flight request (7 to 10 days to go back on my cc).
After putting me on hold again, she could not get the return flight originally promised so I went online to AA.com and booked my own. She then passed me to another dept. where I waited on hold to speak to a representative about cancelling the flights she had booked for me. This required more hold time too. I found this to be a very frustrating experience (first time booking with BookIt.com). I hope this isn't how the actual trip will be. I wouldn't have minded the long booking process so much if the representative had been at least a little human. My advice, book online if possible and avoid the phone like the plague!

BookIt.com made it easy to look at prices for every hotel in Las Vegas. The only thing I would recommend is that BookIt.com should let the hotel guest agents see your entire itinerary of fees, so the guests of the hotels do not get double charged.

We booked our hotel via BookIt.com. The photos that were on Bookit.com were absolutely fraudulent. When we arrived at the hotel we were blown away by the misrepresentation of the beach portion of the photos. I spoke to the manager and she didn't seem to be very concerned. She told me that those look like photos that were taken before the hurricane of two years ago!

I called Bookit to plan an all-inclusive trip to Jamaica. I talked with Jared. He answered all my questions patiently and gave me all the information I needed. He was especially helpful with the airline booking. When I complained that combined layovers totaled almost 10 hours, he suggested another airport. The flight would be a direct one to and from Jamaica, and we had only a 1-1/2 hour drive. He was really on top of everything. I will continue to use Bookit for my vacation needs.

I have booked my hotels with BookIt and I have encountered no problems when traveling. The only inconvenience I have is when I want to book a hotel for less than 3 nights, I have to use another source for booking.

I'm so glad I called to book my all-inclusive trip rather than booking it online. The person I spoke with was incredibly friendly and informative. She even helped me with getting an extra discount because I was having trouble using my coupon as a solo traveler.

In the SMALLEST PRINT you have it stating all prices in US dollars. Nothing about an exchange rate fee or anything if booking from Canada. I will spread the word on social media. :)

Our site clearly states that all prices are in USD and can be seen under the "Your Total" and above the "View This Price In Another Currency" before you agree to book. Thank you.

Good morning, I recently used BookIt.com to book my honeymoon. When I found your site, I recommended it to engaged friends and they used the site to book their Sandals vacation as well. My experience was SO BAD that I greatly regret using and referring BookIt.com. The sales employee misentered our information so we did not receive any details regarding confirmation. Even worse, he had our accurate email since we emailed him and he set our account up with the wrong information so we had no access to our trip details. We called in and they did NOT HELP us, only referred us online to the customer lounge (which we could not access due to employee error).
The first payment came out of our credit card account in April. I called in again in May. No information was shared. Each time I called in, I waited on hold for an average of 26 minutes before the call was answered. This time translates to waste and lost productivity. I called and emailed our sales contact Steve several times over the course of 4+ months and received NO response. Customer neglect is not a value I support in a company to which I give thousands of dollars of business, multiplied by the profit you earned from those I referred.
In August, a week before my wedding and honeymoon trip, I called in again to request the details and was notified that my trip was CANCELLED. I had not gotten ANY correspondence regarding this and my stress level soared. After a series of emotionally abusive phone conversations, the best they could do was rebook me charging a cancellation fee. This is ridiculous! The process was not shared with me, several employees did not help me. I am writing to request a fee reimbursement for my TERRIBLE experience. My fiance and I have spent over 10 hours on the phone trying to work through this, countless tears when our honeymoon was cancelled without us knowing and lost funds.
This has been the worst sales experience I have EVER been through. We are asking that you acknowledge this to save your brand reputation. We have many friends getting married over the next couple years and we absolutely influence their booking decisions since we've been through it. I made a initial booking with Shamika and she lied to me. I had to call back and rebook my vacation with someone else so I can get what I wanted but it cost me more money. So I am not happy because when I booked it the first time it was cheaper. By losing a week the trip cost me more so I am not happy and unless I get some kind of compensation I will never use bookit.com again.

BookIt.com made the booking process very easy. We travel frequently and have used another website in the past but found that bookit.com had the CHEAPEST prices for the exact same vacation for Caribbean trips. Would definitely recommend this website when booking trips, or at least check prices. Hopefully the trip goes smoothly and there are no hidden fees.

Very easy process to book your vacation. Please pay attention when you book your hotel. Not all resorts are all inclusive. I just realized that after booking my trip. Of course I wanted all inclusive and booked one that isn't. Hotel does not refund cancellations!

It is super easy to book a trip or vacation. I like that you can view hotel details and search through different flight prices without leaving the page. There are no secret BookIt charges and all potential costs and taxes are shown on the right hand side of the screen. Also, an added bonus is the listing of other activities or trip necessities like an airport shuttle etc.

I found the BookIt experience to be excellent. The ease of use of the website was noticeable. I really liked that I could see what rooms were available on the hotel search page so I didn't have to open up every hotel like other sites. I just book yesterday at about 5 pm and I just canceled today and they charge me 25$ and it haven't even been 24 hours. That's not good.

We hear and understand but all cancellation terms are clearly stated and located in the lodging terms and conditions which are available for review prior to booking. Very good prices for Aruba and flight, however it said the car rental was included and then after booking there was an amount due above and beyond the quoted cost. I will have to wait and see when I arrive what that fee is all about.
