I needed help with my airplane ticket. I felt like soon as I made my payment I was left out in the cold when I needed help. I called several times and no one was able to help me. When I called the airlines they helped me upgrade my plane ticket.

Booked a trip to Antigua back in March. Had bad snow storm flight. Was canceled and next flight was 4 days later so we booked a different flight on different airline so we didn’t lose 4 days of our trip. Long story short it’s now August. Airline refunded money to Bookit.com who is supposed to refund us 500$. Now they just give us the runaround and keep asking for more info and still 5 months no refund. For all the aggravation and time trying to get a simple refund I feel they should refund the whole trip!!! Bookit.com is one of the worst companies I’ve dealt with. Steer clear. Avoid the headaches with this company!!! I wish I could give negative stars.

My experience was okay. I just did not understand why a couple friends of mine from Los Angeles, CA got a better deal flying out of LA on the same day, at the same resort, for the same amount of days. I asked the question and what the associate said that it was because they (my friends) had booked their all inclusive vacation a week before I did. Come on! One week difference! They are flying from a farther away city than me, and I pay close to $300.00 dollars more?

I booked a room listed as "adults only" on the room type description for a hotel that has a family-friendly portion and an adults-only portion of the hotel. After contacting the hotel, I was told our reservation was booked for the family-friendly side. I contacted Bookit and was told they would contact the hotel on my behalf to secure the adults-only room and call me back within a few days. I did not receive a return call. I called Bookit again today and was told that they received a reply from the hotel (again, I was not contacted) and that the hotel considers persons 13+ to be adults. Since the legal age in both the US and Mexico is 18, it is extremely misleading to state that a room is "Adults only" when it, in fact, allows minors. In no area is the 13+ description offered on the Bookit listing page for the Hyatt Ziva Cancun Resort.

I was a little worried about booking through a third party like BookIt, but it turned out to be a total non-issue. Everything went perfectly smooth. I booked the hotel and the transport to/from the resort with them and all was exactly as I'd planned. I'd use them again for sure if their price was better than booking direct.

The price as was efficient and hassle free. The only snafu was when my card was processing. It took quite a bit of time and I thought it didn't go through. I started another reservation then it said it went through.

We were able to find the best pricing easily and the representative that helped us was very nice and helpful. He was able to find an additional property for us when I had questions about the one we had been looking at. I certainly felt that he was looking out for us. Thank you!

Seems easy enough!!! Appreciated the delayed payment option, so I was able to book right away, no denying. Looking forward to referring friends and hoping there is a referral program!! This trip is for my husband's 40th birthday, we were just married this year. I've been to the island and I'm hoping this booking impresses!!! Thank you!

Booking a trip wasn't difficult but, we used coupon pkgmobile225. It showed discount on my phone as accepted. After finishing the booking, coupon amount was no longer there and charged full price. We immediately call and they could not help us. They said the booking could not be altered without cancelling it and having to pay a cancelling charge. Very disappointed in a company that should be more professional and helpful in this situation. If this cannot be resolved we will not be using BookIt in the future.

I contacted BookIt.com to get some information regarding a vacation trip with my family. I felt very very safe and I GOT THE BEST SERVICE EVER from Leandro, he was very patient with me and gave me all information with details that I booked right the way. Really excellent service. I recommend it to everybody.

I have used the services of BookIt.com in the past and would do so again in the future. Probably will do both flight and resort bookings next time.

Had trouble booking a vacation, tried to split the payment with two cards. Got an Error but charged one card, but not for the full amount. Long story short I had to wait 2-3 days for the pending charges to clear, and if you cancel the flight part FYI 7-10 business day to refund the money! Was not told that by the Representative just keep this in mind if this happens to you.

I have used BookIt many times and they have always taken great care of me. This go around I had booked dates that needed to be changed and after speaking with the sweetest lady she managed to help rectify the issue and even save me a few buck. Now the airlines that's another issue for another review. ;)

We've booked our last two trips through BookIt and have had a seamless experience. The site allows you to view any hotel and a calendar to select your travel dates while viewing the rates. This feature makes the cost clear. Plus, there are always coupons you can use. I will continue to use the site.

Registration went well. Easy to navigate website. Liked the ability to upgrade the room. Used the all inclusive resort with flight. Picking the airport and times were very nice and liked having the one stop flight. Still waiting on the confirmation email.

The representative I spoke with tried her best to be helpful. However, it took almost four hours on the phone to somewhat rectify the problems with my reservation. When I booked, I had a nonstop flight, when the reservation was finalized and itinerary set, I had a flight on a completely different airline with stops. On top of that, the price was significantly higher. Four hours later and a call from a manager - the situation was mostly rectified, though I did end up $270 short of where it all originally began. This is the first reservation I have ever made with BookIt.com. Sadly, I will be returning back to Expedia and Travelocity as I have booked with both several times and never had a problem with a reservation.

Very quick and easy to book. The option to make multiple payments was a huge factor in us being able to make this reservation. The $25 cancellation fee was also a very determining factor. 4 different families are traveling with us and every one of us used this website :).

I was stranded in the middle of the night in a new city some time ago, because BookIt arranged ground transportation to get me to the hotel... transport that didn't exist. It took me a while to give them another chance. I made the mistake of once again trying to get transportation from the airport in the Grand Cayman to the Resort then back again. When I asked about where our shuttle was I was told the company BookIt arranged hadn't been in business for almost a year. (Shouldn't they be making sure these companies are still in business?)

Always used BookIt.com. Very helpful, cheaper than many other online sites. Great service... and experience with them. Will recommend bookit.com to my friends and family anytime. I had an experience once hotel charge me plus bookit.com charge me also. I called them. They reimburse my money in a couple of days.

Super easy to make reservations, easy to make transactions. Excellent place to buy family travel packages, affordable prices and excellent options to make payments different options to choose what suits your needs. Different options to choose in hotels, although they do not accept american express cards. That was the only problem for everything else all good.

Our booking agent Chris was very helpful in assisting us book our hotel, flight, and other needed details for our trip. He emailed us links and also gave us his direct booking line just in case we had questions again. We felt confident by our package deal and appreciated his patience with us.

A wonderful, entertaining experience from the moment you arrive. Plenty to do, staff is friendly and most important of all a safe place. The only thing I would change are the ACs in some of the bedrooms, they need to be updated.

Using the website is pretty easy. I did encounter some technical difficulties, but it only caused a delay and I was still about to book the trip. I've had good experiences in the past. However, it is customary to receive a confirmation email after booking or purchasing something online. An international trip was booked and all I received was this survey and an email asking if I want to cancel since they claimed I had the wrong airport (I don't). Also, in the email they claimed to have been attempting to call me and they have not.

My experience completed my objective. Trying to do it online for more than 9 guests is not worth the time or effort. You just need to call. Filling out the form and waiting us not worth the time. I told the specific resort and they never replied with the one I wanted until I called.

Marco was of great help in booking our vacation. We will be traveling with a 4-month-old and he went out of his way to answer all of our questions. He even made sure there would be a car seat for our transfer from the airport to the hotel.

It was an easy experience. The only thing that was an issue was having to be put on hold for so long to get a question answered after I’d made the reservation. They were unable to answer my question and sent me directly to the resort.

After reviewing other on-line travel vacation sites, I thought Bookit.com had the best prices and provided the best service. All the information was presented properly and their customer service was able to provide good details and answer all our questions. My wife and I are looking forward to celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary at the Excellence Resort in Riviera Cancun Mexico. We are requesting our room accommodations to include a King size bed with an ocean view, and would be nice to include a honeymoon package. I hope they will be able to accommodate this request (even if it may cost extra, but reasonable). We are good tipper! I have used BookIt.com for my vacations for approximately five years now and everything always goes off without a hitch. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Usually l go between them and Cheap Caribbean and I find that BookIt.com always seems to have the better deals and I am a deal searcher.

I have booked trips through BookIt before. The only thing that I would appreciate would be being able to search for vacations based on how much money you want to spend. That would be helpful and would allow you to filter out the trips that you cannot afford.

A friend told me about BookIt she recently Mx. I do think agents need more training when giving the customer all the details regarding reservation. The first 2 agents were AWESOME! I had to modify my room. The gentleman I spoke with just did not have the service I required. You need to be told that the reservation can change modified. They had to run my card 3 times.

They are a bunch of thiefs...you will have an issue with booking your vacation... I added my 2 year old into reservation and it was not added on their end and I was penalized with the current rate... Make sure you check your reservation so there are no surprises.

Was about to book a cruise then somehow found this web site. I was shocked that an all inclusive including airfare was $1000 cheaper than the cruise. The people on the phones were very pleasant to talk to, they were very eager and happy to please. I will definitely book another trip with Bookit.com.

I was very excited in the beginning to find a great deal and all inclusive packed for my Tulum, Mexico vacation with my husband. What I didn't expect is that every single thing from transportation, to luggage, seats on flight, hidden cost is charging you an arm and an leg on top of your package. I spend $2600 for my vacation package + $126 for transportation from airport to hotel + another $400 for 1 luggage per person and seats on roundtrip flight. I'm sure they are more hidden fees coming up when I get to my hotel. I wish I booked through someone else, because this is not what I had in mind. Now I really hope my hotel is going to nice and it's really all inclusive like I paid for.

Found this site very easy to navigate and booking my vacation was a breeze. Had a lot of different hotels and packages to choose from. The pricing was very competitive, and I found that there were hardly any hotels on this site that were given negative reviews.

I spoke with a young man named Marco from Jamaica. Very well spoken and helpful. An asset to your company. However, the website prices for resort stays are different from what is listed on your system. Y’all need to fix that. But, you can count on my business again.

We recently booked a trip to Cabos, and before we booked it we call BookIt.com to verify if the hotel was an all inclusive resort and they said it was. We decided to go ahead and book the trip with them. When we got to our hotel they told us it was not all inclusive. The lady at the hotel let us call BookIt to verify and the customer service lady was very rude and didn’t offer any other options. The pictures of the hotel were deceiving along with their advertisements. We will never use this website again to do our future travels.

My family of 5 was very disappointed with our experience. The property turned out to be a timeshare, information not indicated anywhere in the description. This was not the experience we were looking for. Aside from that, it was a nice property and very clean. Employees were pleasant and helpful. Food was mediocre and the beach was not great - rocky and lots of seaweed.

Warren did an excellent job as our travel agent. We highly recommend him for others who travel to the Caribbean and other Mexican countries and cities such as Cancun, Playa Delcarmen, Belize and Costa Rica. So easy to search for the perfect place to spend on the beach for our family vacation. I love the reviews and being able to compare other resorts. I won't use any other site. Cancun Trip. I was skeptical about this actually being a good deal when booking an all-inclusive package. I went to the home site of one of the resorts and tried to find a better price and book my own flights and could not come close to this deal. BookIt sales prices were actually quite a bit better. Purchase was quick and easy. Will probably use again.

I received a paid receipt. No reservation date. Not comfortable at all with that. Doesn't even have my name on it. What proof do I have for when I get there if the paid receipt has no name, no date of reservation, no confirmation code. Nothing. Just the charge amount and date it was paid and says paid.

It was easy to book our Mexico vacation using BookIt. Would recommend it to everyone. Loved the 3 pay plan so we didn't have to have all of it at once. I hope our vacation goes as well as our online experience with BookIt.

We recently had an issue where the hotel we booked in Mexico was supposed open on December 1, 2018. And reviewing their website it was changed for them to open on March 31, 2019. We called BookIt and they change this to a hotel of our choice and the service was excellent and the booking was smooth with no issues at all.

It said discount will apply at the end and it never did. I'm very dissatisfied with that false advertising, there wasn't even a spot where tonout the code or discount. False advertising on that end of the deal. Don't know if I will use this website again for that reason of saying discount but I never got the coupon discount.

Anita was the absolute best!! She was very friendly and gave me a better quote than the person I'd previously accidentally gotten disconnected with. She was very patient and willing to offer advice and made sure our trip was booked to our satisfaction! I'll see how check in goes but I'm extremely satisfied with her customer service!

The prices on vacation packages were great, but maneuvering the website on my phone was difficult. I kept getting knocked off, so very frustrating. I also had problems with choosing a flight combo that did not have changes in time or price.

I got a great deal from Bookit for an all-inclusive resort in Punta Cana, including airfare. Saved a bundle! I called the Customer Service staff to add some items - they were great and took care of everything promptly. Absolutely no problems whatsoever. Highly recommend them.

I booked online very easily. The package price was adjusted for me when a cheaper price was found. There was a small glitch with the invoice that was quickly rectified. The sales person was very accommodating and took care of my concerns and special requests. I would definitely recommend.

I booked an all inclusive 4 night trip for my husband and myself to Cozumel. The website very clearly said that the package included round-trip airfare. Once I received the confirmation email, it said nothing about airfare and I received another email asking about my flight information. I called to find out what was wrong and was told that the package did not include airfare and the customer service representative was rude and not helpful. She told me that I would have to spend another $800 on airfare. Thank God for trip insurance.

I recently booked a trip for two adults and two children to Montego Bay Jamaica. I had a concern originally as it only listed two adults on the room as the Hilton Rose Hall charges extra for kids when arriving at the hotel if you book directly with the Hilton. The first representative I spoke with before booking assured me that the Hilton will NOT charge me extra when I arrive and if they try to to contact BookIt as they will resolve it for me. Once I booked the trip, again I called out of concern and the first person disconnected from me. I then called back and spoke with someone who assured me of the same so I will post again once I arrive in late July for our trip to update if there were any problems. I have used BookIt a few times over the years but this is the first international trip I believe I’ve used them for.

I used BookIt to book a family vacation to Cancun. I wanted to make sure we had the accommodations were what I wanted for a good price, as this vacation is a Christmas present. Anita went above and beyond to be helpful! She was courteous, thorough and so friendly. I had a lot of questions about accommodations and she was very knowledgeable.

One reason why we came to Punta Cana was for the water and it's been very dark and dirty and we were not informed of that. We s exception if we can go to the other dreams and were told we need to pay $55 for the day. We are very dissatisfied with this decision. We will never be visiting Punta Cana ever again. I know it's Mother Nature and we can't do anything about that but at least to be informed about it.

Somehow; my flight was booked from Baltimore but I live in Phoenix. They claim I booked it from there. Really!!! I've booked several flight for several years (20 plus years - online) and have never had this happen before. Just admit it was an error on the 3rd party site. It finally got corrected but I spent 2 hours on the phone.

GARFIELD helped me out when I noticed that the trip I just booked was cheaper on the BookIt.com site. I had just booked this trip a few days earlier when I was browsing and noticed my trip was cheaper. I had to cancel my original booking and then I just rebooked while on the phone with Garfield. So glad they honor a cheaper pop ticket, esp since it was on their website.

We tried for several hours to find a good price for a trip with and without all inclusive. Several other sites offered really cheap hotel deals and had absorbent all inclusive fees. This was the only site that offered round trip air, great location and only marginal fees to upgrade to all-inclusive. After several hours of trying to do better, we came back to this listing and was still able to book it 24 hours later at the original price we were quoted. If it all works as planned, this could be one of the best vacations ever.

Booking on Bookit.com was very easy. Locating the hotel we wanted to stay at, the price was much better than Hotels.com, we reserved a much better room on BookIt, than they had on Hotels.com for almost $100 cheaper.

I got disconnected a couple of times and had to start all over. I needed to change one of the rooms but didn’t get to option to do it. I tried to use The telephone contact but could not get anyone to help me.

I just book with BookIt.com and it was very easy and fast and the price was very cheap comparing with other websites, very convenience. I have a membership and this website has a better prices than I can get with mine, they cannot even match the price. Good Job Bookit.com!!

For the last 4 days I have been trying to get assistance with my upcoming stay beginning 7/5/18. The hotel I am booked with is not the same as mentioned on BookIt website. I called the number on my confirmation email and learned the hotel has been bought out by another hotel chain. Today 7/4 spent over an hour waiting to speak with a supervisor only to be disconnected. Received no callback. Please help.

Our electronic exposure to BookIt.Com has been easy, efficient and with more options than other sites. We like the ability to pay over time. Then next day we were asked if we needed airport transfers, which we didn't due to car rental. So far so good. We booked last year through BookIt and all went well. We are booking in advance. Airplane seats not so good though.

Recently, my husband and I booked a trip to The Bahamas. After much discussion and "shopping" for a hotel we made the effort to choose flights, hotel, etc and to book the trip. An error message came up to call the number. As it turned out, there, were, in fact, no rooms available at the chosen hotel. The gentlemen I spoke with was polite and apologetic, but he assured me the hotel would be unlisted as we spoke (it was still up an hour and a half later). Easy to book and cheap, cheap, cheap, we booked an all inclusive hotel and airfare and it was like getting the airfare free! It cost less than booking just the hotel from the hotel site. First time using BookIt.com, for sure will do it again :).

Couldn't be more happy with the ease of booking, and savings! I saved a couple of hundred dollars by making my travel plans through BookIt.com. Bookit was less expensive and had better pricing than the actual resort's homepage. How does that happen? Glad it did. I will certainly use Bookit.com for future travels and highly recommend it.

DO NOT USE Bookit.com. Their website has glitch. I booked package, all inclusive, come to find out, flight and dates of stay are impossible due to glitch. I after $4000 package with flight, and I had to pay extra $1700 for transportation to & from airport as well as cut my paid stay off day and get another hotel rm so my family could catch flight. Customer service is completely incompetent, rude, and really does not understand basic rsvp.

I had the privilege to speak to a representative by the name of Joseph, he is from Jamaica. He was courteous and helpful. I made an online reservation and by the time I finished it did not go through. It seems that, the flight was not available; therefore I did not get a confirmation. I would recommend BookIt to anyone.

Just booked my second trip with BookIt. Went to Mexico last year and stayed at the Grand Sunset Princess All Suites. Loved the convenience of pay delay making payments was great. You are also able to change the payments dates if needed which was nice. Adding transportation made travel day so easy. Will be using them again for sure!

Website was very user friendly and very interactive for user. Only criticism was how to evaluate availability of certain class rooms for a particular range of dates. Initial screen details rooms selections based on dates selected but once you hit "SELECT" room chosen goes away and selections reduced.

I am not able to upgrade my airline tickets through United because of a restriction on our tickets, per United. United advised us that we would need to contact Bookit directly. I called the Bookit Customer Service line and I spoke with a gal that was not happy to speak with me. I asked her about upgrading my seats and she told me I needed to contact United, which I had did previously and then I told her about the restriction. She put me on hold for 2 or 3 mins... then came back and said she wasn’t able to help and that I needed to contact United again or go on the website.

I love that there is an option to do pay delay. After I booked my trip I wasn't given a confirmation number. I thought my reservations didn't go through. Later checked my email and there was my reservation. I'm excited to go on my solo vacation at the new Reef 28, an all adult place.

Let me preface by saying that I have never in my life wrote a review of any company or restaurant unless it was positive. I believe if you have nothing nice to say, don't say anything. However, in this case, the circumstance is very different. I will be all over social media, Facebook, Yelp, Instagram, you name it... describing my experience from yesterday.

It was a very nice experience and the services center help me with my vacation package. I have put an error on my husband name by one letter and I called the services center and I got a friendly person that help me with my request.

Everything would've been wonderful but when I landed in LA I had no clue who my rental car was through and getting that info was difficult. My flight was a 12 hour nightmare, the last thing I needed was this aggravation. I loved the service until I didn't.

The person that made my reservation, Romero was very nice and patient. The second and third, a woman and a man were not kind, I do not knew their names. The fourth an email that I received giving me all the info I needed was great.

This is the second vacation that my husband and I have booked thru BookIt. All have been international trips. It has been simple and have had no issues when traveling. We've been watching the San Jose del Cabo hotel specials and finally decided to book our trip because the rates offered were excellent and two free round-trip shuttle airport transportation was included. Would have considered air with this booking but there wasn't an option to upgrade to premium class on the airlines. Not sure if you could call the airline after confirmation of booking. It would be a nice feature to offer seat upgrades when booking hotel and air together. We decided to book our own and use a companion discount and/or miles as we wanted to sit in premium class. Total cost worked about to be the same as we have better seat options. We look forward to upcoming trip and hope our hotel rooms selected will be exactly as described on BookIt site.

Everything was easy and helpful. We have stayed at Playa Los Arcos for many years and always enjoy ourselves. We love Puerto Vallarta. The rooms are always nice, the staff is great, and the beach is excellent. You can't beat the location.

BookIt made it easy to book our honeymoon. Their website was easy to navigate and offered lots of options on rooms to book that many other websites don't. Their customer service is good as well. They were accommodating of our honeymoon plans, adding on a honeymoon package to our room at no extra charge. I'm planning a trip to Negril, Jamaica and wanted to be on 7 mile beach. BookIt.com was able to get me an all-inclusive reservation at Grand Pineapple for $78 a night! On the beach side. (Beware the garden side of this hotel is across the road.) Other sites had the rate at $130 or even higher. I highly recommend Bookit.com.

Received email ad with discount code, and you suckered me good. After hitting back button 2x and not seeing promo code or airport shuttle option, these options weren't on pay screen either. When called to rectify, told too late for coupon code but can pay for shuttle??? Having used you I have learned my lesson, and will be complaining and warning friends and family. Discount code pulled me in, but the scam will keep me away next time. Shameful.

Book the hotel it clearly gave me the option to prepay the hotel fees and taxes. Click on the options was double charge for it again at the hotel. Call them and they gave me the BS that is their charge for the hotel fees, so I told them, "Oh I didn’t know you own a hotel to charge me for that?" After I told them that he said, "Oh give me a sec. Ahh it’s a fee we actually charge not for the hotel just Bookit fees. Don’t book any trips here they are overcharging for extra unknown fees.

We went to Catalonia Riviera Maya all inclusive with BookIt last year (May 2017) and had a wonderful vacation. The trip included air, hotel transportation, excursion to Chichen Itza. The online reservation process was easy. All the vouchers needed were sent in my email. The personnel they used in Mexico were all professional. Anything and everything we needed to travel internationally was clearly communicated. We had such a wonderful time that we booked the same trip/resort thru BookIt again for this Sept. 2019.

Agent Rachkel, was exceptional - she was extremely patient and thoughtful as transaction wouldn't go through due to computer problems at Wells Fargo; she was also clear and made great suggestions. On another note, I noticed price for exact dates, room and flights dropped $130 overnight and I called - found no price matching - even with Bookit's own rates. Disappointed as Expedia does match - and I usually use Expedia, thought I'd try Bookit. Clearly a big distinction in important benefits between the two.

My second time to use BookIt.com and I am going on my 3rd phone call of the day because I am reading reviews over the internet about the package deal I booked for over $4000...to a hotel over 10 years old and it is a time share. We just booked our annual vacation for us and my in-laws to the Royalton Riviera Cancun including flights. The website put together a package, but when I called in to complete the reservation, they said I had to pay for the air tix first. Of course they were non refundable, and before paying the rep confirmed 4 times the correct hotel rate, guest and price info to be paid separately after air tix. With everything "confirmed" we advised my in-laws to purchase their air/hotel tix which they did while we were on with Bookit.com. But when we went to pay for the room, Bookit.com came back after a few minutes and said there was an "internal error" and they were checking on it. Then they said they couldn't book it even though they confirmed it was being held earlier, and were apologetic.

This was the easiest Booking I've ever made!! Prices were great and Customer service was great, explained everything I needed to know. There was a bit of a wait for Customer Service, but they took care of my needs with ease!!

It just seems to be cheaper than any other travel booking site out there for all-inclusives and the details and images are so much easier to see in one place. I also noticed my rate got even cheaper and it was sooo easy to modify and get a credit back to my credit card. Overall it's the first and last place I go for all-inclusives.

I booked an all inclusive hotel in Puerto Vallarta for me and my friends. After I booked this, another friend wanted to come, so I needed to modify my reservation. I was aware of the fee in the terms and conditions form BookIt. I called them. They said if I contacted the hotel directly, they may be able to change the reservation. I contacted the hotel directly in Mexico. Hotel wasn’t able to change the reservation, but they recommended I cancel and rebook. Hotel confirmed they could make an exception and waive the fee, and that I just call BookIt, give this person's name at Hilton, explain this was an exception, and cancel. So I did. I confirmed with BookIt twice that this was not going to incur a charge. I canceled, and rebooked immediately to accommodate the extra friend.

I booked an all inclusive vacation through BookIt.com to Mexico for my family. I specifically chose the resort as it is catered towards families. I booked the Family Concierge Junior Suite as I have an infant, and based on the hotel reviews, the additional services are wonderful. Upon checking my confirmation, I noticed the reservation was for a one bedroom suite which I did not select. I specifically selected the family concierge junior suite. I called BookIt.com customer services and although the agent was very apologetic for their mistake, she did not give clear instructions on how the matter would be resolved. She told me the room was non refundable, however, I was not asking for a refund.

The phone rep booked incorrect dates; when I brought this matter to her attention, she blamed me for her mistake and was rude and hung up the phone on me. Additionally, when I called back to get the date adjusted, the hotel rate had increased which caused me to pay more money.

Our booking was very easy and the coupon code saving is $125 was great. Being able to pay on our trip was so convenient also! So far so good. We still have a few months till we go but being able to book our honeymoon reasonably with all our other expenses was fantastic.
