I had to remove a guest from my itinerary due to illness and BookIt.com was amazing, quick and understanding. They assisted me on the phone and gave me a credit for the flight since that is non refundable. Would book again with them for my future vacations.

Just wish I had more description of our last booking, not enough information or was left out on purpose just book and get commission. Hotel xcaret has more accommodations for adult than my 13 year unlike last year stay at Barcelo Caribe which my son and I went and used everything.

We just booked our annual vacation for us and my in-laws to the Royalton Riviera Cancun including flights. The website put together a package, but when I called in to complete the reservation, they said I had to pay for the air tix first. Of course they were non refundable, and before paying the rep confirmed 4 times the correct hotel rate, guest and price info to be paid separately after air tix. With everything "confirmed" we advised my in-laws to purchase their air/hotel tix which they did while we were on with Bookit.com. But when we went to pay for the room, Bookit.com came back after a few minutes and said there was an "internal error" and they were checking on it. Then they said they couldn't book it even though they confirmed it was being held earlier, and were apologetic.
After 30 minutes a supervisor came back and said the same room would be available but more expensive because it is Diamond Club, which we didn't need with 3 little kids, and my in-laws didn't purchase because we told them not to based on Bookit.com's earlier confirmation. So in a hard spot, we ended up paying $450 more for "Diamond Club" but the same room, and we won't get to even use it because we advised my in-laws not to get diamond club, etc. Bookit.com refused to help with any of the additional costs to us, nevermind the time spent, due to their "internal systems error". Disappointed but hope it won't impact a vacation that we're very much looking forward to.

I've booked with BookIt several times and have recommended it to many friends. It just seems to be cheaper than any other travel booking site out there for all-inclusives and the details and images are so much easier to see in one place. I also noticed my rate got even cheaper and it was sooo easy to modify and get a credit back to my credit card. Overall it's the first and last place I go for all-inclusives.

Booked trip and immediately after I needed to speak with someone. Got to someone right away and they resolved my issue very quickly. Next day needed to modify my booking slightly. Again they resolved my issue quickly and to my satisfaction. Love that.

The young woman I spoke to on the phone was courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable. I needed to change my flights to avoid super-long waits at the Newark airport. She was able to accomplish this at a reasonable cost. To do this, I had to extend my trip by a day, and she was also able to get me a reasonable rate on this. I was impressed with her service, to say the least!

I booked an all inclusive hotel in Puerto Vallarta for me and my friends. After I booked this, another friend wanted to come, so I needed to modify my reservation. I was aware of the fee in the terms and conditions form BookIt. I called them. They said if I contacted the hotel directly, they may be able to change the reservation. I contacted the hotel directly in Mexico. Hotel wasn’t able to change the reservation, but they recommended I cancel and rebook. Hotel confirmed they could make an exception and waive the fee, and that I just call BookIt, give this person's name at Hilton, explain this was an exception, and cancel. So I did. I confirmed with BookIt twice that this was not going to incur a charge. I canceled, and rebooked immediately to accommodate the extra friend.
I still got this email, from BookIt, that there was a $385 fee to cancel. I called BookIt, thinking this is a mistake. They now tell me, this is the terms and conditions. No explanation on what the other person told me yesterday. Apparently confirming that the fee is waived means nothing to them, even though it came from themselves. No apologies whatsoever. I made multiple phone calls (some international to Mexico), spent a lot of time and only takeaway I have is that they are not a trustworthy business to deal with.

We are constantly looking for ways to better the experience of our guests and appreciate your comments. I booked an all inclusive vacation through BookIt.com to Mexico for my family. I specifically chose the resort as it is catered towards families. I booked the Family Concierge Junior Suite as I have an infant, and based on the hotel reviews, the additional services are wonderful. Upon checking my confirmation, I noticed the reservation was for a one bedroom suite which I did not select. I specifically selected the family concierge junior suite. I called BookIt.com customer services and although the agent was very apologetic for their mistake, she did not give clear instructions on how the matter would be resolved. She told me the room was non refundable, however, I was not asking for a refund.
When I checked both the one bedroom suite and the family concierge junior suite were exactly the same price. I simply wanted the room to be switched to the one I had actually booked. I have been told the hotel has been contacted and we must wait on their response to see if the room can be changed and a penalty waived. I don't understand why there is any mention of a penalty, as the mistake was not mine. In addition, I booked my infant as a lap child. On the confirmation, he was not listed as on the flight itinerary. When I spoke with the BookIt.com agent, she said I had to call the airline to confirm my son and that she did not know how much this would cost. The BookIt.com booking process does not imply an additional cost for a lap child at all. The confirmation also does not state anywhere that I needed to call the airline. I called the airline and had to pay an additional fee directly to them for my child.
I am incredibly unhappy with the technical error on the website, in addition to the incredibly unclear confirmation information. I dread to think what would have happened if we had gone to the airport without calling the airline in advance to confirm my infant. I hope BookIt.com can redeem themselves by at least ensuring the room I booked will be the room I receive.

Book our family vacation to Jamaica through BookIt.com. Shelly was the agent that assisted through online chat. After dealing with several websites and a travel agency, we were able to finalize with ease through the assistance of Shelly. After giving her some details on the trip, she returned a link to our full itinerary, including flight, transfer to resort and room choices. Price was almost $2000 than exact trip quoted by travel agency. 5 stars!

The phone rep booked incorrect dates; when I brought this matter to her attention, she blamed me for her mistake and was rude and hung up the phone on me. Additionally, when I called back to get the date adjusted, the hotel rate had increased which caused me to pay more money.

Our booking was very easy and the coupon code saving is $125 was great. Being able to pay on our trip was so convenient also! So far so good. We still have a few months till we go but being able to book our honeymoon reasonably with all our other expenses was fantastic.

Worst experience of my life. Horrible customer service!!! No one could assist us. We had to find our own taxi to and from the airport which costed extra. When I asked one of the reps at the hotel for assistance, she told me she couldn’t help me although she was an agent with Bookit.com. Bookit.com was no help at all, we had to find everything ourselves. I wasted so much money because of bookit.com. Lesson learned!!!

They were great so far so good. The experience with the BookIt was fairly easy. We have not ventured to enjoy her trip yet but the date is soon arriving. We hope to enjoy. We plan to have fun. We hope the resort and all the all inclusive resort excursions are everything that we want. Does this far we have no complaints. If I had to recommend this to someone else right now yes I would. It was fairly easy is understandable and I will have more to post once we have ended our trip.

I needed to switch to a different hotel than I had originally planned to stay at. The customer service agent was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. He made the hotel change very easy and he was simply a pleasure to talk to. If you train all your agents like him, you will have very happy customers.

While making the booking I chose an option to have 4 adults and 1 kid in 2 rooms. I paid the price as 100 $ per head per night... So there was no reason I would choose 1 room instead of 2. But the booking was made for everyone in 1 room. This was probably a website bug. I was told by the Bookit.com staff that there would be a penalty by the resort... I called the resort and they agreed to waive off the penalty for the booking. I still had to spend 3 hours on phone with customer support of Bookit to get this done. Bookit staff was extremely unhelpful while the resort staff was very cooperative. Bookit customer support could have easily handled this on their end. It was a very frustrating experience.

Brooke was very helpful with our reservation. There were a number of technical issues with the BookIt site. Apparently, BookIt uses cookies to manipulate the vacation package choices. Brooke worked through the technical issues to get us the Cancun vacation we wanted. She is excellent at her job.

I understand there’s fine print regarding fees but when it’s $500 to just stay one less day at a resort, I think the potential fees for adjustments should be more up front. I checked a box that “change fees may apply” but $500 to move just one day is so far from a standard travel adjustment fee I would like to see that more up front if I’m spending $4000 on your website.

I booked the Hard Rock Cafe in Punta Cana for 2 adults and 1 child age 12. I paid $1911 on 05/14/18. Today I checked the price of the same reservation and it went down almost $60. I called Bookit to see if anything could be done, they said I have a nonrefundable reservation and I am stuck paying the $1911. I am trusting I am getting the best price but when people book after me, they are getting a better price. Still have not booked my airline tickets, since I am not getting any great prices with Bookit and not receiving a price adjustment, Bookit may lose an additional $2500 in revenue I would have spent on airfare.
When I save up additional money and my expedited renewed passport is received, I will consider other competitors to purchase my airfare to Punta Cana. It is a shame, I am looking forward and been saving a long time. I feel a bit swindled by Bookit. Will not recommend you all either. I will only change my mind if a supervisor or executive of Bookit were to try remedy the situation. I believe in 2nd chances, hopefully Bookit will change my mind about price I am paying.

It was overwhelming trying to figure out where to stay - all the amenities - getting the best price etc and Jared ** was my agent that I asked about a 100 questions of (poor guy). He was brilliant, he provided all of the information and made some great recommendations. Something that was taking me way too much time was scaled down to minutes and now I have no worries about our upcoming vacation. I can kick back and relax with my choices and just look forward to it. A BIG THANK YOU to him. The deals that BookIt offered were exceptional and after looking at several sites - I'm confident that we got the best deal for our budget - leaving plenty for excursions and all. The only thing I could suggest or want is I'd like to have more than one small picture of the rooms (that's probably done by the hotel) and some extra details and pictures for the excursions, but none of that is a big deal. I will definitely use BookIt in the future - just absolutely excellent!

Agent Booked my Flights and name was misspelled yet I had to pay 45.00 extra and be on hold for 30 min just to fix it. That shouldn't have came out of my pocket. Would have booked online but kept getting an error message and the flight times I wanted wouldn't confirm. Very disappointed.

I tried to call to talk to Rochell right away after I finished booking due to overcharge. My total was only $3,948.66 and they charged me $4,144.76. She didn't resolve the problem. I requested to talk to supervisor but she said the supervisor is not available and I insisted to talk to her and she said the supervisor will call me back. I am waiting for almost 4 hours but nobody calls me back yet. We always book with Expedia. This is my first time to try this web but already had bad experience. Seem like nobody is care because she kept saying sorry for inconvenience. Please review my case and credit it back to my account. Thanks.

I looked at a number of hotel booking sites including the hotel websites and found that BookIt.com generally had the best prices for properties in Punta Cana. I finally narrowed down the hotel I wanted and the booking process was so easy with BookIt.com. I also qualified for an extended payment plan where I was able to make monthly payments between my booking date and check-in date. I would highly recommend checking BookIt.com out when comparing hotel prices for your next trip.

I am taking my two children, their spouses and my wife on a vacation to Jamaica next month. My daughter had spoken to one of your service representatives who informed her that if I cancelled and rebooked that I would save approximately $1,000 on the three reservations. I immediately called and spent the next 2 1/2 hours on the phone with what I would consider a very undertrained representative. One mistake after another was very discouraging and twice asked to speak with a supervisor with no success. I did not get what I was expecting. I hope our upcoming vacation goes better than my service call.

Another successful trip to Paradise booked. As always BookIt.com has me heading on a trip of a lifetime... I have booked a few trips with them and have all ways enjoyed my vacations hassle free. All the 4 to 5 star resorts have never disappointed us. We look forward to many years of planning trips with them in the future...

I went to the hotel's website for more photos and info but their rates didn't beat BookIt. Based on Trip Advisor, I will call the hotel to confirm my reservation and inquire about our butler service based on the reviews there.

Very detailed description of the type of vacation expected to receive. Unfortunately for me when I tried checking out it said that flight portion of my vacation has been confirmed but an error occurred with my hotel reservation (all inclusive deal). After calling the support center, the gentleman informed me that the hotel was booked and then informed that it was actually the plane tickets that were booked. Still unclear as to what exactly happened. Long story short, had to rebook and now waiting for my original plane ticket booking to be credited back. Small hassle.

While there are many complaints about Bookit.com, I can tell you that they helped us plan our 25th wedding anniversary and everything went off without a hitch! They made it easy to do payment installments and had all the other services we ordered ready and right on time. I would definitely use them again.

So I booked a trip to Jamaica and printed my confirmation and everything. I called back to see why I never got a confirmation email and the representative with Bookit said my reservation was canceled due to fraudulent activity and only refund me half my money, when asked why I was only refunded half my money the answer I got was because I didn't cancel my flight within 24 hr... Uhhhh excuse but why would I cancel my flight when I thought my trip was all set and ready to go. So now for the last month I've been in a dispute about getting my money. And now today I got an email saying I cancel my flight and it's going to be a $200 cancel fee for each ticket... so now I'm really pissed like what the H.E double hockey stick. So I call and when I ask to talk to a supervisor or manager they refuse and say the manager is gonna say the same thing. So screw Bookit... I plan on filing a complaint with every organization I can find.

Stanford helped me book my vacation and he was fantastic!!! He put my mind at ease and answered every question I had! He also put me on 3 way with a lady through the insurance agency because I had a question that he wasn’t sure of and he wanted to make sure I was told all the right information!!! Most of our trip reservations were super easy and quick and we thank you. But our car reservation didn’t work online, so I called BookIt. It took 2 1/2 hours of games on the phone to finally get to Alexa, who did get us our car reserved, I hope. Four other people just messed around and played games with me. I did not spend $2118.58 for our air, week at Barcelona Gran Faro, San Jose del Cabo to be treated like that.

Majestic Elegance Punta Cana - The hotel is amazing and the management and the whole team very welcoming and hospitable. The beach is great and sandy, and runs for miles. For those who prefer spending their time in/at swimming pools - there’s quite a variety of those. The rooms and the whole hotel are kept clean - the maintenance and cleaning teams work endlessly to make sure of that. The entertainment team is very good, and the daily program diversified so everyone can find what he or she is looking for. The quality and diversity of food is really good - I do recommend you check out the S&S restaurant, not only for the seafood but also for the view. I’m looking forward to going there again.

The deal was great. Was deciding between cheap Caribbean.com and here. Chose BookIt this time. Had to make a change within 24 hours and called customer service. First person was grumpy... 2nd was great and so helpful. I will write more after we come back from trip.

I booked my flight/vacation package Dec/Jan 2018 through BookIt.com, I also gave the details to 3 other couples so we could travel together and they booked the same day. I paid extra for that flight due to the travel time and layover, because of traveling with our infant. Out of everyone traveling with us, we were the only ones bumped, notice in March. We were told it was canceled yet it still could be purchased on their site and others. I called customer service several occasions to complain. They said to call AA airlines. I called them and they said to talk to BookIt.com and they didn't know why I was removed from my original flight, they also said my daughter wasn't listed in our flight yet when I called BookIt.com again they said after at least going in circle for 10 minutes that according to policy I needed to call the airlines for her to be added yet I apparently paid her travel/flight charges already with them.
How does that make sense? We paid for her to travel with us through BookIt.com but we the customer have to call the airlines to inform them of her traveling? Also that only the AA Airlines had the power to change my flight which was the opposite of what AA Airlines said. The AA airlines said they could switch me back to original flight for extra fees or BookIt.com could help them potentially without them. So I paid extra for a flight I wanted, I was removed from it and then am told from BookIt.com that it was the AA airlines' fault and AA airlines is pointing the finger back, and was told I could have my original flight back if I pay more money. How does this make sense? I have never had so many problems for travel in my life. Here is the kicker. My new flight has a long layover but only leaves within 5 minutes of my original arrival flight, how are two flights that close together for the same location?

I had so many issues trying to get a credit between the airline, hotel and BookIt.com. I was given the wrong information and told I would receive a callback and never did. Then, I had to dispute the charge with my credit card before the company would give me travel credit. I finally get the credit from BookIt, and was told the wrong information 3 times over the phone over and over. Mind you each phone call was over 45 mins to 2 hours long. Finally, I was able to get a staff member that excelled in making it work for my rebook of my vacation. Jennifer - thank you so much so doing everything for us and making sure I received all the travel documents before we hung up and trying to work with the airline to give me my travel vouchers. I appreciate your persistence and patience when rebooking because of a natural disaster.

Bookit.com solicits a subscription button to click on during the process of price shopping that if you subscribe to their newsletter you receive $100 credit when in fact they give you nothing and claim that the particular hotel does not qualify when it has nothing to do with the hotel. It’s their way of soliciting themselves through your email, I will no longer use Bookit.com for the Misrepresentation and cheap way of soliciting, I will also be notifying all of my employees and clients not to use them as well.

It's clearly stated that the coupon code is not valid for certain booking types, such as in your case. I recommend BookIt to all my friends and family because when you book with them if there's a problem with the resort they take care of it no questions asked. I had an incident with a resort in Punta Cana. I called them. They referred me to another Resort of my choosing. They rebooked it. It was beautiful and my wife and I loved it so thank you very much are your customer service.

I looked over numerous websites to find the best deals and I found that BookIt isn't always the lowest cost if your doing excursions and insurance etc, but everything else was at a great price and their site is the easiest to navigate. Also they are very helpful if you need to make modifications or call customer support.

I have used BookIt.com in the past. This time they had the best price for my trip to Punta Cana after the use of a promo code. The representative, Victoria was extremely helpful with search process unfortunately the flights increased during our phone conversation. This resulted in me booking the trip on my phone myself which I did not mind. Victoria emailed me my search results and even offered to stay on the phone while I purchased my vacation package.

2 couples were booking this trip, my friend and I submitted at the same time. My friends went through, my booking came up as having a problem. I called and the representative was NOT helpful. She offered to book the trip for me at a rate of over $200 more, explaining that the price is subject to change. I was able to book it myself for less but still more than my friend. This is the second time this has happened with Bookit. I had vowed not to use them again, but the deal was too good. Twice burned. 10 seconds.

Sometimes when booking with air the issues you experienced may occur as flights are able to be booked by guests from all booking outlets. Because of everyone trying to book the same flight, class of seating will fill quickly and prices change quickly which can result in the issues you experienced. I am very dissatisfied with the Air Travel connect, to have to lay over for 6 hours, This is a very inconvenient to Travel with Children, Bookit should have made a better connect plan, I will not be using this Travel agent Service again.. Who want to spend all that time waiting to connect to reach the next point.. Very displeased.

I was very happy with the resort and booking. The resort was lovely, had many nice restaurants, and lots of stuff to do. We had a wonderful room with a private swim out pool. We can't wait to go back!

I booked a trip to a all inclusive resort in Dominican Republic. The issue with BookIt.com is they will not accommodate your flight properly. The airline will NOT help you at all if you booked through BookIt.com these flights are NOT recognized by the airline and they will not help you with any changes. I’m going to see my son graduate from HS in Georgia first, there are no flights to where I can make it back in time so I said, "Hey I can make my connecting flight in Miami easily." They will not accommodate to get me on the flight in Miami and say they can just do a round trip to Miami but I need to fly back to Ny.
They only do round trips to the same destination they say but they’ll fly you out one airport and return you to another so they have their own grey area of what they feel is the same destination. LaGuardia, JFK & Newark are all the same destination. How are 3 different places considered the same destination especially Newark, NJ when that’s a completely different state. BookIt.com needs to be a little more accommodating. This will be the last time I use their services.

Hotel was beautiful and well located. However hidden cost of $75 was payable for breakfast and use of lounge chairs. This was compulsory, one could not opt out of this fee. The breakfast was very disappointing. Please state all costs u front in future and do not add charges upon arrival. Very deceiving!

Concern: when I received confirmation for booking everything seem fine, just confirm send on confirmation that hotel showed was not book but that is pending. Is the hotel booked already? We have used BookIt a few times in the past and fortunately never had to deal with their call center before! This time around, the site was down when we were confirming our trip so the call center called us to complete the order. Against my better judgment, we went ahead and booked with the agent on the phone. We asked the agent several times to confirm for us that he was booking the correct Royal Cabana Suite WITH Swim Up for us which he did and repeated back the exact price that the site was showing us on the screen I had pulled up during the conversation.
Once we received the confirmation, we realized that it did not reference the “Swim Up” anywhere. When I called back to ensure this was the correct room, I was informed that was not the room we booked. After going round and round with an ineffective, unfriendly, and barely able to speak English agent for nearly a full hour (56 mins), I was transferred to a supervisor who assured me he was escalating the issue to a call review team who would determine whether we were promised something different than we received. The next day, we received a stock letter stating the correct room had been booked. This is a 100% LIE!! They are crooks!! We ended up having to pay an additional $450 to get the room we wanted. DON’T USE BOOKIT! I repeat DON’T USE BOOKIT!! There are plenty other, more customer experience oriented vacation brokers out there!

Great experience except right before I was about to submit payment there was a price increase for the hotel, the travel insurance, AND the roundtrip shuttle to/from the hotel!! I called to see if they would honor the original price of everything when I initiated the booking price and BookIt said no because prices are subject to change. There should be a time countdown where they hold the price while you complete the transaction but they didn't have that. I would understand if the time to complete the transaction exceeded a certain time but currently they just jump the prices on you and you're stuck with it. That's not very cool.

Site is easy to navigate and allowed me to search in a manner that was helpful to me. I didn't have a particular destination in mind just wanted an all inclusive experience. Was easy to change my destination without losing origin for guest info as happens on other sites, so searching for best price was easy. The only really minor downside was I had to use Google to find relevant coupons for my trip. But once found I discounted total by $200 so it was worth the look. Really like the payment option as well, allows you to spread cost over months prior to trip. Overall I would recommend to anyone searching for vacation packages, as that is what I used it for.

While in the end it was easy to book online, calling and talking to CS was a nightmare... your people start talking in the middle of my stating my questions... they have a hard time pronouncing words so that you can understand them... they can't answer any insurance or airline question but want you to book before getting your answers from airline or insurance questions are answered. While your price was good, your CS is lacking. Will see how my trip works out before deciding if I would use you again.

My transfer was supposed to be included in that cost and now they are saying that it was never selected. I have spoken to 3 agents and neither one of them can solve this issue. It was easy to find a flight that met my needs. The options for hotels was amazing. I liked the way BookIt told me the cost per person during the whole process. The checkout process was extremely smooth. There were not any hidden fees and BookIt was able to tell me per person even at the end.

Online booking failed to complete and the customer service team took 20 minutes over the phone with multiple holds to book a simple vacation when ALL INFO had been provided correctly on the website originally with no special requests and paid in full. Seems like something wasn't working very well on your end.

I attempted to book our vacation at the same time as my son in law. I reservation was declined. Said my credit card was declined. I call the credit card company and they said, "No, Bookit never attempted to charge it, your card it fine." I called Bookit and they said they could only make a new reservation. The best price was now higher than a few minutes before and it was the best price available. I made the reservation and my son in law pulled up a new search on his phone and the lower price, the original price, was still available. So I just pulled a search on my phone and found a lower price. I spoke to Bookit and they said there was nothing they could do. So I was told my credit card was declined, It was not declined in order to book me at a higher amount that I was told was the best price. And I find out that that was not true either. Very disappointed in Bookit.

Preferred this site verses the others (Travelocity, Orbitz, Kayak, etc) I checked them all. This was much more simplistic and over to make my selection. The website formatting was better in my opinion and the details for everything that was included in the overall purchase was far more detailed than the other sites.

I HATE BOOKIT, After looking I thought I had found THE HOTEL, it said 2 packages left for a price and it said I had a couple hours to book if I wanted the deal. I go to actually book it for a family member, I got 2 phones doing the booking. I press book it on his first and then mine but the price changed about $300 more. I had no choice but to book the following because his was booked, I had 2 options one for $1,500 and something (let me add it was the same room and service) and the other was $1,700 and something but this was was a villa so the change of price was more reasonable, the moment I book I go back in to try to book for a family member and the price on the villa room drops to $1,400 something I thought I was getting a deal but feel like I paid more for the same room my cousin got and I was gonna pay more than my other cousin who at the time was gonna book the villa room.
Let me add that I called customer service where the guy sounded like he had just rolled out of bed, and as I was trying to explain all he told me was the prices change all the time without noticed but if it said I has a certain amount of time to book under a price I was trying to book 2 bookings at the same time with 2 phones and laptop how is it that the price changed seconds. After that I figure maybe someone in the worlds booked and took the other package but my surprise was when I went back and the villa room that was more $$$ when I booked was now cheaper.

It was extremely easy to book our vacation on the phone. The agent answered all my questions, put in a special request and reviewed all the details before the final booking. He was courteous and explained all the details I was purchasing. I have used them before and been very satisfied.

Went to website on a link that was showing very great rates for Royalton Blue Waters. Everything kept showing as blue waters until I received the confirmation email. Called your office immediately to let the CSR know of the error and was told I would have to pay $75 to cancel something that was still showing as “pending” as it was not more than 3 minutes on receiving the email. The rates for blue waters was showing higher on your end. Offered to send the link but was told it would not work. I will no longer use this website and also the other members of my family. We were going to an event at blue waters and as a result of the error it was ending up costing us in excess of $5000

Booking online was easy and they gave enough time to research each item, airlines, hotel, insurance. (To make sure I was getting the best deal of course!) Once I had booked, I had difficulties with choosing my seats. Called the 800 number on the BookIt.com site. The female customer service representative who helped me was very nice and took the time to go to the American Airlines site for me and put in our order for the "extra legroom" seats. Pleasant experience! Going back to the hotel in Jamaica where we were married in 2012!

Upon cancellation of trip purchased through BookIt.com, due to medical reasons, instead of working with us to ease the monetary loss, they immediately charged us 1 MONTH AHEAD OF TIME, and added nearly $100 dollars of unexplained fees. I called them, and their associate could not explain the fees or why they charged our account ahead of time. I asked to speak to her supervisor or manager, and was put on hold for an extended period of time. Only to be told that her supervisors are unavailable. I asked if they can call me once they become available, and she said "No, that is not possible." So instead of assisting us with our need to cancel due to medical reasons, they stuck us with additional unexplained fees and BROKE the fee schedule by charging them 1 month in advance.

They hold time is terrible. Y'all need to get better with hold time. 20 minutes on hold is terrible and miss spelling names is terrible as well. I called back to correct. Was told to call back 24 hrs later to make corrections or cancel then repay but I have to wait 7 days for my refund. Just terrible on that part and the hold time y'all need to get better with that.

When first booking my trip I was looking for a flight and resort package upon booking the trip the website was glitching I called into guest services and they told me there was an error with the flight portion and told me to book the flight separately where I ending paying $200 more for the flight. My other family members later that day ended up booking their trip through the revisits with no errors. I called back several times to BookIt.com guest services and the corporate office where I spoke to a guest service and then eventually with Kevon the manager and was hold for over 40 minutes to be told there was nothing that could be done to accommodate my inconvenience. Very dissatisfied customer. Will no longer use BookIt.com in the future which is a shame because I have been a long time customer of BookIt.com using them for all my vacations and trips until the point where I needed the company’s help and couldn’t get it.

Unfortunately we do not have control over the changing flight rates, as the flights are able to be booked by guests from all booking outlets. Because of everyone trying to book the same flight, flights, and class of seating will fill quickly and prices change quickly which can result in the issues you experienced. Paying with American Express - Not sure why it's not included in your forms of payment. Always like to use that card because it gives you coverage of travel insurance. Had to figure on another form of payment and purchase insurance separately. It was definitely an inconvenience.

Booked a 5-day vacation package online with BOOKIT.COM flights and hotel, the person I spoke with when booking the vacation was very nice, however, when we arrived at the airport there was no transportation arranged to the resort. My group had to find our own way and take the risk of being robbed by hiring a random taxi. Very nerve-racking, to say the least as we had all of our luggage and spending money on us. Upon the end of our stay, we called Bookit.com to follow up on our transportation to the airport and the first person we spoke with emailed us a link to our ground transportation vouchers, but the link was broken. We called back and spoke to another agent and she advised us that the ground transportation to the resort was an added feature. This was very surprising as we were told that ground transportation to the hotel was included when we booked the vacation package.
We asked to be transferred to a supervisor and when we spoke to the supervisor, coincidently he could not find our Booking ID, email or names in the system and gave us a phone number to call that was disconnected. When we tried to call the supervisor back, the answering machine advised that they are not accepting calls from our number and our number is blocked. BookIt.com service is terrible and we will never use the service again as they have no consideration for travelers well being and will say anything to get the sale but God forbid you to run into any issues and try to contact bookit.com, they will block your number and leave you to die on your vacation. This is my truthful experience with Bookit.com. Take heed.

My husband and I were scheduled to meet our family on vacation. We booked the trip and less than 24hrs later our daughter was in Intensive Care Unit at our local hospital. I called BookIt.com last evening from the ICU and was told we were out of luck. We needed to call the hotel. We called the hotel this morning and was told it is BookIt.com who needs to refund us. Called BookIt.com back and we are out $1600 while sitting in an ICU. We now need to wait 4 to 6 weeks to see if we can get anything back. So dealing with a horrible situation and a company who won't credit us.

The actual reservation went off without a hitch. However when attempting to create my account I am unable to do so. The site keeps saying there is another account tied into the same e-mail. I do not remember creating an account on your site and when I click on "forgot password" nothing happens. How do I clear the membership and all passwords so I can create an account. The change password link does not allow me to change the PW because it says my last name does not match the e-mail address.

We are experienced travelers and decided to use Bookit for a slightly lower rate than CheapCarribean. It was a huge mistake. On our second day of vacation, our resort informed us that Bookit had made an error with our reservation and we owed $, but it was up to us to contact Bookit for resolution. We called Bookit EVERYDAY of our trip and spend hours on hold and explaining the entire story again and again. While the Bookit representatives acknowledged that Bookit was in error for not communicating our reservation to the resort properly, they informed us they needed to contact their marketing coordinator assigned to that property to get us resolution.
This did not happen while we still on vacation, so we had to pay the resort an additional $840 as we checked out. I have talked to Bookit several times since returning home and they are still "waiting to hear back from their marketing coordinator". That was over two weeks ago. There is nothing more disconcerting than being in a foreign country and realizing your travel service doesn't have your back if complications arise. Cheaper fees equal no service and that's a bad trade off. We traveled with three other families on this trip and two of the three also had Bookit issues arise.
We'll all go back to using CheapCarribean.com, which has always come through for us. I don't want to waste another vacation on making calls to Bookit, while receiving calls from the hotel every day asking for more money. Especially when Bookit has acknowledged that it was their mistake. Had we known the "real" cost of our trip when we booked it, we would have selected another option.

Whatever you do, do NOT use Bookit.com to book your vacation stay. We used Bookit.com because we thought we were getting a great deal on a 4 star resort. As it turns out, the resort was HORRIBLE. We had cockroaches in our room, no hot water, stains on the sheets and bedding, and an incredibly rude staff. The hotel claimed they could do NOTHING for us to make the stay better because we used Bookit.com. They also refused to provide ANY sort of reimbursement because we used Bookit.com. Of course, Bookit.com claimed the same thing about the hotel, so I'm STILL in the middle of a battle with the two organizations trying to make the situation right. I will NEVER use Bookit.com again and would also recommend that you never stay at the Grand Oasis Tulum (or any of their many properties). Both organizations demonstrate terrible management and even worse customer service.

From other sites, with the same offerings, yet the prices didn't match. Obviously, we went with the Bookit.com because of their choices for nonstop flights (others said there was no availability for nonstop flights), their options for roundtrip transfers, and we also added on tours as well to really make it our one stop shop for our trip. The first agent did not speak English very well and was not helping us or understanding us in anyway. After a difficult 20 mins we were transferred to an entirely new agent in the middle of talking. The second agent was very responsive and helpful and spoke very good English. She helped us with exactly what we needed and made us very happy. Thank God for her.

Booking agent has a sarcastic tone and the communication was difficult. We had to say things over and over. My name was spelled incorrectly but funny how it was spelled right for the payment. Now I have to call back to see if they can correct the spelling on my airplane ticket. The style of room was also wrong on our booking. Now we are on hold forever to see if this can get corrected. Unfortunately, I will never book with your agency again nor will I recommend it. Your company and vendors turned what should have been an enjoyable and relaxing Birthday Celebration weekend for my best friend into a vacation nightmare. Stuck on an island in the middle of the Bahamas and being told we have no place to stay on a vacation package that was pre-paid in full well over 10 months ago is horrible and wrong.
The nightmare began when your vendor Silver Airways canceled my original flight from 4:45pm on 3/29/18 to 10am on 3/29/28. Your vendor again changed my reservation from 3/29/18 to 3/30/18 at 10am which I did not realize until about a month prior to departure. Once I realized this, I called your company twice. However, because your reservation systems for packages don't communicate, the hotel was still booked for arrival on 3/29. After the second call of me complaining, I was told one night hotel stay would be refunded, the hotel would be contacted that the arrival date was changed to 3/30. I did receive the refund, however the hotel stated they were never made aware of the changes.
Unbeknownst to me, I arrived at the Hilton Bimini on 3/30/18 and was told by Christie the front desk supervisor that my reservation was for 3/29/18 and had been marked as a no-show. The hotel was oversold and resold my pre-paid room on 3/29. There were no rooms available for my arrival on 3/30. Can you imagine arriving at a foreign hotel and being told you have nowhere to sleep? It's an awful feeling, beyond disappointment, hurt, anger, despair and fear for what will happen if there is no way to get home!
So again I called and was on the phone for over 40 mins trying to resolve this with your company. I was told that the Property manager reinstated the reservation and a room would be available but not until after 5, despite checking being at 4pm. I did get a room at 6pm a day after this 3night/4day getaway was originally booked. I would have completely canceled this trip if not for my best friend still wanting to go.
This mishap was not my fault. Your company was supposed to provide a service and failed to do so. You have completely wasted my time and ruined my vacation and my best friend's birthday. Travelers entrust you with their time and money. To abuse that by not having policies in place to avoid this is neglectful on your part. As you know I have many options for booking travel services. In this day and age it is ridiculous that you sell packages and are unable to make adjustments in your system without the passenger having to call. I've been traveling extensively for over twenty years and have never had this experience with any of your competitors. I am beyond disappointed in your services and will never again use them.

I made a $2900 reservation and this is not my first time using book it, but I forgot to apply a discount code for $125 and I called 15 minutes after and they would not honor it. I'm very disappointed to say the least and do not plan on using them in the future.

I was just happy it was affordable and website wasn’t difficult to use just how I like. I didn’t have much time to repair for this travel and BookIt really came through for me. I would recommend this site to all my friends and family.

I am very dissatisfied with my experience with Bookit.com. I booked my vacation package with everything included; Car, Flight and Hotel. When I got to the airport, they sat me and my husband apart, when I had set it up on the website for us to be sitting next to each other. When I land in PR I go to get my car rental and come to the surprise that bookit.com never reserved our car. I asked them to reserve the car for us now since we obviously paid for it and they denied us that and refunded our money back without our consent. The reason to why they never booked our car was because someone on their end did not confirm our booking with the car rental place. They refunded us about $150.00 and the car came out to about $500. Wanting to get on with our trip, we paid for the car.
When we got to the hotel, I quickly realized that the hotel on their page is not the hotel I paid for. Since I was already expecting nothing good from bookit.com I decided to stay with the hotel. When they gave us our room, it was a double twin size room with a view to restaurants. I paid EXTRA for a king size room with ocean view. To top it all off, after leaving the hotel we got charged with hotel fees that bookit.com said were included in our vacation package. I will NEVER NEVER NEVER book with bookit.com again, and I highly recommend that before booking with them you check other agencies. I always book with Priceline and this one time that I did not I regret it so much. They made our vacation stressful. Although Priceline is a little bit more pricey, if anything goes wrong they fix it right away for you. I hope this helps someone and that it doesnt happen to anyone again.

The booking agent misled us and booked us into a place that was exactly what we didn’t want when we called, We were never informed that the price was in US dollars and when we read the confirmation it was not at all what we had asked for. We called back after we read the email confirmation, maybe 5 mins and were told that we had to speak to the manager at the resort to cancel. The manager was unavailable for three days even though we were told he was on site just not in his office. So we were left with cancellations the airfares and excursions or just go and try to make the best of it. Well we are here and now wishing we woulda just canceled what we could of and stayed home. Will never use this site again and feel totally disgusted with it. Paid way too much for this holiday and will stick to Sunwing from now on.

The agent put the incorrect name on the flight, Cancelled the transaction, Agent entered correct name. I was told that it will take 7 to 10 business days to get my funds returned from the cancelled flight which was cancelled within the time of making the reservation. I was overcharged for the flight and was told that the price changed while the agent was correcting her error of misspelling the name. I spoke with a manager whom stated that she was going to listen to the tape. Needless to say they basically got away with refunding me $58.00 lower for the flight that I was initially charged. Not my fault that the agent entered the incorrect spelling of the name from the beginning. I wanted the amount that I paid to be refunded. I had written the amount of flight down prior to completing the reservation but the manager sent me a breakdown which wasn't was I was told over the phone.

I had a wonderful experience with Nicholas, he went above and beyond to make things simple to understand. I would recommend BookIt to all my friends, and specifically Nicholas. The only issue I had was when I called in for added information for Nicholas, offshore operators seemed to try to grab his booking from him.

Here’s the short story. Almost all of their agents speak very poor English. I was speaking with one gentleman And I couldn’t understand what he was saying. So I asked him to transfer me to someone else. He hesitantly did so. Lady he transferred me to was even worse so I asked her if I could speak with somebody else and she told me no. I’ve then asked her if I could speak with a supervisor and she said no, I asked her why and she hung up on me.
