We were attempting to book a vacation in May 2018, the first Rep was polite, and very helpful (1-25-18) very time consuming. Checking back over our booking, and pricing there was an error on their behalf, but the second Rep on (1-28-18) found the error an corrected it. "GREAT JOB", with customer service. Thanks!!!

This is the best website to book a family trip. Very easy and accurate service and the prices are unbelievable. Never thought it would be this easy to book a trip. Plus they give you the option to give it in payments that no one allows that. Thank you.

First time booking with BookIt, it was easy to understand and I like all the options they give you! Very happy with the overall process of booking my vacation! The option to do payments is great if you don’t want one big chunk taken out at once. Plus it was the cheapest package I could find versus the other sites.

My experience with BookIt.com has always been excellent. Any questions or needed always answered in a very timely fashion. Had a problem with the trip before I got to the trip. It was about the weather. They took the time to call around the city I was going to make sure everything was all right before I left for my trip. Most of all the deals that I get with BookIt.Com honestly I’ve been the best. Highly recommend it.

Easier to use than most vacation sites. Good explanation of property and flights. Easy to pick seats on plane. Photos of property and location, as well as seasonal discount played a big part in selection. Property location was the final mission maker.

I booked our Jamaican vacation 3 weeks out. I also checked all other vendors like Expedia, Priceline, etc. BookIt.com was the best price by $350. Easy to use and was able to split cost on 2 different cards... this was a big plus besides getting the best deal. Now I can't wait to get there!!!!

I found the site to be easy and the price great. I will give update on hotel on TripAdvisor. I looked into other sites and this was much cleaner to deal with and it saved and locked in my price. Get the warranty.

Booking was pretty easy and straightforward. Price was better than site I have used in the past and I was able to find non stop flights at the times I wanted for a little bit more, but it evened out with the coupon code they had going. I got my confirmation right away.

I would like to say that the overall experience when booking was nice but I feel like the coupons was too bias for solo travelers. I’m meeting a group of friends and the group is odd in numbers. So I had to book solo. All coupons I tried only worked for two ppl and not one. I could understand if I would of gotten half of the coupon bc I’m booking for one person. Example there was a coupon that I was excited to use $250 off hotel and flight vacation for 5 nights. I would of been happy if I was able to get $125 off bc I booking as a solo traveler. My only recommendations would be coupons for solo traveler too. Thank you.

Booking went well, website updated with price changes every day. Site was easy to use. When I tried to use the hotel "room booking" site they keep saying that my reservation is "being processed". Can you help?

We booked a week long hotel (Quality Inn Anaheim) stay with BookIt for our son and his family and us (6 people). The website said we would be charged to the reservation in Canadian currency, since that was the option we chose. We realized the extra fees when we arrived would be in US dollars. This was fine with us. However, when we got our credit card bill, we found they charged us for the entire hotel bill in US dollars, $320 more than it was supposed to be. My husband called to try and sort it out. He was actually hung up on by one of the agents, and spent a good half hour being shuffled around and put on hold. Disgusting customer service. We will never use BookIt.com again.

Very bad service, the cancellation policy write in very small fonts. When I realize that it cannot be cancelled after I received the confirmation email in 15 minutes, I called immediately try to cancel it, the agent did not Help to cancel the booking.

In the package I booked there were amenities promised that did not show up on the itinerary of my trip after I booked and paid. I called to see why these had not been included and BookIt.com said there was nothing they could do. I sent them a screenshot of the included items that I took when I booked the trip and still they said they could not honor those items that had “disappeared”. Very upsetting. Things omitted were a included dinner at the premier restaurant that usually is an additional charge (and will be now) and a water ritual at the spa. Very dissatisfied

I search all sites for the best deals and prices and BookIt is the Best. Customer service is there if you need them! So Friendly and site is user friendly as well. If you have any question or special request give them a call and they will make sure your request are noted and you have the best experience with your trip.

I spoke to a rep and asked her to help us out in getting us together with my two other friends since their flight was already sold out!!! Not only are we staying in the same hotel but she also got us a much better flight (leaving on the same flight and coming back a few hours later but arriving at the same time at the same airport) less lag time. AWESOME!!!

Rated a 4 for a great deal and smooth, quick transaction with pay delay option. I'm waiting for hotel confirmation though so hopefully all goes through and is confirmed soon. If so, I will upgrade the rating to a 5 because this will be a much-needed vacation and first time at an all inclusive resort. Can't wait!

I was having a difficult time using the online booking. As was later determined that the flights were the issue. So I called the 800 number and spoke to a very nice woman who helped me book our vacation. She was very kind and helpful. As it turned out she saved me an additional $350 on our air fare. Better than if I would have been able to book myself online. She was able to access more flight variations than the online booking showed. Thank you so much.

I was researching tropical beach vacations for late Spring 2018 for our annual 2 week vacation to an All Inclusive Resort. I had booked through BookIt last year for a 14 night stay with airfare included and chose the same resort in Riviera Maya that we had visited the previous year. Obviously we loved the resort and were excited to revisit. We wanted to try a new resort this year and just booked one of the Excellence Adults Only All Inclusive Resorts in Playa Mujeres. All the reviews were positive, I could not find one negative review about the resort.

Very helpful with changing dates to accommodate a different flight to help me save money. Also reminded me to call the insurance phone number to change my insurance to the new booking ID number. With the new booking I saved over $900 dollars on our flight. Was very patient with me to explain the difference between the different suites and to recommend the best fit for our family.

It was so easy to book a vacation trip and so much cheaper to do a vacation package than to book a hotel or flight separate. Not only that there are discounts that make your trip a lot less than if you book with another website.

It was extremely convenient to book online. The process was very simple and the value is by far the best I found in all of my research. I was very relieved to receive confirmation within 24 hours of making the booking. I had called to ask a question and the rep I spoke to was very helpful.

I was a little apprehensive booking my honeymoon with BookIt as I had never heard of them before. I am so glad I did! I did have several questions about my reservation, which customer service was able to answer for me (and they were friendly on the phone - very rare!). Not only was it super easy to book the hotel and airport transportation, but the option of splitting my payments up to fit my budget took a LOT of stress off of me! I will definitely use them again in the future!

Utilization was excellent and prices were even better. The process was very user friendly. Everything was great except when selecting the seats on the plane. That functionality didn't work and now I'm in limbo. Don't add that step to the process if the site can't do it.

My only concern was being put on hold for over 30 minutes when I was told it would be 3-5 minute hold. Otherwise, customer service reps were courteous and helpful. At times your website seemed to be down or slow in responding.

Website is good to use, the search feature and filters work well and give you a lot of ability to package deals and flights together that you want. We were booking with another couple and we both booked the exact same package at the same time online. Our friends actually submitted their booking shortly before us and there was a glitch in the system and didn't process. Ours went through fine and we booked. They called in to an advisor and all of a sudden the trip price went way up and the flights were no longer available... The advisor tried to help but said it was on the airline's end and nothing they could do... Very disappointed for them and they ended up paying way more for less time. :(

We booked an all inclusive reservation thru this site, when my husband checked into the hotel - he was told no such reservation had been made in his name for the 10 day stay that was supposed to be our honeymoon. This totally messed up our arrangements we booked - now we are being charged their high rated hotel for BOOKIT's rip-off and to say slightly I AM PISSED. We will report this to the BBB, Facebook and totally across the web. To say we are displeased is an understatement. DO NOT EVER USE THIS BOOKIT site unless you want to be trick **!!!

Canceling and Rebooking was a Horror Show. Bookit.com needs a lot of work. Always on hold didn't help, Flight tickets were terrible. Planning a vacation should be easy not very stressful. I'm not sure we would never use Bookit.com again. It all depends on how the service is.

She was helpful and informative, very patient with me and went over all the details several times and waited on the phone when I had some issues with the credit card. I can’t say enough how great she was!!!

I would never ever use this company as a travel agent again or let any of my friends or family use it! You call and can’t talk to anyone so just get put on hold till you get pissed and hang up! So I started my experience with logging in and filling out our whole trip and submitted my card and the site wouldn’t even go through! Then I called at 6pm at night and sat on hold for two hours until I got pissed and hung up.

Trip was very good for the price I paid, the hotel was very nice and staff was about average. My hotel room had construction going on and the air conditioner was stuck, took a while for serviceman to show up, but problem was resolved. The room need attention on general maintenance issues, like thermostat, loose switches, furniture was rundown.

I found this to be the best site to book my vacation through! My only suggestion would be to add pay delay as an option to Amenities or search criteria for those wishing to use this service. Also it’s a bit tougher to use on the mobile. However I was able to book on my computer with no problem. :)

Agents really professional and helpful. Took care of all my questions even contacted the hotel in Europe. My first time booking with BookIt and I’m sure it won’t be the last one. Their priority is the security of their clients, that’s one thing that no other sites do.

I was deciding whether or not to book a trip to Occidental Xcaret. The agent told me that he just found out I also has access throughout our trip to the park free of charge. I thought it seemed too good to be true but he assured me it was the case. Based on this 'sweetener' I booked the vacation. I was very unsure that I would want to book something not really on the beach but thought if the kids had access to the park it would make up for it.

I called into today because the price of our resort dropped 80 per person. I asked the lady if she could honor the price drop or give us a room upgrade since the next room up was the price we paid. She was very rude and didn't want to help me. This will be my last time to use BookIt.com.

My friend & I booked at the same time. Her price was significantly higher than mine per person for room and flight for the same package which seems fishy. We clicked submit together and mine did not process however an agent did call me immediately which was nice, but she was unable to book my flights and I needed to on my own. After I booked my flights I had to then call back BookIt to have insurance added as the agent couldn't do that either. This made the process take a couple of hours which was terribly frustrating! In the end it all worked out, but it was a lot of work to assure I was on the same flight and had the same package, flight and insurance that I was attempting to pay for on the site all way once.

Booking hotel in Cancun - My debit card was blocked due to the issuer (VISA) thinking that this company was fraudulent. I finally got a call asking me if the charges were legitimate. I responded yes and the card was finally unblocked. You need to investigate this.

I booked a trip to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, for me and my family, for May 2018 with BookIt and the process was smooth. We booked the hotel and flights as a package and so far, the experience has been positive with BookIt. This is my 1st time using them. Will update after my trip.

When booking a reservation with Bookit, please be aware and read the fine print. While you can cancel a trip within certain dates, understand that your flights are non-refundable. You might get a voucher for later travel, but if you will have to book it through Bookit. If you find a place you want to stay, you might not be able to get the flights. Just be aware. We changed our booking and it took me 4 1/2 hours on the phone with Bookit.

Great customer service. I will recommend to a friend and family. Make sure you use the discount code. They charge 5 when using pay delay. I don't like the idea. I wish they stop that practice soon. Remember you have to pay interest charge for your credit card.

My wife chose the Xcaret Experience package. After my wife booked I seen it was on the paperwork. Did not get the Xcaret Experience that was selected. Also the baggage info was deceiving. It said n/a, instead of 0, and JetBlue usually has 1 checked bag included. After booking and going on JetBlue to check seat assignment I found that I have to buy bags too.

Really stressful booking process! I booked two hotels for 5 and 4 days which was nice and easy! Then after 1-2 days received an email that I need to be verified by sending the ID and credit card photo for one of the bookings. I did so, and out of curiosity asked if the other booking is fine. The validation person told me, "NO that one is also pending." SO unreal! How is this even possible, could you imagine I will be at Cancun in the lobby and I have no room that I have planned for months ago??? It just got worst then. I asked to verify the other booking too and provided info to the rep and he told I will get another email to know it's been confirmed too. BUT I haven't received that email yet. So basically, terrible experience. I would not use your website and nor recommend it. Seriously, guys, you should get organized and more responsive.

The price was great. Compared to other agencies. I checked almost every other websites and none were able to beat the price. I am so lucky to have found BookIt. It really saved me money. Would definitely use next time.

Your deals are good and make it convenient to pay but I'm afraid your site has some issues. It's very slow and needs to reload frequently. I tried logging in from different locations, home and work, still the same issues. Other than that, BookIt.com is great!

BookIt was easy to arrange a trip and price was fantastic for our choice. Paperwork documentation was easily obtained for records. Haven't traveled yet but so far so good! We've been to Playa Del Carmen before so we already know it's loads of fun. Expect this will be a great getaway.

Website crashed a few times so it made it difficult to book, had to keep trying to get on website, waited overnight then was finally able to find the flights we wanted and book the trip but the website is easy to use. Also like that you can make payments and not have to pay for everything upfront.

Great - helpful information. I wanted to reconfirm cancellation policy before booking as well as resorts proximity to other venues. Customer service agent was able to help me with this as well as booking the property. Hopefully I will not be disappointed in my choice of accommodations.

Anna ** was very helpful and nice. I made a change to our trip that required customer service. Anna transferred me and I got someone in Asia. She was constantly (100+ times) saying "Will you hold on?" She had trouble with the computer, so she could only apply a $50 coupon to our trip instead of $100, but finally she got it to work so she could apply $100 coupon to the other trip I was booking for my son. We were going to the same place for the same number of days. I wanted her to retry the coupon on our trip but she said no. She would have to rebook it. I feel like I lost $50 because the computer was messing up.

The price we ended up with was the best on the internet! However, the website and mobile application is more difficult to navigate than other travel sites. It would be nice to have a function to search an all-inclusive hotel solely via their name, then populate the rest of the trip info after determining the hotel. Overall, a good experience, and phenomenal savings!!!

This is a third time using BookIt for all inclusive trips to Mexico. Hands down the best site to use for a seamless process and BEST prices. I have always compared prices before booking and this site has the best. They have reps on site to ensure everything is 100% for you. My go to site for the best deals.

I had got prices on their website but wanted to confirm that there would be no surprise costs to me after such as fuel surcharge etc. I called and spoke with Jennifer who was so pleasant & she confirmed no extra costs and also called the hotel for me while on hold to confirm that the price for my daughter was accurate. The hotel used to be kids under 12 stay & eat free but they recently changed it to 5 & under. Because their site said my daughter who is 9 was free I wanted to be sure I wouldn't be charged the $50/night when I got there. She called the resort and said that her $50/night was included in her price so no extra cost when I get there. I couldn't be more happy with the customer service experience. I will post after my vacation as to whether everything goes as planned!

Omg James was the best rep ever. He was really patient and talked me through the entire booking and flights. The night before I spend 3 hours on the phone with reps and the computers were down. I think I need a coupon for a free room upgrade at the resort I booked.

I called this morning to modify my booking, representative can't help modify and told I had to wait and called back. The price from last night can't be accommodate. I am very disappointed with BookIt. I will never book any vacation with BookIt.

Two attempts at booking online failed (1/17/18), called in and was told even they could not book, but would call me back when able, waited until next day with no callback and called myself. The booking went smoothly at that point... recommend calling rather than online.

All went great for BookIt ID # **. I am not happy with my ability to cancel a previous reservation that I did in error, Bookit ID # **. I do not see it on my dashboard, but I provided credit card info. Is ID # ** cancelled?

I had a terrible experience with FLAMINGOS HOTEL, I bought a all-inclusive package but it was not true, as soon as I arrived at this hotel, I realized they wanted to charged me for all, mexican beer, meals, even bottle water, I was really disappointed and I cancelled at that moment. The sad part was the hotel charged me for one night as a penalty and BookIt couldn't do much.

Making this comment after two emails were ignored by Bookit. I am also suspecting that the credit card details used to secure the booking has been passed on to the hotel. I am still on holiday and will be continuing to investigate this matter once settled at base. I have avoided mentioning of names and reference numbers at present.

Really liked the pricing and flight compared to booking my trip directly with the resort. Was easy and convenient to use! The site also offered a really good variety of choices to choose from. Was able to look at the resort, read reviews and decide on what was the better deal.

This is my second time using BookIt. First time went well. This time everything has been fine so far except for flights. The website says after you pay you can change seats. The site lets you go to what looks like you are changing but at the end it will not let you complete. Call BookIt and punch in ext for "help with flights". Was on hold for 35 minutes until hung up. Called back. Tried ext for hotel transfer. Was informed that you have to make changes through the airline you are flying website. Which would have been fine if they would tell you that upfront on their site. Luckily I got in before all seat taken. If I hadn't got seats next to my wife I would have given a 1 or 2 star. Hopefully this will help someone in future so they don't waste time and get their seat picked. Also, wasn't too happy to call on weekend and your office is closed. Makes me a little worried if I have an issue on a Saturday or Sunday of my trip, and who I can call for help.

The prices for the same room and same dates would change within minutes of looking at them! When I was finally ready to choose my room, that room was no longer available! This was within 5 minutes! I called to speak with someone and he just told me tough luck! Can't say I will use Book It anymore.

I just booked a hotel in Aruba on BookIt.com. The hotel cost is clear but the taxes, resort fees and other fees are not. I will have to call and ask for clarification. I hope they disclosed and charged everything upfront. It says taxes and service fees were charged. There may or may not be more fees - I can’t tell. It says each person in the room has to pay a 15% resort fee. But Hilton site says it is a fee per room. So I can’t tell if I saved money over booking with Hilton direct or not.

I have had the most horrible experience with this company. At first they booked the hotel without the flights and refused to change it. After Several days of arguing with them they finally agreed to cancel the initial booking. Then I booked the package I wanted and they booked the wrong flight home! I specifically went through the flights I wanted and they still booked it incorrectly. I have spent hours of my life on hold trying to speak with someone. They are very polite and in a hurry to help you with a new booking But if you need to make any changes plan on spending hours trying to get it resolved. I will never book with them again!!!!!

The only issue we had was we had changed our return flight to later time. We adjusted to a later flight, however when made the adjustment, it did not keep. Our confirmation email showed the earlier return flight that we did not want. Called United Airlines as suggested on the BookIt website, and they told us it had to be done through BookIt when booked within 48 hours. Hoping when we call to correct the return flight that it will be an easy fix. Otherwise prices are great and was user-friendly!

Had booked a hotel. When we got to the hotel the reservation was not in the system at the hotel. Called BookIt and that took an hour or over. They found it so he said to cancel which and then go through the hotel in which because the hotel did not receive the reservation. And go through the hotel in which that was all for nothing!!! And cost $100 dollars more. Your customer service is the worst. Needless to say I missed my appointment all because they never put the reservation through the hotel at the last moment when I had called!!! Never again. Bad review from me!!!

This is the second year that we have used BookIt for our travel to Puerto Vallarta. We find the best deals on the site. It is also nice to be able to call the 800 number with questions. Everyone that we have spoken to have been helpful.

The booking process on the website was very fast and easy. The only improvement I would recommend is once everything is booked, not much information is available. For example I can't see what seats I have for my flight, it only shows the flight number. I had to call the airline directly which was a bit of an inconvenience as this should be a one stop shop for everything like they advertise. Also I booked 3 rooms together and was told they can't guarantee we will be next to each other. Customer service is very friendly and tried helping the best they could by noting everything but that's not very comforting. If you book 3 rooms you should be able to stay next to each other especially in such a big resort.

During my booking process there's pictures of what your room look like, and the pictures are a little misleading. I Google the actual photos from people who stayed in the particular room that I reserved and their pictures look much different from what I was showed. The rooms are very small. Had I known what I was actually getting I would have upgraded to a bigger room.

I always book through this site when I'm not using my timeshare. Prices are fair and customer service is excellent. No hidden or unexpected fees. Great deals and specials and I love the pay delay feature as well. BookIt is the only site that I have seen with this option. It allows me to take my time and pay off my vacation which are usually all inclusive. It also gives me the freedom of adding more activities to my trip.

Very easy to navigate site, enter promo code and add any extra excursions we wanted. Email confirmation sent immediately. BookIt has the best promo codes I have found, and I do my homework before booking! We have booked from other sites in the past but again, promo codes make all the difference.

Booked a hotel that I thought was one price and after I saw the email notification saw it was about $600 more than I thought it was... immediately called BookIt and they issued a complete refund. The pricing discrepancy was not BookIt's fault... so I continued using their site and found exactly what we were looking for. I will definitely use their site for future trips as well.

The website is very easy to navigate. It is easy to narrow your search to get what you're looking for- ex. adults only, casino, etc. They have a wonderful selection of hotels to choose from. They include both positive and negative reviews, which is very helpful. Their prices are great.

I have used BookIt numerous times with no problems. Recently while booking online I ran into an issue with choosing a flight. I called customer service and was told the particular flight was not available, although it was on my screen. The agent informed me I would need to book my flight through the airlines' website and call back.This was inaccurate information, after many tries I was able to book the flight on your site. Customer service was zero help.

It was very easy to book along with it being the cheapest price I found for the resort we booked. Easy to pay and had no problems getting my confirmation email right away. Will definitely use this site again for future vacation bookings. Woohoo.

Always the lowest price online. Good flexible payment options with pay delay. Coupons are a good incentive for me to book and have used this site for years. Never any issues with lost reservations etc. The prices change day to day which is expected. I wish I had a guarantee on price.

It was super easy to book. The only recommendation I had would to change up how you search for hotels. I often times would check to see if the resort was booked and I had a hard time finding it and sometimes had to go to a different site. Also, would change adding fees when you pick the flight you want.

Best deal I could find and I did my digging for best prices for my upcoming vacation to the Bahamas. The best is the resort is all inclusive and BookIt had the lowest rate and I was able to get an additional 10% discount. Win win for me.

BookIt.com was a great site for us to book our all-inclusive trip. I just wish I would have done it for days earlier so I could have saved $400! I have used BookIt.com for many of my past trips and have always been satisfied. Recently I had booked a trip in July for this coming February and it just so happens the resort we had booked at has been taken over by new management and the TripAdvisor reviews have been horrible. There was a slight problem when we were booking online, as the package we had booked recognized the flight booking, but not the hotel booking, for some reason. So we called, but were on hold for approx. 50 minutes. A bit annoying and frustrating, as the other person I was booking our trip with is not very patient. However, the agent we spoke with was very knowledgeable, courteous and thorough, and was able to complete our booking easily.

This is my family's third vacation booking with BookIt.com. While trying to completing our booking last evening it took me several attempts and over an hour to complete the final booking and payment step. The BookIt.com website was not responded. I was in the middle of booking my trip. I enter all my info for a set price 781.24 and press BookIt. My screen went blank and next thing you know the price jacked up to 854. I called customer services to inquire about the situation I experienced. I got no help.

BookIt was very easy way to plan my trip. Helpful. With customer service Online easy to use and without issues. Only problem we had was with the resort itself. Seemed to get subpar service? Due to the fact that we booked through BookIt. Given terrible room and we were refused requested room. After much upset and complaining we were finally given a room we felt comfortable in.
