This is the first time using BookIt! I found it very user friendly and good overall value. I look forward to using this again to book vacations. This site offered the best package price for this trip on these dates. Dates were crucial as we decided to join family that had booked prior.

Just booked a vacation for December 2017. Couldn't have got a much better deal for a brand-new resort. Many flight options were presented at booking along with excursion offers. Was able to add transportation from the airport right on the same screen for a cheap price. Looking forward to doing more business with them in the future.

BookIt was very helpful and made booking this trip to Cabo San Lucas very easy. The representative even called the resort regarding some questions we had about the rooms and elevators. Some friends of ours booked through them in the past and had a great experience so we decided to use them. Can't wait to get there!

I recently booked a trip to Cancun through BookIt.com. After I booked I realized that on my flight to Cancun I didn't give myself enough time to catch my next flight. I called BookIt and they were able to fix the problem with no extra charge.

Yesterday was my first time booking with BookIt.com. I found the info on the web to be misleading. Example none of the coupons (bktsub150 & save100) could be use for my booking. It was hard to determine the location of the resorts I was viewing. Example I was looking for Ocho Rios but the site continue to show locations 30+ miles away. I called several times on saturday and sunday with questions and kept receiving a recording stating the office was close. Yesterday when I called and spoke to a person who was very helpful she was able to answer all of my questions, I was satisfied with that experience but not the online.

I had to call for customer service twice immediately averting book my Punta Cana trip. It was after midnight, both times I had awesome customer service. Thank you. We saved so much money on this trip, another thank you. It was a very easy site to negotiate my way thru. Letting me add excursions after I made my reset reservations is a bonus.

Rates on BookIt were the same or better than what came up on the hotel's website. It was a little confusing to figure out the differences in the room options once I got to that point in my booking. I appreciated the reviews. The start of my search was a bit challenging when I didn't have a specific location to go to and needed one to continue. For example, Mexico was one of our original possibilities, but we didn't know exactly which area of Mexico nor did we have a preference. I would have preferred if the site could have helped me to compare locations and prices based on other criteria rather than me having to open a bunch of windows doing the searches and comparisons myself.

Everyone was very nice. I wish I received the money back from my refund being it wasn't my fault. I forgot to add promo code. When I called to see if I can get it back they said no even though I booked a new vacation.

I'm thankful for BookIt.com. I'm a bargain hunter and big time comparison shopper. When comes to booking trips, I practically make myself go blind reading reviews of resorts (the great/good and the poor/terrible). I try to read between the lines of all of them and then make an informed decision as to which resort will meet our travel needs. I then use a few sites to see who will put together the best package for us. BookIt.com had the flights that we wanted listed right away (non-stop flights on JetBlue from JFK). It was easy to make the actual booking. It was great that the airport transfers were offered, as well as trip cancellation insurance. I loved the option to share the cost on another credit card. This makes paying for the trip easier because now no one owes the other person any money. Ah, stress free... it's really the way to be.

Using the website was very easy. We are looking forward to a relaxing vacation. This is the first time I have used the delay payment option. Last year we had a very horrible experience with a large company, which I will not name. Already I feel like we are in great shape with BookIt. The guy helping us seem to be new. He misentered a fair amount of information that it had to be redone two or three times. Hopefully everything works out for travel. I am hoping our next experience is smoother. Seem to take a long time to book it by phone.

Was very easy to use and had reasonable prices to review for the resorts we were looking to book for our vacation. I would recommend this site over the other ones available like Expedia and Travelocity. We usually use a travel agent and spend over 50 extra dollars just for help with booking our travel plans.

Honestly I have never had such a blast as I did at the Grand Oasis Cancun hotel. Let's be honest, if you are a coming to Cancun to have a fun, relaxing, quiet family trip, then this won't be the place for you. This is more along the lines of a getaway, party zone for young people which was exactly what my boyfriend and I did. From morning to night we were at the beach which is only a few steps away from our hotel. How lucky are we to get an ocean-view room! Thank you BookIt for that! We were very worried from other reviews that the room wasn't going to be very good. I was AMAZED with how well and renovated the room was. A safe that worked, a fridge that was always stocked, AC blasting, and a flat screen TV.
Since we spoke Spanish we didn't have any trouble communicating. The workers did speak English or at least understood it, I never had any complaint about the staff or them not putting much attention to us. I do have to say the beer was very cheap and the drinks weren't that good so I do recommend that you go out and buy yourself something that will give you an extra buzz. The parties were amazing. We went out twice to the party zone and had a blast, and we also partied inside of our hotel too! What more can I say about this beautiful country? It is absolutely breathtaking. Although food was mediocre at best, the staff was very pleasant. Make sure you're okay with Tex-Mex food because that is all you will find at the resort.
Let me say again that if you are looking for a place to vacation and are looking to party then this is the hotel for you. My boyfriend and I actually went to visit the other Oasis hotels and they were very quiet and small compared to the Grand Oasis. Our nightlife was booming and you have your pick of 3 clubs at the resort. I can see why it can get crazy during spring break. We went at a good time which was in February. It was hot 24/7. I recommend this place to any couple/ friends/girlfriends trying to find a nice resort to tan and drink during the day and party at night.
Just a word of advice -- make sure you change your dollars to pesos. They will not give you change back in dollars and that is how you will end up spending more money as every store we walked in had a different currency exchange rate. (I don't know why.) P.S. Don't rent a car unless you have things planned and know where to go. There are taxis available 24 hrs of the day that pull up everywhere at the hotel and take you where you need to go. Take my word on it and don't spend unnecessary money like I did. Really recommend this place. It was the best week of my life.

It was easy to book. Just took a few tries to find my destination (Aruba). Nice I can pay in installments as well. Hoping for a good trip as we have it been to the hotel we are staying at but have heard good reviews about the Divi Villages. Not wanting a bad room since we paid a reduced price is a real issue for us.

The agent that I spoke with had a very hard time understanding my accent. We were on the phone for over 2 hours long, I gave him details of what exactly I wanted and he stated he couldn't find it. However gave me the hotel I requested at a higher price. I gave specifics about my flight information however he quoted what I requested then booked me for a whole other flight and airline. He ended up fixing it however I now have to wait 7 days for the initial payment to be refunded back to my account. But on the bright side I am looking forward to my trip. Per the reviews I'm going to love it just as much as the others did.

It was very easy to use and the process is quite simple too... love it! I would encourage others to use this site. Not difficult at all and they collect the payment directly... don't have to be providing your info to them only to be paying through a different entity. They take your payment and then pay it over... one confirmation don't have to be looking out for messages from two separate entities.

Good cheap tickets, but weird flight hours. Overall not too bad. A great site if you can not book your trip till a month out from the date of travel. They need to allow you to arrange the hotels from low to high in price. The filters are not user friendly.

I had a terrible time trying to book my trip on the Bookit website. I received an error message and was told to call an 888 number. Well I tried that number at least 10 times, each time it would either keep ringing or would disconnect on me. I then tried the general customer service line. Tried 15 times only to have it not ring or disconnect on me. After waiting a day, not knowing if my trip was booked/my card would be charged/prices would go up, I finally go through to an automated message that told me to email Bookit.
I emailed them and was told my reservation was never processed and to attempt it again through the website. This was unbelievably frustrating and such a waste of my time. I would have given up if my trip was even $1 more than what I was originally going to pay but thankfully it wasn't. After fighting with the website over my billing address, 3 declines later and I finally got my trip booked. I vacation a lot and I've never had such issues with a travel website. This was my first time reserving with Bookit and will probably be my last.

I was pleasantly surprised when Shamika answered the phone from right here in the USA! She patiently helped me plan a trip to Cancun Mexico. We tried to book into Grand Sunset Princess All Suites Resort to meet up with friends in two weeks from now. We thought it would be very hard to do. We were able to get excellent services through Bookit.com. We got a very good price on the suite and they arranged the shuttle for our arrival and departure. The confirmations came quickly and we received detailed instructions on how to reach the shuttle and a contact number should we have any questions or concerns.

I am the customer that has a lot of questions and will probably ask them twice because I didn't get a chance to write the answer down the first time. I called back maybe 6 times yesterday and every representative I spoke to was nice and very patient with me, even when I knew they should have been frustrated from repeating themselves. They never once made me feel I was inconveniencing them. The representative who did my actual booking, was left on hold at least 3 times and made sure after all the questions I had, ask if I had any more questions. She was kind and patient. I love BookIt.com. I will totally use it again. :)

I had to dig and dig to find the right website for finding an all-inclusive resort for my honeymoon. When I found Bookit, there was no looking back. So simple and easy to use. Another easy-peasy booking procedure... I've just booked my 2nd vacation in a row using BookIt.com and it is definitely the easiest travel tool that I've used. And considering that I'm an Executive Assistant I know all about booking travel! BookIt.com doesn't just make booking a breeze but they are the best value out there that I've found. Membership has its privileges! I saved $200 this time just for being a member (which costs nothing!). You can save searches on their site or have searches emailed to you - or both. I just booked an adults-only, all-inclusive luxury room for a 9-night stay at a 4.9/5 star resort in Cancun for under $3900.00, including R/T transportation. I can't imagine booking through another website again.

When I called to book a trip I just knew I wanted to book an all-inclusive trip to anywhere. I was ready to have a nice getaway. I was completely undecided on where I wanted to go. I just knew I wanted to book a vacation! The customer service representative was extremely courteous and helpful. I actually chose two different destinations before he helped me to narrow it down to Montego Bay Jamaica. He found me the lowest rate and the best room to suit my taste at the best all-inclusive resort in Jamaica. I'm extremely pleased with my experience. I would say that the agent/customer service representative was extremely helpful. I would recommend booking a travel package through Booking.com to anyone!

At booking we requested rose petals in our room and didn't get them. We had to switch rooms twice because of lack of cleanliness. After getting a clean room which took up a lot of our day. We ate at the buffet (all restaurants were booked) which was a pleasant experience. The staff at the bars were nice and the beaches were beautiful. We did enjoy our visit afterwards.

We had booked a 5 night stay at luxury Bahia. Bookit ID **. American Airlines canceled and moved our flights forward a day (named storm - act of God totally out of our control). BookIt was zero help. Instead of trying to help negotiate with the hotel to move the stay they cornered us into booking yet another day. Otherwise we would have nowhere to stay in a foreign country (now paying 6 nights on a 5 night stay). At an astronomical rate of 411$. This was BookIt ID **. The BookIt representative at the resort set this up and handed us the phone to confirm. I made sure to ask the BookIt rep on the phone multiple times that we could stay in the same room. They assured me yes this was the exact same room package. What happened next was when things really went downhill.
Apparently the reason it was so expensive is the BookIt rep on the phone openly lied and booked us in a sea view room. The hotel then made us sign a disclaimer that we were downgrading room types to stay in the same room. Otherwise we would have to check out and check back in to the new room leaving our luggage in the lobby for 4 hours. BookIt refused to deal with it and threatened a cancellation fee to fix it.
I will now dispute the charge with my credit card company as I was tricked into being upcharged for an upgraded room type and lied to. Also fraudulently charged 6 nights for a 5 night stay. I am so disappointed with BookIt. I have had a good experience until now. I will never use this website again and will post to everyone on our forum at the fortune 500 company I work at not to use them (thousands of wealthy travelers) unless BookIt will make this right and refund this charge. If not they can deal with the credit card dispute, the BBB, and my lawyer.

Amanda exhibited exemplary customer service during my booking and represented your company very well. I conferenced in my family and we booked 6 rooms in total. Amanda was extremely patient and helpful in trying to get us all on the same flight or at least the same airports around the same time. The entire process took about 2 hours. I know she was exhausted but she stayed with us and we all even had a few laughs. Keep an eye on Amanda, I believe she'll do very well in a training or management role.

When I booked our trip with Bookit.com it was extremely easy. We also checked other sites to see if we could get our trip cheaper and BookIt offered the best pricing. On our next trip we will definitely be using BookIt again.

I booked a vacation package and once I completed my booking I received an error message saying my hotel was booked which was non refundable but the flights were not available. Really. Plenty of seats when I picked my seats. Hmmm interesting. Then I called customer service and they wanted to charge me over $500 for different seats. This is in addition to what I paid. I asked to speak to a manager. I was told they're not available and to either pay extra or call the airlines and try to get cheaper flights. Really!!? Hello!
They advertised this price and they confirmed my booking. They charged my credit card and when I tried calling back to get everything canceled...I was on hold for two hours. Nobody picked up. Needless to say I had to call my credit card company and cancel the entire process and now tomorrow I have to call them again to ensure I don't get charged again. Smh. Never again. Thanks for nothing! They got one star because I can't submit a review without it. They deserve a big zero!

While booking online was a breeze, I somehow managed to book a flight for the wrong location. I have now been waiting for over 15 minutes to speak with customer service to help switch my flights. It definitely shouldn't take this long to get assistance!

I will always shop prices on properties I am going to. Seems to make no difference what country or location, Bookit always has the best deals. Normally use my air miles, and unlike other booking agencies still receive a great deal. Their website is very user friendly. Highly recommend!!

She was very patient as we booked 15 people. We was on the phone for hours and she handled each one of us appropriately. Price went up $200, that was very disappointing. Also agent couldn't do group rates so we had to book individually. That was a very long and tedious process. But like I said Amanda was wonderful throughout.

I have found BookIt has the best rates. The website is very easy to navigate and should you need to call their customer service, they are wonderful. I'm on my third booking with BookIt, wouldn't use anything else. If you join as a Member you can get special member only rates.

Love booking with Bookit.com! We have always had good service and no problems with our booked vacations. However, I tried to book both on my phone and ipad and it would not go through. It kept giving an error message that address was not entered even though it was. I got on the computer and booked without problem. Thank you!

It took two travel agents 1 hour and 30 minutes to book the airfare and hotel for two travelers. Unacceptable. Go with Expedia.

So for some reason I had insomnia and I decided to book my birthday celebration. After booking I realized I wasn't logged in to receive my membership discount. I called this morning and spoke to a lovely representative to canceled my first book without me being penalized and re-booked my selection of choice for me. She was so pleasant and kindhearted and very professional. For my next vacation I plan to use BookIt.com. I've done my research they are the cheapest and they give you coupons and who doesn't love coupons. I would highly recommend this website. Well I already have to all my friends attending my birthday celebration.

Was really upset with website. After about 23rd of trying and getting error message and different pricing I called customers service to only be told to wait a couple hours to book cause the system was updating and they could help me. So I did and finally got a reservation made for a higher price than originally quoted when calling. Not happy but it's my birthday coming up so just want to have a good time.

My fiance and I were very excited to finally book our honeymoon. We found the resort online and decided to book it. Once we hit submit, we received an error and had to call customer service to book the hotel portion. The experience was horrible! I was told that the rates were different then when I had tried to book only a few minutes earlier. The gentlemen that I spoke with was not helpful and said I need to pay more money to finish my package. I asked to speak to a supervisor. I was then on hold for an hour while waiting.
The supervisor then picked up the phone and told me that she couldn't do anything more than what the other gentlemen had done. I explained that the rate online was still the same, even an hour later and I wanted to book with that rate. The issue was finally resolved when I was told that they had put in the wrong dates. It was a very frustrating experience, especially when I confirmed the date of check in and out several times. I am extremely hesitant to book again with BookIt.com or refer to my friends.

I booked a vacation which is actually my honeymoon to St. Martin in Sept. two weeks ago. I called last week because my hotel stay still has no confirmation # to which I was told, "It should have been confirmed within 24 hrs of booking," and that it will be fixed by the next day. Fast forward 2 weeks later, I still have no confirmation # on my hotel booking information. I find this very frustrating and nerve-wracking as I don't feel secure that my hotel is booked completely and it's for my honeymoon, and it's paid for already! So as this being my 1st booking and interaction last week with Customer Service, I am truly hoping this issue gets resolved and things smooth out, or I will not be using BookIt.com in the future.

We booked (1/18/17) travel to Mexico and two days before arriving at the resort, we were notified about our reservation being canceled (2/14/17) because they are overbooked. Hopefully won't miss my friend's wedding. Poorly handled so far. Leaving soon and hopefully not sleeping on the beach with the bugs.

I tried booking a birthday trip to Cancun. After endless hours of research on multiple sites, I had finally found everything I wanted on BookIt.com so I booked the trip. Then instead of receiving a confirmation email I received a message saying my flights had been booked but there was a problem with the hotel portion of my reservation. So I called the number provided and found out my credit card company had denied the transaction fearing it was fraudulent. The c.c. company was actually contacting me while I was on the phone with BookIt. Anyway, so I asked the rep if they could take another card for the hotel portion and I was told I wouldn't be getting the package deal at that point since I wasn't booking with airfare and the hotel alone was $500 more than my original package deal. I was devastated so I asked her to cancel my whole reservation.
Anyway, after talking with the credit card company and clearing the hold I called BookIt back and spoke with the best customer service rep ever! Her name was Sasha ** and she was sensational. She was able to find my old reservation for the whole package and get me the same deal. Why the first rep couldn't do that is a mystery but thank goodness for this angel Sasha **. She saved my birthday celebration!!! Thank you again Sasha **. You deserve a raise!!!

They don't price match for packages so please stay away from them. Expedia is your go to website. I bought a package for 2506.06 and found a cheaper one on Expedia for 400 dollars less the next morning and they refused to price match and told me I wouldn't get a refund 'til 7-10 business days. I am a 77 yr old traveler, have done a lot. Booking this all inclusive trip to Aruba with flights was "easy-peasy", and the price was certainly right. Am looking forward to the trip itself being beautiful and relaxing. Flight times could have been better, there was a choice of two. The airline offers different times at the same price.

It was easy to check out all of the resorts in our price range by setting the parameters in the left column. All of the options for each resort were clearly laid out. Once we decided, we called to actually book it and received help from a very professional, friendly operator. She walked us through the entire process, including any extra fees or excursions we may want, and let us know about the small print clearly. Can't wait to leave!!

However, I wish there were more airport transfer options than were available; I wanted a private transfer and that was not an option.

BookIt doesn't offer a free cancellation for the same property as Expedia, for example, which is unfair for the consumer. If Expedia and others (the property) can offer a free cancellation, why doesn't BookIt? Besides the unfair cancellation, the process was ok.

I wasn't notified that they needed a new card on file and the agent said they emailed me and they never did. Now I had to pay an extra $ 600 to rebook and the only notification I got was after they cancelled my reservation. Completely upset how this was handled.

I liked the search results and the website seemed pretty easy to use until you actually want to book. It kept denying our flight option even though it allowed friends to book the exact same flight. We were all trying to book the same trip but it only let 2 out of the 3 of us to book. We had to eventually call and spend over 30 minutes on the phone to book the same exact trip that we had tried to do online. Very frustrating and a waste of time. It needs to be more user friendly when booking online.

We travel together all the time whenever my husband doesn't want to go and we both love to go somewhere to have fun but also to relax. I was very disappointed of the $50 charge to cancel the original booking when all I had to pay to secure the booking was $1. It's not like I didn't re-book the trip. It's just that the rate was much cheaper once I signed into my BookIt account. I feel the representative should have waived that fee for me since I'm a previous customer and have brought several of my family members into BookIt as well. I planned a girls trip to Punta Cana for 4 rooms even upgraded to Diamond club but charged $50 to cancel one and re-book the other within a hour's time.

I don't understand why you would charge me to go online and upgrade my previous reservation. I did not cancel but modified the room type. That is not fair. I have used BookIt numerous times and I love them. But the fee are ridiculous especially when you are upgrading and still going on the trip.

I used Bookit.com for the first time to book an all inclusive on the Hotel Zone in Cancun. I was very pleased with the experience and will recommend Bookit.com to friends. I received a very low rate at the Sandos Resort during a Bookit.com weekend sale for Cancun. When I talked on the phone with the Bookit.com agent, she was showing a slightly higher rate than I was seeing on my computer. She said she finally was able to bring up the rate I was looking at on her computer, so I booked the resort. When the confirmation email came, the rate was the slightly higher one she originally had seen. I called Bookit.com and they quickly corrected the error with a credit to my card.

I recently booked a hotel with PayDelay and a few hours later realized I booked it for the wrong week and needed the week before. BookIt.com would not work with me and charged me cancellation fees and an additional charge. If I had booked directly through the resort I could have changed for free. Also when I called I was quoted $212 for them to change the dates and if I did it online it was $83. That's a huge difference and doesn't seem right.

Two separate gentlemen were so patient and helpful the past two days with first helping me choose between two resorts, and then making the initial reservation. Today, I needed to change the dates. Yes, there was a $25 per person charge. This charge is minimal compared to money we could have lost. Everything was explained and taken care of very quickly. Good price and great customer service. I will definitely be using them again.

After looking for the best deals for a specific hotel room on different sites I decided to go with BookIt.com because they gave me the best value for my money although they could not give me the room I wanted with ocean front and jacuzzi because apparently it was not available according to the agents I spoke with (yes they were a few on different calls). The issue came about when I called the hotel directly and asked if they had that room available. They said yes because there was a cancellation and they had one Colonial Club Ocean front suite with outside Jacuzzi for the dates I wanted. I asked about the upgrade and they said the BookIt would have to contact them directly in order to make the upgrade available to me through BookIt since I made my reservation through them. When I called BookIt.com I found nothing but walls of negativity and many "it is not possible".
All I wanted was to upgrade my room which would give BookIt more money and they could not help. I spoke with the hotel reservations manager directly and she gave me her information for BookIt to call and try to help but BookIt did not want to make the effort of even contacting the resort stating that I could make the upgrade once I arrived. I told the representative from BookIt that unless paid for, the room I desired was not going to be available at the time I arrived there and that is why I needed to pay for the upgrade now.
My main question is why is it so hard for BookIt to make an upgrade even when the hotel is willing to help. Why can't they just go above and beyond to help me as a customer. Why even though I made the calls and arrangements with the hotel directly I couldn't get what I wanted. Due to this specific issue I promised not to ever use bookit.com again in my entire life. If I used your services and I am willing to give more money, you should be helping and finding a solution.

The process of booking the trip and airfare was very easy. I was able to find exactly what I wanted for the price that was right. Except when I had a couple of issues with what I booked and when I wanted to change things that I could only change by calling the company which I had to do twice, I was on hold for over 30 minutes for both. It was quite an inconvenience. I would be much happy if they offered a callback service. Other than that, I had no complaints.

The simple and easy process helped me remove all stress and remain excited about planning a trip. In less than 1 hour I had viewed several hotels and received the best prices. The itinerary didn't show transport from the airport to the hotel, which bothers me but 9/10.

Again, seriously? As I understand it, they charged me $4K for a reservation they never made and stated I can't get a refund? I checked on BBB and found this business is not accredited. I am kicking myself; as the trips are widely noted on TripAdvisor, I thought the organization was legit.

I told all my friends to book at BookIt.com. I made my booking first then my friend called to book hers. She ended up getting $100 cheaper than what I paid online. I called to get a price adjustment or price match what she got and they would not honor that price. Frustrating as a customer that refers people to them!

After being on hold for several minutes and not being giving a full understanding I am switched to another unit in which there I'm placed on hold for several minutes and still not satisfied. Had I been told certain information thru the 1st operator I would not wasted my time on hold for the second operator. I wanted a modification not a rocket built.

She answered all of our questions and assured us that we were booking to the correct airport because the website would have booked us to an airport 3 hours away from the resort. Had to talk to credit card co, airline co, your customer services at least three times and still not sure if hotel reservation is confirmed. Have no confirmation # for hotel booking, just booking #** and hope this all I will need to check-in at hotel. Your website did not work well. The only bright spot was customer service, but should not have had to talk to them at all. Not happy with website!

I would not use any other travel service, they assist you over and beyond expectations. I had numerous requests, all completed with the utmost ease. I called the 800 number because the room I wanted to book wasn't available on the dates I wanted. My representative helped me rearrange dates so that I could reserve the specific room I wanted. She also helped me find a flight that maximized my stay at the resort. She worked an hour and a half to help me book the exact vacation I wanted. I was very happy with my booking experience and can't wait for my vacation.

Poor communication. We were initially booked at Breathless Montego Bay; however, the hotel was not completed in time for our trip. Bookit did not inform us of this update until 2 weeks prior and initially told us we would be transferred to Secrets St. James. Then a week before we are supposed to leave they tell us that there is actually no room at Secrets and we will need to be moved again. The lack of transparency was extremely frustrating.

Overall booking was good. I used the internet to find exactly what I wanted and then spoke with a warm body to finalize the trip. Had trouble with the internet portion as I would get one price; stop and speak with my wife to discuss details, and then look it up again and get different price or if not the flights were changed. I found the process frustrating as compared to Orbitz or Cheap Carribean; however the prices were better so it was worth the extra effort.

Booking online. I tried to check out on site, sadly, what I thought was only going to take a few minutes, took over an hour... error after error on the site then I called customer service and the pricing didn't match. Just way too much time to book a vacation.

Price changing in 5 seconds after selected. Was booking on the Internet. Selected flights and the hotel received amount owed. Hit continue to book flight and hotel. Told me there had been a change in flight and price. Try to change my flight times to much worse times or charge me over $200 for the same flights I just selected. Got frustrated and called customer support. He was able to book my original flights and hotel for a price that was the same as the one I had originally on the Internet customer service on the phone was great. But also didn't accept American Express. So had to find a different credit card to pay for. All in all a good deal and experience. But frustrating that I had to call customer service to get the original deal I had five seconds before but the man on the phone was easy and helpful.

I called customer service with a question about the resort and question was answered politely but she wanted to assist with my booking, so I stayed on the phone for 1 hour and she did something wrong and I ended up booking myself online. Train your staff better with the IT because she kept saying something was wrong with the credit card we were trying to use, this card is the same one I used to finish booking my trip. Waste of my time to stay on the phone with this nice woman.

I made a reservation online and when I got to the payment page it asked me to sign in if I was a member (which I was) to receive additional discounts. I followed the links and was returned to the payment page but did not see any discounts. Assuming there were none for this hotel I finalized the booking. Moments later I went back to the website to check on some hotel information and saw that the member was now showing up for $26 less per night. I called customer service (a 30+ minute wait) and spoke to someone who I had a very difficult time understanding and kept having to ask her to repeat what she said. I was told they could do a one time courtesy cancellation of the reservation and that I could then make a new reservation at the member price.
Immediately I received an email that the reservation was indeed cancelled. I made the new reservation and received an email confirmation. The next day I saw that I had 2 reservations: one that I had made the day before and one the agent had made 6 hours later. Once again I call and wait 25 minutes for another agent, again with a heavy accent (sorry but it is true). She argued with me and wouldn't listen to what I was saying. She could cancel the reservation for a fee but I didn't feel I should have to pay a fee to cancel a reservation that I didn't ask for. She stated that she would review the phone records and get back to me.
ISSUE UNRESOLVED and my vacation is costing more and more and more. Hmmm, their website states: "At BookIt.com we take Guest Support very seriously. In fact, one of our Core Values states that if our guests are merely satisfied, we haven't done our job. Total guest relation is our goal, and we work tirelessly to ensure that each and every guest is so elated with their experience that they stop conversations to tell others about us." MAYBE I WON'T BE CHARGED FOR SOMETHING I DIDN'T ASK FOR.

Super easy to book with. BookIt also allows you to book eligible trips for $10 down and pay for the rest of your trip over time which is really great for the budget conscious. You can also get additional discounts for booking on their mobile site and use coupon codes to further reduce the price of your trip. Overall a good experience.

The tour company you used for Chichen Itza which we booked with you did a good job except for the drive through only of Valladolid. This was a waste of time just to drive through. The trip was 13 hours when we could have stayed on the big road back and not drive through Valladolid if you are not going to do anything there. They mentioned drive through four towns but only went to the one. All four probably would have been more of a waste. Could have used head sets for tour of Chichen Itza. The BD travel people were good to and from airport.

A friend and I booked a room at a hotel with BookIt.com for three nights in Dubai. We paid more for the opportunity to change or cancel our reservation if the need arose. BookIt.com DID NOT PROVIDE THE BREAKDOWN PER DAY, so we logically assumed the provided total sum was evenly distributed per night. Our agenda had changed, so the day before we changed the reservation from three nights to one night and was assured that the rates would remain the same. When checking into the hotel we were informed the rate was MORE because every night the rates change. Confused we contacted BookIt.com who informed us that the initial three nights were weighed unevenly and they have NO OBLIGATION to inform their customers of the rates PER NIGHT. They were condescending in telling us our "assumption" that the total rate provided (WHICH IS THE ONLY RATE THEY PROVIDE) divided into three was our stupidity.
This is a deceitful way of doing business! Why can't BookIt.com be transparent in stating the TRUE nightly rate and then totaling it up for the customer? This way if the customer pays more for the opportunity to change a reservation, they are FULLY AWARE of what the charges will be. Their lack of disclosing to customers each nightly rate yet telling customers the rates are "guaranteed" is a slime way of doing business!
